The hotel exterior had seen better days, but clean and comfortable inside. Nice size rooms and clean. However on arrival at 4pm there was no towels in the room. Not even a small towel after toilet visit to wash/dry hands. Towels didnt turn up till 7pm, I had to sit and wait to have a shower before going out. Again on the 2nd day, towels didnt turn up till 6pm. There wasnt much of an apology either, i asked for a free beer on the 1st night as compensation whist waiting 3 hours, got flatly refused.

Arrivant pour une urgence, tard a 23h30 , jetais ravie de pouvoir trouver un hotel a la derniere minute , au bon prix. Par contre, rien ne fonctionne dans la chambre, pas de TV, CLIM en panne, pas d'ampoule aux lampes de chevet, WC sales (chasse d'eau non tiree...) Petit dejeuner acceptable Par contre jai eu un tres bon accueil, personnel tres agreable.

The staff at the hotel reception were amazing and polite. Howver - the room i was given, the toilet seat was broken and when i sat on it - i fell off this injuring myself. The shower was full of flies. I stayed 1 night as i had no choice and the next day - moved into an expensive riad but i had to apply for a refund from my bank This place is diagusting

At check the room given to me was more than just horrible. I entered the room and gush of cigarette smell hit me first. Upon checking the bathroom i almost fainted. EXTREMELY DIRTY, NO SOAP, NO TOWEL!!! I requested change of room and everytime i was told they are fully booked. I had a 9 night stay, one of the nights when i came to hotel i again requested change of the room which was shot down again. When i entered my room SOMEONE WAS ALREADY IN MY ROOM SLEEPING. I ran to reception where the staff were being insulted by someone already. I explained my issue and they looked at me in disbelief. I had to check in again and they gave a new room (remember i had a discussion with them 5 mins ago and they told me hotel is full). The room i went into didnt have AC remote and the key card was not given to me. Then again my room changed but this time i was given a new room which AC turned on but it won't throw cool air. Then again i was taken to a new room which bathroom was nothing short of gutter. Breakfast was not good either. If you were not lucky enough to get the orange juice in the beginning then you wont have it at all. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Very very poor service, I recommend you to avoid this hotel as much as possible. reception does nothing to help the customers, almost no cleaning, they didn’t even change the towel, no stable wifi in the room, no fridge, bad breakfast. the worst hotel experience ever.

The rating is based on the price we paid. Meaning, had it been more expensive it would have been a 1 or 2 stars. Also keep in mind that in Rabat, you may pay double the price and not have way much better. The plus: Beds were good, clean sheets and comfortable. The AC was working in our room. The staff is really welcoming and kind. Know that anything that is not to your liking or you need, they will do all they can to make you happy. But you also have to understand the mean they are working with. Breakfast is included in the price. It’s a decent one. I would recommend not to go too late (less options). The food is ok (not great, not bad, for the price of the room) Lasty, and this is a big plus when you are in Rabat: plenty of “petits taxis” drive by so you don’t have to wait too long and to return they all know “Oscar Hotel” so you don’t have to explain where you are going. The room we were in (facing the side street) was fairly quiet (hard to find in this area of Rabat) The cons: They don’t give you a floor mat i. The bathroom. We had to ask for a small towel to out on the ground. The bathroom is extremely out dated. It’s clean, but it doesn’t look like it. Really set low expectations (no place to put your items, bottom of toilets color is questionable, mold in the shower), yet they clean. You just have to consider it like the bathrooms at the public swimming pools (you just shower and go) They have 2 elevators but some reason only one of them stops on the 5th floor.

There was a bad smell in the toilet and a musty smell in the room, the elevator was not working, it didn't go to the first floor, so we had to take the stairs, and there was no landline in the room which was defficult for us to ask about something

Location is good with lots of local eatries and a mall nearby. The rooms need updating as toilet and shower not to the standard and not very clean.Bedroom will say okay nothing to write home about it. Breakfast very good with lots of eating choices.

Für etwa 45 Euro pro Nacht hatte ich keine hohen Erwartungen an das Hotel. Dennoch war die Hygiene eine absolute Enttäuschung. Das Bett war mit Haaren und Flecken übersät, die Toilette roch unangenehm nach Urin, und die Handtücher wirkten nicht frisch. Ausstattung ist bei diesem Preis nebensächlich, aber Sauberkeit sollte selbstverständlich sein. Um möglichst wenig Kontakt mit dem Bett zu haben, musste ich die Kissen mit meinem T-Shirt abdecken und bin in meiner Kleidung geschlafen.

J’avais choisi cet hôtel en partie pour ses espaces de travail. Or ces espaces étaient inaccessibles car en rénovation. De plus j’avais réservé une chambre Triple plus chère afin que nous ayons plus d’espace. C’était juste une chambre de même taille avec un lit de plus sans chaise ni bureau et sans large fenêtre. J’ai finalement obtenu une chambre double à 2 lits jumeaux avec balcon, bureau et chaise au 5e étage… pour le prix d’une chambre triple. L’hôtel ne m’a pas remboursé la différence.

Je ne comprends pas qu’on attribue ne serait-ce qu’une seule étoile. Accueille par des receptioniste incompétente… arriver 15:00 la chambre n’était toujours pas prête. On me redemande des frais de séjour que jai déjà payé en ligne. Hôtel dégradé et qui pu.Seule point positif la femme de ménage qui est mignonne comme tout. Fuillez rien à voir avec les photos.

Catastrophique ! Des insectes de partout une fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain chambre très petite la poussière de partout on était obligé de quitter dès la première nuit . C’est marquer parking gratuit pas de parking en réalité gilet jaune vous dirai que tout ce qui est marquer sur l’annonce c’est que des mensonges.bref À FUIR

KEEP FAR AWAY from this place. Ant and cockroach infested room. This is not a 3 star hotel. It is a very run down hotel with extremely inflated prices. My room was infested with ants and saw a cockroach possibly two. Hygiene is non existent. Abhorrent and deplorable conditions. The pictures do not reflect anything like how it is. I left after one night when I had a three night stay. How I slept after seeing the cockroach? I was simply shattered. Pro's: The younger guy with glasses at reception was very friendly and nice. I forgot his name but apologies, I have to be honest with my experience. Also the location isn't bad. You have local food spots and a supermarket within walking distance.

Very unprofessional. Some guy sleeping on a couch you have to wake up in order to help you. Long wait for anything. elevator doesn't work. no towels, no toilette paper. Just really bad. should be zero stars.

No wifi was available. The front desk clerk was with a little attitude. Stated that the online price was different than what we were charged eventhough I had a reservation. No bath towels in our bathroom. The beds were very comfy though.

El hotel por alguna razón aparece como un 4 estrellas, pero lo cierto es que es un hotel muy viejo y descuidado, sin ningún mantenimiento, las ventanas rotas, la tele sin mando, el baño con la puerta rota y un agujero en lugar de cerradura. La zona es céntrica, pero los alrededores no tienen mucho encanto. La wifi no funciona, que es una de las razones por las que lo elegí, ya que necesitaba trabajar. En fin como hice la reserva por internet, pagué por adelantado, si no nos hubiéramos ido.

el hotel es muy viejo, las habitaciones están regular, la cama estaba vencida el colchón por un lado muy flojo. solo está bien por la ubicación q esta cerca de la medina a 15 min a pie, es fácil de encontrar y fácil acceso desde las fueras de la ciudad.

Hotel Oscar is een hotel die je zeker moet vermijden. Geen creditcard alleen cash nemen ze aan. Geen warm water bij aankomst. Geen zeep. Zeer verouderd en vies hotel. Niet rokers kamer wordt ook gewoon in gerookt. Ruikt er muf. Toiletbril ligt los. Kan door ruimtegebrek alleen schuin op toilet zitten. Bad is oud en vies. Douchekop kan niet opgehangen worden. Airco werkt niet. Totaal sfeerloos en oude en vieze kamer. Kussens stinken. Matras is doorgezakt en ligt slecht. Hotel ligt in een verpauperde buurt. Enzovoorts enzovoorts. Blijf weg uit deze hotel!!!!!

The cab ride form train station was 10DH. At night there was not a place for two women to walk and have dinner. We found a 7/11 type store for some drinks and snacks, so it was OK. The hotel staff were helpful and we were able to choose our room with two beds, as requested. Very nice breakfast, pastries, great coffee and juices. Probably more expensive than we would pay for the area of the town we were in, but an OK experience.
