Honest Review - the only thing I could fault about this hotel was their organisation - or lack there of. I knew before I went about the extra charge to check in before 3pm so was expecting to pay this, but the check-in process was awful. 3 different ques for different things! They really need to streamline the check in process. Food - absolutely no complaints whatsoever! Plentiful and lots of options. Definitely recommend booking into the Moroccan, Italian and Steak Restaurant! Rooms - we had an interconnecting room and they were both large enough. Had an extra bed in which was a bit in the way for the patio door to open. Pools were good and waterpark was amazing. Bars were busy and again the drinks were usually half empty! But if you asked for them to be filled, they were filled! We booked our trips separately as there were a bit cheaper than the hotel ones. Did the hot air balloon, horse riding, quad bikes and camels ride. Would return again.

Hotel customer service is extremely poor, the check in is strictly at 3pm and they’d not budge even for 5’ no matter what which is absolutely ok if they ensure spot on service! But that’s not the case, They’re absolutely ok to provide poor service and still charge the full amount! They charged 10 dirhams for a lost card at the time of exit, which they didn’t mention at the time of issuing it and when questioned, they mention it’s written in the guest book which we never even saw in the room! The water supply in the rooms is completely unreliable- last 2 days we were there, it went off for over 4 hours with no indication on when will it come! When we threatened to leave the hotel, magically it appeared within a minute! There’s something doggy about all of it and I would not go back again, felt actually glad we were leaving due to this whole ‘lack of water’ mess. When complained to the manager, he cites “force majeure” - they need to understand the definition of it before citing nonsense. The support staff (men) seemed too touchy feely with women with not much respect to private space which is uncalled for- they should know how to behave in a resort with international tourists. Food seemed alright but like other reviews very repetitive and certain hours of the day you won’t get all of the menu. There’s a massive issue with wasps and flies - I’m surprised they don’t do anything about it. The wasps don’t let you sit peacefully and the flies are always around you. The room cleaning service is fully unreliable - ours cleaned at 1130am one day and after chasing came at 530pm the next with no toilet tissue left! We had to call multiple times to the reception to get some! Once the cleaning staff came to our room at around 1130am and said she’d come back in 5 minutes but never turned up after hours! After repetitive reminders to the reception and the cleaning lady on the floor, she finally turned up around 6pm! For us, the soap dispenser didn’t work for which we were later provided with additional soap. On the brighter side, the October weather was lovely which Ofcourse is nothing to do with them. Net, I would recommend a trip to Marrakesh but not to this place for the reasons noted above.

Our holiday to the Aqua Mirage in Marrakech was something we had planned for months to coincide with my wife's 75 birthday. Some reviews we read worried us slightly, "food was always the same", "rude staff in reception", etc. Well, to tackle the first concern; the food, breakfast, lunch and dinner was absolutely delicious...if anything too many choices! Always a line of traditional Morrocan tagines and a mountain of couscous. Chips, pizza, (freshly fired), fish of various kinds, pastas, saffron rice and potatoes, masses of different salads, a roast meat chef with chicken one day and lamb the next. Huge variety of deserts, and fresh fruit...even an ice-cream cone to finish! Second concern; the staff in reception, (actually ALL of the staff from the cleaners and security upwards) were super friendly and very helpful...the only time I had minor problem, just WiFi dropping, I had to go to reception in person as the receptionist who answered my telephone enquiry from our room didn't have sufficient English to understand my problem. Must remember that French is more widely spoken than English here. The Aqua is the kind of resort that you don't actually need to leave, there's always entertainment, bars, pools, (family, adult only & the HUGE water park) snack bars and restaurants. A basic shop, don't expect to buy tea bags 🫣! and even an infirmary on site...you do need to walk quite a lot purely because of the scale of the resort & the majority of the excursions, which can be booked at the on site office, require a reasonable level of mobility... walking tours of the Medina and souks for example. Our ages and fitness levels counted against us there, not the resorts fault of course. We booked for 10 nights and on reflection that was a little too long for us...younger visitors and especially those with little children would find it a different case and could just relax knowing that their kids are safe. Overall I would recommend the Aqua Mirage. On a side note, we are from Scotland and it's impossible to exchange Scottish bank notes in Morocco...be aware! 💙🏴

Beautiful hotel grounds, slightly rough around the edges. Main restaurant in particular. But the hotel is spotless, no mess anywhere. Rooms cleaned every day. Hot water not so much at busy times which is fair enough. But piping hot generally. Fridge in rooms but leave card in to keep water cold. Yes you leave deposits for towels or tennis etc. Big deal just do it. Busy bars as you'd expect at AI. They work so hard. Huge measures. The wine and beer are actually good. Evening entertainment is fine. Some of the performances are amazing we were really impressed. Food on offer, choice is massive from western to morrocan. Seafood night, salmon, shark, tiger prawns, amazing. Yes it's not piping hot but we nevee got food poisoning. These other comments about delhi belly are the minority. The standard of hygiene is very high. No flies in restaurant. You're in Morocco, sh!t happens... wash your hands, use hand gel!! Don't drink the tap water. Water park is great. Rides brilliant. Security are there to stop glass or food and drinks going in or out. Same in main restaurant. Just don't do it, there are signs up. No glass or cut feet!! All staff were great, lovely people the morrocans. Animation team all great. Hard workers. They have a shop, pricey as expected, free water in all areas. The trips are great. Highly recommend camel ride and quad bikes. Got shuttle to marrakesh, nice place not as scary as we expected. All in all a fantastic hotel, would return, great for families. Make sure you have cash, for tipping, shuttle bus, deposits for stuff. Cash machine outside hotel. Last of all steak night and Italian bloody hell what a wait for food. But someone is always filling up your wine glass and food is fantastic.

We came as a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids aged 9 to 16. This hotel is just made for kids, the pools, aqua park, entertainment team keep the children and adults entertained throughout the day. If you don’t want to take part and just relax by the pool, they’re not pushy at all. I can’t really comment on the evening entertainment because we don’t really go we usually play cards or Board games or else go to the sports bar as they show soccer games. The food is amazing, there’s something for everyone, they serve beef on the bone, turkey, chicken, lamb, lots of tagines, Moroccan food, beautiful cheeses, hummus, salads fabulous, rice, different types of Potatoes as well as the usual pizzas, nuggets and chips. Desserts are Lovely too and never same thing each night. The best thing about this hotel though is the staff. I can honestly say we’ve never experienced such lovely staff, they work so hard, they adore the kids and are constantly interacting with them. We had Rida Igram as our waiter most nights, he’s amazing, teaching the kids Arabic phrases, they loved it and he was just amazing. Bouchmar, one of the chefs, I’m coeliac and he used to bring me around to show me what I could have and then bring directly from The kitchen so there’d be no cross Contamination. The lifeguards were brilliant, so kind and funny, playing with the kids. Hicham in particular was just a sweet heart and even gave my youngest tips on how to improve her swimming going though techniques and how To improve. The entertainment team work so hard, Namira, Youssir, there’s so many of them but they’re just super. The kids want to come back to Aqua Mirage.

We arrived late on the 17th rooms fine. A lot of queing...slowing down tactics to control people i don't mind that. The quiet pool was beautiful. By Monday 20th our first casualty went down with sickness and diarrhoea. She was ill in bed for the remainder of the holidays. Hubby got the squirm Wednesday. He is still not right 31st October I went on antibiotics and steroids for sore throat and head cold I think this delayed my illness my son went down with violent sickness and diarrhoea late Wednesday night and is still ill. So skinny a week off school. Missed his mock exams I have nit stopped feeling ill since Monday just threw up again. Ive never felt so ill for so long in my life. Im waiting for Tui to get in touch if anyone else was sick during this week please respond to this message. My annual holiday ruined. My 7th time in Morocco as we love it i am just bit impressed by the lack of help and concern from the hotel. We were unable to get confirmation of our illness source from the doctor...they only write prescriptions.....which yiu can walk up the road and get yourself anyways. I wouldn't of complained about the holiday at all but illness just is the worst thing that can happen on your holidays.

This was the fourth time we've been, with previous visits in October 2019, 2021 and 2023 with the kids. This was our first child free holiday. As with all previous visits, the staff were friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and functional. The house keeping team are always happy to help if you need anything. The gardens are well looked after, and gives the resort a lovely feel. We've never had a problem with the selection of food in the restaurant and most of it is fairly decent. We didnt use the aqua park this time as my partner is disabled, but through the previous visits my youngest developed from using the kiddies pool to the full selection of slides available and enjoyed them all. Entertainment is a bit outdated and hadn't really changed over the last 7 years, and is more chid/family orientated but the animation team work hard and are very friendly. My only negative would be on the most recent tris there was a couple of nights where drunks came back to their rooms shouting their heads off despite the signage saying not to. The other would be the sports bar opening in the day to show football matches, but not having the actual bar open, meaning you had to go across to the main bar for drinks. As said this was our 4th visit and have now booked 9 days in June 26.

Water park, pools, food and entertainment all amazing. Grounds are beautiful and rooms clean. Cons On arrival cash machine down so we couldnt get towels. Hotel only take cash. No back up in place and they just said "oh well" So we had no towels on our first day as they wouldn't let us use our room towels. They didnt care at all! Coffee in beakers unless you sit in main restaurant so take your own coffee cup! Having to push my sons bed out the way to open my patio door. It makes so much noise and complete blocks the door. Pillow case removed and not replaced. Spirit's only at one bar. All the others only beer or wine. All pool bars are like this. The main bar is miles away from all the other pools. Restaurant is filthy on backs of chairs and walls covered in greese and drips of food. Chair seat covers falling apart. Maintenance in the whole hotel needed. Its run down. Really shabby and dated in most areas. Gym was filthy and in need of repair. Yoga mats were disgusting I didnt want to touch them. And the sanitizer was empty. Families on holuday were lovely and staff plesent but not particularly friendly and definitely not in a hurry to help if needed. The hotel looks 5 star on arrival but is more 3 star Our son absolutely loved it but we wouldn't come back.

My experience in this so called, “4 star” hotel was horrible from start to finish. There literally isn’t anything good to say about it all. What was meant to be a relaxing break, was just an unenjoyable experience as a whole. The check-in begins at 3:00 PM, which is fine as it’s the hotel policy. However, there was absolutely no hospitality while waiting nearly three hours to check in. No refreshments were offered — not even a glass of water — and the front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and showed little interest in helping guests. The food was bland and dry. Chicken and beef/lamb was always overcooked and barely had any flavours. I understand that food is not allowed outside the canteen, but I tried to take two pastries in a tissue for my brother, who was unwell and couldn’t come downstairs. The security guard stopped me as if I had committed murder. When I explained, I was told to inform reception — and then was sent to the nurse instead. All this, just for two croissants. Completely unnecessary. As for entertainment, there’s a YouTube video playing on a big screen. Out of the 7 days I was here, there were people on the stage entertaining once. It’s laughable for a 4 star hotel to have a video playing on a big screen. The shower stopped working during our stay, and when we reported it, reception said many guests had the same issue and they were “looking into it.” For a supposed four-star hotel, having no running water is unacceptable. The room itself was very dated — the television was tiny, the furniture looked old, and even the toilet roll holder was broken. There were no complimentary water bottles in the mini-fridge either so be prepared to stock that yourself. Also, there are no irons in the hotel and you have to pay to have a kettle. The Wi-Fi was painfully slow and unreliable. It will hardly ever work, and when it did, it was the slowest thing ever. As for the pool, guests are required to pay for towels — there are no towel cards, which most hotels provide. Even basic sports activities required cash deposits, which was inconvenient and unnecessary. This stay was far from enjoyable. The service, facilities, and general upkeep of the hotel fall well below four-star standards. With unhelpful staff, poor amenities, and outdated rooms, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It urgently needs improvement in every area before being considered a true four-star establishment.

Worst hotel I have been to. Food. Struggled to leave the toilet pan after every meal. Issues with rooms. Infested with ants. Bed was broken. Must of took a severe beating before our stay. Waterpark. Half the slides never worked for the full duration we were there. Moroccan bees swarmed you every time eating or drinking. Staff had no interest. Would of got a better answer from a cardboard cutout.

Honestly one of the most disappointing holidays we’ve ever had. Not because of the facilities or entertainment team who were all very welcoming a pleasant but what should’ve been a relaxing break turned into constant stress thanks to hidden charges, rude reception and 'customer service' staff and ridiculous hotel policies. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were an inconvienience and being taken advantage of. Towels required a cash deposit in local currency only, losing money on exchange rates — and you can’t get it back in the same currency. Towels could only be changed STRICTLY every two days. There was also a tourist tax at check-in with an extra £20 per person just to ENTER the hotel early (NOT TO GET THE ROOM!). Meanwhile, even though we had to check out 7 hours early - no sign of any flexibility or refund for this lost time so only works one way!?? When a towel was stolen, the lifeguard and security were reassuring and helpful and said we wouldn’t be charged and to go to reception— yet reception were immediately dismissive and unhelpful, telling us to speak to customer services (who by the way only operate at limited times). When we eventually got to speak to them there was Not even the smallest gesture of goodwill and even gave us the suggestion of reporting it to the police!! The hotel’s rules were just as frustrating. I was stopped by security for taking a few cold baguettes from the waterpark to my kids, treated like a criminal with no explanation at all. And to top it off, one day there was no running water for six hours — no toilets, no showers, no handwashing — a massive hygiene issue that was never acknowledged or apologised for. The reception staff’s contempt and total lack of flexibility ruined what could’ve been a lovely stay. The location and facilities had potential, but poor management and customer service completely destroyed the experience. Would never return — and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone until serious changes are made.

Fantastic family aqua park the only thing I’d have a minor gripe about was the queue times for the bar, busy season & only two staff on at the main bar till the outside bar opened at 7pm, otherwise great for kids & big kids! Plenty of slides & flumes & lovely welcoming staff. I’d gladly return with my grandson when he’s older to make more use of the water park & only 15m transfer! Really nicely looked after grounds, very clean & plenty of activities to do if you want them.

Great for family. Kids loved the water park.Loads of day time activities from water polo/water volley ball/mini golf/tennis etc which we enjoyed. Food was absolutely delicious,so much choice.Really spoilt. Recommend sitting outside to eat, much nicer.Inside abit like a canteen. Staff around site very helpful and jolly. Good location for getting into Medina.25 mins, went twice. Not really a free shuttle bus,we just jumped in taxi. Must do a desert /quad bike trip, amazing.Great Value for money &they all collect and drop off from hotel. Great location to be able to have some culture plus relax in a hotel. Evening entetwinment weren't our cup of tea,but went out for most of then. Serve dinner till 10am,so could still eat even if been out into Medina.

On our last day we were checking out in afternoon as stated when we arrived. So we spent day in aqua park and when my family and went to get showered there was no water to shower with or flush the toilets. Toilets were overflowing with human waste and flies everywhere. It was extremely unhygienic and unsanitary. They were still checking people in knowing they could not provide basic human requirements. After check out at 3pm the water was fixed later we asked if we could briefly get a room or use the aqua park to get showered and reception said no. They would not help us in anyway shape or form. We had visited this resort multiple times and this will be our last visit. Totally shocking. Surely a quick shower would not have been a problem. Horrible reception staff.

Overall a very clean facility and the gardens were excellent considering the climate. The garden workers do an excellent job. The rooms were clean and house keeping was good. Great for the family and grand kids. Would go again and recommend if you want a good weeks break, great weather and the kids occupied for the week. We went late October and a fantastic Halloween 🎃 theme going on. 👍

Do not book here. They have you waiting in the lobby for hours until your room is ready. The reception are rude. You dont get offered a drink or food. There was a water issue in the hotel at this time so no water at all anywhere. No idea what time things happen e.g entertainment and clubs etc. No paper written with this on dither. no guidance on where things are. They expect you to pay to use the facilities if you have not booked with tui. So I had to wait for 2 hours with my son until the room was ready The hotel is a joke and greed of money making. Ive travelled alot and never have I had to pay to use facilities with a all inclusive. And when leaving you have until 3pm to use facilities otherwise you have to pay to use pools bars etc.. If they changed a few things and made the process stress free for when people want to enjoy their holiday , then the bad reviews would not come in. Its the little things that go along way. My driver from the aiport was more accommodating and kind than the hotel! I spent alot of money on here and regret it Won't be back again thats for sure. If you want 3 star then this is it. I never leave bad reviews unless I feel I need to. And I was absolutely fuming with the service I just feel others should know this.

Second time this year we’ve come here and once again got home happy coming to book again! The food has improved so much since June we enjoyed it every night, the gravy they put on is to die for and as a Brit the best gravy I’ve ever tasted it’s divine. Want to give a massive shout out to Zaine&YOYO who have absolutely made our holiday yet again who have made us feel welcome from the moment we got there, never in my life have I known two entertainers be so good at their job, they’ve made us laugh and smile for the last 10 days and have become really good friends that we’ll always value and so should the hotel cos they make it the so much more special, also to squeeze and aya who are also just as amazing at their jobs. The shows are amazing, entertainment round the pool etc just an amazing hotel and we’ll see you next year! Also thank you to the photographer saif again who’s been amazing! Thank you aqua mirage and your amazing staff

@hotelakabostoncommon Do no stay here, The hotel is ok, good location but there is some sort of scam going on with housekeeping and secret fees. I was charged $150 dollars for a robe ? A robe I obviously did not take ! When I called the hotel the manager was rude and his response was they had to charge me even though I did not take a robe. There cleaning service is virtually inexistent !!!!

Whilst the hotel was very clean and looked very appealing, the kids also loved the water park we did have a few areas of frustration which is why we have left 3 stars - firstly lack of information it would be good for the information sheet in the rooms to be clearer as we didn't even know how to sort towels we had to ask or how to book the restaurants etc. Also and I know this isn't necessarily the hotels fault but people were so noisy in the room blocks at a night time shouting, screaming and singing really late at night for quite long periods of time one night we even heard furniture being moved around in someone's room late at night as we were with our kids it meant very late nights for us all by the time we could sleep. We also weren't too keen on the bar set up of food it felt very canteen like although the food was ok we have had better at other hotels and better layout of how you get it. The most frustrating part was you could get free bottles of water throughout the hotel including when you went to dinner and my 15 year old son was practically manhandled by security leaving the dinner because we were taking our bottle of water back to our room and he removed it from him which seemed absolutely ridiculous and over the top for multiple people to show us they had just walked out with a bottle with no issues whatsoever and to then walk 10 feet to the next bar to grab as many free bottles as you wanted so that wasn't great to be honest and seems like a stupid rule. Lastly the WIFI was hit and miss and cant be used all around the hotel as a business owner having reliable and constant WIFI is a must. Also food in the main dinner hall felt so chaotic sometimes and they dont leave you access to extra knifes and forks if you have multiple plates so we ended up keeping our first ones before they took them away

I was hesitant at first going to Marrakesh, but wow the resort was everything and more, the staff were wonderful, never fighting for a sun bed, actives for all ages, food- well breakfast was the best meal of the day, and for a fussy eater like myself there was loads of options. My 6 year old is asking to go back even though we’ve just landed home. All an all we have an amazing time! Definitely be back

Beautiful hotel , rooms are very nice . The gardens are kept very nice. The entertainment team work all day making sure we all have a great time . The catering side people weren’t as friendly as everybody else especially the lady who gives out the ice cream ( she never even acknowledges you). The lady who takes care of the adults only area in the evening is lovely, she’ll make you feel very welcome. Most food is very nice although we found it quite cold most of the time. The swimming pools are really nice and the life guards are on the ball all the time. What I didn’t like is witnessing guests AND staff using the toilet and not washing their hands afterwards . We really did enjoy this hotel .

The waterpark on the pools where fantastic there was always an abundance of sun loungers available and no rush to get to them in the mornings. The pool areas were kept clean at all times and there was always staff picking up around the area . The rooms were cleaned and tidy every day providing fresh tiles if used. Which I very much appreciate it. Unfortunately, I believe that our Aircon in our room was not working correctly so the room did tend to get warm. The resort is a little out of the way, but I do believe there was a shuttle bus service . There is a shop on site, which is not badly priced . There was a small shop and pharmacy offsite and walking distance. I used of both these places and they were very helpful. The only negative I have for this hotel is that the food was not a great standard now we all know that all inclusive food can be hit or miss if it was not for pizza and chips and a pasta dish I would’ve struggled to find something to eat for me and my two children what I will say is if the food had of been of a batter standard I would have had no hesitation on returning to this hotel their mock tails and their nighttime entertainment was fantastic. But unfortunately, the food did let them down. In the water park there are so many bees if any sweet drinks are left down or food they will congregate Round straight away! I had read this in a previous review but did not understand the extent until I was there so please be aware of this. In short if you are not a fussy eater and you are willing to try all types of food this might be your place but for us the food was a massive let down!

First the bad bits. You had to pay extra if you arrive before 3pm if you want to use the pool, restaurant and bar. Check in and out was the same time and it was so busy in reception. When check out later you can use the showers in the water park but they take you towel off you and you have to pay a deposit fo the towels so you have not got anything to dry yourself and they do not care. The big pool was so noisy but there is loads of sun beds. If you go to the adult pool it is lovely and quite and the pool is freezing. They have a bar there but only service beer, wine & soft drinks, if you want spirits you need to go to the main bar. The water park is very good and never busy. They restaurant is good choice of food and plenty of it for everybody. In the restaurant there is a room just for adult which was lovely and quite. The entertainment was poor but the entertainment staff was good with everybody. They was always cleaning and always tiding up, but there was lazy holiday people and kid would get food from the outside bar and don't eat it and leave it on the side and the birds would come down and start pecking at it.

we had a bad experience with reception staff ,we as a family were staying there with 2 rooms and i asked my sister and niece to join us for a day which they booked online and we as a family enjoyed and checked out 12 clock asked reception staff if they can leave their 2 bags in our room they said yes no issue, and left their bags in our room and went to souk for shopping , later when they came back 8 clock to pick up their bags and went into our room and say goodbye to us the reception staff stopped them and said you used facilities and should pay now, he didnt let them go i went to reception spoke with the guy and he refused to show us CCTV or any proof , we requsted them they were inside to pick up their bags for 15 min , he said still we have to pay and was very sutbborn , then i asked for manager he refused , seciruty people didnt let them go and held them for 1 hour , then i paid 600 dhiram and he let them go but they missed their flight and had to pay £115 each for new flight next day and had to stay at airport , this is rediculas and really bad for such a good resort , i appeal their management to sack that reception guy and compansate , 14th octobar 2025 they checked out

Seen a lot of bad reviews, have also seen a lot of fake positive reviews. Thought I’d break the habit of a lifetime and actually write a review myself! Overall, this is a great, lower-end resort. I was there with a couple of lads to play golf and just needed a good base with a pool, cold beers and nice food. It did the job perfectly. Check-in was a breeze and the concierge helped to take our golf bags and cases to our room. Our room was fine for 3 sharing. It was clean and cleaned thoroughly daily. We had a balcony with a view over the Atlas Mountains which was a nice touch. A lot of people moaning about the lack of a kettle in the room. Didn’t bother us at all. Breakfast was good. Choice of all the usual continental offerings plus some excellent local dishes and an omelette/egg station which was great. Pancakes also made fresh. The highlight was the fresh mint tea though. Fantastic way to start the day! Dinner was better than many reviews indicated. Always good range and always looked fresh. The advice to get in at opening is probably right as the food is less manhandled. All the Moroccan dishes were outstanding and the chef preparing a more formal plat du jour (I had a surprisingly good boeuf bourguignon) was worth a short queue. Even the wine was a passable Spanish red - I’ve had a lot worse. Pool areas were very family friendly but there was a quiet pool with its own bar too. Snacks at the pool bar were not great although there was a chef churning out fresh doughnuts which were excellent. The advice on bringing your own cup was also a good one as the bar staff will fill your vessel to the brim as opposed to their little plastic cups Entertainment was patchy but provided adequate background nonsense whilst we had a few beers. Service was good considering they were understaffed. Staff were all very friendly and really seemed to try to be helpful even when faced by some pretty rude guests. Only slight negative would be security who were officious and overbearing. They also seem to be in cahoots with the taxi drivers as our chauffeur struggled to get past them every time he picked up/dropped up which was irritating. On the whole I can’t find many faults. I’m not an all-inclusive regular but for the price we paid (less than £55 per person per night) it was incredible value. Not sure I’d go in peak season or for more than a long weekend but I’d say the same about any all-inclusive!

Amazing experience. Fabulous resort. Staff so nice. Safety standards really high in Aqua Park. Lifeguards didn't take their eyes off the pools and slides. Food very high standard especially the desserts. Rooms spotless and peaceful. Spa treatments very good and reasonably priced. Easy to get to Marrakech in taxi . Easy half day trip to Ourika waterfalls. Really felt the value for money exceeded all our expectations. Only thing I think could do with improving is the upholstery in the restaurant and that's really trying to find something. Adults relaxing pool was gorgeous for morning swim and then waterpark pool was great for family to relax coming and going to the slides.

where to begin with my experience here at aqua mariage when they say it's magic it truly is down to the reception staff the cleaners the maids the life guards an the security in here they are well an truly amazing at there jobs... but not to mention the reps that work around the clock to entertain each an everyone of there customers i would like to say a massive massive thank you to dounia and walid for always making sure my self my husband and 3 kids are always involved in everything they do not a day goes by where they won't get them up to dance or even chat to them they make them feel really comfortable and makes there experience here well worth the stay they always check on them to see if they have slept well or to make sure there in ok them self's when I say they are brilliant at there job they really are no words can describe how brilliant they are at what they do an we look forward to coming back to see them both again next year thank you walid and dounia for looking after my kids like there your own.

On arrival we had our doubts about spending 14nights AI at AquaMirage, as a couple in our 7O's. It is 12k away from the centre and we like to escape from time to time. But, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, with a super king bed. The grounds are beautiful and it's a pleasure to walk to breakfast etc.in the sunshine. The staff are friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle to get into Marrakech, mostly 30dh.pp. sometimes free. We also took off ourselves, visiting Essaouira for 2nights,also Rabat and Casablanca for 2nights. Using coaches and trains, highly recommend. The food is plentiful, you won't go hungry. Plus, all beer, wine & spirits are bottled and generous proportions. We appreciated the quiet adult pool and eating area in the restaurant. Shame, there wasn't a quiet adult bar. Our room was cleaned daily, fresh towels. There is a fridge,TV,AC, but, without tea, coffee facilities. Cleaning is continually in evidence, the pools and aqua park are superb. My only quib, our patio area, wasn't cleaned and cigarette butts, bottle tops and the smell of cats, ruined that for us. Could easily be rectified.

Just home from a great week in aqua mirage. To be honest I was abit nervous going as alot of the previous 5 star reviews came from accounts with no other contributions so rang alarm bells. But honestly we had a great week in the hotel. The food was good and plentiful. With a 7 year old and a 4 year old who are both quite fussy their was always something to eat for them as there is pizza, chicken nuggets and chips every night. Breakfast is plentiful, but don't go expecting an English breakfast, there is pancakes, toast, and croissants amongst other options. Would have been nice to have some ice cream available through the day that didn't have to be paid for (30 dirham each) and also would have been handy to be able to buy some snacks at the bar later at night. My 4 year old decided he was starving just after 10pm one night and there was no option to even buy crisps. Luckily we had something in the room. The waterpark is brilliant however more needs to be done in peak times for people keeping the rings for the slide time after time, or worse sitting with them at the loungers, there definitely wasn't enough to go round. Previous comments were made about wasps and although mid afternoon was the worst for this it would be helped if people put their dishes away and didn't just leave them at their backside. The cleaning staff worked tirelessly to clean up cups and plates to keep the wasps away. People also previously mentioned cleanliness in the hotel. I never found an issue with this, there is literally people cleaning constantly and remember you are near the desert its going to be abit dusty, they work hard to keep standards up. The staff at this hotel are some of the friendliest we have ever seen, from the lifeguards actually getting to know the children (one of them was actually shouting and chearing in encouragement of my 4 year old learning to swim), the waiting staff could never do enough, super friendly and again great with the children. The animation team, the energy of this team was out of this world, speed, yoyo and aya especially. Although the entertainment wasn't always to our taste you couldnt fault the energy and enthusiasm the team had to get everyone involved. I would recommend and go back to this hotel but i would maybe advise people to keep open minded on the food options as they are different to what you get at European hotels especially breakfast.

Arrived at the hotel at 12.45, no other way to describe other than chaos ! People checking out people Checking in and people with enquires no order just chaos. Once we finally reached the front of the queue we were informed we had taxes to pay which we had read about so was no surprise but also we were charged if we wanted to Enter the hotel and use facilities and have lunch so to start our holiday we were another £90 , no information about the hotel or times for anything were given just took our money and that was it! Told to come back at 3pm To get keys for room. 3pm came and we returned to reception to again absolute chaos, people who had just arrived queuing to check in, others who had decided to wait at reception instead of paying for early entry then us who had paid extra all having to queue for 30/45mins to get keys even though we had already queued and paid extra! Just eating into our first day. Room was nicely decorated and clean but very small for 2 adults and 2 kids well 3 Adults really as our 12year old Classed as an adult. Toilet tiny, shower seperate but again the room was tiny no room to even bend down! 4 people In our room yet only 2 chairs on the balcony and only big enough for 2 with no extra room! Shame we had To take turns who could sit out! 6 coat hangers again for 4 people! Not great!! Pool areas all clean and well watched by life guards . Cleaners do amazing! Food just disaster! Snack bar opens 12.30 for chicken and beef burgers, chips and paninis all sounds great but sadly not ! The foods cooked at 10.45am and left sitting out and then moved to a cabinet which isn’t even turned on! Chips put in a tray not even hot so by the time 12.30 comes the foods freezing and the chips are like rubber ! Completely inedible and disgusting! The restaurant is like a zoo! People rude impatient ! There’s loads of food but sadly everything just so bland and cold, we watched them on several occasions add new food on-top of old cold food and on a couple of occasions I chanced the chicken it was completely raw! Like I say plenty of food just not great! My kids are fussy but I wouldn’t feed the chips or chicken nuggets to a dog! Imagine overcooking chicken nuggets, reheating them in a microwave and then letting them sit for hours then eat them you get the idea 🤢 the staff all work so hard and do an amazing job clearing tables as quick as they can but people are just like animals! It’s an all inclusive holiday but that doesn’t mean people need to fill their plates like mountains and then just walk away! the staff aren’t bloody servants! The drinks are crap the beers like water, the cocktails are awful!!they have pictures of these lovely cocktails but what you actually get it plastic cups watered down with no garnish as advertised! Entertainment Always activities during the day from archery to water polo water aerobics to games and an inflatable, even a foam party which was really good! Evening entertainment was diabolical, usual kids mini disco, then nothing! Just someone shouting down a microphone muffled and couldn’t understand, horrendous flashing lights and thumping music! Not entertainment at all. Karaoke one night which was bare able just, we went back to the room about 9.30 every night as couldn’t stand the noise anymore, it was just horrendous, how people can call that entertainment I’ll never know! Aqua park is fab! Yes there is wasps but that’s just due to lazy people leaving empty juice cups and food lying around rather than just put it in a bin! Definitely the best place to eat,Theres salads baguettes pizzas chocolate mousse and fruit pots! Sadly we found this too late so only got to enjoyed one lunch here. Life guards are great they’re always circling the pools and are very attentive more than a lot of the actual parents! Never a rush or fight for loungers which is great, there’s plenty bens and tables around. SpongeBob’s shop is a 2 min walk outside the hotel, there’s also a shop in the hotel but slightly more expensive. Theres a shuttle bus that takes you down to the medina, free once a day. We actually got on the empty bus and then got off and got a taxi cheaper back to the hotel ! The empty bus was going back anyway but still wanted to charge us 180 dirhams when we could get a taxi for 100 find that ridiculous as it was going back anyway and was empty!!! Transfer back to the airport even though it’s only 20mins they have you picked up hours before which isn’t necessary we were through all check ins and security within 15/20mins then had hours to wait , again this is just a money making scheme get us out the hotel and dropped at airport where we’re left to spend more money. Overall we had an ok visit , the weather was amazing and thankfully the water park really helped us enjoy our stay. Sadly wouldn’t recommend or re visit as there are just far too many things that let the place down, advertised as a 5 star but iv visited many hotels in many countries and this would be a 2star rating anywhere else.

We’ve just returned from our week away at this hotel. We were extremely pleased with hotel and have recommended to all friends and family who have asked. ALL the staff are very polite and friendly, not short of staff either, everywhere is clean, constantly been cleaned too! Room done everyday, we were lucky enough to have one of the more modern rooms, with plenty of space and a good view. Food wise, me and my son are very picky eaters and we were worried after reading some reviews but we can honestly say it’s been one of the best all inclusive buffets we’ve been to for a long time, plenty of selection, varied each night! Lots of meat choices, pasta dishes, curries etc… snack bars also really good quality food too. The hotel had plenty to do and my son was never bored. Lots of slides which were all brilliant (again staff/lifegaurds brill) football pitch, multi sport court, wave pool was very popular too. No hotel is perfect and there is a couple of things we did mark as a ‘con’ which is. The evening entertainment is not great, we found it a little boring but also on too late (just an opinion) and then food wise we just wished there was more fresh fruit available. But again this isn’t a deal breaker. We will defo be coming back, thank you for having us

The location of the resort is great, not too far from the airport by transfer and also if you want to go into Marrakesh itself. Rooms were cleaned everyday by the very helpful staff, and the corridors were always spotless, please as a little warning beds are a little on the hard side, but I can sleep anywhere so I didn’t mind just incase anyone reading this is fussy. Staff around the site were always helpful and friendly, always getting involved with activities with adults and children. They always went around getting people up dancing, playing games in the pool and around the edge. I found the shop a little bit pricey on somethings but hey, you can’t really complain as it’s the convenience of the location of it if you need it. There is a shop just outside the resort which is a little cheaper. I was in block 2 facing towards the pool/entertainment, and yes it was a little noisey but I didn’t mind as around 11pm the noise was cut off, and the balcony doors muffled most of the noise when shut. If you need to get money out for the resort there is a cash machine inside the reception roughly it cost me £171 for 2000 dirhams, that was including the exchange rate, but if you need it, its there. As many people know the situation with sunbeds is a pain and I didn’t see anyone coming down at dawn putting towels down. but here I didn’t have any issue with getting a bed when getting to the pool area around midday, the only time it was packed and I only found 2 was when they had the foam party organised. If you forget towels, you can hire them for 150 dirhams per towel as a deposit but will get that back when you return the towel. The best part of the holiday for me was when my daughter went to the foam party ( the first one she’s been too) she really enjoyed that.

The staff couldn't do enough to make our holiday relaxing, always willing to help. The whole hotel was clean and presented well, Lots of greenary which when you compare to the landscape outside you can see the effort that goes into keeping all the plants alive. Baggage porters on golf buggies will take your bags to your room, remember to take some cash for tips as the staff all work hard. Rooms are a good size, we had a family suit which was basically 2 rooms with an adjoining door. The 'maid' staff were very thorough, daily cleaning and towel changes if that's what you need. The dinner hall can be quite chaotic the staff try their best to keep up but there was some very ignorant guests at the hotel who seemed to believe they were more important than everyone else, pushing in ques and demanding all the time! Evening entertainment is ok, we didnt stay for much as we were busy in the day times and too tired to stay awake till late every night, the screen they use for graphics is very bright aswell, the glare was a bit much. Drinks are quite limited on choice but we weren't there to get plastered so that was fine with us. Lots of different excursions available, you're best to book with local company's than using the Tui trips as the local agents are much better priced, Tui actually use the same companies but are making fortunes off them! If you join the Aqua Mirage Facebook page lots of the local agents will post adverts.

I recently have stayed at the aqua mirage hotel with my friend , the check in times is 3pm if you want to use the facilities earlier before check In you pay £15 pounds per person . The hotel is really clean great location the restaurant food is really good culture and traditional food top tier really good breakfast and lunch , I didn’t like the drink and cocktails basic and boring . The receptionist was really nice especially Yasmine lovely girl good service and hassin and Khaoula provided excellent service at the restaurant they worked the breakfast and lunch shift really lovely people always friendly and smiling willing to help , the housekeeping team was so nice hard working people . The entertainment team was nice they tried to entertain as good as they can . The chefs can be a bit more friendly and knowledgable of the food their cooking . The omelette chefs where really nice made good omelettes the snacks the hotel provided was really good but please cover up because of flies and it’s outdoor and a hot country bacteria cross contamination the hotel security staff was really nice greeted you with a smile as always . We left the hotel earlier my advice is for people who are leaving early before breakfast provide hot drinks as well as something simple like croissants or fruits . The evening staff in the restaurant that serve dinner can be more nicer their always rushing while ,lunch and breakfast staff are way better and provide better hospitality. I felt really safe in the hotel especially you can change your currency in the hotel they provide a shuffle bus 30 dirhams to the city 30 Dirhams back my over all experience 8.8/10. I’ll see you guys next year . (Also please designate smoking area please away from people who doesn’t smoke.

Food- hardly any options for vegetarian, can’t even have the chips as it’s served on the same tongs as the chicken nuggets. Noise levels - people singing coming back to rooms at 1–2 am in morning. Entertainment on evening- was awful. Saw better at butlins. Mini disco - the staff didn’t know half the dances and made it up as they went along. Shop on sight - really expensive. Pools and aqua park - really good so much fun in the waves.however the life guards are just on their phones. Some not very helpful getting into the rings to go on slides. Rooms- very clean and maids are lovely. Although our hair dryer kept overheating. Camels - nothing like the adverts.

We stayed over the last month in this hotel. We overall enjoyed our stay but the food is a major issue. From looking at the reviews of late and over the past few years online it has always being an issue, There were six of us staying, adults and children, we all had upset stomachs vomiting and diarrhoea at different times throughout our stay. It is such a pity as the hotel has real potential. Unfortunately due to the food I could not recommend this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, couldn't find a single fault! Food was way better than expected so many options and cooked to perfection! Entertainment was constant and would especially recommend for families with children but also lots going on for adults too! Entertainers would also make an effort to talk and joke with all guests! Staff were amazing, always smiling, polite and helpful! Rooms were great size and comfy, cleaned immaculately every day as well Excursions were easy to book and our rep, Thiago was amazing and made sure everything went smoothly! Would highly recommend the Ourika Valley and Agafay Desert overnight! Spa was affordable and professional, went twice for 2 different treatments it was so good! Pools were clean - options for both children/families and also relaxation! Watermark- wow! Something for everyone, friendly lifeguards and a guaranteed amazing time! Finally the gardens and plants were taken care of so well by the gardeners who should definitely get a shout out for making the resort beautiful!

We enjoyed parts of our stay at Aqua Mirage Marrakech, but overall the experience was disappointing, and we would not return. The food was very repetitive and quickly became boring after just a few days. Unfortunately, my husband was unwell for a day after eating the salad, and our friend suffered from stomach issues for two days. The rooms were not comfortable, with rock-hard beds and lumpy pillows – something many other guests we spoke to also complained about. The animation team worked very hard throughout the day and night, but sadly the entertainment was mostly geared toward children (about 90% of the evening). The limited adult entertainment was short and underwhelming. We were also surprised to be charged extra upon arrival just to use the site, which was not clearly advertised. While we expected to pay local taxes and wait for our room, this felt unreasonable. On top of that, the hotel has a habit of charging for extras like towels, ice creams, and certain drinks. The grounds are beautiful at first glance, but on closer inspection, many areas are run down, with broken facilities. Plates and plastic cups were damaged and sometimes leaking. On the positive side, the staff were fantastic – friendly, attentive, and always working hard. A special mention goes to Abdul, the bar manager, who went above and beyond. One final downside was dealing with some rude local guests, who repeatedly jumped queues at dinner and for the water slides, which became quite frustrating. Overall, while there were some positives, the negatives far outweighed them. We would not recommend Aqua Mirage Marrakech to other travellers.

Very clean room and all round clean hotel will definitely recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to come back next year 🤍

We stayed at this hotel in Morocco as a family on an all-inclusive basis. Overall, it was okay for the money, especially if you're looking for a more budget-friendly getaway. However, there were quite a few things that didn’t meet our expectations. Pros: Friendly Staff: The staff were all really welcoming, hardworking, and helpful throughout our stay. Clean Rooms: Our room was clean, tidy, and the air conditioning worked well, which was essential in the heat. Bottled Water: Freely available at all times – a definite plus in a hot climate. Snack Bar at Aqua Park: A highlight at lunchtime – fresh pizza, baguettes, salad, and even cheesecake were a nice touch. Quad Biking Excursion: This was a fun activity we booked (about 45 minutes away), and the whole family enjoyed it. Cons: Poor Entertainment for Kids: The daytime entertainment was repetitive and clearly aimed more at adults than children, which was disappointing for a family holiday. Overpriced Onsite Shop: The hotel shop was extremely overpriced, with the seller charging whatever he wanted. Thankfully, there’s a shop just outside called “SpongeBob’s” where prices were much more reasonable. Ice Cream Not Included: Despite being all-inclusive, you had to pay extra for ice cream, which felt a bit cheeky. Food Quality: The food was very hit and miss. We noticed that lunchtime often consisted of leftovers from the night before. Unfortunately, two of us ended up with upset stomachs during the stay but this may not be directly because of the food. Drinks: Just average. Not terrible, but nothing special either. Bees Everywhere: Be warned – the sugary drinks around the pool attract swarms of honey bees. I highly recommend bringing your own cups with lids. Long Waits at Airport & Hotel: Both the outbound and return airports were a nightmare – very long waits. Also, check-in at the hotel took us 40 minutes at 10 pm, which was not ideal with two tired children. Final Thoughts: The hotel has some positives – particularly the friendly staff and clean grounds – but unfortunately, it just didn’t tick all the boxes for us. We prefer a more luxury experience and wouldn’t choose to return. However, if you're on a tight budget and manage your expectations, it could be a decent option.

Jamal and youness ruined our trip as soon as we arrived, due to a problem on the website there was an error with the age of a child due to no fault of our own. Jamal and youness charged us an extra £300 or forced us to leave, they were rude, laughed at us in their language and told us we weren’t allowed to speak to a manager. Apart form these 2 rest of the staff were amazing.

Just returned from our 4th visit here, as a well travelled couple whose travelled the world and never been to same place twice. Alot of the good animation team have left which is a shame. But can see why! The new entertainment manager is like Hitler constantly on their case doesn't give them time to breath! . Big shout out to Zaine she's thrived since the last time we come and is a fantastic asset to the hotel along with yoyo who has had us in stitches all week! Lola and speed both being another great member to the team. Would we return? Yes if they got rid of their manager! She is on their case constantly taking away the fun aspect in the job! Such a shame!

Do not book this hotel — avoid at all costs. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We are not fussy eaters, but there was hardly anything edible available. If you think it’s impossible to ruin simple chips, think again. The food was so bad I wouldn’t even give it to my dog. Watching people eat it actually made my skin crawl. Anyone who tells you differently must live in a pig stye and eat out of bins. The hygiene across the entire hotel was disgraceful. We repeatedly asked for clean sheets, only to be given replacements that were just as dirty. I even witnessed a cleaner wiping toilets with a cloth and then rinsing it out on the floor. The drinks were just as disappointing. Aside from bottled beer, there was nothing decent to drink, and the “adults-only” pool bar didn’t even serve spirits, meaning a 10 minute walk just to take the edge of having to stay somewhere as disgusting as this establishment. The only positive is that the hotel grounds have potential, but everything else completely ruins the experience. Do not waste your money here.

⸻ A Disastrous Experience: Unresponsive Management at Aqua Mirage I am writing this review with profound disappointment to document the significant failures my husband and I experienced during our recent stay at Aqua Mirage. Unfortunately, as our experience was defined by operational issues and, most critically, an unresponsive management team. The problems began upon check-in, where we were assigned a room that had clearly not been properly cleaned from the previous guests. We discovered used towels, an unmade bed, and food wrappers in the trash. While front desk staff apologized and provided new keys, the second room suffered from a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, making the space unbearably warm. We reported the AC issue immediately. After two follow-up calls over five hours with no action, I requested to speak with the manager on duty. A gentleman manager was summoned. But it all fell on deaf ears and basically pretty much said it wasn't his problem and that "Maintenance has left for the day, and we are at full capacity." No alternative solutions—such as a fan, a meaningful discount, or a commitment to resolve it first thing in the morning—were offered. We were left to endure an uncomfortable night. The following morning, the issue persisted. When I approached the front desk again, the rude manager was not available. The staff seemed unable to make decisions without his approval and spoke no english, and my request for him to contact me was never fulfilled. This pattern of unresponsiveness defined our stay: promises to follow up were made and broken, and the manager became conspicuously absent when accountability was required and the one time we did see him he told us he didn't really care as he was about to go home, which ruined our holiday as I have crohns and this made me quite poorly. Other issues, such as inconsistent Wi-Fi and a clogged drain in the bathroom, were reported but also went unaddressed. The core of our dissatisfaction lies not solely in the maintenance failures, which can happen in any hotel, but in the complete breakdown of customer service from the management. A proactive and empathetic manager could have mitigated these frustrations. Instead, the indifference we encountered amplified them. We will not be returning to Aqua Mirage and cannot recommend it to other travelers and definitely wouldn't waste your money, and the foam party they have is an accident waiting to happen as its that slippery on the concrete and children was running around in it so I'm surprised nobody slipped and cracked their head open and then they let drunks go down the water slides and one gentleman came off the side and split his head open whilst we was there. Plus flys was also all over the food and numerous people had bad tummys from this. A hotel’s reputation is built on its ability to resolve problems, and in this regard, Aqua Mirage failed catastrophically. Most definitely save your money and STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! As its not even worth the one star

LETS BE HONEST... the staff are lovely SOME and entertainment are amazing they dont get enough credit, HOWEVER all life guards need to be told and refreshed on ALL rules and regulations, as it seems one rule for one lot of people and another rule for another lot of people which quickly got us in trouble and threatened to be kicked out of the hotel and spoken to disrespectfully after paying so much money to be there all bevuase we was throwing a ball around playing volley ball in the pool ... keep in mind we had been doing this for days and no one had an issue only this one lifeguard, which he then got the security and manager and we was told we will be kicked out and to give them our room number ( NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR REAL ONE) as one of our boys had there room broken into door off its hinges and nothing was done they just replaced the door and didnt want to move them rooms, which is incrediblely unsafe espcially as we are in a diffrent country, we than had issues with the ATM it will charge you twice without you knowing SO BE CAREFUL, aswell as my partners wrist band xame off snd he went down that night to sort it out and then was told he can't come back in becuaee he didnt have ID ( KEEP IN mind his name was in the system and they take a photo of your passport) CRAZY!!! he then eventually got in and they did the same to some teenagers and there parents had to come.dowm and get them whoch they was fuming snd was stopping the mother from getting her daughter which is NOT RIGHT. as well as you have these little secret fees you pay on top * country tax * if you want your room for an extra 3 hours it cost us 900Dr ( and they still locked us out early the cleaner had to let us in) BUT, apart from that the hotel was lovely so much entertainment from theme nights, to pool parties, foam parties, African night so lovely and welcoming, everyone English was good and food was always nice and presentable, kid friendly and family friendly loves that they had a quiet area for adults which was kid free and a kids club aswell so much to do activities wise and very helpful when needed help ( the photo below is the man who kept coming to argue with is and threathing to kick us out)

The trip has been amazing, the holiday itself powered by TUI was great. From arrival in Marrakesh to transferring to Aqua Mirage, was fab! Not far from the airport, the hotel is close to everything like excursions and tours. The atmosphere of the hotel includes both quiet and hectic areas which is great from families and couples. The rooms were really well laid out for us as a family having the joining door should you wish to use it! They were cleaned daily and if you didn’t want it cleaned you didn’t have too, we had some teething problems with the safe but the engineers dealt with the problem amazingly! The cost of the holiday was fair for the stay, food, accommodation, pools and activities in the hotel! Yes I would recommend this hotel for a family and for a couple as it is well situated and great service!

This is a very good value for money resort. It can be a bit rough around the edges, with some broken furniture or tiles etc, and some of the amenities are a bit tired and aged looking. But its not so bad as to ruin your holiday. What it lacks in the finer finishing touches it makes up for in hospitality, overall cleanliness, and options for things to do. And the food is, in the main, extremely good for an AI hotel. There is a lot of variety every day, with everything from chicken nuggets & chips (for the unadventurous) up to the local offering of Hareira Soup and Tajines and everything inbetween. The deserts are also always good and not the usual coloured sugar bits we have had at other AI resorts. Its a bit hectic and noisy at peak meal times (not much the hotel can do about that) you learn the quite times after a couple of days, and if you have no kids there is a room set aside for adults where you can sit in a quiter enviroment. The attached Aqua Park is fantastic for both adults and kids. Plenty of big scary slides and softer more gentle ones for those of a nervous disposition. Wifi is decent through out - good enough for the basics and I like that its disabled in the eating areas. The gym is pretty well equiped - 3 rooms, good selection of free weights, machines and one half-decent spin bike. As with some other stuff in the hotel, its a bit rough around the edges and lacks the finese and finer finishing points of good European gym, but its good enough for a good workout. Wifi is practically non-exisitent there so have your tunes pre-loaded and bring water. This was our second visit, brought our nieces with us this time (10 years old) and they loved it. The Aqua Park was a real hit. Would certainly be on our list to book again next time we go back to Marrakesh. Biggest down side in my opinion is the quality of the cocktails/drinks - not unusual for AI type holidays at this price. If you like the finer spirits, maybe bring a bottle from the duty free on your way over. The beer is not bad, and the wine at meal time is ok as well. I meal that kind of stuff is very objective anyway, but between 4 adults we all found the same - beer and wine fine, spirits/cocktails were not worth waiting in line for - which was always also quite long. We would have liked an option for a bar where we could even pay for a decent cocktail as none of us were drinking much, just wanted one nice one in the evenings.

We had a great time at Aqua Mirage Club. The hotel was amazing and the facilities were great. We went to the Spa and on-site waterpark during our stay, both were lovely. Ideal location only 20 mins from the airport and 20 mins from the Medina. A paid for service of a Shuttle bus available to take you into the medina (did have 2x free buses but didn’t suit our times) The pools were big and great to have a quiet pool for adults. Lots of activities to do including golf, archery, aqua Zumba etc. evening entertainment was also good. The rooms were big and cleaned daily. We had a free room upgrade which was an added bonus. The buffet restaurant was busy but we chose to sit in the adults only area which was a nice touch. Food was good. We would recommend this hotel. Improvements: WiFi to be available with a good connection in all rooms Organisation at checking in desks, as we arrived with a large crowd and it didn’t make sense to check in at one desk, then move to another to pay local tax, then go back to the original desk to get wristbands. Hair Conditioner would have been a bonus in the hotel room.

Very good restaurant and waiting staff, albeit in a very busy restaurant. Best lifeguards I have ever seen in a hotel which is important to a family with a 10 year old. Room ladies great. Reception professional. Bus to Marrakech free at certain times, charged at others. Very good all round. First went 9 years ago. Will definitely go again.

Recently got back from this hotel after 8 nights, 4 of the party i travelled with (6 in total) came down with food poisoning or a stomach bug in the last 3 days of the holiday. Let's start with the Food: Pros: There's lot of it. Cons: It all tastes the same, it's bland, repetitive and the dining hall is what I can only compare to a school canteen. The food that is served at lunch in the restaurant is duplicated at dinner - there is no such thing as a themed night - it is always moroccan cuisine (I understand we're in morocco but some themed nights would not go amiss). We utilised the Moroccan and italian a la carte restaurants, the moroccan restaurant was okay, the salad was nice, and the lamb was tender but there was about 95% bone and 5% meat which is just a poor show. The italian however was awful, there was nothing Italian about it and it's served next to the snack bar by the main pool. Facilities: Overall the hotel actually does quite well with the facilities but it's all very dated, an overweight bloke went down a slide when being told he was too heavy by the staff and flung off the slide splitting his head open so be careful on the slides if you're a bit on the heavy side. Nothing to write home about with the facilities side of things, just okay. Room: The room was incredibly basic - mini fridge unstocked throughout the entirety of our stay, toilet is more of a cupboard, bathroom is the equivalent of maybe 2 cupboards? I bent over to pick up showergel and managed to turn the shower off every time due to how cramped and enclosed it is. The Shower door does not fit the frame or isn't sealed correctly as the bathroom flooded every time we had a shower without fail. Staff: The staff were genuinely lovely, big shoutout to Mohamed, he's a lifeguard at the aqua park swimming pool, he's a good lad. The staff give this place the shine that it has (albeit a little glimmer). Entertainment: The entertainment is awful, we had a singer 3 nights in a row that didn't know the words to the songs or seemed to be making them up as he went along, and sounded like he was whining the whole time, just really poor entertainment. The main pool: Never really stayed here because it was packed by 9am but looked quite lively. Overall: I wouldn't come back here if you paid me, I was looking at flights home 4 days early because it was not enjoyable in the slightest. We spent the last 3 days stuck in the room due to the stomach bug/food poisoning. If you're looking for a holiday to get drunk and let your kids run wild then this is likely the best place for you - they do not mess around when it comes to alcohol portions.

A Holiday to (Try and) Forget! If you're looking for a break from reality and want to live like you're on a questionable game show challenge — congratulations, you've found the place. Let’s start at check-in, where you're left to piece together hotel information like it’s a riddle from a budget escape room. No mention of how to get pool towels or what “extras” you need to pay for — just a key and a vague gesture in the direction of your room. Speaking of the room… calling it basic is generous. My friend and I are both a size 10 and still had to take turns breathing to fit into the bathroom. The toilet is wedged so tightly into a corner that Houdini himself would’ve struggled to escape. The shower screen looked like it had been installed by a toddler with a passion for Play-Doh and no regard for angles — and as for shaving your legs? Best of luck unless you’re double-jointed or have a spare collapsible limb. Now, let’s talk fine dining. We splashed out on the “Steak Restaurant” experience — which turned out to be a sad little table in the middle of the Italian, and a mysterious plank of meat accompanied by something they confidently called a “sea potato.” Not sure if it was from the sea or just looked surprised to be on the plate. Drinks were a warm and bubbly (or more accurately, flat and confused) affair. Which added insult to injury after you’ve worked up a thirst in the 20minute queue to get them. Cocktails? Only if you consider “vodka and tepid mixer” a cocktail. Expect your soda to be flatter than your mood after the first night. It appeared the locals knew to take a Stanley (or its Primark equivalent) though which would be filled to the brim in fairness by the overworked bar staff. Entertainment? More like a social experiment. If you enjoy beige buffet food, have a bulldog tattoo, an eyebrow piercing, a hearty beer belly and travel with a tribe of kids who are being screamed at by their parents they’ve ruined their holiday every 30 seconds — then this is your spiritual home. For the rest of us? Bring a book. Or avoid entirely. All in all, this place makes a strong case for staying home next year. Or at least triple-checking the reviews before you go. On the bright side, we’re returning with great stories… and possibly a mild case of claustrophobia.

Don't normally write reviews, but here goes this 2nd time the quality of hotel as deteriorated needs a lot of upgrade of furniture all around the hotel , not just painting . Dining room backs of seats have food on them from night before , waiter picking teeth ,to many standing around doing nothing. Food much same everyday and not hot either . We had incident where child was sick etc made mess in bed ,so called but no connection so had to run down to reception for help ,to find out there phone system not plugged in she put the plug in to socket ,then she rang someone then they came dropped sheets off and left not even make bed . Cueing for drinks in bar you where waiting at least 10/15mins only 2 staff on bar . Coffee machines not hot , Pepsi etc not cold all time . But on plus side animation team where very good, evening entertainment was very good with dancers . But animation team doesn't account for how bad hotel as become .

Staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The Grounds are beautiful and green, picturesque with a natural mix of man and nature. A quite section for adults only. A warm presence of security that makes the environment feel safe. The food and entertainment are satisfactory and trips into town frequent enough. A resort that can meet the needs of a small or large group, to a couple of friends.

Really good hotel, unfortunately when we arrived there were no smiles from anyone at reception, quite uninterested staff. Couldn’t get into room or use facilities when we arrived due to the time we arrived- this was completely out of our hands here, had to pay additional fees for wristbands which was really disappointing. Whole site is great though, pools great, food great, rooms great too. Only thing were the wasps around pool/food area. Saw numerous people stung! Really should have wasp tree traps around these areas. Other than that, really nice.👌🏻

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS – NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE! We arrived at the hotel around 12:30 PM with a fully paid all-inclusive package, only to be told we could not check in until 3 PM unless we paid an additional 300 dirhams. Despite rooms being available, we were told to either pay or wait in the lobby for nearly 3 hours — with no food or drink provided, even though we had five small children with us. It was an unexpected and shocking expense, not mentioned anywhere during booking. After reluctantly paying the extra charge, we were told to come back at 1:30 PM for the room. In the meantime, the only food offered was cold chips and dry, hard burgers. Absolutely unacceptable for an “all-inclusive” hotel. When we finally got into the room, it was initially clean and tidy. Housekeeping maintained it well, which we appreciated — but that’s about where the positives ended. Food & Drink – Disgraceful for “All-Inclusive” Breakfast was a disaster: runny omelettes, uncooked sausages, no toast or proper continental options, and barely any fruit. By day 4, we completely gave up on breakfast. Lunch and dinner options were repetitive — pizza and chips every day. Food quality was poor, and by mid-week, everyone in our group fell ill with vomiting and diarrhea. My partner even vomited in the restaurant. Drink service was chaotic: you could only order 3 drinks at a time, staff often got the orders wrong, and when corrected, rolled their eyes and spoke in another language, making us feel completely dismissed. Security Incident – Racially Charged & Threatening After dinner one evening, I was accused by a security guard of “stealing water”, despite carrying nothing and being entitled to drinks as part of the all-inclusive package. When I asked for evidence, he said “a black girl said it was another black girl,” and then threatened me with “jail” if I didn’t confess. This felt racially motivated and completely out of line. Only after bringing my family to support me did the guard drop the accusation. I felt humiliated, unsafe, and targeted for no reason. Check-Out Hassles & Bed Bug Discovery We tried for 2 days to extend our checkout by just 3 hours (from 12 PM to 3 PM), and were constantly told to "come back later". Finally, on the day of departure at 10 AM, we were told no rooms were available, and were told to shower five kids in the public outdoor showers and wait by the pool with all our belongings — disgraceful treatment. Only after insisting again were we told the room was “suddenly available” — for another 500 dirhams. We paid, only to find a BED BUG in the bed. We took photos and videos, and reception finally refunded the money, but by then the damage was done. They offered to move us to another room, but we declined — we’d had enough. Summary: Staff are rude, dismissive, and money-driven Food is poor quality, repetitive, and unsafe Drinks service is limited and disorganized Racially inappropriate behavior from security Rooms have bed bugs Children were not treated kindly or with care We left the trip feeling ill, disrespected, and deeply disappointed This was meant to be a special holiday, but it turned into a nightmare. I would never return to this hotel, or even Marrakesh, based on this experience. You've been warned — do NOT stay here.

This is a lovely resort with lots to do. Aqua Park Is great. Could get a sunbed every morning without hassle at the main pool , towards lunchtime tho was a little more tricky, however the aqua Park always has beds. Food..... Very repetitive at the buffet, reasonable amount of choice always fries and something for the kids and pizza. Make sure you take a cup with a lid as wasps are rife where people leave their used cups out. Alcohol is one thing I wasn't impressed with, all they have is beer, wine and cocktails based with either vodka or gin, if you like those great. However no pina colada , Malibu or popular spirits like amaretto etc so we haven't had alcohol all holiday not that I'm a huge drinker but the odd one would have been nice. Entertainment at the main pool is good always something going on. The snack bar at the pool offers chicken burger, cheeseburger, paninis and chips this is the same daily. Evening entertainment is ok but if it rains hardly anywhere to sit as most seating is not under cover. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Air con isn't brilliant but does work. The staff go above and beyond and are super friendly. The Italian restaurant is a must fantastic food and service. All in all a great holiday , it is super hot tho in September , temp hasn't gone below 39. Prob better and more bearable Oct/ nov time.

Got back today after spending the last 7 days at the Aqua Mirage. It was, my partner and our 2 daughters who are 5 and 2. We originally chose this location as we had never been to Morocco. Chose this time of year on the hope the weather would ok for the little ones. Boy, we got that wrong lol. Started 28°c. Then for 5 out of the 7 days, it was always floating between 35 and 40. If you have kids do your homework for the best time to go. Now for the hotel. The room is exactly what you need. Beds and air con. We only used it to sleep in so it was perfect. Cleaned every day. Except one. But I spoke with reception and no more than 5 mins later our room was being cleaned. We only went for breakfast once. It wasn't our cup of tea. Kids loved it as there were pancakes and an endless supply of chocolate sauce. We never went for lunch. Reason being. They have snack bars on for a few hours. But if you want hot food get there for when it opens. Otherwise, it is cold cheeseburgers and chips. Dinner on the other hand was very good. We ate every night. Always managed to find something new as well. No complaints at all for the night meals. My 5-year-old loved the aqua park. Wanted to spend all day every day there. There are slides for all ages. Definitely a fun day for all ages. The main pools are where all games and things like that happen. On Saturday night, they had a pool party. Started at 10 pm and finished around midnight. And yet again my 5-year-old loved it. And yes she was in there till the end. The staff are amazing! Check-in was easy but I have heard stories of bad experiences so be warned. The main bar opens at 9 am and closes at midnight. Hana working during the days always had a smile on her face. And then there is Soufiane who takes over for the night shift. Always laughed with him. The staff were so good with the kids. Can't thank them enough. Bad points. Occasionally cold food. Wasps. 40°c Sun was too much for my youngest. Do your homework. Good points Security is excellent. Staff were fantastic. Dinner was always good Aqua park was great fun. Pool party and foam party was great. For an inclusive it was a good hotel. Side note. Make sure you see the on sight photographer. Amazing man and work!

We came to aqua mirage 7 years ago and the wonderful experience we had then bought us back again. Yet again we had an amazing time, the aqua park is fantastic for all ages. Great friendly vibes at this hotel, food is delicious, very good variety, shame the kids corner no longer exists, as there would be large queues for pizzas! Also found this time round the desserts selection and sizes were small compared to 2018 but still enough to go round and delicious! I did find the drinks machine was watery, hardly any fizz or taste. The restaurant could do with a refurb as it does look outdated but was kept clean at all times. The noise levels in block 4 would be loud with families not having any consideration for others, this was always midnight onwards, although i understand this is beyond the hotels control. Ants in room was annoying but luckily we bought insect repellent which helped but again did not experience this back in 2018. There have been lots of negative reviews about the hotel but honestly cannot fault the efforts put in by the hotel to ensure good hygiene and cleanliness, our house keeping Soukania was so lovely, very friendly and cleaning was on point. Thank you to the wonderful staff at aqua mirage, including the ones who work at the spa & reception, we cannot wait to come back here again soon.

Hi all, just arrived home after a 10 night stay with my wife and 3 year old child so thought I’d leave a review, I’ll break it down so it’s easy to read and you can choose what you’d like to hear about😀 appreciate this will be a long one Arriving at RAK airport We landed around 10pm, and to be completely honest the airport experience was absolutely fine for us. You will first go through boarder control. As we had a 3 year old the staff pulled us from the short queue into a “fast track” queue. I can see why people have horror stories of this airport as when we were pulled we were the only ones in that queue and the officer still took a good 15/20 minutes to process us, however we could sense the security process and how serious they take people entering Morocco so this gave us a sense of security and safety👍 there were 2 currency exchange points which I used, you can exchange cash or get the cash using card. We got 2,350 dirham for £200. They will offer to put half of the dirhams on a travel card for you, feel free to accept this but they will charge you 350 dirham for the card so I ended up with only 2000 dirham, didn’t realise I was charged until I mentioned to the rep😳😂 all in all the airport was pleasant and easy to navigate👍 Arriving at aqua mirage Transfer took around 20 minutes. Check in for us was a breeze as only around 10 families checking in at the time. Water and biscuits were given to us. Within 10 minutes we were checked in and been taken to our room. As we had arrived after the food hall closed, staff brought each of us a small plate of food to our room, nothing special, some Chicken and salad and cheese Entertainment The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic. Everytime they gave the time to speak with you, make our child laugh and giggle. They worked so hard through the day, always encouraging us to get involved with day time activities, they honestly made our holiday amazing. The evening shows also impressed us, something different each night but these are repeated on a weekly schedule so our last 2 nights we had already seen the shows, this seems the normal in all inclusive, but over all entertainment team absolutely fantastic!! Food There was never a day when we didn’t eat, food was more than enough for us, something for everyone. Can be quite repetitive but there’s always something to choose. The snack bar of burgers, paninis and chips next to the pool bar was very nice. The food fall can become very hectic and like a free for all Aqua park My 3 year old absolutely loved it and myself loved the big slides, plenty of sunbeds always available. The park also has a snack bar offering baguettes sandwiches, pizza and puddings at dinner time, overall the aqua park is very good, they don’t serve alcohol there but pop, water and juice all available from the bar down there. The aqua park is open to the public also and this shows on a weekend when it becomes busier as the locals seem to love it also👍 Onsite shop This is your typical holiday shop, selling snacks, drinks, bags, floats, balls ect. We found this shop a little more expensive than others in the city but I suppose for the convenience it works. Local markets “Medina” We visited 3 times using the shuttle bus service provided by the hotel and absolutely loved it. The locals were so friendly with us, of course shop owners will try get you to buy something from their shop as there’s 1000’s of them but a firm No thanks and they wish you a good day and leave you alone. The markets are extremely busy at night to the point you’re shoulder to shoulder with others but we never felt unsafe at any point. Would definitely recommend visiting as it’s a real experience👌 Cleanliness Staff work so hard keeping the place clean. Rooms were cleaned daily at the same time, staff always keeping the ground tidy, not much else to say but very clean hotel. Overall the 3 of us had an absolutely amazing holiday at Aquamirage and honestly, we didn’t find anything at all to have a good old English moan about, it is somehwere we would definitely return to and would highly encourage people to use as their hotel👍 any questions feel free to ask😀

Went with an open mind given some of the reviews but I have to admit we did have a good time!! Whilst it wasn’t up to what my wife & I are used to, my daughter and Husband and their 4 kids absolutely loved it!! I struggled with the food as I am so fussy with some meals only having soup & melon!! Hey ho at least I lost some weight which isn’t a bad thing!😂. Also I am not into lager and tolerate it on holidays but after 4 nights of the offering here gave up and settled for a few Vodka tonics which I haven’t drunk in years! Yes the senior management are seriously misguided if they think it’s ok to have their precious customers in long queues to get served ( if you don’t want to give too much away, do away with the All inclusive drinks offer!). Had there been a local bar nearby we would have been there most nights! The entertainment team worked tirelessly although it was VERY loud!! (if I wore hearing aids I’d have been turning them off!!😂) Gardeners & Cleaners all did a great job too. Room was smallish but adequate with a super comfy hard bed! Shower…..tiny as previously mentioned in reviews but at least I didn’t have to run around to get wet!!😂 All in all an enjoyable break and whilst we wouldn’t rush to get back our daughter would be back in a flash if she could!!

Staff, Ava, Souka and Emyra are so kind, very friendly, Ava started a lot of conversation and was very inclusive, giving a lot of opportunities to dance with her! Souka and Emyra came over to me and my sister and played some board games with us and shared some information about there culture here in Marrakesh and we shared the same about in England , such a lovely place ! such a great staff body and community ❤️

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The level of unprofessionalism from the staff is beyond unacceptable — rude, careless, and completely untrained in even the basics of hospitality. At no point did I feel welcomed or respected as a guest. The condition of the room was appalling: dirty sheets, unpleasant odors, dust everywhere, and a bathroom that was absolutely unhygienic. These are not small oversights — they are clear signs of negligence and a total lack of standards. Service was practically nonexistent. Every request was either ignored or handled with an attitude that made it clear the staff simply doesn’t care. Management clearly has no control, no vision, and no respect for the people who choose to spend their money here. (Alcohol the cheaper one in morocco!!) For the prices they charge, what you get is nothing short of a scam. This hotel is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. I strongly advise anyone considering this place: do not waste your money or your time here. There are far better options where at least basic respect, cleanliness, and service are guaranteed.

We arrived and we was instantly met with smiles from all of the team , especially more from Akram he made me and my partner feel so included as well as making other people included too! Any questions we had he answered them straight away with always making sure that we are both okay and enjoying our time . We honestly would come back just to see his smile and his great friendly aroma :) Thankyou

We stayed here for a week at the beginning of September weather was great, my son loved the water park and the main pool, all team were friendly bar team remembered our drinks and the entertainment team got involved with everything which is brilliant you don’t see that much these days, from my own personal experience the food wasn’t the best but we had gone out of the peak period so there were less things on offer. I would happily return to the resort.

I arrived on the 1st September and couldn’t wait to get home after a week. When we arrived we had to sit in a theatre room for an extra hour just to be given a ticket before getting our room numbers. When we actually got to the room, we was surprised with a balcony door that had a snapped lock, a bathroom door that was too big for the actual hinges , an ant infestation and dirty bedding that looked like it was covered in chocolate. The food was basic which is expected at the all inclusive , a range of pizza, salads, chicken, chips and mainly Moroccan food. The chefs worked the hardest as sometimes there were about 30 people queuing for pizza. The breakfasts were the best in my opinion as they had omelettes, a range of cheese and ham , pancakes, donuts, fruit , pastries etc. My only fault with the food was that the chicken was sometimes pink on the inside so we didn’t want to risk eating it as some families had food poisoning. We visited the water park twice , we tried the snack bar there once and wouldn’t recommend as the local children just push to the front and the staff serve them first regardless. The slides are good and can’t fault the life guards as they’re constantly on form. Again tho, the local children would push past on the stairs , push to the front of the queue for the slides and say “me first” like they’re entitled to skip the line. Similarly at the restaurant, local children would push to front of the pizza queue and then take a whole pizza and say it’s for the family when their family are also in the queue. The drinks are okay, we mainly drank the bottled water due to how hot it was. They had no coconut milk all week so some of the cocktails were off the menu. Fizzy drinks were often warm as they were either bottled or out of the machine. I wouldn’t come back but things like the pool and the staff , you couldn’t fault them at all.

Everybody is so friendly here, from the entertainment to the cleaners, everybody is welcoming. All areas of the hotel are always clean and well maintained and our room was always clean and more than up to standard. Plenty to do within the hotel too, we were never bored. All round a wonderful hotel, great for couples and families.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks as a family holiday. Hoping for a relaxing break In Morocco, but unfortunately this was the worst holiday experience we have ever had. Grounds and maintenance This is a positive the grounds were well looked after and clean out side areas. Bar staff. The bar staff at the pool bar worked very hard, especially considering only one member of staff with extremely long queues they did their best while working under pressure extremely appreciated Food and hygiene The food was extremely poor. Much of it was cold, undercooked and repetitive. Unfortunately several members of my family were unwell and lots of people in the hotel what seemed like a stomach bug I have taken samples and having them tested now back in the UK. Plates were boiled hot my son burnt his fingers we had to clear tables before eating more than once. As did other guests the restaurant staff were generally rude and unhelpful and we were asked to move from our table to let a Moroccan family have it. Extremely rude and racial behaviour to English people. Safely and seriously There were multiple fights during our stay with no security where alcohol was being served but lots to ensure you don’t take water out of a restaurant how very sad. When we raised the issue with the manager we were shocked to be told fights are normal for British people it was actually not the brits I found this comment deeply offensive and dismissive not the way a manager should respond sadly. The lifeguards they were frequently distracted by under age girls and actually missed a little boy in trouble in the pool. He failed to notice as to busy texting and engaging in in appropriate behaviour with a teenage girl this was totally unprofessional behaviour and of great concern from a child protection point of view again TUI will be made aware. Sadly we felt along with many others there seemed to be a clear bias against English guests. This was a disappointing distressing holiday sadly the hotel failed on almost every level. Please think twice about this hotel.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience after staying at this hotel. The food offering was repetitive. In the main restaurant, only one section seemed to change each day, and it felt like a lottery as to whether the option would be enjoyable. For a resort of this size, I expected more variety and quality. When we stayed, the hotel was celebrating its 10-year anniversary, but honestly, it looked much older. I’ve stayed at a 25-year-old hotel recently that was far better maintained and felt fresher. The most concerning issue was with the lifeguards. Unfortunately, their lack of attentiveness became clear when my child fell into the water. For several seconds there was panic all around us, yet the lifeguards had to be physically alerted and then strolled over without any urgency. It was alarming and unacceptable. Overall, I left feeling very disappointed. The atmosphere among staff felt flat, almost as though they were unhappy themselves, and that reflected in the service. What frustrates me most is that I gave the hotel a chance to address my concerns via email a couple of months ago, but I have still received no response. I truly wanted to enjoy this stay, but sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Can't recommend this place enough. Rooms were decent, good size and everything you needed. Loads of entertainment for kids and adults. But the best thing about this place is the on site water park. 10 full on slides with smaller ones for little kids. It's truly a one off for an on site water park. Me and my son spent all day up and down the slides and we're never bored. Also a pool for general swimming there so can get some down time too. If you want slides, then go here!

Hotel is a bit loud, but to be expected since its a kids hotel. The hotel however should set up some boundries in the main bar, kids should not be allowed in. In my week kids kept spilling driks all over the place on purpose and kept on destroying the drinking machines we could not even have a proper coffee with these rude kids. I have two of my own, but would never let them do that

Wow what a holiday!!! Let me start from the arrival: Everyone from the shuttle bus was shown to a room with bottles of water and fresh juices. Just what we needed after the airport. We handed our passports to a staff member and were given our room keys after a short welcome talk. Once we had our room numbers the porters took our luggage to the room for us so that we could go and get dinner. Our flight was delayed and they opened the restaurant just for us so we could eat before bed Daytimes: There are soooo many activities to keep you and the little ones entertained all day. Table tennis, darts, pool volleyball just to name a few In the pool they had an obstacles course one day, foam party, late night pool parties!!!! Evenings: The shows are out of this world!!! I really enjoyed the African and Brazilian shows and after you can shake a leg with the party dances!!! The animation team: What a friendly bunch! Not pushy like I've experienced in other countries. So polite and helpful. I will miss them chemist as they have made my holiday what it is!! Shout out to Souka and Speed!! My absolute favourites!!! Yoyo I missed your lovely face the last few days. Get well soon. I can't wait to come back next year!! This is the BEST holiday I've ever had!!! 35 degree heat helps a lot too!! Lol!!!

I had brought my children here earlier on in the summer and had such an amazing time, I came back for 5 days at the end of August for to see dounia, she works at the hotel. She made me and my girls feel so so welcome, we kept in touch after the holiday and we have become such good friends. I heard she was poorly so I came back to spend time with her and she made my stay amazing. Such a wonderful person, great at making everyone smile and feel welcome. She is amazing 😊

We booked with Thomas Cook and we’re not warned about added costs on arrival and departure at resort. Day 1. We arrived at the resort at 9.30am only to be told we’d have to sit in reception/lobby until 3pm to check in. We had been traveling since 1am and had our grandson who is ADHD, High Functioning Autistic with us. We weren’t offered a drink of any sort on arrival. We were told that if we paid, we could enter the resort earlier. There was another couple who had arrived the same time as us with 2 young children who also were told the same. We all (the other couple too) decided we had no option but to pay. We also had the entrance tax to pay too, theirs was included in their holiday booking. We have always used dollars in Marakech, but the hotel refused the dollars. We had to use credit card. We then had to pay the deposit for the towels, once again they wouldn’t take the dollars. We then tried to change the dollars into Moroccan Dirham, the cashier refused. My husband then called for the manager explaining that Dollars are legal currency and we’ve never had a problem before. Eventually we managed to change some. We attempted to get the towels, there was another issue because we didn’t have a room number. Once again, drama! So they eventually took our name instead. When we were finally able to check into our rooms there was no water in the fridges, no tea/coffee making facilities. Rooms basic, no frills. We settled down for a rest before dinner and the alarms kept going off. They went off approximately every 30 mins. We mentioned this when we went down for dinner only to be told that they have to check them. We agreed with that, but not every 30 mins!!! First morning at breakfast, the coffee machines didn’t work, not just 1, multiple didn’t work. On a plus side, the food was good, variety good, but they limited you and made you come back for more of you wanted more. The queuing was in excess at times. Staff in the restaurant were lovely and attentive. Bar staff great too. Pool activities great, adult/quiet pool a bonus! Unfortunately loud, noisy, fighting Brit’s should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Aqua mirage was the best hotel we have stayed at. Myself and my family stayed here for 2 weeks in August 2025. The staff were absolutely incredible! They work so hard to ensure you have the best holiday. They are very friendly, involve everyone in all activities during the day and the night and make a huge effort to talk to everyone around the pool pool area, dining area etc. They really made our holiday. The food was always delicious and lots of options available. Breakfast was a range of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, omlettes, pancakes, ham, cheeses, cooked breakfast, pastries, teas and coffees. Lunch was different each day, pasta bar, kebabs, grill, fajitas, tacos, pizza etc. You could have burgers, chicken burger, chips, paninis around the pool at the snack bar. Evening entertainment was amazing! Poil parties, aqua park after dark, where tgere were fireworks, hotdogs, icecreams etc. Day time activities were, darts, water aerobics, aqua zumba, water polo, yoga, dance lessons, foam party. Rooms were cleaned daily. I would advise taking a cool bottle with a lid to keep wasps away as they seem to be everywhere. The bar staff will clean your bottle, fill with ice soft drink or alcoholic beverages. Icecreams are €3 but at evening meals icecream on a cone is included. Overall, a very enjoyable and very memorable holiday for myself and my family.

We travelled as a family of 13, spending nearly £15,000 for 10 days, and this hotel was a complete letdown. Customer care: Awful, especially Zaineb at reception. Guest Services dismissive and unhelpful – every complaint went nowhere. Some staff were kind, but many were rude and inconsistent. “All-inclusive” with endless extras: Towels, kettle, irons (not even allowed), ice cream during the day, birthday cakes/decorations – all at extra cost. Rooms: Bathrooms reeked of sewage, mould in showers, ants, broken doors, leaking AC leaving puddles on the floor. We needed maintenance 3 times in 24 hours. Definitely not 4-star. Food & hygiene: Huge queues while locals with day passes pushed in and took piles of food. 10 of our group fell ill with severe sickness/diarrhoea, yet Guest Services denied any problem despite many other guests also being sick. Aqua park: The biggest disappointment. Locals dominated slides and inflatables, rude and aggressive towards tourists. Lifeguards did nothing. We avoided it after repeated unpleasant encounters – heartbreaking for the kids, as this was the main reason we booked. Health & safety: Woman cut her foot in the pool, blood left all day without being cleaned. Lifeguards didn’t act. Staff numbers far too low for the size of the hotel. Overall: By far the worst holiday we’ve had. Not worth the money, not worth the stress. 1 star – if I could give minus stars, I would. Avoid this hotel.

We’ve just got back from Aqua Mirage in Marrakesh and wanted to give an honest review. Check-in Arrival was smooth enough. You do pay local tourist tax on arrival, which we knew about. Bags were taken to the room by buggy – handy as the resort is large and we arrived late. Tip: take cash for tipping staff here. Because we missed dinner, food was sent to the room, though it turned up past midnight and was just a plate of cold meats with no bread. Room The room was fine for a week, though we had ants, a broken flashing light, a locked safe that had to be opened by staff, and very unreliable air con with no clear instructions. Housekeeping were excellent and always respectful. Food & Restaurants The food was very hit and miss. Some meals were tasty, especially the Moroccan à la carte restaurant, but the main buffet was chaotic. • Signage was poor – impossible if you have allergies or dietary needs. • Breakfast inside was random and eggs were always overdone. The omelette/fried egg station outside was far better, but we only found it halfway through the week. • Pizza was popular but never enough. • Desserts were limited – usually just three options. The buffet hall itself was overcrowded, noisy, and badly laid out. Tables weren’t cleared until you left, and this was done via a trolly. At one lunch I had to sit and eat next to a dirty, smelly clearing trolley. There is always someone mopping the floor and will mop you if you’re in the way. Drinks service was almost non-existent. Most nights we had to fetch our own water and were only offered wine once. Bars & Drinks Queues were constant, often only one barman working. Drinks choice was limited and cocktails weren’t great. Staff were generally pleasant, just stretched too thin. Pools & Grounds The main pool was a good size and activities ran throughout the day if you wanted them. They do however bring loud and at times very loud music. But if you wanted quiet time with kids, there was no real option – the adults-only pool is off limits, and the waterpark is just as busy. Biggest issue was the wasps. From mid-afternoon the pool bar was swarming and I saw children being stung. No traps or control measures in place. Wi-Fi was patchy at best, especially in the waterpark area. Other notes • Cash deposits needed for towels, refunded when returned, but you can’t convert leftover dirham back at the hotel – awkward on your last day. • Checkout was poor. Rooms had to be vacated at 12, we weren’t picked up until 6:30, but after 3pm we had no access to food or drinks unless we paid £50 for a “late checkout” band. That left a sour end to the holiday. This would have been 2.5 out of 5 review but made a 2 as one of us also ended up with an upset stomach and spent part of the holiday stuck in the bathroom. Overall This isn’t a 4-star hotel. It felt more like a 3, and we’ve had far better holidays elsewhere for less money. Staff tried, but the resort is let down by poor food organisation, lack of information, overcrowding in areas, and unnecessary charges. We wouldn’t return.

There were definitely some highlights, especially for the kids – they absolutely loved the water slides, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable for the whole family. However, there were quite a few things that let the experience down. Despite being all-inclusive, the fizzy drinks were watered down and tasted off, which was disappointing. I wasn't able to get a proper coffee during the entire three night stay, as the machines were constantly low. Food was okay – not bad, but nothing special either. One of the biggest letdowns was the lack of ice cream during the day unless we paid extra, which felt a bit unfair considering the all-inclusive promise. Also, there were no late-night dining options available. Since we tend to stay up late, it would’ve been nice to have access to some snacks or light food after the evening meal. All in all, it was fine for a short break, especially if you're travelling with kids, but I’m not sure we’d return unless a few things were improved.

Reception: should be inviting. It was a shoe box. We had to pay £50 for early check in which meant that we got our wrist bands to be able to leave reception and get water or sit there for 6 hours till the room was ready. Despite paying, we didn’t get the room till 6pm! Dining hall: under staffed with awful Service. Tables were left uncleared which meant people waiting to sit. The staff were unhelpful. And it stank a lot. Food: whilst good with selection, portions were rationed!!!! A small 3cm slice of cake was cut in half and I was told I couldn’t have more. My son was only allowed 1 pancake! I paid for all inclusive, not for food to be rationed and dished out to you. No value for money. Appalling. Spa: this had the potential to be special but it failed. There was no health questionnaire to complete before a hot hamam and deep tissue massage. Nothing to note my low BP! Just straight in ,bottle of water and out. Room: tiny with the bath room a matchbox size. And only one small mirror in the bathroom. Might just be able to swing a cat! On the last night we had ants all over the floor, and we were on the 1st floor! It took 2 phone calls to reception to sort the issue. Hotel: has the potential to be amazing, set in beautiful green surroundings. But it’s dated and tired and the workmanship is shoddy and lacks any attention to detail. Pool: lovely with ample beds and space. Although the entertainment staff do their best to annoy you when you’re reading a really good book! Not one to visit again or recommend. It’s apparently a 4* hotel but I’d say its scraping the lower end of 3*

Hotel is nice and aqua park was great both for adults and kids. Food was good, we all enjoyed it but if you arrive a little later, you only get leftovers. You need to pay a deposit for pool towels which you get back when you check out if they are all returned and you can only change them every 2 days. Our room had so many ants, which wasn't great. Entertainment was not so great apart from the aqua party. The Entertainment group not very welcoming. They kind of pick and choose who they want to entertain. Overall the hotel is nice and great for kids. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

The resort is absolutely lovely. I have no negatives. The entertainment was exceptional; we had a pool party and an African show, to say the least. Staff were friendly. The only improvement I believe they should consider is providing some sort of escalator machine to take the inflatables to the top for the slides. The stress of taking the inflatables up the stairs by yourself was too much. Apart from that, an amazing place. 100%

We booked directly through the hotel website using local currency and saved money from booking through a travel company/UK website. The food was better than expected at the buffet. Staff across the whole facility were polite and helpful and entertainment staff work incredibly hard day-in-day-out. Pools were great with enough variety for every age. Drinks were a little limited and we bought some branded food towards the end of the week as we tired of the free drinks on offer through all inclusive as you could taste the dishwasher tablets on plastic cups. The glass cups were fine. Moroccan evening meal offered due to staying 7+ nights was the low point of our holiday. The quality of the Moroccan food at the buffet all week was very good, so we thought we were in for a treat. Unfortunately all of the starters were cold and prepared in advance. All of the pre-ordered food was dry so was not cooked authentically as the tagine pots could be handled by hand, so we're just for presentation. The cous cous I had, found a black hair in it, which I informed our server but I had lost my appetite by this time. 2 days following this I was ill (my family was not) not sure if this was related, but I did not go on a camel ride with my family at the end of my holiday due to being bed bound & needing to be healthy to fly home. I will say that the onsite doctor could not do enough for me to help me through my illness which I was very thankful for. Shuttle bus was prompt and a cost effective alternative to getting a taxi to and from Marrakech. I would stay again, but would possibly spend more personal money on branded food and drinks more often for variety. £13 (150 dirham) for 5 X ice creams from the shop was a little steep, most prices from the onsite shop were expensive compared to shops off-site. Some areas of the site around the pools could do with a little repair/modernization. Particularly the brick floor around the main pool with some bricks missing and people walking in bare feet causing a potential hazard. And the sports bar vinyl seats all being ripped and cracked. With a WiFi upgrade so the strength of service was equal across the whole site as well, this would have made our experience even more positive.

This was the best holiday I have had in ages. I felt so relaxed. The hotel was so clean and tidy, and you could tell the workers there really cared for the place. You always saw someone cleaning or working to keep the grounds tidy. My son Oscar loved the 10:30 game of football every morning, where he made friends. The entertainment team was fantastic, so friendly, funny, and always tried to get you to join in and tell you about the activities happening, but did it in the correct manner where you didn't feel pressured to take part. Football games was always on in the sports bar so didn't have to miss the games on tv. The guy serving the drinks at the pool bar was a total legend; he just remembered what everyone was having and was such a nice, polite man. We played tennis, football, mini golf, did aqua aerobics, an aqua pool party, and a foam party, as well as enjoying the evening entertainment. There is a kids' club, but Oscar didn't go, as he was so busy with everything else going on. We only went to the aqua park for a few hours on our last day, but the rides are brilliant, and again, it's clean and They have a spa and gym, and again, something we didn't use. You could book excursions, which me and my daughter did: the balloon ride, and I strongly recommend everyone to do it; it was absolutely amazing watching the sun rise. The Wi-Fi works well in the room and certain areas, apart from the restaurant and sports bar, and sometimes you have to sign back in. We also noticed when watching the entertainment in the evening, the Wi-Fi would slow up, but to be honest, that would be expected if everyone in one place is using it. My only couple of negatives would be the food and the shop. There is a huge selection for everyone and it caters for everyone, but if you have fussy children, I think there should be a bit more of a variety each night for them, but they did have nuggets, chips, chicken fingers, pizzas, ice cream, and more. They also did burgers and chips for the kids at lunch time at the main pool which the kids loved. The shop I found was quite expensive, but this is an independent shop and not really run by the hotel. It did sell a variety of stuff though, from gifts, inflatables, crisps, chocolate, energy drinks, bags, trainers, and football shirts. If we go back to Morocco, this would be the hotel we would definitely go back to. If you want a relaxing or fun holiday, this has something for everyone, and again, the entertainment team full of energy and passion. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Dean, Hayley, Oscar, and Phoenix

First trip to Marrakesh - recommend exchange currency at the airport so you have some cash on your before getting to the hotel (exchange rates are better at the airport) From the airport to the hotel the transfer timing was excellent. Only our coach to the hotel so no dropping off. Check in time was quick. The weather was glorious highs around 45 degrees and not humid! We had an interconnecting room which was great. Only gripe was our safe wasn’t working in one room. Outside of room was very echoing so guest who didn’t see the signs stating to be quiet were very loud at night especially screaming children. The beds are very firm and the pillows could do with updating. Our room was modern, but the bathroom could do with updating. Our maid very very friendly, beds made every day, fresh towels and bins emptied. The food was ok, pretty much the same every night. The Italian a la carte was good. No watermelon at breakfast only in the evenings. Was difficult to cater for my daughter who is picky and was looking forward to watermelon for breakfast. But she survived. Pool bar snack food was good, however the water park food choice was better (should be switched around, so more choice for hotel guests) Only ice cream is free in the evenings so you had to pay for it around the pool. Main pool - great fun and great atmosphere, the entertainment team work so hard and deserve loads of credit! The long hours they put in and always have a smile on their faces. Pool party/ foam party on Wednesday was great!! Just be aware of pushy adults pushing kids out of the way to get to the front! Main bar - quick service but very limited on spirits ( white rum, Gin and Brandy only available) and the cocktails were not that great. However the mojitos at the pool party were amazing!! Need that available at all times please. Water park- we only visited once as we did not realise it was open to the general public and found the day guests took over! Highly recommend the city tour excursion, Mickey our tour guide was great, told us so many things. The horse and carriage ride in the evening was good, we felt the tour guide could have done more. The main square in Marrakesh centre gets very very busy at night, but great to visit and see the difference from day to night. Reception staff - all ok apart from Yasmine! We asked for a late check out and the reply was “not available” we asked why and no answer, so after a trip to our TUI rep went all went to reception and saw a different person, explained what just happened and as he checked Yasmine was speaking to him, the reception staff said it wasn’t a problem and we booked an extended check out for 3pm. When it came to checking out again I was lumbered with Yasmine, she didn’t give us our yellow slip needed to exit the hotel on departure, we had to queue up and get one! Marrakesh airport is limited on food outlets. They have a pizza and burger place, Starbucks and baguettes available. No popular food halls like other airports. Everything is priced in Euro’s in the airport, so exchange your Moroccan money before going through to departures.

Very good hotel for families with kids, the aqua park is such good fun! The rooms are dated but clean and are cleaned everyday. The staff are very friendly and the food was good there is a good selection. For the price I payed you can’t go wrong definitely kept my two kids entertained all day and night! Few tips being a travel kettle and coffee as they don’t have coffee to take to the rooms and you have to pay for a kettle. Bring your own towels as they charge for this too (it’s refundable but the towels looked old) use bottled water to brush your teeth!! And bring factor 50!! It’s ridiculously hot

I'm sitting here waiting for my transfer to take me home from a 2 week holiday here. The hotel and staff are lovely .. yes there are a few niggles that could be improved.. 1st niggle They don't serve beer in the main restaurant??? The main restaurant is chaotic and the tables could be cleaner , there is also no tea and coffee there at lunch time and dinner time. 2nd niggle They don't sell cocktails around the pool , you have to cover up and go inside to get them. 3rd niggle no kettle in room But the positives are .. The adult only pool is beautiful, and if you don't have children then go there . The lifeguard Sied and bar staff there are amazing and looked after us everyday. The adult only part of restaurant is also lovely , the staff again look after you and it's nice to be away from the hustle bustle of the main restaurant. The food is hit and good and I really don't understand what there is to complain about..all inclusive is repetitive anywhere you go , so get over it. The aqua park is also brilliant. There is plenty of sunbeds everywhere even in the middle of August. The staff are lovely (mostly) treat them well and they will treat you well . The animation team work hard and do their best to make sure everyone has a good time. The aqua party is a must . We would definitely come back again , go, enjoy and enjoy your holiday

Just returned from a 7 night stay with my family - hubby, and kids (15,10 and 9) and we had a great time - what a lovely hotel!!! Major highlights: * water park - great hit with all of us. spent most of our time here. *lifeguards - they are bloody brilliant. * cleanliness - hotel and grounds are spotless. staff work constantly around the clock cleaning. *food - every meal time was a hit. great choices and always something even my fussy eater would have. yes it did get busy, but its a big hotel so expect that. * staff - the staff work hard and were friendly. My advice: *bring juice bottles with you (my kids found the fizzy drinks a bit hit and miss) *bring water shoes - needed for aqua park, floor is very much lava by lunch time * don't bother with the cocktails - you dont get what you ask for. the bar staff are very friendly at the main bar, the4 just dont have the time to make them. * bring some cards/games. evening entertainment is ok, but wont blow your socks off we would definitely consider returning in the future

We have just got back from our weeks holiday and we were so pleased with everything. From all and I mean ALL the people that work there to the layout of the whole place. We had a lovely guy called Abderahim who served our whole family every night we were there with a smile and knowing exactly what we all wanted to drink and treated the two youngest to flowers made out of serviettes. All the workers are amazing but probably one of my kids favourite was Mario. Honestly we've been to afew places but this one, everyone on the staff team all looked out for the little ones even the adults so that goes for the security, lifeguards, entertainment workers and restaurant staff. Cannot fault this place.

We enjoyed our 10 day holiday. There were 4 of us 2 adults a 16 year old and a 9 year old. When we arrived at the hotel we were immediately taken to the theatre and given an a number on a card and told to help ourselves to a water or juice and take a seat. We were then called by number to hand over passports, key cards were sorted and given out all while we sat. This made a really nice change and made things a lot smoother. We went on 2 excursions Camel rides and the history tour both were really good. The person who guided our camel ride was excellent, he could see I was very nervous and just made light hearted fun of me all the way, it did calm me down and made me laugh. Main pool was good and entertainment was good. But the bar has a huge issue with bees, not sure why as I have never seen it before, if you have sugary drinks they have to be covered and no straws as the buggers will go down them. We paid the deposit for the towels, it is cash only and you get the cards from cashier desk at reception then to towels from the main pool. Getting sun loungers for the main pool is difficult and you have to get your towels out before 9am or you miss out. We ended up doing main pool til lunch and then going to aqua park. Never had any issues get loungers in the aqua park, there is also a pool at the aqua park but the bar is the other side of the park, so can be quite a stroll in the heat. Wave pool was a favourite for us. Bees are not as big an issue at the aqua park. Me and my husband spent a day at the relax pool which says it's for 16+. It's nice quiet and relaxing, my 16 year old tried to join me when my husband went to the shop with the 9year old and the life guard told her she had to leave as not old enough, I explained she is 16 but he still wouldn't let her as she had a red wrist band, so I do feel the signage needs to be updated or different bands for 16 - 18. It was quite embarrassing to be thrown out when it's so quiet, everyone heard and I wouldn't have said she could come if the signage said 18+. Housekeeping accidently took one of my daughters cuddly toys and it was so well organised it was found straight away and delivered back to our room the next afternoon. All in all a good holiday, food was good for adults, not a lot of variance for the kids, but again not sure what they could do for them. Dinner is extremely busy and can struggle to get a table if you don't get there for 7pm or very near then. Staff work so hard but can keep up. It might work better to clear and make the table straight up instead of clearing and then waiting for someone to want the table again. Staff are great but they need more, especially for the evening. Bar staff in the evening are friendlier in the evening than they are during the day and are more willing to speak and banter with you. During the day I got the impression I was just annoying them and wasn't quite sure if they listened. I am diabetic and so need to make sure they were giving me Pepsi zero as first time they didn't and I think that annoyed some when I double checked.

Honest Mid-Stay Review – August 2025 Dates of stay: 18th August – 1st September Travel group: Couple + child (age 6) Purpose: Family holiday We’re currently halfway through our two-week stay, and I’ll update this review at the end. For now, here’s my honest experience so far. 🌟 Arrival & First Impressions We arrived after 10pm and were warmly welcomed with baked biscuits, cakes, and drinks in the theatre such a thoughtful touch in the heat. Although dinner had ended, the hotel reopened the restaurant between 11pm–12am for late arrivals. This was deeply appreciated after a long travel day. Compared to our previous Marrakech hotel (which offered only a cheese plate), this was a much more generous and welcoming start. 💦 Aqua Park & Pools The aqua park is impressive, and the wave pool was a standout favourite for all of us. 🎭 Entertainment & Nightlife Entertainment has been consistently strong. We’re seasoned holidaymakers and genuinely impressed. However, the sports bar feels underutilised. It’s open until midnight but often empty. A themed DJ set from 11pm–1am (e.g., 80s night, R&B) could transform the space and offer a vibrant post show option for guests who aren’t ready to wind down. Also, staff smoking inside the bar was unexpected, not offensive, just surprising. Also, the couples show is not suitable for children, and parents should be pre warned. There were sexual innuendos, which I wasn't pleased about my 6 year old watching. We were off the view it was a quiz show, but it turned out differently. 🍽️ Dining Hall & Service This is where the hotel could improve significantly. The staff work incredibly hard, but the system needs refinement: Plate collection and table setting should be separate roles to improve efficiency. Dirty food carts being wheeled around during meals is off-putting. - Tables aren’t cleared quickly. Outside the main hall, water and wine service is inconsistent. Why aren’t water bottles pre-set on tables? Floor cleaning is visible, but food stations remain messy during peak times. This is a 4-star hotel, and the dining experience doesn’t currently reflect that standard. 🍉 Food Quality & Staff Despite the service gaps, the food itself is delicious, with plenty of variety. We especially appreciate that desserts are served by staff, which keeps things tidy, unlike the melon station, which tends to get chaotic. The staff are a credit to the hotel: hardworking, pleasant, and professional without being overbearing. 🗓️ Restaurant Booking System This part has been frustrating. The free à la carte restaurant can not be pre booked. We’ve visited guest relations three times in the afternoon, only to be told that bookings must be made in person between 10am–12pm. Machines apparently only work in the morning, which feels unnecessarily rigid. Other hotels manage this more flexibly, checking availability and booking it.

Our overall experience was really good. Some staff are helpful some will give you attitude, especially the servers in the main food hall by the desserts. Reception staff are nice however one in particular was very rude, her name was Zanieb. She did not explain properly what the wrist bands were for and when asked became very rude. Entertainment for adults and children were amazing. Our rooms were lovely and housekeeping staff are brilliant. We had a top up of fresh towels and toilet roll daily which was great. Food was good with a variety however it’s not clearly labelled and people with allergies/ dietary requirements will struggle to find what is suitable for them. The pools are amazing, clean and staff are regularly around to support. Life guards are reliable and it’s safe for children of all ages. There is a shop on site, over priced but good for last minute souvenirs. Staff are friendly and welcoming too. Shuttle bus to town is available but there is a charge of 30dh per person, which I found ridiculous as it should be free all day especially when it’s ’all inclusive’. Water is provided throughout the day, although they are funny about you taking the larger bottles from the main food hall. Apparently it should be opened at the table then you can take it out. We had ours opened from the table but the still security took it from us? When I asked him why he let others through he smiled and said you can’t take them. So they’re selective about when they apply that rule. Smaller bottles of water are available from all bars around the resort. Overall experience was lovely, there’s always good and bad, bit I would go back, but may try another hotel.

We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised that we could use the hotel facilities until our room was ready – a big thank you for that! The pools were a highlight, especially for our kids (2 and 5 years old) who loved the variety of pools and slides. Our family room was spacious too. The life guards were very friendly and welcoming. However, we were a bit disappointed with the check-in experience – it was quite basic, and we didn't receive a warm welcome or arrival drinks, which felt a bit lacking in the 40-degree heat. The biggest letdown was the service during meals. The waiters seemed overworked and unhappy, and there weren't enough staff to cope with the demand. Lunch and dinner times felt rushed, which wasn't ideal with young kids. The snack options were also very limited and not available all day. We ended up buying our own snacks from the shop. There is a big variety of food at lunch and dinner with fresh pizza being made everyday which was a big hit with my 5 year old and selection of food is great for vegetarians, however it was the same food everyday and hardly any variations. We did request the chef to make us something different one night, which he happily did so that was a bonus. Ice cream is only available at dinner which isn’t ideal when you have young kids, however you can purchase this at the shop. There is no fresh juice available (you can pay for orange juice) they had juice out of a machine which either was not working or tasted horrid when it was. Same juice machines were used to make the cocktails, which did not taste good! Coffee is also from a machine and doesn’t taste great, but again you can pay for slightly better coffee. There is a shuttle bus that runs from the hotel which is chargeable. And the night entertainment was quite good, however thought the kids disco started very late in the evening. Overall, while the hotel had its strengths, the service and meal experience fell short of our expectations.

This hotel is amazing. Second visit here and still as good as it was a couple of years ago. Clean, great choice of food, brilliant onsite aqua park with loads of slides, wave pool and kids pools. Food available all day and the service is good. A big shout out to the amazing waiter Mr Abderrahman who served us in the evenings in the restaurant. Always a big welcoming smile, wine at the ready along with all the staff here. There is the usual big fun pool with lots of activities during the day, then a quiet pool for the over 16’s with separate bar, then the huge aqua park. Rooms are clean with great aircon. New addition this year is the water spritz to cool you down in the bars of an evening. Thankyou Aqua mirage for another great holiday!

The complex is large, but everywhere easy to walk to within a few minutes. Overwhelmingly the staff friendliness and attention to detail are the very best bits. The food is varied and plentiful, even our fussy kids enjoyed pretty much everything on offer. Restaurant is air conditioned, no flies around the food, loads of serving stations, so virtually no queuing. Waiters were quick to help, either serving wine or cleaning up after a glass knocked over. Abderahim, the waiter who mostly served us was always smiling, refilling wine glasses almost immediately and took plates away quickly so we could get more food. Bar service at the pools during the day was fast and snack food was served quickly. Evening entertainment was great for the kids, but getting cocktails and alcoholic drinks at the bars was a little slower. The sports bar by reception was quicker service. Waterpark was fab, the other pools great and the adult only pool was quiet and very relaxing. The rooms were clean and maids came and changed towels and mopped the floor daily, leaving ornate towel designs on the beds. Bedrooms also had A/C, a godsend when temperatures were hitting 40 most days. Overall a highly recommended family venue.

6 years ago we came to this hotel and said it was the best all inclusive we had ever been to. 6 years later and I can still stand by this! The entertainment team are none stop, something for everyone. Not pushy but want you to have the best holiday possible. Shoutout to Mario who took a shine to our family from day one of our week. The food is amazing, something fresh in plenty of different areas each day. The water park is great for all ages, we came 6 years ago on a couples holiday. This time with ages from 1-60 and there was a slide for every single age. My one year old son loved walking in the aqua park as it’s lovely and shallow and safe for children. Hotel was busy but it is August school holidays so everywhere is but we never struggled to get a sun lounger in either park. Will definitely return again one day

We had a fantastic holiday here last month. Hotel is clean, we found the food delicious and are usually quite fussy! Loved the water park - especially when the pool party was in there and we rode the slides in the dark!

We visited this hotel for the second time as a family and we‘ve been just as happy as the first time. The complex is very large and spacious, but always well maintained. You always see several workers who keep everything clean. However, what you need to know before you decide on this hotel, it is quite a bit outside the city. But this is also taken care of, there is a shuttle bus that guests can use at the respective times that suit them best. During our stay we were in room 1150. The room with three beds was more than satisfactory for us. The bathroom in this room was a bit small and the water pressure in the shower was sometimes very low, but for me that was ok and generally did not cause any big problems for our family, but for someone with long and thick hair very time-consuming. Also in the rooms everything was clean. Das The service is breathtaking throughout. The moment of arrival, in the middle of the night, where everyone still appeared in a good mood and being brought to the room in a small golf kart, where even a dinner was ready for us, via the staff in the dining room and at the pool bar to the waiters during the evening entertainment. Everyone has been so accommodating. The food selection is very varied and you never got bored. Here, too, surprisingly good cleanliness was kept, despite the amount of people, some of which were rummaging around and all the little children. My absolute highlight, however, was the entertainment, both during the day and at night. If you want, you can be entertained all day. There is the possibility to go to the aqua park, in which in the evening also a really cool party takes place from time to time, or simply to stay at the main pool, also here entertainment is always offered. Dance classes, yoga, Aquagym, water polo, water volleyball, cooking classes, Arabic courses and so much more. But if you don't want any of that, there is also a relaxation pool where you won't be disturbed. The evening shows have improved compared to two years ago. The participation and mood was basically better, also a few professional dance groups were engaged, which was not the case before. The animation team did a great job and I never felt compelled to participate in anything. Most of the time you even came along with a smile more than willingly. A very, very big thank you goes to the animators Dounia and Souf, who have sweetened our holiday and have always conjured up a big smile on our faces. You have done a great job and are incredibly lovely people, the whole family was happy about the conversations and presence of you guys. Also thanks to Ayman for teaching me chess. Our vacation was more than worth it and we would also come back a third time.

There are so many things I want to say about this place, I had such an amazing 10 days here. The activities and entertainment day and night were just unreal. So many things to do during the day like, yoga, darts, archery, football, dancing, as well as pool games. The entertainment team work so hard to make sure you are having a great time. I went on my own with my 2 daughters and not once did I feel lonely. Dounia was amazing, she's such a lovely, friendly and beautiful person, always there to talk to. Yoyo, skwiz and simo were also amazing and got me involved in so many activities that I wouldn't usually do. So I want to thank all of them for getting me out of my comfort zone and letting go. I am forever grateful 🙏

We travelled as a family of four, arrived at 12 mid-day we had to wait for our rooms so we just popped down to grab some lunch and had a look around the place, we returned and got our room card earlier than 3pm which wasn't to bad, I will add the reception staff didn't give us any information regarding the complex the man that took our cases to the room gave us a brief discussion of places around the complex but not in detail he just pointed to areas so couldnt take it all in , once we arrived at room 3241 it was just standard and we were happy with it as we see it as a place to sleep nothing else, we did notice the sheets were not changed daily /duration of our stay as we had a tear in one sheet and we noticed these were just tucked back in, also when we asked the cleaners for an extra towel they were not happy about this. Aqua Parc was fantastic the whole family had a great time there we attended here a few times during our stay and had something for everyone also plenty of sun loungers. Food from breakfast to dinner we could always find something to eat, we were never stuck.. from home cooked to trying local cuisine, the staff are very attentive and clean up as quickly as possible they work really hard and always smiling under great pressures the place is always clean also. Evening entertainment was good not startling but something for everyone to take part in and something different each night, our little ones loved joining the conga and taking part in dance routines the animation team does. The programme needs to be better advertised. The grounds around the resort is spotless and kept very well There is on site photography and I highly recommend these guys they take some fantastic shots as we bought alot of photos from these guys during our stay. I hope I have covered most parts on this review to help anyone who will be attending this hotel in the near future but overall the family had a blast and although a few negatives we would return as the goods outweigh the bads.

Good honest review! There are some good bits to say about Aqua Mirage, but mostly diabolical ! Will not be returning. Had much nicer experiences elsewhere, by far the worst all inclusive family holiday we’ve ever had. Cashier in Reception very moody if you don’t have cash yet there’s no sign saying cash required. You need to pay a cash deposit for pool towels, which you don’t get back until you leave so you’ll be left with Dirhams, which you can’t take out the country. Rooms are clean and do smell nice but the beds are rock hard. Mixed availability of duvets. One of our rooms we realised on day 4 had proper duvets, the other room just a sheet!! Air con sounds like a tractor in the room. Our arrival was delayed due to the flight and not a welcome drink in sight! Empty fridge and desperate for water after the long journey and it’s 44° here. Long way to go for a drink in this place. Signage and info is awful. Bars are a decent walk away, not a quick trip. Can’t take drinks to pool anyway! Unbelievable! Poor or basically no snacks… did spot popcorn over on one table, once. Have to buy ice cream from the shop (£4). Shop is expensive - ran out of sun cream, and it is £20. Nice key rings though!! Bars and alcoholic drinks shockingly awful. If you miss breakfast which shuts at 10, there’s nothing until 12noon. Some people will love the very generous, neat alcohol, unmeasured servings, but they taste rank and are served in basic old tatty plastic cups (like toddler cups) or KFC paper cups. The beer is ok. The white wine at lunch tastes ok, but not from the bar - never had warm white wine in a KFC cup before.. quite an experience! No basics for kids, like an ice cream for goodness sake, and the mocktails are equally rank! Resort pretty tatty in places/really run down tables and chairs broken/ broken fountains/ broken Aqua Mirage signs/many loose flagstones and trip hazards. The public area toilets have frosted glass so you can see through the doors, and the one I went in had some awful mould on the floor and a little bin trying to disguise it! The grass and tree areas are well kept and there is not a piece of rubbish in sight, so it’s tidy at least. Activities not running so pointless having a list (displayed on a small area down by block 19)… went along for beach volleyball, but nothing? No information in the rooms regarding facilities or how or where to book things. Food hall like a zombie frenzy - the mix of cultures and therefore varying manners and behaviours basically means that no one queues so people are shoving in here there everywhere - it’s mostly heaving and unpleasant. There’s never any glasses or plates.. you have to search for something to eat off of and something to eat with! You have to go find someone if you want a glass of wine. Coffee only available at breakfast, after that you have to buy it (all inclusive???). That’s if you’re lucky enough to get coffee when you press ‘lungo’, but you might get a nice surprise and get hot water. The cold drinks machines also like playing games: the apple juice might come out rancid lemon if you’re lucky, or the Pepsi a slightly tinged flat water- certainly not drinkable! There are small bottles of water available at the bars, but you can’t take a whole pack of 12, even if you are a family of 5, and that’s not even going to last past an hour in this heat. You have to carry them all individually, so a big bag is a good idea! Evening entertainment is probably the resort staff trying to do more than one job (diabolically), because there are not enough staff, which is why plates and drinks and food platters are not replenished, and tables are not cleared or cleaned and relaid. Food choice is plenty but repetitive and many dishes run dry from the zombie frenzy meaning you wait ages with the food you did manage to grab, whilst a serving platter is replenished. By the time you find a free table, your food is done for! Cleaners / waiters / lifeguards are lovely people, none of this is their fault, they just need more of them. Overall: nice hot sunny week by a pool, but would we come back, not in a million years.

I’ve travelled to quite a few places, but nothing has ever topped my stay at the Aqua Mirage Hotel in Marrakech. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcome drink, and I instantly felt like I’d made the right choice. Service: The service here is lightning-fast and genuinely caring. Whether it was bringing extra towels to my room, helping me book activities, or simply offering a friendly chat, the staff went above and beyond without ever making me wait. It’s rare to find a team that works this efficiently while still making it feel personal. Food: The food alone could be a reason to come back. Every single meal was a treat — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Breakfast had a huge variety, lunch and dinner were equally impressive, and there were always delicious Moroccan specialties to try alongside international dishes. Facilities: The grounds are stunning and immaculately maintained. The pools are huge and inviting, there’s plenty of space to relax, and the spa facilities are the perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into creating a space where guests can both relax and have fun. Evening Entertainment: I have to give a special mention to the nightly shows. They’re not just “good hotel entertainment” — they’re professional, high-energy, and completely captivating. From music to dance to interactive performances, every night was an event I didn’t want to miss. Travel Tip: Don’t skip the evening shows, and if you can, get to the venue a little early to grab a good seat. Also, try the traditional Moroccan dishes at dinner — the tagine was the best I’ve ever had! Final thoughts: This wasn’t just a holiday, it was an experience I’ll never forget. The Aqua Mirage Hotel delivered in every way — amazing service, fantastic food, brilliant facilities, and unforgettable entertainment. I’m already planning my return.

Visited with my wife and two teenage boys, returned home yesterday. First time visiting Morocco and Aqua Mirage. We had such a good time. I'm by no means a travel expert but I have visited many countries and taken all inclusive packages in a fair few countries. Aqua Mirage and Morocco in general really impressed me. It's a large complex with many guests, but never felt too busy and overwhelming. It has beautiful gardens, containing the different accommodation blocks, which are spaced out well. The whole place is cleaned to a very high standard, and I mean spotless. I've never stayed at such a busy family hotel in August, that is so clean. Even the public toilets, including pool areas are constantly cleaned. There seems to be staff everywhere, night and day, cleaning and tidying. Which must be very hard, considering the amount of guests. Our room was just what was required, clean and comfortable. An empty fridge to use, plenty of storage, a nice balcony and a clean shower room, a good powerful walk in shower and the toilet in a separate room with its own sink (which is very handy) It was cleaned daily and we wanted for nothing. There's a good choice of pools including a nice quiet adult one, the aqua park of course which was heaven for my youngest son, the wave pool especially is great fun. There are staff and lifeguards everywhere, so it feels safe and cared for. Daytime entertainment is typical all inclusive holiday fare, but was good fun if we wanted to join in, the animation staff are excellent and non pushy. Evening entertainment, again would be familiar to anyone used to taking all inclusive family holidays. Most takes place on a stage with a giant screen behind it, it depends on one's own preference of course, but we were never bored. There are enough bars to always have a drink to hand, the beer was nice and a selection of cocktails that were hit and miss, they certainly aren't stingy with drinks though! My son enjoyed the cocktails, served by really friendly bar staff. There's enough food available to eat whenever you want all day. There will always be some people who criticise the food, but it's impossible to please hundreds of people, from many nationalities. I found the food to be of a high standard, for a 4 star all inclusive hotel. There was a lot of choice, breakfast was bewildering. One could eat healthily or unhealthily to the hearts content. The lentil tagine with couscous was a favourite of my family. Oh and the pancakes and omelette prepared in front of us. We are very grateful to all the hardworking staff at Aqua Mirage for being so welcoming and helping us to have a fantastic holiday. Also, Morocco itself was a wonderful experience, we met so many great people, who were welcoming and friendly. Marrakech is absolutely crazy, but crazy in a good way, busy, bustling, loud and brash, but never felt unsafe. Lastly visiting in August is not for people who don't like strong sunshine and heat. It was around 44c every day and still 40c at 9pm, we loved the 10 days of clear sky and sun, but it can be overwhelming. There are many, many honeybees around the pool areas, they are chilled out and non aggressive, my son would let them crawl on his hands, they just want to hydrate and will drink from the open cups. Some people think they are stinging wasps but they aren't. Taking your own cups with lids is a big help, the bar staff are happy to fill your own cups. We had an awesome time and look forward to visiting again one day.

The hotel was impressively large and very clean. A nice touch was the use of golf carts to help transport luggage and assist guests with mobility needs around the resort. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, though the bathroom was surprisingly small. Even my 7-year-old found it tricky to get in and out—it was so compact that you had to close either the bathroom door or the shower door just to move around and take a shower. The water park was a definite highlight—spacious and ideal for kids. We never struggled to find sunbeds, no matter what time we went. The lifeguards were excellent: friendly, attentive, and firm when it came to safety. As for the food, I’m not a picky eater, so I always found something to eat. However, the menu did get repetitive, and the potatoes were consistently undercooked. It wasn’t the best all-inclusive food I’ve had, but certainly not the worst either. The staff were friendly and hardworking, but like many all-inclusive resorts, they seemed understaffed. There were frequent queues at the bar, and it was often difficult to find a table during meal times due to delays in clearing and resetting. That said, the staff were clearly doing their best and working hard to keep things running smoothly.

Had a great holiday. The food was great but the drinks were limited. The room was big but only had small bathrooms. The reception staff were lovely and helped our family get 2 rooms opposite each other. The staff all over the complex were very helpful and friendly. The slides and Wave pool were great.

Great hotel! Pros- the aqua park is fantastic, plenty of rings for the slides and staff are lovely and friendly. -the smaller kids water area is brilliant for smaller kids so they don’t feel they’re missing out on the bigger slides - the Saturday night party in the aqua park is one of the best we’ve ever been to, with a big bbq a drinks area and a great foam party with dj. The wave pool and slides open at night was great fun -rooms are lovely and clean, beds comfortable and showers are top notch! - the steakhouse restaurant was delicious - the entertainment staff do a great job of trying to get everyone involved Cons- the wasps 😩 I get the hotel can’t control nature but they need to try to do something. Wasps are everywhere at the snack bars because of the fizzy drinks, lids for cups are defo needed. -breakfast was not great 😥 same options every morning gets very repetitive after day 2 - bar drinks, one type of beer that’s poured from bottles into wet and warm cups. Cocktails very sickly. I found drinks to be very limited and service to be very slow at times Overall a great hotel with lovely staff, great weather and always something to do! Would defo recommend staying here

Overall this place is great for families. Room was to a decent standard. The place has a nice setting to walk around. Staff are very friendly and try to interact with the children. The food was good and there was plenty of choice. They do have the safe items like pasta and pizza every day and then mix up the other parts of the menu. Parts of the hotel could do with some TLC as it has been there 10 years. There are little things that could make the hotel better such as not trying to sell ice creams as extras and more choice of drinks. Also having a kettle in your room for free. Normal ice cream is only available on an evening with one flavour given out. The Water park was great and the kids loved it. Plenty of beds to choose from. The main pool area is a bit busier so you have to be up a little earlier to get beds on there. There are plenty of activities to take part in if that’s what you like. Can’t really judge evening as I have 2 young children and they were in bed. There is no WiFi in the restaurant which I really liked but it does work by the pool and in rooms. Tip: take a beaker or cup with a lid as the flies and wasps are around you straight away. Wasps don’t sting just interested in your food and drink. Tip: people will push in when waiting for food. Tip: take your own towels as they charge you to rent them. The only downside to the 2 weeks we spent there was the Italian restaurant. Meal was poor and service took ages even though you pre book the meal. Overall for the price and service this is a decent hotel, and great for families. They do have adults only parts but I wouldn’t go here if I didn’t have children.

We are a family of four, with a 8 year old and a 10 year old and I was worried about it being safe but I couldn’t have felt safer! We all loved the swimming pools and the park! Only bad point was the honey bee flies attacking your fizzy drinks but that’s life! Will hopefully come back next year!

The best thing about this hotel is the Entertainment team! They work so hard and tirelessly to make sure the atmosphere is great throughout the day around the main pool. & To get everyone up and having a good time in the evening. The hotel itself is clean, just needs a bit of tlc. The housekeeping team work hard and the rooms were always cleaned and tided well. We booked an all inclusive package - unfortunately it’s not an all inclusive hotel. Here come the rules…Food is limited to certain times of the day and night. & When ordering food at the 2 snack bars and drink at the bars, there is a limit of 3 items per order. Ice creams are NOT included and you have to pay extra. Ice cream is only included at dinner and you are only allowed one scoop on a cone. The bar at the main pool and adults only pool doesn’t serve cocktails or sprints. If you’d like a cocktail you need to be dressed to enter the main bar to be served. There is no bottled water provided in the rooms. You need to take it yourself from the bar each day. If you take any food into your room from the buffet or snack bar, it will be removed as soon it’s found by housekeeping. You cannot take food from one place to eat at another. For example, from the aqua park to the main pool. If you try, you are stopped by security guards. There’s only ever 1 member of staff working the bar at the main pool so there’s often a queue. There is only one bar open in the evening and there is never more than 2 staff working. This means the queue time averages 15-20mins for an alcoholic drinks. Then you are only allowed 3 at a time. If you want pool towels, you need to pay a deposit in local currency (equal to £12 per towel!) We booked our holiday through TUI (would not recommend - the rep (Katie) was awful, she didn’t turn up to the welcome meeting, was uninterested and unhelpful when our towels were taken from round the pool). Too many rules about food and drinks. Too much time spent queuing for drinks. Too many limits on drinks and food. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this hotel.

Just come back as a family of 4. Food was really good, we all enjoyed trying something new each day. Variety was good, we always found something each meal time. It did get busy, but don't all buffets? There are another 2 restaurants included in the price but these are pre-book able. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. No matter where you go there is always someone cleaning or mopping. Some pool areas are a little tired but that does not have an impact on the use of them, jobs like that probably best done in low session, but this is being really really picky. Every member of staff was wonderful who we encountered. We stayed in block 4, which is next the the water park and was a great location for us. Room was big enough for 2 adults two teenagers. Just could of done with a bit more storage with having 4 cases, maybe raised beds like cruise ships? Room comes with a fridge in the room which we was great full for as we kept topping up with bottled water. The room has air conditioning which in July/August it was also very welcomed. The room also had a TV but we didn't use this. The grounds of the hotel, around the areas with food outside did get the attention of bees. They appeared to be honey bees, so not likely to sting you but was daunting if eating they came around you in numbers but this only bothered one of us and we only ate outside once. Taking a cup with a lid, drinking water and eating inside seemed to reduce how much they bothered us. We would definitely come back, just when not so hot (husband complained each day).

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The entertainment team made our holiday so much fun. Food was good, drinks were good, staff were amazing! Room was lovely and we was right next to the water park. I asked if we could have a ground floor room as my daughter is partially disabled and they delivered 100% the staff work so hard all the time and it shows. The only thing I can criticise on is the tables in the restaurant could be set up alot quicker after people have left. We was occasionally walking around trying to find a clean table for our meal but most of them were still dirty from the last people. Other than that it was amazing! Already looking at booking for next year. We can't wait to come back.

⸻ Although I’m giving 5 stars, my real rating is closer to 4 – mainly due to a very unpleasant experience with the reception, which unfortunately affected both the beginning and end of our stay. When we arrived, no one welcomed us or showed any interest – we stood for a few minutes before I had to approach the desk and say hello myself. The reception staff didn’t even respond; they just immediately asked for my name, surname, and passport – without a smile, without any explanation, without any engagement. I felt more like an unwelcome intruder than a hotel guest. When I politely asked where to sign – as there were two columns – I received an unpleasant and arrogant response. Then I was asked if I wanted towels. I said yes, and was told I had to pay 450 dirhams – with no explanation that this was only a deposit. The whole exchange felt cold and indifferent, as if my presence was a problem. The worst part, however, was during check-out. I returned the towel cards to get the deposit back, and Mr. Jamal – whose name I remembered – didn’t even look at me. He was talking to someone else and just threw the money on the counter without a single word. No “thank you,” no “goodbye,” nothing. Zero politeness, no basic customer service. If I had to rate just the reception, I would give it one star. Fortunately, everything else during the stay was really enjoyable. The hotel is located on a beautiful, green property, with clean and fairly well-maintained pools. The biggest attraction is definitely the water park, which my son absolutely loved. Our room was spacious, well air-conditioned, and cleaned daily, although it could use some refreshing. Unfortunately, we had ants in our room – quite a lot – but thanks to the insect spray we brought with us, the problem quickly disappeared. The food at the restaurant was very good – tasty, fresh, and varied. The restaurant staff were friendly, kind, and helpful – the complete opposite of the reception. The bartenders also deserve praise – they were talkative, smiling, and professional. The highest praise goes to the 😘❤️😘❤️entertainment team – they are the ones who made this stay truly special. Sqwiz, Oum, Zein, Souka, Pedro, Yoyo, Namira, Souf, and Soso – 😘❤️😘this whole team are the best entertainers I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. They were enthusiastic, fun, warm, and genuinely passionate about their work, with great rapport with both kids and adults. Without them, the stay would have been boring. The evening shows, games, and activities were all delivered with energy and joy. You could also tell the hotel was celebrating its 10th anniversary, with some decorations and special touches during the stay. I also used the massage services – the massage itself was very professional, although I was a bit surprised when the masseuse directly asked for a tip at the end. I used the gym daily – the equipment was quite basic and far from what you’d find in a professional gym, but it was enough for a regular workout. The only thing I missed in the room was a kettle – it would have been nice to make a tea or coffee in the evening. Despite the weak reception service, we left with a lot of positive memories, and I can honestly recommend this hotel for families with children. A big plus for the entertainment, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere – especially for the amazing entertainment team , without whom this stay wouldn’t have been the same. I just hope hotel management takes all the feedback about the reception seriously, as it’s the only thing that spoils what is otherwise a truly great place.

Fantastic family holiday! The food was excellent with an amazing variety - you simply could not wish for anything else, every dietary requirement you could think of was catered for. The Moroccan and Italian evenings were lovely with a friendly atmosphere and a good selection of dishes. The hotel was so clean and the staff were so kind and helpful. Our children 9 year old and 12 year old have asked to come back again next year. The Aqua Park was so good, along with all the activities and the additional pools - the kids were kept busy all day long. We also booked the Marrakech tour, Atlas Mountains trip and a camel ride through Tui which were all great, although you didn't need to leave the complex as there was so much to do. A massive thank you to everyone at Aqua Mirage for our best family holiday to date!

Absolutely great experience! The Aqua park (which they spell Aqua Parc for dome reason) has a huge variety of slides ranging from peaceful to terrifying with friendly staff who were nice to my autistic brother. The entertainment and inclusive sports were the highlight of my experience. They treat everyone equally and have allocated wristband colours for different ages for different games. However, it wasn’t perfect as there was a child in the pool being racist to my brother and as soon as my brother said a word back, he got his dad who touched my brother (he is 12 years old). However, all that dad needs to do according to the staff is say "sorry", like that fixes everything. Other than this, it was a near-perfect stay at a wonderful and diverse resort.

We had an absolutely outstanding 10-day stay at the Aqua Mirage Hotel in July 2025 – it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff, whether it was the cleaners, bar staff, lifeguards, reception team, or shopkeepers, greeted us with genuine warmth and friendliness. Their politeness and willingness to help was exceptional.. The resort is well-organised, with a fantastic range of activities running throughout the day and evening, ensuring there’s always something fun to do for every member of the family. Our rooms were spotless and perfectly maintained, When it came to food and drink, we were spoiled with great variety, One highlight was an excursion we arranged through the hotel: a full day of dune buggies!. Not only did we enjoy the buggies, but we were also treated to quad biking and camel riding at no extra cost!! On top of that, the hotel staff surprised our son with a birthday cake and a special shout-out, which made the day truly magical for him. The aqua park is brilliant, with something for all ages. Throughout our stay, we felt completely safe, well cared for, and able to relax knowing everything was taken care of. This is a resort that delivers excellent service, exceptional value, and unforgettable experiences. My wife, our kids, and I have already agreed that we’ll definitely be returning in the future.

The hotel 10/10 Aqua park 10/10 Unfortunately I would advise not to leave stuff outside to dry on balcony. Ok so I will be totally honest… Negatives •hotel beds are extremely uncomfortable. • shower has a mind of its own and turns freezing cold to boiling hot. (I’m not exaggerating on the boiling either) it’s actually very dangerous especially if you’ve got kids. • food options in the hotel are very boring. They don’t mix up the food choices much and food is very bland. We spent most of our money on snacks as there is no snack station when the restaurant is closed. They gave the pool bar snacks but you get invaded with wasps. Would be nice if they opened an ice cream station. • queues for everything. They don’t have enough staff so you are queuing for everything. By the time you’ve finished queuing for your food, whatever you’ve got on your plate is now cold. • the reception staff are not very helpful and come across rude. • the hotel is not really like the pictures, it slightly run down. • wasps !! This was really annoying, if you had a fizzy drink or food while on a sun lounger, or even if you were sat outside by the bars then you were swarmed by bees/wasps. Put us off and we made sure to eat inside the restaurant and only have water while by the pool. Positive •entertainment team very friendly and good • most staff friendly and the cleaners very helpful • the aqua park kept the kids amused. Slides were great fun and wave pool they loved. One night they done an aqua pool party at night. Everyone loved this and it went down well with the kids. Overall we won’t be coming back again, the negatives didn’t ruin our holiday but for us they were things which annoyed us. Marrakesh is lovely though and we would explore more of the city/ country but we will not stay here again.

A great range of options for all meal times and the quality was great, entertainment staff are 10/10, the Aqua park is brilliant for all ages in particular the wave pool. A great holiday had by my family. The only thing I would have a little moan about would be that more staff are needed for busier periods in bar and snack areas to reduce wait times. Would definitely consider returning in the future

Staff have no manners. Cleaning supervisor caught twice just entering our room with no reason without knocking. Ignored by staff if your british and really quite rude. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The Good :- Gardens pleasant Quiet pool available Quiet area in restaurant - good idea and nice space Restaurant food – we found to be ok . Some issues in restaurant seemed down to poor hygiene and standards by other guests, or lack of taking turn properly. Most staff pleasant – reception appeared to be worst and some bar staff didn’t look like they wanted the job. Italian Restaurant – food and service good. Amine – Helpful (where other staff were not) and helped us address most immediate issues. The Poor / awful :- First room/s Dirty, poor finish, stained sheets with holes, safe not fixed to anything, previous males underwear left on safe (nice), hairdryer next to sink broken with wires hanging out (hazard), litter outside patio doors, doors stiff and fixtures corroded. Fittings falling off wall. No toiletries provided. It looked like the last people had just walked out (minus some underwear – see pics). 2nd allocation of rooms After complaint were better, but still poor finish in areas. Thankfully no under-wear and rooms were cleaner. Finish and decor still poor and tarnished but just to be out of the first rooms was a relief. Safe was actually fixed to shelf, but on investigation, screws a barely holding it there. Requested extra pillows several times but they would be taken away again, must be a shortage! Really stained sheets and needed to ask again to be changed. Sockets with missing fronts in hotel or just unsafe looking. There were very uneven surfaces on the walk-ways – tripping hazard some might say. Staff on reception sometimes could be quite surly. Tried 3 times to check out before managed to get this done. No one was helpful or speedy in this process – even some verbal explanation of what was going on would have helped. Other visits to reception were met with lack of enthusiasm from staff and when asking for things were told the request had been actioned - weren't. The Bars:- Fairly long walk between some facilities and the better stocked bard. The bars near the quiet pool etc limited with options for drink. Some bar staff were great, some were bordering on being sour. One male bartender nearly caused an argument behind us in the queue, as he spent so long trying to chat to my teenage daughter. The sports bar was the preference, for the quieter environment, but the state of the furnishings was shocking and look like several tigers had lived there and chewed the furnishings.. The Neutral :- Waterpark - had a reasonable time there. Again, some staff great, some almost sour. More shade could help with burning feet issue that seemed prevalent. Entertainment just not for us – not necessarily good or bad. The Laughable:- The shuttle coach. Once reserved things are set in stone and even if the coach is empty, you are still expected to 'respect' the time you booked. Understandable if the bus is busy, but bizarre if empty. Not sure how a mostly empty bus manages to be cost effective, or environmentally friendly. Seemed the better option was to get a taxi after that. Some people chanced it and paid as they got on - seemed you were allowed to do this, so wished had not booked at all. Conclusion Cannot see how this hotel can consider itself 4 star. Dangerous parts (e.g. sockets or exposed wires on a hairdryer near a sink). Previous occupants underwear and stained sheets - not desirable. 50% of staff could be more cheerful / helpful, or in the wrong job. Shuttle coach needs a re think to allow more flexibility if empty (rather than having to get multiple people involved to get a satisfactory conclusion to wanting to get back earlier than anticipated). Uneven surfaces probably need addressing before someone raises an injury claim. Previous alternative Marrakech hotel visits have had none of the issues raised above. Amount £ outlaid did not reflect experience in a positive way. Although some issues were sorted by Amine, sadly he could not sort out the shabbiness of the hotel in general. Less time spent trying to obtain what has been paid for would facilitate a better holiday. We did take some nice photos of some of the grounds in fairness, the like of which can be readily found, so posting just some of the issues we documented.

Great experience from initially staying in 2024. Booked up again for 2025 and didn't disappoint. Fantastic hotel with everything you need especially when with a family. Waterpark onsite is a massive bonus aswel as the abundance to do while here. Staff onsite are great and become good friends during our stay. Abdul took care of us while we stayed there and welcomed our extended family on our second visit this June. Really helpful and attentive aswel when talking about the hotel and things to do within the area. Great hotel, staff and price for families so definitely recommend.

The entertainment was really good during the day and at night, the animation team were funny and hard working, the resort felt very safe with security everywhere that were also extremely friendly, the room was very clean, the bed comfy, the main food hall food was good and the majority of the staff were really nice and hard working. Special mention to the guy (black slick back hair) behind the bar at the main pool who worked is pants off and always had a smile and the young man in the quiet section of the food hall who’s service was absolutely spot on and made us feel at home while there. A few things I didn’t like: some of the bar staff in the all day bar were rude and made us feel unwelcome as well as one of the women in the pool food hatch who was god awful to deal with who didn’t listen and was more than happy to serve food that had been touched by flies (plus endless amounts of chips - we ended up going the food hall for dinner purely because of her), the corridors were also extremely loud with some rude guests coming back from the really late animation shows (9:30pm starts) but I partially think better sound proof doors would prevent it. (Block 1) All in all I would come back.

So, what makes this place is the aquapark and pools, there is a massive splash pool for little ones, a great aquapark for older kids and adults an activities pool for games and music and 2 quieter pools too. It’s spotless and very well maintained with great security. There was also tennis courts, crazy golf and a football pitch so loads to do Mostly the staff are fab with exception to the towel hut staff and main pool staff who always seemed miserable and the cashier was awkward and could only go at one speed What doesn’t make this hotel 4 star is the following: The food, while there is alot of options it is mainly the same options so it got boring quickly - it was typically tagines which were nice but not for everyone. If you are happy to live on pizza, burgers or Basic baguette sandwiches and chips it would be fine the snack bars are open for a few hours per day Pool bars, during the day there was only one pool bar that served ‘cocktails’ and you cant take them to other pools so you’ll need to do what others did and decant them to your own tumblers and even if you its a trek, the resort is BIG By cocktails they meant a spirit with either a fruit juice and grenadine or sprite - they were vile and never tasted the same twice The other bars do wine and beer and soft drinks only All inclusive didn’t include things like Baileys it was literally the cocktail menu, beer or wine. We had a good time and for the price I paid i was happy but had this been our main holiday I would have been really upset it is not 4 star

Myself and my 2 young children throughly enjoyed ourselves at Aqua mirage the staff were amazing especially the lifeguards, bar staff (khalid) were brilliant 🤩 BUT the entertainment staff Mr Pikatxhou, okeydokie and yoyo stood out above the rest with their fun, kind and energetic personalities 👌🏼 👏🏼

This was our second time at Aqua Mirage, and this time we brought another family with us. We arranged with Guest Services to plan something special for our son’s birthday. They confirmed the day before our arrival that his room would be decorated and we would have a birthday balloon or floral arrangement ready. That unfortunately did not happen. He didn’t know about it, but I was pretty disappointed to walk into a normal room. That evening was quite special as they brought him a birthday cake and sang for him. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious and a huge variety. Snack times were truly enjoyable too. Wait times at the Water Park for lunch can be quite the wait, but the staff are friendly and food fresh. Evening shows are the highlight for sure! (The only downer was Karaoke Night. Do no recommend. But the belly dancers, African shows, fire dancers… all incredible! Kids club was great - great variety, and our youngest enjoyed activities she wouldn’t usually do. We got out children airtag-bands (recommend) and the older kids were able to roam around on the grounds and we still knew where they were. We also brought water shoes with us this time as the walk around the water park can be quite a killer on your feet. Would highly recommend. The rides were incredible and the addition of another pool at the back made a big difference. My only real complaint would be the spa. I completely understand that English might not be their first language, but our therapists made no effort to talk to us at all. No music playing. Our two therapists had conversations with each other in their language the whole time, and it becomes awkward. Not only that, but people were barging into our room at least 5 times. In the middle of our treatment, two other therapists came in, CUT THEIR NAILS, had to be called back to pick it up from the floor, and then just left. It was SO uncredibly unprofessional. The male manager came in 3 times without knocking or announcing or apologizing, didn’t even acknowledge us, but scolded the therapist in his language (looked like it was about us using the aircon? And changed it to a warmer temperature even though the temperature outside was in the 40!) 100% would not recommend the spa again. But the overall experience at Aqua Mirage truly felt like a well deserved holiday.

Just arrived home today and this is my honest review of my experience with this hotel. We came as a family of 3, one being a child. Trigger warning, one photo shows knee injury. 1. We landed at 0900 and was still waiting for the private taxi to turn up 1.5hrs later. When we arrived at the hotel the coach had already dropped off. We were all made to sit in a pocky reception with no reason given as to why. We were not offered anything to drink either. We were sat there for an hour before given our bands. We couldn't access our room so had to leave luggage in said reception area. When i wanted to take the bag that held our swim stuff in to the pool, i was stopped and told no. We had to go into the public toilets, get changed there, then leave eveything in reception. The front of house staff are miserable and unhelpful. They will charge you tax for your child if they look 12 or over. But will get child band (children exempt from tourist tax). So your kid is an adult when they want money, but a kid when it comes to everything else. 2. Bedroom is the smallest ive been in. Toilet one side of door, shower and sink other side, so have to hope nobody is in shower if your on the toilet and need to wash your hands. The beds are as hard as tables. I woke every morning with pressure sores in my hips and this was after folding the double duvet in half to make it softer. The toilet roll is the cheapest of the cheap. YOU CANNOT LOCK YOUR DOOR. A.C flooded the floor on more than 1 occasion and is noisy as noisy can be. There is no drink making facilities. You can hire a kettle for 25DH a day, but you have to provide your own tea coffee etc. 3. The space between places is ridiculous, more so because of the gouges in the floor and the uneven paving. Loads of space, loads of 'landscape' (if you can call it that) but absolutely no shade. Want to do an activity in the late afternoon, evening. Nah, forget it, you can only do these activities in the day when sun is at its hottest. Probably designed to make you buy ice cream. That's right, if you book ALL INCLUSIVE, you will still have to buy ice cream, with exception of half a scoop of 1 flavour given on a crappy dried out cone that's had flies on it, after the evening meal. 4. The main pool had a hole in the floor, when reported was laughed off by staff. My daughter pulled stones out of the gash. 5. The on-site shop. Yes you expect to pay a bit more. Bottle priced at 6.50DH (about 65p) charged me 20DH (£2) saying they can, when asked if they make prices up as they go, she proudly replied, yes. 6. Got chicken sandwich from bar at Aqua park, the bread is that hard and stale it broke my tooth and there was a dead fly inside. 7. An intruder got into the block we were staying in. Security was called and nothing was done. He didn't even care that someone got into a room and was still free to do it again. 8. Going up for your drinks you felt like you were a burden. The staff were so miserable and uncaring, with the exception of the Kids Club staff and 1 waiter Muhammed. 9. Went on an excursion and after speaking to a few other couples we now believe this is a ploy. They take you out to the desert for quad, camel ride. Your out from 4pm to 11pm. What they don't tell you is to bring lots of cash as you will only get 1 small bottle of water with your dinner. We werent told drinks not included and had to lay on a tab. Our guide said he would sort it and we pay him back at the hotel. Cost me 500DH for 4 cans of coke (about £10 each). Felt pressured as a taxi of people waiting and he may get into trouble. Apparently this is common for them to do, so don't be caught out if you do decide to go. 10. The food is exactly the same every single night. We were given a dirty table to sit at and used cutlery from another table, when asked for clean we were waiting a good 20 mins before they arrived (this was our waiter before Muhammed, he must of been on his 2 days off when we arrived) and you were always waiting for clean plates. ALWAYS. 11. They will say they have Zero sugar cold drinks but this is a lie. My mum has diabetes and has to check her sugar levels every day, sometimes more than once. The spiking in the readings was terrible. 12. All the soft drinks are flat and warm unless you go to the shop. Even the shop outside 'Spongebobs' is expensive. Cheaper than hotel shop, but still a rip off. 13. The milk is water with a bit of white added to give the illusion its milk. It's vile. 14. There was some kind of nest on our porch area, was not a birds nest. Hotel refused to check and remove it. Every evening had at least 50-100 giant ants trying to get inside the room. 15. WIFI is crap everywhere in the hotel. From poolside (which i understand) right to in your room. 16. You are in the middle of nowhere, miles from everything. Even the desert is over an hour away and if you dont mind paying £10 per can of pop, is a nice place to go to for camel ride. (Didn't do quads so can't comment on that). 17. Went to Aqua Park everyday and there was always at least 2 slides closed. Never went once in the entire week where they were all open. No reason given but assume short staffed again. 18. No information is given as to where your block is, your told your number, given a key and now your on your tod. I think this is so you get the buggy and then feel you need to tip. 19. Cashier is a rip off for exchange rate. I wanted 500DH (about £50). Charged me £170 for 500DH. When the cash point machine eventually worked, got another 500DH and it cost me £41.97. When I questioned this, I got a shrug and a smile. 20. The drain covers around the hotel are huge and an attempt to put rubber mats over them has been done. However, every night at about 7pm when main pool shuts, they must open their sewage pipes to empty it somewhere coz the smell that comes up is absolutely foul. 21. The food at the snack bars is pre made and left out and yes you can see the flies land on them. When you ask for one not touched by pests, you get a look of disgust as if you've asked for their first born or something. 22. Fell on my second day due to slippery floors. I fell so hard you could see my shin bone. Had antiseptic put on and a plaster and sent on my way. No check after to see i was alright, nothing. 23. Suncream is £18 a pop. So take plenty. 24. Since coming home I have spent more time on toilet than off, and yes I practiced good hygiene. Overall an absolutely horrid holiday, will never come back here. How it hasn't been investigated already by health and safety is mind-boggling. Please avoid at all costs. They really do not care about your comfort, safety or experience, only your money. 1 star given because the kids club staff and waiter Muhammed made it a good time for my daughter.

Overall catered for everyone, families to adults only. Separate restaurants for families and adults only. Also separate pools, Food very good, good choices. Possibly could improve choice of drinks Staff very friendly and helpful Might have to wait in a queue for drinks at night time, could do with more staff. Also , get in early for breakfast, avoid the queue for a omelette, small gripe though

Overall very good hotel for families . Entertainment staff excellent and great at getting people / kids engaged in things. Food lovely - gets crowded at meals but to be expected . Rooms cleaned daily . Good shuttle service but Taxi rank outside offers more flexibility and same price . Aqua park very good . The two restaurants onsite were poor -the buffet was better . I would recommend highly for families !!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aqua Mirage. It was our first time in Morocco, and everything about this hotel was great. the staff was super friendly and helpful. Im use-to 5-star hotels in Turkey, so I decided to lower my demands and expectations. So for a 3-star hotel, I really enjoyed my time there. For me, it was the staff that raised the bar. They were very friendly and welcoming. Always happy to help when needed, and very accommodating towards the little things. For example, my 2 year old daughter wanted to go on the cart for a joy ride around the village, one staff member was very accommodatingto make her experiencethere, great. We enjoyed the food during buffet service, although it can get busy, but hey, we went during the busiest time of the year. Our kids loved the onsite waterpark so much that we spent almost every day there. we were always a short drive away from the town centre and local bazaar. Friday Prayer at one of the oldest mosques, Kutibiyah, was a great experience. Recommended by another of their lovely staff member named Islam. Will I go back there, definitely.

So... ill be completely realistic in this review for anyone looking to go here... First things first with ANY holiday the saying "you get what you pay for" applies... Me & my fiancé took our daughter here for 7 days total cost of £1500. It had so many good reviews which sold it to us... Anyway... from the start.. Reception check in was fine very helpful staff & a nice staff member drove us to our room and carried cases up for us then dropped us to the restaurant so we could catch late dinner. Next day we went to the swimming pool which our daughter loved the kids pool has a canopy over it to shade them from the sun. The main pool is highly over crowded and busy but Over all not alot to complain about regarding the swimming pools! It is a busy hotel so the sun beds do go fast and many people reserve them with the old towel trick. Next... There is only ONE bar in the whole hotel that serves cocktails/spirits.. which is the main bar the rest of the bars only serve beer or wine or soft drinks... The main bar staff are blatantly rude always on their phone barely acknowledge customers even had one sigh at me when i asked for a cocktail.. they give you drinks in tiny plastic cups cocktails are different everytime dependant on who makes it. There was a bar man named Mohamed who was always polite and always made conversation. But apart from that the rest of them act like you are a burden for ordering a drink. FOOD.... again... "you get what you pay for" applies.. food here is an emotional rollercoaster for sure and you may have 1-2 days where theres various options and good options then the rest is just pot luck there is no flow to the buffet set up so its a giant free for all... Breakfast they offer juice and coffee and the normal breakfast items Lunch... is pretty much whatever is left from dinner night before disguised as "tangine" and you may get lucky and have 2 meat options rather than one... Dinner.. hit and miss sometimes there is plenty options freshly cooked also but theres also again alot of recycling of foods from lunch or day before which is somewhat unavoidable at cheap all inclusives.. You only get water, wine or fizzy drinks during lunch & dinner which isnt ideal wouldnt kill them to have the juice machines on during meal times... but you can go to the main bar and get juice and take it to lunch with you.. (work smart not hard) Desserts are behind a glass screen and again handed to you sparingly. Basically... food isnt great its massively hit and miss but you can eat it its cheap but so is the holiday so.. make of that what you will. ENTERTAINMENT... So .. there is entertainment during the day at the pool same thing most days water games etc At night they mainly play loud music outside the main bar and karoke kids can all dance our 2 year old loved it and loved the african show. There is a football pitch and basketball pitch for older kids. Theres also a kids club that runs from certain hours for 4 year old and up but we were allowed to take our 2 year old if we stayed with them of corse which was fine by us she loved it there only issue is 2-3 times we went they were going out of the room so we had to leave meaning our 2 year old had nothing to do.. we found ourself in this position a few times. Id say for kids under 4 the hotel Doesnt have alot of options unless your kid wants to swim all day which is what ours did majority of our holidsy and they loved it. The aqua park is good our daughter enjoyed it Also you can get a transfer for 30 dirham to main town etc if youd like to we visited menera mall arcade which has plenty for kids! Overall... the hotel wasnt the worst! But could be so much better. We personally wouldnt return but evidently it suits alot of peoples needs!

Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were OK. Food was ok, traditional morrocan food always available and there was nuggets, chips, pizza and pasta everyday for the picky eaters. Aqua park was great. Lifeguards were nice and friendly with the kids. The hotel does not have irons and does not have kettle in the room. The hotel did not offer milk for the kids and advised us to buy from the shop, a bit of a pain when you get in late and there's no open shops around.

Hotel is really nice and well maintained set in big grounds with gardens so plenty of walking everything is spaced out and not in one building. We visited 1 week in June and it was pretty busy meal times and the bars so be prepared to queue - for everything! The animation staff are super friendly and very enthusiastic. Waiters and bar staff are a bit hit n miss and can be a bit miserable/rude/abrupt unless youve previously tipped them and they recognise you. Hotel reception staff very friendly and helpful. Food within the restaurant was fresh and always good choice but as with every all inclusive hotel it was repeatative and sometimes cold. The pool area is clean with lifeguards present and an on site aqua parc is great fun and very well run - just becarful of the millions of wasps that attack your drinks!!! Snack bars are by the pool and in the aqua parc with pizza/burgers/pasta/fries between 1230 - 1530 (i think) again sometimes not fresh. There is a well stocked convenient shop on site although a little pricey compared to shops outside the hotel. Excursions available to book also outside the shop and all were very well priced, we booked camels and quads which was 80gbp for 1 adult child for an hour camal ride and 2 hour quad biking, great fun and well run. Overall we enjoyed our week here and would recommend a stay here but probably wouldn't return. Morroco as country is magical and we loved the main square

Nice place overall i would say, the restaurant and front desk need improvement though. The check in is laborious, lot of wasted time taping your details, printing then sigining just too mch bireaicratie. The restaurant is not big enough and ill equiped to cope with the huge number of guests; should be made biger with better flow design to make the expeience more fluide, as its now is a big mess with guests runng everywhere and massive queus for the interesting stuff it makes the meal experience a stressful one specially with kids. Animation also should be reviewed, and completly stopped in the restaurant, it is already a bog mess as its so add in big noise callaed animation just make thing worse; the animation guys around pool just look like a gang members trying to fool touriste just annoying.

Generally it was great. Clean, friendly staff, great facilities. Only 4 stars because of the check-in process. No welcome, no instructions of what we we have to do first. It was a bit of chaos. Reception very crowded and we had to wait for 2 hours in the queue to do the check in. The beginning wasn't great but the rest has been briliant and we had a lovely holiday in Marroco and Aqua Mirrage.

We had the all inclusive holiday for 5 days. I feel like I want to stay longer as we didn’t do a lot of day tours because we enjoy the resort much. Staff are very nice, accommodating, and friendly. There are a lot of options in the menu and some you could see being prepared in front of you. The cocktails/ drinks while watching the outdoor show is really nice. There are snack bars in every pool side. Its very easy to get a transport if you plan to go outside the resort as there loads by the gate. Just be careful as drivers tend to ask for a higher price.

Perfect for young families. Food at breakfast and dinner buffets was really lovely. Great selection and good quality. Crowds and people rushing around at meal times was a bit overwhelming but we got used to it. Water park was great for the kids and the main pool was heated well with plenty of seating. Side tables of beach chairs were really dirty so I’d scrub them down each day with baby wipes. Bedrooms basic but fine, bathrooms same. We were on the ground floor and the external door was in need of repair. Grounds beautiful and vast. And never too noisy. Staff helpful and polite at every interaction. Spa was ok but the massage was cut very short (paid for 55 minutes and stopped just before 40). Shop on site reasonably well stocked but very expensive. I’d recommend taking your pool inflatables with you as they were equivalent of £40. Included drinks NOT good and no option to purchase better except orange fruit juice. I felt they were missing a trick to not offer a paid for bar menu of better quality wines and spirits.

Resort is good and have everything what you need for holidays but you need to give deposit for every thing from pool towels to sports equipment which is not normal in these type of resorts. We borrowed mini gold sports equipment and give €20 deposit on our last day of stay but when we went to return the equipment around 2pm the place was closed and we been told that from 12pm to 3pm is break time. We had to leave before 3pm but we been told that we cant get our deposit back because its break. We spoke to Cashier "Farah" to sort it out but she was very rude and said we dont have any link with that department. At the end a Porter helped us and took equipment from us and gave us money back. Very disappointed by the behaviour of cashier "Farah" and reception staff.

what do you want from an Easter break all-inclusive in Morocco with 2 young kids? If it is gourmet food then this is not the place for you However, the kids club was amazing and they had a fab time every day and loved making friends with other kids from around the world - this was brilliant for us as we got some time to relax and enjoy the sun in our own The aqua park was also great - the water was freezing cold but when it was 27-31 degrees it was great - lovely range of slides lots of helpful and attentive staff, not big queues and my 6 year old daughter went on them all The main pool was heated and a nice place to play - it is only 1.2m deep so they could both stand up in the whole pool which was great - they had a ring and a water gun and had a brilliant time Entertainment was fine - they loved the mini disco on at 8pm every night - they loved the dancing and playing with their friends - they met from USA, Italy, France, Iceland and the UK Rooms were nice and very clean - but you just bring your own travel iron as they do not supply them We had a ground floor room and it was great - 4 people and easily enough space with a separate bathroom and toilet For the price this was a fab place and a really good deal for Easter family sun

We’ve had a great couple of days with the kids. The water park is great for the kids. Food is fine, but the restaurant gets mega busy in the evenings. Drinks options are really limited. The grounds of the hotel are gorgeous and we liked that our room had two separate beds for the kids.

We booked our stay at Aqua Mirage Club through Expedia, and unfortunately, the reality did not match the pictures at all. The images online made the rooms look modern and well-maintained, but what we got was completely different—basic and in need of a upgrade. The bathroom and toilet (seperate) were ridiculously small, making it very uncomfortable. Toilet roll holder was nearly hanging off. Cleanliness was also an issue; we had to call housekeeping three times before they finally showed up. For a so-called 4-star resort, this was unacceptable. On top of that, there was no kettle or iron in the room, which is something you’d expect as a standard in a hotel of this rating. That being said, the resort grounds themselves were nice, and the food was decent. However, the quality of the rooms really let the experience down. If you're expecting a luxurious stay based on the photos online, be prepared for a letdown. The staff at Aqua Mirage are amazing, they do work hard & they had good entertainment every night. Buffet had a good variety of food for all inclusive. Cant fault the staff. Keep up the good work. The hotel have a shuttle bus that you can book if you are wanting to go into the main city centre for sightseeing. Some of the timings are free & some you have to pay ( 30 MAD ). The resort had good facilites overall.

Rooms- fine except no kettle All inclusive- no kids ice cream like all inclusive, not even at snack bar only at dinner Drinks- only 1 bar has cocktails and stronger drinks, all pool bar only basic drink and wine or beer Staff- animation staff are all friendly and always engaging and cleaning staff are polite and friendly Food- dinner hall there is a mixture but very basic most of which you do expect from 3* La Cata meal- well this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life, you pre book and choose your menu, when we first got there the man said we wasn’t book, laughed and said so you need to leave, my friend went back to the room to get the receipt I showed him he laughed again said well we are full, I called for manager he gave us a table this was for my friends 60th birthday, then they found our table booking. Firstly, mushroom soup is the worst soup I’ve ever tasted, over hour later still waiting on food, when it come the beef you couldn’t even cut and my chicken pasta well I ate few bites and spat it out it was raw, pink as anything and the table next to me had the same, this same man still laughing saying no it’s not we walked out and so did 2 other tables with raw food, the manager came but nothing was done about the man laughing, this was on Saturday and I’ve been really I’ll and landed late last night and had to go drs this morning, so i would recommend avoid until they approve the basics, and the restaurant NEVER GO ITS NO LA CATA ITS FOOD POISON CENTRAL!

Currently a guest at this very nice resort ...The food is lovely and the staff are great..the pools are marvellous ..one heated and busy, one slightly cooler and literally more chilled..my only real complaint is that every night at 9pm a magical man appears who lights the outdoor gas heaters of which they have 20 ....its all lovely and toasty warm for the first 10 minutes and then as time goes by most of them simply run out of gas ..leaving 3 alight..people approach the staff and ask can it be relit only to be told " hes on his way" .....hes not...hes gone home ....we've been here for 3 nights now and its getting colder every night..go on mr gas man please give me a treat for my final 2 nights and fill up the heaters ..cheers

Wasn't really sure what to expect considering the price but I was really surprised. The rooms are modern spacious and spotless with lovely little balcony. The gardens are vast and immaculate. The restaurant offered a huge choice of meals, sometimes they were on the cold side but there are microwaves dotted about. We mainly ate in the Adults only part. The main bar is a bit chaotic but the staff really work hard. Unfortunately the spirits are awful, we took our own bottle of gin and topped up the drinks with that. The animation team work really hard but the entertainment isn't for everyone as it is very noisy. They could do with adding an additional quiet bar where you could go and have a drink with some background music and hear yourself speak. All in all it was a fantastic break at a bargain price

Our stay here was amazing. The hotel was well maintained and they were doing further improvements. The room was really good and the bathroom was really clean. The choice and quality of food was huge for all three meal times. My wife is vegetarian and there were always multiple choices for her. All inclusive drinks choices were good and there were multiple bars, soft drinks and hot drinks were self serve which made it loads quicker when going to the bar. Plenty of activities to do and site and entertainment in the evening was varied. Didn’t really have any entertainment around the main pool so not sure where certain events took place. The aqua park looked really good but didn’t go on it. 2 different operators on site to booked activities outside the hotel. We booked one off a third party site however the hotel was classed as too far outside Marrakech for transport. Not the hotels fault just bear in mind if booking activities separately.

This is a wonderful hotel complex with lots of activities. The staff were friendly, the food was good, the grounds were beautiful and the property was kept clean. You need to take the shuttle or a taxi to get to the centre of Marrakesh and other shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much. If you like to walk outside of the hotel there isn’t much nearby but the grounds are large enough to walk around. We liked not having to leave until 3pm as we had a late flight (room vacated by 12). The only points for improvement would be hotter food in the buffet and easier methods for getting pool towels. Also note you need to get a ticket from reception when you check out or they won’t let you leave!

Second day of my stay I got stuck in the en-suite toilet luckily my husband was there and he opened the door for me from the outside. The door handle completely dismantled from the inside, I informed the customer service desk and they did not even apologise. The toilet extractor fan didn’t work Toilet has paint drips on the wall tiles so no care has been taken in decorating No privacy in the room, could hear everything from the neighbours room Shower cabin was so small I twisted my knee Good food choice but limited vegetarian options with no spice/flavour Definitely not up to a 4 star standard by any means

Great variety at meals, not always very hot, but there were always lots of cook-before-you-eyes options. Dinner doesn’t start until 7, which is late for many families with kids. Great service at dinner time and dinner area separated into smaller sections. Nice room, although in quadruple rooms, there is no space to put suitcases, apart from in the middle of the floor. Not enough done to keep noise down at night time in the corridors - people shouting and disturbing sleepers. We only saw one unclear sign. Lots of rules and timings that are not communicated. E.g. getting pool towel cards from reception before going down to towel booth; sports equipment booth only open during certain hours, which aren’t communicated. Water park was brilliant, but again, timings not communicated with guests as it shuts for an hour in the middle of the day, which no one is told about. You need about €200 cash with you as the deposit for towels and sports equipment is very high. €50 for 4 towels/ €80 for 4 old tennis rackets. Most staff are brilliant, and a few obnoxious ones bringing the vibe down. Tried to communicate some of these issues with management, but they haven’t replied to my messages or my feedback given to guest services.

This is a basic all inclusive. Good value for money. Some areas could use a refresh- sports bar, fountains, decor in restaurants(dusty and dirty looking- either get rid of it or update it). Water park could use some new tubes etc for the slides. Overall we felt it was worth what we paid and we had a good time. Rooms have been refreshed and were clean and comfortable. Staff was great.

We were 2 ladies in our late 20s on a friend holiday. Beautiful resort with lots to do for families and kids though it wasn’t really our vibe so we didn’t get involved in any. The food in the canteen is very repetitive and if you’re a fussy eater, you will probably find it hard to enjoy the food. It’s always so chaotic in there too making it hard to enjoy the food anyway. I did find a big piece of hair in my crepe which put me off the food. The decent food is always snapped up as soon as it’s refilled as well. Snacks were great, the best part of the food I’d say. Entertainment was a bit slap dash - found it quite boring to be honest. Go to Safran by Koya if you want great entertainment. I thought a few of the staff were quite offensive, I’m Chinese but don’t fully look like the typical Chinese person and don’t mind being asked where I’m from as I’m a very chilled and an open person but they were repetitively coming up the whole holiday and being like “Chinese” which was just very annoying. Reception was an actual nightmare, you need to have more staff on when it’s busy and clearer signs as to where you go for certain things. We waited in the queues for 20 mins to be told you have to go somewhere else to book shuttle buses or can only pay cash for towel cards. Lots of pool areas with lots of sun loungers which was great! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay as a whole for the price we paid and will return for the big rooms and nice pool area’s.

We had to check out early, literally within 24hours of arriving, as we were not at all comfortable. The facilities were dated, the toilet was broken and the flush barely worked. The rooms were tiny and there were no options for vegetarians. The cutlery and glasses weren’t cleaned. All inclusive didn’t mean all inclusive as options were limited. The staff were lovely and did try their best to help us however there was only so much they could do. They were happy to refund us, however this was up to hotels.com In contacting hotels.com they weren’t able to contact the hotel. We luckily managed to book another hotel however, if we weren’t able to we would have been stuck. Hotels.com need to improve their communications with the hotel to ensure customers are happy and the simplest part they should be able to contact the companies they partner with. We weren’t issued a refund as hotels.com were unable to get through after a couple of tries. We managed to get through. Just want to make sure no one else experiences this as it was hard for us to find another hotel and we had to pay a substantial amount for this.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were definite highlights, a few aspects fell short. The water park was a major positive—well-maintained with plenty of slides to enjoy, making it perfect for families. The New Year’s Eve party was another standout. The entertainment committee did an amazing job, creating a lively and unforgettable event that truly exceeded expectations. However, the hotel reception left much to be desired. It felt shabby and didn’t match the rest of the property. The check-in and check-out process was slow and disorganized, with long queues that tested our patience. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the lack of basic amenities like an iron and a large mirror was inconvenient. Additionally, the requirement to pay a cash deposit for equipment was frustrating—most guests don’t carry that much cash, and it made things more complicated than necessary. While the water park and event organization were excellent, the hotel would benefit from improving its reception area, speeding up guest services, and rethinking some policies. With a few adjustments, it could offer a much better experience.

Most staff are friendly, but were not helpful, A lot of amenities were not available for us to use, including sports courts due to lack of equipment (tennis, basketball, etc) or because group tournaments (soccer). This is my second visit and I usually stay a few days to enjoy the waterpark while visiting family in Marrakech. One of my favourite aspects is the food. Your vegan options are amazing, but I’d encourage menu details regarding dairy in your dishes. The only downside is the noise during the night. Unfortunately, the alcohol consumption by some of your guest is the number one culprit.

This place exceeded our expectations although a select few extras can be improved for the value. Kids pools definitely need to be heated as they are ridiculously cold although temps reach 28 degrees. Food choices were good, just be sure to pick what your bowels can handle cause you can easily get caught up in the immense choice! Catered for all ages, which was tip top. Take your family and find out.

Checked in with my large family around 12. It took close to 2 hours for us to be properly checked in and receive all our room keys. To be fair there was only one man dealing with reception whilst answering hotel calls. So it wasnt his fault, but there should have been at least one more person on reception. Additionally, many of the staff members seemed either unhappy, unfriendly or even aggressive. Especially at the water park. the water park itself closes around 6pm which is very early. The variety and number of water slides/attractions was also disappointing.

The place itself is great and we have been there many time for the kids. The rooms are good clean and with a nice balcony (TV was not working). The aquaparc is very good. The restaurant and food are very good. The entertainment team is nice but the shows are very poor. The check-in procedure was too long (35 minutes) and the receptionist (new) not qualified gave us wrong directions for the room (no one escorted us), she forgot the voucher for the pool towels and I had to come back from the other end of the resort. Out of 10 receptionist we saw, 3 were very smiling but the rest of them not at all. We love this place but our last stay was a bit disappointing. We will try again

This is my own personal experience and I will stand by my opinion on Aqua Mirage. This is not a 4 star complex, it’s a 2 star at best. I’ll start in reception the day we arrived, the seating area in reception is so dirty my wife and kids wouldn’t sit on it, to check in took considerably longer than expected in very hot temperatures. The rooms we were given were definitely not the ones we selected and nowhere near the ones advertised. The ones advertised were beautiful, the ones we got were dirty, shabby and outdated, it reminded me of a chalet in Pontins from the 80’s. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut, tiles broken, toilet holder hanging off the wall, bed made a terrible noise when you moved an inch, the mattress was rock hard which done my back in, pillows hadn’t been changed in years and the air conditioning rattled all day snd night, the view from the balcony was of an old tree. The restaurant had plenty of variety but the quality was really poor, mainly chicken which my wife always cut before eating which was lucky because one time from the barbecue it was raw inside, a lot of it was cooked in fat and was served with any amount of grease. Depending on what time you served at the restaurant we’d have to ask for cutlery, serviettes and water which was warm, a really grim experience. Now the bars😞, there’d be two bars with two persons serving for a thousand guests, the queues to get drinks were out the door and warm when you got them. Definitely lower your expectations.

One of the best AI hotels. Food was plentiful and so much choice. Chef’s cooking fresh from many stations and selections. Restaurant staff very attentive and find tables and clear tables quickly. Entertainment staff are very hard working, polite and all great fun. Smiley and Yoyo were our favourite guys around the pool. Great water slides, well staffed and safety was important to all lifeguards. Reception staff helped liaise with tour to collect us from hotel for couple of trips. Room sizes were good for family of 4. Our bathroom shower did leak but we just placed extra towels on the floor. Towels for pool area could be replaced every 2 days. Would recommend to all.

Cons: * in rooms, no iron or kettle and cleaning staff who ignore do not disturb signs. * The burgers by the pool need to be cooked for longer as they are quite raw inside. * Despite the great efforts of the cleaning staff, Encourage guests to clear sweet drinks and sweet food by the pool to reduce the wasp population. Pros: everything else!! Overall a great experience, lots to do with * lovely entertainment team, security, waiters (khalil and the lady who works in the adults only restaurant were great). * Bar staff deserve a shout out too as they were lovely. * we would definitely stay here again 💯

The staff are nice, friendly, understandable and helpful!! They were really helpful with our check in and let us check out at a later time at a reasonable cost! The quality of the food was always very good and the water park & other facilities like the basketball court were also really good!

### Hotel Review: Aqua Mirage, Marrakesh - A Family Holiday to Remember Our recent family holiday at Aqua Mirage in Marrakesh, Morocco, at the end of May was an absolutely smashing experience. The combination of exceptional service, delightful cuisine, and outstanding amenities made our stay truly unforgettable. #### Culinary Delights: The food at Aqua Mirage was nothing short of perfect. We were treated to some of the best dishes of world cuisine, alongside Moroccan specialties that tantalized our taste buds. Each meal was a gastronomic delight, showcasing the chefs' expertise and creativity. The variety of drinks available was also impressive, catering to every palate. #### Exceptional Service: The service level at Aqua Mirage was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay. The staff, with their warm smiles and welcoming demeanor, made us feel right at home. Their brilliant guest interaction truly stood out. Jali, in particular, in the restaurant, provided exceptional service, ensuring our dining experience was top-notch. The level of service and the quality of the food were absolutely befitting of a five-star establishment. #### Fun and Entertainment: The water park at Aqua Mirage was absolutely amazing. We had loads of fun on all the water rides, making it a perfect spot for family entertainment. The entertainment team was outstanding, with Pikatchoo and Selwa delivering brilliant shows catering to all age groups. We particularly enjoyed the Bollywood night and

The front reception staff are not very helpful. We came in without our luggage, as it did not make it on the connecting flight. The front desk staff did not show any empathy or offer any suggestions. We asked where we could find the essentials we needed until we got our luggage the next day, her answer was the city. No other assistance was provided. When we checked out 3 days later, we experienced the same lack of care from the ladies at the front desk. The porter, security staff, and the dinning staff were all excellent.

Overall we enjoyed the hotel it was clean, the food choices were plenty. We enjoyed the food, the staff were great. There were a few things that let us down. The ATM machine to withdraw cash sucked my card in and I was able to get it for two days until the technician came. This limited the activities I could do as I was limited on cash. The child’s sand area doesn’t have shade so it can only be used in the morning and evenings as it’s too hot for during the day. Also I felt the rooms could have had a side light. During the night we had to leave the bathroom light on to get the room a little light for our 4 year old. Also a mirror in the room would have been helpful. Also not allowing people to take food or water out of the restaurant i find very cheeky as well we paid all inclusive. Ice creams we also had to pay for. It’s only small things but overall we were happy and I would stay there again.

My sons and I really enjoyed the Aqua Mirage hotel. The staff is really helpful and they will always make sure you are at easy with your stay. I cant thank enough the reception team for helping when I had an issue with the hotel ATM, a bit of dark art to navigate this ATM. The animation team is good there are loads of activities to join if you feel like it. The food is great plenty of variety and different everyday, the snack bar is great if you don’t feel like eating a huge lunch. The swimming pool areas good and load of space for everybody, most of the young kids will be at the aqua park. The park has plenty of entertainment for the kids and they will just go up and down all the slides as mine did. The distance to Marrakech is 20mins by taxi, I would say that you could do with a pre booked taxi for a reduced cost but our hotel taxi driver Mohamed was so friendly and happy to share his knowledge of the area that it was money well spent.

Food poisoning twice in one stay for my husband and two year old. Staff not very engaged and quite awkward when they do talk to us. Water park section is nice. However, I will say it's the only offering. Lots of wasps around the park due to a lack of cleaning up around the pools. I only saw one cleaner during the whole week around the pools. Food is poor, all about quantity and no quality. Unfortunately, you cannot even drink through it as the alcohol is very poor tasting, the spirits have definitely been weakened or replaced with something else, they would poor for over 10 seconds and I wouldn't even taste the alcohol in my drink. Would avoid the wine altogether. Also found that no-one gave us the low down on the hotel, events and where to go so we discovered the little things too late. Very disappointing.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The dining options were excellent. The water aqua club was great. The animation team was diverse and entertaining. However, there are some areas that need improvement, particularly in the recruitment and training of some service staff. While some staff members were professional and courteous, others nearly ruined our overall experience. For example, Amal, who was responsible for towel service near the pool, was extremely rude and refused to exchange our dirty towels that had been there for more than two days. She even suggested that we could complain to the director if we were unhappy, which was an unnecessary and unprofessional response. Another instance involved Mouad at the reception, who denied receiving our booking comments from Expedia even after we showed him proof. Fortunately, the guest service team intervened and showed him how to retrieve the comments. Investing in high-quality staff can elevate this hotel to become one of the best.
