Cons: الفندق قديم والأثاث يحتاج تجديد، العزل صفر ...، أصوات الناس حولك عندك في الغرفة، تصميم الغرفة صعب ، الحمام إطلالة على الجبل ⛰️، المروش ومكان الاغتسال، طلوع ونزول ومكان ضيق ، الإفطار غير متنوع ،مع كاسات وملاعق قديمة ، الغرف ضيقة جداااا والاسرة غير مريحه ، وغير نظيفة ، الفندق قديم من أيام حملة نابليون، أظنه، ياليت يتحول متحف ، ويخرج من سوق الفنادق!!

Cons: No funcionaba el televisor,ni la jarra eléctrica Lo peor es que estábamos a 5° y no funcionaba la calefacción Llamé a recepción y me mandaron un técnico, me cambió los mandos de la televisión y me trajo otra jarra eléctrica Tocó el mando de la calefacción, lo puso a 32° y me dijo que esperara La habitación helada,nos tuvimos que echar las mantas sobre el nórdico La comida deja mucho que desear,insipida,sosa El desayuno muy restringido,faltaban cosas que no reponian Había que insistir para que trajeran comida que se había agotado No recomiendo hacer ninguna comida en el hotel

Die Lage ist top. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus und organisiert - der Wächter findet immer eine Parkmöglichkeit-das ist prima! Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und sauber. Schöner Pool, schöne Aussicht in die Berge, nett zum Entspannen. Towels gibt es an der Rezeption.

Cons: Leider werden im Frühstücksraum und auch draußen die Tische lange mit dem gebrauchten Geschirr stehen gelassen - obwohl sich dort 2-3 Angestellte aufhalten. Vielleicht erfüllen sie eine andere Aufgabe? Auf jeden Fall sind Stühle und auch Tische schmutzig, sie werden nur hin und wieder, oder auf Bitte, einmal recht trocken übergewischt. Die Platz-Sets wurden bei uns an den 2 Tagen nicht gewechselt. Wir empfanden es als unhygienisch und haben uns dort nicht sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer hingegen waren wirklich sauber.

La localización es inmejorable. Se tarda menos de un minuto andando en llegar a la plaza del centro histórico. El parking es privado y con vigilancia. El trato de la mujer de recepción fue maravilloso. Además de su propio idioma, la mujer habla inglés, frances y español. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, el wifi funciona bien, la limpieza en general es estupenda. Tienen aire acondicionado. A pesar de ser un hotel que está en el centro, dentro se respira tranquilidad. Tiene una piscina de buen tamaño con un horario bastante amplio. Nos ha encantado.

Hotel Parador was a very nice surprise located near the main square, with parking and an elevator! We had 2 rooms reserved and when we checked in they had upgraded us to 2 suites. The suites were very nice and spacious and the bathrooms had toiletries. The views from the pool patio was awesome! You can’t beat the value and convenience of this hotel. Walking with a cane, the location was perfect for someone with reduced mobility. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Inshallah we hope to return.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt gutes, sicheres Parking die wir als Motorradfahrer besonders geschätzt hatten. Unsere Zimmer hatten ein schöner Blick über dem Tal und die Betten und Bäder waren sauber und komfortabel.

Cons: Wir als Europäer hätten gehofft, ein kaltes Bier innerhalb des Hotels genießen zu dürfen:-) aber das war in ganz Chefchaouen nicht möglich.

I arrived by car and space was made for me to be able to park. I stayed at this hotel about 17 years ago and the hotel and rooms have certainly improved. Hotel room was clean bright and the bed was very comfortable. Bedding was clean and duvets are used. Breakfast the following day was good.

Perfect location. Amazing views of the mountains. The staff were relaxed, friendly and helpful. Food was very nice. The managers children running around teasing staff were hilarious. Nice clean swimming pool.

Cons: Children jumping into a small pool sends water over everyone sitting around the pool. I would have liked fresh fruit at breakfast. Perhaps a shelf above the sink would be good for leaving toiletries.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur ein paar Meter zu den hübschen Häusern, außerdem gibt es einen schönen Pool.

Cons: Das Abendessen ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen, das war leider unser schlechtestes Essen auf der Reise. Die Zimmer sind eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet, in der Preisklasse hatten wir etwas mehr erwartet. Das Personal hatten wir eigentlich nie gesehen, auch nicht wenn man am Pool etwas zu trinken bestellen wollte.

Très déçu, cet hôtel ne vaut pas du tout son prix, ses étoiles sont tombées du ciel. Il est très bien positionné, le petit déjeuné est bon mais tout le reste est catastrophique, du personnel peu aimable à l’accueil, en passant par le personnel qui crie le matin dans les couloirs impossible de se reposer, la piscine troubles, pleines de saletés et de moisissures, sans oublier la salle de bain mal nettoyé et les chambres pas très jolie. Je ne recommande pas du tout, il y a des hôtels bcp moins chère et bcp mieux!!! De plus, je me suis plains de la saleté, je n’ai même pas eu le droit à des excuses.

Cons: Nos vino a buscar el director del Riad al que íbamos después de estar en este hotel y desde el hotel hubo un chivatazo para denunciarle al no contratar un taxi al cual nos guiaba el conserje del hotel. Este director era amigo nuestro durante un viaje nuestro a Sevilla. Desagradable experiencia para nosotros y para el pobre gerente del otro Riad que vino para hacernos un favor. A él le detuvieron y a nosotros nos metieron en un taxi cochambroso. La policía en ningún momento se dirigió a nosotros ni nos explicó que pasaba. Fallo del pobre hombre que vino por hacernos un favor y lamentable la actitud del conserje que parece que si no coges el taxi que él indica denuncia para poder sacar comisión. Muy desagradable.

Lo mejor de todo la ubicación y el hecho de tener parking. Es la tercera vez que vamos a Chaouen y poder llegar al centro de la medina en coche, sin tener que estar horas buscando aparcamiento y después de dejar el coche a kms subir las empinadas cuestas cargados con las mochilas es un lujo!!!! Este año no hacía muuucha calor, pero se agradeció el aire acondicionado.

Nous avons changé de chambre 3 fois (climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas, serrure de la chambre brisée, etc). La piscine est TRÈS petite et remplie d'enfants, ce qui rend la baignade impossible. La localisation est bien, mais le déjeuner est médiocre. Restez loin des oeufs mal cuits, ils nous ont rendus malades. Le stationnement indique gratuit, mais si vous ne fonnez pas de pourboire à "l'employé" qui "surveille" les voitures, vous vous faites crier des insultes en quittant. Bref, le seul point positif est l'emplacement, le reste laisse à désirer.

Le séjour était idéal , magnifique vue sur chefchaouen. L’endroit est apaisant, la piscine est grande et profonde il y a un bassin enfant. Le petit déjeuné est un buffet excellent sale et sucré. Et le point fort le parking ! On pose la voiture et on est à côté de tout !

Molt agradable i relaxant, amb un personal molt atent i amable. Molt bona situació de l'hotel a dues passes de tot el centre vell i el carrers estrets. Aquesta vegada teníem l'habitació amb vistes a la muntanya, però també és interessant i molt distret tenir-la amb vistes al pàrquing de la pare devantera. Molt bona terrassa amb piscina. I cant really say I liked anything apart from the staff who were very friendly. except from the receptionist who was not really interested in welcoming guests.

Cons: The hotel claims to have 4 **** That is not the case. The reciptionest was not welcoming at all. The hotel is dated and maybe at one time might have had 4 ****. The noise levels outside are above average with gangs of young men hanging about to about 02:30 in the morning. The rooms are dated no water and the bathrooms are clean but as I said very dated indeed.

Hyvä perushotelli vanhan kaupungin kupeessa. Sijainti mitä parhain vanhassa kaupungissa pyörimiseen. Bussiasemalta (ylämäkeen) kävelee n. 20 minuutissa hotellille. Uima-allas oli ruuhkainen ja siellä oli vain 6 tuolia. Palvelu oli asiallisen kuivaa, aamupalaa ei tarjottu enkä sitä kysynytkään. Siivous toimi ja sänkykin oli ihan ok. Huoneiston ovet ja seinät olivat vanhoja joten käytävältä ja muista huoneista kantautui melua jos siellä sattui olemaan normaalia meluvampaa porukkaa. Onneksi vain yhtenä yönä näin oli.

For travelling by motorcycle, security is first consideration and the car park out the front was minded overnight for a handful of Dirham to the hi-viz wearing 'security guard'. Just peace of mind. The hotel sits just on the edge of the touristy area which was great. Close to stalls, cafes, blue walled streets. Breakfast was straight forward with lots to choose from. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Cons: Staff were non-plussed. We also booked because of the pool but were told there was a problem with the water.

Best possible location for visiting the old medina. This is the only hotel that I can see near the medina with parking. Nice lobby, room is fine. The only real negative is that there was no water and they were misleading about when that water would be returned. It eventually came on at 1:50 am.

There was a lovely view out the back window to the minaret up on the hill. The breakfast was good.

Cons: This was rated as a 4-star hotel and I was expecting it to be more spacious and nice. The desk staff was often out smoking and the restaurant staff was not very attentive either. There seemed to be a bad plumbing smell in the bathroom. I would give it no more than a 3-star rating in relation to the other hotels we have stayed in in Spain, Portugal and Morocco. If I were rating it against USA hotels it would rate a 2 1/2 star.

Le personnel et la propreté des chambres.

Cons: Le petit-déjeuner est médiocre par rapport à un hôtel 4 étoiles. Aussi la fermeture et l'ouverture des chambres à l'aide des clés qui est dépassé surtout pour un hôtel classé 4 étoiles. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et avec des telles tarifs comme le cas de Parador il faut penser à un dîner buffet.

The good: Nice hotel just Outside of the medina so out of the hecticness. My room was facing the medina and car park that is Very busy and noisy, however with the windows closed, it wasn't a problem and i slept very well. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows for me. The room was clean and was tidied each day. The housekeeping staff work hard and are great at their job so thankyou ladies. The staff on the whole were friendy and accommodating. Reception were very good at aiding me to extend my stay when fully booked on all search engines and they didn't think it was possible at first. So nice outcome for me. And the guys in the restaurant are friendly. The pool was nice and clean, saw it cleaned each day and the area again each evening. It was lovely and refreshing but most times unable to get near as it was very busy with families, fair enough. So try to use it early before the masses come! The not so bad: I paid for the breakfast twice, i wasn't enthralled with it and didn't get my monies worth as it were! but that's just personal preference to be fair. Lots of heavy stuff like pastries, breads. A variety of fruits and yoghurts, maybe museli or something, rather than all just sugared cereals and sweets. No bar serving alcohol anymore. The dirty carpet runners in the hallway of the rooms let you down though! Take them out and just have the tiles, it will appear much cleaner!

They need to collect taxes at the start of the stay. They needed to indicate that the room did not include breakfast and what the breakfast rate is. I was with a group and a man collected 70 dirham for it after I had started. The breakfast is extremely expensive and it was embarrassing to not have been told and to get money out while eating. The staff in general had a hateful and racist attitude. Their job is to do their work, regardless of what they think about the guests. Not a friendly space at all. Any and all rules related to the premise need to be posted clearly. Any attitude outside of it does not need to be tolerated by people paying US$80 per night. The view is amazing and so is the location of the hotel.

The room and lobby were good. Check in was smooth. I booked the hotel since it had a nice online it showed it had pool and as a swimmer I like to do laps as part of my daily workout routine so I booked it. I was so livid to see feces in the pool!! When I shared this with the staff member he said it was a maintenance issue so he could not help me! The pool was very dirty and I have pictures as support. We checked out the next day but would have extended for another night if the pool was clean.

People working here were nice but It could’ve been better, TVs weren’t working not even programmed, bathroom sink shaking , light in the bedroom flashes while using a power outlet, parking was so tight we barely got out of our car, I just don’t think was worth what I paid for having a junior suite, too tight and even the view wasn’t what orbitz had show me on the picture my windows were facing literally the parking lot ,I didn’t even have any kind of a balcony. Generally this hotel is way overpriced.

We liked the room and property amenities. Breakfast included was very good , geeat coffee Front desk were a surly bunch, not liking thier jobs much, indifferent. Restraunt staff marginally better, but ordering a drink, asking for a menu, being ignored, never taking a food order after bringing menu, all painfull experiences You can drink beer all afternoon on the deck, but a woman cant order a glass of wine, insane rules Housekeeping staff super friendly and helpfull

The hotel is is at the heart of the city. Very convenient. No car needed to check around. Clean. Some maintenance needed. Shower handle falls. Shower leaks. While AC is a great amenity, being hitting directly to beds caused all family sore throat. We did not feel welcome at first, maybe were not expected to visit the hotel being moroccans from middle class. No amenities at the room ( coffee maker, bottle water...). Pool was nice as well as the decorating lights. Some staff are friendly, others not so much. We live in the states and we always appreciate high customer service

Great location to be in the middle of things. Rooms were tiny but clean...very thankful for working AC unit. Unfortunately, instead of the mountain view, we had a parking lot view. The dinner menu was changed into a buffet, and it was extremely poor. On the other hand, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

I loved the location, the view, the pool, the reception service. The hotel has its unique Moroccan style and it is right outside the Médina. My only disappointment was the room service during my check out. They made me open my suitcases because there was a small towel missing. I felt embarrassed and humiliated to open my suitcases as if I was a thief. The room manager apologized after the incident, particularly because I was very upset. Tourists don’t have the need to steal a towel. So make sure you count the towels you are given or they will claim that you have taken one with you. It is my believe that the owner of the hotel is very strict with their room service staff so I hope that hotel owner does take the price of a towel out of the staff’s salary.

This place is pretty terrible. The front desk was rude and had trouble charging our card and told us we’d have to go find an atm. The place is HUGE and is a great location right in the center of Chefchauoen but that means this hotel caters to large groups of annoying tourists as well. In addition to the attitude at the desk the whole place was just run down.

This property was nice and is likely the more premier spot to stay in Chefchaouen. The hotel is clean and fairly up to date. It smelled like cigarettes in the rooms and all common areas which I’m not used to in the US but I do understand it’s common in Morocco. Overall pleased with the room and cleanliness.
