останавливались на одну ночь перед вылетом домой , отличное расположение в прекрасном районе Марракеша, рядом очень хороший ресторан и французская пекарня, да известного сада 15 минут пешком

Hotellin henkilökunta oli avuliasta, ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Allasalue oli viihtyisä. Hotellissa oli myös anniskeluoikeudet. Aamiaisella oli välillä tungosta, mutta se oli hyvä ja riittävä. Ruokakauppa oli lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä, joten sai helposti haettua pullovettä. Oman huoneen parveke oli ilta aurinkoon joten siellä oli mukava istua illalla auringonlaskiessa. Kalustus oli muovituolit, ei luksusta.

Cons: Hissi oli hyvin usein ruuhkautunut. Itse pystyin ja jaksoin kävellä portaita ylempiin kerroksiin tai sitten hyvä varautua odottamaan. Medina oli etäällä, mutta taksi oli helppo saada.

Läget är mycket bra då det är nära både buss och tågstationerna. Stora rum med stora sängar. Ok frukost men inte mer en så.

Cons: För ett 4 stjärnigt hotell är urvalet på frukostbordet är egentligen undermåligt. Det ser välstädat ut men när man lägger sig i sängen känner man lukten av andra människors parfym! Det är fyra kuddar i dubbelrum men alla luktar olika!!! Kontentan - städerskan slätter ut örngott utan att byta den! Äckligt!!!

The breakfast is quite big with a lot of choices though they never mix anything ;) So if you are there for a week it starts to be same same feeling ;):) Very friendly people in the hotel Spacious rooms with good wi fi working everywhere

Simpatia do staff, quarto gigante, qualidade da comida boa. O pequeno almoço é um pouco fraco comparado com o padrão europeu, mas bastante satisfatório. O pão é muito bom, os sumos naturais são uma delícia, e tem panquecas feitas na hora. Apesar do hotel ficar a 30/40 min a pé da Medina, está muito bem localizado, com o shopping Carrer Eden a 5min a pé, e a estação de comboios a 7min a pé. Táxis à porta o dia todo. Paragem de autocarro a 2min a pé.

Cons: Não existe insonorização nos quartos, e o barulho é realmente um probema para quem possa ter dificuldades em adormecer. Não foi o meu caso, mas admito que o barulho é incomodativo. Principalmente o barulho dos outros hóspedes.

Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale questo hotel è il personale: estremamente accogliente, professionale e sempre pronto a regalare un sorriso o un consiglio prezioso. Sincer, am avut o surpriza foarte placuta la acest hotel, pe langa alte hoteluri/ riad-uri incercate in Marrakesh! Personal profesionist, spatii cu multe utilitati, camera cu upgrade pentru familie, curata, bine utilata. Din pacate am plecat inainte de micul dejun, insa am luat pranzul la restaurantul hotelului si am fost foarte multumiti, calitate la preturi oneste, am servit si prima bere din Maroc, care a fost foarte buna! Cred ca piscina e iarasi un mare bonus, noi insa am fost prea obositi si poate prea comozi ca sa o folosim. Per general o experinta draguta!

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the ladies at the front desk in particular were very kind and helpful at check-in. The breakfast was delicious, really nice coffee and fresh pastries. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and the train station. The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool.

Cons: Instructions for the air conditioner as it took a while to figure it out and it still wasn't very effective. The decor was fairly basic. The room had a floor tile missing and there was a panel coming off the wall in the bathroom and the shower was leaking everywhere so the pressure wasn't great.

Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο με πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Ικανοποιητικό πρωινό, προτιμήστε φρέσκες ομελετες και μαροκινες κρέπες που φτιάχνονται εκείνη την ώρα. Η τοποθεσία του άψογη, σε πολύ ωραία περιοχή κοντα στην πλατεία gueliz, μισή ώρα με τα πόδια από την παλιά πόλη ή αλλιώς 3-5€ ταξί (προτιμήστε εφαρμογή indrive, οι ταξιτζήδες λένε παραπάνω τιμή). Τα δωμάτια καθαρίζονταν κάθε μέρα.

Cons: Πρέπει να είστε πολύ προσεκτικοί στο πρωινό. Κυκλοφορούν μύγες στους δισκους και μπορεί να οδηγήσουν σε τροφική δηλητηρίαση. Όταν τις έδειξα σε έναν σερβιτόρο απέσυρε τον αντίστοιχο δίσκο αλλά οι μύγες συνέχιζαν να υπάρχουν.. προτιμήστε φρέσκες ομελετες και μαροκινες κρέπες από την μαγείρισσα στο μπαρ της πισινας

Cons: The non- welcome - guy on reception ignored us for 5 minutes whilst sorting something out on his computer! Given a room that had not been cleaned with dirty towels and an unmade bed! (This was quickly rectified and an apology given) The hotel is a standard tour group hotel with no wow whatsoever.

Cons: Le hall d’entrée et les salles de réception (rez-de-chaussée) sont propres et donnent une bonne première impression. Malheureusement, cela ne reflète absolument pas l’état des étages et des chambres. La moquette des couloirs est extrêmement sale, les chambres sont très vétustes et manquent clairement d’entretien. Le matelas est inconfortable, la propreté laisse à désirer et la climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus désagréable. Pour le tarif pratiqué, je m’attendais à un niveau de confort et de qualité bien supérieur. Très déçue.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very good experience. The room was clean and spacious, with a king-size bed and firm, comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was surprisingly good, offering more than the typical Moroccan sweet breakfast. The area has many restaurants with live music and partying opportunities. Overall, our impression was very positive, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Les lits étaient très confortables, pour trois la chambre était spacieuse. Il y a un coffre dans la chambre un frigo la climatisation la télé avec des chaînes françaises. Le petit-déjeuner très copieux il y a de tout pour contenter tout le monde belle terrasse près d'une piscine dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter car il faisait froid mais disponible le matin si le temps le permet. Cet hôtel bénéficie également d'un parking souterrain très appréciable sur Marrakech.

Cons: Peut-être un manque d'insonorisation au niveau des chambres. Voisins d'en haut assez bruyant, mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien. La salle de bain pourrait être rafraîchie mais ce n'est qu'un détail franchement tout était bien sinon.

Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and always said good morning. They were very good at building rapport with their guests. The breakfast buffet and dinner was always delicious with a variety to choose from and always tasted fresh. Enjoyed sitting out by the pool in the sun as well. Rooms were always cleaned to a good standard. Special thanks to Yaseen, Abdu, Khadija and Aziz. I don't know the name of the security guard but he was lovely too.

The hotel is very close to the train station and to the Majorelle Gardens and it can be accessed by cars and taxis which makes it ideal if you have big suitcases.

Cons: The aspects I didn’t like about it is that i felt a bit duped by the photos. The pool is a little bigger than a bathtub, not at all what the promo photos suggest. People smoke on the patio around the pool, which made it impossible to sit there and have a meal or a cup of coffee. The cleanliness is subpar and it looks even messier than it is because of all the little broken things everywhere: little cracks in the tile, in the countertop, the sink etc. There are patches and redone grout done in such a sloppy way that it is almost laughable. The bathroom door on the inside had splashes and stains everywhere, did not look like it was cleaned in ages. Thin, worn out towels. Small toiletries. No Kleenex tissues in the room. No coffee machine or tea kettle in the room. Carpet in the hallways which is stained and looking gross. They use a cleaning solution for the lobby and common areas which has an unpleasant smell, for me almost unbearable. The breakfast options are limited and disappointing. Dinner is heavy on meat options. Very few vegetables and fruit.

Cons: We requested a baby cot in advance, and this was the main reason we chose this hotel. The confirmation stated that the cot was *subject to availability*. However, when we arrived at the hotel, no cot was available, which was disappointing. Luckily, this was only a two-night stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to cancel the booking because it was non-refundable. I would advise families traveling with young children to contact the hotel directly before booking to confirm that a baby cot will definitely be available. I am not sure if I would choose this hotel again.

Cons: The reception was good, the hotel as a whole was clean and visible. The room was 310, I put the card key in and the light came on… when it was time to go to bed I haven't figured out where to turn the light off! I called the reception, they said the lights turn off easily but they promised to send a technician. While I was waiting I realized that the light came from a standing lamp with a cord in the wall under the desk!! So if I wanted the room to be dark I had to get out of bed and pull the cord out of the wall and go back to sleep 😉 the technician arrived and confirmed this problem.. the reception told me that each hotel has its own functions. This answer was an insult. I won't give this hotel 4 stars, at most 3. However, I can recommend it for its location

Generally okay and staff very customer friendly. Food also okay on the main. Very close to the train station and walkable distance (45 minutes) from the Medina souk market.

Cons: Somewhat put off breakfast in the mornings by a little bird flying around in the restaurant area with staff not very concerned about this, as though it was perfectly normal and usual. I didn't think it was hygienic as the food was uncovered. Also, no refreshments in the room although there was a nice complimentary bowl of fruits when we arrived. No iron/ironing board facilities and only 2 hangers in the wardrobe.

Location was very accessible and the hotel looks good. They upgraded me to a larger room. Also the guard called Rashid was very kind, very charismatic, very professional and helpful.

Cons: First I found some long strands of hair in the bed and wondered at it but chose to ignore it. Then I went to shower and saw hair shavings on some space above the bathtub together with some bottle tops and I knew this place hadn’t been properly cleaned. I took a photo for the record but didn’t have time to give my review. From there I started thinking everything is dirty and couldn’t enjoy my stay anymore. Lastly, the hotel does not provide drinking water, they told me I have to order for some, which I thought was alright then, but then they demanded that I pay for it ahead of time, like they couldn’t just charge it to my room despite having some extra deposit cash.

L'hotel est situé dans la nouvelle médina, des magasins partout, des restaurants partout, la place Jemal FNA à 2 kilomêtres à pied, on ne s'est déplacé qu'à pied pour visiter Marrakech et nous étions loin du tumulte de la ville, très reposant. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin, vraiment très gentil, tous ! La chambre, la litérie et le petit balcon pour les fumeurs vraiment appréciables . Nous étions en demi-pension, le déjeuner et diner du soir étaient très bien, la salle un peu tristounette mais la qualité de la nourriture était au rendez-vous. Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment bien ! Le seul bémol a été la recommandation du hammam et massage qui ont été une catastrophe énorme mais ce ne sont que des sous-traitants de l'hotel, donc à eviter absolument !!!

The hotel is in a modern and safe area close to the railway and a shopping mall and at 10 mins drive to the Medina. We liked the area the hotel is situated in. Thanks to the reception for always being so nice and usefull - we had a problem with neighbours who were extremely loud one night and could not sleep at all and next morning our room was changed with a much better one. Breakfast is good, we enjoyed the freshly made omelette and selection of sweet pastries and juices that were the best. Pool and lobby area are very nicely designed and full of colour. Rooms are spacious and the bed is great -huge and confortable.The exterior balcony is also nice.

Cons: Not very close to the Medina (some 20 mins walk or 10 min drive) and loud during the night, with lots of noises and music from the outside terraces until a late hour. As i said above there were loud noises of moving objects on the floor all night long from a neighbour room so we could not sleep at all and had to change the room the second day. The hotel is very international with groups of tourists coming almost every day so it might not be for people who seek a bit of calm and peace. Products for hygiene were offered but usually only a soap for 2 persons and toilet paper was not always supplimented so we had to buy. Breakfast room too small for the amount of tourists so it was always crowded at early hours and we did not always find a table to sit. Some of the furniture needs a bit of refurbishment and also check the wall sockets near the bed as there was one that was not working in both the rooms we used. There was no artificial light from the ceiling and this is why the room was a bit dark during the evening/night.

La chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos : confort zéro, propreté discutable, et aucune intervention malgré mes remarques. Le service client était inexistant : aucune réponse, aucun suivi, aucune solution proposée. Le petit-déjeuner était l’un des pires que j’ai vus : choix très limité et qualité zéro. Je suis vraiment déçu de cet établissement et je ne le recommanderai à personne.

We traveled with our 7-year-old daughter from November 22nd to 27th, and we had a wonderful stay in Marrakech. The hotel was easy to reach from the airport, and there were plenty of great food options nearby if you want to explore different cuisines. Bus stops were also within walking distance. The hotel staff were amazing—always available and willing to help with anything. The reception and restaurant teams were especially kind and did their best to meet our expectations. Breakfast had many options, with a few items changing daily, so we didn’t have to eat the same things every day. There was also a live counter offering eggs with different options, pancakes, and parotta (that’s what we call it in our country; it may be known by a different name elsewhere). The dinner buffet also offered an excellent variety of dishes. They cleaned the room daily. We would go out in the morning, and when we returned in the evening everything was neat, fresh, and smelled great. It made the room feel very relaxing and refreshing.

Cons: The swimming pool hours could be more flexible—currently it’s open from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM. It would also be great if the pool water could be heated. I understand that the water quality in Marrakech is generally not the best, but if the hotel could do something to improve it, especially for the water coming through the bathroom pipes, it would make a big difference.

Notre séjour à Marrakech a été une vraie réussite, en grande partie grâce à l’excellent choix de notre hébergement. Le professionnalisme de l’équipe s’est fait ressentir dès les premiers échanges avant notre arrivée, pendant tout notre séjour, et même après notre départ. Un immense merci à Jihane, la réceptionniste, pour sa gentillesse, son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme. Toujours souriante et à l’écoute, elle prend le temps de répondre avec patience à chaque demande, et cela fait vraiment la différence. Nous tenons également à remercier l’équipe du petit déjeuner, ainsi que les serveurs, pour leur efficacité, leur amabilité et leur souci du détail. Chaque matin était un vrai moment de plaisir. Un mot aussi pour les femmes de chambre, toujours souriantes, discrètes et très méticuleuses. Le ménage était fait chaque jour avec soin, que ce soit pour les sols ou la salle de bain. C’est un confort qu’on a énormément apprécié. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et pensons déjà y revenir en famille pour nos prochaines vacances. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe M&Mme Mouzi

Tout le personnel est accueillant, de la réception à la femme de ménage l'équipe du self est serviable du responsable à tous les autres employés sans oublier notre jeune serveuse du soir Khaoula. les repas du soir nous convenaient mais un peu répétitifs. en ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner il est varié et complet. A noter que nous sommes restés 6 jours (3+3 jours) et la direction nous a offert un repas pour chacun de nous pour nous remercier d'avoir prolongé notre séjour dans leur hôtel. Nous avons été très touchés de cette attention.

Cons: Équiper les chaises des chambres de feutres anti bruit, le bruit des travaux dans les salles de bains, mais ceux ci sont nécessaires pour l'installation de douches au lieu de baignoires difficilement accessibles pour certaines personnes.

Belle surprise que cet hôtel très bien placé et au calme . Chambre spacieuses . Lits et oreillers confortables. Petit déjeuner copieux . Les réceptionnistes (zineb je crois et son amis à côté !)et personnel de l'étage sont fort sympathiques et accueillants. Merci je reviendrai

Cons: Que ne soit pas servi un vrai jus d'orange pressé, ! Surtout au Maroc .... Pourquoi des petites cuillères en plastic ? Pas agréable du tout . Eau chaude limite le matin à 8h30 .... Douche pas possible.

La amabilidad del personal y la limpieza. Hasna en recepción nos hizo todo muy fácil y fue muy simpática y atenta con nosotros en todo momento. El restaurante estaba muy bien, las camareras, en especial Khaoula, también fueron encantadoras.

The location is a really good, safe area and close to good restaurants and the Train Station. Friendly and helpful staff. Will book again, now definitely as they said they will update and rebuild the rooms / bathrooms. As the toilet was Lili bit old and needed an update.

Cons: The air in the room, especially in the bathroom, was stuffy. After showering, the moisture did not dissipate and instead spread into the room. Breakfast was somewhat disorganized, with limited seating available indoors. To improve the experience, the hotel could consider assigning guests scheduled breakfast times during check-in. This would help manage the flow, reduce overcrowding, and ensure a more pleasant breakfast experience for everyone :)

The property was clean and modern and located in a quiet residential street but not far from the sights. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, especially on reception, Zenib, Hosma, Yossie and also the young man in the Tapas bar and the chef on the breakfast omelette cooking.

Cons: The overbath shower was a bit of a challenge to get in and out but they are refurbishing the rooms.

Der Empfang war freundlich und insgesamt der Aufenthalt angenehm. Die Lage ist gut, man kann zu Fuß oder mit wenig Geld, mit dem Taxi alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Marrakesch erreichen. Ein empfehlenswertes Stadthotel mit Tiefgarage und Restaurant.

J’ai aimé l’emplacement, il est près de tout, les champs étaient bien propres. Je remercie Nisrine pour son professionnalisme. d’ailleurs je m’excuse au prix de la femme de ménage car j’ai mangé dans un restaurant le dernier soir, je suis tombé malade, j’ai dû vomir dans toute la salle de bain, j’espère qu’elle m’en veut pas.

Cons: Malheureusement il y a des choses à revoir, on trouve même pas une petite bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée dans les chambres. Malgré qu’il y a des Frigo on est obligé de descendre à la réception dans la nuit pour aller récupérer une boisson à des prix exorbitant je comprends pas pourquoi ils ne mettent pas des boissons dans les frigo avec une liste des prix pour éviter tout le rangement, il y a aussi un petit problème d’odeur de restauration quand on rentre à l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner il est vraiment nul c’est pas du vrai café c’est pas du vrai, jus d’orange du thé qui chauffe toute la matinée sur des plaques chauffantes au final il est super amère et noir.

Hotel fantastico. Spazi accurati. Camere grandissime e ben rifinite. Colazione superba. Staff meraviglioso e disponibile. Cia hanno aiutato in tutto. Jihane è stata fantastica. Ci ha aiutato a organizzare la serata prenotandoci la fantasia marocchina. Il garage sotto l'albergo è stato comodissimo per il nostro pulmino. Al mattino, nel lasciare l'hotel, lo staff è stato carinissimo e Jihane ci ha pure offerto il the di commiato. Il più bello hotel del nostro viaggio
