This is a must-stay beautiful and typical Riad within the Medina so within walking distance of much of the souks, restaurants and places of interest. These include Le Jardin Majorelle (Yves Saint Laurent), the Secret Garden, El Bahia Palace and the Dar El Bachs currently housing the Museum of Confluences. In there don’t miss the Bacha Coffee Restaurant but book as soon as you arrive because there will be a wait of at least 40 minutes. Antoine, the owner was a very attentive host so we were made to feel very welcome during our four day stay. And we must mention Fatiha and her superb cooking so don’t hesitate to dine in the Riad as well as having the lovely and ample breakfast. Also do ask Fatiha to go through the map with you and don’t stray too far from her instructions. The property was more than we expected with a beautiful courtyard with orange and lemon trees and of course the heated swimming pool on the first floor. Our room was on the top floor and had that typical Moroccan feel. We loved it.

Zeer rustig, aangename geur, personeel stond steeds klaar, kamer werd elke dag heel netjes opgeruimd. Ook bij onze aankomst midden in de nacht werden we met de glimlach ontvangen. Zwembad en zonneterras vonden wij een pluspunt!

Cons: Geluid van de fontein 's ochtends was in de kamer beneden heel goed hoorbaar, alsook de moskee 's ochtends, maar dat heb je overal.

J’avais demandé un repas d’anniversaire pour mon chéri, et ils ont dépassé toutes nos attentes : un dîner succulent, un service tout en douceur, et une ambiance magique. Il soggiorno presso il riad Clementine è stato una esperienza magnifica ed indimenticabile. La struttura si presenta come un tipico riad marocchino, arredato con grande gusto. Tutto è pulito ed elegante e curato in ogni dettaglio. Nelle camere vengono forniti: asciugamani, accappatoi, prodotti deliziosi per il corpo e anche un asciugacapelli grande. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il fatto che ogni giorno sia stata lasciata una bottiglia d'acqua. A disposizione degli ospiti c'è una bella piscina, molto utile per rinfrescarsi d'estate e riscaldarsi d'inverno. La colazione è di ottima qualità e molto abbondante (sia dolce che salata). La posizione è molto comoda, a poca distanza dalla struttura si trova la stazione dei taxi e le maggiori attrazioni turistiche della città sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Infine, la vera perla di questa struttura è il Sig. Antoine e tutto il suo Staff, di una gentilezza rara e preziosa. Speriamo di tornare presto.

The place is located in an awful area, the streets are dirty and it looks dangerous to come out at night. The place is beautiful inside and it is very well kept. The ladies who work there are very sweet but still not worth going on a vacation to be stressed out about getting out of the hotel. Wish it was somewhere else.

Beautiful and luxurious-feeling-- on the edge of the medina so accessible to taxis and easy to get to the old city or the new on foot. The pool was amazing, and there were a lot of little touches that made the riad feel more high-end: nice linens and bedding, pretty robes to wear to the pool, the orange-blossom smell everywhere. It was so quiet and peaceful to come home to after a day in the bustling medina; we would definitely stay here again!

Cons: More our fault than the Riad's, but the language barrier was sometimes a challenge; it was hard to communicate requests like taxi pickup or an early checkout (I think booking.com's translation on the messaging app created some issues with the pickup).

Riad Clémentine was perfect! It was at the edge of the medina which gave a tranquil air to it. Antoine and his team looked after us very well. The bedroom was large the bed comfortable the bathroom facilities were great. The riad had a gorgeous pool perfect after a day trekking around the sights. The breakfast was simple but delicious. We did not eat dinner here but looked good and a reasonable price. I read some of the negative reviews and can honestly say they were not applicable to us at all. Would highly recommend and would stay again if we ever revisited Marrakesh.

The riad was just as beautiful as shown in the photos. The staff were very kind, and both the breakfast and dinner were excellent.

Cons: First, regarding the location — it is in a quiet area of the Medina, a traditional neighborhood, which some people may find appealing as it offers an authentic local experience. However, I personally felt quite uncomfortable going out due to the smells and the busy atmosphere. Also, I believe it’s unfortunate that such a beautiful riad does not provide basic housekeeping services. Despite staying for five nights, our towels were not changed.

Riad Clémentine is the perfect place to stay in Marrakech. Sitauated wiithin the Medina walls away from the bustle and noise of the souks and surrounding roads, it is tranquil and beautiful. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean and the scent of orange blossom from the courtyard garden emanates all around. A heated pool is an added bonus with sun chairs provided with towels and even sun hats! We loved it here; the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The owner, Antoine, has created a restful, high-end riad and is the perfect place to be after a day of discovering the city. Highly recommended.

The Riad Clementine is such a stunning property, and a beautiful place to stay. The property is located in a quieter part of the medina, a short walk away from the busy souks which makes it a tranquil oasis. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool in the riad is very inviting, as are the sun chairs which are equipped with towels and sun hats. The breakfast each morning is fresh and light, and I would definitely recommend having dinner in their dining room as well as its very good food with great ambiance. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and helpful and they made our stay so enjoyable.

Riad Clementine is outstanding. Although the two minutes from the property is the bustle of Marrakech, once inside the Riad, it's an absolute oasis of tranquility. The communal areas are stunning, our bedroom was beautiful and looked onto the orangery in the central courtyard. Beautiful candles made the riad so stunning at night and the smell and scents of Marrakech filled the air. Breakfast was gorgeous with freshly made breads, home made preserves and freshly squeezed orange juice. But what makes the Riad so special is the staff. In particular Ali and Abdel were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. What an asset for the owners to have such a fantastic team. We will definitely return.

The riad has an excellent location within the Medina, just a short walk from the nearest traffic place, which is great given that taxis can’t access all areas. The architecture and facilities are impressive, feeling more upscale than many other riads. The rooms, while small, are comfortable, with fantastic bathrooms that provide hot water—something not all riads offer at this time of the year. The room was also sufficiently warm without needing extra heating, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other places. The breakfast provided was sufficient, and while not very diverse, it was consistent. A special mention goes to the staff for allowing us to store our bags in advance while we went on a desert trip, free of charge—this gesture was greatly appreciated.

Cons: The biggest drawback was the staff, including senior members, who didn’t speak or understand English or French. Communication was difficult, and they didn’t even respond to simple “thank yous” or smile back, which felt a bit strange and unfriendly. Another issue was the payment—they list their prices in Euros but charge in Dirhams at a higher exchange rate (about 5-7% above the official rate). While this seems to be standard practice among riads, it feels manipulative and leaves a somewhat negative impression.

This beautiful riad in the middle of Marrakech lively medina is an understated paradise. The attention to detail in architecture and decor is outstanding. From the moment the door opened we were transported to the peaceful soul of this property. We were welcomed by the scent of citrus, the romantic courtyard and of course the mint tea with cookies. We stayed on the second floor across from the pool, our room was exquisitely decorated and the bathroom was very well equipped with very soft large towels and robes...not to mention the shampoo, conditioner and lait de corps. What made our stay outstanding was the evening staff Mustafa and Hicham, they were kind and welcoming. They took care of us during dinner and went out of their way to accommodate our needs and wishes.

Cons: The only thing we noticed is that the morning staff was not as welcoming and warm. They took care of us but the feeling was almost opposite as the feeling of the evening staff.

We would highly recommend a stay at Riad Clementine - it is a perfect oasis in the madness of Marrakech. The staff were lovely and looked after us really well, including making reservations for us at restaurants. The Riad itself is really beautiful with plenty of lovely sunbathing spots which we were lucky to enjoy during our November stay. We recommend the hotel organised transfer from the airport. We very much hope to be back, thank you for such a wonderful stay!

I liked the Riad a lot, was comfortable, smelled very nice everywhere and was very clean. All staff and the Manager were very kind and helpful. Great place to relax a bit from the exhausting medina. Nice and authentic food. Very clean and well maintained Riad. Parking nearby possible (do not try to drive there!).

Riad is at the edge of the Madina approx. half hour walk to main square. Majorelle gardens and YSL museum walkable too. Very quiet in the evenings as slightly away from hustle and bustle. It was a great stay at Riad Clementine. The straff was so friendly and kind and helped us with everything we needed from transportation, tips/idees for what to see and do in Marrakesh to ironing our clothes for an event. Especially we want to thank Karim and the kind lady at the breakfast, both treated us so nice and made us feel very very welcomed. The Riad is very clean, smells amazing and very easy to walk from in to the medina and have a small but lovely pool on the terrace.

A wonderful stay. M.Antoine, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and so did the rest of the staff. We felt at home. We would genuinely go back when we return to Marrakech. The riad was in the Medina, walking distance to many restaurants/cafes/markets. The riad itslef is so, so pretty- very elegant, delicate designs, and our room (which was a lovely upgrade) was light-filled, and very cozy.

Riad Clémentine was beautiful from the moment we walked in. The staff were friendly and always helpful and kind. we had dinner here one evening which was fantastic. The rooftop is perfect for sunbathing and a drink when the sun goes down. We would thoroughly recommend staying here to friends/couples.

Everything was perfect! the most helpful and attentive staff, incredible dinners and breakfasts, comfortable rooms and a peaceful atmosphere…it was really was a wonderful stay! The location was prime in our opinion—a straightforward walk into the souk and to the main square, and also near the city walls so you could have a easy pick up point for day trips elsewhere. The walk through the Medina became familiar after only a day, and we didn’t need to reference a map to get back to the riad after that point. The staff at the riad helped us with bookings (taxis, restaurants, etc), let us stay in our room late on the day of check-out, and were great to chat with while we were hanging out in the riad. Amazing experience—I would recommend to anyone!

We had a large room with enormous bathroom and double bath Great staff, very willing and able to assist with directions, also calling and booking restaurants as well as any other reservations Brilliant and large continental style breakfast offered from 8am til 11 - really useful times if you're tired from all the sightseeing Excellent wifi DEFINITELY recommend using the offered private taxi transfer to and from airport - effortless and reasonably priced - the last part of the journey to the Riad is on foot through the narrow and busy streets of the Medina and the taxi driver takes you through personally, whilst carrying your luggage if required - saves you getting lost whilst you are getting your bearings Felt safe at all times in this busy and diverse city

We had a wonderful week in Riad Clementine Marrakech. The airplane was one hour delayed and the driver who picked us up from the airport was still waiting for us and was really friendly. When we arrived in the Riad the owners provided some delicious mint tea. Antoine (owner) was really helpful and explained everything about the old city Medina, including local taxi prices. Unfortunately the "tourist" prices we paid were a bit higher. Also Angela (owner) was really helpful and had an eye for every single detail. The location of the Riad is nice and quiet, it's 10 to 15 minutes walk to the souks and close to the entrance of Medina (old city). After a long day we really enjoyed the beautiful Riad Clementine. The staff is super helpful as well but not everyone speaks fluent English, although they make you feel at home. The room and swimming pool are extremely clean, they make the bed everyday and provide towels, soap and a bottle of water. For breakfast they serve a French style with eggs, cheese, ham, fresh orange juice and tea & coffee.

Cons: Sometimes the coffee was a bit cold and not the best quality, especially in Marokko where you can find really nice Arab coffee. One day we asked for boiled eggs instead of scrambled or baked eggs. The eggs were soft and we asked for new eggs but the second time the eggs were still soft. Also we discovered a cockroach in our room and directly we informed the staff Luckily the staff came immediately to help, but the cockroach was already gone. When we left the Riad we had slightly a feeling that the nice atmosphere in the beginning shifted to a more stressful vibe and that the fresh energy was gone.

It was our last night in Marrakech. Unfortunately we didn't find this Riad before on our 14 days morocco trip. It was by far the best riad we have been to. Just to mention some points: - everything was spotless clean - pool area in the first floor, perfect to relax - incredibly nice ground floor with 4 trees in the yard - very nice staff, who want to make your stay perfect. Very likeable owner! - huge breakfast, where everything was homemade Wow! We will come back for sure :)

I traveled for my 40th Birthday to Marrakech and w stayed at Riad Clementine. The property is simply magical. Its the calm that you need after the crazy souk trips. Needless to say it was simply perfect. They even upgraded our stay and the room was brilliant. The bathroom was straight from a design magazine. we were lucky to be right next to the pool. After a long day of sightseeing , the pool provided perfect relaxation. The staff was more than kind, specially Imad (the spelling might be incorrect) but he was one of the English speaking personnel. He along with Antoine welcomed us with a warm cup of morrocan tea and explained the city with a map, which was very helpful. The staff also surprised me with a special birthday cake, which was more than sweet. The breakfast is a feast. The lady who baked the bread and cakes is so skilled. We also had dinner at the property which was simply delicious. Locally sourced ingredients and amazing cooks and even better ambience. The property's aesthetics are on point and is very peaceful. Parking also is not very far but be very careful about how much you pay the parking guys as we parked at the wrong place and ended up paying more. usually one should pay around 50 MAD per day. The location is walking distance to the souks and the square ( Jemma el-fna) We basically parked our car straight for 3 days and used taxis or walked everywhere. The Riad even arranged a personal tour in the Atlas Mountains for us which was very good and not so expensive. I give Riad Clementine 10/10 for everything. definitely going back. Highly recommended!!

This Riad is very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The décor is lovely and it is quiet as long as the people staying there are quiet (not always the case)! The breakfast was very nice. It was very busy when we were there so there wasn't enough seating around the pool or, quite often, in the pool. The room was cleaned well but absolutely everything we had in there was moved, including valuables, which was quite stressful as we couldn't find everything and ended up having to leave without a valuable item. The gentleman who was in charge in the evening and overnight was delightful and incredibly helpful, however the one during the day was slightly aggressive. He booked our airport return taxi for the wrong time but set about saying it's what we asked for, with no apology. The Riad is a good 20 minute walk to the main square in the Medina. We travelled extensively in Morocco and would say that this Riad is okay.

Antoine was a wonderful host, and the food at the Riad is delicious. I would highly recommend staying here, we love our trip.

I came in very late. My driver spoke with the hotel and Hassan met him at the street to help carry my bags. The property is lovely and I was upgraded free to a nicer room by the pool. With a beautiful view of the courtyard. Breakfast was the best so far prepared by a sweet lady who’s name I forget…but I am planning to stay again as I pass through Marrakech!

This place is wonderful. Many riads in Marrakesh are charming - but the level of attention and service at this one really makes it shine. Staff were genuinely kind and incredibly attentive down to the last detail. Wonderful stay. It is located towards the periphery of the Medina - we found this useful as it was walking distance from the newer areas as well as a taxi stop if needed. It is about 25 min walking from the main plaza (D'jamaa el Fna) if that is a concern of yours, but as it is not terribly far from the main roads, the route is straightforward. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Le Riad Clémentine est un véritable havre de paix qui permet de se reposer à l'abris du tumulte de la médina. Les chambres sont très belles et propres (une mention spéciale à la salle de bain qui dispose d'une grande et belle douche). L'ensemble de l'hôtel est également très agréable et bien entretenu, notamment le patio intérieur avec ses beaux orangers. L'espace piscine et le solarium situés tous les 2 sur le toit permettent de profiter de l'ensoleillement toute la journée et sont à l'abris de regards. Le personnel est d'une incroyable gentillesse, aux petits soins dès l'arrivée (thé + pâtisseries offerts) et toujours très disponible. Le petit déjeuner est bon et très complet. En résumé je ne peux que recommander 100 fois le Riad Clémentine et espère y retourner très vite !

Every aspect of our stay was wonderful, beginning before we'd even boarded our flight. The reservation confirmation indicated that we should contact the hotel if we were arriving late, so we rang the day before. The staff member with whom I spoke recommended that they arrange for transport from the airport (at the same cost as a taxi, but less stressful & far more convenient), & they offered to provide dinner for us upon arrival (after 10 PM). We were greeted warmly & seated in the garden with tea while we completed the check-in process. After we'd been shown our lovely room, we were served a superb, 3-course, candle-lit dinner in the garden (a 5-star experience at the bargain price of €27 pp). Considering that the hotel is in the midst of the hustle & bustle of the old city, it's amazing that you can't hear any city sounds at all. Even on the upper levels (pool on the 1st floor & terrace on the 2nd), it's private & quiet, & the ground floor garden/courtyard, with it's citrus trees & awnings is truly an oasis of freshness & calm. There are only 8 rooms in the hotel, which contributed to the private & special ambiance. The staff, in particular, made for a superb experience. Everyone with whom we came into contact went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs. From first contact, to the manager, to the the lady who provided our breakfast, we were made to feel special. Thank you & à bientôt.

Riad magnifique et très bien placé. Nous sommes à proximité des Souk (Du côté plus local moins touristique que la place) ce qui est encore plus intéressant et d une station de taxi ce qui permettait de rentrer facilement et sans peur Le soir (car nous étions 2 femmes). Les chambres sont très propres et confortables. Et la piscine est juste magnifique. C'est extrêmement rare de trouver une piscine qui n est pas placé dans le patio Ms sur Les hauteurs du Riad ce qui permet d avoir du soleil toute la journée. Le personnel Est au petit soin pour ces convives et sont adorables. Tout comme Les gérants qui nous donnent les meilleurs conseils pour passer un séjour de reve. Le petit déjeuné est copieux et très bon. Encore merci pour tout. Je recommande ce Riad a 100%, tout ce dont vous avez besoin si trouve.

Nous revenons d'un magnifique séjour de 5 jours à Marrakech où nous logions au Riad Clementine. Un grand merci à Angela et Antoine, leur riad est magnifique ! Celui-ci est idéalement placé, au cœur de la medina mais incroyablement calme malgré l’effervescence de la ville. A notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris d'avoir été surclassés, la chambre était parfaite avec une magnifique baignoire ! Nous avons également apprécié la piscine très ensoleillée sur le toit/terrasse de l'hôtel. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe qui a été aux petits soins pendant tout notre séjour, et nous tenions particulièrement à remercier Ahmed pour ses fabuleux mojitos ! Nous retournerons sans hésiter profiter des plaisirs de cet hôtel, pour un w.e ou plus. Nous vous le recommandons vivement

Ce Riad a tout ce qu'on attend quand on arrive à Marrakech. Caché derrière une belle porte dans une petite ruelle, un vrai havre de paix. Une terrasse à l'ombre des citronniers et orangers, une piscine sur les toits, des fleurs, des petits coins de terrasse, une table d'hôte aux parfums locaux, un personnel au petit soin. Très bien situé un peu à l'écart de la frénésie de la médina.

This was a lovely riad...once we found it and got inside the door. We took a taxi from the train station and even though we had printed out the address, the taxi driver had no idea where it was and just dropped us off somewhere in the vicinity. We had to ask several people (while dragging our bags) until we finally found it. The parts of the neighborhood where we were walking were chaotic and seemed a bit sketchy to us. When we finally found it, a tourist couple was in front of the door having a loud argument with a local man who was demanding money for helping them find their way. They kept insisting that they never asked for his help, and he and his friend were loudly insisting that the couple was very bad for not paying them money. It was a bit disconcerting for our arrival. Once inside the door, however, we were greeted by a very nice courtyard. We enjoyed the lovely construction of the facility, our nice room and bathroom, the small pool on the upper floor, and the one dinner we ate there--although it was quite pricey and we only had one choice for the entree. The riad helped us arrange a private excursion to the Atlas Mountains and the Ourika Valley which worked out very well. On the downside, we were disappointed there were not more restaurants near the hotel for our other meals. It was also a bit of a walk to the main square and easy to get lost.

Riad Clementine is a jewel with an amazing staff of 5 wonderful people. It is located in the old city--once you enter the Riad you are transported to another world. The inner courtyard with water fountain, lemon & clementine trees opens to the sky. Breakfast served in courtyard. There is a sitting room with fireplace, inside dining area, kitchen & 2 guest rooms. 2nd floor is a lovely pool, lounge chairs & add'l rooms. 3rd floor has 2 more guest rooms. 9 rooms in all. I love to walk so the half hour walk to Jemma ElFna & souk area was fine for me. Cabs (don't forget to name your price before getting into cab) was 200 dirhams ($2). The riad will arrange for airport transport. Really loved this place!
