Cons: Après mon installation j'ai remarquer que le frigo de la chambre ne fonctionnais pas. Ils m'ont dit qu'ils s'en occuperaient je n'ai pas eu de frigo du séjour. Par contre quelqu'un est bien passer dans ma chambre pour la visiter et me subtiliser de l'argent bien cacher à un endroit les personnes de la réceptions ont été informer j'ai fais un mail qui est rester sans retour ils devaient attendre l'accord pour avoir l'accès au caméra depuis silence radio je suis très déçu que un hôtel 4 étoiles traite sa clientèle de cette manière

What I liked about this hotel I really liked about this hotel, all members of staff went above and beyond to help make our stay great, from the receptionists, waiters and waitresses and chefs all were exceptional in their service. The on site bar is a perfect place to enjoy a drink or two after a day out enjoying the sites of Marrakesh with one of the friendliest people in all of Marrakesh, Rachid was just the best bar man ( I hope I got his name correct) The free breakfast is great but my favorite part of breakfast was the egg station I did enjoy an omelette everyday. The rooms were a, good size room plenty of space in the double room for 2 adults and a child but the highlight is our room was cleaned everyday, towels changed everyday the room was spotless all thanks to Naima the cleaning lady who really done a great job.

La décoration extérieure.

Cons: Bon comment dire.... notre dernier jour au Maroc et surtout notre dernière nuit n'aura pas atteint son apogée avec notre dernière nuit d'hôtel au blue sea le printemps ( 3 ème hôtel sur 1 semaine). Pour débuter par le début la poignée de la porte marchera marchera pas la est la question. Insonorisation avec l'étage du dessus le couloir et l'extérieur inexistant. 3 lampes dans la chambre tierce gagnant 3 abat-jour tâche et pas des petites. Propreté de la chambre très moyenne. A oui l'électricité entre la télévision qui fonctionne quand elle veut la télécommande pas mieux et les l'interrupteur et l'ampoule de la salle de bain qui grésille faut aime prendre des risques 🫤 à oui dans la continuité de l'électricité soit vous charger votre téléphone prêt du lit soit vous avez de la lumière au choix 🤷 La chambre à une climatisation très jolie d'ailleurs mais alors faut pas regarder les palle et aération il y a carrément une couche de gras poussière bref je verrai bien dans quelques jours si nous sommes malade😁 Les toilettes du hall et bien faut pas se pencher et regardé plus bas 🤮. Conclusion les photos présentes sont très belle mais franchement je reviendrai pas

Très bon séjour au cœur de Guéliz L’emplacement de l’hôtel, en plein centre de Guéliz, est vraiment idéal pour profiter de Marrakech. Le personnel était très sympathique, accueillant et disponible. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était copieux, varié et de bonne qualité. Une très bonne expérience, je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour à Marrakech.

Somente da localização! O hotel fica no bairro Gueliz, que é muito bom para ficar fora da Medina, próximo da avenida Mohamed V. Há bons restaurantes e lojas nessa avenida.

Cons: O hotel não prima pela limpeza e conforto. Os quartos parecem sujos. E há bastante barulho interno. Não me hospedaria novamente nesse hotel.

Cons: Tout a commencé avant mon arrivée étant à l’étranger avec un accès limité à mes e-mails, l’établissement m’envoie un e-mail à 14h pour me dire que si je ne payais pas une avance avant 18h, la réservation serait annulée et ils ont annulé la réservation à 18h , je n’ai même pas eu le temps de réagir en quatre heures , j’ai dû les appeler pour reconfirmer alors que sur Booking, ils annoncent qu’il n’y a pas besoin de prépaiement ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis de manière très froide. Le checkin a pris du temps, peu importe, arrivés dans notre chambre, celle-ci n’était pas aux normes de sécurité sachant que nous sommes arrivés avec des enfants et qu’un câble électrique était apparent dans la salle de bain, les toilettes étaient sales avant qu’on puisse s’en servir, , il manquait du papier hygiénique. Le petit déjeuner à volonté était très basique et rudimentaire :de la charcuterie, du fromage, quelques crudités, quelques croissants, des jus(pas naturels) et du café de mauvaise qualité. Je ne comprends pas que cet établissement dit quatre étoiles, puisse avoir une note de 8,2 sur Booking. J’étais très surpris.

Poolen var alltid ren och välskött, och det fanns alltid personal tillgänglig som gärna hjälpte till. Det som verkligen gjorde skillnad var att personalen alltid gjorde det lilla extra för att vi skulle trivas och känna oss välkomna. Ett särskilt stort tack till Jihane och Hassna, som var helt fantastiska. De var alltid varma, professionella och hjälpsamma och såg till att vi kände oss som hemma. Tack vare dem blev vår vistelse ännu mer minnesvärd. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell och kommer gärna tillbaka! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really wasn't expecting too much from other reviews, but really I was surprised, the room was huge, the bed very comfy, the breakfast, compared to the many hotels I stayed in during my 1month visit to Morocco, was excellent, with loads to choose from, and the staff were super friendly! In fact on the last day I left some clothes in the wardrobe; to be honest, my luggage was overweight, and I chose to leave something behind. Imagine my surprise when the room maid came rushing down, worried I had left clothes behind, so kind!!! This is not 5star hotel, but it is very lovely with nice people who work there!

Gran detalle de bienvenida una cesta de frutas al llegar, La ubicación es buena, cerca del centro comercial Carré Eden. Aziz Bagagist Jihane, el botones del hotel, me pareció una persona de una profesionalidad enorme. Llegó un grupo en autobús a la recepción del hotel y descargó él solo las maletas de 50 personas y en todo momento con una gran sonrisa y una predisposición brutal. Tengo un hotel en España y sé de lo que hablo. Personas así son las que hay que tener trabajando en los hoteles y valorarlas como se merece.

Cons: La primera noche, había partido del mundial y jugó Marruecos. Ganó 4 - 2 y toda la noche hubo una fiesta en una habitación de al lado, hasta las 6.00 h de la mañana. No pudimos dormir. No me gustó que se permitiera fumar dentro del restaurante. Debería de estar prohibido y más teniendo un espacio abierto el hotel como es la piscina exterior.

The swimming pool was absolutely stunning and a great place to relax. The size of the room was huge compared to European city center hotels. I had some friends staying at a nearby hotel (Meriem) and those rooms were way smaller. The bed was very comfortable. Outside the temperature reached 38ºC and the A/C was efficient keeping the room, at least 12 degrees below the outside temperature. For me it was enough but for someone that needs a cooler temperature than 25ºC then the A/C power might be insufficient for the room size (or higher outside temperatures). The hotel location was close enough to the main attractions to be reached by uber, paying only 50 Dirham per trip (roughly 5 euros) (PS: The uber quality is way better than in Portugal, choose Uber over taxis in Morocco if you don't want to overpay for small trips)

Cons: The breakfast. I don't get why this hotel has such a high rating for it's breakfast. There are some options, but the quality does not reach European standards. All the beverages are watered down or way too artificial. The bread was mostly soft, brioche-style rather than crusty European-style bread. The cold cuts may disappoint guests expecting European-style ham, as they were mostly thick, processed slices resembling mortadella or spam. Also, the cheese slices were all dried up like they were stored overnight inside a refrigerator. The sweet section consisted of one type of dry cake and three varieties of puff pastry. As someone who loves ending breakfast with something sweet, I was left feeling like the breakfast was incomplete. The breakfast is acceptable (6.5 out of 10), but one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the breakfast rating being so high… I was clearly misled. Also didn’t like the fact that the pool loses direct sunlight at around 17:30 (In June) because of the shade projection of the adjacent structures.

La cortesia dello staff non ha eguali. Possibilità di cambiare i soldi direttamente in reception con commissioni pari a zero. Posteggio custodito direttamente nella struttura al piano - 2. Dall'hotel in centro a piedi sono quasi 2,5km, ma ci sono una miriade di taxi direttamente fuori dalla reception con prezzi molto abbordabili (circa 5 euro fino alla città vecchia). Infine la piscina accessibile tutto il giorno.

Un excellent séjour du début à la fin. L’accueil à la réception était chaleureux et professionnel, avec un personnel toujours souriant et disponible. La chambre était impeccable, très propre et parfaitement entretenue chaque jour. Le restaurant ainsi que le petit déjeuner étaient excellents, avec un très bon service et une ambiance agréable. Un grand merci également au personnel de nettoyage pour leur sérieux et leur gentillesse. Tout était parfait, rien à reprocher. Locatie: in modern deel van Marrakech. Op 30 minuten loopafstand vanaf medina of 5 minuten met auto of met taxi. Taxi naar Medina kost ongeveer 40 a 50 Dirham, als je goed kan onderhandelen. Rondom het hotel tientallen moderne restaurants, cafés, eettentjes en barretjes met soms "moderne prijzen" Gratis parkeren in ondergrondse bewaakte garage en met lift direct naar het hotel toe. 'S avonds gezellige sfeer rondom het zwembad met een drankje en/of een hapje. Ruime kamer met groot comfortabel bed en balkon. Goed ontbijt. Lopend buffet.

Cons: Hotel heeft wel een grondige renovatie nodig maar voor de rest is heel comfortabel.

Par contre dans les couloirs vielle moquette qui pue , les chambres ne sont pas lumineuse et a rafraîchir, pas de déco très froid , le lit est confortable les draps sont propre mais pour le reste sa laisse a désiré. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux . L'hôtel est bien situé.

Great location, just one street away from the city center, making it very convenient if you want to get around on foot. The staff truly stood out during our stay—everyone at reception was extremely friendly, always greeting us and asking how we were doing. The housekeeping team was also very kind and attentive while cleaning. When our air conditioning broke down, it was repaired within an hour, which we really appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent. The room and bed were very large, which was a positive point. The only “four-star” aspect was the receptionist, Hasna—she was very kind and truly made our stay more enjoyable.

Cons: However, we were very disappointed with the bathroom. There were visible moisture stains on the walls, poorly finished edges around the bathtub, rust on the door hinges, and the bathroom door itself was damaged. There was paint on the tiles and screws visible in several places, giving a very unfinished and poorly maintained impression. The bathtub had no proper support, and the showerhead was placed very high, with no option to adjust its height or water pressure. However, there were no ceiling lights, which felt unusual. We only had two lamps on the bedside tables and one on the desk. There were also no USB ports to charge devices. In general, this does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. For €80 per night, we found it quite expensive considering the condition of the bathroom.

De locatie was goed. Elke chauffeur van een petit-taxi wist Hotel BLUE SEA LE PRINTEMPS te liggen, andersom was een petit-taxi vanaf het hotel altijd beschikbaar. Diverse uitstapjes buiten Marrakesh hadden we via online excursie-platform geboekt, dit werkte voortreffelijk: we werden opgehaald en weer afgezet bij het hotel. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel was opvallend, vragen werden altijd beantwoord, het gold voor èlke medewerker, niemand uitgezonderd, en dat 13 dagen lang, het was een constante. Met stip op 1 een dankjewel aan HISHAM: voor je hulp, gezellige praatjes, je werkt als security-medewerker, voor ons was je de gastheer van het hotel! En dan NAIMA, werkelijk een 10+ voor het schoonmaken van de kamer en douche/toilet. We sluiten af met een dankjewel aan TARIK en KHADIJA, zoals we steeds de dag afsloten in het restaurant waar jullie met veel plezier en toewijding ervoor zorgen dat iedereen kon genieten van het avondeten, drankje, toetje en soms een NOUS NOUS.
