I recently spent five nights at this lovely property and I can confidently say the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish From the moment I arrived, the owner and staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail set the tone for memorable stay. The riad itself is beautiful designed and elegant blend of traditional Moroccan architecture and modern comfort. My room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, the bed was comfortable and the entire space felt serene and well maintained One of the highlight was the rooftop terrace perfect places to relax with mint tea or enjoy a quiet breakfast in the morning sun The location is also short walk to the medina I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh and look forward to returning in the future

The staff were so helpful and engaging. Not only did they put great effort into presenting us with great breakfasts but they also took much interest in helping us with issues such as finding a laundry, close-by restaurants and pharmacy even on a holiday when so many were closed. Hakim and Salwar were the most wonderful hosts

Cons: We joked about their pool which was not a swimming pool but rather no more than a foot bath… but in the end we loved everything else about this place.

Loved the cozy experience and incredibly warm welcome. The breakfast was delicious, and we even had the option to request lunch and dinner!! The decore and furniture are wonderful and comfortable, everything is clean, and the colors are vibrant and designs are stylish. The whole staff is serious, so helpful, and very friendly. Being new to Marrakech, we had no issue navigating the Medina thanks to their guidance. They also sell and showcase beautiful jewelry that I had the pleasure of purchasing a few for myself. All in all, it was an amazing experience, and we will most certainly return. If you're looking for a comfortable stay and charming lodging, this Riad is the place to go.

Riad located conveniently - around 5 mins from a taxi waiting place close to Pikala Bikes, walking distance to pretty much any spot you may want to visit in medina. Great staff, very helpfull and talkative. Rooftop perfect for an evening meal composed of local street food - olives, fried fish and egg plant and some fresh bread of course accompanied by some mint tea.

The room was great! On the ground floor (not all of them are) and just off the courtyard in the riad. The lower rooftop patio was a great place for breakfast while the upper one was a great place to nap until check-in time on arrival day. The location is about a 20-minute walk through a northern part of the medina which few tourists will see. The staff, obviously mostly a family, was amazing and they were both friendly and kind. Breakfast was included and a feast. I ate dinner (lamb tajin with prunes) there one night which was one of the best meals in Morocco.

Cons: The room on the ground floor has a ventilation problem from the private bathroom that's gone on long enough that a moldy smell is a big issue that could easily be solved by a small exhaust fan up in the narrow windows into the courtyard, followed by some fresh paint. The moldy smell was prevalent every time I entered my room even if I closed the door to the bathroom. The metal, spiral staircase to the top rooftop deck is narrow and scary, but that's common in Morocco. While I loved the location, many will think it's too far north and it was definitely difficult to find on my own.

The beds were very comfortable and the bed linens were crispy and fresh, the pillows and the blankets were comfortable too - not easy find in this country. Clean room, good water pressure

Cons: The location/address is tricky - the apple/google maps sent us to the other part of the Medina. The host should do better job with the directions. My taxi driver dropped me off very far, which could be avoided if I had simple way to show taxi driver my drop off location. The breakfast was a bit disappointing- no eggs, just warmed up bread from the day prior and I did not like their coffee/juice. It may be the cook was not there in am as I saw people were served wonderful dishes for dinner the previous night. The unpleasant surprise was a request for Euro 5 to store luggage for one hour. Having said that, this is my 3rd hotel in Medina and I won’t be coming back to this one, despite very good bedding. Location sucks, long long walk to the square through semi unsafe area.

Very clean, friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable. Host was very welcoming and happy to help with any questions. The location of the Riad is very hard to find unless you are dropped off at Parking Bap Taghzout. From there head towards the open square where you will find what looks like a construction ground. Head towards the end of the wall and take a right the it’s the first left and first left again. You come to and underpass and the Riad is at the end on the right blue door. Wish I would of known this.

Cons: The Riad does not show on Google maps so it’s very easy to get lost.

Cons: The location is a bit tucked away, which might put some people off. I liked it, but my family wasn’t as keen on the location and the narrow, slightly dim street leading to the Riad. This is typical for most Riads, except for high-end places. Overall, it’s great value for the money.

we stayed for 3 nights and Saloua, Hakim and Hamid welcomed us and pampered us all the time, as well as helping us with the language, they helped us with excursions (making the minibus come behind the riad to recover) and accompanying us to give us precise directions on the roads to take. We felt at ease. To the next trip to Morocco. Riad highly recommended!

Staying in this riad was the best choice we made for this trip. It is a walkable distance from the medina if you dont have mobility problems (about 10-15 minutes). The facilities were very nice and the breakfast delicious. We felt very welcome from the beginning but I most give a special mention to Hamid who in my opinion is the highlight of this riad, very hardworking and genuinely  nice person who made us feel like family, went out of his way to help us and made it very sad to leave Marrakech. شكراً Hamid for bringing even more joy to our vacation, we wish you the best in life.

Very nice Riad with beautiful decorations. Friendly staff. Possible to check in late. Great roof top terrace. Not much to see, but very nice for breakfast and relaxation. Marrocan breakfast.

Cons: Hard to find the place, which means that people in the street take adantage of it and charge you for their help (which they don't tell, until you reach the riad. (If you don't have internet, download Google Maps offline before you arrive, it will help you to some extend). I was charged extra 5 Euro, and Booking.com replied that it was for taxes, even though my confirmation said "incl. taxes". Just write it, if the costumers should expect to pay taxes, then there will be no misunderstandings:)

Staying at this Riad felt like being part of a family. Everyone was so helpful and really nice, we didn’t have to worry about anything. At the beginning of our stay we got so many good recommendations for the city (restaurants, money exchange, places to see and streets) as well as tips on safety. We felt really safe being here (we were three girls). Especially Abdul deserves credits, his kindness and big smile made our trip so much more special. We would definitely come back here.

The best thing about the Riad is it’s people, the welcome was amazing, super friendly. It’s a small place but very nice decoration. Bathroom facility was clean but in need of repairing. To reach the Riad it’s complicated through the small streets, you get help from youngsters that lead you there and then there is the discussion of payment. But that’s part of the Marrakech experience. Don’t get impatient, go with the flow. If you are not a complicated person you will enjoy this place and have a nice conversation with the young couple that manage it. I will definitely come back.

Cons: Perhaps the bathroom was not in a good condition.

Then lastly, the people at Les Jardins des Lila’s are simply wonderful! This place is like home. The atmosphere will make you feel welcome right away. The owners are two very nice guys who are always ready to help you. The lady who cooks and cleans the rooms is extremely sweet. And don’t forget the guy in the morning, who brings the breakfast, such a gentleman! The Riad is only a 15/20 minute walk through the markets to the main square. Absolutely recommended!

I had a super lovely stay in this cozy Riad. Everything was nice and put together really thoughtful. Nice breakfast! Comfortable bed! Beautiful rooftop. I would definitely recommend to take the airport transport offer. Not even the best description would have made it possible for me to find the way from the nearest parking spot to the riad (just 1min but still) on my first day on arrival.

The room and the ambiance was very good. The morning breakfast was a good start to the day. Pancakes, coffee, tea, eggs, what you like. The host are very welcoming, speak multiple languages and are good tour and location advisors.

Cons: The light in my room could have been a little brighter. I would have liked a desk and a chair but it was my error in looking at the picture. It takes a while for the hot water but you do get it.

My stay at the riad was amazing! I was welcomed wonderfully by the couple hosts and couldn't be more satisfied! They provided me with huge and delicious breakfasts, with even some homemade cake fresh from the morning. The room was cozy with all the necessities and the neighbourhood also felt very safe. I can only recommand to everyone for a stay in Marrakech !

Friendly staff, amazing location (15min walk to medina), comfortable beds, authentic breakfast.

Cons: Riad does not provide keys to the main house door so you have to knock to be let in. On one occasion we were waiting for the hosts to let us in for around 10 minutes which wasn’t great

The vibe of the owners is super welcoming and warm. They can speak English and French, so it's very easy to communicate together with them. They were helping with every small request we made and with every problem we encountered: they gave us water bottles one night when we realized too late we were out of it; they were okay in giving us the option of an earlier breakfast when we asked them; they kept our belongings (extra heavy luggage and shopping bag) and took care of them in a couple of nights we spent in other cities. They were always very pleasant people to talk to and supportive in all ways. We felt at home the whole time and it was an extremely good and cozy feeling. I'd always like to perceive this welcoming vibe when traveling abroad to a new country, experiencing a very different culture. There was also a night receptionist taking care of the riad and of the breakfast, Abdul. He has also been super nice and caring, and in the morning he was even coming up to our door to inform us that the breakfast was ready so that we were not going to eat it cold. One day he also came to pick us up in a square close to the riad to help us find the way. This is not enough to describe how nice the experience in this riad was, but for sure we want to highlight that we definitely recommend it! Thank you so so much for the experience! In our week in Morocco, this was the riad where we felt the most welcomed and the most appreciated and taken care of. We know you have just opened so we want to wish you all the best in your future! The Riad is very beautiful , stylish, and clean. Service is lovely, helpful and kind. The breakfast was typical morrocan with little change every day :)

Cons: The location of riad is very bad. It is still in Medina, but it is located in a place that is not visible on google maps and it's impossible to get there by yourself for the first time. It doesn't seem to be safe and there are peopole on streets that will be trying to drag money out of you for helping to find tha way in very unpleasant way. But you can always call the riad and they would come and pick you up from the nerby place if you need help. So you can count on them. Anyways - for me the location was a big problem, specially at night I didn't fill comy in this area.

Adil and Khadija were very helpful, dedicated to their work and made us feel at home. Unfortunately, they have missed two of our breakfasts that we booked a bit out of normal hours, but both apologized and offered us a taxi on our check out. The Riad is huge and the terrace is very pleasant. The hospitality is super great!!

Cons: The location of the place is a bit hidden. For two women alone, at the beginning is a bit scary. We found some hair in our pillows when we arrived but out of that all good. The breakfast can be worked a bit more.. we only had yoghurts on our last day. No eggs, no fruits or different spread for the bread beside jams and butter is given as mentioned on the booking.

Really nice people (and thank you again for the mint teas!) - good sitting areas in the courtyards and roof terrace - quite central - good breakfast and Wi-Fi. Very enjoyable stay

Cons: All good - our room could have been larger but it was comfortable

Breakfast was good and the Riad looked nice inside. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: It was very difficult to find the Riad without any markings. Guys are following you to the Riad(which you have trouble finding) and demand money despite not helping you.

Location was great for a spiritual holiday as very close to a lot of the Saints of Marrakech. Wasn’t right in the touristy jema al fna but still walking distance which was ideal.

Cons: Didn’t have a key for the front door so had to ring the bell every time you go out and come back.

Very pretty riad in the medina, clean room and spacious rooftop terrace, and yummy breakfast. Location wise it is a bit hidden, so you might need a bit to find it/get used to its surroundings.

The hotel is very nice & cute, clean, well located and great breakfast. I truly recommend it. The staff was amazing and super helpful, we had to leave 1 night early to fly back home do to an unexpected emergency and without asking they returned us the money of the last night. It has the typical structure of a riad with modern touches, so is a small hotel, but very cute and good value for money.

Cons: Once you know where the hotel is located is super easy to arrive. But the first time can be a bit tricky so make sure you follow the directions the hotel provides you.

This was a lovely Riad and the room was exceptional. A great colour scheme throughout. There was plenty of comfortable seating over a couple of terraces and a small pool for guest use. The water wall was a lovely feature. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout and provided an early breakfast. Provision of kettle and cups in the room was a nice surprise

Cons: The Riad was at the end of a series of small alleyways. The speaker for the mosque was very near and loud resulting in a very early morning wake up call.

The desire of the personal to help, cleanliness

Cons: We booked 2 separate beds, but got 1 big bed. The personal explained that we came late, so our room was already occupied. But nobody wrote us to ask when we are going to arrive.

I like the staff is really nice and kind they arranged a taxi for us very early in the morning. The decoration is nice. Breakfast is good i really loved the coffee.

Cons: People who decide to stay here have to be awared that is next to a mosque and the singing is at 5 am and last for about half hour. That was a little bit unconfortable since the singing was really hard and long.

I had a WONDERFUL stay! Khadija is the best! She goes above and beyond to be helpful and make sure that you have an enjoyable stay. The riad is even better than the photos. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cons: The bed linens aren't the best, I wish they invested in better ones.
