L’hôtel est sublime. Les couleurs, les tapis, les canapés… la suite Diyafa… la grande piscine… sont splendides. Mon plaisir : prendre le café sur la terrasse de la chambre, avec les cigognes volant devant moi. Le personnel est très agréable. Je remercie notamment Fatima.
Cons: L’offre du bar et du restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur du lieu. La carte pourrait être enrichie. Nous avons été aussi un peu déçus du petit déjeuner : pas de buffet, service à l’assiette.

The staff were outstanding – so kind and attentive. We arrived very late due to flight delays, and the concierge Bushra, even used her own food delivery app to get us dinner, which was such a thoughtful touch. The level of hospitality from the whole team was incredible, everyone made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The hotel restaurant Le Safran was excellent with really delicious food and excellent service - the evening a la carte menu must be tried. The hotel itself is a beautifully constructed boutique hotel, contemporary with a classic twist with superb facilities.

Si vous voulez un moment de détente dans un petit havre de paix alors le story est le lieu que vous devez choisir. J’ai séjourné là-bas pour le mariage d’une amie, et grâce à cet hôtel j’ai passé un moment inoubliable. Tout était parfait, le petit déjeuner est tellement garnit que vous n’avez plus faim pour la journée, l’hôtel est très propre, et le personnel au petit soin. En particulier Fatima-Zahra qui a été adorable avec moi.

Petite attention (fruits et mignardises) dans la chambre et surtout la cerise sur le gâteau la possibilité de faire un late check out lors d'un weekend caniculaire. Hâte de découvrir la nouvelle offre de brunch avec le Day pass piscine.

Cons: C’est vraiment minime, mais le réassort en nouvelles serviettes ou produits dans la salle de bain (tel que bonnet de bain, coton de tiges, coton pad etc) est à amélioré, mais encore une fois c’est vraiment minime et cela n’enlève en rien la super semaine que nos avons passés avec nos 3 enfants alors merci encore à tous.

Text: Beautiful hotel that feels like a home away from home. We visited with my family and had a wonderful time. All the staff are professional, welcoming and went out of their way to take care of us, especially Montacer and Fatima at the concierge (and each and everyone else there). We will be back again. A few specific things we enjoyed: Food was excellent with a selective list of Moroccan and international dishes. The rooms were spacious and very well taken care of each day ( the beds are extremely comfortable!). We enjoyed the spa which is beautiful and the massage offerings are very good. I cannot emphasize how friendly the staff including dining staff are. Thank you STORY hotel!!

Très grande chambre, décoration contemporaine, avec un excellent lit. Un service vraiment formidable, aussi bien à l'accueil, qu'en restauration, entretien et préparation de la chambre. La piscine est très agréable.
Cons: Si il fallait vraiment trouver un point d'amélioration : il faut prévoir une voiture pour pouvoir se promener librement.

Voyage avec mon épouse pour notre anniversaire de mariage. L’hôtel se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel très chic de Rabat. Ce n’est pas tout près du centre, mais cela a l’avantage d’être très tranquille, loin de tout brouhaha. Avec une grande piscine et une salle de sport superbe. Les taxis viennent très rapidement et en 20’ on est à Rabat. Notre chambre était spacieuse et l’ouverture sur une grande terrasse avec jardin était particulièrement idyllique. Le service de chambre (matin et soir) est impeccable. Au top niveau, ce fut le service d’accueil des résidents (mention toute particulière pour Houssame, si gentil et accueillant) et le service au restaurant (mentions à Yassine et Inès, serviables, polis et souriants). La carte du restaurant et du bar est parfaite, ce qui évite de ressortir le soir. Les petits déjeuners sont extras.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders Frau Fatima Zahra hat uns ein paar nützliche Tipps gegeben, um unseren Aufenthalt etwas angenehmer zu gestalten. Der Zimmerservice war hervorragend und immer sehr freundlich.
Cons: Es war Ramadan, dann sollte man dieses Hotel nicht buchen. Auf das Frühstück musste man oft sehr lange warten, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste morgens waren. Die Spa-Abteilung war klein und nicht in Betrieb. Die Sauna war unmöglich, es passten nur 2 Leute hinein und sollte 40 € pro Person kosten. Es gab zum Abendessen nur Kleinigkeiten zu überhöhten Preißen oder ein Buffet das ebenfalls völlig überteuert war. Als europäischer Gast, der mit Ramadan nichts zu tun hat, hätte ich gerne mal ein Gläschen Wein abends getrunken, was nicht möglich war. In einem 5 Sterne Hotel sollte das auch an Ramadan möglich sein.

Cons: Unfortunately they have lost their liquor licence so cannot selll alcohol. They hope to get e new licence soon but should have let us know before we travelled. The hotel is about 20 mins from the centre of Rabat with very little in the locality. Cabs are cheap but their drivers drive aggressively and spend most of their time on their mobile phones so it is not a pleasant experience

Just back from a wonderful 5 days in Rabat staying at the Story Hotel. Fabulous suite, everywhere is so clean. The hotel has a really beautiful swimming pool which we had to ourselves every afternoon! The staff were absolutely lovely - special thanks to Ines at breakfast who always had the happiest smile on her face. Its a little way out from the sights of Rabat city (15/20 mins - but taxis are very cheap (if a little crazy!) Rabat itself is just stunning and also one of the cleanest well maintained cities I have visited. Loved everything about Rabat and the Story hotel.

We had the most memorable stay at the Story, Rabat in large part due to the exceptional service by all the staff (room attendants, restaurant staff). Must single out the Front desk manager Fatima. Her professionalism and caring attitude was amazing. She brought the chef from the restaurant to our room to ensure that he fully understood our dietary needs (strictly vegan). She went above and beyond to help us translate a note into French, a language we are not fluent in. Being my wife’s birthday, the restaurant team really whipped up a memorable dinner for us. All in all a great stay in large part due to the special courtesies extended to us.

Un oasis de verdure dans un quartier résidentiel. Très calme. Un hôtel très… Instragram. Une belle allée conduit à une grande piscine (peu profonde). Des chambres standardisées mais plutôt spacieuses et jolies. Je pense qu’il vaut mieux opter pour une suite. Un petit déjeuner servi à la place plutôt bon.
Cons: Très loin du centre… une bonne vingtaine de minutes de la moindre activité. Les défauts du côté Instagram… froid au sens propre (des matériaux de qualité médiocre donc il faisait froid dans les couloirs et dans la chambre ce qui nécessitait de mettre le chauffage à fond… pas très ecolo!) comme au figuré. Un personnel moyennent sympa. Éviter la chambre 205 en hiver, à l’ombre et avec 2 côtés donnant sur l’extérieur)

Beautiful property in an upscale area. Highlights were the gorgeous landscaping (inner courtyards) and the superlative breakfast - the best “included” breakfast we’ve ever had on our extensive travels. Check-in reception was polite but not warm, pool was beautiful but frigid (solar panel heating at this price point maybe?), and house-keeping inconsistent. Keep your smart phone with you as QR codes are used for everything. Seems to be a popular place for diplomats/business men to meet; we felt kind of invisible/insignificant in comparison to other smaller, high-end hotels we’ve stayed at. Thank you to Fatima at the front desk for helping us with our golf booking.

Toutefois, la spa est très joliment décoré, et la cabine de soins très soignée.

the property is in best, calmest and cleanest part of Rabat. really spacious clean and secure. On the bad side - food offer is 70% terrible amd the spa services are rather mediocre. Food is 50% more expansive than in the Four Seasons in Casablanca but the taste and quality 200% lower. With breakfasts you are allowed only one espresso, the second is invoiced 6€!!!! They have a great carrot cake though and all the staff is really friendly. Really a pity that such a jewel of a property is taken down by too many small things, that can be easily replaced.

Cons: I order a food and it was a disaster the chicken was loud may be and not clean I was surprised and they came to apology after I complained they offer me something else to eat but I refused as I can’t trust them . and during my check out I asked for someone to help with my luggage and no bidet came for 30 min and I have flight so I pushed my 3 luggages by my self to the lobby it was nightmare experience as it’s 5 stars hotel and too expensive frankly saying it’s over priced for such bad service.

Petit déjeuner vraiment (trop) copieux mais excellent La piscine : un petit bijou le confort des chambres et salle de bain (manque juste un petit aménagement pour faire sécher le maillot de bain) le terrasse bien équipée (canapé, table, sièges)
Cons: La cuisine du restaurant pour les repas du soir : lourde et peu gustative

Sehr schönes Resort, grosszügige Zimmer, schöner Ausblick in den Garten, modern und neu, fast schon luxuriös. Umgebung im eleganten Embassy Viertel, ohne irgendwelche Action. Wir haben es nicht vermisst. Essen im Restaurant 1a, richtig gut. Jederzeit wieder in diese Anlage.
