The location is a really good, safe area and close to good restaurants and the Train Station. Friendly and helpful staff. Will book again, now definitely as they said they will update and rebuild the rooms / bathrooms. As the toilet was Lili bit old and needed an update.
Cons: The air in the room, especially in the bathroom, was stuffy. After showering, the moisture did not dissipate and instead spread into the room. Breakfast was somewhat disorganized, with limited seating available indoors. To improve the experience, the hotel could consider assigning guests scheduled breakfast times during check-in. This would help manage the flow, reduce overcrowding, and ensure a more pleasant breakfast experience for everyone :)

The property was clean and modern and located in a quiet residential street but not far from the sights. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, especially on reception, Zenib, Hosma, Yossie and also the young man in the Tapas bar and the chef on the breakfast omelette cooking.

Je remercie Nisrine pour son professionnalisme. d’ailleurs je m’excuse au prix de la femme de ménage car j’ai mangé dans un restaurant le dernier soir, je suis tombé malade, j’ai dû vomir dans toute la salle de bain, j’espère qu’elle m’en veut pas.
Cons: Malheureusement il y a des choses à revoir, on trouve même pas une petite bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée dans les chambres. Malgré qu’il y a des Frigo on est obligé de descendre à la réception dans la nuit pour aller récupérer une boisson à des prix exorbitant je comprends pas pourquoi ils ne mettent pas des boissons dans les frigo avec une liste des prix pour éviter tout le rangement, il y a aussi un petit problème d’odeur de restauration quand on rentre à l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner il est vraiment nul c’est pas du vrai café c’est pas du vrai, jus d’orange du thé qui chauffe toute la matinée sur des plaques chauffantes au final il est super amère et noir.

Chambre propre et spacieuse. La literie est très bien. Le petit-déjeuner continental proposé est très correct. Le personnel est souriant et à l’écoute.
Cons: Le manque de lumière dans la chambre, une seconde lampe serait pas mal. Le bruit que font les chaises et fauteuils sur le carrelage, des patins pourraient atténuer le bruit et rendre le séjour plus confortable. Une douche serait mieux qu’une baignoire mais à priori cette rénovation est en train d'être faite. Même si l’hôtel n’est pas responsable, ce qui nous a fortement déplu est le manque de respect de nos voisins de couloir (portes laissées ouvertes pour pouvoir discuter entre eux peu importe l’heure et rentrée tardive très bruyante).

Cons: Our room smelt like it had just been painted. I got bites from what I can suspect to be bed bugs. Carpet in the hallway was dirty, the hotel needs updates. Pictures online feel deceiving compared to when you arrive and see the conditions. Pool area was nice- but that’s about it.

Jihale at the front desk was particularly helpful with anything we needed during the stay and organising transport for airport. Was easy to get to the Medina by cab and worked as a good location to go visit there but come back to somewhere relaxing at the end of the day.

Hotel Staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. On our second stay, after traveling around Morocco, my wife and I were sick (bacterial stomach infection) and the staff was very kind and went well above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Lovely hotel in an ideal location as near to the train station and located in the Gueliz district that I wanted to see.. Easy to get to the airport from there too.. J’ai aimé l’accueil chaleureux de Gihane et de tout le personnel. Petit déjeuner il y a ce qu’il faut mais les viennoiseries sont nulles par contre la personne chargée de faire les œufs et les crêpes marocaines c’etait top en plus franchement leur accueil leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse depasse mes attentes. En résumé très bon établissement.
Cons: La seule chose de négative n’incombe pas à l’hotel mais à législation qui permet de fumer dans les bars. Du coup je ne peux pas accéder au bar car la fumée me dérange énormément. Ah peut être avoir plus de chaîne à la télé notamment pour les amateurs de sports ou de films car tres peus de chaîne de disponibles.

Cons: Trop bruyant à l'extérieur et trop bruyant entre les chambres, on entend les chaises et tables trainé sur le sol au dessus à 7h du matin. Pour le calme ce n'était pas ça et apriori tout ceux du groupe ont pensé la même chose. Insonorisation à revoir. Pour un 4 étoiles, on pensait être tranquille à ce niveau.

Cons: El punto negativo fue en el restobar de la piscina con el cajero, NO EL MESERO. El cajero quizo enredar una cuenta que intente pagar con tarjeta y efectivo. Todo lo cargo a la tarjeta y el efectivo tuve que reclamarlo cuando vi la.operacion.en el.banco. Esto me causó dudas, el mesero NO supo y el no tiene que ver con este problema. El hotel está en muy mal.estado., cero inversión.

Très bon accueil et disponibilité de tout le personnel et en particulier à la réception. Belle chambre au calme avec vue sur la piscine extérieure. Bon repas avec du choix et petit déjeuner continental très bien fourni. Ici on peut boire quelques boissons alcoolisées. Parking gratuit en sous-sol avec accès direct dans l'hôtel.

Cons: La comida muy normalita, en el desayuno no se incluye el agua y en las comidas no incluyen café. El papel higiénico es escaso y lo reponen poco. La limpieza de las habitaciones muy tarde, casi a la hora de comer. Los extras que consumas como el agua o el café lo tienes que pagar en el momento, no lo cargan a la habitación. Te piden un depósito de 200 MAD que te devuelven en el check out, son desconfiados. Los colchones son malísimos, muy hundidos por el uso y sueñan muchísimo. El gel y el champú parecía que fuera azafrán, escasisismo. Y por último, el detalle del agua en el desayuno, que al pedirla me dicen que la saque de la máquina de café, les pregunto si es mineral y me dicen que si, al día siguiente otro personal del hotel me dice que no es mineral y que si la quiero así tengo que comprarla como extra. Ah, y la piscina de adorno, todo el mundo mirándote.

Airco was ok in the room but external module of AIRCO was standing on the terrace so it was impossible to sit outside due to noise and heat. Parking is really good protected and Hotel is not in the center of Marrakesh but very very close ....about 1.3 km from big central market place .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed here as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) from London, UK, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at reception by Jihane, Yassine, and Abdrahman, who made check-in smooth and pleasant. At the restaurant, Khadijah was so kind and attentive, while Sofia always made breakfast a lovely experience. A special mention also to Hasna, whose constant smile brightened every day of our stay. Jihane and Khadijah truly made our stay very special with their kindness and care. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we cannot thank the staff enough for their hospitality. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel!

Cons: 1-J’ai pas aimé le système interne de l’hôtel à cause d’une caution de 20 € non liée au prix payé. 2-Je n'ai pas aimé la condition de devoir quitter avant 11h30 sous peine de perdre la caution. J'ai senti un manque d'hospitalité. La prochaine fois, j'irai chez un autre qui m'accueillera bien et ne me fera pas de retenue même si je dépasse jusqu'à midi. 3-Je n'ai pas aimé aussi le fait qu'au moment du petit déjeuner, ils ont ramassé les choses d'une manière qui nous a fait sentir que nous n'avions jamais mangé et que nous n'avions pas de nourriture chez nous. Il restait un quart d'heure et ils ont fait une vitesse incroyable pour ramasser vite pour qu'aucun ne se lève pour reprendre à manger. Et ça aussi me semble être un manque de respect envers les invités.

La chambre était propre mais on remarque un laisser aller...on remarque un manque d'entretien quotidien...par exemple, dans la salle de bain, les joints sont noirs, le bas des portes en bois est moisis. C'est dommage car on constate qu'il a eu du travail et de l'idée dans la conception globale mais le manque d'entretien finira par rendre les chambres vétustes. Peut être y avait il d'autres chambres mieux entretenues mais je n'ai pas pu le constater. Pour un 4 étoiles c'est limite pour moi.

« Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une belle expérience. L’emplacement est excellent, proche de tout, et le service était remarquable, en particulier de la part de Hassnae et Zineb. Le lit était confortable, la chambre spacieuse et bien climatisée.
Cons: le petit-déjeuner : il était très simple, avec peu de choix, une qualité moyenne et tous les jus étaient industriels.

Cons: La lenteur des ascenseurs. La vétusté des climatisations chambres. Une carte chambre livré ce qui impose que la climatisation reste éteinte quand on est en dehors de la chambre ( couplé à sa vétusté...). L'éclairage dans la chambre. Les prises ne marchent pas. La caution de 200 DHS!

Cons: Por decir algo, si buscas estar en la Medina este no es el sitio, ya que está a unos 30 minutos andando. Pero a nosotros nos encantó, ya que se encuentra en una zona moderna, llena de restaurantes fantásticos alrededor.

Personnels professionnels et gentils, le fait qu'il y ai une piscine ( super pratique) , le burkini est autorisé ( top), assez propre dans l'ensemble, beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner, une cuisinière cuisine à la minute pour le p'tit déj,le room service au top, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait.
Cons: Le mobilier est un peu vétuste, nous sommes arrivé dans une chambre, avec du mobilier pas très propre et/ou cassés. Mais la femme de ménage a remédier aux problèmes rapidement. Par contre il y a une piscine mais trop petite pour le nombre de vacanciers que peut accueillir l'hôtel.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per alcuni giorni e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta. La camera era pulita, spaziosa e curata nei minimi dettagli, con un letto comodissimo e una vista meravigliosa. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso. Colazione ricca e varia, con prodotti freschi di qualità. Anche pranzo e cena sono stati eccellenti: piatti curati, porzioni generose e sapori autentici, con un menù che unisce tradizione e creatività. La posizione è ottima, vicina alle principali attrazioni ma in una zona tranquilla. Non vedo l’ora di tornare!

Personeel was geweldig, super lief en namen ons ten alle tijden serieus. Als je personeelsleden tegen kwam op de gang waren ze altijd vrolijk en werd je begroet met een lach. Met name Aziz, de gastheer was echt geweldig!
Cons: Slaapkamers zijn nogal gehorig. Je het het als er boven met meubilair geschoven wordt. Ook wordt (vanaf vroeg in de middag) er alcohol genuttigd en geroken in het cafeetje naast het restaurant. Voor gezinnen die hier komen niet altijd even fijn.

O pequeno almoço é bom. O gerente do hotel era simpático e tentou colmatar as falhas do hotel. O bar da piscina era simpático e com boa relação preço/qualidade.
Cons: Hotel com falhas nas toalhas e nos produtos de banho do quarto. Duche da piscina desligado por abuso na sua utilização. Apesar de aconselharem tomar duche antes de ir para a piscina. Compressor do ar condicionado na varanda do quarto inviabiliza a sua utilização por causa do calor produzido. Alguns funcionários da receção são rudes e não atendem às exigências de um hotel de 4 estrelas. Hóspedes, de uma maneira geral, com baixo nível de educação. Na piscina há muito barulho de crianças e gente vestida na piscina.

Court séjour agréable dans cet hôtel. La chambre est spacieuse. Le parking souterrain gratuit est pratique et appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais plus rien à 10h. Les crêpes marocaines et omelettes réalisées sur place sont un vrai plus pour le petit déjeuner comparé aux autres hôtels où tout est sec. Les restaurants pas très loin aux prix abordables, le restaurant " le réconfort " par exemple, où ils ne trichent pas sur les prix pour touristes pratiqués ailleurs.
Cons: Le ménage fait partiellement dans la chambre pendant le séjour, les serviettes non changées. L'absence de bouilloire dans la chambre, le café du petit déjeuner mauvais. Un peu loin du centre ville et de la médina à pied.

Cons: Check-in wasn't smooth, receptionist was checking with housekeeping at 4.15 if the room was ready (check-in is at 3pm). I travelled with a friend and her 6 year old son, there was no bed for him, I had to go back to reception to ask for it. The bed eventually arrived and got set up half blocking the doorway into the room. Room was clean(ish) but place feels disorganised. Based on the reviews I expected much better.

La localización creo que es inmejorable. Cuenta con parking incluido que facilita mucho la movilidad en la ciudad. La piscina está bastante bien. El desayuno es bastante completo. Los empleados son lo mejor, especial mención a los chicos de seguridad en su atención para ayudarte a aparcar y el empeño que le ponen. Lo mismo para la limpieza, una tal Nisrine ha sido muy cuidadosa y profesional. La recepción muy bien. Lo único, al llegar te piden una fianza de 200dh (unos 20€) que te devuelven sin problema al irte del hotel, pero hay que tenerlo en cuanta para la gente que solemos pagar todo con tarjeta o con el móvil (ni tarjetas suelo llevar). En general, procurar llevar dinero en metálico en esta ciudad, que luego te ves limitado para acceso a muchas actividades/hostelería.
