Nice place to stay far from the noise and enjoy the calm but they need a serious renovation. Fourniture in really bad condition and the guy who did checks left the stove on was on for the whole day and i burned my hand because of it ( Thank God it was with electricity not Gaz ) The guy in the pool is far from being a human being and he sking us the key of the flat every single day.

Starting with reception in the arrival, we stayed for an hour as they can’t found the reservation then they can’t determine the payment. Then we got apartment with no warmers machine which lead to the sickness of whole family. The weather temperature was -2. We were really frustrated from this experience.

The server in the bar was amazing. Other than that the apartment was dirty, the sink was leaking, the door didn’t lock and we had no towels. We stayed there for the pools and one was filthy and the other was drained so none were opened.

Bonjour Tout d abord mon séjour étais catastrophique j étais obliger de partir un jour avant la fin de mon séjour alors que j ai payé la totalité de la somme je trouve ça inadmissible de votre part car rien ne fonctionne dans cet établissement les photos témoigne de mes dires . Climatisarion non fonctionnelle alors qu il fait 35 degré dans l appartement Toilette sale et la chasse d eau qui ne fonctionne pas Salle de bain sans commentaire Plaque de cuisson 1/2 qui fonctionne Bref séjour à oublié et je vais conseiller tout les proches et amis de ne plus utiliser votre site .

C'est de la honte la chambre est super salle , 0 equipement jai du moi même netoyer le sole et les meubles de la poussière. La piscine est un vrai desratre, on dirait une picine public et en plus on ma demandé de faire le check out à 10h00 et je n'ai plus accès à la picine.Franchement c du jamais vu une très mauvaise expérience, il faut arrêter les pub mensongère jai vecu le pire weekend avec ma famille

We stayed in a Chalet in December. For the price we paid, it was a great deal. Two bedrooms, a salon, a kitchenette - however the heater in the salon did not work and the electric hob in our kitchen did not work. So I was unable to make coffee or cook anything during our stay. Our friends stayed in chalets as well and in each there was a heater that did not work. Most of their electric jobs worked fine. We live in Morocco and are accustomed to things not working so we planned for it, but for a traveler looking for a more comfortable vacation they may want to stay in one of the more expensive rooms (other friends said those were better) or a different hotel. They advertise an indoor pool but it was closed. There is a restaurant on the property and our friends said it was good. There are also basketball courts and plenty of open space for the kid’s to run around.

We stayed at a two-bedroom apartment and the heating units were not powerful enough to withstand a 0 Celsius temperature. Water is hot for the first 7 minutes and then it becomes just warm. The other person should wait 15 or more minutes for the water to become hot again.

The chalet wasn't ready at checkin time. Had to go back in 45mn. All the chalets proposed were terrible. Ended up staying in an appartment. The checkin time took more than 2 hours! The property has a lot of potential but lacks maintenance and refreshing.

Attention au piège, à la veille de mon départ l'administration de Farah Inn de Ifrane a met sous la porte de mon appartement d'hébergement une feuille format A4 vers minuit indiqué que je devrait quitter l'appartement et rendre les clés vers 10H00 du matin si non je devrai payer 20 € si je sorte ente 10H00 et 12H00. Le problème que si le client dorme si tôt et se réveillera si tard le matin il n'a que payer les 20 €. Et voilà piège. Si les gérants de Farah Inn sont sérieux ils vont vous dire ça dés que vous mettiez vos pieds à cet hôtel. Mais ils cherchent de piéger ses clients. A propos de logements les appartement sont sales ni climatiseurs ni serviettes de main, sourires à la réception. Je vous conseille de chercher à loger ailleurs. Cette hôtel ses conditions de confort se recule de chaque année à une autre.

Place needs improvement. Bath towels were not available and even toilet paper. The blankets that the room provided were not sufficient for the very cold weather hence we had to request more. Bed sheets and pillows have a funky smell

Overall the trip was fair. It wasn’t my first time there. Except for an AC not working in one room (fortunately we were offered another one) the service was good. There was a minor issue with the booking but they resolved it pretty quickly. I had a late request (I didn’t mention it on my booking: my bad) so I waited a little bit and it was honored !! On and all it was good

Overall the stay was good. You can enjoy your stay in the hotel’s pools and sports facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is pretty good if you prefer quiet places but it’s also a little far from city center but that’s shouldn’t be a huge problem. The only downside is the hotel maintenance you wouldn’t be bothered much by this but the hotel can be much better if well maintained!

A éviter a tout prix! Nous avions réservé par internet. Il faut savoir que les photos présentées datent de l'ouverture en 2010. Depuis l'hôtel est complètement dégradé. Nous avons refusé une première chambre avant qu'une autre du même calibre nous soit proposée . L'état était déplorable de saleté et de crasse. Nous avons preferé partir en perdant le prix payé et j'ai réservé en urgence sur Hôtel.com un hôtel a Fès. A ne pas prendre. Les employed en ont conscience et rien n'est fait pour le rénover.

De foto's komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. De huisjes zien er van buiten heel oud uit en binnen was dit ook zichtbaar. De banken en stoelen waren zeer stoffig en vies. Verder kwam er een vieze lucht van de douche en toilet vandaan. De douche had zelfs schimmel aan de muur. Dit is zeer onhygienisch en ongezond. Toen we dit bij het personeel hebben aangekaart bleek uit hun reactie dat dit voor hun een normale toestand is. Zij waren dus niet verbaasd en boden ook geen oplossingen of andere mogelijkheden voor ons aan.

This is really not a hotel. It is more like an apartment complex. My "room", which was actually a 2-bedroom apartment was about a block away from the lobby building. The lobby was the only place to get internet. It was cold in my apartment and took forever to heat up. I ended up only heating one bedroom and just staying in there. I ran out of hot water while trying to take a bath and found that they had forgotten to leave any towels. I had to ask twice before getting one bath towel and a damp hand towel. There were bugs in the bathtub and the bedside rug was dirty. I had to use one for a bathmat since there were none.

I hated the part where I had to put 500 Dirham as s scuriti deposit on the top of the 1243 Dirham for two nights. Their staff is friendly even though I saw them only during the check in and check out. The TV experience was very horrible. Every single channel was blurry and I only had 6 different channels to choose from.

Run down resort that needs updating and your website needs updated photos. Paint chipping everywhere, no hair dryers even upon request, mold on tub an inch thick, Television did not work, Hot water heater "screamed", one poor lock on door, not secure, .Incredibly hard beds, NO toiletries at all. Bar only serves coffee and water, not even soda. I have photos of all if you care to see them. They also attempted to charge me for the hotel despite having paid your site.

We stayed in February for one night, the rooms where ice cold the heating from the airco wasn't suficient to heat up the room. There is no wifi in the room as advertised. The place is really run down even for a in between stop for 1 night I wouldn't recommend it. There was an unsuspected snowstorm and they closed the roads.

Hotel located in a abandoned or sparsely populated subdivision which we had to hire a taxi to find. An apartment style room had a dirty carpet and mold all or the walls of the bathroom. WiFi only available in the bar which is in a different building. Indoor pool in another building was pay for use as well as you must rent the towels. The staff at reception was nice but it took 45 minutes for them to get someone to fix our TV.

I would like only to put in mind to whom concern: The project its self is a great idea; to have a Hotel and apartments. But I noted that those apartments needs to be reforbushed from out side in. Sometimes they look like that they are deserted. I'm not ignoring the space and the great clean envirment. You did a great job, but Cary on please. I love this part of world I love Morocco; I love this peaceful country, God bless it. Again I'm not writing because I dislike it absolutely not; I'm planing to come back again and again. only make it better please.good luck.

my wife and I spent 3 days there, was very comfortable and of course the weather terrific there. unfortunately, the grounds are poorly maintained and weeds everywhere. It was originally landscaped very well, but just not maintained, likewise the buildings need painting. The restaurant was nice and had very good food, but we were the only people there who ate there.
