Die Lage zum Meer ,Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stadtmitte .Restaurants in der Nähe mit guten Gerichten , fairen Preisen
Cons: Leider war das Frühstück nicht so wie im letzten und vorletzten Jahr. Das frische Obst habe ich vermisst. ZB Orangenscheiben,Melone . Mandarinenstückchen und Weintrauben lagen mit warmen Kartoffeln unter einer Haube Das Auge isst mit.!

J'ai fait la réservation et j'ai ajouté le numéro de mon vol, je suis arrivé à l'hôtel à 23h30 et ils m'ont dit que ma chambre n'était pas disponible et que la réservation était garantie jusqu'à 18h, mais personne ne m'a appelé, le gars de la réception n'était pas prêt à m'aider. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel.

Séjour prévu de 3 nuits, mais impossible de réserver les 3 sur Hotels.com, seule la première nuit était disponible. Après appel à l’hôtel, on me confirme qu'il reste des chambres disponibles et qu'il me suffit de réserver la première nuit, le reste des 2 nuits seront payées directement à l’hôtel. Arrivé à l’hôtel, la réservation d'un de mes collègues avait été annulée car pas validée avant 18h (il n'avait jamais eu de message lui demandant de valider), j'ai du partager ma chambre avec lui car l’hôtel avait déjà donné sa chambre à qqn d'autre et ne proposait aucune autre alternative. En ce qui concerne ma réservation des 2 nuits suivantes, on me dit à l'accueil que l'hôtel est plein, et tant pis pour moi, là encore, pas de proposition alternative. J'ai dû dormir dans l’appartement d'un collègue marocain pour ne pas être à la rue. Concernant la chambre, bonne literie. Petit déjeuner à peine correct. Au moment de partir, impossible d'obtenir une facture car "la dame qui s'en occupe n'est pas là". Hotel vraiment pas sérieux et beaucoup trop cher pour le type de chambre et le service proposé.

The room is clean, we can hear often noise. The breakfast is disappointing. When cheese runs out, they tell you we can't do nothing for you. And similar story for other items. I thing the ratio price and quality is not encouraging you at all to visit this hotel again.

C'est l'hôtel le plus mauvais que j'ai connu: La chambre :pas de mouchoirs ni de papiers toilettes; shampooings et savons en petits échantillons et sachets; mini bar vide même pas une bouteille d'eau dedans; la télé toute petite l'image pas claire avec trop de parasites et pas de son du coup on regardait que les images; pas de service de chambre ( on avait appelé la réception pour demander du papier toilette et des couvertures on nous a demandé de descendre les chercher; on ne peut même pas prendre son petit déj traquillement dans la chambre mais c'est au client de monter au 5 ème où se trouve le restaurant chercher son plateau; même une cuillère on nous a demandé de monter la chercher au restaurant). j'ai pris une grande suite oú il y avait que 2 serviettes (sachant qu'on était 4) on était obligé d'aller acheter des boîtes à mouchoirs pour s'essuyer ...; la baignoire toute sale et bouchée dès qu'on la remplissait ne se vidait plus; Le petit déjeuner juste catastrophique : ne mérite pas du tout son prix ( yaourt/ clémentine/ lait /café/thé/ croissants duuuuurs/ pas d'omelette/ fromage ( le moins cher). Servi sur une table sale remplie de miettes .... La récéption toute modeste avec des canapés usés et sales pas dignes d'un hôtel de 3 étoiles. Et tous les autres clients qu'on a croisé là bas se plaignaient. Je le déconseille et moi personnellement j'y retournerai plus jamais!! Ps: pour 3 nuits on a payé 5000dhs

Hôtel pas trop mal placé, possibilité d'avoir le véhicule devant l'hôtel. Cet hôtel serait plus attrayant si le personnel était formé pour l'hôtellerie:Personnel ne trouvant pas la deuxième réservation(nous étions deux couples); petit déjeuner insuffisant si vous êtes les derniers à être servi et on débarrasse alors que vous êtes encore en train de manger avec des réflexions incompatible avec une relation avec la clientèle(tu veux du café noir pour être tout noir!!)véridique.Nous attendons toujours la facture demandée et relancée 3 fois. Et il serait plus attrayant si la décoration était refaite.Chambre sombre, les ouvertures sont petites et ampoules très basses consommation, salle de bains avec carrelage noir, manque patère pour poser ses effets. Propreté correcte mais sans plus. Dans cette catégorie, il y a mieux dans Rabat, nous le conseillons pas sauf pour une nuit.

Hotel qui convient à des personnes juste de passage , decor terne sans charme . Une partie du personnel n est pas aimable alors que l autre est serviable et polie . mention bien pour les femmes de chambre s , les chambres sont propres . Hotel quand même bien situé à proximité de la Médina.

Was not as good as expected. They did not have a clue we were coming, it took them sometime to check details with Hotels.com. Said this was down to bad communication between the 2. Rooms not as confortable as similar Hotels (no heating and it was quite cold in December). I would not go there again.

The hotel is a little tired but was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The WiFi was not the best but we were moved to a room with better reception. The breakfast was a little poor. We would stay there again. Ok value for money
