L'emplacement et l'accueil étaient top et le personnel aux petits soins ! Par contre le petit déjeuner était très moyen et après un essai, je suis allée ailleurs. La télévision n'a pas toutes les chaînes satellites et les chaînes françaises y sont absentes.

Cons: L'écoulement de la baignoire se faisait au goutte à goutte et le syphon pratiquement bouché. Comme la douche est dans la baignoire c'est très dérangeant. Ce problème de plomberie devrait être réglé pour une meilleure hygiène.

It was consistently prompt, efficient, and the quality of the offerings was outstanding. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our in-room dining experiences a genuine pleasure. While our stay was overwhelmingly positive, our only reservation lies with the country's allowance of smoking in public spaces, which unfortunately meant that some fellow hotel guests were smoking. This is, of course, not a reflection on the hotel itself, but rather a broader cultural aspect. Despite this minor point, we wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Majorelle to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay in Marrakech. I choose this hotel because it had good price and high reviews. The Hotel has perfect location, just 5 minute walk from the market and main bus stop to airport. Staff speaks english, they are really friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was always fresh and tasy, a lot of diffrent food to choose from. They do have a separate restaurant next to main lobby. There is also parking lane in front of hotel as long as parking space on the next side od the street ( parking costs about 2 dirham per day ). Rooms are clean and the bed was soft. Sheets were changed daily and you could smell they were freshly ironed. Bathroom was simple and tidy, never had a issue with cold water. My room had a balcony going out on the back of the building and was really quiet in spite of being localized near the main street. There is a tv and ac in the room wich i didnt used because it wasnt so hot. There is also a small space in front of the hotel that you can sit and observe traffic. If I go to Marrakesh again I would choose this hotel!

The hotel itself would need an investment in an asset that was very outdated, in short, it should undergo modernization. The breakfast was varied, but I couldn't get rid of the shabby feeling

I don't get the mark level of hotel, some hotel have a 9.5 ranking and are definitely not amazing whereas this one with a lower mark meets all our expectations. Bedroom super comfortable with balcony, possibility to have very nice diner directly served in your bedroom, the staff is super nice and breakfast acceptable. For the price we paid, this hotel is a real 9.5 or even 10 compared to all the others fake 9.5 hotel we can find.

Place is fine. This was my first time in Marrakesh, the location is great and everything is nearby. One thing I would like to mention is the Personal are very nice and friendly people. Mustapha the day time front desk is exceptional, very friendly, helpful and professional. The gentleman at the Restaurant serving breakfast is respectful and organized as well. I will definitely recommend the place to anybody without forgetting to mention that is room to make it more comfortable.

Its was good to be able to check in late at night when we arrived from the airport. The friendly staff also allowed us to leave the luggage in the room by the reception after check out times. That was very handy. The room was clean.

Cons: I did not like to hear the traffic noise the whole night. The windows do not seal the sound good enough. I honestly think that the rooms facing the road should not be rented. It was not possible to sleep on the first day of our trip and that was a bad start. Also, the key cards were not set up to open the doors so we needed to return to the reception to sort that. I didn't like the lack of love in the way the room is decorated. There was no heart.

My room was large, clean with a nice balcony. The reception and staff are very friendly and helpful. The cafe inside the hotel is good and the location of the hotel is useful next to the Majorelle Gardens, banks and a supermarket.

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was OK. Breakfast was reasonable but got a bit "samey" by the end of our stay. The waitress, Zharra was lovely and really helped us celebrate the birthdays of the children of our friends.

Cons: Don't do half-board! You get a take it or leave it hobson's choice. In fact, the restaurant was reasonably priced with plenty of choice. Just round the corner, there were several eateries we ate at lunch time and also a small supermarket. So keep your money and shop around. There is a park about 10 minutes down the road, which is just flower beds.

Cons: I've booked a room with 2 single beds and one double for 2 kids and two adults, they made me to pay extra for 1 child who is 10 years old (which should be free under 12 years old) because he wasn't part of the booking. How come he is not part of the booking if the room had enough space for 2 kids (2 single beds) and 2 adults (1 double bed). Awful! They were very rude and aggressive! I've booked the half board! Apparently, half board does not include drink! Imagine! Not even water! Even water to be paid for! I've never heard that half board does not include drink! I'm not talking about alcohol, I'm talking about soft drinks and water! So they make money on each corner! In addition, WiFi only worked downstairs by the reception desk! No WiFi in the room whatsoever! TV and Aircon didn't work, then I've asked them to fix it l, they just gave me remote control for the Aircon which they didn't do in the beginning, despite that Aircon didn't work anyway! They didn't even bother to fix the TV either. The shower curtain fell off as soon as I opened it, the poll was held with a peace of folded paper... the state of the room is so old and outdated. I've never seen anything like that in my life! They don't care about customers or customer services! Deffinately do not recommend staying there, they will try to take every penny from you one way or another! Awful experience!

We were a family of 3 people and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is really nice. Calmer than closer to the Medina but still close to it (around 20 minutes walking). We got a very large room and everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly and nice. We booked both breakfast and dinner and both exceeded our expectations considering the price. Especially the dinners were very nice, really well made and very different each day so that we could try different kind of traditional dishes.

We like the location of this hotel and the free parking they provide for our rental car. It is located very close to the Majorelle garden(you gotta be early to queue for the garden entrance is long after 9am) and the Yves Saint Laurent museum. The breakfast was basic but we are satisfied because everything was value for money. I recommend this hotel if you have a rental car and you want to visit the majorelle garden and the museum(which we did on our last day in Marrakesh.)

Cons: The hotel isn't well-lighted. But if there are only a few guests, it doesn't bother me. Saving energy, saves mother earth :) And a little maintenance and cleanliness would have been better.
