La ubicacion es muy buena, cerca de la estacion y de la medina. Puedes ir andando a cualquier parte. Volveria a elegirlo.

Cons: Nada, la verdad es que la estancia ha sido muy agradable.

I will start by complementing the receptionist, she was very friendly, and answered all our questions. The room was below average, the TV didn't work, the card reader at the door had a problem and it didn't have a pleasant smell. Try to avoid the restaurant as the food quality was not that good and very pricy. Apart from that, great location and there is supermarket right next to the hotel

The sheets and towels were clean and of a high quality. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was generous with a variety of options. The location is conveniently close to the old city (Medina), which is not as touristy as the one in Marrakech. We walked from the hotel through the Medina to visit the Hassan II Mosque next to the ocean, which was the highlight of our stay in Casablanca.

Cons: The air conditioning didn’t work.

Centrally located and close to Medina, restaurants and cafes. Front desk staff not so friendly. Doorman very helpful. Breakfast was OK - basic but sufficient. Room was OK but bathroom was a shocker. Shower was useless - one spray of water from entire shower head.. so was just a squirt you couldn’t even wash your hands in. 1/2 roll of toilet paper! Maintenance man is required to sort that out and my room was not the only one. Intrepid use this as pre tour hotel.. if you need extra nights before the start of the tour book elsewhere and don’t waste your money at Les Saisons. Novotel and Marriott are just down the road and within 5 mins walk and not much price difference.

This place is disgusting. Nothing remotely good about it. There were cockroaches running around our room when we turned the light on in the morning and in our open bags…..disgusting. The shower is beyond terrible. No hot water but the valve to get the shower working was broken so the water was a bare trickle out the shower and mainly poured out the bottom spout. Breakfast was horrid mainly because we couldn’t get the idea out of our minds that the kitchen and food prep areas were infested with vermin. The only thing that felt safe was the bottled water. We were part of an Intrepid travel group tour and had no choice with this place, but if you do please please do not stay here. This is a classic roach motel. Nothing redeeming about this place. Even the staff looked disgusted ! Gross.

The hotel is perfectly located in central Casablanca, walking distance from anything you might want to visit in the city. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly - they really made our stay - and when we asked to move rooms due to a noisy flagpole on a windy day, they happily sorted this out for us. Both our rooms were spacious and pleasant.

Cons: The breakfast was a little bit uninspiring - it didn't look like a priority for the hotel - but we found a lovely cafe nearby so this wasn't an issue.

We stayed here for one night at the start of an Intrepid tour of Morocco, having previously spent 2 nights in another (better) hotel in Casablanca. This hotel is old, dark and cold. Our room did not come with a hand towel or bath mat, which I had to make a trip to reception to ask for. There was a bath in our room but no plug so I was unable to have a bath. The shower is very open so I felt cold even when I was under the hot water. It was difficult to adjust the taps in the shower to get the right temperature. No tea or coffee making facilities were provided. The hotel is located near the Medina but in a part of the city where lots of tourist hotels are located which means that there are a lot of touts and some beggars around. I appreciate that standards in Morocco may not be as high as in Australia or Europe but we did spend the previous 2 nights in a very comfortable, modern hotel in a better part of the city - which was not expensive. If you are considering staying here I would check around to see if I could find better value elsewhere.

Stayed one night in this hotel during our 3 weeks of round trip in Morocco. It’s located centrally in the city, apparently used mainly by tour operators. It’s a 7 story building with an elevator. Small lobby area. Friendly staff. WiFi was working well. Rooms were spacious. Comfortable and firm beds. No te coffee in the room. There is a mini refrigerator. Breakfast was simple with few cold and warm dishes and different pastries. A small supermarket (BIM) is located just next to the hotel.

Cons: Better pay online before arriving else you would have to pay extra than originally planned. The card machine was only charging in Dirhams, so they converted first our amount to Dirhams and then when you pay by card you will again loose money in conversion via the bank.

Kinda yucky hotel with poor breakfast. But location is okay and walkable. Disappointing. There is a shopping mall nearby and the waterfront walkway is nice. But the hotel is depressing. Breakfast was sad. I’m not sure whether Casablanca has better hotels. It’s an ok town but this hotel was sad.

The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre, spacious room and comfortable bed

Cons: The room I stayed in was outdated, with stained walls The AC wasn’t working and when I called the front desk he said sorry it’s not working , I felt like I was in sauna. The breakfast was continental not much to choose from. On day one we waited for about 10 min for the staff to get us the coffee but nothing instead they’re grabbing stuff from the buffet for themselves. I had to go to the front desk to complain and someone went over and talked to them. Really bad customer service

Comfortable stay. Staff helped arrange taxi for sight seeing and airport. Also let me know how much it should cost me. About half hour walk to Hassan II mosque but with the heat taxi was easier (run you 20 dirham) Basic room with quiet air conditioner. I was on 7th floor where i was informed the wifi worked best. We stayed for 3 nights. When we arrived, the mini fridge and the wifi in the room had issues. The bellmen came to the room and verified the fridge was dead but argued that the wifi worked in the hallway. Thats great if I wanted to stand in the hallway but the signal strength in the room was 0.77 Mbps. I showed them the speedtest and ended up getting a room change. The other suggestion would be to change up breakfast. 3 days in a row with the exact same food... bland. The location was good and the water was hot so midrange feedback.

Hôtel Les Saisons in Casablanca has a prime location, conveniently situated near major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city. However, the condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The rooms and facilities are outdated, and cleanliness is not up to standard. Maintenance issues such as windows could not be locked securely, faulty plumbing and worn-out furnishings detract from the overall experience. Despite the friendly staff and excellent location, the poor condition of the hotel makes it less appealing for a comfortable stay. Improvements in maintenance and cleanliness would greatly enhance the guest experience at this conveniently located hotel.

Best perks are the great AC unit & water pressure from the shower. Lift consistently worked. Breakfast was the same everyday but only once we experienced hot breakfast. (We went at 0900 every morning) but no complaints on that part since we didn't mind cold food. The best perk was the space provided in the room, bigger than most & safe was included in the closet with ample hangers

Cons: Lack of consistent wifi on the 3rd floor near the lift. Floor was dusty & bathroom floor had some stains (i assumed water for peace of mind). Bathroom water smelled Terrible. Had to buy bottled water to brush teeth / wash hands. Breakfast would be cold by 0900. Receptionist for evening shift was not kind. Lack of smart TV (tv did not work at all). Refrigerator would not keep things cool (not ideal for diabetics that require medication stay refrigerated)

The quality is not 4star as proclaimed, as world wide traveler this is a 3 star based on the quality of the bed sheet and the flooring ( no carpet ) the water did not heat up enough seemed lukewarm but not hot to reach the desired temperature… I had to ask to replace the bedsheet Stuff were nice though

Location.

Cons: Dirty: bathtubs dirty, walls near bed in room 210 have splatter marks of something white on them. So so gross. Towels are gray they are so old. They’re supposed to be white. Complaints from the group that their rooms were dirty too. Stuff stuck on walls etc. The handheld shower is completely shot. It shoots water out of two places making it impossible to bathe properly. It was horrible and they should be embarrassed about this! The water pressure and temperature is the ONLY POSITIVE thing about this hotel. One couple in our group had to switch rooms in the middle of the night due to what they thought were bedbugs. The hotel staff denied this and argued the guest must have an “allergy to something she ate.” Also said that since one of the couple didn’t get bitten that it must not be bedbugs. Super irritating. I convinced them they needed to provide fruit and flowers or SOMETHING to my clients as compensation so they did.

Cons: Super noisy. There was some construction going on. Then on the upper floors someone was moving the furniture around. That was very loud. Then at 5am someone was taking a bath in the bathtub in the room above I guess, you could hear it so clearly like it was happening in your room. Every flushing sound and plumbing could be heard clearly. I have never heard of such bad plumbing noises.

Large clean rooms in a mid size property and central location

Cons: The location is central near the Casa Port train station so easy to arrive . Unfortunately wifi was not working for most of my stay (2 nights) and I didn’t get any real explanations from staff on the problem. They did not really seem to care about this which makes me think is a common occurrence . I found the breakfast room dirty with unclean tables - I showed staff and again no real interest in the problem . Buffet breakfast is basic and could be better - no water on buffet and when I asked for another water at breakfast I was quoted MAD 25, which is a bit ridiculous. The location as mentioned is central but it’s a rather gritty area of city and a lot of in progress road works, construction and noisy streets .

Breakfast was basic continental with a Morocco style touch, everyday the same. First I got a room that I considered unacceptable for me. Then at my request the reception people changed my room with one better: larger size, newer furniture, with a minibar, cleaner. Reception people were helpful and nice.

Cons: Internet system/wifi doesn't work and when it works is very unreliable. We tried it at most of the floors and the situation was the same. I was told that the problem is from the internet provider. I had problem locking/unlocking the room safe. No written operation instructions were provided. we found written instructions in other room, but they were incomplete. After I tried to operate it numerous time,I found the way to operate it. Hotel is located near buildings in construction or renovation, the noise is significant even Sunday. In the streets close by there is road work for installation of underground cables. It produces big noise and a lot of dust, and the walkway has the asfalt removed and some areas closed for construction. Suggestion: do not stay in a hotel located close to the Bazar.

Arriving by taxi after an excruciating bus ride with CTM (6 1/2 hrs) from Essaouira, I was checked in by a very beautiful receptionist who kindly assigned a large and very comfortable junior-suite-type room for me on the first floor, so that I could relax after the prolonged bus tour. I used Casablanca also as a reference point for my train excursion to the fascinating city of Fes. The breakfast buffet was sufficiently diverse, and the orange juice was a freshly pressed one, rather than prepared from a concentrate, like I had been served even in countries that grow/harvest their own oranges.... The hotel staff was generally kind and forthcoming so that I felt very comfortable staying at this Casablanca downtown location. The Internet access works through an open W-LAN router---no password protection---and the signal strength & data processing speed were adequate, so that I could connect my two mobile phones and my laptop computer. The bellman working the lobby was kind enough to post my postcards, and to call a red (petit) taxi for me when it was time for me to depart from "Gare Casa de Voyageurs" of Casablanca.....

Cons: Unfortunately there was no warm water emerging from the bathroom water faucet, when I wanted to fill the bath tub....The channels of the TV guide did not correspond to the actual channels I could receive at the hotel, as I was looking for CNN International.....

Hotel within easy walking distance of the Medina, the harbor and the train station. Room was clean. Nice shower. Good free Wife. Lift. Beware of people approaching you near the hotel – individuals wanting to swindle you (want to take you to a special cultural exhibition). Luckily we realized the extremely friendly man in an orange track suit was a trickster! Small BIM convenient shop next to the hotel where you can buy water and fruit. Even though the train station (link to the airport) is within easy walking station from the hotel, it is not an easy walk due to roadworks and traffic.

The sheets were clean, bathroom was musty but okay to use, an old hotel... old decor. Bedboard was disgusting and had all sorts of dirt and fuzzies that didn’t belong there, and in corners were dust and dirt. Bed was springy, and had a feather topper— staff was unfriendly and never smiled. Breakfast was just like every other moroccan hotel breakfast, but had an american twist: meaning an electric drink maker. Cereal and toast and hard boiled eggs were an option, and glasses for drinks were dirty. Stayed for one night. This place is stayable, but not necessarily good for more than a night at little to no other options to go to.

The room was big and I liked the space. I had a window that allowed me to get fresh air at times when the aircon was too weak. A medium flatscreen TV with English channels was available, which was welcoming. There was a bar fridge in room so that I could keep my water and drinks cold. There is a supermarket close to the hotel for buying water, drinks and groceries. A buffet breakfast was served daily. The Wifi was working fine. Shower gel and shampoo was provided. The location of the hotel is close to the city centre and a 10-minute walk to the Casa De Port train station. The old medina is also not too far away and the reception staff was helpful in providing a map and directions. You cannot bring guests into your room. The room had no kettle with coffee, or tea and sugar; no water for guests on your arrival. The aircon was not working properly to cool down the room and I could open the window in the evening for cooler air. The buffet breakfast was boring from day 3 onwards, as it was the same food. They were building in the area, so it was noisy at times.

We booked with Intrepid a 13 day trip through Morocco. This started with the briefing and first night at the hotel Les Saisons. We found the room well appointed, very clean and with a lovely set of furniture as well as a big bathroom with a full length bath and shower. The hotel provides good French soap and toiletries and had excellent air conditioning as well as a large TV with several international channels. Breakfast is included and presented very well with a large selection of cold and hot condiments, fresh fruit and Joghurt as well as freshly pressed orange juice. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentive and friendly staff

It’s an ok hotel to stay at for one night, didn’t have what I booked and started to look for an available king size bed. Wasn’t prepared for my booking, a bit load as your in the city center. Overall good.

Although all employees name tags said they spoke English, the few that did spoke so little that it wasn't helpful. Their property lists an "airport shuttle for 300 MAD" but when I asked, they seemed confused. Finally they said they were able to confirm it. When we went down to catch the shuttle, the bellman went running outside and ultimately came back with a taxi that tried to charge us "450 MAD". Not sure who screwed up in that but, it was a mess for all involved. Sorry to say but "airport shuttle for a fixed price" and "we'll hail you a taxi and not tell him what the set price is" are not the same thing. Overall, the service here was HORRIBLE and I can not recommend this place.

The hotel was very nice but the location was to be desired. We walked from it to the UNESCO designated mosque, but really felt it was threatening. We walked through construction, depilated neighbourhoods, dirty streets, etc. We took a taxi back. Not many restaurants nearby except in other hotels. The hotel was nice but not the neighborhood.

Great location close to the medina. I flew into Casablanca airport, easily got local currency from a VISA/PLUS ATM at the airport (next to the Info Desk outside baggage claim), quickly bought a ticket for the train in the airport's lower level and took the 50-min ride to Casa Port. The hotel is just a short walk from there. However, this is an old building in which the ground floor and halls look nice but my room was badly in need of a coat of paint. It was advertised on Expedia as a Single Standard with "separate sitting area" but the room was tiny with a small chair stuck in front of the wardrobe. I guess that was the separate sitting area. Wi-fi on the 4th floor was excruciatingly slow. I've reserved many hotels through Expedia but this is the first that needed a copy of my "voucher". Well, I keep my confirmations on my tablet and don't carry hard copies, so check-in took longer than it should have.

After a week of meeting the nicest people throughout Morocco, our last stop was Casablanca. The man checking us in seemed angry that he couldn’t find our reservation. He was sullen and curt throughout the checkin process. He aplologised after for how long it took but not for being inhospitable. We had trouble figuring out the phones for dinner reservations and had to ask him for help. He would dial the number and hand the phone to us. No extra mile here. Some people shouldn’t be in hospitality. Otherwise a very noisy hotel, lots of cigarette smoke. People say skip Casablanca. They are right.

Hotel was easy to get to from the train station. It was clean and offered a nice breakfast. The street that runs along this hotel is very busy so lots of horns honking, etc. which can be expected in a big city. It seemed if you went south of this busy street it was a whole different city than if you traveled north. Other than the petite taxis confusing the name with The Four Seasons it was easy to get around.

Hotel Les Saisons is a good place to stay for a night or two. From what I can tell, it's above average for Casablanca, but it's not as clean or has as much charm as other places I stayed in Morocco. Breakfast and wifi are included, and the hotel is a short distance from the Hassan II Mosque.

Excellent location. Rooms are very clean. Comfortable beds. It was cold while we were in Casablanca. The room was never heated up to a comfortable level. It could be because windows were not sealed. I had to wear my down jacket in the room. The lobby and restaurant were also cold. Hardly any hot food for breakfast. Might be OK if it's warm or hot weather.

About a 12 minute cab drive from the railway station, right by the medina, and the hotel room was large and airy, the bathroom also a good size. The staff were really helpful and understanding of particular needs we had. Maybe the place could do with a lick of paint, but everything was clean and smart enough, I'm maybe just being picky. It was fine.

Hotel is situated near central square of Casablanca with steps from train station Casa Port. And 5 stops by tram from Main railway station - Casa Voyagers. But it not so easy to find for first time- it located on small street. There is not view from windows. Room was big, specious with good furniture- sofa working table. Bed is big and not so soft, but OK for sleep. Internet is slow, somethimes finished work.Breakfat which included in price, was simple, but good- omlet, two meat cuts and big variety of croissants, some fruits, coffe machine (!).

This was a seamless and rewarding experience all the way through. The girl on reception when I arrived couldn't have been nicer, friendlier or more polite and even praised my Arabic - we managed to get through the whole procedure in that language! People really appreciate it when visitors speak their tongue. I got a room on the 1st floor and it was astounding. For £55 I got a suite - double bed, telly, safe and wardrobes etc. in the bedroom, as well as a salon with armchairs and a sofa and an extra TV. There were also a comfortable bureau for my laptop and a fridge. The en suite bathroom was comfortable and had sufficient and good-quality toiletries in it. Breakfast was fine. I cannot eat gluten (not a fad, proper medical advice even though I am not coeliac) but there were sufficient options on the buffet table to fill me up. Noise at night doesn't bother me at all. I barely noticed the music from the bar downstairs. Others might not like it and for them, I'd recommend a room higher up. If the prices are good next time, I'll come back - I enjoyed my short stay.

Hote Les Saisons is a perfectly acceptable hotel just outside the Medina and a short cab ride from both the Casa Port and the Casa Voyageurs train stations. (The problem with the hotel is that it is in Casablanca. I don't think that I have ever been so disappointed in a City.) The rooms are nice, well-appointed, and spacious. Basic but nice nonetheless. Very good breakfast is provided with you stay: fruits, eggs, and pastries.

Nice location convenient to great restaurants and very close to train station. Rooms were clean and spacious, but stuffy as the air con was quite in effective and opening a window was very noisy, so overall had a bad nights sleep. Buffet breakfast included was very good. When checking out the hotel staff demanded that we pay taxes that our invoice stated were included, after a lengthy and heated discussion they eventually conceded, but it left a sour taste in our mouths. Wouldn't go back.

I loved this hotel, yes it's dated and has a feel of the 1970's about it. But my check in was easy and fast, the room was great and clean. It has a really good breakfast and although the bar was kind of cool place to hang out it was expensive. hotels.com found me a great price and I would stay again here. One thing I thought was a little cheap they don't give you a free bottle of water....that's really really cheap in my book and make them look bad. Other than that I liked the hotel a lot.

I paid a bit extra for this hotel because I wanted air-conditioning -- but when I arrived I found that the A/C in my room didn't work. The front desk informed me that none of the other rooms had working A/C so there was no use switching rooms. The room was so warm, I had to sleep with the windows wide open, allowing the cooler air to enter, along with the auto-exhaust and noise of the nearby street. I sent a message to Expedia about the issue and five days later have still not received a reply. Expedia needs to take more responsibility for the amenities their client hotels promise on the Expedia website. Other than this annoyance, the hotel was decent enough.

I arrived to the hotel after traveling for 24 hours and went to sleep at 9pm local time. The reception desk called us at 1am demanding to know if I'd paid the room tax yet. I had not because I was informed at check-in that I could pay the tax at check-out. The receptionist said that was true and that he was just calling us to square away his books for the night. I couldn't sleep after being woken up in the middle night, and that ruined the entire hotel stay for me.

The hotel services are basic, it's below standard and it should not be rated as 4* or even 2*. Breakfast is very very limited. It has no facilities at all, the restaurant is the same as the bar which is always empty and closes early. On the top of that it charges extra money to be paid to to the hotel on the top of what pay to Expedia (20 dirham a day extra) under the name (tax), although Expedia has paid all taxes as it declares on the booking form. Its not a hotel that I would recommend for anybody. There are better hotels in the vicinity such as Best Western Toubkal and Ibis which charge similar prices but have better facilities and cleaner and bigger rooms. Not known in the area by taxis or people and it's confused with Four Seasons Hotel because it has a similar name. It has a central position, however, very close to UN Square and tram.
