Camera molto bella in stile marocchino, Riad in posizione strategica, molto pulito e luminoso e soprattutto nonostante fossimo in pieno centro era molto silenzioso la notte. Insomma tutto perfetto!!

The staff at the Mirage was exceptional, always available, friendly, and helpful. We felt really well-taken care of. The place is super clean, which felt amazing to come home to after the crazy amount of colors, smells, and energy input all day. Breakfast was an absolute joy, and we were very pleased with the aesthetic of the place.
Cons: all good. The bed was a little hard. this was a small detail compared to how great it was. no other complaints, we were definitely beyond-pleased with our stay here.

Cons: Horrible location. It is hidden behind an area called ‘Big Square’ which is inaccessible to cars. We arrived at 10pm local time and the taxi arranged by the property dropped us off halfway to the property and arranged for a street vendor to take us to the property on foot! My young daughters (both under 8 years old) were placed in a dirty cart. The property has narrow roads and only discovered how dirt the path was the following morning. Checked out the next morning and moved to a new hotel.

The breakfast completely surprised me. There were chocolate chip pancakes for my kids, lovely pastries and eggs, fruit, juice and coffee. The area where the riad was quiet. It was nice to have the pool since it was so hot! The pool is about the size of a double bed.
Cons: The junior suite for my family of 5 was enough space, with not much space for any luggage. But everyone had their own bed. Google maps led us right to the door of the riad. Without that it would have been hard, because there were no instructions from the property.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Communication was excellent, with staff fluent in both French and English. The service was outstanding—they offer a taxi shuttle to and from the airport for €20 each way, with someone guiding you to the hotel (hidden in a small alley) and back to the cab when you leave, making arrival and departure seamless. Breakfast, included in the stay, was simple but good (fruits, bread, orange juice, coffee/tea, and baked goods). It starts at 08:00, which can be tight for excursions, but the staff was very accommodating and prepared an early breakfast for us when needed. Rooms are small but comfortable—ideal if you’re out exploring, though maybe not for those who prefer to spend time indoors. The rooftop terrace is a great spot to relax, with a small plunge pool to cool off. The hotel’s charming architecture does make it a bit noisy, so light sleepers might want earplugs. That said, its alley location helps reduce Medina noise. The only downside was the humidity in our room; using the AC helped but didn’t fully resolve it. However, we never reported it, so it’s partly on us. They also offer massages and excursions if you prefer to book directly through them. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and welcoming atmosphere.

Riad Mirage has a great location in the heart of the Medina and serves one of the tastiest breakfasts we had in Morocco. The attention to detail was nice, with good-quality towels and toiletries, and the terrace is absolutely beautiful.
Cons: The room we stayed in was very small—the bed was squeezed between the walls with no space on either side. The room was also quite dark as there was no window to the outside, and we could hear everything happening around us. The biggest issue was smoking inside the riad. Despite the manager telling us smoking was only allowed on the terrace, we found two full ashtrays indoors. When we arrived, the door to our room was slightly open, and the smell of smoke had seeped inside, which was awful. To their credit, the owner offered us a different room for the next day, which we appreciated—it shows they care about their guests. It’s worth noting that we stayed on the ground floor, which may have contributed to the noise and smell issues.

Homely, clean and great location. Raschid is an amazing host. He tried his best to accommodate us. He answered all our questions and was very helpful.

Everyone from the staff was super friendly. I had the feeling that I’m part of a family and not just in a hotel. Upon my arrival, the manager gave me a map with some ideas of what to visit in Marrakesh city. A highlight is the breakfast on the terrace. The food was tasty. Maybe more sweet than what I usually eat for breakfast - but if I had asked for more salty food, they’d have surely fulfilled my request. Lastly, the whole facility is super clean, almost spotless. Net: I always had this feeling of “oh, it’s nice to be back” whenever I returned to the hotel.
Cons: There’s nothing I disliked about the hotel. But one thing is worth mentioning. Due to the structure of buildings in the old town, all buildings are poorly soundproof. (I know this because my friends stayed in a similar hotel and said exactly the same.) I’m usually not sensitive to this but I woke up at least 3 times per night from street sounds or other guest coming home - and neither was actively trying to be loud. Again, there’s nothing the hotel can do about. But if you’re very sensitive with your sleep, you should maybe consider an accommodation in the new town. But then you’d miss the charm of being inside the vibrant old town.

It’s clean and beautiful. The beds comfortable the bathroom lovely. We loved everything about this place. It’s charming. Breakfast was lovely and a bit different each day.
Cons: Tricky to find. You either need to get a sim from the airport or square. They sell them everywhere. You can then easily find with google maps. If not make sure with the driver who dropped you takes you all the way to the riad or use one of the guys with carts from your luggage. There are plenty of them around to help you for a small fee

Beautiful Riad in the centre of Marrakech! Perfect location for exploring the city. The pool was perfect for summer, and the breakfast was different every morning which was nice.
Cons: Would have been nice if they had filtered water onsite. Not a massive issue as there is a small shop not far from the riad. Could hear a bit of street noise or when people returned back from exploring for the day. Sometimes hard to find staff around the riad as there wasn’t a central desk.

Location Near the main square and Jewish quarter. Be aware that cars cannot get to the riad so you will have a 10 minute walk with luggage. The roads are cobbled and there is rubbish and rubble to navigate. Riad As you'd expect, like a homestay/paying guest. Doors to room don't lock well. Beds were a decent size, pillows too soft, mattress hard. Little space for personal items. No mirrors. Suitable if all you need is a bed for the night but no good if you want to relax in your room as can feel claustrophobic and dark. The bathroom doors do not look and towels are not changed. Shower heads do not have the central grill so water trickles out. You will certainly not be able to wash your hair here unless you have an hour to spare!! The sink gets blocked and the safe does not work. Lock your personal items in your cases. Broken toilet seat and air conditioning is poor which is awful in 35 degree heat. There is one mirror above the sink and the walls are quite thin. Generally clean. The rooftop does not have a view and the pool is not particularly clean or inviting. Breakfast Served on the rooftop. There is one glass of orange juice per person and a choice of tea/coffee. One or two types of bread, jam & cheese, a fruit platter with apple, orange banana and Kiwi. Really quite a poor experience but we were told this is standard. We've been to Morocco many times and never experienced such a lack of interest in guests. Not really even worth waking up for - you'll get better in the medina! Service Check in is a long process and took an hour while Rashid tried to sell tours, guides and drivers to us. As we had booked restaurants and activities beforehand, service and attention quickly became poor and inattentive since the riad would not make more money from us. I should mention that they expect cash on arrival as soon as you check-in. Had we not already paid this, it is liked we would have left once we saw the tiny size of room and amenities. There were 8 of us so we had 3 rooms and each one had issues.

Not sure how cars can drop 100m from the location as we had about a 10 min walk from where our driver dropped us. The young guy who we paid to carry our bags also said the same. I think you probably get a better experience if you book directly. When we arrived (no welcome drink- unlike other riads). The guy said you booked through an agency didn’t you. Then when we said we have breakfast included he said we were leaving too early for breakfast, and that he would ask someone to do coffee. We did have an early flight but even a little pastry to take away would have been appreciated. The room was fine; the safe didn’t work. I double checked and he just said yes the safe does not work. Worrying. The room had multiple black hairs in the bathroom. Bedding and towels were clean. It also had working air con. No bottled water in the room unlike other riads. There was a coffee machine but no pods. When we left in the morning there was no one there with coffee so we just left our keys and went. It does look like it probably represents good value for money (our agents- voyage privé ripped us off). The roof top pool looked like a nice bit of relief and nice little lounging area. Pretty good location once you get the hang of where it is. 5 mins from the square. We would not return though due to the poor service and lack of care.

Nice and clean room, excellent breakfast at the terrace. Good location.
Cons: Travelling with a car, we would have appreciated a bit more information on where to park. Also, it wasn’t easy to get in touch with the hosts to get more information.

Everything! The staff were 5 stars, the breakfast was very good. The room was very nice too. Basically everything was perfect, the Riad was about 5 minutes from the main square, it would be hard to ask for better. I highly recommend asking for the cab that the hotel offers (20€) to get to the place safely and calmly.

We a have spent 3 nights . We liked a location in the middle of center so we walked everywhere , apart of the evening we didn't go out because we didn't feel safe walking small narrow streets . The most we liked our host Meji . In general all staff we met very pleasent . Meiji was so kind and helpful to us , he went above and beyond with his service . He made our stay more enjoyable and we do grateful .Thank you Meji!! Wished from Max and Caius:)
Cons: The streets didn't feel safe . I was alone with kids I wouldn't go out in the late in the evening . Taxi can not access the hotel . Breakfast very carbs dominant . Almost no protein :( I would say I missed having a TV in room. Rooms very dark no windows.

We had a 3 night stay at Road Mirage. Mum and 22 year old twins (male and female). The family room was set up really well, and the Riad was quiet but just a stones throw from the main square. The host was super helpful, booked trips and tour guides for us. Would highly recommend it

We totally loved our stay in Marakesh! This is a unique riad that offers peace of mind while in the crowded city. The boys working there went beyond their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible giving information for the city, the restaurants and the sights. They also arranged a taxi pick up from the airport (totally recommended service) The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious. We totally recommend it to any traveller.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Terrace was nice.
Cons: Lots of misinformation. Dinner apparently needs to be booked in the morning or you cannot eat at their restaurant although we were told we could just walk upstairs and order. Offered to provide a take away breakfast for early check out but didn't. No massage on site. Wouldn't stay again.

This is a little gem. Located very centrally between Jemaa el-Fnaa and Bahia Palace in the heat of the medina. Yet, hidden in a quiet side alley, the riad is peaceful and calm. If you get there the first time the place may be a bit different to find in the side alleys. Ping the Riad in advance so they can guide you there or use google maps, which works perfectly fine even in the side alleys. The roof top is nice with a small pool as well. Breakfast was yum (french style) and varied each day. What made the difference for me was the warmth and friendliness of the entire staff, truly amazing. Strong recommend.

What a wonderful Riad. The location is a short walk to the Marrakesh Madina, with great restaurants located locally. The breakfasts are fantastic and varied each morning, and the pool was a wonderful bonus. The room was very clean and had all of the expected bathroom facilities. Hamza greeted me on the first night, provided a great tour of the Riad and made me feel as if it were a home away from home. During the day Rachid was available to answer any questions and helped when there was a mix up on the last day with regards my taxi pickup.

Myself and my daughter (11 yrs) stayed at Riad Mirage for 1 week. I can't say enough about the Riad - bright, clean & comfortable. But the jewel in its crown has to be the staff, particularly Rashid who was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were given a genuinely warm welcome during our stay. Will we return to Marrakesh? Yes. Will we return to Riad Mirage? Yes. Thanks so much for making our stay a happy & memorable experience from start to finish.

Cons: We were there the night of the big earthquake of Marrakesh with more than 3.500 deaths. We tried calling them, we tried texting them but no one helped us. After many hours sb responded that is not safe to go back to the Riad so we decided to leave and go to the airport to leave the country. We asked for our money back, because we had also paid for the next two nights we had booked via booking (so in total we paid at front for thee nights) and now nobody is answering and they owe us money! Unbelievable behaviour and so not professional! Stay away from this Riad! They just care about the money and not about the customers. Unacceptable and so disappointing that in a moment like these where we really lived a nightmare and we spent so many money to leave from there, they only thought their money when at the end of the day we didn’t even stayed there!!!!!!

A wonderful experience. We stayed one night before we joined a tour. A great experience staying in the old town. We walked everywhere and it was easy. The property was very beautifully decorated and very traditional. We retreated to the roof terrace to the pool to cool off in the heat of the day.We also visited the roof terrace late at night. Beautiful. The staff were very attentive and Soukaino was always ready to help. Breakfast served on rooftop terrace was delicious. Fresh fruit croissants and coffee. We accessed our room early ad it was ready no problem and had a voffee while booking in.

We stayed here as a family with two kids (10+14) in the Junior Suite. Not accessible by car and therefore you must park a short walk away. Parking (30dhs/3euros per day) is 5-7 mins walk away but if you have cases the parking attendants take your bags on a trolley cart for a small tip eg- 2euros. This property is in the nice and quiet cobbled back streets off the main square. On arrival which was very quick check in we were told about breakfast etc by Anas. Service here was amazing special thanks to Soukaina, Anas the cleaners and the chef! They all make it a very welcoming stay, always smiling and wanting to help where possible. It’s a very small place so you meet everyone here daily. The ground and first floor are rooms. Ground floor has a lovely atrium and the roof (2nd) has a plunge pool, terrace with the breakfast area. Breakfast was very good. Continental with coffee, croissants, AMAZING orange juice local dishes and fresh fruits. The room for four people (suite) was small but normal for the local area but more than enough space! Less than 5 mins to the main square with lots of shops and a small shop you can buy drinks etc from less than 2 mins away, Room is very quiet due to location which is great. Overall a good stay and I would stay here again due to cleanliness and the location.
Cons: Beds were a little hard BUT I still slept very well!

The facility is very clean and looks like the pictures.
Cons: The location is very hard to find. You will be dropped off in the square and need help finding the property. The staff offer excursions but never give any details about how the excursion will go. We were told one staff would accompany us to the market to make sure we had a good experience. He ended up handing us off to someone we didn’t know who then handed us off to another person we didn’t know. We were walked to a souk to shop and then left to find our way back on our own which was incredibly difficult. Upon calling the staff someone came to find us and bring us back which was appreciated. Overall, it was a good stay. My advice for travelers is do your research on prices before you get here and don’t believe that because the person you are shopping from is a friend of the hotel that you are getting the best price. You aren’t. We had dinner twice at the hotel and it was phenomenal. The man in charge of the food was the best person we met on our trip. However, be aware the dinner prices are for one person even tho you are sharing one dish. If there are two of you, you will pay double what’s on the menu…that is not clear until after you’ve eaten and they are ready to collect payment. Overall, the biggest most impactful issue was communication and we felt we were taken advantage of by the “friends” of the hotel staff.

Pros: Great location with an easy walk to main square and medina. Enjoyable breakfast on the rooftop. Friendly, approachable staff - the cleaners were especially kind. Quiet from the street noise but some internal noise. Comfortable sized bathroom. Comfy bed. Cons: The smoking! Guests and staff smoke inside in the courtyard and the smoke wafts into the room. So horrible and very much an out-of-date way of running an accommodation house (even in Morocco!). Rooftop terrace offers an outdoor space for smokers. Our room was very small without a chair, bar fridge, tea/coffee facilities. Couldn’t comfortably open the window due to the smoking. Internal stairs were noisy when guests arriving or returned late.

Absolutely beautiful Riad, just 10 minute walk to the main square and yet so peaceful. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We booked 2 rooms - a double and twin for 2 nights. Cons: This was our second stay, breakfast has gotten much less than our previous stay. Last time the breakfast was amazing but this time we were still hungry after we finished our breakfast and the service was not great. We only stayed 1 night as we just needed a stop over, but the kindness and hospitality of the staff was felt in this short time. Our flight was delayed, but there was still a similey driver waiting for us. It was past midnight when we got to the Medina, but a very cheery guy was waiting for us to help with our bag and guide us to the Riad. And although the winding streets seem daunting at first, we very easily found our own way the next day. The Riad is in a good location very near to the main square. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable. And we really appreciated being able to check out at 2pm. We had a nice breakfast on the terrace. We left our coats in the wardrobe, and they very quickly replied to our message and saved them for us. We were returning to the Medina 5 days later, so we're able to go and collect them. When we returned we were greeted like old friends. We would definitely recommend staying here, you will be very well looked after.

Rachid and staff are very kind. I was a solo traveler and worried about safety prior to my visit but felt very safe and welcomed in the space. The riad is centrally located but still manages to be pretty quiet. There are restaurants and other attractions a short walk away. Within a day or so of wandering about I was able to get my bearings and figure out my way back without constantly looking at the map. When traveling alone, it's so reassuring to find kind-hearted people. It makes all the difference! I would definitely stay again.

The Riad was beautifully designed. The breakfast was very good and varied, with good machine made coffee. Also the internet quality must be probably one of the best in Marrakech (makes it suitable for remote work). The staff was absolutely nice and most spoke English as well as French as an additional language. The pool on the roof top was nice and spacious. We loved our stay and would always come back.
Cons: The pool had some form of algae the first day we arrived. I assume the hot weather and direct place under the sun makes it harder to keep it clean. However the water quality improved over the next day as staff had cleaned it out.

perfect location for exploring Marrakech in a lovely riad. the staff were very friendly and helpful, extremely quick at responding to messages via Booking.com the breakfast was excellent and very filling
Cons: would have been beneficial to have some more lighting in the bedroom as quite dark unless Poe we curtains but then everyone would be able to see you

Lovely raid with quite a luxurious feel, lovely extra little touches like an espresso machine in the room and hair conditioner in the shower. Amazing location right in the centre but without the noise. Staff all lovely and helpful- would recommend to everyone

We arrived a bit early and the host Rachid was very welcoming and allowed us to wait in the lounge whilst the room was prepared. Breakfast was provided daily and was a big hit with everyone in our group and was delicious and tasty. The Riad, whilst located quite close to the square, was very peaceful and quiet and isolated from the noise of the square. The staff at the Riad were warm, friendly and welcoming and the Riad felt like our home away from home. The room was decent sized for our group of 5 and the air conditioning kept it cool during the hot weather days. The team were very accommodating of our requests and the Riad and team left a lasting impression on us and we would definitely look to stay here again in the future.
Cons: The water pressure in the shower wasn't as powerful as we would have liked but it was manageable and not a massive deal Some members of our group didn't find the firm beds comfortable but some did so take that as you will

I stayed in Riad Mirage for 3 nights and I don`t have words to express how good it was. It is a beautiful riad, very well located, 3 minutes walking from square Jemaa El Fna, the breakfast was amazing. The staff is 5 stars, I can only thank to Rachid and Anas for their help in everything during the time we stay there. Shukran!!!
Cons: Everything was good.

the room was beautiful and clean, the staff even organized our clothes when they cleaned which was very sweet. the staff was great, Yassine was very sweet and showed us around, and Rashid was also an awesome host. Their English is Exceptional.
Cons: the room was dimly lit so if it’s daytime, just open curtains for more light.

Probably the worst hotel stay I've had in a while. The service was terrible here. We booked a taxi pick up from the train station at 12:30am with the riad (since as 2 women travelling, we didn't want to try to navigate the roads in the middle of the night alone). When we got to Marrakech, there was no one waiting for us, so after waiting for our taxi pick up for another half hour, and trying to call the riad for help repeatedly (they did not pick up the phone), we gave up and found a taxi ourselves! When we finally got to the riad, and waited outside for 5 minutes until someone finally opened the door, the staff was rude and almost scolded us for coming in late! The next day they apologized for the miscommunication, since apparently they read the time on the request wrong. However, it went downhill from there: after a day of exploring, we came back to the riad to discover that the windows to our ground level room were left open by housekeeping for pretty much anyone to enter - the safe in the room was not working so that was the last time we left our money/passports in the room! In addition, housekeeping moved all our items around, but my toiletries into my friends bag, etc (this happened again the next night even though we asked housekeeping NOT to come in - our request was ignored!). Although the room was nonsmoking, people were smoking outside, and since there is a gap in the door, all the smoke came inside and I'm asthmatic so had to leave the riad to breathe! Worst hotel

Staff is super friendly and helpful. It is difficult to find if your not familiar with the area. Rooms are tiny but clean and all things needed. No dinner or lunch service available. Pool steps were not safe and easy to fall into due to non completion. Breakfast was good and easy to adjust if need be. Super easy check in and out.
