Near Gare de Fès and within walking distance of the Medina. Cozy, standard room. Really nice staff and (presumably) the owners. Delicious breakfast, and an unforgettable takeaway breakfast that the staff quickly prepared. I really loved my stay.

The room is well-aired, the staff is so kind. I did my check-in hours before that I should, and I left my luggage after even my checkout at the hotel for hours with no fees. You pay 16 DH at the property for tax per night and per person, there is an elevator.

Cons: They need to add Netflix to the tv and put a good cover on the bed.

フロント等スタッフが皆親切でした。フェズの駅に近いので遅く着いても大きな荷物があっても歩いていけます。出発時間が朝食開始時間と同じだったけど、パンやチーズ、ヨーグルト等、言えばスタッフがバッグに入れて持たせてくれました。ホテルの前にコンビニのようなものもあり便利です。

Cons: Hotel très ancien, Anciens équipements, pas de couette juste drap plat, pas de séchoir, le 5 ème étage inaccessible par ascenseur, l'ascenseur arrive au 4eme seulement, mini salon au tissu son hygiène laisse à désirer, le petit déjeuner le matin est vraiment nul, genre express the viennoiserie margarine, pain beurre confiture café jus d'orange dilué, oeuf dur.. Bref c'est un truc loin du luxe. Porte fermé de la reception à 2h du matin on a besoin de frapper la porte pour entrer tard.

Posizione vicinissima alla stazione dei treni. Inoltre ci sono molti supermercati e diversi ristoranti come il Limone Del Garda (top). Staff molto gentile, mi hanno accolto alle 2:30 di notte. Accanto c’è anche un barbiere in gamba che per 70 dinari taglia bene i capelli. Dispone di aria condizionata e un piccolo patio esterno con tavolini e sedie.

Cons: 建物が古めで、廊下などの照明が薄暗かったので、少し不気味だった。アフリカへの旅行が初めてだったので緊張していたのもあり、眠りが浅かったけど、起きてみるとアフリカでは綺麗で、鍵も二重でかかるので安心なホテルなのかなぁと思いました。荷物を預かってくれたおかげで、荷軽で観光出来ましたが、荷物を預ける所が鍵もなく、ただ、フロントの誰でも入れる様なクローゼットの中に、「そこに入れておいて」と言われて、本当に誰も触らないか心配だった。帰ってきて荷物を取ると特に何も無かったので良かったですが、セキュリティが少し心配です。でも、フロントの方が常時フロントに在中はしてくれてるので、見張ってはくれているのかなぁとも思いました。また、夜暑くてエアコンを入れようとしたら見当たらず、フロントへエアコンのリモコンが無いと言うと、フロントでリモコンを渡されたので、エアコン利用の方はフロントにお伝えすると貸してくれると思います。快適に眠れました。

Lovely upgrade to double bedroom with large window, & comfy chairs..bathshower was hot water or as you want..could have stayed longer, but already planned another program. Staff are lovely & breakfast was filling with breads, pastries, etc. Location is good enough & walking to the centre nouvelle ville & shopping centre with Carrefour market. Lovely hotel 3 min walk from the Fez train station. Nice neighborhood with lots of food options and taxi stands nearby. The room was well kept with all the basic amenities provided. I was positively impressed with both the room and (especially!) all the 3 different people at the reception.

Cons: If you have a room with the balcony, be aware that you need to close the curtains at night - although it looks like they are mirrors during the day, they are not! :)

Fußläufig zum Bahnhof und auch nur 20min Fahrt zum Flughafen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Taxi schnell zu erreichen. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten direkt ums Eck vom Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. Shuttle zum Flughafen günstiger als wenn man sich selber ein Taxi ruft und auch das Hotel Auto sehr groß und sauber.

Cons: Zimmer waren etwas hellhörig, aber für uns kein Problem. Es gab leider keine Rollos und somit kam recht früh Licht ins Zimmer. Es gibt aber Gardinen, somit war es nicht allzu hell.

Staff: Othman, Mounir and Mounia were very helpful and welcoming. No plug for my bath tub. I told Mounir and he found one for me immediately. Location: Clean, comfy room just a few minutes from the main station. 15 minute walk to a mall with nice shops and a Carrefour.

Cons: Incredibly loud coversation from the night staff in the reception area until well after midnight.It came right into my 1st floor room as if they were just outside my door. I had to ask them to be quiet so I could sleep.

personnel de l'accueil souriant et sociable . L'emplacement est parfait . Le côté populaire du centre ville est très agréable.

Cons: Lit trop petit. La chambre aurait besoin de quelques travaux surtout côté salle de bain toilettes. Les déjections ont du mal a partir il faut rester appuyer longtemps pour que ça parte et même comme ça c'est compliqué. Porte de douche qui ferme mal ainsi que la porte de la salle de bain et femme de ménage qui ont oublié de passer 2 fois dans ma chambre. Pas de quoi se laver les dents ni le corps ni les mains à part un mini savon emballé séché depuis belle lurette donc obligé d'acheter le matériel nécessaire pour. On a refusé de me changer de chambre pour un lit plus grand en prétextant que j'ai le pack solo et que je n'avais pas le droit a un lit plus grand alors que j'avais 2 petits lits qui sont prévus pour 2 personnes mais bon tant pis les lits étaient vraiment trop petit en largeur et je suis un peu grand c'est dommage car l'accueil était bon dans l'ensemble hormis ça un séjour qui s'est relativement bien passé. Je recommande pour l'accueil du personnel souriant et sociable et pour l'emplacement mais pour le confort ce n'était pas terrible malheureusement.

В комнате много дополнительной мебели: тумбочки, шкафчики, зеркала. Также в гостинице имеется лифт, что служит помощью при переносе вещей, а также есть специальная комната, где можно оставить свои вещи, если у вас есть свободное время до заселения или после выселения.

All I wanted was a simple hotel room near the bus and train station for a couple of nights, and this met my needs very well. Basic but clean, warm, decent wifi and a small balcony onto the street. For the traveller between stops it could hardly be better located. Also a good place to stay if you prefer not to stay in the medina. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful - hope her sore throat is better now!

The reception staff was very kind and the hotel had a parking in the street, with a parking attendant. I didn't have any issues leaving the bike parked in front of the hotel.

Cons: We had booked a double bed room , and gave us a two beds room . We didn’t want to waste any of our time by changing rooms , but they didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience ( a small discount , a cup of coffee in the morning, etc ) The elevator worked once . The rest of the days we had to go up and down the 3rd floor with the stairs . They had only one hanger in the wardrobe , and the toilet paper was not new and did not have any extra in the room . Lastly , not a hotel problem , but before you visit Fes , check what you want to see , because the city center and the Medina of Fes are two different things . we book this hotel cause it was 1 km from the center , but for the Medina we had to walk for about 40min.

Lage ist relativ nah an der Medina. Wenn man nur etwas zum günstig übernachten sucht und sich mit einigen Dingen arrangieren kann, kann man das Hotel nehmen.

Cons: Klimaanlage war kaputt/sehr laut. Konnte man nachts nicht laufen lassen. Alternative war Fenster öffnen, allerdings ist auch das sehr laut, weil das Hotel nah an einer Hauptstraße liegt und die ganze Nacht reger Verkehr herrscht. Das Frühstück ist überwiegend süß und fettig (Pfannenkuchen, Crossiants, Schokobrötchen). Die Handtücher hatten teilweise Flecken und Löcher. Das Geschirr beim Frühstück war klebrig.

Super Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und weniger als 10 min Fahrtzeit zur CTM Haltestelle, daher perfekt wenn man wie ich nur für einen Zwischenstopp in Fes ist. Der Check-in und -out waren effizient und reibungslos, und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war komfortabel (toll auch der Aufzug wegen des Gepäcks) und nicht kalt wie ich es in anderen Unterkünften erlebt habe jetzt im Winter. Das Bad war sehr sauber, mit perfektem Wasserdruck und ausreichend heißem Wasser.

I like this hotel because of near Fez train station and Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Cons: Room: lock by Key and difficult to turn on and off, in room bathroom is very old and dirty especially Shower area , bed is very dirty as I clean by wet tissue.

Se trata de un hotel de ciudad sin mayores pretenciones, bien ubicado y con un personal amable y eficiente, me dieron las mejores referencias para comer pescado y cordero en Fez. Tanto la recepcioneista de día, que habla excelentemente español como el señor de la noche me resolvieron todo lo que necesité.

Cons: Venia del Volubilis y las comparaciones son odiosas, uno es un hotel de cuatro estrellas enfocado al turismo y este no, no obstante me pareció muy autentico.

Right in front of train station so conducive to late night arrivals. Friendly, diligent staff at front desk. Easy to get a cab to the medina from here, only around 1.5 dollars.

Sehr zentral gelegen mit dem Bahnhof eine Querstrasse entfernt. Viele Cafes/Restaurants in der Nähe. Gute Raumaustattung, man konnte seine Sachen gut unterbringen. Besonders bemerkenswert, es gab zwei Stühle mit Tisch!! Zum an- und abfahren ideal gelegen.
