Muy buena ubicación dentro de la medina. Un salón muy acogedor con chimenea. Las habitaciones amplias. En recepción, Mangom nos ayudó y aconsejó en todo. Muy competente y amable.
Cons: Quizá el colchón de la triple no era excesivamente cómodo a modo puntual.

Miła obsługa, smaczne sniadania, dobra lokalizacja.
Cons: Mieliśmy wrażenie, że pokój nie był posprzątany po poprzednich lokatorach. Pościel była cała poplamiona, gdybym miała coś innego czym mogłabym się przykryć to nawet bym jej nie ruszyła. Toaleta brudna, na desce były jakieś plamy które musialam usunąć żelem do dezynfekcji, do tego pan, który prowadził nas do pokoju wszedł do łazienki i spuścił wodę w toalecie (a mimo to wciąż była brudna), co tylko utwierdza mnie w przekonaniu, że pokój nie był ruszony po wymeldowaniu się poprzednich turystów.

Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang dort gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Frühstück wurde uns täglich sehr liebevoll serviert. Uns hat das künstlerische und farbenfrohe Ambiente sehr gefallen. Das Riad ist nicht weit vom Strand, von bewachten Parkplätzen und schönen Restaurants. Der dort angebotene Kochkurs fand im Haus nicht statt, auch alle anderen auf dem Schild angebotenen Dinge nicht. Man findet aber gute Freizeitangebote. Schade fanden wir, dass der vorhandene Dachgarten nicht zu benutzen war, er wurde nicht gesäubert, wirkt heruntergekommen und es gibt keinen Windschutz. Dennoch war der Aufenthalt in sauberer Umgebung sehr schön.

Had such a lovely stay at Riad Al Khansaa - everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. A perfect location in the medina of Essaouira, and a beautiful building. The breakfast was wonderful and very generous. I would definitely return!

The riad is beautiful and comfortable, with lots of interesting architectural features. The staff were kind and friendly, the location was perfect (tucked away on a quieter street but still in the midst of everything), breakfast was very tasty with fresh orange juice and strong coffee, the room was clean and comfortable (we had a suite with a lovely bath tub and plentiful hot water), and the rooftop terrace had views to the sea, and had plenty of chairs, tables and loungers.
Cons: The only critique I have is that the terrace felt a bit neglected. It was still great but has potential to be more comfortable and cheery, maybe with a fresh coat of paint or a few big plants.

We had a wonderful week's stay at Riad Al Khansaa. Breakfast every morning was substantial, with lovely fresh orange juice and plenty of breads and jams. The rooms were kept clean and we found the bed extremely comfortable. Location was excellent for exploring the walled medina itself and access to the beaches was also within a few minutes walk. The staff were amazing, particularly our new best friend Omar, who was ever present and exceptionally helpful. It was a brilliant experience and we will look forward to going back for another visit.

Beautiful Riad , breakfasts were amazing , the place itself really beautiful , traditional with the winding stairs and glass dome , the owners were so helpful felt like I was part of their family and of course Mangum , what a wonderful caring man , nothing was too much trouble , walked with me or taxied wherever I needed to go so I wouldn't get lost ❤️ , the food ❤️ the art and music - Fell in love with Essaouira, can't wait to go back

Riad Al Khansaa was a great little base for our time in Essouria. Omar the host and his family were friendly and happy to support through out. The Riad was clean and the rooms comfortable. Great location too - close to the restaurants, the beach and so on.

Had a really lovely stay here, Really comfortable beds,changed everyday,really friendly owners and the breakfasts were simple and really fresh. Lovely building with loads of character in very central location Lots of good restaurants around,and very safe too,very laid back vibe We stayed 10 days,which was good to really relax on some lovely beaches, Omar and his wife are top hosts,and I definitely recommend a stay here.

I couldn't much better about this hotel and our stay. It did take us a bit of time to find it, however we were helped by a friendly local guide. But the location was in fact excellent as it was right in the middle of the bust market, fort walls and the harbour. It also had a very nice terrace with panoramic views of the entire local area. A special thanks to the extremely helpful receptionist, Omar who went the extra mile to help us - thank you! This hotel is stunning - our room was exquisite reflected with details like furniture. The lobby area also had taste - we felt like we were in a museum! But the rooms and the hotel was more beautiful than the pictures. The unique layout of the building was certainly spectacular! The stairs may be an issue for those with less mobility, however. It was an impressive stay!

The Riad is in a very quiet location near the sea. The breakfast was bread, jam, peanut spread, boiled eggs, Moroccan cake/breads. Coffee and mint tea served. The room was large and very quiet. Staff are very helpful.
Cons: More choice for breakfast. Would be nice to have fruit, muesli or cereal, buffet breakfast rather given a tray of breakfast selection.

Beautiful hotel in Moroccan style. Very nice staff and the receptionists who is very helpful and friendly. For an unforgettable holiday, we recommend a visit to Essaoira.So close to numbers of restaurant in this area.Also hotel its located 5 min walk from the lovely sandy beach

This lovely hotel was our landing place in Morocco three days after the earthquake. We received such a warm and genuine welcome and felt immediately at home. The spacious roof terrace became our meeting and working area for exercise and relaxation. Friendly and helpful staff and just happens to be next door to the best restaurant in Essaouria.

I stayed from 12th - 15th June this year and all previous 5 star reviews are spot on. The staff were amazing and friendly, the breakfast was brilliant and tasty. We also opted for the dinners, which were incredible and you had an option to choose from. The decor of the place is stunning and the rooms are massive. Our room opened up to the centre of the Riad and just made the room all that more special. I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Essaouira and would definitely go back.

Arrived Thursday 6th July and was given by Omar the choice of 2 rooms both seemed great to me but we chose room 6 that was very Moroccan with large windows looking into the unique centre of the property. Omar along with Mango and the other staff were so helpful always available whether at breakfast , to suggest a Hammam, directions to a restaurant or anything ! The Riad was located close to the city walls from where at sunset you get the most amazing views and it is very well located in the Medina to all the hustle and bustle and only 10 mins away from the outside gates and any taxis needed to travel elsewhere. We loved our stay and would most definitely come again and we loved Essaouira

Not much to say all previous 5 star reviews are in point. Staff are very friendly, tasty breakfast, clean and huge rooms. If you need any recommendations about food or attractions you always get the best one. If you don’t speak French you can also ask staff to arrange for you any activities. Decor of the place is amazing and for sure you will feel welcomed here with big smile.

This is a charming little place and very good value for money. I guess it comes down to what one's after. You can easily upgrade to a larger room and still get very good value. The breakfast is simple but filling. What makes this property other than it's charming design is the staff. Mohammed and Omar were extremly helpful and always friendly. We had a very enjoyable time there.

To say this hotel is shabby chic is an insult to shabby and no chic in sight. We checked in looked around and within an hour had gone on trip advisor to find another riad. (riiad malika) There are no sea view rooms just a terrace with very worn terrase but roof furniture is not the photos shown on this listing. today its well worn and falling to pieces. The room was clean but ensuite lacked plug, sink was so old the surface was gone. Very limited privacy as the inner wall was glass and would have not kept out . T any noise. this one might be cheap. we booked out and left in under 2 hours and had an amazing time at Riad Malika near by with an amazing chef who could out cook any french chef around. My advise dont go to this Riad go some where else. photos posted.

We really had a lovely stay at Riad Al Khansaa. Staff in particular Omar and Mangom were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect, v close to the town ramparts. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely welcome tea served on arrival after a long journey. Omar was an excellent and very helpful host throughout our stay: nothing was too much trouble. On the first night, we'd used up all our local currency, so Omar took us to a local restaurant who would hold our billing until the next day. My husband had bad sciatica: Omar took him to a hammam and described the problem to the masseuse. When we ran out of painkillers on a weekend Omar took me to the 'wrong' side of town and got a taxi back, no charge. When we needed to buy another suitcase, Omar took us to the shop we needed. Omar's suggestions for lunch and dinner venues were without exception, of high standard. The only time we ever had bad food was when we dropped into one of the tourist dives near the harbour - I'm sure Omar would have been horrified!

Tuvimos una estancia estupenda.La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del parking y cerca de la zona más transitada de la medina.Aun así es tranquilo para descansar. El dueño y el personal son muy atentos y agradables,siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Nos facilitaron mapa y nos enseñaron la habitación antes de alojarnos. El desayuno es muy completo y muy rico. Unfortunately our transfer dumped us in the car park (Caressa travel) and put our luggage in a handcart with not a word. We were made very welcome by the hotel who paid the 20 dirhams to the handcart man as we hadn’t changed money - we refunded them when we got to an ATM. Hotel staff were great with a filling breakfast of egg, pancakes, coffee and French bread each morning. Rooms were nice with a tiled floor and the shower hot. Rooms were cleaned each day. The only downside was that our room had a window overlooking the narrow street outside which was very, very noisy and we never had an uninterrupted nights sleep. Most of the rooms had windows facing to the interior of the hotel so probably were quieter. Many of the hotel guests had crying children which tended to echo.

Mango, the hotel operator, gave me a great rate for one night at this hotel in Essaouira. I was displeased with my other already paid for hotel and was glad to come upon this hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

We arrived on Friday 13th April and greeted and shown our room on the top floor. The room was bright and airy nicely decorated. Unfortunately the room never had a tv. But on Saturday we were upgraded to a suite that had a tv. The suite was bright and airy with a double and single bed. The breakfast was simple but filling, with a large glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. Just right to start the day. The hotel was full of beautiful wood carvings,paintings etc Our room was cleaned, bedding and clean towels daily. Mangom the manager, along with his attentive staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The best places to eat was la rancore, resto mabi served excellent vegatable Tagine. My husband had the fish which was equally well cooked and tasty. Would we go back to stay at the Al Khanssa, Yes most definitely. Thank you Mangom and your staff for treating us so well.

Nettes Riad in idealer Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück wurde frisch für jeden Gast zubereitet und war sehr lecker. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, nur vielleicht etwas kitschig eingerichtet. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Das Riad liegt direkt an der Scala, etwas versteckt in einer Parallelstraße. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet.

Excellent emplacement de cet hôtel qui n'est pas un Rial mais un hôtel. La chambre qu'on nous avait octroyée était tout simplement affreuse ! La salle de bain n'avait pas de tapis de bain, n'avait qu'une seule serviette alors que nous étions deux. Pas de porte-savon non plus ! C'était vraiment le minimum de chez minimum ! En une seule douche, le sol était inondé d'eau ! Le sol de la chambre était plein de poussière, les tapis sales et la vue affreuse. Nous avons clairement dit que nous voulions changer de chambre et c'est vrai qu'ils ont été super cools. Ils nous ont donné une suite sans que nous ajoutions un euro. C'était vraiment très sympa. Le petit-déjeuner était inclus dans le pris de la chambre et à franchement parler, il était excellent ! L'éclairage de la suite que nous avions était tout simplement affreux. Obligés d'allumer la lumière à 10h le matin ! Quant à la terrasse, la vue est magnifique et les transats devraient être changés depuis au moins 10 ans !
