Super schöner Innenhof, tolle Dachterrasse. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch das Personal war super sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit. So fühlt man sich in Marrakesch sehr wohl!

Fantastische riad dichtbij het centrum van de medina – prachtig ingericht in Marokkaanse stijl, met mooie kamers, een sfeervolle binnenplaats en een fijn dakterras. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en gaf goede adviezen over de stad en restaurants. De kamer was zeer prettig, met een comfortabel bed en fijne kussens. Het ruime dakterras met ligstoelen, tafeltjes en een jacuzzi is ideaal, zowel om te ontbijten als om ’s middags even tot rust te komen. De hammam met massage was heerlijk: zeer ontspannend en een perfecte start voor de rest van ons verblijf. Ook het avondeten was erg goed - het was misschien wel de beste maaltijd die we tijdens ons verblijf hebben gehad. Al in al een aanrader!

Prachtige riad, nog net gelegen in de Medina, maar toch voldoende weg van de drukte. Mooie, ruime en zeer propere kamer. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid, vrij zoet wel, maar mooie mix tussen lokaal en westers ontbijt. Het diner in de riad was ook erg lekker en vers bereid! Wij deden de hammam en namen een massage en genoten ten volle! Het personeel is uitmuntend, heel behulpzaam en altijd met een stralende glimlach!
Cons: kleine tip: - iets hartigs toevoegen aan het ontbijt: bv wat kaas als beleg of een slaatje - bij het diner: ev 2 opties geven als voorgerecht, hoofdgerecht, dessert ipv 1 optie. (dit zijn enkel tips om het nóg beter te maken, want het was écht TOP!)

C'est connu, l'hospitalité marocaine est exceptionnelle. A la Riad Anya grâce notamment à Mohamed et Khalid cette hospitalité dépasse tout ce que j'ai vécu! Dinner on our first night was unbelievably good - generous portions, bursting with flavour, and served at a rose petal-covered table overlooking a softly lit pool. It was the perfect setting to unwind and ease into the magic of Marrakech. The atmosphere was serene, romantic, and deeply relaxing. The rooms are quaint, traditional, and beautifully styled, offering comfort and charm in equal measure. We loved the thoughtful decor and the sense of intimacy throughout the riad. It is clear that every detail has been carefully considered to create a welcoming and peaceful retreat. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying, and we left feeling refreshed and ready to explore. The location is ideal - close enough to the medina to enjoy the vibrant energy, but far enough to offer a quiet escape when needed. It is truly the best of both worlds. Thank you to the entire team at Riad Anya & Spa for making our first night in Marrakech so memorable. Your hospitality, beautiful space, and incredible food made us feel instantly at home. The Staffs are super nice and helpful, they are keep checking us if everything alright and even can remember our names. The room is clean and pretty, they also have a nice rooftop for sunset and rest.
Cons: Everything is good just I am not able to catch up their massage schedule as they finished at 8. Be remember to book in advance. I am too last minute on it.

There are several reasons why Anya Riad and our couple was a great match. We have visited Marracech earlier and then we stayed in a very centrally located Riad (which is ranked as one of the 3 best Riads in the city), but then we booked our riad stay ourselves. This time we had booked through a travel agency a "13 days roundtrip in Marocco with private car and driver and their best overnight stays which promised us 4 stars+ stays (there were different overnight alternatives, and we chose their best overnights). So we would never had booked Riad Anya overselves because it is too far from the center of the Medina and one has to cross a couple of very busy roads on foot (and after we have spent about 35 years outside Europe, we know how dangerous it is to cross roads for pedestrians where one has to move around cars, motorbikes, cyclists etc.) because we are an elderly couple who do not move quickly. So that was a mismatch between Riad Anya and us from the start. But I agree with all the other reviews here that the staff is excellent and very hardworking! Also, the orangejuice at breakfast is great. We also loved the nicely decor and that there are many public areas to sit. But the stairs are difficult to climb, and even on the same floor there are so many places where there is only one step up or down which is quite dangerous if you don't look down all the time. Our room was extremely small and at one website I looked at, - it says for 1-2 persons. It had just one tiny chair which my husband said suited for a 5 year old child. Also, the walls are like "paperthin" so even for us who are having hearingproblems could easily follow the conversations in our neighbouring room. Every evening we were asked from a member of the staff if we wanted to have breakfast in the room, and we really did not understand why we got the question because our room was not suitable for breakfast in the room at all! So we had breakfast downstairs every morning. We were asked when we were going to have breakfast the evening before, and we told them the time. But it happened that there was no cutlery, napkins etc. on the table when we showed up at the set time. Also, the breakfast changed from day to day, and I missed to get yoghurt every morning, - and I would also loved to see an ordinary toast there for breakfast. There were enough to eat for breakfast every morning, but I found it was very strange to get creme brulé at breakfast one of the mornings there! Since we spent a lot of our time in the Riad and our room was so tiny without a sitting area, it was great that we could sit down in the library to read, - but the lounge was low so it was really hard to get up from it when we were leaving. Also, most of the children staying in the Riad, behaved very nicely, there was one evening there was one young boy who shouted and cried during the whole dinner so the whole Riad had to observe the LONG scene. We were surprised that the Riad does not accept cards so we had to pay our bill in cash the evening before we left. In the other Riads we have stayed in, we were able to pay with Visa. The day before we left, we were asked when we were leaving the next morning. We told them 9.45 a.m. We really do not understand why they asked, because we had to ask them with help with the luggage in the morning to bring it to the car, - and it took 18 minutes to get the luggage man to get to the riad to pick up the luggage so our driver was a bit worried about the time! This riad is suited for fit people who can easily move around, and it is also very childfriendly. We observed a lot of families there. But for elderly people like we are, I will recommend to stay away!

As soon as you enter this riad in the médina (even the door is a feast for the eyes), you feel like you're in paradise or an oasis of calm and sensuality. It is beautifully designed with lots of wood carvings, real plants, and an incredibly beautiful rooftop... We immediately felt at home, thanks in large part to the staff. Mohamed, Khalid, Anas, Mariam, and the entire staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. We cannot praise them enough. The breakfast was exceptionally good and varied every day. The cappuccino was almost as good as in Italy—thank you, Khalid! The location was also very good, about a 15-20 minute walk from Jemaa el-Fna Square and the souk. I give this riad 12 out of 10 points and can only recommend it warmly. There is no more beautiful place in Marrakesh – believe me! A heartfelt thank you to everyone! The staff was amazing. They welcomed us with Moroccan tea while they brought our luggage to the room. Extremely kind and they helped us with all our requests. They were the best. Also the breakfast was very good and full of typical products.
Cons: For the price, I was expecting a larger room. The water pressure was relatively weak and it was difficult to set up the shower water temperature—it kept changing suddenly. However, for just one night stay it was ok.

Impossible de mettre moins de 10. Et dommage de ne pas pouvoir mettre 11. Allez-y les yeux fermés ! Tous les employés, sous la conduite de Simo et Mohamed, sont vraiment à votre service. Nombre d'hôteliers européens devraient aller prendre des cours d'hospitalité au Riad Anya... Le Riad est très agréable, et au calme absolu, dans une ville qui bouge. Tout est accessible à pied. Que dire du confort des lieux, de la terrasse avec jacuzzi, des petits déjeuners maison (qui changeaient tous les jours), des bons diners au bord du bassin pour découvrir les saveurs marocaines, et les massages.... Nous avons rencontré quelques difficultés de voyage : Simo et Mohamed ont tout fait pour nous faire oublier ces tracas qui ne dépendaient pas d'eux. Cela donne envie d'y retourner tout de suite !

Le lieu est magnifique, les chambres très confortables et les espaces communs (terrasse, salons, etc.) très accueillants. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux : de quoi s'aventurer une bonne partie de la journée dans la Médina ou aux alentours. Rentrez vous rafraîchir pour l'heure du thé ! The staff are what make this Riad. Can’t praise them enough for all their hard work and dedication. I had dinner three out of the four nights and it was of a very high quality. Such a peaceful and calm oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech.
Cons: Not being able to walk out and get a taxi. You have to walk down alley ways to get to the Riad and as a solo traveller going out at night was not something I felt comfortable with.

Ce Riad, c’est un petit havre de paix au sein de la Médina. Dès que l’on franchit la porte, on est accueilli par une douce senteur de fleur d’oranger et par le sourire de Mohammed, Wallid ou Mustapha….. Notre suite, La Mamounia était parfaite, située sur le toit terrasse qui est un vrai petit jardin. Et quelle vue sur la Mosquée de la Koutoubia ! Nous avons pris nos dîners au Riad et quel délice ….. Chaque soir, un menu différent ! Merci 🙏 Nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

We stayed 3 nights and our experience was great: Their staff are very welcoming and they made us feel like at home; they helped us reserving taxis and choosing what to visit in Marrakech; the place and the rooms are clean and peaceful; they have a cozy swimming pool very refreshing on the summer. We reserved the hamman gommage and massage and we recommend it. Their dinner is great: cheaper and better compared to the prices at the medina.
Cons: Just a minor thought, the windows and door from the rooms could be renovated to improve their isolation against the heat from outside and noise.

Very helpful staff.Cant thank them enough for helping us during a crisis. Ask them anything and they will give you good advice on places and best time to visit, where to get best rate for currency exchange and liaising with our tour operator etc. This Riad is located near a Royal palace in the perimeter of the old city. Hence the alley is very safe with Royal guards on duty day and night. There is a hospital and a pharmacy nearby. Only walking distance to the old city and market.

Such a special place. The moment we entered Riad Anya we stepped into beautiful & tranquil space. The staff here is what really makes Anya top notch. They attended to every need & answered any question from arraigning taxi services to showing us the best location for money exchange. Our room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, & overlooked the main courtyard. The staff will ask if you plan to dine with them breakfast or dinner) everyday because they prepare everything fresh & will shop for groceries daily from the souk. We ate here serval nights and it was always a new dish & delicious. We utilized the hammam & massage service & were not disappointed. It felt great after a hot day trekking around the city. The rooftop was perfect for relaxing and picturesque sunsets. Good WiFi for those who need it. Located inside the Medina, Anya was walking distance to the Saadian Tombs, the Badi & Bahia Places. A further walk to Jemaa El Fna Square but we used covered path that housed an assortment of shops on Rue Riad Zitoun el Kdim. A big thank you to Mustafa, Khalid, Mohammad, & all the rest of the guys. Riad Anya is a beautiful oasis & refreshing retreat from the busy city & summer heat, you will not be disappointed with your stay here.

The Riad Anya & Spa was a beautiful place to stay. We received a very warm and friendly welcome, and were made to feel at home straight away. The tea in the Riad was the best we’ve had during our stay and the food was great too. Nothing was too much trouble - they all went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. The interior is stunning - the place is super clean and well maintained. We will absolutely recommend this place to others.

Det bedste er personalet, de er så søde og selve riad er stille og poolen i underetagen er dejligt opfriskende i varmen. Stilen er så flot traditionel marrokansk. Der er rent og smukt. Vi havde et problem med myrer på værelset og de tilbød med det samme alternativt værelse uden ekstra omkostninger. Vi spiste der en aften, forret og dessert var ok men hovedretten var helt fantastisk. Jeg har aldrig smagt så dejlig en tagine.

We loved Riad Anya! Peaceful and beautiful yet a short walk to everything. We had dinner there on our second night and it was magical. Amazing tagine and dessert. Mohammed was very hospitable, and we wanted to say a special thanks to Khalid and Walid (sorry if spelt wrong) for being such fantastic hosts- including the fabulous music! "Absolutely loved our stay here! The room was spotless, comfy. Staff were super friendly and helpful. My son forgot to bring his toothbrush and a staff member even walked him out to the local store to get one(store owner, very nice man too). Staff also sorted us out with a late checkout. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was delish, especially the fresh orange juice. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. 5 stars from me!"

The staff go above and beyond on a personal and kind level. They really take time to get to know you, give you advice and guidance for the city. The rooftop for breakfast is stunning, and is also very enjoyable in the evening in the hot tub. Absolutely loved staying here and it felt very contemporary, with lots of character and culture.

We stayed 3 nights. Beautifully decorated Riad with a spacious bathroom and relaxing terrace & spa to watch the glorious sunsets. Breakfasts were included but we also took the opportunity of ordering from the all-day snack menu and ate dinner there 1 night which was delicious. Staff are polite, knowledgeable and friendly and spoke English very well. Unfortunately, our quality of sleep at this Riad was poor as the rooms aren’t really soundproof so if groups are socialising until after midnight on the terrace, you will hear them clearly from your bed.

Love love loved it. This was our first time in Morocco and of course first time in Riad but from the start to finish we loved it here. Staff is super nice and friendly and they always made sure we feel like home. Welcomed by Mint tea and cookies and always smiling faces. Their hospitality is too notch and we loved the home cooked local Moroccan breakfast each morning, lovely spread of homemade breads, msemen, yogurt was so fresh and yumm, juice, tea coffee, cakes (we did not order eggs but you can get that as well) and you can enjoy breakfast by the pool in courtyard with birds around or on terrace. Absolutely heavenly. Entry to the riad is from a small alleyway so its best to get the taxi booked from the riad. From the pick up from airport to carrying our luggage to the main road staff is extremely helpful. When we were there it was 37 degrees in hot pot Martakesh and loved how amazing the Aircon was.. within 5 minutes our room was cool enough to survive the heat. Loved every bit and definitely staying here next time. Highly recommend you stay in riad at least foe few nights in Marrakesh. We stayed 2 nights here and 2 in a hotel in new city which was perfect for getting the taste of both the sides of Marrakesh. This riad is only 5 mins walk away from main taxi point as well and 2 mins to some small shops where you can buy as cheap as water bottles for 5 dirhams i.e. 50p for 1.5 litres water! Also, stunning sunsets from the rooftop!
Cons: Could only get 2 nights of availability wanted to stay for longer! My only suggestion would be to avoid peak summer if you wanna explore city as well. It gets intolerably hot!

Excellent petit déjeuner, terrasse avec transats pour se reposer. Tout le monde a été très à l'écoute, et surtout toujours présent pour aider, donner des conseils, discuter, partager et rigoler. Le petit déjeuner, tout comme le repas du soir, sont excellents ! Bravo à la cuisinière ! La chambre donnant sur le petit patio avec sa fontaine était parfaite pour être au calme. Nous avons trouvé notre adresse pour les prochaines fois à Marrakech !

Our short stay was amazing, thanks to all the staff. Mr. Khaled, Mr. Muhammed, Mr Simo, and our driver Mr Muhammed were all so kind and friendly. J’ai annulé un autre riad après avoir lu les commentaires sur Riad Anya & Spa… et c’était une excellente décision ! Tout est absolument à la hauteur. Le riad est magnifique, calme, décoré avec goût, et parfaitement situé : à seulement 10-12 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el-Fna. Mais le vrai coup de cœur, c’est l’équipe : attentionnée, simple, toujours souriante, présente sans jamais en faire trop. On se sent sincèrement accueillis. Et que dire de la cuisine ? Délicieuse, généreuse, authentique… bien meilleure que dans certains restaurants bien plus chers de la ville. Un vrai havre de paix, avec une vraie âme. Riad Anya is an absolutely great choice for a stay in Marrakech. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and they go out of their way to ensure that you have a lovely experience while staying there. Breakfast was very good and we were able to eat on our terrace which was a bonus. The location is excellent. Only a 10 - 15 walk to the main square yet you feel that you are in a quiet oasis of calm, away from the madness of the city. Thanks to everyone. You made our stay memorable in every way.

Our stay at this place was truly out of this world. The service was absolutely top-notch — warm, open-hearted, and genuinely caring. The staff made me feel not just welcome, but truly at home. The food was absolutely delicious, every meal a delight. The place itself is unique and full of character — far from ordinary. I travel a lot around the world, but it’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such kindness and warmth. The staff are just amazing, so welcoming and generous with their time, they couldn’t do enough for us. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious, home-cooked, varied & plentiful. The roof terrace and hot tub are a great addition. And don’t miss the opportunity to have a hamman & massage! We will be returning as soon as possible.

Our recent trip to Morocco began in Marrakech, and we spent our first three nights in the beautiful Riad Anya. We were welcomed with some refreshing mint tea and snacks, and decided to just stay there to relax for the rest of the day, after two flights, as our actual tour did not start until the next morning. I am so glad we experienced the hammam and massage. And then had an amazing tajine dinner with beef, apricots and prunes. All of the staff at Riad Anya are very friendly, kind and attentive. I remember Khalid, Waldy, Mohamed and Simon---sorry I've probably misspelled some of these names and I wish I could remember everyone else's names. But I want to thank you all very much for a memorable stay!

Highly recommend staying here. It has everything you would want, Wi-Fi, beautiful beds and sheets, a rooftop Jacuzzi and courtyard pool, and it’s in the Medina close to the King’s Palace. What really makes it though is the sheer niceness and friendliness of the staff And the fact that they will do anything for you at any time. I took my baby and it was actually easier to have her there than in London. It is also incredibly peaceful – there is no sound of traffic, just a lovely soundtrack of birdsong especially wood pigeons.

The staff were so good and extremely nice and helpful. For example the duty manager actually went and got us our bus tickets ( to Agadir) as we were having trouble trying to purchase them online. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Zusatzwünsche wurden erfüllt. Die Atmosphäre ist insgesamt extrem angenehm und ruhig. Die Zimmer sind klein, schön, sauber, die Betten genau richtig. Schön ist besonders der Innenhof, wo man auch essen kann und die Dachterasse mit den Liegen und dem Ausblick.

Apart from the Riad being breathtakingly beautiful, clean and traditional, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. When I say above and beyond, I really mean it. We came as a group of 7 (quite demanding) girls for my hen trip, and the team was so patient and acommodating. From taxi bookings (even when we were elsewhere going to other locations) to special requests for breakfast and even last minute dinners, they were fantastic. Shout out especially to Mustafa, Khalid and Simo, their hospitality was second to none. Nothing was too much of ask for them. The hammam and massage were great, so I would recommend the spa experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the rooftop was stunning. We had breakfast there most days and it was like being in a movie! Also, what other travellers say about the food at the Riad is true! It was the best Moroccan food we had during our trip. I would recommend eating at the Riad at least 2 nights, and ask for beef and chicken tagine. Two different amazing dishes.

Ci siamo subito sentiti a casa. Il Riad si trova a pochi passi dal centro ma in una via che lo rende privato e silenzioso, i pasti sono eccezionali provate anche le loro squisite cene! Ci è stato consigliato di provare il loro servizio hammam+massaggio ed è stata un'esperienza incredibile, 2 ore di puro relax, le ragazze sono state super! Non posso che consigliare questo bellissimo posto, torneremo sicuramente. Un grazie ancora a Simo e Moustapha per aver reso questa esperienza indimenticabile ❤️

This place is my absolute go-to place to stay in Marrakech. Everything about this place is worth the stay. The decor, the service and the location are also perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough. I have stayed twice, once with friends and another with my partner who fell in love with it as i did. Their hammam spa treatment is exactly what is needed for a relaxing break from the souk, the rooftop jacuzzi is perfect for a romantic sunset dip, and the breakfast on the rooftop terrace is fit for a king and queen. This place is a must-stay for newbies or regulars to the city.

When I saw Riyad Anya pop up on my Instagram I knew I had to travel to Morocco and stay there. The videos and photos looked gorgeous. Upon arrival, I was taken aback by the stunning architecture, aroma and the hospitality from the staff. The pool, hanging Moroccan lights and plants made the Riyad magical. Our room had several Moroccan lights cubbies to store all of our things and the shower gel is a must try. Our host there was Mustafa. Not enough can be said about the service, care, punctuality and genuine service he provided Our other host, Walid, serenaded us with a guitar and live music nightly. The conversation, and laughter we shared truly made our trip to Morocco memorable. We had a mouth watering, savory, delicious meal, chicken taginr at the Riyad. In my opinion it was the best chicken tagine I had while in Morocco. Shout out to the chef ! Other than our dinner, the spreads for breakfast were phenomenal. We had multiple types of bread, jams and the Moroccan tea was a must at every meal. We also had a massage and hamam experience. I fell asleep while getting my massage. It was great ! The last time I was bathed, scrubbed from head to toe and had my hair washed like that was when I was 4 years old and my mother did it ! It was an experience I’ll never forget. If you stay at Riyad Anya you will be pleased with the kindness and service they provide. Mohammed guided us on which places we should visit, semo was my contact on booking.com, he worked with us closely to schedule our massages and dinner, walid sang to us and mustafa was our nurse when my friend scraped her elbow, he was our server, guide, and great friend. We were always told that this isn’t your hotel, it’s your home so always come back.

The moment you walk through the door there is an atmosphere of calm and tranquility. The rooms are clean and traditionally decorated. Colazione abbondante e servirà al caldo, ottima varietà e staff squisitamente gentile! Mi hanno omaggiato di una tortina per il mio compleanno! Riad Anya and Spa We stayed at this Riad was for two nights. The Riad had arranged for a car to pick up at the airport, so luggage transport to the property was prearranged and done by a bag hauler in a cart. As is true for most Riad’s in Marrakech, the Riad in in a maze of lanes away from the notable road. The walk to the road is about 5 mins. We were greeted by Mr. Mohamed. We found him a bit rough around the edges and sometimes a bit brash. The welcome was not as warm as we would have expected. Yes tea was served and all the formalities were completed, congenially. The explanation of the places to visit, was done briskly without much chance for proper questions. We did not feel we were heard. Mohamed was always in a hurry and sometimes displaying a bit of annoyance in his voice and demeanour. Our room was on the 1st floor. As with all Riad there was no window to the outside and the room appeared a bit dim. The bathroom was ok and had a shower stall. The next two days we met managers, who were extremely nice. They were patient and addressed all our needs without showing any annoyance. So they made our stay wonderful and worthwhile. We hope the owners of the property have a serious talk with Mohamed so he knows how to be successful in a hospitality business. All in all nice stay

The breakfast and dinner were both fantastic, and the team that worked there just made you feel v welcome! Rooftop was also lovely to enjoy the sun and relax. We had a hamman massage, which you could do as a couple, and was incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend!

Riad Anya is stunning! It´s like a serene oasis in midst of all the chaos that is Marrakech. The staff is amazing, will do their utmost to make you feel welcome. I cannot praise them enough! I felt so taken care of and pampered my whole stay. The location is great, just a few minutes walking distance from Djemaa el-Fna but not in the middle of the busiest streets. My room was light, clean, and very silent. The rooftop was nice to have for relaxing after all the walking and sightseeing. I enjoyed reading on the sunbeds and take a dip in the jacuzzi. Would most definitely book again.

Cannot recommend Riad Anya enough - as first time visitors of Marrakech we were made to feel so welcome and at home in Riad Anya during our 4 night stay. The staff could not have done more for us - from tips and advice, educating us on the history of Marrakech to sharing stories over a cup of tea (shout out to the night shift crew!) staying at this riad heightened our experience in every sense. The riad itself is beautiful, the rooms were great - very clean and the bed super comfy. The staff arranged stress-free collection and drop of to the airport, and organised taxis whenever we needed. The food was exceptional - can honestly say the best meals we had in our time in Marrakech. The location is also second to none. We enjoyed the breakfasts every morning also, and the staff very accommodating depending on what time we would like to eat. We also enjoyed our Hammam experience at the Riad. Do not hesitate to book Riad Anya for your stay in Marrakech - you won’t regret it!

I recommend this hotel immensely. I had such a wonderful time - it was a truly special experience. The riad is beautiful- stunningly decorated with so many beautiful spots to sit down, relax and have some tea. It‘s the perfect place for a break after long days in busy Marrakesh. It feels like you step into an oasis, away from the noise, dust and dirt. On the rooftop, you have a beautiful view and cute birds chirping away. I loved having breakfast up there (and was surprised to be the only guest at the time to have it on the rooftop). On the topic of breakfast- it is truly delicious and always freshly made for you. The orange marmalade with the crepe as well as the cheese omelette were my favourites. I had breakfast in other hotels when I continued my travels and it was never even close to as good as it was at Riad Anya & Spa. Dinner was also excellent - three courses (4 if you count the olives which are delicious). I had dinner at other nice places in Marrakesh which were all good but this dinner stood out. I think it‘s worth booking it for your first night - especially if you arrive late like I did. The staff is honestly the icing on the cake - it makes this hotel from a great hotel to an exceptional one. It is rare to find a hotel where every single member of staff makes you feel so welcome and is so cheerful and helpful. I don’t have the words to describe how special the service is at this hotel - it’s truly unmatched. Special shoutout to the Berber reception member who showed me around the hotel and made sure everything was great every day. He speaks German (and though he says he is not very good, I think he did so incredibly well). I recommend this place highly. I was so sad to leave and wished I could have stayed longer. If I go back to Marrakesh I will definitely book here again.

Ich bin mit meinen 2 Kindern (6 Jahre und 10 Jahre) gereist und war sehr froh, dass ich das Riad Anya gewählt hatte. Eine kleine Oase. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, mit vielen verschiedenen Köstlichkeiten und Extras. Zum Mittag und Nachmittag konnten wir uns nach unseren Ausflügen auf der tollen Dachterrasse ausruhen. Die Kinder tauchten im Whirlpool und ich konnte mir in Ruhe ein paar Snacks von der Karte bestellen. Das Abendessen kann ich nur empfehlen und für die Kinder gab es extra separat Nudeln. Das Spa-Packet habe ich für mich und die Kinder gebucht. Sie waren zum ersten Mal im Hamam. Die Massage ist nur zu empfehlen. Es wahr sehr gut. Alle Mitarbeiter haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und waren immer da wenn ich eine Frage hatte. Ausflüge und Transport wurden für uns vor Ort organisiert. Das dort arbeitende Personal haben wir in unser herzgeschlossen. Sehr aufmerksam und alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön. 2 Kopfkissen mit verschiedenem Härtegrad und eine Klimaanlage, die im Februar am Abend das Zimmer wärmt. Danke Euch für die unvergessliche Zeit.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Riad Anya and Spa. Tout était génial, c'est l'un des plus beaux hôtels que nous ayons vus. La décoration est vraiment magnifique! La chambre était très agréable et au calme. La terrasse et les parties communes de l'hôtel (salle du petit-déjeuner, patio...) sont très agréables aussi. La terrasse est bien sécurisée et très sympa car elle offre une jolie vue sur les montagnes et la ville. Le dîner était excellent et varié (nous mangions tous les soirs un plat typique marocain différent). Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent (avec un jus d'orange délicieux). Enfin, le personnel est vraiment accueillant et très sympathique, toujours gentil avec nous. Il nous a bien conseillé et aidé lors de notre séjour. Nous n'avons jamais été aussi bien accueillis! De plus, les membres du personnel nous ont expliqué quelques éléments de la culture locale, ce qui a enrichi notre séjour. Encore merci beaucoup à vous tous! Bref, nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce riad, au cœur de la culture marocaine. Nous le recommandons vivement!

We had not been to Marrakech for over 25 years and last time stayed in the wonderful La Momounia. This time around we were guided by a friend to stay in a Riad and she also recommended Riad Anya… and wow I was not disappointed. Our pick up from the airport was prearranged by the Riad , a huge black luxury car and a gracious driver weaved through the back roads into the walled city. We were then met by the most wonderful baggage porter I have ever met on my travels. .. it was like being in a Agatha Christie novel.. we were greeted at the traditional Moroccan door by the host and led into this wonderful oasis of calm.. green tea beckoned and checking was rather elegant. I had taken one of their suites for 3 nights and booked into dinner for two of the nights.. Dinner deserves a big mention.. fresh innovative dishes which were truly scrumptious.. service was just right … and I felt I was in their home.. A nice suite, lovely big shower with lots of hot water and air conditioning… Breakfast each morning was taken on the roof terrace, fresh pastries, yoghurt and plenty more.. freshly squeezed OJ was perfect.. Certainly do book in for a Haman and a massage great after a long flight… A big thank you to Mohamed , Simo and all the team for a truly wonderful stay and faultless Hospitality

Le Riad Anya est un endroit super beau ! C'est beau dans les moindres détails et partout ! Quand tout votre environnement est magnifique, tout ce que vous y faites est magnifique ! Le personnel est super gentil et attentionné. Notre grande chambre était au rdc à côté de la piscine. Le patio est calme et frais. La piscine est un grand plus. Elle est parfaite pour se rafraichir après une visite sous un soleil de plus de 40°c... Sur le toit du Riad il y a un jacuzzi, un salon ombragé idéal pour la lecture et des transats quand on veut bronzer. Je n'ai pas testé le hammam mais les massages sont très professionnels et efficaces. J'ai dormi comme un bb après. La cerise sur le gâteau, c'est si vous commandez un repas sur place. La cuisinière est une magicienne des goûts et diner dans ce décor des 1001 nuits est un vrai délice. Bref je donne 100% au rapport qualité-prix et honnêtement allez-y les yeux fermés. La localisation est à 10 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa El Fna, 10 minutes à pieds du quartier juif très gourmand. Et il y a des taxis partout si besoin.
Cons: Il faut que je cherche beaucoup pour trouver quelque chose que je n'ai pas apprécié. Il y a bien eu un ou deux petits détails mais tellement insignifiant que je ne m'en souviens déjà plus ;-) Allez la chambre vendue comme "double" ne l'est pas vraiment. En famille ce n'est pas un souci !

Pokoje przytulne i wygodne. Wystrój całego riadu jest wyjątkowy. Z tarasu świetny widok na Marrakesz. Wszędzie blisko. Polecam też chociaż raz zamówić kolację! We had such a nice stay at Riad Anya. First thing when we arrived, the manager made us a tour of the riad and explained the history behind. Also, he gave us tips regarding visiting Marrakesh, gave a map and explained everything we wanted to know. it was very nice to know that even you are far away from home, someone will take care about you. All the staff is really nice, they helped us with the reservations at the restaurants in town, booking the the taxis and even organizing excursions. The breakfast was delicious and varied, they can make you anything you want, even at dinner, just ask them and they go to buy fresh ingredients for your dinner. The room was spacious, clean, smelled really nice with clean and nice towels. You have hot water anytime and even an air conditioner to warm the room. Also, we had a hammam and massage in the riad. I have the best massage, with a lady who was really attentive and professional. After the massage, we stayed on the rooftop in the jacuzzi, really nice experience! The location of the riad is just perfect, not in the noisy old souk, but just at 5 minutes walk, also close walk to the Tombs and Bahia Palace and close walk to new modern city! It was a perfect accommodation and I totally recommend!

As soon as you enter Riad Anya without sounding cliche it really does feel like home I think this is amplified by the chaotic nature of Marrakesh. I’ve seen a lot of previous reviews with people saying you are treated like family and I cannot agree enough. The room was 9/10: beautifully decorated, clean, and not cold. Additionally, upon our arrival, the staff had prepared a fruit plate, water, and rose petals on our bed and around the room, making it very exclusive and romantic.
Cons: During breakfast, it was cold as no heating elements were turned on around our eating area. The jacuzzi was not very warm (30 degrees), so we jumped quickly out.

The stay was marvelous. The riad was the nicest riad we stayed during our stay in marocco. The staff was very friendly and carrying. They literally were able to go the extra mile for anything we needed.

Really nice place with incredibly nice hosts, the place is beautiful and is within walking distance of several attractions. There is a really nice sun terrace. The food is second to none. It is recommended to try the on-site hammam and massage.

Rigtig fin beliggenhed tæt på flere seværdigheder. Stedet har flere hyggelige kroge, hvor man kan sidde og slappe af og en skøn tagterrasse. Værterne er imødekommende og venlige og hjælper gerne med spørgsmål. Morgenmaden var virkelig god. Det kan anbefales at spise aftensmad på stedet, maden er velsmagende. Prøv endelig stedets hammam og massage.

Deze riad overtrof al onze verwachtingen. Wat een droom. Oprechte vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid. Je kijkt je ogen uit in deze riad. Zo mooi, groen, koel. Aan alles is gedacht. Een kopje thee met koekjes bij aankomst. Heerlijke geuren echt een droom. Als we weer naar Marrakech gaan, komen we zeker hier terug.

J'ai séjourné au Riad Anya avec ma mère il y a quelques semaines et nous étions absolument ravies ! Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Le lieu est magnifique, alliant à la fois charme et confort, un vrai havre de paix ! La propreté est irréprochable partout, chaque détail est soigné. La nourriture est tout simplement excellente, avec une variété et une qualité à la hauteur de nos espérances. De plus, l'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la Koutoubia et de la place Jamaa el Fna. Un grand merci à eux nous reviendrons sans hésiter et nous recommandons ce Riad les yeux fermés.

Wow is all I can say. The Riad speaks for itself but for me it was the staff. They couldn't be more hospitable if they tried. So welcoming, friendly and could not do enough for you. The food!! Wow!! We had a room in the ground floor and it was a little paradise. The whole Riad is just stunning and so so clean.

Nous avons voyagé en famille. Le Ryad est très bien situé à quelques dizaines de minutes à pied du centre de la Médina. Le personnel est très disponible, gentil, bienveillant et soucieux des hôtes. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt. Nach dem "Welcome drink" gab es ein hervorragendes Nachtessen im Riad. Das Frühstück wurde auf der Dachterrasse serviert und war frisch zubereitet. Auch das Hamam mit Massage war sehr angenehm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hatte immer Zeit und ein Lächeln für uns. Das Highlight war jedoch, dass ich etwas im Riad vergessen hatte. Ich wurde über den Fahrer der uns zu unserem nächsten Ziel brachte kontaktiert und der Manager kam uns mit seinem Motorrad entgegen, um mir das vergessene Kleidungsstück im Kreiselverkehr ausserhalb von Marrakech zu übergeben. Alleine dafür gibt es 5 Sterne +

Juste incroyable…20/10 Le personnel est très amical en restant professionnel et discret. Ils sont pleins de bons conseils et aux petits soins. La localisation est très bien, un peu excentré du centre de la médina et du coup beaucoup plus calme, dans une petite rue piétonne. Facile d’accès pour les taxis et bien surveillée par les gardes du palais voisin. La chambre est propre, spacieuse, confortable. Les petits dej. sont copieux et variés et délicieux. Et le cadre est fantastique, il y a des recoins un peu partout qui sont tous plus jolis les uns que les autres. À très vite. Teddy et Axelle.

La cheffe nous a concocté les meilleurs pastillas et keftas que nous ayons jamais mangés. L’équipe, sans exception, de l’accueil, au SPA, à la cuisine, a un sens du service hors du commun. Nous avons eu la chance de discuter avec les managers du riad, qui sont aussi intéressants que gentils. Ne pas tester le spa serait un crime … ce fut sans aucun doute le meilleur massage jamais testé. Un moment hors du temps ! Nous allons revenir :)

Le Riad est vraiment très beau. Il est très bien situé et on peut profiter du rooftop en soirée pour voir les lumière de Marrakech. Un moment hors du temps lors de notre Hammam et de notre massage. Vraiment très agréable. Les repas était vraiment très bon et le personnel au petit soin.

Das Personal ist super nett, zuvorkommend & erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch. Zudem ist die Lage sehr zentral & man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet & die Dachterrasse ein absoluter Traum bei Sonnenuntergang mit Blick über Marrakech & die Koutoubia Moschee. Das Frühstück & die Abendessen sind ebenfalls sehr traditionell und lecker. Wir haben das Personal in unser Herz geschlossen & kommen garantiert irgendwann wieder. Marrakech, sowie das Riad Anya sind absolut empfehlenswert.

This Riad is beautiful 🤩 The staff is amazing, super friendly, attentive and very welcoming. The rooms are beautiful. The food is delicious! Location is good, walking distance to the main square. Book the transfer from the airport to the Riad directly with them, that way you can get familiarized with the area because there is no access by car to the door of the Riad, you need to walk only a few steps from the corner where the car drops you off so it can be a little difficult to find the first day.

Avevo già delle altissime aspettative per le foto e le recensioni… ma non so come sia possibile… è riuscito anche a superarle. Soggiornare in questo posto è stato più bello di quanto mi aspettassi. Tutto è perfetto. Abbiamo parcheggiato l’auto nel parcheggio vicino e son venuti a prenderci per portarci in questo paradiso. Appena si apre la porta si sente subito una sensazione di pace. Il personale è super gentile, professionale e simpatico. L’ambiente è curato, accogliente e molto lussuoso. Purtroppo avevamo prenotato per solo una notte e per non perdere la bellezza di questo posto… non ci siamo mossi dal Riad. Ci siamo goduti la jacuzzi con acqua calda sul terrazzino e la piscina spettacolare ed infine una cena romantica e bellissima a bordo piscina. Per non parlare della nostra camera!!! WOW! spaziosa, elegante, super curata. Ho adorato tutto lo stile, le lampade… la doccia grandissima con i prodotti naturali da un profumo meraviglioso. Tornerei in Marocco solo per soggiornare più tempo qui.

The staff provided the most friendly and welcoming atmosphere that we have ever had on a holiday, they really cannot do enough for you. The riad is very stylish and super comfortable. There are so many places to relax after exploring Marrakech

La gentillesse, bienveillance, convivialité du personnel, aux petits soins à tout moment. Dans un cadre somptueux et confortable. Cuisine excellente, nous nous sommes régalés. Encore un énorme merci à Khalid, Mohammed, Whalid, Fatima, Mustapha, Simo, et toute l'équipe qui nous ont fait passer un séjour exceptionnel dont on se souviendra.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le Riad est magnifique et très bien placé à proximité de sites incontournables. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un énorme plus. Enfin on se sent vraiment comme à la maison, l’accueil est exceptionnel. Vrai sens du service client

Le Ryad Anya & Spa est juste incroyable. Simon nous a accueilli comme des clients privilégiés. Nous avons vraiment été mis à l'aise et toute l'équipe était aux petits soins avec nous. Nous venions fêter notre anniversaire de mariage et nous avons fortement apprécié le geste du Ryad pour nous permettre de profiter de cet anniversaire. Merci à toute l'équipe pour la chaleur de leurs accueil, la sympathie, la professionnalisme et la disponibilité. Le petit déjeuner est succulent, varié au fil des jours et nous a permis de découvrir quelques saveurs du Maroc. Nous avons aimé les multiples petits espaces pour nous restaurer : grand salon, 3 petits salons, terrasses. Nous n'avons pas été réveillés par l'appel de la prière car le Ryad est vraiment bien situé. Merci à Simon, Mohammed, les serveurs, la cuisinière et le service d'entretien pour ce superbe séjour.

A beautifully appointed Riad only 15 minutes walk from the main square. What made this property exceptional was the staff , they simply couldn’t do enough for us, we immediately felt at home . It has a lovely roof area for sun bathing and a gorgeous little pool that was so refreshing after a day wandering the medina .

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans le Riad Anya & Spa On se sent comme chez nous, nous avons étaient chouchoute nous avons eu des surprises. Nous avons pris le pack ( avec transfert inclus ect ) c'était super tous nos trajets taxi ce sont le Riad qui on réservé pour nous tout été au top. Le repas étaient tellement bon que nous avons réservé un soir de plus au restaurant ! La décoration, la propreté, le spatout vraiment rien à redire sur cette Havre de paix. Placé idéalement à 2pas du centre et tellement calme et apaisant.... Toutes l'équipes est incroyablement gentil de jour de nuit et merci à l'équipe que nous voyons pas mais qui font un super travail ( cuisinière, dame qui font le ménage ect..) Coup de cœur pour Simo, Fati & Walid même si nous avons fortement apprécié tous le monde 🫶🏼☀️ A très vite

Fabulous Riad just within the walls of the Medina and walkable to the palaces, the main square etc. The Riad staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was my husband’s birthday and they went out of their way to make it special, getting him a birthday cake and adorning our bed and bathroom with heart shaped petals. The Riad is very homely, beautifully decorated and kept immaculate We will definitely return here and would recommend it

Stayed 4 nights and Anya staff really made our stay so enjoyable. Treat the place like your own home was their motto and it was true . Nothing was too much trouble and they excelled throughout our stay. Sun terrace where you can eat dinner was also very nice with great views on roof terrace
Cons: First night was in a very small room on first floor but we moved to top floor deluxe room which had its own terrace and was well worth the extra.

The place is charming and beautiful. The people are extremely nice and professional. We took the Anya deal with the hammam and massage which was nice after a long drive in the country. From the beginning untill the end, everything felt easy, comfortable and we left with pain in our heart.

Un riad meraviglioso e con rooftop panoramico (contrariamente a molti altri che abbiamo visto) da cui godere di splendidi tramonti. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile, hammam e sala massaggi presenti in loco. Ottime la colazione e la cena. Bagno della stanza perfettamente equipaggiato, con bagnoschiuma e shampoo naturali e profumati.

Tranquillité et sécurité du Riad La beauté du riad et son charme à la marocaine ! terasse incroyable et bassin en rez de chaussée apaisant! repas et petit déjeuner copieux et excellent ! très bon rapport qualité prix ! La gentillesse des hôtes, la sécurité et la bienveillance dont nous avons pu bénéficier. Organisation d excursions sur mesure et privée (Pour nous : Desert d agafay incroyable avec dîner spectacle et accompagnement de qualité... Rencontre, adrénaline et déconnexion au rendez vous ) Hammam et massage sur place ! je conseille ce Riad à 200% en famille, virée entre fille ou couple! allez y les yeux fermés J ai personnellement trouvé le riad dans lequel je logerai lors de mes prochaines escapades à Marrakech!

A melhor experiência que já tivemos de um alojamento. O Staff simpatico, precupado, atencioso, pequeno almoço com muita variedade, o jantar excelente, decoração linda, localização ótima, numa zona muito calma. Se voltar a de certeza que vou ficar nesta Riad.

Riad Anya was definitely as described and more. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Simon and Mohammad who showed great hospitality. The Riad is clean, quiet, spacious and the service is impeccable. Khaled and Mostafa also made sure we had everything we needed and were great hosts. The location is also safe and easy to get to. Last but not least, breakfast and dinner were always tasty. We opted for the extra dinner option for 20€/person one evening and it did not disappoint. Thank you to the Riad Anya family for a memorable Riad stay!

We stayed at Riad Anya for 3 nights, it was wonderful! As soon as we arrived we were greeted like family and treated to traditional Moroccan tea in the main lobby area (which is beautiful). - Rooms were beautiful, spacious and very clean. All amenities you needed were available. - Facilities were fantastic. There are lots of different areas (inside or outside) that you could relax. On the top floor there is a jacuzzi which we didn't expect to see. The whole riad was peaceful and tranquil. - Location is perfect to see the old town. Walking distance to all attractions (10 mins max). - Food was lovely! They had a snack / day menu to order items throughout the day. But for dinner they don't have a menu, you just trust them.. and it's worth it! We were treated to a traditional 3 course dinner, it was so filling we really struggled to eat it all! - Last but not least the staff/hosts. I can honestly say they were amazing, so helpful, accommodating, warm and friendly. Nothing was too much. Mo and the team never stopped smiling! The best, thank you!

Wirklich ein wunderschönes Riad mit überragendem Service und unvergleichbarer Gastfreundschaft. Das beginnt bereits damit, dass man mit Tee und Gebäck empfangen wird, das Personal sich bei einem persönlich vorstellt und man eine Führung durch das die gesamte Unterkunft bekommt. Besser geht es nicht! Auch das Abendessen vor Ort ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen (es gibt jeden Tag ein ausgiebiges Überraschungsmenü). Ich würde definitiv hier wieder übernachten und habe mich extrem wohl gefühlt!
Cons: Zusatzleistungen (Spa, Abendessen) konnten nur in Bar gezahlt werden, was mir erst kurz vor der Abreise gesagt wurde, sodass ich nachts noch zu einem etwas weiter entfernten ATM laufen musste. Ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen.

The riad itself is stunning, stylish and beautifully decorated. A total oasis from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech, located within walking distance of the main attractions- down a side street that is well lit and feels very safe. Simo and the team could not have been more accommodating and attentive- nothing was too much to ask. They went above and beyond to make our stay special and welcomed us like family. We are well travelled but our stay at Riad Anya was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The ambience of the hotel is so calming, there are plenty of places to unwind and relax (the greenery, music, birds etc really adds to this). The hospitality is second to none. The food served was great and inclusive of vegan guests. Would highly recommend taking advantage of the spa package. Cannot endorse this riad enough- it is excellent value! A huge thank you from us to Team Anya!
Cons: There wasn't a single thing we did not like about our stay at Riad Anya. I loved it so much that I booked an additional 2 nights stay as a solo traveller a week later. When I return to Marrakech, I will be back again and have recommended to all my family and friends.

Amazing staff, beautiful Riad, a wonderful stay! Even prior to our trip, the staff was so helpful. They organized transportation from the airport (€15) to the Riad, where staff then met us to carry our bags and bring us to the Riad. We were greeted with the stunning views of the Riad and some welcome tea with pastries. After our tea, they enthusiastically gave us a tour of the beautiful Riad. We learned about the hand crafted wood in the Riad. We did not go to the Spa but it looked quite lovely. Our room was very nice and I wish we had an extra day to relax on the rooftop terrace. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and was very happy with our stay. Would highly recommend staying here. We were very grateful for Muhammad and the rest of the staff at Riad Anya & Spa!

Senza dubbio un Riad da consigliare a chi soggiorna a Marrakech. Struttura curata e super pulita in posizione comoda, vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni e sicura per uscire la sera. Nel Riad si respira un aria di pace e relax. Camere spaziose, comoda la vasca idromassaggio e le sdraio in terrazza. Particolare punto di forza il personale. Gentili disponibili per soddisfare ogni richiesta e sempre sorridenti e accoglienti. Consiglio di fermarsi una sera a cena. Cibo buonissimo. Prenotare qui e sarete soddisfatti

Absolutely beautiful Riad with the most hospitable staff. We were graciously welcomed with tea and cookies, given a historical tour, then shown to our room where our luggage was waiting. Later we treated ourselves to Hammam and massage before a candlelit dinner. It was so special it felt like a honeymoon! The food and service was outstanding. If I ever have the opportunity to travel to Morocco again, this will be my Riad of choice!
