Cons: Habitación muy pequeña, para entrar en la cama no había espacios laterales,tenías que entrar por los pies, muy incómodo. Toallas en muy mal estado, no apto para el precio que piden, eso si, todo muy limpio. Insonorización nula, tuvimos a un bebé al lado y no dormimos, solo lloraba y gritaba y se escuchaba como si estuviera en nuestra habitación, con lo cual no pudimos descansar.

Au fond d’une impasse de la Médina se trouve une petite porte qui s’ouvre sur un magnifique Riad. Un endroit paisible où l’on se sent au mieux pour profiter du voyage et se reposer entre deux excursions. Le personnel est chaleureux, accueillant et tout en discrétion. Le petit-déjeuner fait maison est excellent et copieux. Merci pour ce superbe séjour, je me souviendrai de mon premier séjour à Marrakech.

Cons: A insonorizaçao do quarto , estava mesmo ao lado da piscina e onde se toma o pequeno-almoço e podia-se ouvir as pessoas que desciam para tomar o pequeno-almoço, ou se quisessem estar sentados a descansar perto da zona de lazer em Frente à piscina , que era colado ao nosso quarto . Para maior descanso aconselho os quartos superiores . Contudo aconteceu muito pontualmente e nunca interromperam o meu descanso . Mas a estadia foi muito boa e a repetir .

The breakfast is robust and delicious—plenty of food to get your day started, with fresh OJ, different fresh breads every day, fruit, yogurt, etc. The staff are really the standout here—they go out of their way to help you throughout the stay. Although the pool is more of a dipping pool to cool off in the heat—my toddler was delighted to play on the shallow steps each day in the hot afternoons.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut - zentral und in einer bewachte Gegend von Marrakesch. Die Ausstattung des Riads und v.a. des Zimmers ist super: Bequeme Betten, großzügige Schänke, voll ausgestattetes Bad und funktionstüchtige Klimaanlage. Gerne haben wir uns auch auf der gemütlichen Dachterrasse aufgehalten. Der Service im Riad la Parenthèse ist außergewöhnlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind super lieb und bemühen sich ständig um ein gutes Gespräch. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich.

Cons: Wir haben lediglich einen kleinen Hinweis und einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag: Der Pool ist eher ein kleines Becken für eine kurze Abkühlung - Schwimmen ist nicht wirklich möglich. Unser Bad (Zimmer Reveuse) war etwas dunkel und könnte etwas aufgehellt werden, vielleicht mit einer weiteren / helleren Lampe.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par la beauté du lieu : un riad élégant, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, mêlant charme traditionnel et confort moderne. Tout est parfaitement entretenu, très propre, et l’atmosphère est à la fois chaleureuse et reposante. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et calme, idéale pour se détendre après une journée à découvrir Marrakech. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et varié, avec des produits frais préparés avec soin, un vrai régal chaque matin. La piscine au cœur du patio est un vrai plus : parfaite pour se rafraîchir et profiter d’un moment de détente. L’emplacement est également excellent, au cœur de la médina mais suffisamment à l’écart pour rester tranquille. Cela permet de découvrir facilement la ville à pied, tout en ayant un cocon de sérénité en rentrant au riad. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour inoubliable, c’est l’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. Un immense merci à Djamal, qui a été absolument formidable du début à la fin. Toujours souriant, attentif et prêt à aider, il a su rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable par ses conseils, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Nous avons vraiment apprécié toutes ses attentions. En résumé : un endroit magique, une expérience parfaite, et un service irréprochable. The riad was absolutely beautiful, and right in the center of the medina of Marrakech. The staff in general, but especially Jamal (who we talked to the most) was very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much to ask! We had the room with private terrace and loved it; a beautiful & big room with airco, very comfortable beds, private bathroom & two cosy outdoor spaces. Further, breakfast always was a joy; fresh juice, pancakes, eggs, … We also had dinner at the riad one time and just as the rest of our stay here, it was very very nice. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Marrakech!

A dream come true. We spent 4 nights at this wonderful place. Everything was perfect. Wonderful comfy beds, stylish interior, nice little pool. Perfect location. Safe and quiet. However, the best part of this Riad are Redouane and Fatiha (and the nightshift collegague I forgot the name): Such incredibly helpful and friendly persons. They did everything to make our stay perfect (in particular, when one of our girls did not feel well one day).

We felt the staff, Jamal and his colleagues, made every effort to ensure our stay went well. The breakfast was very good. We didn’t use the roof terrace but felt it offered a variety of facilities.

Cons: The pool, we felt, was just a plunge pool, which helped to cool the inner patio. The location was just off the souk. No taxi can drive in the old medina. Staff met us at a drop off point and walked with us to the Riad, which we were very grateful for as we would have found it very difficult to find the Riad otherwise. At first sight the old Medina and its labyrinth of alley ways can seem a bit daunting, but we got used to it. (We are both retirees.) Marrakesh was ‘manic’, but a very real and memorable experience.

In the midst of all the hustle and bustle, this place is in the perfect location where you can find peace and quiet. We looked forward to breakfast every morning. A slight variation would be nice but it was great nonetheless. We want to thank Jamal for the random asks we had. Thank you for taking care of us. We were feeling nervous that we would get lost once we arrived from the airport trying to look for the Riad. The owner helped us organize the shuttle and Jamal came and picked us up from the entrance of the souk. The room was made up daily which was wonderful. We had a lovely and memorable stay!

Cons: Everything was good. Minor feedback: The bathroom shower wasn't always cleaned. Water pressure is very low. And the lighting in the bathroom is very dark and dim. My recommendation would be to improve the lighting there.

The Riad was a quiet oasis in the extremely bustling Marrakesh. Our room was on the roof terrace, which was a lovely place to sit on returning from a busy day in the Souks and museums. The staff were extremely helpful, even meeting us from the taxi.

The riad is in a great location for sight seeing around Marrakesh. Only a 10 minute walk from the medina square, and 10 minute walk to the new city. Good location if you are planning on getting the local bus to and from the airport. The rooms are impeccable and were spotless. The bathroom was stunning and the bed was comfy. Everyday our towels were cleaned, and water and nuts were put in the room - such a nice touch. We had a downstairs room - some reviews I read have stated that it’s loud… if you are going to get up at 8.30-9.30 every day, it’s really no problem at all. The terrace is a great place to chill out after a busy day and catches the sun! The breakfast was exceptional - everyday we had eggs, bread, cheese, yoghurt and granola, fruit, pancakes and jams and cake. Finally, the staff are WONDERFUL. We instantly felt like we were at home, and they were so accommodating and helpful.

Such a lovely riad at a convenient distance to the taxi drop off/pick up, Souks, Secret Jardin, museums, Bacha Coffee, many restaurants and pretty much anything you could need. Coming back to and waking up in Riad la Parenthèse felt like a peaceful oasis in the midst of our busy itinerary. Even lovelier were the staff, who were all extremely hospitable and kind. They were welcoming and accommodating at all hours, recommending restaurants and activities, and even kindly storing our luggage to help accommodate our last day of activities. Special thanks to Wadee, Fatiha, and Jamal for making our stay so memorable, and all of the other staff who made our stay possible.

The riad was in a great location for us to walk to the markets or get a taxi if needed, we travelled as just two girls and always felt safe in the area. We spent a lot of time on the terrace which was very peaceful considering the location was close a busy area of the medina. Would definitely recommend for couples and friends that want to stay in the centre. The staff were very accommodating throughout our stay, our rooms were also tidied and beds made every morning. The breakfast was amazing and is definitely value for money because we couldn’t always finish it! All the staff were amazing but we’d like to say special thank you to Wadi and Jamal. Nothing was too much trouble and they couldn’t have been more sweet and helpful. This was our first girls trip and first visit to Marrakech, we had a great experience and we will definitely be back 😊

It’s hidden away from the Main Street and when you enter the property it’s beautiful- really looks like the photos. Great location- you can walk everywhere and the staff are truly amazing and will go beyond what they need to in order to make your stay even better. Have no faults with this riad. If you can’t decide which riad to book! Book this one!!

My stay at the riad la Parenthèse was exceptional! From the friendly staff to the delicious homemade breakfast in the morning. The beautiful modern Moroccan decor with a twist added a unique charm to the ambiance. The rooftop was a welcome escape after a day exploring the souks. Plus, the transfer organised through the riad made my travel arrangements seamless and stress-free. Overall, a delightful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Morocco.

Great location. Staff were amazing, really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast every morning was lovely. Air conditioned room was perfect!

Beautiful, relaxing and clean Riad in a good location (slightly quieter area but still near all the main sights). Excellent breakfast and the staff was very attentive and helpful, picking us up from where the taxi dropped us off and arranging an earlier breakfast when we had to leave early. Would defintely recommend staying here!

Great location in the Medina, right next to the craziness of the markets but near streets where one can get transport. Very quiet at night. Easy to walk to/from various interesting places. The terrace is a great place to escape to and relax.

Cons: Our groundfloor room, with door and windows opening to the central patio, meant it was not as private as it could have been.

Very clean facility and in an excellent area of Marrakech (north-west, just outside the medina) everything was close on foot. The riad is complete with all the services you may need with super friendly and helpful staff. The added value, however, was the very rich breakfast, tasty with fruit, yogurt, sweet and salad. Delicious Moroccan honey, in short, perfect. Very large and clean room as well as the large and comfortable bathroom. All in perfect Moroccan style. If I return to Marrakech I will definitely book here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

As many have said the staff couldn’t be more lovely. So kind and attentive. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were good. Breakfast was delish.

Cons: Location. It states that it’s .06, 10 minute walk to the square but google map says its 1.2 and closer to 20 minutes. If you are out late the walk back can be a little scary.

We have travelled around Morocco, staying at several Riads along the way snd La Parenthèse was by far the best. The welcome from Mohammad was exceptional and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He constantly went above and beyond and did everything possible to make our stay perfect in every way. The location is excellent, in close proximity to many key sites and convenient for restaurants without the hassle of Jma el Fnaa ( but close enough to it if you want to go there). The breakfast was wonderful - the best of any we had during our two week tour of Morocco. The Riad has been tastefully refurbished snd is absolutely stunning and the whole experience was like being in a high class spa, with beautiful aromas and high quality shower gels and creams. I highly recommend this Riad and shall be returning there next March when I plan to return to Marrakesh. In short, I cannot recommend this Riad highly enough.

Cons: I can find nothing that I did not like. Our stay was perfect in every way!

This Riad is stunning! Cosy, stylish, and comfortable. Simo and Jamal always went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The staff is super friendly and we were treated like family! Always felt very safe there. The breakfast is amazing and we one time had a traditional Moroccan dinner at the Riad which happened to be some of the best chicken I've ever had! I highly recommend!

Cons: The area to get to the riad may look a bit dodgy at first but it really is a safe area! We even got acquainted with the friendly old guard round the corner from the Riad. The place is flawless!

Our host hamza was absolutely amazing and went out of his way to be helpful and make our lives easier. He gave us detailed recommendations for places to visit and sorted out the whole car rental process for us. Overall we really couldn't ask for more, the riad was clean, breakfast was lovely and it was a peaceful solace from the busy of marrakesh

The hotel is terrific and the location is great. However, the staff is what made the stay perfect. They were not only lovely but went over and beyond in helping the guests. We felt safe and well taken care of the whole time. We have never experienced such a personal service before. We give this Riad a 10 out of 10.

Cons: The area may appear a bit sketchy when you first arrive, but is very much in line what you´ll see in the old part of Marrakech. However, there is no need to be alarmed, as soon as you walk through the door of the Riad it is absolutely stunning. There is nothing we didn´t like about this Riad.

The location of the property is very nice

Cons: The all glass windows and doors facilitated unwelcome noise and a lack of privacy and safety.The window to the very dark bathroom was left open twice by cleaning staff, which meant that anyone could come into the room at any time. This was overpriced and basic for a property that is not, in fact, a riad at all. nothing charming about the property—all updates meant that nothing in the home (dar) is authentic or original. have I mentioned the all glass effect that feels cold and is very loud?

The staff were very friendly and were happy to respond to any question I had. The location was excellent and felt safe walking around the area and some great restaurants nearby.

Cons: Appreciate most people going would not be working as I was, so my downside may not be applicable to most people. The room booked was advertised as having a desk but didnt have one so ended up working where breakfast was served and WIFI kept dropping out

Nice Riad in the center of Medina, only 3min walk from Dar Lbacha - closest point for taxi to drop you off. Riad has a nice mixture of traditional and modern. Very quiet area, there is no noise from outside. Riad was fully booked and we couldn’t hear other guests. Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff with local knowledge. Bed was comfortable with Luxury bed linen. We could leave our luggage on the last day and they helped us with the bagage and taxi ( we didn't have to negotiate the price with the taxi which was appreciated)

Cons: Shower curtain doesn’t protect much from the water splash so bathroom floor was wet after taking a shower. Window in the bathroom which looks into the internal garden doesn’t close.

The location of the riad is great as it is within walking distance of most tourist spots and yet it is in a quiet and not so busy street. The staff was extremely helpful snd they went out of their way to make us feel at home. Simo and Hamza (the two hosts) gave us great tips about museums, restaurants, how to avoid common tourist scams etc. and they made sure that we had a wonderful holiday in any possible way. Would definitely recommend!

The Riad was in a great location, we had an amazing time, staff were excellent, Hamzi was so helpful and explained so much about Marrakesh, nothing was too much trouble, also the other manager who works nights ( sorry forgot his name ) was also very helpful, we enjoyed our stay here. Good breakfast every morning. Lovely roof terrace for sunbathing.

Perfect location and perfect staff. This Riad is very clean and new. They came to pick us from the parking which is outside the Madina. Hamzha the manager was so welcoming and approachable. He made our two night stay into a perfect experience. We will definitely come back asap.
