Personnel rien à dire tous professionel. Souriant et accueillant. Et à l écoute.
Cons: La chambre trop vieille odeur de cigarette et odeur de moquette qui est trop sale. Équipement ancien et matelas inconfortable. Balcon impropre et salle de bain avec le reste des autres hôtes. Vous devriez faire mieux car on vient de l étranger pour passer des bon moments et en trouve ça. Revenir chez vous ca donne pas envie.

Lors de notre séjour à l’hôtel Royal Tulip, nous avons passé un très agréable moment en famille. L’accueil était chaleureux et le personnel s’est montré très accueillant, professionnel et attentif. La chambre était très propre et confortable, et le petit-déjeuner était également à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour avec notre petite famille. C’est notre troisième séjour un accueil magnifique comme toujours et aussi je tiens vraiment à remercier Mr. Meknassi Yassir : Manager Royal Tulip City Center Tanger pour l’accueil chaleureux, Hôtel calme, familial, situé dans une zone calme et proche de tout. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et parfait ! Tout était frais, du jus aux spécialités marocaines faites sur place. Personnel serviable, souriant. Piscine grande et agréable. l’hygiène irréprochable, La femme de ménage exceptionnelle un grand merci à Madame Hanane 8e étage. Service parking et la localisation, super bien placé.

Cons: Nous venons chaque année d’Europe au Maroc, non pas dans l’attente d’équipements particulièrement luxueux ou de mobilier exceptionnel, mais avant tout pour retrouver ce qui fait, à nos yeux, la richesse de l’hospitalité marocaine : un accueil chaleureux, humain, souriant et bienveillant. Je ne fais presque jamais de commentaire négatif, même en cas d’histoire car tout peut arriver ! Malheureusement, nous avons été particulièrement déçus par l’accueil durant ce séjour, surtout au regard du standing d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. À l’exception de Taoufik à la réception, dont nous avons apprécié le professionnalisme et la gentillesse, ainsi que des femmes du housekeeping, nous avons trouvé une grande partie du personnel peu chaleureux et parfois même très froid. Plusieurs fois, nous n’avons pas été salués et certaines demandes nous ont été adressées de manière très directe, sans aucune formule de politesse. Par exemple, à la piscine, il nous a simplement été demandé « numéro de chambre ? », sans bonjour ni autre forme de courtoisie. Ce sont peut-être des détails, mais dans un établissement de cette catégorie, la qualité de l’accueil et le sens du service font partie intégrante de l’expérience client. Nous avons également rencontré une situation particulièrement désagréable au petit-déjeuner. Un serveur a insisté, de manière assez sèche, pour nous empêcher de nous installer à une table de quatre au motif que nous n’étions que deux. Nous avons finalement conservé cette table, mais son attitude à notre égard s’est ensuite montrée froide pendant les deux jours suivants. Plus généralement, nous avons ressenti très peu d’interactions chaleureuses avec le personnel pendant les petits-déjeuners : peu de sourires, peu de salutations et très peu d’attention portée aux clients. Je voyage régulièrement et, honnêtement, c’est l’une des premières fois que je ressens un tel manque de chaleur humaine dans un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Het hotel heeft een luxe uitstraling, ruime en comfortabele kamers en goede faciliteiten. De ligging is praktisch en centraal en enkele medewerkers waren bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook het restaurant en de algemene uitstraling van het hotel passen in beginsel bij een hotel van een hoger segment.
Cons: De kwaliteit was helaas erg wisselend voor een vijfsterrenhotel. De schoonmaak van de kamer was niet altijd zorgvuldig, ook na het melden van zichtbaar vuil. Communicatie met medewerkers verliep regelmatig moeizaam en klachten of verzoeken werden niet altijd adequaat opgevolgd. Ook de professionaliteit van het personeel verschilde sterk: sommige medewerkers waren uitstekend, terwijl andere medewerkers weinig servicegericht reageerden. Juist bij een vijfsterrenhotel verwacht je meer consistentie, aandacht voor hygiëne en een professionele afhandeling wanneer een gast ergens melding van maakt.

Cons: Le personnel sur place ne fait pas son travail correctement. la femme de ménage a ouvert la porte de notre chambre sans même frapper, alors que nous étions encore à l’intérieur et sur le point de prendre notre douche. Elle est entrée normalement en disant qu’elle venait faire la chambre. Pourtant, le départ est prévu à midi, et elle est passée dès 11 h. J’ai été très surpris par ce manque de respect de notre intimité et de professionnalisme En plus de tout cela ils m’ont laissé porter les bagages seul avec mes petits. Le personnel chargé de ce service me regardait tout en discutant entre eux sans même proposer leur aide. Franchement ce manque d’attention et de professionnalisme est inacceptable surtout au vu du prix payé pour la nuit c’est vraiment inadmissible. J’ai été très dégoûté par cette expérience

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un séjour exceptionnel ! Cet hôtel 5 étoiles en bord de mer est un véritable havre de paix. La chambre était spacieuse, élégante et très confortable. La piscine est superbe, parfaitement entretenue et idéale pour se détendre. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours attentif au moindre besoin. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux avec un large choix de produits de qualité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement à tous ceux qui recherchent le luxe, le calme et un service irréprochable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

La situation géographique est magnifique, vous êtes à 5 min de la plage, 2 min de la grande gare ferroviaire de Tanger, vous avez à proximité un grand centre commercial etc… Le personnel de l’hôtel est très accueillant et très serviable. La chambre est très confortable et très propre et le petit déjeuné est très variés et copieux. Point fort de l’hôtel son service qui est quasiment irréprochable.

The property overall is great, very well maintained and kept in clean and neat condition. The location is amazing, close proximity to the beach, restaurants and the mall.
Cons: Clean and comfortable rooms. We slept amazing on the beds and the pillows are top quality. Beautiful and rich breakfast. The staff were amazing. We were a bog group of 4 adults and 5 children (15,12,10,8,6). All had amazing time, lids loved the pool, the gym and the way the staff were accommodating for their breakfast shenanigans😂. Overall we loved everything about the hotel and our 8 nights here.

Cons: Appena siamo arrivati con il taxi che avevamo prenotato su Booking, un altro taxi convenzionato dalla struttura che stava dietro di noi ha intimato al portiere di non prendere i nostri bagagli e di farceli caricare da soli per entrare nell’hotel. I turisti dovrebbero essere accolti bene e trattati benissimo e non usati solo come fonte di guadagno personale, ma su questo i marocchini sono ancora lontani.

Les machines à café du petit déjeuner tombent facilement en panne : les 3 de disponibles sont anciennes et ne peuvent satisfaire correctement l'ensemble des clients. Il faut des machines supplémentaires qui soient entretenues correctement. 2 . Le système de TV est ancien et dépassé. Il faudrait des smart-TV avec accès par internet à des plates-formes comme par exemple à YouTube, à des chaînes par câble, etc... 3. Une machine à café Nespresso, serait souhaitable pour que cela soit digne d'un 5*.

Nice spacious room with balcony overlooking a part of the city. The room was pretty clean. The bathroom was also large with bath, toilet, sink and bidet. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choice for different tastes. Omelettes and other egg dishes were made to order.
Cons: TVs are small and very limited working channels. The one English speaking channel seemed to have a bad connection. The TV in my friend's room didn't turn off at first. After reporting this to the reception, the TV turned off but then didn't stay on for more than a minute! The shower was powerful, but had no thermostat control, so the temperature fluctuated from hot to cold in seconds. Sometimes, the housekeeping forgot things (no towels, water not replaced, no shower gel), but these were quickly remedied after a call to reception.

The room was very nice, clean and beautiful view.
Cons: Me and my children kept getting locked out between the spa and the hotel. I was told the person who operates the door was off on holiday. At one point I had to wait 20 mins standing in my towel just for a staff member to pass by and unlock the door for me. Then, I paid extra to use the indoor pool for the jacuzzi jets as I have severe body pain. Once we got in, I was told the jets are broken and only work in the men’s spa pool. I only paid for that so I was just sat in warm water. Another time, my kids used the pool and were locked out again because of the absent staff member. They called me in a panic so I tried to call reception THREE times and no one picked up the phone. They had to leave out of an emergency exit door and walk all the around the hotel to get to the from entrance in their swimming costumes. Really terrible experience.

Cons: nous avons séjourné au mois de Mai, et nous avons été surpris que les restaurants principaux de l'établissement étaient fermés midi et soir, donc obligé de déjeuner et diner à l extérieur, Heureusement que cet établissement avait un room service . Le seul resto ouvert était un gastronomique. pour un 5 étoiles , on a été également déçu par le manque d'animation ,et, de rencontre du à un très petit nombres de clients à cette époque dans cet hotel. a revoir les accès aux chaines de tv internationales

Cons: Mijn verblijf in het Royal Tulip Hotel in Tanger was helaas een grote teleurstelling. Dit hotel adverteert met 5 sterren, maar de service is dat absoluut niet waard. Grootste minpunt: Georganiseerde chaos en geldklopperij bij de wellness De hele ellende begon bij de receptie. Toen ik vroeg naar het zwembad, weigerde de receptionist de boeking te regelen. Hij schoof de verantwoordelijkheid af en stuurde me naar beneden: "Regel het daar zelf maar met het personeel". Beneden in de wellness (hamam/zwembad) maakten we een duidelijke afspraak: we betaalden een fors bedrag (veel geld voor Marokkaanse begrippen) om het zwembad vanaf 20:00 uur privé te huren. Eenmaal daar bleek het een doorgangshuis. Er kwamen constant andere mensen binnenlopen. Het personeel lapt afspraken aan hun laars zodra ze het geld binnen hebben. Pas na een flinke discussie hebben we ons geld teruggekregen. Tweede minpunt: Het ontbijt Het ontbijt was zwaar ondermaats voor een vijfsterrenhotel. Het haalde amper het niveau van een matige 4-sterrenaccommodatie. Heel matig voor een land met zo'n rijke keuken. Pluspunten Als we naar het totaalplaatje kijken, scoort het hotel een 3,5 met een krappe 4. De locatie is prima en de rest van het hotel was redelijk oké. Conclusie: De locatie is goed, maar de interne organisatie is een drama. De receptie wast haar handen in onschuld en het wellness-personeel probeert klanten op een gluiperige manier geld uit de zakken te kloppen. Geen aanrader!

Cons: Mein Balkon war voller Spinnennetze und Staub. Das Personal an der Rezeption war das einzige professionelle und überaus freundliche. Das Frühstück lässt einiges zu wünschen übrig. Cons: Le petit déjeuner n'était pas suffisamment ettofé, il ne présentait pas de charcuterie par exemple, ni de fromage à pâte dure, camembert, gruyère, etc. Sinon, ma fille qui souffre d'une maladie métabolique rare n'a pas le droit de rester trop longtemps exposée au soleil. Le jour où elle a nagé dans votre piscine, il y avait un ou deux baigneurs seulement, et pourtant vous n'aviez que peu de parasols mis à la disposition de votre clientèle. Notre fille a pu néanmoins placer son transat à l'ombre sous un arbre... un petit détail vous semble-t-il, mais pour nous, important...

Fantastische locatie. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor je auto. Kamers waren netjes en groot genoeg. Bedden lagen heerlijk. Iedere dag schoonmaak en prima ontbijt.
Cons: de badkamer. Douchen in bad gaat prima, maar liever niet en de afwerking kan echt beter. En de mini fridge werkte nauwelijks. Was nu niet heel warm, maar in de zomer is het wel fijn als het werkt. Nadeel van de goede locatie is wel de drukte van het verkeer, ook s nachts hoor je het verkeer als je raam open is.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das lag vor allem an Ahmet dem Concierge. Er war extrem zuvorkommend und umsichtig. Hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und gute Tipps. In unseren Augen das Herz des Hotel und ein Mann der seinen Job hervorragend macht und lebt!!! Das restliche Personal war auch sehr zuvorkommend und dem Taxifahrer Hamed ,der vom Ahmet organisiert wurde gilt ebenfalls unser Dank! Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel!

D’ailleurs les petites attentions portées à notre égard par le chef Saïd nous a beaucoup charmé. La présence attentionnée du personnel rend l’expérience à tout moment très appréciable . J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel Merci à l’équipe du Front Office, notamment Fatin pour le check-in, Aya pour le check-out et ses renseignements, ainsi que Hamza pour son professionnalisme. Merci aussi à toute l’équipe des bagagistes Un grand merci à Yasser, Front Office Manager, pour la qualité de son équipe. Le petit-déjeuner était parfait, et merci à Mr Aziz (outlet manager ) et son équipe pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Chambre propre, spacieuse et confortable un emplacement idéal près de la plage et de la gare Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

The hotel itself is comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall experience was both relaxing and enjoyable. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir der große und vollständig ausgestattete Fitnessbereich. Es gab viele verschiedene Geräte, sodass für jedes Training etwas dabei war. Außerdem war die Aussicht auf das Meer einfach wunderschön und hat den Aufenthalt noch einmal besonders gemacht.
Cons: Weniger gut war, dass der Roomservice nur schwer erreichbar war. Mein Sohn wollte etwas bestellen, aber trotz mehrerer Versuche über die angegebene Telefonnummer konnten wir niemanden erreichen und haben es schließlich aufgegeben. Außerdem war die WLAN-Verbindung im Hotel nicht überall stabil und teilweise zu schwach.
