Kleine, maar gemoedelijke en en fijne kamer. Voorzien van de gemakken die nodig zijn, geen overbodige luxe. - airco en bed waren top. Ontbijt werd iedere ochtend vers verzorgd op het dakterras, keuze was reuze. Locatie ligt midden in de Medina. Waardoor je meegenomen word in alle perikelen die Marrakech te bieden heeft. Loopafstand van vele bezienswaardigheden.

Cons: Badkamer is aan vernieuwing toe, hadden op een gegeven ogenblik de warmte kraan in de handen. Mixen van water was onhandig. Verder geen op of aanmerkingen

The location.

Cons: I would have no problem if I got what I paid for. But compared to other places I stayed it was quite expensive. Room only cleaned once in 5 days and that is because I asked for bin to be emptied. The shower is not fixed to the wall and it is like a hose. The bed and pillows are very hard. Cushions and foot rests need a wash.

Cons: The only negative was that the bathroom smelled horrible. It really impacted our stay as the smell spread to the bedroom. We didn’t smell it until we took a shower and after that there seemed to be a smell that came from the shower drain.

Zach and Latifa were great, very welcoming and so helpful. The food here is so good and tasty, they provide traditional Moroccan food! Portion sizes are huge! Our room was not shown in any of the pictures advertised on booking and was away from the rest of the rooms up another 2 flights of stairs. Location was perfect and only a small walk away from the Medina.

Cons: We almost paid more than what was supposed to be charged to us. This is because we had to pay extra for using a card. The lady was charging more and we had to verify this with the manager. Good thing we managed to recompute the charges ourselves. We requested for a laundry the day we arrived. The lady in charge of laundry collected it the following day. We followed up few times for our clothes to be returned back. However, our clothes were returned on the day of our check out which was so much hassle as we needed to pack and sort it out. Our clothes are still damp and stains are still visible. You can find other riads that are way cheaper with same facilities.

White Flowers is a traditional riad. The owners have been careful not to contaminate it too much with styles and tastes far from Moroccan culture. Few rooms but very welcoming. Roof terrace for sunbathing or relaxing at sunset. Silence reigns supreme and you will find yourself a short distance from the main attractions of the historic center of Marrakech. The large square (Jamaâ El-Fna) is a 10 minute walk away on a completely pedestrian path that passes through the alleys of the Medina. After a couple of times you will no longer need to consult Google Maps and you will feel at home, at any time of day or night. Zacharie (Zack) manages the riad with great professionalism and kindness. You can ask him anything: he will solve it for you. Latifa is the other irreplaceable personality: an exceptional cook and assistant. Breakfast is abundant and delicious. We did not have lunch or dinner, but other guests were very satisfied with her cooking. For the transfer to and from the airport, definitely ask them: it would be complicated to reach them on your own for the first time. They will wait for you at any time in case the plane is delayed. We plan to return!

The main disadvantages are a broken door (we couldn't lock it when we left, and even though they promised to fix it in 10 minutes, it didn't happen during the whole week), one boiler for everyone and often no hot water, the rooms are not cleaned, breakfast is late (before the flight we talked that we would eat from 8:30, when is the start time), but no one even came for 15 minutes.. we left without eating. We waited more than 1 hour for an already paid airport transfer :( and then they tried to ask us to pay a second time. And a VERY uncomfortable bed :(

The riad is within walking distance to many sightseeing spots and to the shops in the Medina. It’s a quiet save area.

Cons: The room was not as described. It was supposed to have 19 m² with a hot tub as outstanding feature and a terrace with city views. In reality, the room was maximum 16 square meters including the bathroom. There was no hot tub, but just a very small bathroom with a very small shower. The bathroom was separated from the sleeping room with a half high wall without any door. So the toilet was part of the bedroom with all the noise and smell that a toilet can have. Also, there was no privacy using the toilet. The entire room had no window to the outside, but just windows to the inside court of the riad, which was very small and not much fresh air. You could just open the whole window which was like a door down to the ground. If you wanted to sleep at night with open window to get some fresh air, anybody walking around in the riad could enter your room, just by stepping inside. When we complained about the room and said that it was not matching the description. Zacharias, the guy in charge reacted rather harsh. When I demanded a room as described or a discount, he threatened to call the police. Then he offered to give a discount of €10 per night if we would cancel the booking reservation. I guess he wanted to avoid a bad review. I do not think that this is in alignment with the Booking.com regulations. I refused to cancel the room with booking and so he refused a discount. From that moment on, we were not treated as guests anymore. They just wanted to get us out and were neither friendly nor helpful nor welcoming in anyway. We did not feel comfortable there anymore. Breakfast was served on the rooftop, which was nice. The quality of the breakfast was also good. But you just got a croissant and a small Arabian flatbread for two people. If you wanted to have some more you had to ask for it. you got refills, but they gave you the feeling that it was not given Wholeheartedly. You had to ask for everything and nothing was offered by the staff.

Nice quiet Riad at the South entrance of the Medina. From the main road it's less than 5min to walk and it's easy to find by following the location on Google Map. It was quite comfy but the room was a bit small, there wasn't much space for luggage. But for 3 nights it was perfectly fine. Overall it was a nice stay

Great location in the Medina, walking distance to the main attractions. Great quality-price. Cute rooms, nice decor, good shower with hot water, A/C available, good WiFi. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and had something different everyday. Friendly staff. Special thanks to Zack, he went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. He speaks many languages as well: Turkish, English, Spanish, Moroccan obviously… probably even more! He works 24/7 and still greets you with a big smile all the time! All and all a great stay in Marrakesh, we would definitely go back :)

Cons: We really enjoyed our stay, these are some little tips to (in our opinion) improve the beautiful riad: -Offer daily complimentary water to the guests. -We had a room for 4 with only 2 towel hangers in the bathroom, having 2 extra would also be extra nice. -Extra closet space instead of the big couch/poef

I have loved my stay at the riad white flowers so much 💜. The staff really make the stay even more special, especially Zac and Latifah, they go above and beyond to meet your needs and are also very personable, warm and friendly people. They honestly cannot do enough for you. The riad is in the perfect place to discover the main tourist sites and the medina, but tucked away in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. The added addition of breakfast was absolutely amazing and delicious. If I was to return to Marrakech the riad white flowers would be the only place I would want to stay 😁

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, Il Riad è pulito, molto accogliente con un atmosfera molto suggestiva. Zacharias Arsig, il gestore è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra, inoltre ci ha parlato molto della cultura berbera, di cui ha una profonda conoscenza. Pur essendo nel pieno centro storico, il Riad è isolato dai rumori delle strade e la mattina ci svegliavamo con il canto degli uccellini. La colazione è stata molto aprezzata dai miei figli!

Cons: The room was dark, the bed is not comfortable at all, the mattress looks very old. The shower is too small, and dirty. The curtain on the shower is stinky and should be replaced. Mold smell all over the toilet. In general the experience was not as expected. I stayed in several Riads in Morocco (including Marrakech) even with less price, it was completely different experience.

The location is very centralized and perfect if you like walking around. The breakfast was OK.

Cons: I think the place needs to be taken care of. We basically rented the whole riad as I travelled with my family and friends. We entered the rooms and you can definitely smell that the rooms hasn't been used in a while and the smell came from the shower drain. The beds were old and some pillows actually smells. We only stayed for 2 nights but still it could had been great if the place where clean. There are things missing like amenities and hairdryer so it's better if you bring them yourself.

Located in the Medina, close to everything, the Riad provides nice accommodation with breakfast. The Staff (Zac) was very friendly and helpful. Other meals are also available at the property. Would recommend. There is a nice sunny rooftop terrace.

Cons: The atmosphere in the public area of the Riad felt a bit low and dark, maybe some more light and some light music could do the trick (also on the terrace :) )

Cons: The room I got was on the ground floor and the noise from the breakfast area would wake me up. I recommend bringing ear plugs if you'll be staying in that specific one. The breakfast is somewhat passable. The value for money could be better but it's not the worst.

Youssef and Walid are truly the best people! They were so helpful upon arrival and for the remainder of our stay in Marrekesch. They will arrange anything for you. We had our laundry done there. We’ve been travelling a lot and recognize good people. It’s was good to have them as a resource. The room was clean and maintained as is the Riad. We used the Terrace to lounge, exercise and do Yoga; lots of space. Breakfast was delicious; cheers to the ladies in the kitchen. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending staying here.

the staff were just delightful, always willing to help, give us tips, and attentive to all guests. The breakfast was very good with lots of food. All necessary amenities were available. Would recommend if you want a more immersive experience in regards to travelling in Morocco.

Cons: it wasn’t an issue for me, but I can see some people not liking the street in which the Riad is located. It might seem a bit fishy or odd at first, but there’s really nothing to be worried about!

The location was pretty ideal not being too deep into the Medina for new arrivals. However, the staff is most definitely what would bring me back to this place. Exceptionally hospitable, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Walid and Yousef were the best. I hope to run into them in the future, and would go out of my way to stay at White Flowers again if only to hang out with these guys. And I cannot forget about the house keepers, way too nice and helpful.

Abdul was an incredible host, he helped us with organising our trips and was extremely knowledgeable about the area. Abdul and the rest of the staff were extremely accommodating and very helpful. Located within walking distance to the main square, a lot of shops, and Bahia Palace which was great. Staff cleaned our room every day and made a great breakfast every morning.

Cons: Air conditioning in one of the rooms was out, but Abdul called a maintenance man and gave us a fan to use instead. The rooms were darker than we had expected.

Our host, Abdul, picked us up from a nearby checkpoint and guided us to the riad. Fluent in english and very very friendly, he also provided us with meaningful information for our upcoming trips. He was always very careful that we had everything that we needed. It was one of our best hosts during our moroccan visit.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel manager was super kind and friendly. Airport transfers were pelanned smoothly and on time. We left in the middle of the night and got the ride to the airport. Breakfast was delicious and hotel and rooms were cozy.

Denna Riad lever verkligen Inte upp till förväntningarna. Mörka väldigt slitna sunkiga rum som luktar gammalt fuktigt och instängt. Toalettborsten stod uppe vid handfatet vid incheckning. Takterrassen hade absolut sett sina bästa dagar. Wi-Fi fungerade ok och frukosten var Klart godkänd.

Gentili e disponibili, sono venuti a prenderci in aeroporto e ci hanno portato al Riad. Organizzano i tour(più convenienti dei altri), hanno preparato la colazione alle 8 al posto del 8.30. Danno consigli utili, mangiare buono. La camera ok, bagno piccolo. Durante il giorno fa 25 gradi, ma la notte scende fino 4,5 gradi. Riscaldamento non esiste, era un po’ freddo a dormire.. Ich war nicht direkt im Haupt-Riad untergebracht, sondern in einem anderen Gebäude auf der selben Straße, welches wohl ebenfalls zum White Flowers gehört. Mein Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft noch nicht fertig. Die Reinigungskraft wurde dann extra noch einmal gerufen. Leider war das Zimmer danach immer noch recht dreckig, insbesondere das Badezimmer. Seife und ein Mülleimer wurden mir auf Nachfrage bereitgestellt. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt schlecht, aus dem Abfluss kamen unangenehme Gerüche. Warmes Wasser zum Duschen war nur zeitweise verfügbar. Zum Frühstück durfte ich in das Haupt-Riad, was ich eigentlich gebucht hatte. Die Zimmer dort sahen etwas netter aus. Auf meine Nachfrage, ob ich nicht im Haupt-Riad untergebracht werden könnte, wurde nur gesagt, dass alle Zimmer belegt seien, es also nicht möglich sei. Der Verantwortliche für das Neben-Riad Jamal war ganz nett und bemüht. Konnte am schlechten Zimmer aber natürlich auch nichts ändern. Die Frühstückszeit beginnt um 8:30 Uhr, was etwas zu spät für viele Ausflüge ist. Als ich nachfragte, ob ich an einem Tag um 7:50 Uhr frühstücken könnte, wurde dies verneint. Mir wurde auch nicht anderweitig entgegengekommen. Fazit: Wenn man im Hauptriad unterkommt, ist es wahrscheinlich ganz gut, zumindest schienen die Zimmer sauberer und besser ausgestattet. Da dies leider bei mir nicht der Fall war, leider enttäuschend.

I didn’t get the room I thought I reserved and didn’t hear back from anyone telling me I didn’t get it. The room I was placed it was all the way at the top, the WiFi didn’t work and the windows were tiny with a few of the towels being hung to dry by the staff. Eventually I was able to move into a room on the first floor but the air conditioning didn’t work and the bathroom was way to tiny to move around in. The food was great and the staff was really friendly, helpful, and amazing. I just wish the room situation had been better.

Lo bueno: La ubicación es buena, cerca de la plaza, palacio de la Bahía y Zoco. La instalaciones del Riad no son cómodas. Karim es amable y cálida y bien predispuesta. Lo malo: La habitación de la planta baja sólo tiene ventanas al patio común por lo que no pueden abrirse pq queda expuesta la habitación y el baño no tiene puerta por lo que no tiene ninguna privacidad. El desayuno de todos los días es igual (pan, manteca, queso mermelada).

It is very difficult to find the riad at arrival, in fact it is just behind the Hamman Ziani. We had our room at ground floor, just behind the reception, a bit noisy at night. The room is rather nice however the shower is extremely small and the lavabo is extremely tiny. When i washed my face or brushed teeth, i just couldn’t help pouring all water everywhere. Except that, we are satisfied.

Encouraged by great reviews and nice photos, I booked 4 nights, but managed to stay only 1 night. The room was very dark (nothing like in the pictures), very damp and there was a strong smell of mould. The heater was broken so it was also very cold (January). On the second day the hot water boiler broke down and nobody was even coming to fix it that day. We had to check out and find a different place to stay. We were promissed a refund by the manager (I have it in writing) for the 3 nights we did not stay. A month has passed and I still got no refund. I recommend thinking twice before booking and making sure you don't get the room on the ground floor.

The Riad is an excellent location, in the medina very close to the Bahia Palace. We were able to walk to most of the attractions. The breakfast and overall food was very very good. Although we had a few issues upon checkin, the staff quickly resolved. We were happy with our overall stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. All rooms open into the central courtyard. Therefore, It be a bit noisy if other guests are a bit thoughtless especially with early and late arrivals and departures.

Excelente relación calidad-precio. Ubicado dentro de la Medina a 5 min callejeando de Bahia Palais y del Barrio Judío. Personal muy hospitalario y cercano, preocupado por tu estancia. Desayuno amplio y sabroso. Sin duda lo recomendaría!

Nos fueron a buscar y nos recibieron con un té de bienvenida. Además, nos dieron un mapa y nos proporcionaron información sobre la ciudad. Las dos habitaciones dobles eran amplias, limpias y cómodas. El riad está bien situado y no es muy complicado llegar a él dentro de lo que es la medina y sus callejones.

The location was a little bit unexpected, it was a maze getting to it and getting out on a daily basis. However, it is very close to the jamaa el fna (the square), less than a 10minute walk from the Riad. Our room was cleaned 1/7days we stayed, we don’t know if that due to us leaving our rooms late but nobody notified us regarding the cleaning issue. Breakfast was Moroccan, served with different types of bread which was rotated daily, sometimes served with fruit salad, yoghurt, eggs. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. We didn’t have wifi for the first 2/3 days due to an fire so we were unimpressed with that however, the owner Mohammed helped us out by providing us data for his mobile phone and also topping up our mobile so we had enough data until the Wi-fi came back.

Riad White Flowers is located In a safe area, nice and clean riad and the included breakfast was delicious. The hosts Ahmed, Mohamed and all the staff were wonderful! They were knowledgeable about helping you navigate through the Medina, Marrakech as a whole and planning any excursions you were interested in. They strive to resolve any and all guests requests and was available at all times for guest inquiries. The amenities are as listed and check-in was easy. I would definitely recommend this riad to others and would stay here again in the future. Great job and appreciate everyone at Riad White Flowers! Thank you.

My partner an I stayed here over the new year, the staff made our stay very enjoyable and felt at home straight away, Si Mo was helpful and able to advise us on the best places to go and visit around Marrakech. We were met on our arrival and taken through the maze of narrow streets by our Riad manager, this helped a lot as I don’t think it’s very easily found without knowing the area. Our room was very nice and we were given the choice of a few rooms as we were the first ones to arrive. Our host was very keen to offer us food and drink and we had a typical Moroccan dish in a small tagine from a local supplier. Very tasty. During our stay they arranged a few excursion for us too, a fantastic day out in the Atlas Mountains was a highlight of our holiday. Highly recommended place to stay. Thanks again for a fantastic stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. We were super comfortable and it was very clean. Our favorite part was our host Nouradeen. He went above and beyond to make our stay the best. We chose to have dinner at the riad and what a great choice it was Sara makes sure our dinner was always super delicious.

Goed en vriendelijk ontvangst. Mooi stijlvol Marokkaans ingericht. Familie bedrijf. 2 Riads Minpunten: douche stuk, water afvoer van douche en wasbak verstopt. Matrassen, sprei en hoofdkussens aan vervanging toe. Bedlampjes deden niet. Geen waterkoker stond wel in de beschrijving. Volgende dag bij het opstaan liepen binnen 3 minuten 5 kakkerlakken in onze kamer. Kwamen uit de kasten, onder de kastjes en liefs vandaan. Mijn Ray-Ban zonnebril is in Riad 34 ontvreemd. Bij het overhandigen van de bevestiging de zonnebril op tafel gelegd anders kan ik niet lezen. Mits komt een vrouw met thee aanzetten. Wij werden naar Riad Cala gebracht. Even later terug gegaan naar Riad 34 lag de zonnebril niet meer op tafel. De vrouw wist zeker dat ik de zonnebril niet op had :(( pffff.... erg vreemd. WIJ KOMEN HIER NOOIT MEER TERUG.

We had a great stay at Riad 34. It is very good value and we were surprised at how much we got for our money. The room we had was spaceous and had aircondition (some of the rooms do not have aircon but I think these are cheaper as well). The bathroom and sleeping area are not really separate - there is a wall but it does not go all the way to the ceiling and there is no door. This was no problem for us but I guess you have to be quite comfortable with the one you are traveling with. The Riad is small (5 rooms) and really cosy. The staff is very friendly and they were very helpful with excursions. Breakfast was served in the central courtyard and was the same every day - good coffee, pancakes, bread, jam and butter. The location is great. The Bahia Palace is very close by as well as many of the other attractions in the Medina. The central square, Jeema El Fna, is just a short walk (perhaps 10 mins) from the Riad. This is perfect as you can easily get there while being far enough away from the hazzle to enjoy some peace and quite when you return to the riad at night. Be aware that there is a "tax" at the end of your stay (around 30 Dirhams per night) which you will have to pay before leaving. I can very much recommend Riad 34 and I would love to stay there again.

I cannot recommend Riad 34 highly enough. As a woman traveling alone to Morocco, I was a little nervous, but Ahmed and the staff at Riad 34 were kind and gracious. They made me feel so welcome. My room was large and comfortable, the air conditioning worked (thank goodness--it was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit when I traveled), and the riad was located within walking distance from many famous sites. Do yourself a favor: after a long day of sightseeing, grab some pastries or a watermelon, bring it back to share with Ahmed, and spend an evening talking with him on the rooftop terrace. You'll have a lovely time.

Allgemein gutes und sauberes Hotel nur ca. 5 gehminuten zum jamaa Nefna und Zentrum entfernt, super Lage und sehr Zentral und doch ruhig. Frühstück typisch traditionell marrokkanisch und das Team ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit auf jedenfall weiter zu empfehlen.

Riad 34 is moeilijk te vinden. Bij aankomst bleek het overboekt te zijn en niet alleen voor ons, maar voor meerdere gasten. Er werd wel meteen een alternatief geboden. Riad Medhia. De beoordeling is gebaseerd op dit riad. Een prima riad. Kleinschalig met 3 slaapkamers. De gastheer en vrouw waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Nadeel was wel dat men geen Engels sprak. Alleen maar Frans. Op zich was de ligging prima, goede loopafstand van het plein en paleizen. En als je eenmaal wist hoe je moest lopen makkelijk te vinden. S'avonds wel luguber om te lopen en je moet geen last van je luchtwegen hebben i.v.m uitlaatgassen van brommers. Voordeel van Medhia t.o.v. 34 was dat de taxi bijna voor de deur kon stoppen. Het zou handig zijn als er een gedrukt kaartje zou zijn met gegevens en telefoon van dit riad. Je had nu niets.
