Gerçekten fiyat performans oteli. Yılbaşı gecemi geçirdim hem çok temiz hem çok konforluydu. Oda refah ve geniş personel ilgili güler yüzlü birsonraki izmir seyahatimde yine tercih edeceğim.

I stayed at Mira for 12 says.. Everything was behind my expectations, my fried didn’t like the hotel much cause she is used to staying big hotels.. For me, everything was great; breakfast was amazing, great neighborhood, staff was friendly, house keeping lady was very nice, Erman was very helpful with everything… If I go back in Izmir again, I will definitely use Mira again

Surprisingly good place: clean, enough space, lift, great reception, good bathroom place, not so loud. Good placement - on Sunday local market nearby. 5 min to the sea 2 bottles of water, kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Even breakfast was included.

Very central hotel, perfect location. Walking distance to best part of town. Rooms are large, comfortable, clean. Price is very reasonable. Breakfast is good. My main complaint is rooms have cigarette smell as the staff told me smoking is allowed by the windows.

It was the worst experience I have ever lived in this hotel, the welcoming was not good as we had to wait 1hour to get our room ready and clean...But at end it was dirty and AC was not functioning well., we claimed that and nothing happens so we spend the night with open windows from where we can hear the streets noise which was very disturbing to sleep and get rest after long tiring trip. Finally we had to do our check out very early around 10am and leave this hotel to book another one. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone even their spa personnel are very rude we tried to do massage the 1st when we arrived but he said No we are full, however I saw empty rooms without any patients waiting outside!! It was suspicious as the therapist cloths were not official and they're just wearing night outfits... Breakfast was extremely terribel and poor even I asked to have coffee or some beverage extra that I would pay they have made me wait more than 30mn. We left the hotel without turning back!!

Otel gerçekten harika bir konumda, lakin başka bir özelliği buşunmamaktadır, yataklarda yatılmayacak kadar eski yaylar bozulmuş sadece ortasında yatabiliyorsun yatak çukur olduğu için wc si temiz lakin çarşaflar pis sıcak su çalışmıyor klima kumandası çalışmıyor... Dediğim gibi bir çok üç yıldız otel var bu otel değil hostel lakin konumu gerçekten iyi

Otel Odaları uygulamada gördüğümüz gibi değil Odalar iğrenç , İğrenç lağam kokusu sürekli burnunuzda , Hotels.com bize gösterdiği oda aynı aynı odayı almıyorsunuz üstelik çatı katında tavan arası oda veriyorlar burdan gelen misafirlere , kesinlikle tavsiye edilmez , üstelik para normal ücretin çok üstünde çok çok daha iyi otel de kalınırdı inanılmaz bir hayal kırıklığı oldu . Paranıza yazık diyorum başka bişey demiyorum sokakta kalsanız daha rahat edersiniz

Hotelin konumu çok iyi yerde.Kıbrıs şehitlerine çok yakın. Lakin hotelin tüm ekipmanları eski, kullanım kalitesi düşük.banyoda tavan kısımları su sızdırmalardan dolayı rutubetli hasarlı duruyordu. Banyodan gelen kötü koku, defalarca parfüm sıkmama rağmen gitmedi. Bu eksikliklere bu fiyatlara daha kaliteli büyük firmaların otellerini tercih ederim. Odalardan fazlasıyla ses geliyor yalıtım kötü. Gece geç saatte dönenlerin sesleri rahatsız edici oluyor..

I asked for parking and i got the approval when Completed the reservation but theere was no parking when i checked in and then they managed one for me. The room smelled so bad. The lights were not working in the room. No toilet paper. I had to reconnect to wifi every time i need to use internet.

The only good thing about this hotel is its central location. The staff is friendly and helpful but the property is outdated and in need of urgent maintenance. The rooms are not clean enough. I would not stay there again.

Terrible, hotel was supposed to be wellness and spa. However, during all of our stay the "spa" was open only for one day, and the only thing that worked during that brief time is the sauna. Staff did their best, but it's clear that the management of the hotel has no idea whatsoever what they are doing. The toilet light in the room wasn't working, the second day they fixed it but then it couldn't be turned off, unless the room card was removed. The bathroom shower had moist on the corners and it looked really bad, I was even afraid of some diseases. Wi-fi password was working only for the lobby, they should put it in a visible spot in the rooms too, we had to use our own mobile data. This venue should have no right to call themselves "wellness and spa". Cabins where the lockers are were incapacious ant the lockers were filled with some folders and trash, even though there was nobody brave enough to use the sauna other than me and my wife. The hamam part looks really bad and rusty and the supposed pool was empty and there were some boxes inside and toilet paper. Sauna was also in a bad condition. I have no negative things to say towards the staff, they were pleasant, professional and helpful, even though their English was not the best. All in all, not worth the money, and I am seriously considering not to ever come to Izmir again, this should be named apart hotel and not wellness and spa. Avoid if possible.

Otelin bulunduğu bölge güzel. Onun dışında her şey vasat. Odalar eski, banyolar küflü, her şey kırık dökük, perdeler solmuş. 3 gece kaldık. Odayı temizlemeye kimse girmedi. Son gün çöplerin boşaltılması için biz rica ettik. Sadece çöpler boşaltılmıştı. Kahvaltısı idare eder. Aynı fiyata kalacak daha güzel yerler vardır eminim... 3 yıldızını ve "spa" olmasını hiç anlamadık....

Odalarımız çok dolu denilip çatı katındaki oda verildi .Sadece biraz küçük denildi ama oda küçüklüğü geçtim hobbit ailesinin yaşabileceği ölçülerdeydi .Abartmıyor zaten çatı katı olduğu için tavan eğimli ellerinizi yıkarken bile kafanızı eğmeniz gerekiyor. duş almak kesinliklle imkansız. çalışan personeller katlarda sigara içiyor odalar beyaz sabun ve sigara karışımı kokuyor. Çalışanlar iyiydi fakat standart oda gibi gösteriliyor fakat görsellerde çatı katı odası yok o yüzden giden herkese bu odayı verebilirler.Kahvaltıya gelicek olursak çeşit vardı evet ama tabak çatallar pislik içindeydi .belki bir tabak pistir dedim başka tabak aldım o da pisti. keşke onun da fotoğrafını çekseydim.odada pencere yok çatıya bakan pencere var oda havasız.Ve otel bu şikayetlerin geldiğini söylüyor fakat kesinlikle birşey yapan yok . Asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

The room was very musty and dark. No main light just 2 small bed side lights for the whole room. Bathroom smelt permanently damp, wall paper peeling off the walls and shower head was broken. Very noisy at night with the window open but no working controller for the air con.

Otel odası özellikle banyo çok kirliydi. Söyledik bir sonraki gün temizlenmişti ancak lavabonun üzerine konulduğu yer ağaç olduğu için eskimişti çok ve kirli duruyordu. Odaya girdiğimizde odada koku vardı. İki ayrı yatak istemiştik. Size en iyi odamızı veriyoruz demiş olmalarına rağmen iki yataktan birisi diğerinden çok küçüktü ve muhtemelen aslında bir çocuk yatağıydı. Sırtımın ağrısından kudurdum. 3 günlük izmir seyehatim mahvokdu. Değiştirmelerini istedik ancak dolu olduklarını söylediler. Odaya kuzenin bize kahve getirmek için gelmek istediğinde resepsiyonda kendisiyle ciddi bir şekilde tartıştılar. Odaya çıkmak yasak, konaklama ücreti ödemeniz gerekir dediler. Doğrudur kural böyledir vs ama söyleme tarzları çok kaba ve saldırgandı. Hotels.com sitesinden yapmıştım rezervasyonu çünkü otelin girişinde daha fazla fiyat söylediler. Geri iade şansım olsa iptal edip başka yere geçerdim ama iade olmuyordu. Mecbur devam ettik konaklamaya. Güleryüz hiç görmedim zaten. Benim gibi çok kolay tatmin olan bir insanı bile bu kadar memnuniyetsiz uğurlamak başarıdır bence. Tebrik ediyorum arkadaşları.

The location was great but there were road works in front of the hotel. We booked this hotel due to the fact that there were a Turkish bath in the hotel but later found out that the spa has been closed for a while. This should of be noted in hotels.com otherwise we would of not booked 3 rooms at this hotel. My family is from Australia & we wanted them to experience a Turkish bath but was disappointed that it was closed. Hope now it is reopened??

Konumu sebebiyle defalarca kaldığım bir otel ancak odalar çok eskimiş ve yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Maalesef bu defa odaya ilk girdiğimde tuvaletin temiz olmamasıyla bir şok yaşadım. Temizlik konusunda oldukça kötü durumda.

Bi kaç günlük izmir seyahati için tercih ettik bu oteli genel konum itibariyle merkezi bir lokasyonda mükemmel bir temizlik beklemeyin sonuçta 5 yıldızlı bir otel değil ama pis olarak da nitelendiremem kahvaltı da bütün isteğinizi karşılayacak durumda aç kalmazsınız ve yürümeyi de seviyorsanız bizim gibi sahile çıkıp sol taraftan devam ederek izmir in meşhur yapıtlarını görebilirsiniz. Sahilin sağında kalan Atatürk müzesini de mutlaka görün. Biz güzel bir izmir turu yaptık bize otel de de görmek istediğimiz yerlere de güler yüzü ile yardımcı olan yalçın beye çok teşekkür ederiz.

Konumu çok iyi olan otelin sayfasında ücretsiz otopark yazmasına rağmen yol çalışması nedeniyle aracımı uzak ve ücretli bir otoparka bırakmak zorunda kaldım, ücret tarafımdan ödendi. Personel ilgili ama yeterli değil. Kaldığımız oda tam olarak hazırlanmamıştı, eksikleri vardı.

Otelin tanıtımında ücretsiz otopark olduğu belirtilmekteydi ancak otopark hiç yok aracınızı ya sokağa bırakıyorsunuz yada bir sokak arkadaki ücretli özel otoparka bu yanıltıcı bilgi düzeltilmelidir. Otel konum olarak çok iyi yerde , kahvaltı fena değil personel iyi .

Rezervasyon yaparken sigara içilmeyen oda seçimi yapmıştım , ve standart oda 20 m2 diye yazıyordu , verilen oda teras katında maksimum 15 m2 ve ağır sigara kokuyordu . Banyosu çok küçüktü duş almak bir yana içinde hareket etmek bile çok zordu , koridorlarda ağır bir kanalizasyon kokusu hakimdi , oda ses yalıtımı kötüydü . Beğenmedim

食事に行くのも、トラムに乗るのもとせも良い場所です。新しいトラムのテスト期間で料金全てがテスト、、無料でした。ホテルの近くはお肉屋さん、魚屋さん八百屋さん本当に人々が暮らす街です。

Otel genel olarak nem kokuyordu. Odanın temizliğine özen gösterilmediği aşikar. Yerde saçlar, çarşafların üzerinde ise kıllar vardı. Yastıklar da konforlu değildi. Otel konum itibariyle çok iyi bir noktada ve kahvaltısında sıcak boyozları var, kahvaltı çeşitliliği çok güzel. Ancak ekmek sepetlerinin bezleri bile yağlı bırakılmış, günlük değiştirilmiyor.

Water temperature in shower is changing rapidly to very hot and back. Constant problem. Cleaning room happened only once in 10 days, not everyday. You should go away and only after some time it could happen. Breakfast was good. But on last day there was no orange juice - the only juice available. It was hard to navigate by the only map. Use several online maps to get to this 1480th street. The hotel tried to force me make booking directly for same price, even dropped offers on hotels.com for a moment. But it's not best offer, you won't get any cashback. Currently there is no spa available in the hotel despite spa is in the hotel's title.

Needed a place to stay without costing a fortune. Parking is usually a nightmare in this area. Decided on trying Veramor Hotel Wellness & Spa as we needed a local place without the bells and whistles of the bigger hotels in the area. Veramor didn't let us down. Will certainly be staying here again when visiting Alsancak again.
