La posizione, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Rachide e Brigitte, la colazione con la super buonissima salsa, la camera pulita e ordinata, il deposito bagagli per permetterci di andare in giro l'ultimo giorno senza peso e aber potuto utilizzare il bagno al ritorno. Inoltre sapevamo di dover stampare i biglietti dell'areo e loro si sono resi disponibili per farcelo (anche se poi non è servito perché lo abbiamo dovuto fare in aeroporto) ma non è scontato.

Rashid and staff were amazing. They treated us like family. The Riad itself reminded me of my grandparent's home in Pakistan. The location was also fabulous as it was close to markets and Jemma El Fnaa Square.
Cons: Everything was great. The only thing I would recommend is that bidet shower sprays be added to the washrooms. Otherwise, this place is awesome!

La ubicación es fantástica, a solo unos metros de los zouks y de la plaza principal. El Riad en medio de la Medina es precioso. El servicio de las personas en el Riad muy bueno.
Cons: Cómo llegamos en medio de la noche atravesar la plaza y los zouks solas fue un poco apabullante, pues el Riad queda en un callejón, propio de la estructura de la ciudad. Sin embargo es todo muy seguro. Traté de reservar el shuttle del hotel al aeropuerto pero la solicitud vía booking creo que no llegó.

The rooms are beautifully furnished and spacious, the rooftop terrace is very pretty. We were greeted with a cup of mint tea on the terrace, which we appreciated. We have used the swimming pool a bit, but end of April the pool was still quite cold so no long pool sessions possible. The breakfast is wonderful. The location of the riad is great, in the middle of the medina but not far from Djema El Fnaa (walking distance within a couple of minutes) and from the souks. Last but not least, the riad manager and the ladies working there are super lovely, smiling and helpful and made us feel very welcome during our stay.
Cons: The riad should think about procuring a new set of towels - they need a refresh.

The manager and the rest of the staff were really friendly, welcoming us with mint tea on the terrace after check-in. There is a roof terrace spread over a couple of levels with both sunny and shady areas to sit or lounge. Copious Moroccan breakfast of boiled egg, Berber pancakes, pain au chocolat, sweetened yoghurt, orange juice, bread, jam, honey and peanut "amlou", with coffee. We ate dinner here the first of our two nights and it was a delicious 3 course for 150 MAD - too much food! The room is quite narrow but good enough, and the comfortable bed was warm despite the cold weather. Generally quiet and peaceful but a little noise from the nearby streets (scooters).
Cons: Slight slip up that we reserved a taxi with them (as we were worried about not finding the riad easily), which didn't arrive, so we had to take an airport taxi. Thus was a bit cheaper than the offered price but left us to find our way. Google maps triumphed - it shows the riad in the correct place, unlike the directions on Booking.com. I would have liked a full-length mirror and more than one hand towel. The room was a little chilly, but we didn't try the air-conditioning to see if heated as well, so as to keep our drinks a little cooler :) Some of the smells of scooter fumes did reach here. I wouldn't want to be closer to the street.

Cons: For the price paid, the breakfast wasn't good, barely any protein. Just carbs and some very watered down orange juice. Also very dark when coming back at night, all the lights were always off, as if to save power. There is also no reception, it is unmonitored, definitely not a 4 star hotel, quite disappointing.

It’s in the perfect location very close to the amazing markets, restaurants and the main square yet it was very quiet when we wanted to come back and relax on the beautiful rooftop so it felt very safe! Our bedroom and bathroom was very clean and comfortable The breakfast was delicious and such a treat to start our day. The staff were so lovely and friendly, they were so kind to bring us mint tea and were happy to help with anything. Would definitely recommend!

We loved absolutely everything. The hosts went above and beyond for us during our stay, even putting together a cake and flowers for my boyfriend’s birthday, it was really special. On top of that, the riad is gorgeous, a great location for exploring Marrakech and a great breakfast in the morning on the terrace. Staying here definitely made our trip go better than we could have hoped.

The Riad is beautiful, the staff are very welcoming, the room is comfortable and everything is clean (this from an European perspective!). The breakfast while simple is quite good. Additionally the owner went a step beyond accommodating our late check-in and check-out and even accompanied us to the taxi when leaving.
Cons: The only intimidating thing is the location. It's in the middle of the narrow corridors of the Marrakesh medina and when arriving it can be quite daunting to find the location, especially at night.

Lovely Riad, beautiful design, the pool is small but perfect to cool down in hot Marrakech. This riad is located in a calm street in the centre of the medina, close to highlights such as Djemaa El Fna. We had a room on the rooftop directly next to the pool, which was perfect. The host was very helpful, he printed our boarding passes, arranged a taxi in the middle of the night to the airport.

What a beautiful riad, the pool on the rooftop is absolutely a big advantage compared to other riads. You can cool down and get some tan in the sun the whole afternoon. Location is perfect, an oasis in the middle of the medina but close enough for pick up locations for taxi. The rooms are clean and very comfortabel. Lovely people, really taking care of us, our diet requiries were no problem at all. Thanks for everything!

The staff were so nice, and Rachid was kind to walk me to my taxi on my departure at 7am, and he had even prepared breakfast for me. Location is ideal for the Djemma, although one visit there was enough for me! It's an easy walk to pretty much anywhere from here, and taxis available close by too. The roof terrace was a great place to relax in the shade.
Cons: Too noisy for me. I could hear everything from the neighbouring houses which are attached, kitchen noises, people shouting, bikes coming and going through the night. Of course that's the environment, not the fault of the lovely riad.

A typical lovely Moroccan riad. Very authentic and with a perfect location, 3 minutes from Jemaa el Fna square. We had a wonderful holiday there, we felt constantly looked after. Everyone was extremely nice and always ready to help. As Marrakech airport does not accept mobile boarding passes, these were printed on paper at the hotel. Always smiling and waiting to fulfill every wish of their guests. Breakfast is prepared for everyone individually when they sit down at the tables. I highly recommend the hotel and hope to return there again soon. It is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable and we wish you more success and many guests!

The riad is beautiful, and the host so welcoming and gracious. My room was attractive, spotless and cared for every day, and the roof terrace was stunning. It's a great location, just a couple of minutes from the square, which meant I could pop back easily for a little break in the calm environment whenever I pleased. Highly recommended

Beautiful riad, well kept. It felt very intimate, rooms are located in different areas of the riad and we had our own terrace with table and sunloungers. There is a latge terrace on the rooftop and a jacuzzi on the lower floor, which was not in use when we stayed. On arrival, we were given the choice of staying in a larger double and it was definitely an upgrade compared to our originally booked Twin room. Rachid the manager was super kind and helpful, he came to meet us in the square where the driver left us and carried our bags along the narrow streets up to the riad, the morning we left he did the same and waited for 30min with us until our driver showed up.

Everything and everyone in the Riad was amazing! From getting picked up from our taxi to accompany us to the Riad late at night, the lovely breakfasts at the terrace and arranging a taxi for us to leave early in the morning. The location was perfect for coming back in the afternoon to avoid the hottest part of the day, it's just a few minutes walk from the main square Jemaa el-Fnaa. We stayed in the Assif room, it was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom and with AC. Finally, the staff at the Riad is really what made the stay so wonderful for us: Rachid took us from our taxi to the Riad on our first night and walked us off again early in the morning when we left, and was very helpful throughout our stay like when we needed to print our boarding passes last minute; Saadia took great care every morning with her delicious and abundant breakfast, and made sure we would find breakfast even in the early morning when we left. She would also make sure our bedroom would be clean and towels changed every day. Would love to stay there again if we find ourselves in Marrakech!

Its a very cozy and good-looking riad. The room was clean. The provided breakfast is tasty. The riad has a very nice terrace with a pool where you can relax during the daytime. The location is excellent. Its in 3 min from the main square, bus stops, bazaar and cafes. But considering the location it’s silent in the room and the riad in general. The host is extremely polite. The check-out is at 11-12:00 but he allows to leave the baggage on the reception.

The riad itself is very beautiful. The interior is magnificent with Moroccan taste and the terrace was comfortable with great views of the city. Rachid made great recommendation for a late dinner restaurant, and Saadia walked me to a hammam she recommended to make a reservation. The location was convenient for us as well. Oh and the honey at breakfast was magnificent.

We booked Shems room and it is small (as they tell you), but it's big enought for two normal adults (but beware of low ceiling when entering bathroom!!) Patio with table and chairs outside and a small staircase to the terrace with stunning wiews of the snow covered Atlas mountain. Very beautfully decorated Riad with lots of flowers and an orange tree in the middle! Breakfast is very good. Saadia and Rachid took very good care of us 🥰 thank you!

Riad Maud serve a very good breakfast. The added bonus of this hotel are the super friendly & super helpful staff. I had a very early flight & the gentleman helped me with my luggage & waited at the main square until I was safely in a taxi. I really appreciate this wonderful service.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike.

Great location in a very quiet street Just dive minutes from Place Jema El Fnaa. Nice rooms, clean and kind owners.
Cons: I couldnt find anybody at the reception, I didnt know how to communicate with the owners because I couldnt find them😅

Great Riad, good location close to the square. Staff are super helpful as well, and often went above and beyond to satisfy our requests. Super helpful in many ways!

Nice experience! Rachid is a very kind and responsible person, the Riad gave me a really warm mood, it made me feel like home and the decorations are very traditional and beautiful. At the same time its also very comfortable to go everywhere. Recommended 100%!

This was a wonderful experience we had in Riad Maud. Rashid, the receptionist was really helpful, and the breakfast was very tasty. The staff at the breakfast were so lovely, we felt as we came to our family, it was so homey. Room, was lovely, we slept so well. The decor of the room is lovely too. The rooftop was very nice and good internet connection. The location is extraordinary, very close to Jema El Fnaa, yet very quiet.
Cons: The only small point was that WiFi was not working that well in the room, which is very understandable as we were on the ground floor and the walls are very thick :) So, we went to the rooftop to send our emails, that was even better :)

We spent 3 nights at Riad Maud and it was delightful. It’s located in a very quiet side street 3 minutes away from the main square: Very cozy atmosphere, beatiful rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sunrises/sunsets from. The staff is extremely polite and welcoming. Mr Rachid is a lovely man always anticipating the guests needs: from welcoming with a delicious tea to serving breakfast to help booking transfers and excursions; really going the extra mile without even being asked. Deserves a visit.

free in the middle is breathtaking. garden view from the room was amazing. we got other rooms to be all together which was really nice and we had appreciated that. we had to leave early and there was no problem to had a breakfast before fixed hours. welcome tea at the terrace was super kind.
Cons: you have to get used to the bathrooms without walls to the ceiling. however, whole accommodation included bathrooms are clean
