I am a Marriott devottee but typically do not like the Moxy brand but this hotel really surprised me. It was new, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't excellent but was solid enough for my needs. You can walk to terminal 2 from the hotel and there is a bus across the street that comes every 15 mins that takes you to terminal 1. Given the close proximity to MXP, I was shocked at how quiet this hotel was. A great option if you need to stay near the airport. I'll definitely be back.

Perfect for an overnight to catch a flight or if you are arriving late into Milan and do not want to venture into the city. Clean and sufficient for one night.
Cons: How to get into Milan was complicated because the staff gave very confusing and wrong information. We asked both at night and in the morning how to get into Milan and they were clueless. Many of us guests just worked together to figure it out and we all caught a bus.

最喜歡飯店的位置，飛歐洲有時候抵達時間較晚或者特早航班，飯店走路就可以到二航廈，第一航廈就要搭接駁車或公車。其他飯店接駁的費用也要10-20歐元，所以這飯店這點很棒！Moxy大廳設計非常時尚，用餐休息空間大又舒服，但這裡用餐的費用相對高。
Cons: 飯店房間是沒有minibar的，這對有小孩的家庭其實不太方便，浴室整體也有點小，如果需要幫小小孩洗澡的也會比較辛苦，但如果只住一晚我覺得沒什麼太大的問題！如果是朋友同行或者情侶，我覺得這裡就超棒的，一樓有手足球檯可以玩還有啤酒等飲料！

It was SO convenient and I was flying out from terminal 1. There is a bus stop across the road so there is no complicated logistics and the metro is across the road. The vibe in the communal space brings an energy to what could be a rather dull airport experience. I felt like it was a really homely space with super friendly staff.

The room was exactly what you would expect a hotel to be. It was clean and spacious. The staff were amazing. We loved the bar and kitchen available downstairs. The breakfast was great. They even had some take away things you could get for quick meals. We stayed here before our flight home and was conveniently located next to terminal 2 at the Milan airport. They even had a free shuttle bus that took us to terminal 1 for our flight at 4am.
Cons: You could definitely hear planes flying overhead but was expected considering the location.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was exceptionally convenient being a 5 minute easy walk from the terminal. The available facilitates were good.
Cons: The view out the window was of a goods yard and it was quite noisy - the windows did not quite manage to cut all the sound out (not the hotel's fault).

We stayed overnight at this hotel and had a great experience. Even though our window was facing the airport, it was surprisingly quiet and we slept very well. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room felt cozy and clean. Perfect choice for a short stay or early flight.

One thing to notice is that though it is in the airport it is a 10 minute ride. On our way there from terminal one it took quite a long time for the shuttle to arrive (i know that is nothing to do with the hotel, it is something to consider since this is an airport hotel) On the way back to airport shuttle was ontime May be a one off The hotel was fine for a one night stay. No coffee maker or water heater for tea in the room and the coffee downstairs is paid, so that it unexpected

Deal without breakfast is affordable but otherwise not good value, breakfast way too expensive for what it is. Good for terminal one but pain for terminal 2 which is the international One.

Cons: Nel complesso la camera era bella, ma qualche attenzione alla pulizia del bagno va fatta. Niente di straordinario, ma sono quelle cose che non fanno combaciare il prezzo pagato col servizio trovato. Faccio riferimento a qualche capello trovato nel bagno e nella doccia e allo sciacquone del wc non scaricato. Bisogna seguire bene e con più attenzione l'operato del personale delle pulizie.

Cons: Siamo arrivati tardi e posso comprendere la stanchezza dello staff, ma un semplice buonasera prima di chiedere se avessimo una prenotazione sarebbe stato gradito. Inoltre, inizialmente non riuscivano a trovare la prenotazione e hanno anche dubitato che fosse stata effettivamente effettuata, quando in realtà il problema era semplicemente il cognome inserito in modo errato. La stessa situazione si è ripetuta al mattino: al momento del check-out il ragazzo alla reception ci ha guardati senza salutare o dire buongiorno, trasmettendo una sensazione di scarsa accoglienza. La camera era piuttosto fredda e le coperte risultavano sottili, quindi poco adatte alla temperatura. Non ho usufruito della colazione completa perché non avevo intenzione di mangiare molto, ma ho preso un cappuccino e una brioche al banco. A mio avviso, se si paga la brioche separatamente, non dovrebbe provenire dal buffet riservato a chi acquista la colazione in hotel; inoltre si trattava di una brioche molto piccola. Sarebbe più corretto prevedere una differenza tra chi paga la colazione completa e chi consuma solo al banco.

Il posto più comodo in assoluto se vuoi evitare un risveglio e un viaggio in auto in piena notte per partire la mattina presto dal Terminal 2 di Malpensa. Camera piccola ma comoda, ben arredata, sufficientemente silenziosa, tenendo conto che si è in un aeroporto. Bagno minimale ma con tutto il necessario. Personale della reception efficiente e cordiale.
Cons: Non c'è servizio in camera e ci si deve procurare l'acqua al bar. E' un hotel destinato a chi va e viene in una notte, per cui il viavai di clienti è costante, lo spazio per il check-in un po' scarso e molto vicino all'ingresso, la ristorazione è a livello di fast food con personale efficiente ma scarso e senza servizio ai tavoli.

Family rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect to stay for a night between flights....2 minute walk from the airport terminal and we arrived. Reception staff were super friendly with our kids, we ate at the restaurant, food was good, all in all a perfect stay :)

Quality of service and facilities was high and the location great! Came in on a late flight and needed to fly out early but there were prepared meals you could buy near the front desk. This was very convenient. Staff was also cordial and able to resolve issues in a fast and friendly manner. Rooms were also super clean, mattress was comfortable and amenities stellar. The best part is that it was barely a 2 minute walk to the departures area of Terminal 2, Malpensa Airport.

Arrived terminal 2 and leaving the next morning from T1. I was pleased on walking out to see the bright lights of Moxy just an easy short walk from T2. Food options were limited but the bar area was pleasant. The bus stop is just across the road making my morning transfer to T1 very easy and free! A solid choice at MXP and I would stay again.

Cons: קיבלתי את חדר 332 שם המזגן לא חימם כמו שצריך, היה מינוס 1 מעלות והיה יחסית קר בחדר. ראש הדוש במקלחת משפריץ מהצד. המזרן רך מידי. אין פח בחדר דבר בסיסי. אין מקרר בחדר.

Отличное место, если поздно прилететь или для раннего вылета. Второй терминал буквально в нескольких метрах, а от и до первого терминала ходит бесплатный шаттл, остановка через дорогу от отеля. В номере тепло, чисто, вода горячая, завтрак хороший. Отличный сетевой отель.
Cons: Под окнами погрузочный терминал, они работают ночью тоже, поэтому есть шум. Но в принципе, берушами отлично решается проблема, в остальном все прекрасно.

Comodissimo per chi arriva o parte dal Terminal 2: Era la mia prima volta in questo hotel e l'esperienza è stata molto positiva. La struttura è pulita e ben tenuta, ma ciò che fa la differenza è la cortesia del personale. Avevo la necessità di partire molto presto la mattina e, sapendolo, lo staff si è premurato di prepararmi una colazione da portar via. Un'attenzione al cliente che ho apprezzato moltissimo. Consigliato!"
