Location

Cons: The mattress in my initial room was so old I could feel the springs through it. The next day I was put into a new room. Exact same issue. Then I wanted to cancel my last night as I hadn’t slept the previous nights. I was told by reception & manager that they would connect with booking and refund the last night. The following day I received a message from booking.com that “they were unable to reach an agreement with the accommodation” — in other words they don’t want to refund my last night.

Cons: В номерах установлены очень старые кондиционеры. У кондиционеров регулируется только скорость (задать температуру и другие режимы - нельзя). Кондиционеры очень сильно шумят, даже на минимальной скорости. Спать невозможно, а в номере безумно жарко. На мою претензию хозяин отеля сказал, что на Пхукете везде стоят такие кондиционеры и это нормально для острова, что является полным враньем. Деньги вернуть отказались.

La posizione è ottima per chi si può spostare in motorino. Lo staff è gentile e cordiale e la struttura è moderne e pulita. Siamo tornati per la seconda volta e confermiamo la nostra scelta! Grazie!

Cons: Non avrei elementi da segnalare. Può capitare che ci siano vicini un po' rumorosi, ma generalmente si riesce a rimediare. Sarebbe bello se la struttura offrisse una colazione.

Cons: There was bass thumping all night long from bars in the neighborhood, I could not get any sleep. Also the aircon is blasting right onto the bed and you cant change the airflow at all. The interior is nothing special and for 80 Euro a night I feel like this place is not good value for money.

Dat ik gelukkig maar voor 1 dag had gereserveerd.

Cons: Alles! Vanaf het moment dat ik daar aan kwam. Onvriendelijke receptionist. De kamers zijn vies, handdoeken gescheurd. Lakens en beddengoed leek en voelde niet vervangen. Kakkerlakken in de hotelkamer. 1 minuut warm water, daarna alleen koud water uit de douche. En het allerbelangrijkste, DE AIRCO IS GEEN AIRCO MAAR GEWOON EEN VENTILATOR DIE DE WARME LUCHT EEN BEETJE "VERKOELT". Ik hoop dat ik door deze feedback anderen deze ellende bespaar

Great hotel, perfect location and very helpful staff. I was very pleasantly surprised at the rooms, they are big and even have large Fridges in them. The hotel is very clean and well equipt, staff are very french and ho out of there way to make you feel comfortable. Will definitely will be returning ASAP. Thanks for such a great experience.

This was heaven to stay here . Nothing to much trouble bob the owner on site overnight and he was an amazing character so funny and lovely . Daytime staff again the best my brother named him gok a great man . A very warm welcome from both . The rooms are well equipped and serviced daily . Everywhere spotless . This will always be my number 1 place to stay . This review is 100% from the heart . Will miss you all here . Ohh and by the way others staying here were happy and smiling says it all . Pool beautiful and clean as well . Very near to elephants up the rd . Rawali beach near longboat service to coral island is a must

Really quiet hotel, or we just were lucky. Had the pool area most to ourselves, you can really rest well there (no partying or noise).

Cons: Outdated a bit. TV, AC and other equipment definitley needs to be upgraded, including furniture. A bit expensive for what you get, no extra services or facilities are functioning on the property (for an example the cafe is fully shut down).

Clean, cute, comfortable. Not too hectic an area or a hotel. Just Relaxing. Felt safe as a solo traveller. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I even extended my original stay dates. Location was a good escape from crazy beach areas.

Cons: The location was central to almost everything but close to nothing. I needed an uber or taxi ride to get most places. Then, no rides were too extended either.

We had a really nice stay at Naiya Buree! The rooms are very big and clean. The owner is really kind and willing to help you with everything. There are restaurants, supermarkets and bars in the street so the location is also good. Would definitely come back here if I would go to Phuket again!

The room was comfortable, well equipped and kept clean daily. Wifi worked flawlessly. The swimming pool is large and very clean, perfect for exercise or lounging around. Unfortunately there are no facilities on site to provide food and drinks, but there are coffee shops, restaurants, bars and convenience stores within a few minutes walk. There is ample parking for motorbikes and cars, and there is easy access to the rest of the island by bus as well.

Fabulous stay loved it so much we stayed longer. Everything is spotless and so very well looked after. Really comfortable beds lovely bed linens great shower. The pool is beautiful you feel like you're in your own little oasis I can't recommend this place enough! 7 /11 is 2 mins walk also good places to eat within walking distance too Good to have a scooter to get to the beach

Book a room for my girlfriend on booking.com. She checked in at 15:00 and paid the 1000 baht deposit. They then later came and said that I had paid the wrong price and kicked her out at 19:00. Very unprofessional. I will never book at this hotel again and I would advise other people to avoid.

I have just returned home after a two week stay in the VIP suite with my son and i can’t praise the staff/owners enough for going above and beyond and making our first trip to Thailand memorable. Not only was the room lovely and spacious it was clean (daily) and comfortable. It included air con, daily fresh towels, mini bar and a safe. I made the most of morning and evening swims in the pool which was always clean and warm. The hotel was quiet and relaxing with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. There lots of activities to do and beaches to visit (but would need transport) which the owners gave us advice and recommendations for. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

Perfect small cosy hotel, good pool, good internet. Location is good if you can rent a bike. Close to cafes, massage, shops. Without bike it’s too far from the beach, but you can take taxis. 2 beaches nearby, both great. Really nice vibe around, unlike kata or karon. Want to go back some day!

The worst ever!!! I paid for 2 people and the owner man wanted change me 500 a day extra, no customer, empty hotel because the bad manager or owner man. One tower for 2 person, the tower was no changed everyday, they changed every 2 days. Tv 17 year old and broke, I have to wait 2 days until the owner changed the room where the hole hotel was empty. The manger, spoke to my girlfriend that before she came, I have a massage and somebody was in room. Of course I want fight with these man! He has the hotel for sale and crazy because no customer and no money. The swimming pool was dirty with insects and I asked to clean and he insulted me. The swimming pool was ready 11:30 and I didn’t want to use because the bad temperament of the man watching and controlling all the time. The air conditioning is old and laud and the man is controlling tha the door is closed. The internet is not enough for watching tv. The worst experience. I don’t wish that moto anyone.

We stayed in August as a family of 4. This hotel is fantastic. Suite was huge, decorated to such a high standard with a Thai feel. The room facilities were amazing, everything you’d expect from a 5 star suite. We could have held a dinner party! I loved the own branded water, such a nice touch and emphasises the ‘above and beyond’ approach we experienced here. We loved the pool area and the sun trap around the pool. The owner and staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a great location for many areas and they can even assist with trip bookings. The chilled out vibe of the coffee shop was perfect for lazy mornings. We’re already planning a return visit next year! Highly recommend.

The hotel is new and highly maintained, located in Rawai, Phuket. The pools are clear water, comfort, clean, and have a lot of space. The room is well equipped and very clean. The hotel staff are very welcoming from the moment you enter the hotel till the moment you leave it. The hotel are nearby many bar and restaurants "easy to find" and of-course the price of the hotel is very convenient.

We booked this hotel on the way to Phuket in the car and weren’t quite sure what it would be like but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are built around the pool and are like small chalet with sun beds and tables on the front of each, inside the rooms are spacious and comfortable modern design good big bed and efficient air conditioning everything was spotlessly clean a nice big bathroom with a great shower.Its quite a way from the town so really a car would be an advantage there is plenty of parking space just opposite. There is a night club just opposite the reception it wasn’t open the night we were there so can’t comment on any disturbance it may cause on other night’s.

We just got back from a five day stay here. Was perfect for a relax and chill the staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely clean spacious rooms cleaned daily. Close to local restaurants, perfect juice bar and supermarket opposite hotel. Few beaches to choose from close by if you rent a moped you can be at Nai Harn beach in 5 minutes. Very good quality accommodation at reasonable price. They even allowed us to keep our room until 4pm without charge. Recommend you book your airport transfer with them direct nice car and drivers 1000 baht each way and cheaper than direct taxi from airport where cost is 1600 one way. Will definitely stay here again

Just come back from a 15 night stay here and on the whole was very pleased. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard everyday and the staff are very friendly, particularly the guy on reception who's name I didn't catch. There is not many rooms (about 22ish) so the place is quite quiet and personal, which is quite nice. There isn't really much in walking distance apart from a handful of bars and restaurants but kata beach is only 10 minutes in a taxi, karon about 20 minutes and patong about 30 mins. Only downside was the shower was very temperamental. Also do not leave any sugary food or drink out overnight in room or ants will be everywhere. Very good overall though.

Having stayed at Naiya Buree a couple of times a few years back, I was pleasantly surprised to return this year to a newly refurbished version. This was an added bonus to what I knew would be a reliable, clean, quiet resort to go and stay in at our time in Rawai. Our initial booking was for four days however ended up staying there for our full two week stay. Immaculate, stylish, fully functioning rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Staff were happy to order cabs and assist with any enquiries or requests. Swimming pool conveniently right outside the rooms when we didn't feel like going to the beach. Definitely a hidden gem in Rawai at a very affordable price. Highly recommended.

The only thing is the staff finishes at 5pm, but the manager expressed she lives on the premises,and to knock on her door if I need anything after work hours.

This is my second time i have stayed at Naiya Buree, I thought the first time was fantastic , it only gets better , Has had a total renovation since last time i was there , the rooms are large comfortable and have everything you need for a great holiday, Staff were very friendly, and the new coffee shop has great coffee and cold drinks and some really tasty food to offer. have to say one of the best hotels in Rawai Nai Harn.

Just spent 2 weeks at Naiya Buree Resort , rooms are large ,comfortable bed and very clean and tidy, ,hotel staff bend over backwards to help, has a nightclub if you like to dance the night away or a front bar just to chill out , close to many restaurants Rawai has to offer . All rooms looking at pool or a short bike ride from some amazing beachs . Have been coming to Thailand for years and Naiya Buree is great value for money will be back again for sure fantastic value for money,

i had the pleasure of stay over christmas and new year i was a bit unsure of staying here with the family because on the web site stated that there was a night club.the resort was very clean and tidy the staff were helpful and polite, i have been to thailand 3 times before and naiya buree must be best place i have stayed for the amount of money that we had to pay . me and the wife sneak into the icon club for a couple of hours while the kids was a sleep the atmosphere was very warming we enjoyed our selfs very much it reminded me from when was dating.i would like to thank the resort for making our stay one of the best we have had in thailand i would recommend this resort to anyone and everyone see you next year

I was unfortunate enough to stay here in December 2014. My booking was for two weeks but I had to leave after just a week having been threatened with physical violence by an employee during my stay. The hotel was completely unwilling to do anything to help, and offered nothing in the way of compensation considering I didn't want to stay for the duration of my booking for fear of my personal safety. On first impressions everything at this hotel looks good. Nice rooms, nice pool, not too far to local places to eat, drink, or lie in the sun. But be warned, there is an adjoining nightclub to the hotel (conveniently not mentioned on the website) that stays open until 5/6am every. single. night. After struggling to sleep night after night with the situation unresolved, my patience wore thin at around half past 2 in the morning on a Sunday night at which point there was no one to speak to about the music, so I went into the club and politely asked the dj to lower the volume. He responded very aggressively, actually lunging to hit me, and had to be restrained by a colleague. At this point I went back up to bed and the music got even louder, to the point where I found myself thinking I've been to sleep at festivals that have been quieter. The levels of the bass reverberating through my head was like torture. And I paid for it. Utterly ridiculous. Understandably after that encounter I had no choice but to move hotels. I made numerous attempts to speak to the owner or manager but NO ONE CARES. Do not expect anything in the way of understanding or a level anything near a reflection of the levels of customer service we have come to expect as a standard here in the UK. I leave this message in the hope that the people in charge of this business take note and learn how customer service works, and how to treat people paying to stay at their establishments, seeing as at the time of writing this they haven't a clue. Very disappointing to say the least. To anyone thinking of staying here, learn from my mistake - DONT GET CONNED AND STAY AWAY FROM NAIYA BUREE

Is next to popular nightclub (Icon) but situated away from noise so best of both worlds if your into that kind of thing. Walking distance to Sinb and Lion Muay Thai Gyms. Nice and clean place. Away from noise. Pools good and easy to slide into. Looks cool at night with the coloured lighting.
