Cons: Petit déjeuner : bon mais peu de choix, pas de fruits Chambre : simple vitrage, on entendait tout de l’extérieur (alors que notre chambre de donnait pas sur la rue) et la climatisation a était difficile à faire fonctionner (réglée sur 24 degrés mais souffle u jours du froid) Salle de bain : pas d’étagère ou placard pour ranger des affaires, la parois de douche fuit, pas de sèche cheveux, le lavabo est bancal e met du temps à se vider. Et gros point négatif, lorsque nous rentré le soir, nous avons retrouvé au fond des toilettes des saletés (qui pour moi viennent du nettoyage du sol fait dans la journée puisque nous n’y étions pas). Elles ne se sont jamais évacué avec les chasses d’eau

We like the facilities in general, there is a small terrace in and out to chill and have a nice coffee, inside there is another living to relax with a very comfortable sofas. There is also a clean swimming pool outside and a restaurant and a coffee shop.

Cons: We did love everything, but the most the staff from cleaners, receptionists, restaurant staff, coffee shop staff, the lovely manager which is a lovely lady that make your stay the best and make you feel warm and so comfortable, she is lovely! It’s a very familiar hotel with a lovely staff, very clean and attentive with the guests. Also it’s very quiet and relax and the beds are very comfortable, also the shower. We did love it, thank you for everything!

L’hôtel est idéalement situé. Le personnel est extrêmement agréable, attentif et toujours à l’écoute, répondant à la moindre demande. Tout est fait pour faciliter le séjour. C’est un établissement familial, chaleureux, offrant des services personnalisés à chaque client.

Cons: Un séjour globalement positif, mais dans ma chambre, j’ai trouvé qu’elle était trop sombre et peu équipée, ce qui mériterait quelques améliorations pour plus de confort. Les lumières, notamment le plafonnier, étaient très blanches et agressives, sans aucune douceur ; une fois éteintes, la chambre manquait cruellement de luminosité. À l’inverse, dans la salle de bain, la lumière était trop faible, rendant difficile des gestes précis comme se maquiller. Je précise qu’il s’agit simplement de mon expérience personnelle et non d’une généralité.

El hotel en general muy lindo,limpio y super cuidado. La habitación está muy bien, es amplia . La cama grande y muy comoda . Tv pantalla plana ,aunque la señal se cortaba un poco... wifi en todo el establecimiento. Aire acondicionado, pequeña nevera,baño privado.Limpian y renuevan toallas y productos de higiene. Gran ventanal que da a la calle con cortinas oscuras. El desayuno, estaba bien,es tipo bufet. El personal muy amable. El Sr del turno noche,hablaba muy bien español. Pude ampliar unas horas el horario de salida por 20€ ( máximo hasta las 16hs) y me reservaron el viaje de vuelta al aeropuerto e imprimieron las tarjetas de embarque 2x 2€ Todo perfecto.

Cons: La señal de WiFi en la tv para ver película por Netfix o prime video se cortaba y tardaba en recolectar. Pero con lo cansados que veníamos de las excursiones tampoco le di mucha importancia y aprovechamos a descansar.

Cons: Je tenais à signaler certains problèmes rencontrés concernant l'équipement et les accessoires dans la salle de bain. Plusieurs équipements ne fonctionnent pas correctement, comme les lampes et la prise gauche du lit où il y avait un bout de prise bloqué dedans, ce qui est très dangereux. De plus, la salle de bain est dépourvue d'accessoires essentiels tels que des crochets pour suspendre les vêtements ou les peignoirs. Je vous serais reconnaissant de bien vouloir prendre les mesures nécessaires afin de remédier à ces problèmes pour les futurs clients. Cordialement, merci encore pour le séjour

Some of the items listed in the descriptions and features were also not as stated. For example, you mentioned that the rooms are soundproof, but I couldn’t sleep because of the music and noise coming from the neighboring room, as well as the passing cars and motorcycles on the street. J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel : toujours souriant, disponible et très à l’écoute. On sent vraiment qu’ils font tout leur possible pour que chaque client se sente bien accueilli et pleinement satisfait. C’est très appréciable de voir une équipe aussi professionnelle et attentionnée. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, ce qui facilite les déplacements et permet de profiter pleinement des environs sans avoir à faire de longs trajets. Que ce soit pour des vacances ou un séjour professionnel, l’emplacement est vraiment idéal. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et bien équipées. On s’y sent bien dès l’arrivée. Le cadre général de l’établissement est agréable et bien entretenu, ce qui contribue à une ambiance reposante et conviviale. Je recommande donc cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation. Good small hotel in a great location close by to the mall. Rooms were clean and the staff were amazing as well as the management. The only problem we had was with the air conditioned in rooms which need fixing. They gave us another room on the 4th floor and it was fine. Staff are very attentive and sort out any problems quickly. The shower and bathroom is of good standard. The breakfast is a little basic but it does the job, it could do with more variety. When i return to Marrakech i would definitely come back here as one of my options. Thank you to the team at Yaad for making our stay comfortable.

Reception staff very helpful in general, especially hussein on the night shift. When asked for towels gave them straight away and all staff in general helped with finding places/taxis etc.

Cons: Just a top main shower head without the little hand held shower head. Beds were sometimes dirty and only changed them when requested but did tidy them/redo the bed everyday.

We booked this last minute as the original hotel booking was with Stars hotel and spa who cancelled our booking the night before! The location is good, lots of places to eat nearby and a lovely mall walking distance. The room was spacious. Despite being a city hotel it was nice and quiet. Mohammed at reception was a star! He was super friendly, made us feel welcome, accommodated our requests as well as giving good advice about Marakkech, he was also so thoughtful in arranging a zattar drink for me as I wasn’t feeling well on checkout day- he was the main reason this hotel has a high-ish score otherwise would have scored less.

Cons: The breakfast wasn’t great, only option for egg was boiled. No fruit. The mint tea was overly sweet. Toilet paper was poor quality. No toothbrush holder ( I improvised and made my own though using a water bottle lol) No lock on bathroom door and didn’t close easily. On one of the days the shower stopped working mid-use, they fixed it pretty quickly though.

Les personnes de la réception sont toutes très agréables. J’avais demandé à avoir un balcon lors de ma réservation, ce que je n’avais pas à mon arrivée. L’un d’entre eux à fait le nécessaire auprès de la personne responsable de l’établissement, pour me satisfaire et j’ai pu l’avoir dès le lendemain. C’est vrai ça, avoir un balcon à Marrakech ou partout au Maroc est une évidence pour moi, dans un pays où il fait toujours beau ! C’est un must pour moi ! Alors grand merci à ces deux personnes.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado y muy bien comunicado, el personal super atento, te ayuda en todo lo que necesites,especialmente Hasan, el wifi es un 10, aire acondicionado también, la habitación súper limpia, muy grande y soleada la verdad nos hemos descansado súper bien, si volvería a Marrakech cogería este hotel.

Wir haben Mit Hilfe von Google Maps das versucht aber die Adresse ist nicht vollständig es fehlt die Nummer!!! Und wir rufen an und geben ein wo wir stehen sagen wir stehen vor dem großen Krankenhaus gegenüber die Apotheke die so heißt, die Straße heißt so , wie kommen wir zum Hotel? Die Antwort war Arroganz und als wir endlich mit fremden Hilfe das Hotel gefunden haben hat uns der Typ angeschrien beschimpft!!!!!

Cons: I wasn’t happy on my first night, as the room was not up to standard. There was a strong smell of gasoline on the carpet, poor plumbing in the bathroom, and a faulty toilet seat that caused water to spill onto the floor when flushed. I reported the issue to the receptionist and was promptly moved to a different room, which I was much happier with. Thank you, Bader.

While adjusting the bed sheets in my room, I discovered a pair of USED men’s boxer briefs tangled inside the bedding. This raises serious concerns about whether the bed sheets were actually changed between guests or if the room had been accessed by someone unauthorized. Either way, this is beyond unacceptable. When I brought this to the hotel’s attention, expecting an apology and a reasonable solution, the only response I got was an offer to change rooms—as if that magically erases the complete failure of basic hygiene standards. I requested a refund or at least a discount for that night, which would have been the absolute minimum they could do to take responsibility. Instead, they refused, citing some excuse about how the booking was made through Booking.com. Any reputable hotel should have the financial capability to offer compensation when they are at fault. This experience was appalling, and I strongly urge travelers to think twice before booking this hotel. If cleanliness and basic customer service matter to you, avoid this place at all costs.

The location was nice and we were very close to the train station. Walkable distance from restaurants and just 15 mins walk from the Jardin Marjorelle and YSL museum. So if you want to roam around new Marrakech on foot, it is easily possible from the hotel.

Cons: Better pay online before arriving else you would have to pay extra than originally planned. The card machine was only charging in Dirhams, so they converted first our amount to Dirhams and then when you pay by card you will again loose money in conversion via the bank.

Good location 10 min drive to menara mall and 10 mins to main markets. Staff are responsive to needs as they gave us a blanket because it was cold but they always take about 15 minutes for things you ask to actually arrive. The shower is big, the water pressure is great and the water is hot.

Cons: Breakfast selection is awful. No beans, no scrambled eggs, just extremely overcooked boiled eggs that are dry and hard, loads of desserts and pastries but no fruit. Lots of bread and empty random pastries that do not fill you up. The room was in okay condition, the bed mattress is very very firm and it feels uncomfortable initially but it grew on me. Biggest concern is that it is very very loud as it is outside a Main Street and there is a lot of construction work going on. Marrakech is a night city so you have to be able to listen to the noises of motorbikes and car horns throughout the night and then drilling in early morning. Staff take about 15 minutes to give you basic things like a hairdryer or iron. The heater / ac in room 104 doesn’t work. The carpet is ugly and the pool is extremely tiny. No deep end, it’s about 1 meter high and about 7 meters long. Would not recommend

All' Inter cecina piccola piscina per le giornate più calde.Abbondante colazione, pranzo e cena su ordinazione. Possibilità di fissare escursioni direttamente dall' hotel. La posizione , fuori dal caos della Medina, permette comunque di arrivarci in 5 m di taxi e di godere della zona piu' nuova e ugualmente animata di Gueliz. Avec une vue sur des apparts en ruine C est simple je me suis sauver au bout de la 3 ème nuit et bien parceque je ne pouvais pas être remboursée ! Sinon je serais parti de suite . Petit déjeuner basique qui ferme a 10h30. Rien de transcendant Et dernière chose on m'a fait payer 165 euros alors que c était 156 euros sur Booking soit disant leur taux de change Encore une arnaque payer en ligne et jamais sur place ! Easy check in lovely big room & bathroom after the shower problem the staff were very good i was offered another room but i chose to stay in first one 408 as it was a nicer & more light i was feeling tired & abit stressed but the man on reception was very good & the next day after checking out at 12 he allowed me to stay on at the pool until late afternoon to enjoy swimming i had a very nice relaxing day.Thank you to all staff sorry i was abit ratty regards shower. Lovely clean hotel i will stay again Food & drinks very nice & reasonable price too. Lovely staff in the restaurant made me very welcome.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour d'une semaine au Yaad city hotel. Il est bien placé pour visiter Marrakech et ses environs. La disponibilité et le gentillesse du personnel est incroyable. Chacun a mis tout en œuvre pour rendre notre séjour plus qu'agréable ! Le petit déjeuner pris au bord de la piscine est varié et fait maison. Ce qui est appréciable. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant ,où cuisine familiale côtoie le snacking. Nous conseillons le merveilleux couscous et les tajines maison. Notre fils de 14 ans a également mangé le meilleur Tacos "de sa vie " ! Sans parler du thé à la menthe ... Il y en a vraiment pour tout les goûts. Un grand merci à tous. Nous recommandons le Yaad City Hôtel et souhaitons y revenir !

불편사항을 바로 처리해준것 로비는 새로 리모델링되서 깨끗합니다. 드라이기는 요청시 빌려줍니다

Cons: 소음 심한방 (204)이라 첫날 한숨도 못자고 바뀐방(306)은 시트가 새게아니라 찜찜해서 침낭깔고 잤어요. 다음날도 시트는 정리만해줘서 아쉬워요 ' 침대가 다 꺼져서 기우뚱합니다. 냉장고는 있지만 가동이 안되고
