Die Lage des Riad ist perfekt. Nahe zu den Hauptstraßen der Medina, jedoch ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Riad wirklich wunderschön. Die beiden Innenhöfe sind toll gestaltet und das Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Unser Zimmer befand sich im hinteren Teil des Gebäudes mit Fenstern zur Straße. Das macht das Zimmer etwas heller, als im Riad üblich (mit lediglich Fenstern zum Innenhof) jedoch eben auch lauter von beiden Seiten. Das Bad ist ausreichend groß. Die beiden Dachterrassen sind super schön!

Cons: Das Zimmer roch zwar frisch gereinigt, jedoch bot die Sauberkeit an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas Verbesserungspotenzial. Fremde Haare im Bad und ein altes Kaugummi an der Bettdecke sind dann sehr unschöne Erfahrungen. Der geplante Transport zum Flughafen am frühen Morgen hat nicht reibungslos funktioniert, wurde jedoch im Nachgang kulant gelöst.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad au Maroc. Cela nous a permis de profiter pleinement du cadre et de redécouvrir de près nos traditions. Le riad est décoré avec beaucoup de soin Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’aspect humain. Le personnel est très gentil : la dame à l’accueil, les serveurs, les femmes qui non a fait le Hamam. tout le monde était attentionné. Même lorsqu’il y a eu un petit souci, la dame nous a immédiatement changé de chambre.

La gentilezza del personale addetto

Cons: Purtroppo il riad non é ben tenuto, la camera numero 8 non era confortevole, abbiamo deciso di andarcene prima della fine del soggiorno. Letto scomodissimo, puzza di fogna nel bagno, mancanza di acqua calda e tanto lavoro da fare per quanto riguarda la pulizia. Peccato!

Die Einrichtung im Eingangsbereich war schön.

Cons: Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren freundlich, jedoch nicht besonders professionell. Im Zimmer befand sich Schmutz auf dem Boden und auf dem Handtuch. Zudem war es sehr hellhörig (Lärm aus anderen Zimmern sowie von der Straße). Die Eingangstür des zweiten Gebäudes, in dem sich unser Zimmer befand, ließ sich nicht abschließen, sodass jede/r eintreten konnte. Außerdem war es im Zimmer kalt. Das Frühstück war von geringer Qualität: in Folie verpackte Marmelade, insgesamt wenig Auswahl, und das Essen schmeckte nach nichts. Wir haben uns insgesamt überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt und mussten die Unterkunft bereits am nächsten Tag verlassen, obwohl wir für zwei Nächte gebucht hatten. Die City Tax für den zweiten Tag konnten wir nicht zurückbekommen. Für den gleichen oder einen ähnlichen Preis findet man deutlich bessere Unterkünfte.

Abbiamo provato l'hammam è stata un esperienza meravigliosa che consigliamo a tutti. Bravissime le ragazze dell'hammam. La nostra stanza era molto spaziosa e molto ben arredata. Très beau riad (nous logions dans l'annexe qui doit être un peu plus calme que dans le bâtiment principal) bien situé pour visiter les lieux historiques. Personnel disponible, à l'écoute et réactif par rapport à nos demandes (par exemple organisation excursion privée pour Volubilis, séance au hamman, départ en taxi très tôt le matin...). Le petit déjeuner était assez copieux mais il mériterait d'être un peu plus varié

Comfortable room. Spacious restaurant with excellent home cooked food. Try the Berber Pizza…it was absolutely beautiful and delicious, and so large that we unfortunately couldn’t finish it. And the breakfast was fresh and homemade. Bravo to the chef!

Cons: Haphazard confusing check in. We waited in the restaurant quite awhile unsure what to do after our welcome tea. Eventually we were shown our room which was very nice. Small packets of shampoo. Not much to be said about the ambiance outdoors, but that is not something the hotel could impact.

Nuestra estancia en el Riad fue simplemente inolvidable. Desde el primer momento, el equipo nos hizo sentir especiales y muy bien atendidos. Se nota que dan prioridad al huésped, siempre pendientes de cada detalle y dispuestos a orientar en todo lo necesario. El ambiente del hotel transmite tranquilidad y seguridad, la zona es muy silenciosa y agradable, perfecta para descansar. Además, todo estaba impecablemente limpio. El desayuno nos tomó por sorpresa que aunque madrugábamos a viajar nos lo dejaron listo para llevar. Gran detalle. Sin duda, un lugar altamente recomendable para quienes buscan una experiencia auténtica y acogedora en un entorno cuidado y con un servicio excepcional.

Cons: Me cuesta encontrar algo que puede ser mejor, se me ocurre, por decir algo, que con los vecinos podrían ponerse de acuerdo para que su calle o zona destaque por ser más linda y limpia.

Nuestra estancia en el Riad fue excelente. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, limpias y bien cuidadas. La habitación era muy cómoda y agradable, y el servicio de habitaciones un 10. El desayuno estaba delicioso y recién hecho cada mañana. El personal fue encantador, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Nos facilitaron todo tanto a la llegada como a la salida, acompañándonos hasta el taxi y gestionando nuestro traslado al aeropuerto. Atendieron todas nuestras peticiones con mucha amabilidad, haciendo que nuestra estancia fuera realmente agradable. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

El riad es precioso, el personal muy agradable y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites, la habitacion impecable y espaciosa, el desayuno de 10, la ubicacion es perfecta está cerca de la puerta azul y a paradas de petit taxi y es muy facil de encontrar, cabe destacar que el rooftop es impresionante, de las mejores de todo Fez. Experiencia muy positiva totalmente recomendado.

Cons: Lo único malo por decir algo negativo es que el secador de pelo de la habitacion funciona durante muy poco tiempo y tienes que esperar bastante para poder volver a usarlo.

Cons: Ventilation could be improved, because I was almost suffocated due to closed structure. Moreover, humidity should be controlled, and grateful if you stop using extreme oud air fresheners. The humidity cannot be controlled by changing the smell. It is unhealthy, I had to cut my trip short due to health issues. Nevertheless the property has amazing decor and staff are amazing.

Cons: La limpieza en la habitacion debe mejorar. Al llegar encontramos una botella de agua y restos de una taza de café del huesped anterior. Lo comentamos al personal y no le dieron mayor importancia. El lavamanos tenia restos de crema dental del huesped anterior. Se oye mucho ruido de la calle, las areas comunes,el resto de habitaciones y la cocina. Las habitaciones y el baño es antiguo. No lo consideraria un lugar de 4 estrellas.

Trato del personal excelente y muy atentos. Al llegar todavía no era hora del check-in y nos invitaron a un té el rooftop del hotel, estaba todo muy limpio y al hacer el check-Out tuvieron un detalle y es que la cocina todavía no estaba abierta para poder desayunar y sin pedir nada al irnos nos dieron una bolsa con comida para poder desayunar en el aeropuerto. Comimos allí algún día y la comida estuvo muy buena y además recomendamos 100% la experiencia del Hamman. Nos fuimos muy contentos de haber escogido este Riad y ayudó a que nuestra experiencia en Fez fuera de las mejores 😀

Lo staff gentile, competente, premuroso e sempre pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi necessità, Henes super gentile e competente ! Le camere bellissime: pulite e organizzate. Abbiamo inoltre usufruito dei servizi che il riad propone come l’hammam (un sogno, veramente rilassante e le ragazze si prendono super cura di te) e la guida per la Medina (la consiglio perché è veramente un labirinto). Inoltre super facile da trovare. Che dire, tutto perfetto !

The Riad is very close to the old Medina. Great location to experience the old part of the city. The Riad has plenty of character and I found the rooftop area very tranquil - where one can enjoy some food or simply embrace the environment. The rooftop dining was a nice feature. The location of the riad was convenient. The central courtyard was very beautiful. Breakfast was yummy.

Cons: The room was very small. The bathroom was not particularly clean, the floor and the bath mat were soiled. The riad website states they have wine but the waiter said they did not. (Not a huge issue since many places in Morocco do not serve alcohol, but they should not say they have if they do not.) Also, it was a lot of stair climbing to get to our room. Before we checked in the road had sent messages asking if we wanted to stay in the annex because of the stairs, no elevator. we said yes, but we were not put in the annex.

Cons: Herr an der Rezeption war nur oberflächlich freundlich. Fragte, von wo wir in Marokko kommen, war an der Antwort aber merklich nicht interessiert, da er sich bereits wieder anderen Dingen zuwandte. Dann kann man es auch lassen! Desayuno muy completo y rico. La ubicación es excelente, el taxi te deja en la esquina y tenés que caminar media cuadra, eso es bueno si llegás de noche y todavía no conocés la medina. La habitación completa, tener en cuenta que todas las habitaciones dan al interior de riad, típico de este modelo de alojamiento. Pero muy tranquilo y silencioso.

Le Riad est très beau ! Le vrai charme traditionnel marocain. :) Il se situe à l’entrée de la médina c’était très simple pour arriver en voiture et à 15 min à pieds environ de tous les endroits à visiter. Le personnel était extrêmement serviable, gentil, souriant ! Merci encore pour leur accueil et service pendant tout notre séjour.

La struttura bella e curata in ogni dettaglio, con ambienti eleganti e puliti che rispecchiano la tradizione locale. La posizione è ideale, a pochi passi dalla Porta Blu e quindi comoda per esplorare la medina. First of all, the riad is beautiful and very intricately designed there is so much to see just in this hotel. It offers so many amenities like a great rooftop where you can have food and drinks, a spa, and a lovely downstairs area. The room was the best I’ve stayed in in Morocco with a super comfortable bed and really nice bathroom. But the thing which stands out the most in this Riad is the staff and their friendly demeanour, always asking how our day is going and helping us with any query with a smile. I wish I had gotten the name of the man who we spoke to each day as he was so lovely and would help us with anything we needed! I will definitely be staying here again

Riad magnifico, elegante, profumato e molto caratteristico. La stanza stupenda e pulitissima. Lo staff é stato molto accogliente, gentile, attento e disponibile. Il secondo.giorno avevamo prenotato un tour per Chefchouen e ci hanno preparato con cura e gentilezza la colazione da asporto compresa di acqua. L'ultimo giorno, invece, si sono resi disponibili a tenerci i bagagli per tutto il giorno e ci hanno gentilmente stampato le carte d'imbarco in modo da non farci pagare la tassa in aeroporto. Bellissimo Riad a pochi passi dal Blue gate, uno dei punti centrali della città di Fes. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti con del tè alla menta. The riad is very beautiful, the staff were welcoming and very helpful, if you have any requests you can ask them they will guide you. The experience was very good overall, the room was very clean (towels changed and the room cleaned every day), the air conditioner was very effective and not noisy at all so it doesn't bother you when you sleep. I recommend this riad if you want to have a traditional experience and visit the medina as it's in the heart of it. The breakfast is a plus and the staff will accommodate if you have some requests.

Nous ne sommes restés que très peu de temps car notre avion arrivait à minuit et nous sommes repartis par le train pour 10h. Mais tout a été parfait, le riad avait organisé la venue du chauffeur qui était là à l’heure et nous a contacté via WhatsApp à l’aéroport, nous avons également eu un chauffeur le lendemain matin pour aller à la gare. Le personnel était aux petits soins. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe et notamment Hind qui a tout organisé.

Le riad est très beau et fort bien placé, à la fois proche de la sortie de la médina et de la zone la plus touristique de celle-ci. Grande chambre triple spacieuse, ambiance cozy, belle décoration, beaux éléments d'architecture traditionnel.

Cons: Literie trop dure, comme souvent au Maroc. Il y a une machine à café Senseo dans la chambre, mais sans prise pour la brancher, et avec une seule capsule offerte dans une chambre triple (sachant par ailleurs qu'on n'en trouve pas dans la médina !). Petit-déjeuner décevant oar rapport à ce dont on est habitué au Maroc.

Ein wunderschönes Riad aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Das Riad liegt in einer engen Gasse und ist nicht weit von der Innenstadt und dem großen Tor entfernt (Fußläufig). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das marokkanische Frühstück war sehr frisch und lecker.

Cons: Leider gab es keine Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer. Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn eine Trinkflasche inklusive wäre. Außerdem hat das Hotel keine eigenen Parkplätze. Das Finden eines Parkplatzes mitten in Fes war etwas schwierig.

Großes Riad, in angenehmer Lage, am Rande der Medina. Sehr freundlicher Staff. Der Hammam ist dringend zu empfehlen. Nach einer drei tägigen Wüstentour war das definitiv mein Highlight. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und geräumig. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Nur der Flur sehr heiß. Klimaanlage war hinter einer kleinen Trennwand man wird hier nicht permanent von kalter Luft angeblasen. Wir wurden vom staff am drop-off abgeholt und sogar mit Kofferservice wieder dorthin zurück gebracht.

Cons: Die meisten Angestellten, außer an der Rezeption, sprechen wenig bis schlechtes Englisch. In meinen Yoghurt war eine Wimper, das Essen hat mir wahrscheinlich leider etwas magenprobleme bereitet.

Great Riad! Every square inch is very beautifully decorated. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The open terrace is also very nice. The breakfast and dinner are very copious. If you took the offer with meals included, they offer a European or Moroccan option. Can't speak for the European version, but the Moroccan food is very tasty and changes every night.

Cons: Just wished the terrace could be accessible past 10pm on hot nights but I suppose it keeps the place quieter. Streets can be a little bit noisy at night and in the mornings at times if you're in the annex but nothing that prevented us from having a great overall stay.

I had an excursion scheduled through the Riad and it was seamless to schedule it and secure it. I actually did it all through the app. My compliments go to Youssef, not only was he my driver for the Volubilis, Moulay Idriss and Meknes tour but he educated me and answered all my questions, which I had TONS! He spoke English and he was extremely patient with me taking my time going through the sites, I really enjoyed the tour because of him. I felt safe and mostly informed.

Cons: With two senior family members in our party, all the steps and stairs everywhere were a real physical challenge, especially in the summer heat. We climbed all the way up to the roof terrace but the heat and effort made it impossible to revisit. Pity, because we hoped to spend evenings admiring the city view. Anyone with any physical challenges would NOT be able to get around in this property, even with an elevator in the annex. There is a big step up into the annex from the street. Travelling with full-grown teenage boys, it was difficult to keep them from getting hungry. Meals were prepared in-house and were excellent quality, but portions were very small. One big negative was the high cost of every meal for five adults. However, there were no other places locally to eat or get coffee without walking a long way.

Porém para nossa surpresa nos colocaram em um quarto anexo, fora do prédio principal, no terraço. Para acessar o prédio tínhamos que sair no terraço para acessar as escadas para descer ao prédio. The riad is beautiful, full of light and decorated in traditional Moroccan style and very quiet, a few minutes walk from the Blue Gate, bab boujloud. Our double room was spacious with a very big comfortable bed and good bathroom, with soaps and shower gel provided plus a hair dryer. The linen was of good quality. The staff are all extremely courteous and always wonderfully helpful. The breakfast each day had lots of different and delicious offerings with fresh fruit and juice and eggs cooked in various ways.

La struttura è molto pulita e profumata, gli spazi comuni molto rilassanti e curati con la chicca della terrazza dove gustare cene e momenti di relax all'aperto. Abbiamo approfittato anche dell'hammam ed è stata un'esperienza che ci sentiamo assolutamente da consigliare. La posizione l'abbiamo trovata ottimale: ai confini della medina e a pochi passi dalla porta blu ci ha permesso di muoverci autonomamente già dal secondo giorno. Infine una menzione particolare per lo staff: sempre sorridenti, professionali, disponibili e gentili. Semmai leggeranno questa recensione saluto i miei amici Zak, Anas e super Said, il n°1!!!

Cons: Qualcosina chiaramente si potrebbe migliorare per quelli che sono i canoni occidentali (porte, tv un po' storta, doccia senza porta o tenda), ma bisogna sempre pensare al contesto della medina e di una cultura diversa e quindi ci si chiude tranquillamente un occhio

We stayed here during our visit to Fes and overall had a decent experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the medina, and the breakfast was definitely one of the highlights — fresh, varied, and served by very kind and attentive staff.

Cons: That said, travelers looking for an intimate, cozy riad experience might want to look elsewhere. Despite being called a riad, the place is quite large and feels more like a hotel with numerous rooms, which affects the atmosphere and sense of privacy. We also encountered a few organizational issues. We were told there would be 24-hour reception and that a takeaway breakfast would be ready for our early departure. Unfortunately, when we left at 6 a.m., there was no staff at the desk, and our breakfast bag wasn’t ready as promised. Eventually, we did receive a small breakfast, but only after being let out by someone who appeared to have been sleeping in the lobby — which felt a bit unprofessional and confusing. In summary: a good option if you’re looking for a central, affordable base with a solid breakfast, but don’t expect the personalized, serene riad experience that smaller places in Morocco are known for.

Una struttura meravigliosa, davvero nulla da eccepire. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in questo riad, dovendo partire molto presto la mattina seguente. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e premuroso, facendoci trovare una colazione take away già pronta alle 6:45 del mattino. Sono stati anche molto disponibili nell’organizzare, su nostra richiesta, i trasferimenti sia dall’aeroporto all’arrivo, sia per raggiungere la stazione di Fez al momento della partenza. Inoltre, al nostro rientro dalla cena, avevamo voglia di un dolce e volevamo fermarci nella hall principale. Nonostante la cucina fosse già chiusa, sono stati così gentili da prepararci comunque qualcosa: il dolce che ci hanno servito era squisito e i prezzi davvero onesti. Un’esperienza breve ma decisamente positiva. Consigliatissimo!

Lovely one night stay in the heart of Fes medina. Cleanliness and rooms are up to the highest standard. The building and architecture are very authentic and make you feel right at home. Our dinner service was friendly and welcoming, the staff catered to our every need! Special shout out to Badr, Said, and Wiam who made our dinner experience that much more special. We also indulged in the hammam and massage services offered by the hotel which was also very professional and relaxing. Wafae and Souad are very welcoming and heartwarming individuals who clearly love their job and are great at it. Will recommend to anyone visiting Fes!

Cons: Nuestra habitación era en el anexo y el ascensor estaba descompuesto de lo que nos enteramos al llevar el equipaje hacia ella (la información no fue entregada en recepción). Tuvimos que subir y bajar 4 pisos y ni siquiera había un citofono que comunicara con recepción para informar de alguna dificultad. El segundo día en el desayuno no nos sirvieron jugo ni frutas porque se les acabó. Al preguntar la respuesta fue que habían muchos huéspedes.

Camera carina ma senza particolari suppellettili in camera. Colazione non male. Ci hanno comunque aiutato a gestire una situazione logistica relativa al trasporto. Bella esperienza all’hammam.

The staff were absolutely amazing, meeting us outside the Medina to take our luggage and get to the Riad. The desk staff welcomed us and offered us tea while we signed in. They also helped us choose and book a beautiful dinner experience for the night and arranged for a very professional guide Idris who took his entire day to show us the Medina. The decor was beautiful and the scent of jasmine was everywhere in the air. I would definitely recommend this very large and well run Riad.

De communicatie vooraf was al erg prettig; Riad reageerde snel op onze vraag waar we onze huurauto konden parkeren. Locatie van de parkeergarage werd duidelijk uitgelegd en binnen 5 minuten lopen stonden we bij de Riad. Ontvangst was erg hartelijk en gastheer was duidelijk trots (en terecht!) op zijn familiehuis. Riad was heel mooi. Wij hadden de goedkoopste kamer en die zijn op het dakterras gelegen. Veel trappen lopen, maar daardoor wel erg rustig gelegen. Prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. We hebben de lunch in de Riad gebruikt en die was erg lekker en goede prijs! Het ontbijt was ook erg lekker; met msmen, zoetigheden, yoghurt, roerei en vers fruit. Riad is in een rustige straat gelegen, maar binnen 2 minuten sta je in de Medina met tal van shoppings- en eetgelegenheden.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach wunderbar! Die traditionelle arabische Architektur mit den kunstvollen Verzierungen und den detailreichen Mosaiken hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Besonders das gemütliche Lounge-Eck mit den eleganten, tiefblauen Sitzkissen und den kunstvoll gestalteten Wanddekorationen war ein Highlight. Auch der Service war sehr gut. スタッフの方々は皆さん明るく笑顔で迎えていただき到着後、ミントティーでのおもてなし。地図を元に街の案内を詳しく説明してくれます(全てかなり難易度の高い英語)荷物も部屋まで運んでもらえました。フロントfloorやレストランも装飾が素晴らしくモロッコスタイルのリヤドをたっぷり味わえる造りが素敵でした。部屋はトリプルでしたが天井も高く広くて綺麗です。吹き抜けのフロントに面していたので少し賑やかな雰囲気もありますがこうした造りのホテルはモロッコでしか味わえないと思います。シャワーのお湯がたまに冷たくなりますがホテルなので直ぐに回復します。こちらもモロッコの水道事情でよくあるみたいなので別に気になりませんでした。朝ごはんもモロッコのパンの種類も多く並び、フルーツにスクランブルエッグ、オレンジジュースは丸ごと絞ったツブツブ感がたっぷりで甘くて最高です。コーヒーも美味しくリヤド式の吹き抜け中庭で小鳥たちの声を聴きながら朝からゆっくり雰囲気を楽しむ事ができて最高でした。掃除のスタッフの方々も顔を合わせると気持ち良く挨拶してくれて、又機会あれば是非戻ってきたいホテルでオススメです！

Good breakfasts, each day slightly different. You can choose additional meal, like scrambled eggs, excepts of the sweet ones. Fresh orange juice included. The riad is beautiful, with elegant traditional Moroccan decor that adds to its charm. The common areas - the corridors, restaurant, and terrace - are beautifully designed and stylish. The location is perfect: close to the medina but on a quiet, peaceful street. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The rooms are clean, and spacious, and the food is delicious. We booked the half-board option, which was great value for money.

Cons: Our only suggestion is that the rooms in the adjacent building could use a bit more maintenance, as they don’t feel as well-kept as the main areas. However, considering the overall experience and value, it’s a small issue.

Eerste avond lekker gegeten, eenvoudig en lekker. Ligging is top: bereikbaar met auto en toch vlakbij (rustig deel) van de Medina.

Cons: Niets. Je hoort soms geluid uit gemeenschappelijke delen, maar hé het is een riad met een hoge open ruimte. Kamer is eenvoudig en beetje donker maar ook dat maakt deel uit van de stijl.

Cons: When we arrived the windows were wide open. When we closed them, after a while there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom and it was very disturbing. We did not sleep very well due to that fact. When we mentioned it upon check out they said it is a smell from the old town of medina. The soundproofing was poor. We were on the first floor and you could hear everything from the cutleries on the ground floor to the conversations of the next rooms. The room seemed not so clean, since we found a peanut and a used hansaplast on the floor with a lot of dust.

Un riad con encanto cuya ubicación es muy buena! Su personal muy amable y atento y siempre con una sonrisa. Todo muy limpio y bien cuidado. El hammam espectacular (nos dieron una sesión de 30 minutos de baño marroquí y masaje) y el desayuno muy completo, variado y riquísimo. En la terraza cubierta las vistas eran impresionantes. Sin duda alguna lo recomendamos y volveremos a alojarnos cuando volvamos a Fez.

Este Riad está muy bien ubicado, a 4 minutos caminando de la puerta azul fuera del bullicio de la medina, pero muy cómodo para ir andando a todas partes. El equipo/personal del hotel es muy amable y nos ayudaron en todo momento. Hablan inglés y francés principalmente, poco español. Los desayunos muy ricos y variados, el té marroquí de los mejores y la cena cena a la carta en la azotea fue deliciosa, una experiencia increíble y a muy buen precio. Además, nos hicimos un hammam y nos gustó mucho la experiencia.

Cons: Nuestra habitación era básica y estaba en la azotea sin ascensor. No es grave porque somos jóvenes pero para otras personas puede ser un problema. En la habitación la conexión a internet no iba muy bien.

Badr was very kind and friendly, he explained the history of the riad and offer to help me and family to take some beautiful photos. Overall, this is a very nice experience. Il Riad è in una posizione eccellente (5 minuti a piedi dalla Porta Blu e dalla via principale della Medina, in una zona super tranquilla), le stanze sono da favola, colazione super e cena ottima. Abbiamo organizzato con loro anche una gita in giornata a Meknes e il driver Marouen è il meglio che si possa trovare, richiedetelo!

Accueil très chaleureux avec un petit thé à la menthe, on nous a donné une carte de la médina et de nombreux conseils de visites. Tout le personnel est au top, souriants, aux petits soins. Le Riad principal est très beau, très bien situé proche de la porte bleue,très pratique pour se balader dans la médina et retrouver facilement son chemin. Notre chambre dans l’annexe juste en face du Riad était très calme, impeccable, nous étions très bien à l’annexe. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et très bon, sucré, salé, fruits, jus d’orange pressé, plus que parfait, servi de 8h à 10h environ mais pour notre départ nous avons pu le prendre à 7h30 sans problème. Les personnes qui s’occupent du spa sont charmantes. Les repas au Riad sont très bons et très copieux. Il y a aussi de bons restaurants proches de Riad. Nous conseillons vivement le Riad Al Makan. Un grand merci à tout le personnel😊

The room was very good and comfortable and warmed up very quickly with a good AC, needed on the cold winter nights. The breakfast was very nice, serving eggs, bread, cakes and more.

Cons: The only thing I would fault is the hammam service they offer, they charged us a much higher rate than was mentioned. It was until we questioned it did they revise the price.

Cons: J’aurais préféré un petit dej plus varié (je suis restée 5 nuits quand même) et les murs sont des feuilles de papiers

Very traditional both in architectural layout of the courtyard reception and hospitality. Lovely breakfast served by attentive staff in attractive and peaceful surroundings. Room was comfortable and quiet - we stayed in the Annex. PS do arrange your taxi transfers to and from the Riad with the team at Al Makan - they were so helpful in arranging this and their taxi choice was very efficient - thank you for your kind help.
