Cons: As imagens muito diferentes do que o hotel realmente é! Os quartos eram desconfortáveis, cama muito dura e antiquados. A TV só funcionava 3 canais. O que me deixou bem dececionada foi o pequeno almoço, que não é continental e não tem variedade quase nenhuma! E o chef do pequeno almoço no primeiro dia de estadia recusou-se a servir-nos mais comida porque segundo ele “estávamos a comer muito” e era arrogante.

Cons: Room was by road and very noisy. No privacy curtain so couldn't open curtains as we were overlooking another hotel. We asked to be moved to a 'quieter' room but that was just as noisy. I'm sure there are quiet rooms at the back of the hotel but we were unable to find out as it was fully booked. In the end we moved to a different accommodation in the centre of the old town for our last night and, ironically, that was blissfully quiet!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is perfect , right in the heart of everything, super convenient for exploring. What really made the stay special were the staff. Soufian and Hicham were absolute legends! They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to assist with everything I needed. True professionals who made me feel welcome and taken care of from the moment I arrived. Shoutout to both of them – you guys are the best! The restaurant is a highlight too. Great coffee that hit the spot every morning, and the dishes were interesting and tasty – a nice mix of flavors without being overly complicated. Loved the atmosphere there. The hotel also has a cute swimming pool, which looked really inviting. Unfortunately, it was raining during my stay so I couldn't try it out, but it definitely gives me a reason to come back next time! Overall, highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good service, a comfy spot, and a bit of charm. I'll be back for sure – maybe when the weather cooperates for that pool dip! 😊 Thanks again to Soufian, Hicham, and the whole team!

Cons: - le bruit de la rue , le bruit de la literie - la literie est extrêmement dure et vieillissante , les ressorts sortent du matelas , j'ai des bleus tellement le lit est dur - le manque de propreté : la salle de bain est vieille et mal entretenue , pas de nettoyage à proprement parler, cheveux , calcaire, uniquement un changement de serviette (grise et vieille avec des trous), la poussière dans le reste de la chambre, les meubles sont vieux et mal entretenus. - l'accueil plus que moyen - la salle du pdj ne permet pas d'accueillir l'ensemble des clients donc il faut manger sur la terrasse en hiver ! Même en étant à 'l'intérieur' la baie vitrée est ouverte donc il fait extrêmement froid. - nous avons dû annuler 2 nuits pour cause de retour au travail en urgence, aucun geste de la part de l'hôtel ni le remboursement des 2 nuits ni de la taxe de séjour. - les photos ne correspondent pas. Je suis très déçue.

Cons: INTERNETUL a fost groaznic, faptul că mâncau păsărelele din mâncarea pentru micul dejun, să nu ne înțelegeți greșit, iubim animalele, dar pot purta microbi, apa caldă,(până s-a reparat țeava), faptul că nu puteai plati plăti la restaurantul hotelului cu cardul sau să treci în contul camerei consumația, faptul că nu ai informații cu privire la prețurile corecte privind serviciile, cum ar taxi, ar fi fost de ajutor în negocieri...ATM-ul de peste drum, este cel mai mare jaf legal, nu am văzut niciodată așa o mare hoție, poate la alte bancomate este mai bună tranzacția și conversia valutară. La bancă 1 leu=0,54 MDH la ATM 1leu=1,18 DHM. Lumina în cameră este difuză, nu funcționează un întrerupător. La TV sânt doar 5 programe.

Cons: La chambre n'était pas propre (salle de bain, vitre, draps), et les équipements vieillissants. Il est précisé que l'hôtel dispose d'un parking, c'est faux, il faut garer sa voiture sur la voie publique. Manager exécrable et irrespectueux, avec des comportements à la limite de l'escroquerie. Don’t stay here, spend a little extra to stay somewhere else. The rooms are very dated and in need of repairs, the pillows are rock hard and there were no mattress protectors on the beds. The toilet was just perched on top of the toilet and I wouldn’t know where to start on the bath. The breakfast is very limited, only 2 cereal and 1 plain yogurt. The staff really let the place down, the only staff to smile while we were there was the housekeeper and the doorman.

Blisko kantor, supermarket i tanie jedzonko :) W hotelu śniadania monotonne, ale dla mniej wymagających w tym temacie, to zawsze można było coś wybrać. Leżaki przy basenie do dyspozycji gości, duże przyjemne lobby hotelowe i personel na recepcji mówiący w języku angielskim i francuskim. Wifi odbiera na terenie całego hotelu, aczkolwiek w recepcji najlepiej :)

When we read the reviews, we weren't sure whether to stay here. We were completely surprised. The accommodation here was wonderful. The room was safe, beautiful, clean, fragrant and comfortable. The staff at the reception were always nice and attentive! The breakfasts were absolutely exceptional ♥️. Everything was delicious, there was plenty of everything, both drinks and hot and cold food. The service was attentive and Mr. Amed was wonderful. He does his best to make sure everyone enjoys breakfast. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Cons: This was a prime example of you should read thr reviews before booling (We did not). FIRST,the staff were rude and probably scam artists. If you read the google reviews, people had money and personal items stolen from their room. This lovely hotel even has a sign at the front desk saying that they are not responsible for stuff like this. They do not take cards and probably overcharged ua for tbe city tax. SECOND, the photos of the rooms do not reflect the actual rooms. The beds are hard as a rock. Over the 4 days we spent there, our room was never cleaned and the beds were never made. LASTLY, THE breakfast area was vile. I saw birds flying in and out and pecking at the food. Staff walked by and did nothing. This place is cheap for a reason.

Cons: L’emplacement est un peu éloigné des centres d’intérêt. La propreté doit être améliorée : le sol de la chambre était sale et les draps n’avaient pas été changés (présence de taches et de poils). Après réclamation, la chambre a toutefois été refaite.

Un grand merci à Hicham qui est un réceptionniste hors pair, chaleureux et exceptionnel vraiment son accueil et son professionnalisme des l’arrivée, incroyable.
Cons: Les chambre devraient être plus équipées à savoir une meilleure luminosité ainsi que des verres pour au moins boire de l’eau au robinet ou même proposer des softs car il y a un frigo mais vide donc aucun intérêt car il n’y a aucune proposition de softs ou d’apéritifs style cacahuète ou chips et cela est bien dommage car j’en ai eu besoin pour le coup et du verre et des trucs à grignoter. Aussi, les chambres méritent un bon coup de rafraîchissement niveau peinture

Cons: The AC was not working in the bedrooms we nearly passed out because of the heat. We stayed for 4 nights and constantly had to ask the manager to either fix AC or change room. He had an engineer come and fix on AC but others were not working. Dirty and dusty rooms were not clean.No iron facilities. Always begging the cleaning lady for clean towels and room clean. No welcome water or drinks on first day and no spa as mentioned online. The staff never showed any kindness and no tea or coffee during day, not even dinner. It was a joke and waste of money. Book anywhere but here!

Cons: The room was not clean – the towels were torn, the bed uncomfortable, and the windows were dusty. The studio and pool were much smaller than in the pictures. They sent me photos when I booked, but the bedroom was nothing like the pictures. The air conditioning in the bedroom didn’t work and it was cold, the receptionist was rude, and there was no parking available. The stay did not meet expectations and I would not recommend this hotel.

Cons: My family and I returned to our room and there was a do not disturb sign on the door went in and then found a used condom on the bedroom floor. The photos advertising this accommodation don't match the very poor quality dirty rooms. There isn't a kitchen just a fridge and broken kettle no plates or cups, the electricity stops working and is dangerous sockets hanging out of the walls. The shower is broken and one of the beds is unbelievable uncomfortable. Chips underneath the living room chairs and previous guests rubbish. We insisted on a full refund had to move to different hotel which was much nicer but a stressful situation.

El hotel se encuentra en la zona de Gueliz, aunque no está próximo a la Medina si está muy cerca de la estación de trenes (es fácil conseguir transporte); no obstante, el acceso mediante taxi fue siempre sencillo y sin inconvenientes. Y recomiendo incluso más que quedarse en plena Medina. Contratamos un servicio de minibús para recorrer la ciudad, incluido dentro de su oferta, pero la experiencia resultó claramente insatisfactoria. No se visitó ni siquiera la mitad de los lugares anunciados y, además, no se ofreció ningún tipo de explicación o contextualización sobre los espacios en los que nos encontrábamos ni sobre qué ver en ellos. La actividad no cumplió en absoluto con lo ofertado. La Televisión tenía poca oferta de canales. Tranfer al aeropuerto es caro para las ofertas que hay en la ciudad.
Cons: La calidad de la comida resulta mejorable (muy básico), abundaba lo dulce y faltaba comida salada; al igual que es muy mejorable la limpieza en el desayuno. Las instalaciones presentan un cierto grado de obsolescencia y requerirían una renovación; en particular, existía un problema importante de iluminación en la habitación, claramente insuficiente, que dificultaba la visibilidad. El trato del personal fue muy correcto y destacable.

Goede ligging, op loop afstand naar zowel de medina als naar Gueliz, train en busstation. Modern hotel met uitgebreid ontbijt, comfortabel kamer met balcon. Lift. Ik verbleef hier voor de 2e keer. Restaurants in de buurt en en winkeltje voor basisbenodigdheden. Ernaast is een cafe met live muziek en je kunt er ook eten.
Cons: De kamer is wat donker doordat er sfeerverlichting is maar geen centrale plafond lamp (maar die is vaak zo in Marokko). Verder is, door de restaurants en cafe, veel lawaai dat doorgaat tot de kleine uurtjes en het geluid van verkeer begint vroeg. Neem oordopjes mee.

A very practical place to stay before catching a flight back home (just 10-15min away from the airport by taxi). The hotel is pleasant and has all the basics you might need. The staff is kind and helpful (you can easily book a taxi with them for a good price). The breakfast is good and varied, with sweet and savoury options and fruit. There are restaurants and services in the hotel street, in case you don't want to go to the medina.
Cons: The hotel is a bit dated – although some things aren't that modern, the overall experience was good and comfortable. The bedroom window does not provide good sound insulation, so you can hear the airplanes passing and taking off...

A simple but good hotel in general, nice decor in communal areas. Convenient location for stop off between tours, good for bus and plane connections and close to many services. Good breakfast buffet.
Cons: Air conditioning unit did not work and this was reported to reception and we were told someone would come to help, 1 hour later still no one. We reported it at reception in person again, the same man on reception said he’d come in a few minutes and 45 mins later still nothing. In December we were cold in the room, and went outside for a walk, returned and still nothing change. Reported to reception a third time and new member of staff was very helpful and came immediately to help. Nothing could be done unfortunately as the unit was not working, but at least he tried and gave us a spare blanket as hotel was full so another room was not possible.

My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable. The staff were excellent, friendly and very accommodating. After my first night, I requested a change of room, for a reason I'd rather not say here, which they were happy to oblige. Both rooms were very big. Although the first room on the 3rd floor had far better views. The breakfast was good, with a serving of a wide variety of breads and cakes and eggs. It was not my typical breakfast, but it was acceptable. Adjoined to the hotel is a handy restaurant which I used for my first dinner, and it was reasonably priced and nice. Opposite the hotel is a string of other very good restaurants which I also used. One is a pub which I frequented after my dinners because it served alcohol and had live music on every day, which was mire to my taste. The hotel also had a traditional music band playing most nights, but they could've done with varying the type of music a little to accommodate different tastes. The swimming pool was so inviting, I was tempted to jump in a few times if it wasn't for the cold weather. Very handy location within a short walking distance to the main train station and buses to town and the airport a few hundred meters walk distance away. Overall, the hotel was very nicely decorated and comfortable and I'd vome again and I highly recommend it.
Cons: Not everything was perfect, though. This is the first hotel of its size that I've stayed in without a kettle in the rooms. The second room was too dark during the night. I was forced to remove the light shades to be able to read anything. The shower had 2 heads. The smaller of the 2 was awkwardly placed and was difficult to adjust to shower comfortably. When I used the bigger head, the shower basin filled up because the drain was too small for it, and it took a long time for the water to drain and could've easily spilled out through the shower door. Unfortunately, apparently, the terrace was being redecorated, so it was inaccessible.

All the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with a good choice of items. Beds were comfortable and towels changed daily. The hotel was located a 6 min walk from CTM bus station, which was perfect for a late evening arrival. There was also a lovely, little tapas bar across the road that served beer and wine.
Cons: There was no central light in the room and therefore the lighting from the two bedside lamps and an over-mirror desk lamp were all that you had at nighttime, which was quite dim lighting to see with. I ended up wearing my headtorch to see things properly. During the day, light wasn't a problem as there were large balcony doors that let natural daylight in.

L’un des matelas était entreposé dans un placard et dégageait une odeur très désagréable. J’ai demandé à l’agent de le remplacer ; toutefois, l’état du matelas rappelait celui d’un équipement très ancien, ce qui est inacceptable. Le petit-déjeuner est très basique et ne répond en aucun cas aux standards attendus. L’établissement ne mérite absolument pas son tarif ni sa classification 3 étoiles. Cons: Mi è stata consegnata una camera diversa da quella che ho prenotato, con letti separati e senza luce centrale.Le finestre erano poco isolanti e si sentiva tutto ciò che succedeva fuori, incluso concerti notturni sotto alla nostra finestra. Abbiamo chiesto una coperta in più che ci è stata negata per i giorni di soggiorno escluso l'ultimo dicendoci di usare il riscaldamento del condizionatore che ci ha fatto ammalare.

Cons: la personne qui nous a accueilli à la réception n'est pas honnête au niveau d'encaissement et d'échange de monnaie car il nous a appliqué un taux d'échange qui n'est pas normal ( du vol)et ça montre un manque de confiance dès notre arrivée et une mauvaise image pour le reste de l'établissement et je leur conseil à personne.

Overall good impression,good location,in the modern part of the city,many food options nearby.Staff was professional and veeery helpfull!Breakfast was adequate.Pool seemed to be clean,but we did not swim,as the days were cold.Nice ambient and decoration .Our room was spacious and there was a living room with sofas.There was also a refrigerator and a hair dryer in the bathroom.
Cons: We were on the 1st floor and the room faced the busy street,which means there was noise at nights.

Le personnel top surtout celui du petit déjeuner il était au petit soin ainsi que le réceptionniste de la nuit.nous avons aimé l emplacement et la literie.
Cons: L hotel est un peu viellot et la lumiêre dans la chambre n etait pas suffisante .le bruit de la climatisation en panne nous a poussé à demander à changer de chambre c était impossible de dormir.
