Me gusto mucho el hotel, bastante limpio, el staff agradable, la zona del bar tambien estaba muy bien, sinceramente el personal muy respetuosos.
Cons: Lo que no me gusto es que en mi habitacion era de ocho personas y solo un bano y un ducha. Pero la limpieza de las habitacione y del bano excelente.

I stayed in the hostel, and it was a very nice, clean, and welcoming place. I also met some amazing people during my stay. A special thank you to Ilham at reception for her great service and lovely energy. She was very warm, welcoming, and always made guests feel comfortable. I would also like to thank the two barmen for being friendly, kind, and attentive, and for providing such good service. The staff also organized a screening of the World Cup final for the guests. Even though I do not really watch football, I thought it was a great idea because everyone gathered around the pool and bar area to watch, talk, and meet new people. It created a really friendly and social atmosphere. This has become my favorite place to stay in Marrakech. I come back whenever I visit the city or pass through Marrakech. I highly recommend it!

The tile work is beautiful and has ample and relaxing common areas. The rooftop is a great plus, as well as the fact that you step out and you are already amidst shops/souks.
Cons: Late-night check-in staff can be cold and grudging. The wi-fi would stop working often, so it was hard to work remotely. The sheets do get changed, but the actual bunk frames could be better cleaned and cleared of dust/residue.

Unser erstes Zimmer war sehr geräumig und auch das Bad war sehr groß. Leider war die Klima nicht stark genug um dieses große Zimmer zu kühlen. Bei unserem 2. Aufenthalt hatten wir ein deutlich kleineres (trotzdem absolut ausreichendes) Zimmer. Da hat die Klima reibungslos funktioniert und wir haben gut schlafen können. Der Aufenthaltsbereich im Erdgeschoss ist sehr angenehm und dort haben wir meistens die heiße Mittagszeit verbracht. Der Pool ist zwar nicht groß, aber perfekt um sich kurz abzukühlen. Das Essen schmeckt gut aber die Cocktails sind phänomenal. Der Strawberry Mojito ist eine absolute Empfehlung! Die Lage ist toll, alle Hype Spots, die Souks sowie der große Markt sind leicht zu erreichen.
Cons: Im großen Zimmer hat die Klima nicht gut funktioniert bzw. war nicht leistungsfähig genug um dieses Zimmer zu kühlen. + Manches Personal war eher mäßig freundlich.

The lady at the front desk was amazing. She was excellent at her job and very kind/helpful. It was a very nice, well ventilated beautiful hostel. Marrakesh is a a highly stimulating hectic place, so having such a calm location to relax in is a wonderful reprieve! I also made many good friends.
Cons: It’s deep into the Medina which was nice as it was very central but at night many of the souks close which means it’s difficult and dangerous to navigate. Ask the front desk how to get in at night as they do not tell you this when you check in. The food is over priced but good.

Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la soirée et avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel. Nous avions réservé une chambre privative pour quatre personnes, spacieuse et globalement confortable. Les chambres sont plutôt calmes, ce qui permet de bien se reposer. Cependant, nous avons été déçus par la propreté de la chambre à notre arrivée. Sans être particulièrement exigeants, nous avons constaté des traces dans les toilettes, des cheveux dans la douche ainsi que des restes d’étiquettes de vêtements sur le rebord de la fenêtre, ce qui laisse penser que le ménage n’avait pas été effectué avec suffisamment de soin. À noter également que les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas fournies. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, avec l’essentiel à disposition, mais il reste assez basique et n’a rien d’exceptionnel. Les véritables points forts de l’établissement sont ses espaces communs : la piscine, ouverte jusqu’à 23h, est très appréciable après une journée de visite, et le grand rooftop avec ses transats et ses canapés offre un cadre très agréable pour se détendre. Enfin, l’emplacement est excellent, à seulement une dizaine de minutes à pied de la place principale et à proximité de nombreux très bons restaurants. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour agréable grâce aux équipements et à la localisation, mais une amélioration de la propreté des chambres serait nécessaire pour une expérience pleinement satisfaisante.

A infraestrutura do hostel é muito boa, dentro podemos consumir drinks, cervejas.
Cons: Tudo tranquilo. Apenas algumas observações, os lixos poderiam ser maiores e poderia colocar suporte para shampoo, sabonete e sabão no chuveiro. Algo simples e barato que ajuda muito. Poderia colocar o locker da cama com o cartão do quarto muitos hostel do mesmo padrão já estão assim ajuda muito os viajantes. Breakfast very nice and tasty with a wide selection, super nice common areas, rooftop, swimming pool, nice lounge music, very helpful staff available 24/7, lockers available for a fee. I stayed in female dormitory, nice bed, would be nice to have extra hooks, otherwise all good for a trip where you are most of the days exploring the city. Just watch out for darker streets at night as they turn off the light.

Cons: The overall feel of the service here is not aimed at customer satisfaction per say. They do their job I guess which is follow a lot set of rules and that’s it. A lot of things feels rigid and not particularly welcoming. Breakfast is “okay”. Coffee is just hot milk, and they sell you locks because the universal one you packed is too small for their lockers and it’s not mentioned anywhere to help you prepare.

I had a great stay at Central House in Morocco. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and my room was cleaned daily. I also had breakfast included, which was fresh, varied, and really delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The pool area was nice and relaxing, and I would definitely recommend it.
Cons: The only small downside was that my ground-floor room didn’t get much natural light, so it felt a bit dark.

The nicest hostel I have ever stayed at!! So so pretty and the pool is perfect for cooling down in the hot weather. The bedrooms are great because they have privacy curtains. The breakfast was great with lots of options. All the staff were very friendly too.

J'ai beaucoup aimé la superficie des chambres et le confort des lits. Le rooftop et les espaces communs du rdc sont top ! la décoration est magnifique. On s'y sent vraiment bien. Je recommande et je reviendrais.

Helpful staff, nice vibe, felt very safe in the hostel and the breakfast was great value. Great for a solo female traveller. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hostel!

Fue una estancia excelente!! Hotel buenísimo, tiene desayuno muy completo, restaurante con muy rica comida, tienen guarda equipaje por un costo, el personal es muy amable, tienen terraza, piscina y áreas comunes para descansar. Queda a unos 7 minutos caminando del acceso vehicular más cercano (College Mohamed 5) y a unos 12 min caminando de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna. Además si llegas de noche a Marrakech, tienen traslado del aeropuerto al alojamiento, al estar de noche y más desocupadas las calles, el conductor te deja en la puerta del hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. It’s very well located, beautifully decorated, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and has a great vibe. I especially liked the small pool and the calm, Instagrammable spaces & perfect for relaxing. I also loved the concept of naming each bed with Arabic words. I was sleeping in a bed called “Peace,” while my friend stayed in one called “Beauty.” It adds a unique and meaningful touch to the experience.
Cons: The room number 4, where I stayed, and its shower, really need a deep and proper mold treatment, along with better ventilation. I could clearly feel the presence of mold, which made the stay less comfortable.

This is a really incredible place as far as hostels go. Amazing facilities with incredibly lovely staff. The rooms are great! It’s hard to fault this place
Cons: Not a problem with the place however some girl in my hostel lost her phone down the side of the bed and her alarm went off from 6:30-7:30 without being able to turn it off which meant everyone had to get up. So I suppose a bedside table wouldn’t be a bad addition however it’s not the places fault she lost her phone

The hostel looks amazing and is much easier to find than other hostels in the Medina, it looks even better than in the pictures here and is in a very good location. The rooms are very clean and nice, the bathrooms are also much better than some other hostels here. The pool is also amazing, clean, beautiful, peaceful, and it is not that cold even if you go in the morning.
Cons: One of the only issues I encountered was very humid rooms and very damp, there is no window to the outside but rather to the semi open hall area (which does have large windows to the outside a bit further), which doesn't make it easy to get the dampness out but It wasn't a big problem as I just opened the windows and it got better soon.

Cons: We stayed here for 4 nights and unfortunately the experience did not match the price paid. The most significant issue was the lack of basic comfort and sleep quality. Our room was directly impacted by noise and activity from the reception area. We were woken up as early as 6–7am every morning, and there was constant light intrusion into the room throughout the night. This made it very difficult to rest properly during our stay. In addition to this, we experienced significant pricing inconsistencies. For the exact same dates and room category, the price increased substantially (from ~€690 to over €1,040) without any change in service, room standard, or added value. While dynamic pricing exists, this felt excessive given the overall experience. For context, we paid over €1,000 for 4 nights in a bunk-bed setup, with additional charges such as €8.50 per person for a below-average breakfast + additional charges for towels, tea, coffee and staff jumping at your first thing in the morning to ask you for your breakfast card. You will have to paid before touching your coffee. Swimming pool was empty and for the overall of the stay, we didn’t get a chance to use it. The response from the hotel was disappointing. A 10% discount on drinks on the final day does not reflect the level of disruption experienced and does not constitute a meaningful resolution. Overall, this stay did not offer good value for money. The location may be convenient, but the noise, light disturbance, and lack of proper resolution significantly impacted our experience.

It was very clean, beautiful hostel, and very spacious. Each dorm has its own shared bathroom so quite convenient somehow.
Cons: I thought the hostel would have more activities to meet others as I traveled solo and I chose to stay in a hostel for such reason but they did not. Also the house is too big and there is not a specific room for people to gather, and the only thing you could do is browsing around asking random people which is awkward and weird. Maybe I went during the slow season idk

I’ve stayed in many hostels over the years and this one was impressive. It was in the Medina walls and was easy to find. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful and there was food and bar facilities on site. It had an impressive rooftop terrace too. The dorm rooms had their own bathroom and the privacy curtain on each bunk. Also, there was a reading light and a plug to charge your phone.

There was mold all over the room. So much so that when we walked in everyone was overwhelmed. I couldn’t stop wheezing and I don’t have asthma. When I asked them for a different room they said they were sold out. I’ve stayed in hostels all over the world. This was a basic health hazard.
Cons: Mold. Like, it’s kind of basic not to want to get sick. Property never responded when I expressed concerns about it. Receptionist said they already know about it but haven’t done anything about it. Stay anywhere else!

The friendly, professional staff which is always the first impression for me. The location inside the Medina was perfect. It was also convenient for excursion pick ups and drop offs. The beds were comfortable and private with curtains. The bathrooms were cleaned daily. Hot showers with good water pressure! Another thing that stood out for me were the many options of spaces to either be alone or in community with other travelers. Also, food was available onsite for those days when you don’t feel like going out. I had dinner on-site two nights.
Cons: I can’t say there was anything I did not like about the property. I had a great stay. During my three week trip to Morocco, I stayed three separate times for between 2-3 nights each time. It was my base for traveling to different cities. This speaks volumes to my experience with Central House.

It’s definitely the most beautiful hostel I have ever stayed in, decorated in a Moroccan riad style. The staff is very kind and the location is perfect, right in the heart of Marrakech. The hostel also has a very nice rooftop. All in all, I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

Central house is the best, cleanest and well maintained property inside the heart of Medina in Marrakech. Big shoutout to the staff who were amazing, very friendly and helpful with all services. The rooms were cleaned everyday and beds were hygienic. The rooftop is amazing to chill and watch the sunset. The hotel/hostel has continental breakfast spread for 3hrs from 8-11 and gives us ample time to enjoy our meal before we head out for city exploration. They organize in-house tours nd activities which are reasonably priced. The bar, pool and dine area below is such a cool vibe to hang out, make new friends and join their events. I would highly recommend staying at Central House.
Cons: The prices are a bit high compared to other hostels however the services and overall property make sense and value for money. You get to stay in a RIAD! There are individual price charges for everything like towels, water, storage locker etc. everything, wish there was a combined package or fee we could pay for our entire stay instead of per day. It would have been a nice courtesy to hold my bag for a couple of hours given that Im staying with them for a week but I had to pay as much as the room rent just to storage my bag.

The hostel is beautiful! It’s great to arrive at your acomodation after the caos os Marrakech streets and find a peaceful and beautiful place like this. The staff is great, everyone was kind and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable, good beds and showers. The high point of it all is the location, in the heart of the old Medina, near multiple spots by foot.
Cons: Unfortunately, the bathroom didn’t have windows and the ventilation was poor, so the bathroom and all the bedroom had a really strong smell of mold. In addition, the hostel have few options of group activities, it should have more. The crew, although very kind, seemed to be distress due to the small staff to manage all the job.

I stayed in a 6 bed dormitory. It was clean and the bathroom was more than adequate. The company was good too. The hotel bar and restaurant were very good. I didn't take part in the Thursday Quiz Night but it looked like a lot of fun. Staff were amazing. The rooftop terrace had plenty of sun. The main pool and restaurant area was attractively stylish. All in all a great choice in the Medina.

Ook vertelden ze niet dat je mensen kon ontmoeten en wat precies de avctiviteiten per avond zijn, via via heb ik dit gehoord dus een meer uitgebreidere onboarding was fijn geweest.

Cons: O ar condicionado era bastante barulhento, nao consegui dormir uma noite porque uma das raparigas se lembrou de o liga-lo à uma da manhã.Deveriam de estipular um horario para o funcionamento do ar condicionado. Nao gostei do facto de ser tudo um negócio dentro do hostel: queres uma toalha tens que pagar e nem sequer guardam as malas depois do check out, a não ser que pagues. Fiquei bastante aborrecida quando tomei o pequeno almoço pelo qual paguei 85 dirams e nem sequer me deixaram encher um simples garrafa com água para a viagem Tudo é um negócio lá dentro.

Superbe Riad sur plusieurs étages avec rooftop très sympa pour chiller . J’étais en dortoir 8 lits femmes, confortable avec un bon chauffage. Au rdc bar-resto et différents espaces pour partager un moment ou être au calme. Valeria la gérante est très agréable ainsi que toute l équipe 🙏🏼 Merci pour tout , excellente année . De locatie op gunstige plek in de medina. Fijne faciliteiten. Dakterras niet op geweest vanwege het weer, maar de bar beneden bij het zwembadje was ook prima. Lekker eten als je even geen zin hebt om buiten de deur te eten.
Cons: Jammer dat je nog extra moest betalen om je koffer voor inchecken en na uitchecken in het hostel te laten staan. Dit heb ik nog in geen enkel hostel meegemaakt, je zou dit als service verwachten, al helemaal bij een hostel in het duurdere segment.

My stay at this hostel exceeded my expectations. The staff here are super friendly and are willing to assist with any questions people have. Rooms are rather spacious for a hostel which is a plus. I really liked how I was able to fit two luggages into the locker compartment The staff do an excellent job at maintaining cleanliness throughout the hostel. Thank you Central House Marrakech!

The staff was amazing, the room was spacious and the lockers were big. The hostel looks lovely and the roof terrace is impressive. You pay a little more than other places for the luxury. The hostel serves food and drinks which is convenient and you can book a lot of excursions through them.
Cons: I knew the hostel was expensive but I didn't realise just how much. Food is very expensive and the portions are small, it cost me 12 euros (!!) To do laundry including drying. Leaving your baggage for a few hours cost money - everything cost money. If you know this before you book it's okay but I was shocked how they charge you for every single thing. Also, I asked if they had glutenfree bread before breakfast. They checked and said they did. I paid 8,50 for breakfast and they brought out three stale rice crackers which was supposed to be the gluten free bread. If you eat gf it's best to go somewhere else.

quite easy to find and explore from it. I was given female dorm which was nice call. The free welcome tea at 2 pm only so I was always out at that time they could do it at the check in time. Safety tips and safe overall. Ahmed was lovely. Got a second duvet because I felt cold but then aircom worked well in the room. Big complex well located near the taxi rank. Doesn't let in people that don't stay there. I met someone who was flying back to the home country on the same flight and invited him to show around they asked him to put on a bracelet which I think is really good and keep it safe.
Cons: charging for locker room would of been about 5 euros to keep my things (should be included), common areas all cold. Not much explanation of what to do around. Althought I got somfe advice of where to grab traditional food. Hurt my skin with the crane it's uneven but not a major thing. Main thing is that you can stay in nice riads or apartments for that price and would be fair to charge 10-15 euros and not 30 and it didn't include any breakfast. Overall fine, stayed as I wanted to feel safe and to meet people but there are much much better options out there. So no complains but I wouldn't rave about how cool the hostel is. Its good safe stay but very touristy option.

Cons: We arrived early evening in the cold and rain. The room was very cold but worse was the noise from the hotel with a large crowd shouting and screeching until well past midnight. The next morning we told the hotel that we couldn’t continue to stay there because of the noise. They said that they would look into not charging us for the following two nights but could we stay one more night to see if the noise was better. The Hotel then got back to us and said it was not possible to get any refund but the noisy group that they had had staying had left so it should be quieter. However, the second night, was not much better. The noise from the hotel bar, the music and the wind crashing against the sun protectors on the roof above our room kept us awake all night. Again we told the hotel and they said that there was nothing they could do. They explained that this was a hostle and noise was to be expected. I said that I had stayed in hostels before and the noise from the hotel couldn’t be heard in the hotel rooms. The staff were sympathetic but said that they still could do nothing. We decided that we had no choice but to leave and therefore had to pay twice for that night.

The riad was conveniently placed and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were to highlight as they were always friendly, conversational, and pleasant to have around - especially as a solo traveller. The rooftop view was amazing, and they served delicious food and drinks 🍸. They also have activities available during the day and evening, like mint tea classes, quiz night, and communal dinner 🍽.
Cons: The weather was a bit hit and miss due to it being Dec, but the pool didn't look that "swimmable." Nonetheless, it was pretty enough to look at without being tempted to jump in.

Pros: - roof terrace is amazing, plenty of sun loungers and soft chairs to sit on, as well as tables with chairs which were good to use to work, I did not have a problem finding a space any day. A very nice mixture of sun and shade depending on guest preference. Also very good place to meet other travellers. Downstairs there is also social areas one outdoor and one indoor with chairs and tables. - bed sheets and linen and bedrooms were very clean, privacy curtains great. Beds and pillows comfortable. Dorms actually nicer than they look in the photos. Very easy to get a good night sleep. I did not see any bugs anywhere. - very clean bathroom within dorm, good shower with good water pressure and always hot water. There are additionally toilets in reception and on the roof top which you can use which was helpful - reception staff very friendly and helpful, very kindly let me check in a little early due to my early flight which was much appreciated. - Excellent social vibe, without being noisy, very respectful, fun and interesting guests, lovely room mates, we all went out together and had many great times. We organised this ourselves. Not aware of any nights out / activities arranged by the hostel. - large storage under beds, needs a padlock, easily accommodated my wheelie bag. - efficient transfer service from airport to hostel which I arranged through the hostel as I do not like the hassle of taxis at airport at a fair price of 150 dirhams (around 14 euros) - similar to the price paid by other guests who booked their own transfers - the location is within the souks of marrakesh. There are signs around the souks to help travellers find their way. Plenty of cafes and shops close by to walk to. - I felt the area was safe to walk around as a solo female traveller - staff politely and profesionally enforced the quiet time so everyone could sleep well - good functional wifi allowed me to work remotely
Cons: A few things to be aware of: - location is within pedestrianised souks of marrakesh, so taxi drops you outside of this area and you walk to hostel. We got lost and took 30+ mins (didn't have phone internet so was tricky). If you don't get lost its around 10 minute walk to a road area to get a taxi/walk from a taxi drop off. - the pool when I visited (november) was never in the sun and was cold. I didn't see any guests using it. I am sure in summer it is very popular. - The underbed storage could be cleaned more thoroughly - Winter mornings and evenings were cool and I asked if the patio heaters could be turned on and was told it wasn't possible. Not sure why they're there if they can't be used. - I couldn't find any plug points on roof terrace except one by the bar, so I couldn't plug in laptop to work on terrace. - Price point of around 35 euros a night a little expensive for a dorm in morocco - No kitchen or fridge available for guests - breakfast could be more varied, hot food was cold due to being served outside in cold weather - some of the downstairs sunloungers are stained and should be replaced Overall, a very good stay and I would recommend and return

Cons: This place has no soul. It's so big that you won't meet anyone as a single traveller. Also the staff doesn't make anything personal. Their system is complicated especially when you want to store your luggage it takes about 15 min to get it done because of their non sense voucher policy. During the day there is extremely loud and unnecessary music in the whole hostel. Further there are no towls to dry your hands in the bathroom. Really soul less place.

Cons: Делают деньги из воздуха: чемодан оставить просто так нельзя - плати ежедневно за хранение; полотенце не включено в стоимость (немаленькую); ресторан вроде есть, но работает на завтрак и вроде дальше уже вечером. Днем кухня закрыта. Как-то хотела кофе попить, кофе машина тоже не работала. В баре на террасе я тоже никого не видела за все время. То есть бар вроде есть, но толку мало. Нет элементарных полок в душе, чтобы поставить свои банки. В общем, ожидаешь за такие деньги полный комфорт и заботу, а в итоге максимум, что получаешь - красивую общую территорию. Все остальное за отдельную плату.
