Hotel and rooms were ok. Rooms were cleaned every day but floor of room was never clean! Hygiene in breakfast area was poor and food was awful. Watched staff cleaning spills on dining room floor then using same cloth to clean tables. Pool area was nice but never cleaned. Reception staff were not helpful or friendly.

What a lovely apart-hotel. Misleading name as nowhere near the beach. Spotlessly clean, well fitted and spacious. The let down is the restaurant food, poor choice. I'd recommend go out except for the breakfast.

Nice place to stay but a little away from the beach. Pool area was nice and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was about £4 pp a day and you could eat as much as you wanted. Balcony was a little small but not the end of the world

Really poor service & in need of cleaning & renovation. We arrived at midnight (as expected & the reason we booked a hotel with 24 hour reception) to find our allocated room was a twin room rather than the junior suite we had booked. The receptionist told us our room had been given to someone else who arrived before us, which was ridiculous. We were offered two smaller, dingy double rooms as an alternative & had to accept the slightly better of the two given the time was now 1am. Even without this awful service, the hotel is nowhere near a four star & is in bad need of renovation. The room was run down & towels were like sandpaper & felt like they'd been on the go since the turn of the century. Definitely won't be returning.

Staffs in reception were extremely rude. We asked for extra towels, they refused. All sinks require cleaning as water accumulates and do not drain. The shower does not work properly.

Stayed for 4 nights. We had a senior suite which was quite large and very comfortable. Having booked room only, we tried breakfast the first morning, it was average. The walk to the beach front is around 15 mins, and the pool area is basic, having a road the other side of a hedge.

Ideal location to the beach (12 minutes) and souk (25 minutes). Close to the promenade for a nice walk along for restaurants, bars and cafes. Facilities in the hotel are adequate. Nothing overly fancy but you have to factor in the price. The rooms have everything you would need for a stay as a couple or family. Yes there are some parts where rooms and communal areas could be renovated but at least the hotel was clean. Staff wete highly helpful and check in was seemless. The staff were very helpful in printing off boarding passes for our return home.

Rooms were clean and good value. Bathroom was poor. No hairdryer, although holder on wall for one. Shower head broken. The pool was nice although quite small. The service at breakfast was terrible and disappointing .Items missing from buffet and not replenished quickly even when asked. Fruit would have been nice but the only fruit was melon or sliced oranges.. .

The hotel was ok, room is comfy and kinda big. Location ok, beach is 12-15 mins walk, restaurants about 10 mins away. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean, but floor was a little sandy when we arrived, AC didn’t work but we didn’t really need it. One day housekeeping didn’t leave any towels, went down to ask some from reception, and they said they would bring some up, but that didn’t happen until Next day. Pre-ordered taxi to airport was late by around 15 mins, buy not sure who’s mistake that was.

I drove over six hours to this property and was not allowed to stay because of no marriage contract! Perhaps this hotel should make this clear on the website instead of making people drive 13 hours without resting due to this stupid rule. I was looking forward to seeing this part of Morocco since I have visited many times each year. This is the only place that I was turned away. Apparently they are allergic to money.

The reception staff are the worst! They are not welcoming or polite. They couldn’t be bothered to resolve the wifi problem or even give any sort of compensation. Wifi was very much needed and they advertised this would be available within our hotel package, however we didn’t receive any wifi due to their hotel issues. We overpayed. There is the Dominion hotel right next door where we would have breakfast there instead and have free wifi access. Atlantic Palm Beach Hotel were awfully rude and gave a horrible representation of Moroccan hospitality and welcome. The only decent thing about this hotel was that the same cleaning maid did a great job everyday with cleaning my bedroom.

This property is on main route so easy to travel to and get taxis The booking was for breakfast non was provided the whole time. The night manager was rude and aggressive and was sleeping on reception each night i came in, the rules if hotel was not explained resulting in guests not able to come in dispite booking two catering rooms

Best hotel in Founty area; big spacious and clean rooms. Excellent housekeeping. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was my first visit to Morocco, and I would like to say a BIG thank you to the gentleman Hassan and two other front desk girls who helped me all the time. I cannot forget their customer services.

It was short stay but overall experience 10/10 Specially my wife did not like the food outside because every restaurant there was cats Larkin around, that’s puts her off from eating!!!! Here at Atlantic Palm Beach she could cook her own food, we had breakfast included but in future we will not take that choice!! There was some noise from children playing on the corridor late at night but after complaining to the reception it was stopped. We will certainly visit again

The hotel is nice, its location is great and the view on the beach is terrific. Only problem of parking, I couldn’t find any for the whole tome I have been there. Otherwise the stuff is very cheerful, helpful and warm. The swimming pools are spotless, odorless, all area was sparkling The breakfast was nice with some touch of moroccan traditional food; the price is really wow! I recommend this place and definitely will go again there; I deeply loved the city and its people!!!

Good location and kitchenette in suite very convenient. Hotel staff very very nice and helpful- especially cleaning staff. They are liberal with the bleach in Daily cleaning (so much they stained my suitcase with their spray bottle). Hotel has no carpets, plants, decorations in hallways making it rather austere and a bit like a very sterile hospital. Swimming pool very nice- staff just needs to sweep and clean leaves and trash around pool more frequently due to wind blowing trash in.

Everything was good and everyone was helpful. I have only one comment breakfast on Wednesday was not the same like Thursday and Friday, a huge difference. Please keep the consistency of the breakfast so it won’t mislead your guests.

Hotel is decent, friendly staff very welcoming. 12-15 minutes walk to the the beach, also 10-15minutes walk to the souk el had shopping centre depending on which route your taking.. Best to take the local orange coloured taxi cheap and quick especially if the drivers use the metre or slightly more when they tell you they're price.

It is a bit far away, but I love walking so that was perfect for me. 15 minutes walk to the wonderful beach promenade. Another 45 minutes nice walk on the promenade to the touristic area and Agadir port. About 30 minutes walk to the big souk. Supermarket near by. Quiet, good sleep.

+ Straight forward booking and seamless check in. Very clean. Staff very responsive to requests. Great staff who were very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast and Iftar. FYI, the orange juice is squeezed in front of your eyes unlike some other places... Good value for small families. - Pool is small. Great for kids though. Bathroom could be a little bigger as it can be a little awkward but not a big issue. Final point. I won't hesitate to book this place again.

Excellent rooms with all amenities for apartment. Kitchen was quite handy with all equipment working. Only thing is due to Ramadan whole menu was not available so it should be removed from rooms. It is close to Beach with 5 minutes walk and you can get fresh sea food. It has small mini market inside to shop little grocery.

This hotel is excellent value for money. For the price you get a good breakfast and spacious rooms. The hotel is only few years old and very clean. We found the staff very helpful. The location is about a 15 min walk to beach. There is development and building work taking place around the hotel so there isn't much else around. There are only a couple of eating options within 5 mins walk. In the rooms themselves you get a fridge, microwave and utensils which is handy. The only thing that is not available is an iron. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Nice, family hotel were staff are friendly and speak french, English, Spanish and Arabic. Facilities are good, they have two pools, one kids and the other for older children plus adults. Unfortunately I found two negatives: 1) Location: be aware that the location of the hotel is not opposite the beach, like it shows on Google maps. It's actually quite a far but away, definitely not in walking distance. 2)Although staff are polite and helpful, service us incredibly slow. Check in literally took 4 hours as our rooms were not ready. Waited a day to have someone bring up spare towels! But that aside, it is a nice, clean hotel. But

The hotel is very beautiful, but far from everything except the beach... so be aware that you'll need to walk 30 min to the center or take a cab. But if you want to eat at the hotel and go to the beach, it's the ideal hotel!

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the beach and 40 to 50 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants near the marina. It's in an area with many unfinished hotels and apartment blocks, some which look long abandoned. The breakfast was included in the price, but was very basic. The room was clean and comfortable except for the beds which were very hard. The pool was good, though we had to ask every day to have the very loud music turned down. Contrary to the hotels.com listing, there isn't a bar. Despite these negative points, this apart hotel was good value for money.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week in the middle of June and were overall impressed with the hotel. Friendly staff, cheap rates and an excellent pool area were the highlights. It was also extremely quiet, with the hotel almost empty (probably because it was Ramadan). The breakfast is mostly pastries, croissants and other Moroccan breakfast foods and they also cooked us an omelette each morning which was very tasty. I wouldn't recommend eating here in the evening though as the portion size for the two tagine meals we ordered one night were very small and not up to the standard of other local restaurants. You should also know that they don't serve alcohol here which was surprising as it's quite a big hotel. The only downsides are that the kitchen was very poorly equipped making it almost impossible to cook for ourselves. It is also quite a walk from the main tourist area (~2.5 miles) but not an unpleasant walk and there are plenty of reliable, cheap taxis running to compensate. Overall very pleased and would stay here again.

I came back yesterday after a 5 day stay at this hotel. It was a lovely experience. The hotel has a beautiful entrance. Room was fully facilitated with all the necessities. The swimming pool was clean with towels in abundance everytime. We had a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. Only 10 mins walk to the beach. The hotel also provided GBP to Dirham exchange facility which saved us from wandering around for cash. The staff also arranged a taxi at 4 am for airport transfer at no extra cost. The only problem was the air con in lounge. I complained a lot of times to the staff about the air con but the technician couldn't find an issue with it. However, the bedroom's air con was perfectly fine which contributed to a good night's sleep. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Super weeks holiday. Friendly staff,especially pool attendant who was very helpful. Lovely quiet hotel. Area around the hotel quiet, nothing in the immediate vacinity but lots of restaurants within 10/15 minute walk away. Huge supermarket within 10 minute walk away. Souk 20 minute walk away. Moroccans very friendly people even if they couldn't understand English , they would try their best. Wonderful time was had !
