We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad. The atmosphere is calm and authentic, and the design is elegant in every detail. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and the whole riad felt like a peaceful oasis in the medina. A special thank you to Yassine, the manager, and the two Ayoubs for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They were always ready to help and made our stay even more enjoyable. We also highly recommend the spa, the treatments were relaxing, professional, and a perfect addition to the whole experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a true and welcoming Marrakech experience.

The property is beautiful! It is so authentically Moroccan! Great attention to detail. The staff was very warm and inviting and the hospitality was amazing. The breakfast every morning was delicious as was the tea! Good location and they even will pick you up at the airport and take you back. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours souriant et attentif. Le manager est extrêmement serviable, gentil et très attentionné, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. L’emplacement du riad est magnifique, calme et idéal pour découvrir la ville. J’ai également profité du spa : une expérience incroyable entre hammam traditionnel et massage, un pur moment de détente et de bien-être. Je recommande ce riad à 100 %. Tout était impeccable du début à la fin. Une adresse à ne surtout pas manquer !

Everything! The location, the beautiful decoration, the size of the spaces, the planting, the breakfast and most of all the warm and friendly staff and owners. I have stayed in Marrakech many times. Some Riads either too far from centre or too close, and the size of the Riad too big or too small. This Riad was a perfect balance of everything and the staff were a real highlight balancing good service with hands off and privacy. A great experience and we will return!
Cons: No complaints at all! If I was being super critical I might consider how to use the roof space in a way to see more of the sunset as the view toward sunset is beautiful but this is about fine tuning, rather than a big problem.

First time n Marrakech, warmly welcomed by Ayoub. The riad is tranquil compared to the madness of the medina outside. Breakfast is served on the roof and it's idyllic up there (until guests arrive with noisy children!) We stayed in the Kandahar Suite and it was unique. Service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the very friendly staff. The small plunge pool is very refreshing. There are some sunbeds located on the roof for the sun worshippers. Our suite had a lovely terrace directly outside, overlooking the pool. A gorgeous spot to enjoy a drink. One morning we came out to go up for breakfast and there were surprised to see a couple sitting having their breakfast on our terrace. Very random! The terrace should belong to the room I feel.
Cons: Kandahar suite is on the ground floor and we found it noisy as all guests had to pass our room to get to the stairs to their rooms. We could hear a lot of noise from the room above us too so we didn't get a lot of rest. The room is quite dark and the bathroom is separated by just a wardrobe, not a wall. Fortunately the toilet is separate, but the door doesn't quite fit the frame! We had an incident with the shower, it could have been really nasty and although it was dealt with swiftly, I didn't feel the management took it seriously enough. The corners could use a good scrub, The roof area should be the jewel in the Bindoo crown, but during our stay there seemed to be maintenance. The decking was dismantled and the sunbeds were quite dirty which was disappointing. Soundproofing is non existent here and there were a lot of children there during our stay. This didn't match the ambiance the riad seemed to be aiming for and I think Riad Bindoo should be an adults only accommodation.

Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden de Asram kamer, deze was zeer mooi. Bed was beetje hard maar ging nog net.
Cons: Voor een Diner kun je beter buiten de deur gaan, daar is volop keuze. Ontbijt is eenzijdig, maar je kunt vragen naar ei gerecht of je koopt zelf ergens was\t kaas. Na 3 dagen was het erg eentonig.

Сам отель был хороший , очень приятный хозяин, при заселении в номере не оказалось сейфа, ценные вещи приходилось оставлять в багаже и личных сумках. При выезде в аэропорте мы обнаружили что у нас из номера украли 3000 Американских долларов , причем подменив их на деньги республики Узбекистан , хотя заявляли что в номере все безопасно и можно оставлять вещи . Вот такой у нас негативный опыт проживания.

Gostámos muito do Riad, dos seus funcionários, da localização e do conforto e beleza geral. O Ayoub, o Yassine e o proprietário Jean foram incansáveis. Valeu muito a pena pela confiança e pelos dias fantásticos que nos proporcionou. Apesar de ser maravilhoso começar o dia com o pequeno almoço no rooftop, gostaria que tivesse sido em versão buffet, para que cada pessoa se servisse individualmente, sem ter de esperar pelo serviço ou sentir que está a ser chato por pedir o leite frio, ou a água quente.
Cons: A única coisa de que não gostámos foi mesmo a pressão da água no duche do quarto, que nos impediu de tomar banho algumas vezes. Umas vezes funcionava, outras não. No entanto, falámos logo com a gerência que ao fim de uns dias decidiu mudar-nos para um quarto onde isto não se voltou a repetir. Entretanto fomos informados de que estavam a tentar perceber do que se tratava e esperamos que tenham conseguido resolver o problema da melhor forma.

Lo staff è il fiore all'occhiello di questo Riad, sempre attento e disponibile, la cortesia e la gentilezza sono le parole d'ordine che permettono di trovare una soluzione ad ogni tematica sollevata. La struttura è davvero bellissima, un autentico Riad, tenuto davvero molto bene e in una posizione favolosa che consente di girare a piedi tutta la Medina. Abbiamo anche provato la Spa davvero fantastica. Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff del Riad e della Spa. Se torneremo a Marrakech di sicuro torneremo da voi!

Highly recommend this Riad. The staff were lovely. Really helpful. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely and the rooms were authentic. The spa next door was stunning and we enjoyed a traditional hamam.
Cons: Slightly noisy in the evening as the rooms aren’t double glazed but we had no trouble in sleeping after long tiring days exploring.

Wow! Riad Bindoo is the perfect location to base yourself in exploring Marrakesh. From the warm welcome by wonderful staff, to daily breakfasts on the stunning upstairs terrace, the bespoke decorations in each room, the pool, the tiles, the friendly kitten at the front door as you started each day - it was perfect. We were steps away from all the action and this was our oasis to return to each night, pomegranate juice in hand. This is authentic, a little quirky and downright fabulous. A big YES from us

I cannot explain how relaxed and welcomed we felt at riad bindoo! The staff is kind, professional and friendly, sharing Marrakech tips and stories with us over a mint tea. The rooms are stunning, and the rooftop/pool are a perfect way to escape the chaos of the Medina. The breakfast on the rooftop was the perfect start of the day, and all that food kept us full till almost dinner time 😅 The room was clean and silent. Every detail is taken care of, from the lights in the pool at night to the sounds of birds. The free hammam included a little extra touch, perfect at the end of the day after a whole day of walking. Can't wait to go back!

Tout était vraiment parfait, la chambre de 3 au rez de jardin bénéficie d’un accès direct sur l’extérieur et la piscine avec des bancs et tables, nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Très bien situé dans la médina, avec un accès rapide aux moyens de transports (voiture et taxi disponible à 1 min à pieds) Une mention spéciale pour Yassine pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils pour visiter Marrakech, il s’est assuré que notre séjour se passait pour le mieux. Petit dej très bon et complet Je recommande vraiment ce Riad qui a été un vrai plus lors de notre séjour.

Super établissement, Nous avions une chambre/suites nous étions 4 l’espace était parfait nous avons passé un super séjour. Nous avons mangez un soir au Riad sur le rooftop le repas était parfait je vous recommande le tajine poulet aux olives. Il est également possible de réserver des taxis directement auprès du personnel ce qui est très pratique lorsque vous voulez sortir hors de la médina ou prendre un transfert pour aller directement à l’aéroport !

O Riad é muito agradável e acolhedor, com uma decoração local com muito bom gosto. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e estiveram sempre disponíveis para auxiliar em tudo o que fosse necessário. Os quartos são climatizados e com boas camas, o que permite um ótimo descanso, O SPA é ótimo, o que permite relaxar um pouco ao final do dia. O Riad está localizado no meio da Medina, com acesso rápido à zona dos Souks.
Cons: A piscina que se vê nas fotos é muito bonita, mas é essencialmente decorativa do espaço, não sendo boa para banhos porque a água está diariamente com as sujeiras das plantas e do ar. Infelizmente, a rua que dá acesso ao Riad é bastante suja e os transferes não chegam à porta, embora cheguem perto. O pequeno almoço é parco ( na medida em que a comida vem doseada ) e com pouca variedade.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. My only suggestion would be that breakfast although lovely was always very sweet, so it would have been nice to have had something savoury. In all fairness, we didn't ask for anything different as the sweet treats were too tempting and yummy!

This is a very stylish Riad right in the center of town. Staff are very accommodating, polite and friendly and so is the owner. There were no cats inside - this was good for us as we have cat allergies. There was calm ambience about the property and just a good energy. It’s right in the middle of a lot of action, in the souk - however - once inside, you don’t hear or sense the intensity which exists in the souk outside. Cons: We were able to eat breakfast on the roof or outside our room on the veranda. Where possible the private space that leads onto the room should be reserved for your use if you have one, otherwise it might be used by others which could disturb if you were laying in. This didn’t happen to us.

Assim que cheguei fiquei esperando na área da piscina, e conseguia ver barata boiando dentro da piscina, completamente suja e mal cuidada. La posizione è ottima e tranquilla , appena fuori dal caos della Medina e dei suk ma comunque vicino alle attrazioni principali raggiungibili con una passeggiata a piedi nel raggio di 1,5 Km. Buone le colazioni, abbiamo cenato in Riad una sera (provato una tajine di manzo con prugne e mandorle e una tajine di pollo ) era buona anche la cena. Un pomeriggio che stavamo ultra stanche , abbiamo provato anche la Spa con un Hammam Gommage e massaggio e ci ha rimesso al mondo. La nostra stanza era la Suite Kandahar al piano terra che affaccia direttamente sul chiostro interno e davanti alla piscina; spaziosa ed accogliente, volendo proprio trovare qlc l'unica cosa forse un po' scarsa llluminazione nella stanza , ma qui è tutto un ambiente con luci soffuse e relax, e quindi ci sta. C'era un carinissimo patio/balconcino appena fuori la nostra stanza dove fare colazione la mattina e potersi rilassare in altri momenti .Tutto Molto bello . Consigliatissimo !

We did not enjoy this hotel. There is no phone in the room to call the front desk, the bathroom appears old and fittings are worn. The wifi quality in the room is abysmal but the final straw was the barely-functioning air conditioning. After sweating it out for one night, we checked out and went to another hotel.

We stayed for the 2nd time in Riad Bindoo. We had a lovely room on the ground floor with a private terrace. It is like staying in a small work of art, the room is full of colour, surprisingly decorated. The location is absolutely ideal, on the edge of the medina near nice shops and eateries but quiet enough to recover from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is very friendly and everything is maintained with care. We would love to come back again.

L'emplacement est très pratique si vous souhaitez visiter la médina, nous avons tout visité à pieds car le riad est au coeur de la médina. L'endroit est magnifiquement décoré et la terrasse sur le rooftop est exceptionnelle pour un moment privilégié au soleil sur un transat ou en fin de journée pour un coucher de soleil. Le personnel est très accueillant et ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Notre chambre n'était pas très grande mais suffisante pour passer 3 nuits dans la médina, sachant que nous étions en vadrouille toute la journée. Les plats proposés sont faits maison et très bons.

We liked that inside the riad it was quiet and peaceful. Staff were polite and courteous and we were made to feel welcome. The room was quiet and comfortable. And the roof terrace was good.
Cons: Foliage in several places had grown excessively across walkways and stairs. It needed cutting back and was untidy. The whole place needed a gardener! It would have been nice to have been provided with some bottled water in the room. If you wanted to eat an evening meal at the riad you had to order the day before - but nowhere on the menus did it mention this or were we told (until it was too late). The riad does itself a disservice by not putting any information about the spa in the rooms. Sometimes you don't want to ask about everything, to have a leaflet would have been good. We might have used it.

Great location on the edge of Medina. Easy walk to the main square and other attractions. Beautiful interior. Lovely big room with quirky bath and shower. Views over the interior pool. Breakfast was served on the roof top terrace which was a comfortable setting and views across the old town. The staff were excellent! So kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They booked restaurants and trips for us but we're not pushy. They walked us out of the Riad and directed us to were we were heading. They looked after our welfare at all times. Special shout out for Ayman who waited on us every day and evening and worked so hard to ensure all his guests were happy. He made us tea late at night and ensured we had a bottle of wine for our home coming in the evening! The spa was fabulous and we enjoyed a luxury massage at a reasonable price. We would thoroughly recommend this beautiful Riad to the discerning traveler. We will return!

What a fabulous stay! The moment we stepped into Riad Bindoo we were greeted by the.charming owner Jean. Yassin welcomed us with mint tea and talked us through the map of all the local landmarks. Our room was lovely, sumptuous and clean. Service from Ayman and Mohamed was 1st class and breakfast was delicious. They really went the extra mile and this intimate Riad really cares for their guests. Nothing was too much trouble. They even laid out breakfast early for us when we were leaving. Das Riad ist unglaublich geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Jedes Zimmer hat sein ganz eigenes Design aus 1001 Nacht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hat immer ein Lachen auf dem Gesicht und erfüllt den Reisenden jeden Wunsch. Für Gehbehinderte: die Treppen im Haus sind etwas steil, was in einem Riad jedoch normal ist. Den Frühstücksplatz kann man sich selbst aussuchen, ob auf der schönen Dachterasse, vor dem Zimmer in einer gemütlichen Sitzecke (gibt es dort sehr viele) - jedes Plätzchen ist wunderschön. Das Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll angerichtet und SÜSS, wir haben uns gerne ein herzhaftes Omlett dazu bestellt, was kein Problem war. Die ruhige Lage des Riads ist genial. Man wohnt inmitten von Einheimischen, die alle unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit sind. Auf dem angrenzenden Obst, Gemüse, Fleischmarkt, kaufen Einheimische ein, was einem einen Eindruck vom typisch Marokanischen Leben verschafft. Natürlich sind auch hier die einen oder anderen Touri-Shops und Lebensmittel zu finden. Die Souks - marokkanischen Märkte - erreicht man in 2 Gehminuten, quasi um die Ecke. Das sehr schön eingerichtete und phänomenal gefließte Hamam-, Massage und Relaxing Paradies ist gleich im Nebengebäude. Wir waren begeistert !!!

On February 28th, my father, brother, and I visited the spa for a Hammam bath and massage. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. First, during my Hammam bath, the staff member assisting me was kind but did not speak the same language as me. While escorting my father to his room, she unexpectedly opened the door to my Hammam room—fully exposing me to my father. This was an unacceptable breach of privacy, and she should have been more discreet. Second, the massage was entirely unprofessional. The masseuse was on her phone throughout the session, claiming she was managing the music. However, she repeatedly used her phone with one hand while massaging me with the other for about 10 minutes. She even placed her phone on my massage bed, where it vibrated constantly with incoming messages. Given that this is a professional spa with a receptionist, there was absolutely no reason for her to be handling the music herself. I requested a refund, and while the receptionist was polite and apologetic, the situation worsened when a man came in to "investigate" my complaint. Instead of acknowledging my experience, he insisted on checking the cameras because he had never received complaints about these employees before—essentially questioning my honesty. This was both frustrating and insulting. The owner eventually arrived, apologized sincerely, and offered both a refund and complimentary massages to make up for the experience. However, as of today, March 7th, I have yet to receive the refund that was promised. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. Privacy and professionalism should be non-negotiable in a spa setting, and Riad Bindoo & Spa failed on both fronts. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

Great people running the riad. Clean room. Quite comfy. Wifi was ok. Very nice rooftop terrace with lots of comfy seating, nice view. Good breakfast. The riad has nice, relaxing vibe. Great location for exploring Marrakech. We had a really nice stay.
Cons: The room in which we stayed was on a ground floor, which means we could hear people coming in/out of the riad or seating in the patio/lobby sometimes late into the night which was a bit annoying. Smoking cigarettes by some guests in the patio was an issue and should be banned completely. Breakfast was good, however some eggs or veggies whould be nice addition. This is a really nice place to stay so no major issues.

We stayed here a couple of nights, staff was very friendly. The views and terrace are exceptional. The room was spacious. We used as well hamam. The location is very good because you can reach Raid by car, which is very good at night for female travelers.

Cons: It wasn’t a good value for money - in other riads in Morroco we paid lot less and got even better experience, especially regarding wifi connection and helpfulness of the staff. On the day of oir depature we arranged with two people for an earlier breakfast, but then in the morning everybody were sleeping and no one knew about the arrangements. For the price, at least one visit of spa should be for free for the guest. Prices of hammam and messages were in the european range.

The place was lovely but the staff not well organised. We told them about our arrivals day and time weeks before, booked our spa service and tole them about our early departure and breakfast plan.
Cons: When we arrived they didn't remember of our spa booking, the spa service felt not really organised and not worth the £££ and for the early breakfast they told us they did not have no one working 7 am to cook us one, so they gave us 2 banana 2 mandarin and a piece of cake. This felt bit a contrary to the nice design and atmosphere the hotel had. we booked airport transfer with them and was overpriced

Cons: - My husband had a wonderful massage, so he booked one for me as well but with another person. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing—the masseuse didn’t seem professionally trained, and instead of being relaxing, it was stressful. The noise from the street and the loud Azan made it even harder to relax. Soundproofing the massage room could make a big difference. I also tried the hammam service, but the staff member appeared exhausted and uninterested, which made me feel uncomfortable throughout the experience. A more attentive and engaged approach would improve the service significantly.

Very nice, Riad 👌. The location is perfect and very attentive staff, nothing is trouble if you ask them. We had a meal at the terrace and the food was lovely. We also had massages at the spa, followed by a nice mint tea and a perfect jacuzzi pool. We recommend Riad Bindoo &Spa to travellers looking for a peaceful & authentic Moroccan experience. Wunderschönes Riad in perfekter Lage. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist toll, jeden Tag werden andere Leckerein gebacken und mit frischem O-Saft und Kaffee serviert. Die Zimmer und auch der Innnenhof sind sehr ruhig, sodass man vom Trubel außerhalb nichts mitbekommt. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Außerdem kann man im Riad Wein kaufen ab 6 Euro das Glas - perfekt für einen Sundowner
Cons: Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet, jedoch wäre eine Flasche Wasser oder ein Wasserkocher für Kaffee und Tee gabz nett. Wer im Januar/Februar anreist sollte sich gewusst sein, dass es in den Zimmer trotz Heizung kaum mehr als 16 Grad warm wird, auch für das Frühstück auf der Terrasse sollte man sich lieber eine dicke Jacke anziehen. Das Menü, welches das Hotel anbietet, war lecker, aber preislich überteuert und von der Menge etwas zu wenig. Direkt um die Ecke kann man für ein Drittel des Preises mindestens genauso gut essen

Upon entry I wanted to love this Riad as I had high expectations but a lot of these unfortunately weren’t met. Pros: Clean bedroom, comfy bed, dark room which we liked. Great location, everywhere walking distance. Comfortable rooftop if a little dusty. Welcome tea and cookies on arrival. Luggage storage useful. Majority of staff helpful and friendly. Ok brace yourself for the cons: 1. Wifi basically non existent. Make sure your phone has data. 2. Good breakfast selection however slightly confusing how it works. You are told served between 8-10am but we had to find a member of staff each day to tell them when we wanted the breakfast, it would be more ideal if this could be arranged beforehand because when you have an activity booked and breakfast is taking 45 minutes to come it is a bit of a rush. 3. We asked staff to order us a taxi. Said taxi was his friend who overcharged us massively, but it was our first day so we didn’t realise the prices at the time. 4. It was my birthday and my partner bought me a huge cake (from outside the Riad), it cost around 1500dh. We had two slices ourself and decided to offer some cake to the housekeeping staff. When we came back that evening the entire cake had been ate. I don’t think there was malice in this and it was a misunderstanding but I was highly upset as it felt really inconsiderate, especially when there were no apologies for eating it all, and not one thank you either. We essentially paid £120 for two slices. And to add insult to injury they left their dirty plates on the table outside our room! 5. The swimming pool was being retiled during our stay, although we wouldn’t of swam in it, the beauty of the Riad was a major factor in booking this and it would’ve been good to know this beforehand.

Cons: There was a scam with airport transfer overcharging us. The trip by taxi would be less then 10€ but they asked 20€ and even picked more people on the way! The breakfast was so so poor. Room was small and claustrophobic with an open shower in front of the bed. There wa no water for breakfast available, no minibar, no complimentary refreshments upon arrival and no toilet brush? Also no soap. Overall the property looks nice on the pics but the reality is disappointing. Older member of stuff having inappropriate comment that me and my best friend are lovers was just a cherry on top.

Cons: De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas zijn de kamers erg koud en super gehorig. Het ontbijt was een beetje karig, maar oke.Er wordt geadverteerd met twee zwembaden.... maar dat waren 2 buitenbaden, voor nu erg koud. En het binnenzwembad was alleen voor betalende hammam/spa bezoekers. Of dit nu 4 sterren waard is? The staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms are very cold and super noisy. The breakfast was a bit meager, but okay. It is advertised with two swimming pools.... but those were 2 outdoor pools, for now very cold. And the indoor pool was only for paying hammam/spa visitors. Whether this is worth 4 stars?

The riad was gorgeous in a brilliant location - not to manic compared to other areas but walkable to all the sites with plenty of interest nearby. The riad was easy to find and staff were really friendly and very accomodating. The spa was also beautiful and had a lovely experience with a brilliant massage.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit heavy with limited selection but this wasn’t much of a concern as we wanted to be out and about early to explore and tick some more cafes off the list.

Appena arrivati ci è stato subito offerto un the locale (molto consigliato tra l'altro) e in poco siamo stati portati alle nostre camere. Personalmente io ho potuto provare la camera "tenda" sul tetto, comodissima e accogliente. La colazione la mattina era buonissima, e lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile anche quando gli abbiamo chiesto informazioni più specifiche su ristoranti o attività da fare in città
Cons: - ATTENZIONE: una volta usciti dal taxi che vi porta al Riad, verrete accolti da persone che prendono i vostri bagagli e li portano a destinazione, anche dicendo di essere dello staff. NON dategli le vostre valigie, perchè chiedono una mancia stratosferica alla fine (a me hanno chiesto 200 Dirham, circa 20€). Non è responsabilità o colpa del Riad e quindi non è propriamente un qualcosa che non andava bene nel posto in se, ma mi sembrava giusto avvertire possibili futuri viaggiatori - La colazione la mattina è molto buona, ma proprio perchè è così curata non sono rapidissimi a prepararla. Se siete di fretta la mattina forse non è l'opzione migliore -La camera sul tetto non ha ascensori (o almeno noi non ne abbiamo trovati), se siete persone con problemi di deambulazione non prenderei la camera sul tetto, altrimenti sono poche rampe di scale facilmente percorribili

Il riad è situato in zona centrale, ma comunque silenziosa e tranquilla rispetto al caos della medina, ed è tutto raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. La struttura è molto curata e pulita, come pure la nostra camera, che abbiamo trovato ampia e molto accogliente. Buona e abbondante la colazione, anche se poco varia. Una sera abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare la cucina del riad, servita con molta cura accanto alla piscina, ed i piatti erano davvero squisiti! Last but not least: lo staff è sempre sorridente e disponibile a soddisfare eventuali richieste.

I loved the beautiful blue color and the pool which was so refreshing after a hot afternoon sight seeing. It was a nice location, just inside the Medina walls but not in a crazily busy place.

Lo staff è stato molto accogliente e disponibile. Ci hanno aiutato anche a prenotare un ristorante telefonicamente. Ci hanno portato la colazione nella terrazza (stupenda) e la nostra camera era fotonica. La posizione ottima. a 10 minuti dalla piazza principale, a piedi.
Cons: La "spa" è solo una piscinetta. Non c'è sauna, bagno turco ecc. Consiglio di fare il pacchetto massaggio e piscina. Perchè altrimenti solo la piscina (congelata) costa 15€, e non ne vale la pena.

Cons: The Wi-Fi in my room wouldn’t connect. I spoke to hotel staff several times, every time they told me it was ‘working’ (without investigating or trying to help me resolve the issue). I had to use the ‘patio Wi-Fi’ outside my room when I wanted to connect to the internet. Although my room was clean, it was very dusty. And although they replaced the towels daily in the bathroom, they didn’t actually clean the bathroom.

It was very traditional looking, different places to sit and relax so not restricted to your room. Nice breakfast served either on the roof terrace or on your patio.
Cons: Lots of stairs! The stairs to our bed on a little mezzanine were almost like a ladder, so you had to be careful if you needed the loo in the night!

It was the second time at Riad Bindoo for us and we just love it. It's an oasis in the middle of the old medina, lots of beautiful Morrocan interieur, lots of plants. We especially like the pool and the rooftop. The staff is very welcoming and the cleaning ladies always have a smile on their face. Breakfast is nourishing with fresh fruit and orange juice. Transfer worked out well for us and was really appreciated.
Cons: The room we booked this year was called "Kandahar" and is situated on the ground floor. Would not book again as it is quite dark with no daylight. Room also smelled slightly mouldy. Our room came with a little patio and for some reason, new arriving guests were always sat right outside our room, on our patio. Did not complain at the reception as we only stayed for 4 days. In the past Riad Bindo used to play guitar music in the courtyard and have nice scents and smells throughout the Riad. Kind of missed these this time but overall had a very good time again.

Il soggiorno nel Riad Bindoo è stato l'elemento che ha reso ancor più speciale la nostra permanenza a Marrakech; la posizione è strepitosa; immerso nella Medina ma facilmente raggiungibile in taxi (l'auto riesce ad arrivare a 100mt dall'ingresso, cosa che nella Medina non è per nulla scontata).. Staff gentile e rassicurante, ristorante ottimo, struttura da favola con piscina nel patio e una musica leggera in sottofondo che ti fa in un attimo dimenticare della frenesia e il caos tipici dei Souk circostanti. Morgenmaden var virkelig lækker og frisklavet. Skøn tagterrasse. Personalet var meget meget hjælpsomme og søde. Der var meget roligt og smukt. Og personale hjalp ift. køb af simkort, hjælp til afhentning af lejet bil mm. Vi kom også retur 10 dage senere for at hente en jakke vi havde glemt i et skab. Så stor anbefaling til stedet.

Sem dúvida alguma os funcionários e o atendimento. Em especial o Ayoub que foi incansável com a nossa família e foi muito atencioso e sempre preocupado para que tudo corresse bem. Obrigada! Também gostamos muito do pequeno almoço e a piscina era bastante agradável. A suite era boa.

Cons: Personne de l’accueil pas très rigoureuse, Ne propose même pas de nous aider quand il nous a accompagner à l’étage pour nous montrer la suite sachant qu’on avait une poussette et plusieurs bagage. J’ai du tous monter tous seul par l’escalier pendant qu’ils nous attendaient dans la suite. À notre arrivée, le 2e lit n’était pas fait, aucun draps aucun oreiller avec taie, et encore moins un draps pour se couvrir la nuit, après le lui à voir remontée le problème, il s’est juste contenter de mettre un draps sur le lit et mettre 1 seule taie sur un oreiller. J’ai donc dormi sans un draps pour me couvrir… de plus on a passer la nuit la plus infernale, 30 dégrée dans la suite, malgré l’utilisation de leur climatisation à fond, il s’avère qu’elle ne brassait que de l’air malgré le positionnement sur le symbole Clim. Avec 2 enfants en bas âge c’était donc pas terrible de dormir dans 30 dégrée… on est vraiment pas content de ce séjour, j’ai même le sentiment que le nouveau personnel n’en a rien faire de savoir si on avais besoin de quelque chose. Pour info on était un couple avec 2 enfants, on nous a donner une serviette pour 2… c’était pas professionnel du tout, je ne le recommande pas aux familles

The room was so beautifully styled in such rich and bright colours, and the bed was fairly comfortable. The breakfast was very good but a continental style so you might need to have an early lunch if you’re the hungry/requiring protein type. Delicious breads and the mint tea is amazing!! The staff were very friendly and accomodating, and told us of the best places for food and attractions. The lovely chef whipped me up an allergy friendly lunch the day I came in which was delicious.
Cons: The pool is quite small and in the main inner courtyard area so I didn’t feel quite comfortable to go for a dip. All the pools at the riads (unless you go to the larger hotel chains outside of the old quarter) are pools for dipping. The old quarter is charming as so it’s worthwhile staying here in my opinion.

Amazing stay. Would highly recommend - great location, nice and quiet but close enough to the main square and a lovely neighbourhood. Staff were amazing, allowed us to have a free super late checkout which was greatly appreciated and also printed out our boarding passes. Breakfast on the rooftop was a daily delight. The decor was stunning throughout, could have easily stayed for longer. The riad was a highlight of our short trip to Marrakech. The spa next door was an added bonus. Wonderful place to stay

Il riad è molto bello, ha una bella struttura e dei bei spazi soprattutto il terrazzo. Posizione non vicinissima alla piazza principale ma molto comoda per visitare le altre parti della Medina e i Souk artigianali, la piazza e Comunque comodamente raggiungibile a piedi in 15/20 min
Cons: La struttura è bella ma sembra un po’ trascurata nel senso che potrebbe essere più valorizzata e più pulita. Avrei apprezzato una pulizia migliore dei bagni e del pavimento, nel complesso comunque non male. La piscina della spa è accessibile solo a chi paga per i trattamenti (massaggi ecc)

Riad Bindoo&Spa ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, eine Oase im lauten und geschäftigen Marrakesch. Wir hatten das Zelt auf der Dachterrasse. Es war sehr gemütlich und komfortabel. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war reichlich und lecker wir hatten auch einmal Abendessen im Riad, was auch sehr gut war. Wir haben auch das Spa besucht, das war auch ein tolles Erlebnis.

We had a great time as a family of 4 staying at Riad Bindoo & Spa. We all stayed in one room which was ample for us. We used the pool, which was really refreshing! We had a great 3 course meal, whist the kids had amazing breaded chicken! We all experienced our first hammam, which was a great experience! I had a wonderful massage! We would definately go back, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special, they even helped to "advise" on the Moroccan "tooth fairy" when my daughters tooth fell out!

Der Innenhof einTraum in Blau das plätschernde Wasser des Pools die singenden Vögel. Das sich rankende Efeu mit anderen blühenden Pflanzen Heisse Tasse Tee mit Keksen als Willkommensgruss. Der Kontrast zum pulsierenden Leben auf den Gassen Strässchen vor dem Riad. Das angegliederte SPA lohnt sich zu besuchen die 90min Behandlung war sehr angenehm. Danach um 21.30brachte uns das nette Personal Tee und Datteln😍 Das Frühstück herrlich im Innenhof zum Vogelgezwitscher Das Zimmer war auf 2 Etagen üver eine Wedeltreppe gelangte man zum Schlafzimmer. Das Zweite Bett wie sehr oft war nicht sehr bequem wie das Grandlit.

Terrazza e cortile interno con piscina bellissimi. La posizione è molto buona, si arriva facilmente a piedi alla piazza principale di Jemaa El Fna e vicino al riad ci sono negozietti, bancarelle e ristoranti con terrazza. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile, Mostafa ci ha sempre aiutati con qualunque nostra richiesta. Appena arrivati ci sono stati offerti tè marocchino e dolcetti. Il riad offre anche un servizio di trasporto da e verso l'aeroporto, molto comodo.
Cons: La camera era un pochino piccola e la scala a chiocciola per salire sul soppalco un po' ripida, ma comunque andava tutto bene.

Riad Bindoo promosso a pieni voti..la struttura, la camera, la posizione comodissima e centralissima (seppur piacevolmente fuori dal casino), ma soprattutto lo staff...sempre attento a rendere il soggiorno più piacevole possibile! Per noi ha fatto la differenza in questa vacanza a Marrakesh!

(1) The location is absolutely perfect, very close to the good shopping areas, walkable distance to Jardin Secret and Dar-el-bacha museums. Lots of restaurants close by. (2) The property is very very pretty with the rooms and areas very tastefully decorated. (3) Staff is very polite, courteous and helpful
Cons: (1) The breakfast menu is very limited. While we totally appreciate the local menu, basic eggs at the very least should have been included. (2) Egg at the breakfast when separatrly ordered took almost half an hour to arrive each day (we were there for 4 nights and ordered eggs 3 times)

Un séjour parfait dans ce riad. Un personnel exceptionnel, on ne pouvait pas rêver mieux. ils sont disponibles, arrangeant et aux petits soins. Une gentillesse et un sourire quotidien. Le Riad en lui même est magnifique, petit déjeuner sur le roof top, une ambiance calme et ressourçante. L’emplacement est idéal dans un super quartier proche de tout. Merci encore pour tout, c’est sur nous reviendrons !

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Helped book taxis, decorated the room for my birthday and even gave me a birthday cake on the day! The location is great, and the room is comfortable. Loved having breakfast at the terrace!

The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to provide an answer or advice when needed. My female travel companion and I felt very safe. The views from the terrace were stunning as was the decor of the Riad. The food served was delicious.

The Ryad is beautiful such is the terrace. The room was amazing -> huge, clean, modern. The staff were very nice, helpful and kind. They prepared a birthday cake for my partner upon our arrival and arranged the bed nicely with his name written with rose petals. We had breakfast prepared for us on the terrace with fresh orange juice, coffee, moroccan tea, pancakes and fruits (which some (apples) could have been tastier).
Cons: Unfortunately we didn't get to try the SPA. The day we entered the SPA to do a short visit, there was a dirty (feet) smell in the air so we didn't stay long before leaving to come back another day.

This is a very nice riad. Staff is very friendly, they will help you with anything you need. Very nice terrace with to chill and tak e breakfast on sunny days. Very good location, with the mix of tourist/local restaurants and shops. Driving there can be chaotic, so ask for the nearest parking to staff before arrival.

La posizione è ottima, dentro la medina ma davanti le mura in modo da poter prendere un taxi a 100 m. La zona è tranquilla e vicinissima a tutto. Il riad è molto bello, la camera enorme, la colazione buona e il personale gentilissimo e presente 24/7. Anche l’hammam nella spa molto piacevole
