I was told that the property is 9 years old, but it looks 40 years old. It needs upkeep and attention from its owners. The sea weather has its affect, but to attract people like us, requires quality level maintenance. We had A/C issues, lighting issues, internet connectivity, The elevator was inoperable that entire time 5 days we were there. Maintenance were called for us and did their best to fix things temporarily. The location is incredible, but the sour taste of staying at a run-down hotel was a sad state.

Hotel avec vue magnifique sur la plage de Quemado. Petit déjeuner convenable. La chambre est trÚs propre, terrasse magnifique et lit confortable . Cependant, les installations sont à raffraichir, la salle de bain est trÚs moyenne, eau tiÚde voire froide, sent trÚs fort l humidité et La chasse des toilette dysfonctionnelle. Si je peux aussi me permettre les terrasses sont séparées que par un voile légÚrement opaque, il aurait été plus judicieux de mettre une cloison entre les terrasses pour en profiter pleinement et en toute intimité.

Hotel is geen 4* waardig. Renovatie is heel hard nodig. Kamer is niet voorzien van degelijke gordijnen, die er nu hangt is niet compleet. De scheidingwand net op het balkon is stuk waarbij je zo kan lopen naar de buren. Om 00.30 luid muziek beneden waarbij je met deur dicht van je balkon nog steeds te luid is. Na gebeld te hebben met de receptie is het nog steeds niet gedoofd. Helaas voor de prijs die we betaald hebben niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Bovenstaande punten zijn door gegeven aan de receptie. Een tip: controle uitvoeren voordat de nieuwe bezoeker binnen komt in de kamer. Wanneer de gast er in zit zoals wij, is het buitengewoon irritant want dat verstoort onze rust.

This hotel is uniquely located on one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Every room has a view, and what a view it is. Sadly, it has not been well maintained and is a shadow of what it must have once been. While staff members are kind, they are poorly trained and service is lacking. Lots of missed opportunities here to make this a better hotel.

The location was great but the hotel is old and has seen better days. Old furniture, broken cabinets and there was a broken pipe running on the stairs. Will not stay here again⊠if you read the reviews, most are about the entertainment team that forces you to give 5 stars to the hotel. The reviews about the rooms are almost all bad.

Bonjour, Tout d'abord l'enregistrement était juste une catastrophe. Je me suis présentée à l'accueil et ai eu la surprise que ma réservation n'est pas présente. L'unique réponse de l'hotel était que mon nom ne figurait pas, et que je devais gérer avec Hotel.com. Je trouve ca inacceptable, j'ai fait des kilomÚtres pour deux nuitées et ai perdu la soirée et mon énergie à essayer de trouver une solution. Je souhaite tout d'abord avoir un compte rendu de ce qui s est passé, ne serait qu'un mail d'escuse, et un remboursement partiel des frais du séjour. Je souhaite aussi savoir ce qui sera mis en place pour ne plus avoir ce type de mismatch entre la communication de Hotel.com et l hÎtel. Je rappelle juste que ma réservation a été faite 1 mois avant le séjour... Je trouve que le service de l'hÎtel n'a pas la compétence de gestion de crise, et dire à un client, qui a non seulement réservé mais aussi payé, que l'hÎtel en question ne peut pas l'accueillir est une catastrophe. Je suis à l'écoute de votre retour.

El hotel estĂĄ situado en un paraje muy bonito en la bahĂa de Alhucemas. La ciudad en sĂ es bastante tranquila y, al encontrarnos en RamadĂĄn, muy apagada. En el hotel se notaba que era temporada baja y aprovechaban para realizar remodelaciones. La terraza de la habitaciĂłn con vistas a las aguas turquesa de la playa, una maravilla. El personal muy agradable y servicial. Estuvimos a gusto.

Same outside the hotel by the restaurant sitting area... Also online the hotel advertising a long list of free services like hair, pedicure and manicure services and they are not free st all....But the biggest problem we encounter at this beautiful hotel is the Restaurant service, starting with it is a big restaurant and bar that only have 2 servers one for the restaurant and one for the Bar that also served outside sitting area,, I think his name is Hamza, he does an amazing service, it is a huge area and he does all well, the food are bacic dishes and they all are very over priced, 35 dhs for a small can of soda, that is just to me tion some, breakfasts was free we order at the room, both days was a simple breakfast not napkins, nott utensils, only one cup of tea per person, I asked for black coffee both days they bring me coffee with milk and both days called back and I asked to please replace the lady that answer said sorry they will bring it to you now.... Sadly 2 weeks after I left the hotel I still waiting for the coffee... So restaurant manager need to step up and check what is going on in his restaurant.I asked to speak to the manager and was not available..so I am writing this review and I wish they improve the situation. the beach is not private and is full.

Das Treppenhaus war dunkel keine Beleuchtung da meine Frau eine Phobie hat was AufzĂŒge angeht musste man gezwungene Weise durch das Treppenhaus was auch noch dazu kommt dass es sehr dunkel gestrichen worden ist und keine Beleuchtung so dass man noch mit dem Handy das Beleuchten musste das Essen war auch sehr schlecht Kaffee ĂŒberhaupt nicht geschmeckt und das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war auch nicht so besonders dafĂŒr das Personal sehr freundlich und nett und sehr hilfsbereit

Great location and all rooms with a view in the famous quemadou beach. breakfast is not great. And the lines on the buffet is not very good. Also the lack of restaurants choices for dinner. They allow so many people from outside to set in the cafe that guest of hotel canât find tables. the service is ok and most of the wait staff are super friendly. They are just so stretched with a lot of people so it become slow. I wish the owners and management invest in other choices of food and restaurants.

Al momento del check out ho dovuto chiedere il dettaglio degli extra e ho trovato un pasto in piĂč addebitato. Ho dovuto aspettare 30 minuti perchĂ© si rendessero conto di questo e mi restituissero i soldi. In sintesi servizio da dimenticare!!!!

the only reason to choose this hotel is that itâs near to the ferry port on the beach, have a nice view to the ocean, otherwise Iâm sure you can have some other better choices with this price, for one night more than 100âŹ, I got: 1. The reception and garage guys are quite nice and helpful; 2. Only one drinking water in the room for two person and one teeth brush; 3. The mattress was too soft for the back, the second day we got back pain; 4. In the morning the breakfast didnât start on time and the coffee machine was not working, meanwhile itâs not clean, nobody got coffee for breakfast; 5. They say the offer 24 hours room service food, but when we called they told us the service is closed...so we couldnât not get lunch... Anyway, for one night to wait the ferry was ok, but no enjoyable.

Praia de areia negra e suja cheia de gente aos gritos e mĂșsica aos altos berros que nem o barulho do mar se consegue ouvir mas esta mĂșsica nĂŁo para atĂ© as 4h da manhĂŁ! Lo de que deberĂan de mejorar sensiblemente es el desayuno. Pobre y aunque fuera de tipo autoservicio los embutidos eran bastante deficiente. No habĂa tostador, el zumo estaba acabado. Pedimos una tortilla francesa y nos lo hicieron. EstĂĄbamos pocas personas en el Hotel y podrĂa atenderse al huĂ©sped de forma particular.. A nivel global, muy satisfactorio

HĂŽtel bien situĂ© (plage) et toutes les chambres on une vue sur la mer. La chambre est spacieuse et la literie est confortable. Le minibar Ă©tait vide et câest un peu dommage.

Absolute satisfaction, had a Seaview from our Balcony. Hotel Staff where supportive and friendly. Cleanliness was excellent. Only have good things to say about the hotel and Service.

The room was nice, even if only after some works of rehabilitation (lavabo, curtains etc.). But stay at the balcony was impossible for a very noisy environment: very heavy road works and building works at the close port all day long even during all Friday, all Saturday and all Sunday: very strange and very rare to see that in all the country! Even stay on the beach was very disturbing for the horrible noise. Luckily the rooms are well isolated from the outside.

This is not anywhere near a 4 star hotel. This hotel is a scam. We have booked this hotel for two nights ( my wife and my two girls 7 and 3 years old ) and we couldn't stay more than one night. Everything was not working. Here are some of the issues we had: - Hallways had no lights. We couldn't seem to locate our room at night because the light was off in the hallways. - Entertainment system was not working. WIFI and TV were not working - They had a major issue when the water went off. So we had no water from 8pm and we checked out and the water still didn't come back. They kept telling us that they are working on it and it should come back in one hour or two. It was all lies to keep us longer. We couldn't take a shower and we couldn't use a toilet because there was no water - Sewer smell was horrible especially by the garage. My daughter got sick and started throwing up. We immediately evacuated. - Swimming pool was dirty. It smelled horrible. - Food was horrible so we had to find a place to eat outside of the hotel. Overall this is not a hotel i can recommend to anyone. Expedia needs to block this facility from the list of the hotels. This is not even a 2 star hotel. By the way, some of the staff acknowledge all these issues and told us that this hotel needs to shut down. Obviously, they have seen a lot of complaints. The reception has a lot of people complaining about the water cut off.

The only modern hotel on the beach which is why we stayed for one night. All the "difficult" things were there - modern building, excellent location on the beach but close to town. As I recall this is the only such hotel that meets these criteria. But it was not cheap and for the price I would expect much better service - there were missing serving spoons at breakfast, the msemna were old and "warmed" by a single candle, the waiting staff made no attempt at establishing contact, there were no beach towels provided, coffee in the bar in the evening was excruciatingly expensive, it took 4 attempts over 12 hours to get a working door key (the batteries needed changing in the lock).

I booked a Superior Suite in Mercure al Hoceima, When we arrived, we were shocked by the non professionalism of the stuff. The Suite smelled like toilet and the air conditioning did not work at all. We asked to change and the stuff told us that there hotel is fully booked... I checked again in Hotels.com and found that plenty of suites are available and then i insisted to change. then they granted us a new suite. THe air conditioning always didn't work properly however the suite was a cleaner ... The location and the view are magnificant, however, the all the hotel stuff needs to be changed... the hotel is very badly managed...

Wow! The most spectacular Mediterranean view ever--right from our balcony! This new hotel is quite impressive. The beach, though magnificent is mostly dominated by Arab men and therefore uncomfortable for women not covered appropriately. It is a little difficult to find. GPS coordinates would be helpful.
