Locația riadului este foarte bună! Gazdele sunt foarte dragute si zambitoare. Te ajuta cu tot ce ai nevoie daca sunt solicitate. Am ajuns pe jos la toate obiectivele propuse. Am servit micul dejun și cina la riad. Mâncarea gătită, specific marocana, a fost foarte bună. Totul a fost proaspăt. Doamna de la bucătărie gătește extraordinar. Ne-am îndrăgostit de bucătăria marocana. Curățenia era făcută zilnic. Prosoapele schimbate zilnic (cele utilizate).Fiecare camera are aer condiționat.
Cons: În camera nu aveam spațiu de depozitare...un scaun...o masa mica...nimic. Era doar un cuier unde am pus gecile, atât. Ventilatorul din baie era foarte zgomotos (in 2 nopți am fost treziți din somn de ventilatorul de la vecini...lăsat în funcțiune sa se aeriseasca probabil). Se auzea gălăgie de la ceilalți locatari...probabil și ei ne auzeau pe noi...dar asta tine de stilul clădirii. ....devine deranjant când...în noapte...vrei sa dormi iar vecinii vor pe terasa (aceasta fiind deasupra camerei tale)...dar...acest aspect nu tine de gazde neapărat...ci de "insomnia" vecinilor de cazare.

El personal es super serviciable. El desayuno esta muy bueno y a pesar de ser desde las 8.30 nos dieron de desayunar antes cada vez que teníamos excursiones. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Lo único es el tema de las puertas del baño que es una cortina pero es típico de la zona. Ubicación excelente; cerca de todo pero fuera del agobio, bullicio y del ruido. Ubicación perfecta, no cabe coche en esa calle, pero te deja a 10m, y tienes todo muy cerca. Paseamos de día y de noche sin ningún problema. Los desayunos excelentes, y alguna comida a mayores que hicimos en el hotel igual, muy abundates y ricas. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero con un aire acondicionado que va genial, y falta hace. La atención por todo el personal es de 10, dando todas las facilidades.

The location is not far from most of the points of interest. The room is clean. The aircond in the room works well. We were given a takeaway breakfast since we have to leave before the breakfast is served. The WiFi speed is and coverage is good.

When we arrived we had a warm welcome with a cup of Moroccan tea before they showed us our room. The guesthouse is very beautifully decorated, the staff very friendly and everything is clean and tidy. Like most dar's the room was quite dark but nevertheless it was nice. It has also a beautiful roofterrace where you can see and hear the city waking up in the morning. Breakfast was very good and the location just perfect. We could park withing walking distance (about 10 minutes) and it is close to the many highlights in Marrakesh.

TRY THEIR DINNER! We were super happy with the hospitality, the location, everything was just fabulous. They're so kind and welcoming. Amazing value for money. The cherry on top was their home cooked dinner. We didn't have high expectations, we opted to dine there because we arrived back late after a trip and wasn't keen on looking for something. We tried a lot of restaurants during our week long stay and didn't expect anything special. Goodness how wrong we were! Hands down the best food experience we had in Marrakech. Beautiful food. We ended up eating there more. Try their beef and prune tajine. But honestly, amazing flavours, whatever you try and decent price as well. Cannot recommend enough. You have to order dinne a day on advance but it's so worth planning ahead.

The truth is that the experience was exceptional in every detail. The location is very special and incredibly close to all the tourist sites you want to visit. You won't need a taxi, as all the must-see sites in Marrakech are extremely close to where you'll be staying. The staff are very cooperative and always willing to help. The rooms are extremely clean and unique, offering simplicity along with tradition and culture. The breakfast is special and changes daily, with pancakes and sweet pastries prepared in-house, giving them a distinct taste. Freshly squeezed orange juice is served daily (I could drink 100 glasses of this juice, which is the best I've ever tasted). The place is beautiful and elegant, suitable for families or newlyweds. It is clean in every aspect, and the experience is truly exceptional in every sense of the word.

Hanane was exceptionally welcoming and offered helpful advice about the city. Her meals, breakfast and evening meal were always varied, tasty and plentiful. It was nice to sample authentic Moroccan cooking in such a relaxed way. The location of her riad is close to the road for convenient taxi drop as well as next to a quieter entrance to the tourist part of the medina. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was always someone around to help with directions or queries. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice traditional house with lovely interiors located in the city centre. We were welcomed with mint tea and biscuits. The host helped us to order a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was very tasty.
Cons: It wasn't possible to change the temperature of the shower - it was scalding hot. There was a bit of confusion regarding the payment - I already paid but the owner seemed to have forgotten so I had to show a proof of payment, but it was okay in the end. Other than that a nice stay.

So, Dar Asdika is just amazing! You will not regret if you go there, I promise! It exceeded our expectations. It is even more beautiful then on photos. The terrace is amazing, you can enjoy nice view and amazing sunsets from there, take some beautiful photos of course :) Breakfast is WOW! And it was different every single day (we stayed 7 nights)! We also had a dinner once, and it was delicious. Hana and all the other women are very kind and friendly and thank you all once again for making our journey unforgettable. People in Marrakech are so nice! The location is perfect! We did not use taxi at all (even for Jardin Majorelle, Badi palace, Bahia, everything is max 20 min away), and our street was always clean, it is not crowdy, it is perfect!!! I have never been at some place feeling like home like here (and I have booked more than 50 times on booking). Towels were changed every day, it is clean, fresh, just go to Marrakech, you will fell in love :) When someone do something with love, then he/she gets a review like this! You were the best hosts!
Cons: We LOVED everythng. But just for your information, if you book Fatima room (as we did) it has no window (we also knew it, so it was fine). It has one small window above the door and one in the bathroom, but you will not spend that much time in the room, so I think that should not be a problem.

If you're car travelling, park on Kutubiyya Parking (next to mosque), safe and guarded (we paid 45 MAD/4 Eur for 24 hours).

What a find in Marrakech! I would be very surprised if one finds a better place to stay when in Marrakech. Hanane was a great host, nothing was too much of a trouble for her. Location was great, the souk, the square (Jemaa El-Fnaa) and most other places of interest are all within walking distance. Car parking can be a little bit challenging, although we found a place on the road to park nearby. Dinner was absolutely amazing, huge portion sizes, I definitely recommend booking half-board. Will definitely be staying here if we visit Marrakech again.

The people truly make the place. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The food was phenomenal!! I would highly recommend trying dinner at least once during your stay - our favorite meal in Morocco! The rooms are clean and have basic amenities.

We had a fabulous time at Dar Asdika. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. They spent time telling the sights and how to get to them, helped us confirm our trip to the mountains, cooked us delicious dinners and were always happy to bring us a hot pot of Moroccan tea. They held our baggage during our last day and also got us a speedy taxi to the airport (we mixed up the time but made it!). The staff at Dar Asdika was a highlight of trip to Marrakesh and their guesthouse is wonderful!
Cons: The bedroom was a little small, but it was cool during the heat of the day. And, we could spend time on lovely the roof terrace or in the common room any time of the day.

We had an amazing time in Marrakesh! Our hotel,Dar Asdika was the highlight of our trip. Our host, Hanane and her amazing ladies, made us feel really welcome. They prepared amazing meals, breakfasts in this incredible hotel. Its a small oasis away from the bustle and hustle of the Medina,although centrally located. Its literally a 6 min walk to the Souk, and all of Marrakesh's attractions! The hotel is authentic Moroccan with amazing decor and fantastic bedrooms. Its spotlessly clean has a lovely rooftop area to socialise and relax from life! We stayed there 3 days, were genuinely sad departing and hopefully will return someday to this Moroccan jewel! This is an absolutely little gem of a place tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to by taxi or car, no need to drag your luggage through the Medina. The location is perfect. Less than 10 minutes walk to the main square and 5 minutes away from one of the best rooftop bars in Marrakech. The Riad is spotless throughout, with its own lovely rooftop terrace, and our room was gorgeous, very nicely decorated with everything you need and the wi-fi was fast. Breakfast was delicious, it was traditional Moroccan lots of sweet pastries and bread and omelettes. The best part of this place was the amazing host Hanane and her ladies. Hanane made us feel very welcome and nothing was to much trouble, she even very kindly helped us and stored some luggage whilst we went cycling in the High Atlas until we returned a few days later. The welcome when we got back was like old friends returning, loved it. Thank you Hanane and team for an amazing stay and for all your help.

Dar Asdika was a pretty Riad with a very welcoming and helpful staff. They helped me with parking my rental car and even going out to purchase data for my SIM card. There are private parking spaces for the Riad in a parking lot not too far away. My room was comfortable and aesthetically nice. The tagine dinner was tasty and came out right off the stove!
Cons: I enjoyed the Moroccan breakfast, everything was fresh and tasted good, I just wish there was some protein included.

The hosts were so so lovely, going above and beyond in all areas to make our trip to Marrakech the very best it could be. The breakfast was excellent. The location is also good, only a short walk away from the main square. The room was spotless and sufficiently equipped, the wifi was remarkably fast, and any questions were dealt with kindly and promptly.

Hospitality and the massive breakfast 😁 we felt absolutely spoiled :) the location is close to the center but still quiet. The rooms were authentic and clean. And the rooftop terrace was a perfect place to chill out the whole day walking in the colorful Marrakech. Dar Asdika absolutely add on our Morocco experience.

Very friendly employees that really go the extra mile for you! They kind hostess prepared us with a very nice takeaway breakfast when we had to checkout at 7. The riad has a stylish interior, comfortable rooms, and an amazing roof terrace.
Cons: Because the windows/doors aren't airtight, quite a lot of noise can slip through. We unfortunately had to deal with a group of (bachelorette party?) French women that were very loud from the roof terrace and made it difficult to sleep on both nights. Even though this may have been against the Riad's rules, no intervention was made as far as we could tell.

The property was full of character and charm, but what made the stay as lovely as it was were the wonderful staff. Our host Mohamed was so kind and helpful. I was able to drop my bags at the property before check in time, and immediately felt welcome. Once my friend and I could check in, we were welcomed with Moroccan mint tea, and given a map of the area. Breakfast was incredible, and very generous - no chance of going hungry (if you have no dietary restrictions), my friend was very satisfied. They did make an effort to offer me food as a vegan with allergies, but it was fruit and vegetables (all delicious!), but not very filling, so perhaps take food with you if this is you, I had my own bread so not a huge problem. The property was clean and all the staff were very friendly. The roof terrace is beautiful, and a wonderful place to relax and watch a sunset. We came back here for the end of our stay, after a trip to Essaouira, and it was like being welcomed home - just lovely! The triple room was most comfortable for us as a pair of friends - there was much more room for bags etc than the double room we stayed in on the second stay, although both rooms were nice. The location is amazing for being totally immersed in the local culture. Easy walking to the markets and local attractions. My friend was sick one evening so needed to go to bed, Mohamed went out of his way to help me get some dinner ordered to the property so I didn't have to leave. He called a local restaurant and explained my dietary requirements and I can't explain how thankful I was. One evening we sat on the terrace to watch the sunset and I asked to buy a pot of tea, as we enjoyed it so much and he took me to the kitchen to teach me how to make it! It's little things like this that made our stay so wonderful..
Cons: Very little to say here. The only thing I would love to see change, is that if someone has told them in advance about an allergy, they plan to cater for that, rather than needing to be reminded on the day, as it can feel a bit awkward, especially when a wonderful breakfast has been cooked for you, that you then can't eat. (Gluten free food is readily available at the supermarkets in Marrakech). But overall nothing negative to say, it was wonderful.

This Riad is conveniently located within the old city and you can walk everywhere. It is clean and well kept. Mohammed met us to check in and he spoke very good english. He was very helpful for directions and can make suggestions for things to do. The breakfast at the riad was also excellent with hot coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, sweet breads, crepes, morrocan bread, yogurt and you can ask for eggs made the way you liked them. Hannan and the two other ladies took excellent care of anything you asked for, rooms were clean and organized. They made us a lovely, traditional morrocan meal served on the terrace where you could sit in the evening. They made our visit very pleasant.
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was how firm the bed mattress was. However we found in most of europe the beds are firmer than ours at home.

Very well located, away from the main square but only a short walk away, with free parking just a few meters away (maybe we got lucky!). Inside te rooms, bathrooms look really nice!

The staffs are very pleasant and caring. The location of the property is OK. The giggle maps do not work once you are in the old city and it’s imposition fins the place so just hire the taxi driver or expect to give at least 100 or 200 DH which is $10 to $20 to a teenager who is looking for lost tourists all day. The breakfast is more continental breakfast.

Das Riad ist schwer zu finden, da es in einer Gasse parallel zur Straße liegt. Das macht es allerdings zu einem ruhigen Rückzugsort und ist doch nur wenige Schritte vom Trubel und dem Zentrum entfernt. Das Personal ist so freundlich, daß ich nun schon zum dritten Mal dort zu Besuch war. Sie sind behilflich bei der Preisfindung und haben mir geholfen, Verhandlungen auf dem Markt mit einem angemessenen Endpreis zu kalkulieren. Das Frühstück ist lokal: Brot, Pfannkuchen, Brötchen, Gebäck, Marmelade, Honig, Käse, Ei, Saft und Kaffee oder Tee. Die Dachterrasse ist mit ihrem Ausblick über die Dächer der Umgebung ein schöner Ort zu allen Zeiten des Tages.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Dar Asdika. Nous avons été accueilli avec du thé et du cake, la chambre était confortable (bien qu'un peu froide le seul jour où nous n'avons pas eu de soleil), propre, nettoyée chaque jour. Chaque matin, un petit-déjeuner succulent et plus que suffisant nous était proposé, servi avec grand sourire. Le personnel est très disponible pour répondre aux questions. Enfin, nous avons pu profiter de la petite terrasse très agréable.

I spent one week at Dar Asdika in April 2016. The room was very clean and bright. I had dinner cooked in the Riad every night. Food was excellent and in copious amount. I got any help I needed.There was no language barrier. I felt like at home - very safe and looked after. Internet in my room was very fast. A member of the staff was present in the Riad all the time.

Liegt sehr zentral in der Medina und ist trotzdem sehr, sehr ruhig. Man hat ein Gefühl der Sicherheit, auch in der Umgebung. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich mit diesem wundervollen Pfefferminztee und Gebäck. Koffer wurden auch sofort auf das Zimmer gebracht. Zum Frühstück oder anderen Mahlzeiten kann man auch Wünsche äußern, die gern erfüllt werden.

Woman solo traveler. Felt safe! Since the airport pickup, was the father of the riad family to pick me up. The way to the main square is quite safe, allways buzy, never got lost. As most of the riads no windows, what is normal for the architecture in Marrakesh. Breakfast was the best I had in Marrocos (12 days - 7 or 8 diferent hotels 3/4 stars). No terrace or pool. No problems, and they stay awake until late, so they can open the door to you, what make me feel safe, as someone would notice if I desapear... this is important when you travel alone.

Il riad è a 5 minuti dalla piazza, si raggiunge facilmente e in tutta tranquillità, anche di notte. La camera non era grandissima ma confortevole e ben pulita. La colazione è abbondante, la sera si può cenare con 11€, il proprietario è davvero un bravo cuoco. Unica pecca noi eravamo all'ultimo piano e non funzionava il wi-fi, bisognava scendere a piano terra. Per tutto il resto consigliato.

I was planning a solo trip to explore the city, and I was just looking for a good/convenient location with WiFi. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room (considering the price of the riad and country, everything was above what I expected) with clean and comfortable rooms and showers. WiFi was surprisingly quick and I always had a strong signal (even just in front of the building). The staff are very helpful and attentive.

La meilleure chambre c'est Narjiss sur la terrasse. Mouhammad et Hanane sont très serviables et gentils. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Nous aurions aimé y vivre toute l'année. Mon grand bonjour à Mouhammad et Hanane de Kamel et de son épouse.

Da das Riad erstens in einer ruhige Seitengasse und dann ca. 7-8 Gehminuten vom berühmten Platz (Name hab ich grad vergessen) entfernt liegt, war es dort total ruhig und die Ohrstöpsel konnten im Koffer bleiben. Wir hatten GLück weil wir das Zimmer hatten welches oben auf der Dachterrasse war. So mussten wir nur die Tür öffnen und standen auf der Terrasse. Dort jeden Tag gefrühstückt. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber und stilvoll im arabischen Stil eingerichtet. Täglich wurde sauber gemacht und die Betten gemacht. Man kann mit dem Taxi bis zum Eingang der ruhigen Seitengasse fahren, dann sind es noch ca. 10 Meter bis zum Dar Asdika. Wir haben dem Taxifahrer am Flughafen die Adresse gezeigt und er hat uns - nach kurzer Beratung mit seinen Kollegen - direkt dorthin gefahren. Nicht erschrecken, wenn Ihr die Gasse seht, die sehr eng und nicht sehr einladend ist. Aber sobald die Tür zum Riad geöffnet ist, eröffnet sich Euch eine andere Welt. Übrigens: Die Gasse wurde gerade gepflastert als wir dort gewesen sind, kann also nur besser werden.

Unser Aufenthalt im Dar Asdika war eine tolle Erfahrung. Unser Gastgeber hat von der Abholung vom Flughafen über eine Tour ins Atlasgebirge, tollem Frühstück (auf Wunsch sogar auf der sonnigen Dachterrasse) bis zum Rücktransport zum Flughafen alles für uns organisiert und war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war groß, komfortabel, es wurde jeden Tag von einer sehr netten Frau aufgeräumt und gereinigt und wir hatten immer heisses Wasser in der Dusche-was will man mehr. Man sollte sich allerdings etwas wärmere Kleidung zum Schlafen mitbringen, das Haus ist wie alle Häuser in Marrakech mit sehr dicken Wänden gebaut und es gibt nur kleine Fenster. Im Sommer ist es schön kühl-im Winter allerdings auch und man friert schnell :-) Zum großen Marktplatz, dem Jemma el Fna, haben wir ungefährt 6-8 Minuten gebraucht. Er ist leicht zu finden und die Straße ist sehr sicher. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen und wenn Sie eine Reise ins Atlasgebirge oder die Sahara planen, machen Sie es lieber nicht von Zuhause, sondern lassen sie es einfach am ersten Tag Mohammed wissen und er organisiert Ihnen einen Fahrer und Guides. Dies ist sehr zu empfehlen, weil es unkompliziert ist, der Preis ist besser und die Fahrer sprechen gutes Englisch, arbeiten für offizielle Touristenfirmen und man erfährt wahnisinnig viel über Marroko und die Marrokaner :-)

Wonderful hospitality. Homemade breakfast with pancakes. Sadly I can't eat wheat so she made me an omelet. Very kind. It was freezing cold but they provided a heater in the room with out having to ask. Room was small but the bed was VERY comfortable. Amazing shower I wanted to stay there all day.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo riad per 5 notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il titolare Mohammed è molto gentile e disponibile anche per organizzare escusioni nei dintorni di Marrakech. E' possibile anche cenare nel riad con tipica cucina marocchina. La posizione è in una parte un pò più tranquilla (relativo a Marrakech!!) della medina, quindi lo consiglierei per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Si può richiedere il servizio taxi (15 euro) all'arrivo a Marrakech, consigliato.

Das Riad liegt zentral in der Medina. Es ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker. Bei der Buchung sollte man nicht das Zimmer Nejma nehmen, da es im EG liegt und morgens die anderen Gäste dort Frühstücken und man hört alles.

Für Besuche in der Medina von Marrakesch ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Die Lage ist sehr günstig: Ruhig, kein Autolärm und dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß mitten im Geschehen der Souks. Sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gutes Frühstück, Chef des Hauses spricht mehrere Sprachen, ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat bereits vorab einen Abholservice vom Flughafen per Mail angeboten. Für 15 € wurden wir am Flughafen abgeholt (großes Namensschild) und sicher zum Riad gebracht. Zurück haben wir diesen Service auch gerne in Anspruch genommen. Geht mit öffentlichem Bus zwar günstiger, aber wenn man die Lage des Riad noch nicht kennt, sollte man sich diesen Bringservice samt Gepäck auf alle Fälle gönnen.

We went to Marrekech for a short city trip, and booked Dar Asdika as part of a package. Unfortunately the flying part of the package was with Ryanair, which led to a major delay in our arrival. We had informed Dar Asdika that we were running late, but it didn't seem to be a problem. Upon our arrival we were then taken to a different riad - ror a reason we didn't understand, and nobody would explain to us (other than in a very fast-speaking French way). Having that said, I need to point out that the other riad (Dar Al Hamra) must have been very well selected. We weren't disappointed at all, and didn't feel like we missed out on anything. Rooms looked similar to the ones we had seen on the pictures about Dar Asdika. Excellent rating to show that even if things might get messed up a bit, they make a great effort to find an appropriate place for you to stay. I just assume that the owners of the Dar Asdika might be more helpful than the hosts of the place where we stayed in the end, as they weren't the most welcoming ones.

Pratique. Central. Chambre petite au rez de chaussée, dont les fenêtres donnaient sur la salle à manger. Assez bruyant le matin dès le petit déjeuner. L'accueil est attentionné et chaleureux.
