The pool is just outstanding and it’s a little Gem in what you could say in the middle of nowhere and everywhere!
Cons: Breakfast always looked un appealing and it was made us eat out a lot more for breakfast where they could’ve harvest our money had they had made it more appealing. Can I suggest supplying three in one coffee? It’s a godsend to a traveller and it doesn’t cost or take much of your time to put into the room.

Симпатичный бассейн, прикольно, что можно выйти из номера, но лодка, хоть и явно фишка, как будто мешается больше, чем создает атмосферу. Вежливый, доброжелательный персонал. Кровать удобная, жёсткий высокий матрас.в целом неплохо, хотя по оценкам ожидала чуть больше.
Cons: Немного потрепан временем отель, конечно, в номерах ничего, снаружи явно требует ремонта. Завтраки (очень правда дешевые, за 150 батт), как будто не имеют смысла, лучше подороже, но что-то интересное в кафе взять, ну, или если времени нет, то ок. Номер темный, света мало.

I loved that every room has direct access to the pool, and the friendly staff working at the reception.
Cons: I didn’t like that the pool had dirty water for four days, and the room cleanliness was not what you would expect from a hotel. I had to show the housekeeper twice that there was toothpaste from previous guests smeared on the faucet and a lot of dirt in the shower on the day of check-in. We went on a trip, and when we came back after three days, there were dead cockroaches in both rooms we had booked.

Cons: Bohužel hotel zdaleka nedosahuje 5ti hvězdiček, jak si nese v názvu. Jde spíše o tříhvězdičkový hotel. Na přespání a za tu cenu to jde, ale nelze očekávat vyšší standart. Personál na recepci byl milý, ale vlastně kromě pozdravu jsme nepřišli do styku. Jakákoliv chuť poznat hosta zde nebyla. Pokoje jsou velmi stroze vybavené starým nábytkem. Koupelna je velmi zastaralá. Proud vody velmi slabý. Dvakrát za pobyt voda netekla vůbec. Velká tragédie je hluk. Dveře vlastně vůbec netěsní, po celém obvodu prosvítá celou noc světlo a je to, jako by jste spali na chodbě. Pracovníci úklidu vás tedy od brzkého rána budí svou práci. V noci pak vracející se hosté. Úklid je ba denní bázi, ake jen povrchový. Pokud chcete vysypat odpadky, musíte je viditelně připravit ke dveřím. Občas zapomenou dát správný počet ručníků. Klimatizace moc nefungovala. Měli jsme zapnutou celý den na 17 stupňů, ale moc to nevychladilo. Řešili jsme s recepcí, ale beze změny. No na jiném pokoji jsme viděli, že funguje.

Cons: Zapchany odpływ w prysznicu. Pan z obsługi dał mi przepychaczke żebym sam odetkał prysznic (w 5 gwiazdowym hotelu). Po odetkaniu w pokoju pojawił się ciężki do zniesienia odur. Słuchawka prysznicowa również ledwo trzymała się ściany. Umywalka ledwo trzymała się ściany, myślałem, że jeden zły ruch i spadnie mi na stopy. Nie było wiadome, który płyn to szampon, a który to płyn do kompieli i czy w ogóle były one dostępne. Płytka z podłogi niebezpiecznie wystawała od ziemi zaraz przy łóżku. Ciśnienie w słuchawce prysznicowej było bardzo słabe przez co ciężko było się dobrze umyć. Obsługa średnio mówi po angielsku.

Cons: Это был худший отель в моей жизни. К сожалению, я была вынуждена провести здесь 20 дней в антисанитарных условиях и практически без сна. Бронирование было невозвратным, а служба поддержки не реагировала на моё обращение почти две недели. Первый номер был с полностью неработающим кондиционером. Несмотря на то что персонал знал о моём длительном проживании, меня переселили только на следующий день. Во втором номере тоже все было очень плохо: постоянно протекали раковина и унитаз, шёл устойчивый канализационный запах, такой, что невозможно было дышать даже в комнате. Уборка формально приходила каждый день, но фактически ограничивалась заправленной постелью и сменой полотенец. В номере регулярно появлялись крупные тараканы. Мне приходилось уничтожать их самостоятельно. Один раз убитого таракана я оставила на тумбочке — о чём я сообщила на ресепшен, однако после визита клининга он так и остался на месте. На все жалобы на ресепшене реагировали формально, а раковину и унитаз смогли починить только спустя 7–8 дней. Кроме того, по ночам постоянно раздавались посторонние звуки, из-за чего я не могла нормально спать. Я обоснованно подозреваю наличие мышей. Судя по отзывам других гостей, в этом отеле уже фиксировались случаи обнаружения грызунов в номерах, из-за чего люди были вынуждены срочно выезжать. Отдельно отмечу, что когда до окончания моего проживания оставалось всего три ночи, служба поддержки вышла со мной на связь и связалась также с отелем, на что отель предложил мне просто выехать на следующий день, с возвратом средств только за эти три суток. Отелю явно требуется полноценная профессиональная дезинфекция, ремонт и приведение номеров в элементарно пригодное для проживания состояние.

Man hat alle Gäste einfach gehört weil die Zimmer hellhörig waren. Wir haben versucht mit dem Kundenservice zu sprechen aber sie haben uns nichts angeboten. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn hat gestunken.

Cons: The evening front desk would ignore you as you came and went. Housekeeping was terrible. Did not clean the bathroom, on some days would not provide toilet paper, clean towels, or drinking water for the room. Not always provided coffee that comes as a complimentary with a room.

Cons: the cleaning staff only made the bed and didn't do it properly as they thru the throwers on the side of the bed and not on the bed. We had to ask for toilet paper as the cleaning staff didn't refill. Didn't look like any sweeping was done and the wet towel left outside the day before was not changed for a dry clean towel and it was left outside...I think k maybe I expected more from the cleaning staff

Basically, you may find most of the needed things in this hotel, but there are many nuances. The bed is big, but the used linen makes it constantly fall, the pool is accessible from your room, but it's quite dirty and smelly — so people don't use it much. The hotel breakfast is 150 bath per adult, but a food refill is so slow you could wait for it very long and you couldn't pay by card most of the times. The sea is near, but nobody swims in this region of Phuket, you may take a free bus provided by a hotel. But it mostly works with in the unhealthiest tan time: 11 am to Kata beach and 3 pm back to hotel, so you won't choose this option to swim. Also there is a huge weed shop just outside the hotel and it smells. As a plus there is a lovely Garden restaurant 1 minute walk and a Japanese Used Goods thrift store where you may buy really cheap and unique things.
Cons: The biggest dislike for me was that you could not walk there almost anywhere

Cons: This hotel is a complete disappointment on holiday, I do not recommend anyone to live here because of disgusting pool. During our trip, we booked it on Booking for 2 weeks, mainly for the pool, because the hotel is really far from the sea. Upon arrival, we learned that the pool would not be open for a several days. No one informed us about this in advance. The pool was covered with a green sheet, there were dead insects and garbage floating in it, it was impossible to swim in it. A few days later the staff said that it would be possible to swim tomorrow, but for tomorrow the pool remained green for another 4 days, and then the staff simply poured some kind of blue liquid into it, after which the greenery disappeared, but the water remained dirty and opaque. Until we left, no one cleaned it; the algae left a green, dried stripe along the water level. After what happened to this pool, I don’t understand how anyone can swim in it and what kind of chemicals they poured into it without cleaning it. The worst thing is that we were not able to use the pool throughout the entire vacation and the hotel did not warn us about this before check-in. Every three days I took a photo of the pool, we watched this swamp all vacation 🤢

Hotel was nice, location was good
Cons: No pool access the entire stay and poor communication about the pool. Maybe let guests know that you will not be able to swim at all. Instead of communicating with us, they just changed the sign on the front desk each day to say the pool would be ready the next day. But it never was! Would have been nice to know or offer something on return… as the pool access from the room is the main draw card for this hotel. We left early.

There are a lot of cockroaches in the room.Staff cannot speak English.The room facilities are like from the last century.The water in the pool is very dirty and has a lot of leaves and bugs and smells.

Cons: Very dirty pool, water was dirty, and had some little dirty bubbles on the surface. Staffs were so friendly but not helpful. Uncomfortable bed. Some customers next to our room to smoke weeds during our stay. Location was not interesting, the choice of restaurant was very limited.

Nothing like it's very bad
Cons: The name of the hotel not correct it is Brook resort & Villa It's far a far away from city central and far away from beach. It is not comfortable and very noisy.

I recommend to have a laundry service .
Cons: Customer deposit money while check in , the hotel staff should understand if customer had BF ,he/she should deduct from deposited fund & not everytime asking to pay.

Cons: Terrible attitude of the staff at the reception, they constantly provoked and mocked us behind our backs. This is not an acceptable attitude towards guests, I paid for the hotel and did not come and ask for an overnight stay.

It was clean and looked nice
Cons: It’s a bit far away from everything. And quite unwalkable. When checking in, I was asked to pay in cash despite having entered my cc for the booking. They did not accept cards at all. Had to go find an ATM, which with the extremely broken English of the receptionist was a challenge to get a location for. Returned with cash to then be told that he had no change and we had to go to a nearby restaurant to change it (ATMs here don’t let you choose denomination, or at least I could not figure out how). The trip to the ATM was a nightmare. Lots of traffic, no pedestrian crossings, and no sidewalks. Forcing me to go get change after not accepting CC payment… that doesn’t add up to a good experience. Definitely the last time I went there. Oh, and then there was the whole booking confusion. I had to change the band on the booking, because the embassy refused to give my gf a visa with my name on the hotel reservation. So I changed it. I was quite happy when I saw that Booking lets you do that. Arriving at the hotel the receptionist had two booking confirmations printed out. One with my name and one with my gf‘s. He was convinced we had two bookings. Which we had not. It was a long discussion with his broken English. But he finally accepted (seemingly). He then made my gf, whose name was on the final booking sign a guest form. So far so good. When we returned with the ATM money and change from the restaurant to finally pay, he asked me to sign another guest form. Because the form says that you, the signer, agree to pay for a room, and my gf had already signed, I first refused. He was adamant. I agreed under the condition that we get her form back and destroy it. No way we let him make us pay for two rooms or have the police called on us with signed contracts as proof). He didn’t quite understand, but he gave it back to us. I then signed „my“ form. He wanted hers back.

Great place to spend some time. Internet fast, room large, well maintained, comfortable bed and AC works well.
Cons: Location, if you dont have motorbike it will be difficult to move around

Pool access direct from room, good size room, good location for local restaurants/market.
Cons: Beds are really hard & uncomfortable, no privacy from facing villas if sat on your verandah area. No pool towels available, no toiletries in the bathroom not even a small handsoap. Reception unable to call for a taxi when checking out.

All unit has pool access!! That’s surprising. Friendly staffs. The price is very attractive. The outdoor is very lovely and clean. Pool is nice and clean. Room is okay. Just a minute to reach boxing stadium. Many famous restaurants are like Fatty’s, Kun Aeng Seafood, Khun Jeed noodle are located nearby and available for delivery. This property is underated. I will be there again soon for sure.
