Das Alia verfügt über riesige Wohneinheiten ab 130 qm. Das ist immer wieder wohltuend, vor allem wenn man abends nach Erkundigungen in den doch recht engen Gassen der Medina heimkehrt. Es gibt einen großen Salon, große Schlafzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Gasherd. Das Apartment ist sauber und die Möbel sind auch ok, nicht unbedingt modern, eher im marokkanischen traditionellen Stil. Man ist sehr schnell an der großen Promenade, dort gibt es Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte. Man kann mit dem Taxi für 1,50 € in die Innenstadt fahren. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 30 min. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Locatie en faciliteiten. Bewust gekozen voor een appartementhotel met bad, airco en zwembad. Bedden waren heerlijk, airco maakte veel geluid/lawaai, de 2 badkamers hadden geen badstoppers.

Cons: De medewerkers lieten ons aan ons lot over. Toe. Ik vroeg om badstoppers kregen we te horen dat ze de bewust weglaten vanwege waterverspilling??? Pardon??! Ik mag toch wel verwachten dat waterverbruik in de prijs is inbegrepen??! We kregen geen rondleiding of uitleg. De telefoon deed het niet en er is niet uitgelegd dat het via mobiel of whatsapp moet. Constant moest ik vanuit de 3e verdieping omkleden om naar beneden te gaan. Er werd ook geen moeite gedaan om het wat comfortabel te maken ondanks de klachten en vragen. Heel jammer

Cons: Wat minder positief was Helaas zijn er ook belangrijke minpunten. Het hotel is slecht onderhouden: als iets kapot is, wordt het niet vervangen. Zo waren de douchekoppen versleten, kwam er weinig water uit en was het water meestal koud. Het internet werkte nauwelijks. De omgeving buiten het hotel bestaat uit verlaten gebouwen en slecht onderhouden wegen, wat niet bepaald een fijne indruk geeft. Ook de ontvangst door het personeel was niet vriendelijk of behulpzaam. Hoewel het appartement groot is (230 m²), vind ik de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding niet in balans. Voor hetzelfde geld kun je elders kleinere, maar beter onderhouden accommodaties met betere service vinden. Tot slot: houd er rekening mee dat je echt alles zelf mee moet nemen – van vuilniszakken en theedoeken tot wasmiddel en schoonmaakspullen voor het bestek. Ik zal hier dan ook niet terugkomen.

L’appartement était très spacieux et confortable, situé en plein cœur de Tanger, ce qui nous a permis de profiter facilement de la ville.

Cons: La piscine ferme un peu trop tôt, ce qui limite son utilisation. De plus, le prix nous a semblé un peu élevé par rapport aux prestations offertes.

Das Apartment ist sehr groß, bequem, ruhig und, sauber, die Küche ist mit alles was man braucht gut ausgestattet , ich und meine Familie haben uns hier wohl gefühlt und wir bedauern das nicht dass wir uns für das Hotel entschieden haben, es war eine gute Entscheidung, falls ich nochmal in Tanger bin würde ich mich nochmal für das Hotel entschieden.

Cons: Das Hotel liegt neben ein Kanal und Nachts paar Mücken stören wenn man in Balkon setzen möchte.

Duplex spacieux

Cons: Notre séjour de 4 nuits en famille dans un duplex de cet appart-hôtel à Tanger a été très décevant. • La salle de bain est en mauvais état : la douchette est cassée, le bouton permettant de passer l’eau du robinet à la douchette est manquant, la robinetterie est très usée et entartrée, comme le montrent les photos. • Les murs de l’appartement sont sales, avec des marques, aussi bien dans la salle de bain que dans les autres pièces. • Le mobilier et les tapis sont tachés et mal entretenus : le canapé est marqué et abîmé, la moquette du salon est très sale. • Nous avons trouvé un cafard dans l’appartement, ce qui est inacceptable pour ce type d’établissement. • L’hôtel est situé à proximité d’une évacuation d’eaux usées dans la mer, ce qui provoque des odeurs d’égouts désagréables et une forte présence de moustiques. • Le personnel n’est pas arrangeant ni accueillant : impossible d’obtenir un check-out après 14h même lorsque l’hôtel est vide, et le ménage n’est fait que sur demande, au maximum un jour sur deux. • Nous devions demander du papier toilette chaque jour, car il n’était pas réapprovisionné automatiquement. En résumé, malgré la localisation centrale, le manque d’entretien, la propreté insuffisante, la présence d’insectes et l’absence de service ne nous incitent pas à recommander cet établissement.

Letti comodissimi, materassi validi. Parcheggio privato, sorvegliato, facile accessibile anche di notte quando si arriva stanchi da lontano. You should not be paying eureo prices for a much cheap dirham country like morrocoo . watch out for staff at reception they try their luck get money out of you. If try they make you offers to extras or pay extra for stuff dont back down then they will leave you . basically pay local tax and not for anything extra as you pre booked and pre paid should not be extra costs. Also bad staff all need customer training especailly old man with greyish hair always smoking very unfrendly and rude. crosses boundries he should not and acts as ownwes you or better than you. He gets upset when dont give him money . He says dumb rude things and rude behaviour. He is reason why never stay here again . We here on holiday with family not to be treated rudliy and disrespected or taken advantage of as we are tourist . This man will put you not just off allia hotel but put you off morroco too, make you feel you never want to come back. Also rooms were out dated and not claened ever during time we stayed there. The apartment was huge with bedroom, living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen. Bed was very comfy. AC working. Nice balcony, big enough for two ppl. Location is good just in between two beaches and close to all shops and cafes.

Cons: When we came to checkin around 4pm, there were still cleaning the room. It was the second time it happened to us in Morocco, so it's a bit annoying. There's literally no cleaning products in the kitchen to wash dishes and considering, that these are family apartments, the size of the bin was maybe 10x10x cm.

Very large apartment/room with two living rooms, lounge ereas, a kitchen, dinning room and bedrooms situated on a lower floor. Plenty of storage space and although the decor is a little dated, the appartement was very clean. Very well situated near the beach and train station. war jetzt schon einige Male im Alia und bin immer von neuem angenehm überrascht. Die Wohnung ist riesengroß. Man muss aufpassen, dass man sich nicht verläuft. Mehrere Balkone, einer mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt eine große Küche, 2 geräumige helle Schlafzimmer und einen großen Salon. Sichere Gegend, 24 Stunden Rezeption. Gute Infrastruktur, Lokale, Geschäfte, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Strand sind es auch nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles in allem wieder bestens !

Cons: evt. sollten auf den Nachttischen im Schlafzimmer, kleine Leselampen installiert werden, ansonsten alles bestens

Cons: Part où commencer ? J’ai réserver un séjour de 1 semaine à l’hôtel Alia et je le regrette clairement. Service catastrophique , en une semaine pas une fois ils sont venue nettoyer les draps pareil pour les essuie ! Je vous déconseille cette hôtel ! Nous avons eu des draps de lit dégelasse avec tache de sang et draps noir ! Que dire des toilettes ? Cuve des toilettes dans un état catastrophique ! Les prises électriques se décolle des murs la peinture des murs se décolle , .. que dire de plus … le personnel ne vaut pas mieux pas un bonjour quand on leurs demande un service ils vous regarder ou parle mal .. pour finir des mendiant vous attendent devant la sorti de l’hôtel… je vous déconseille clairement d’aller dans cet hôtel ! Ça vous évitera de vous gâchez vos vacances ! Ps je vous mets quelque photos de l’horreur.

شقة واسعة ذو إطلالة على البحر لبعض الشقق. غرفتين وصالتين كبار وحماين تكفي لعائلة كبيرة. مواقف متوفرة و مكان مفتوح. كل شئ بالقرب منك في طنجة.

Am Besten ist die Lage zu bewerten. Das Appartement ist riesig und bestens geeignet für grössere Familien. Hervorzuheben sind 2 Bäder mit Wanne, 2 Salons sowie genügend Schränke.

Cons: Das Mobiliar ist eher unmodern und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder sowie die Küche müssten besser gepflegt werden. Trotz Allem ist es als gutes Feriendomizil zu Empfehlen.

Meest verschrikkelijke verblijf ooit!! Baden die volliepen en ontstopt waren waardoor de volgende niet kon douchen. Wij telkens bellen maar niemand die langs komt. 4 handdoeken voor 8 mensen. Super stoffig en smerig. We zijn er allemaal in ziek geworden. Allemaal overgegeven! Super onhygiënisch. Niet kindvriendelijk! De babykaren moesten we steeds optillen wilde we naar buiten. Babybedden op voorhand gereserveerd, krijgen we bedden die niet naar beneden kunnen! Zie fotos! Schoonmaaksters zo chagrijnig als de pest en komen niet schoonmaken pas als je je kamer verlaat! Kortom verschrikkelijk!!!!!!!!!!! Nooit meer

L’appartement était très grand. Quand je suis rentré la première fois, je l’ai trouvé très beau. Suite parentale, une deuxième grande chambre avec deux lits simples, une grande cuisine et les commodités à proximité.

Cons: Si on s’attache aux détails: le ménage n’est pas fait au top, certaines portes grincent beaucoup (quand on a des bébés c’est très énervant). Si on ne fait pas la demande pour les serviettes ou le ménage, personne ne passe… Manque une machine à laver

Cons: Le nettoyage était mal fait (des cheveux dans la chambre et des traces d’urine sur la cuvette). Lorsqu’on a demandé le changement des draps au bout de 2 jours, les houses de couettes n’ont pas été changé et il y avait des tâches. Il n’y avait pas de quoi faire le ménage nous meme (pas de saut, pas de liquide vaisselle, pas d’éponge …)

Cons: Pour commencer l’hôtel était très sale. Il y avait des cafards (photo à l’appui), le lit bébé était très vétuste et très dangereux, mon bébé a faillit tomber. Une vitre posée sur un meuble était cassée ce qui aurait pu générer un accident. Nous avons donc décidé de quitter les lieux plus tôt que prévu (la veille) Merci de faire parvenir ce message à l’hôtel .

Location was very convenient to beach. Apartment was huge, with comfortable bed. Quiet. Other than shower curtain which could stand to be replaced, exceptionally clean. Staff aimed to be helpful.

Cons: I find the decision not to provide any kind of cleaning supplies in the kitchen a strange one. No dish detergent, no sponge, no dish towels. I would think having these items supplied would help guests take better care of the kitchen. Received no response from two attempts at emailing property prior to arrival.

Cons: Appartement was niet schoon, keuken niet compleet, wateroverlast in badkamer, afvalsysteem verstopt. Toeb wij opmerkingen maakten duurde het heel lang voordat het werd opgelost. Personeel werd agressief. Geen fijne vakantie. We hebben wel alles moeten betalen. Het gaat ons niet alleen om de locatie maar we willen ons comfortabel voelen en gastvrij ontvangen worden. Pas als we wat extra betalen worden zaken in orde gebracht. Daar zijn we absoluut niet tevreden over. we hadden in de reservering expliciet om zaken gevraagd, maar die zijn niet gerespecteerd, zoals een complete keuken. Er was niet eens een theepot, bijvoorbeeld.

This appart was absolutely humongous. Tons of room for everyone. Everything worked as stated. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

Cons: Our only gripes about this place was it was very hard to find the location because it is somewhat hidden between other hotels that look exactly like this one. The other gripe is that not all the rooms were heated, luckily all the bedrooms had heaters.

The room was large and the hotel was close to a number of eating places along the beach.

Cons: Upon arrival and despite having stated our intended arrival time and been positively accomodated in that request was a different one to the one booked - two single beds instead of one large bed. The manager said there wasnt anything he could offer as an alternative. However, when pushed he offered to reconfigure the two single beds into one large bed which was ok. But he had a very haughty attitude and tried to blame a trainee manager for the mistake - very poor. The grounds were also very run down and the entrance was difficult to find - no or very poor signage. It is cheap for a reason.

Agréable séjour comme d'habitude. Appartement très spacieux bien équipé en pleine centre-ville. Situé sur le corniche à 2 mn de la plage. Personnel très sympa et professionnel. Nous avons passé 8 jours tout était tellement impeccable que nous n'avons pas vu passer le temps. Nous avons visité énormément d'endroits: Cap Spartel, cap Malabata, Marina Bay, Café El Hafa, Corniche de Tanger, la médina de Tanger, etc...

Very friendly staff here. The hotel is older and has retro furnishings but I thought it was kind of cool. Our apartment was gigantic! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms and a kitchen. We only stayed one night, it was affordable and comfortable. Is it the nicest hotel in town, no but definitely a lot of bang for your buck.

The Appart hotel Alia is good hotel. The appartments are furnished enough. The kitchen is a little simplier equipped. Wi-fi working well. A problem is the smell from outside. The savage water smells from neighbouring river and the smoke of burning rabish storage is comming very often.

Extremely large and quiet apartment. However dated decor and extremely dim lighting in all the rooms which can make you feel depressed. The mattress was extremely hard, felt i was sleeping on a carboard box. The patio doors and windows do not lock therefore a security guy sits outside all day keeping guard. Location was good & close to Corniche with a supermarket nearby. There were 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other with a tub). Kitchen was big including full size fridge and lots of pots/ pans/ cutlery/plates etc. Please note the gas works using a cylinder, if you stay here do not forget that you have left something to cook on the stove otherwise there is a chance you can blow up the whole apartment! There is a Safe Box in the apartment to keep your valuables. Helpful reception staff. Worth staying if its under 30 British Pounds per night. Please note the Local Tax you have to pay on arrival was 50 dirhams for 2 people for 2 nights.

The location of the hotel is very nice , it's close to the beach and to a lot of restaurant and stores. The staff was nice and helpful and always available. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are cleaned very well ,you do have to give them the key to the room to get it cleaned because there's only one key. Our overall experience at the hotel was nice and we had a comfortable stay. The room we stayed in was way bigger than what we expected it to be ,we are a family of 4 people and we barely used all of the space. The only weak part is that the swimming pool ,which is owned by the hotel , is available for people who don't stay at the hotel ,as long as they pay the entrance fee for it ,and the pool is already small. This caused it to be always too crowded , so we didn't make use of it a lot. The thing that annoyed me a little was that one of the younger cleaning ladies stole a makeup item from my desk ,there were more expensive items to be found in our room but those weren't taken. Of course this doesn't mean that all the cleaning ladies there are bad people but just stay on your guard. The staff speaks arabic and french ,but they don't speak english , for the guests that come to this hotel, this is most of the time not a problem but for my kids it was a bit more difficult to communicate with them.

This was the best hotel i stayed in marroco! The appartaments are very nice, clean and have lots of room! It had 3 bathrooms, 3 rooms, kitchen, living and dinning room. I felt very safe there! The staff was very nice and friendly.

I reserved this place because I was planning to take an evening ferry from Spain to Tangier Med and needed a hotel in Tangier for the night. I arrived late due to the ferry being late. It was quite difficult to find the hotel during the night even with my GPS. I had to ask a taxi driver for assistance. There is a lot of construction in the area of the hotel so it is a bit tricky to find. The apartment appears to be one of the classic styles built during earlier times. It appears to have been thoroughly renovated on the inside and was incredibly spacious. Mine had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, three seating areas and a number of balconies. It is likely the largest hotel/apartment that I have ever stayed in. The furniture consisted of a mix of modern and contemporary themes. The flooring was tile throughout with rugs. Both the bedrooms and the bathrooms were large. Sitting areas were nice and made it feel more comfortable than just having a room. Kitchen was huge. All the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. When I was there, the weather was fantastic so I had no issues. However, it appears that the hotel does not have an A/C or heating system. This may or may not be an issue depending on the temperature and each person's tolerance for heat and cold. I really didn't have much interaction with the hotel staff but it looks like they don't offer much more than the room itself. There is no breakfast or room service (as far as I knew).
