Good location, the staff was very pleasant. Parking space is provided on the street. The room was big, very clean and comfortable. Great and very rich breakfast with variability and including a Turkish plate and tea.
Cons: The bathroom didn't have ventilation. The breakfast included coffee, but it could include other kinds of coffee (e.g. filter coffee) instead of solely the nescafe instant coffee sticks.

Отличное расположение, близко к метро и к железной дороге по которой можно поехать в аэропорт. Было опрятно и чисто, персонал отличный, часто спрашивали что-то про город или как доехать всегда все объясняли
Cons: Все было отлично. Единственное чего не доставало так это кофе на завтрак(у них был растворимый)

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We checked in very late, and Mr.Enver and Mr Oğuz both very friendly and professional take care of us and Mrs. Merve, very friendly and helpful, and she made excellent verity of breakfast and breakfast called " Menemen."It was so delicious also chees omelet and other verity ,all perfect . Breakfast time was 8am to 10:30am and on last day we have to leave hotel 8am ,and she Made excellent breakfast for us early at 7am she is very kind and she did awesome job very professional. Thank you so much, Mrs Merve, Mr. Oğuz and Mr.Enver

It’s near the center, not that expensive.
Cons: The cigarette smell in rooms and parking. We were with motorcycles and the parking near the hotel is a bit shady (for motorcycles, for car it’s completely fine).

Hgrreat location near Basmane and bit on the busy street which made it quiet. Staff was friendly and offered to provide any assistance we needed. Great shower and bed.

The staff is extremely nice , always available to help if needed . No problem with cleaning. Windows are free to open. There is a parking lot.
Cons: I think I am not the first one talking over a lighting in the rooms , unfortunately to make it as a twilight is not a good idea. In my opinion.

Very well located hotel for a reasonable price. If you're with a car, you can park at a nearby parking lot for free. The rooms have nothing fancy, but are equiped with everything that's necessary and are a good size. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room was very dark, you couldn't read a book with the dim lighting.

Friendly staff,great location,comfortable and cozy room.we've stayed for 10 days and I highly recommended. The breakfast was good.our room was on the 5floor and overlooking the Park. That was so amazing.

This hotel experience was absolutely horrible. We had driven hours from Istanbul and arrived late at 3am, exhausted and ready for bed. We booked a non-smoking room. We got up to the room and the stench gave us instant headaches and a cough. It was as if 5 people were smoking in the room at once. There were ashtrays in the room and the window was wide open and it still smelled that bad. We called down and the front desk guy kept saying he didn’t understand us because we spoke English. Although he did speak English when it suited him. We used a translator app and requested a different room but were told there were no other rooms available. The manager said that they cannot control whether people smoke in the rooms or not. However I pointed out the ashtrays in the rooms and the lobby, and the advertised “non-smoking room” that we had booked, labelling this as false advertising. We asked for a refund and assistance in finding an alternative hotel. A refund was refused and we had to reach out to Expedia to assist us. We were standing in the lobby until 5am, the manager was no help, he was argumentative, took no ownership in the false advertising or assisting us with a refund or alternative rooming options. And as we left, we watched the manager smoke in the lobby, then pointing out to him that this is in fact a full smoking property, and no part of it is non-smoking. I’m thankful for Expedia to getting us a refund and another hotel organized. I do not recommend this place at all.

Check in hızlı bir şekilde yapıldı. Odaya ilk girdiğimde genel olarak temiz gözüküyordu. Tasarım fiyata göre makuldü. Banyodaki armatürler lüks bir seriden seçilmişti. Yol kenarı olmasına rağmen camlar kapatıldığında oda ses almıyordu. Kahvaltıda çok çeşit olmamasına rağmen yeterliydi. Çift kişilik yatak çarşafı üst yarı ve alt yarı iki ayrı çarşaf ortada üst üste binecek şekilde hazırlanmıştı. Banyoda klozet üstünde temizlenmemiş lekeler vardı.

İş için sürekli seyahat ediyoruz ve İzmir de bu o otele ilk defa geldik güleryüzlü ve ilgili yaklaşımları ile çok yardımcı oldular odalar her gün düzenli temizleniyor konum olarak çok rahat otopark sıkıntısı yaşamadık İzmir de seçenek otel olarak çok ancak çok vasat ve güven vermeyen sokaklarda oteller var burası güvenle kalabileceğiniz bir otel gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz.

Konaklama gayet güzeldi kahvaltısı çeşitli ve yeterli idi odalar konforlu idi, lokasyonu da çok iyiydi özellikle basmahane garına ve izbana çok yakındı. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi, buzdolabı çalışmadığını söylediğimizde sürekli ilgilendiler. Odanın konforu ve büyüklüğü de gayet güzeldi, özellikle yatağın vs konforuda gayet güzeldi yaz dönemi yoğun olmasına rağmen özenle hazırlanmış idi herşey, Yine İzmire gitsem yine kalacağım yerler arasında Avin Otel.

The hotel was completely run down- electricity sockets and open wires in the bathroom and bedroom, water damage in the toilet sink, broken tables. There were dirty stains everywhere. I had to clean and disinfect the toilet. I really couldn't rest and sleep easily.

Otel personeli güler yüzlü ve yardımsever, kahvaltısı fiyat/performans açısından zengin, merkezi bir yerde otopark imkanı olması önemli, 6-7 dk yürüme ile İzmir Fuar Alanı /Kültürpark a ulaşım imkanı var. Bazı bakım ihtiyaçları var; buzdolabı çalışmıyordu, banyoda kullanılan aksesuarlar kaliteli ama kireçlenmeler mevcuttu.

Odaları geniş ve rahat, özellikle yatakları çok rahat o kadar otele gittim ilk defa ortapedik yastık gördüm, gerçekten günün yorgunlugunu gece rahat uyuyarak alıyorsunuz. Klimayi gece yatarken, rahat bir şekilde açabiliyorsunuz. Çünkü yattığınız yere direk olarak gelmediği için başa vurmuyor.Personel ilgi alakasi 5 yıldızlı otellerin bile üstünde. Özellikle ÖZGÜR bey'in ilgi ve alakasindan çok memnun kaldık.Sürekli bizimle ilgilendi her sorunumuzu çözdü sağolsun. Gecelik fiyatı göze alınarak düşünülürse, tam fiyat performans üstü bir otel diyebilirim.
