Die runde Metallabdeckung des Wasserablaufs in der Dusche überragt den Duschboden. Meine Frau hatte sich an dieser Metallabdeckung des Wasserabflusses in der Dusche am linken Zähen stark verletzt. Offene Wunde mit viel Blut. Wunde musste zu Hause vom Arzt behandelt werden.

I had a pleasant one-night stay here in March 2026. The room was fine. A bit small, and not really with a desk, but OK. The main/common area was quite fun, with a lot of people hanging out. The food was OK. The welcome drink (and other bar drinks) was great. I had a good sleep. I'd stay again.

Great service, we arrived late and were greeted and even had food options which we didn’t expect. Room was updated and nice. Shower was hot with great pressure. Breakfast included was wonderful. Great for a late arrival or early flight out. Prepare to take the free airport terminal bus here.
Cons: The room was incredibly hot and the aircon didn’t work. We also would’ve loved more than one pillow per person since they were quite flat.

We made a good choice staying here for our Milan stay. Walk out of terminal 2 and the hotels right over the road to the left. Although it was late there was no issue with me buying a bottle of wine, all the staff we encountered were pleasant, helpful with the WiFi. The breakfast provided was very good, high quality.
Cons: The air con wasn’t working, the fan mode was but I prefer a colder room. The window opened out near a busy road and I was bothered by the noise, being on the ground floor having the window open bothered my partner. Would have preferred to be shown to my room at check in and informed for example the air con wasn’t working.

Ho apprezzato molto la posizione, davvero vicinissima all’aeroporto e quindi estremamente comoda, soprattutto per chi deve prendere un volo presto o arriva tardi. La struttura è risultata confortevole, con una camera accogliente e servizi adeguati. Anche il personale è stato disponibile e il servizio soddisfacente.
Cons: L’unico aspetto leggermente meno positivo è il rumore degli aerei, che comunque non è stato eccessivamente fastidioso e risulta comprensibile vista la posizione.

Had to change my flights to a day early and changed airport too. Booked Moxy for one night and it was rather overpriced in my opinion, however the staff were excellent i must say. On arrival at MXP T1 we got the free bus to T2 and with a short walk across the road we arrived at the Moxy. At check-in the staff were fantastic and very welcoming. We dropped our luggage in the room and headed straight back downstairs for food as it was getting late. The menu was minimal but had something for everyone. The staff again exceptional and food delicious. We had veggie pizza, margarita pizza, lime chicken wings and water. Went up to the room and it is very basic but very clean. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the room was overly warm. I did wake several times and got up early. Not the best nights sleep. Breakfast was included, again the staff were absolutely brilliant but I wasn't impressed with the breakfast. All in all I think it was way overpriced. The staff though are a huge credit to Moxy!

The room was clean, comfortable and a good size. I stayed here was a base while visiting for the Winter Olympics. The hotel is short walk from terminal 2. If you’re flying out of terminal 1, as the bus comes every 30 minutes and takes about 15 minutes, so it wasn’t super convenient. I was using this mainly as a base to explore Milan and nearby cities during the Olympics. It takes about an hour to get from the airport to Milan city center using the bus or express train, so it added about an hour of extra travel time. But, the airport buses & express train run very early / late, so I never had to worry about not making it back to the hotel late at night. Food is available late at night at the bar in the lobby, which is nice because there’s otherwise nowhere to eat near the hotel. One major downside was the rooms were kept very hot, and there’s no individual thermostat in the room. The hotel said to open the windows, but since the hotel is next to the airport that can make the room very noisy.

It is very hard for me to evaluate this place! You will find my explanation in the dislike field. From one side the Hotel is very close to the Terminal 1. It is literally across the street and its only 5 minutes’ walk from Terminal 1, where I arrived at midnight. Pluses: close to Terminal one, modern and convenient, good breakfast.

I had left only 5 hours to sleep until my next flight and I decided to use this opportunity. However they charged me 170 EUR for these 5 hours and gave me the room facing the backyard where they have extremely noisy logistic center working at night!!! And it was so close, literally about 25-50 meters away with area, where big trucks arriving and leaving every 5 minutes, honking and making extreme noises while uploading and it was impossible to sleep! For me it was a waste of money this time. The noise isolation is very weak in this place and you will hear all of it, the aircrafts, noisy logistic center, etc. Around 3 am I contacted the reception and told them I cannot sleep in such environment and the men that was working at night offered me to move to another room and that he will contact the manager asking for partial or full refund, but they haven’t done this, neither they gave me any feedback about this. Severe serious minuses: you will definitely regret of choosing this place if you will get a room facing the backyard.

On avait choisi l'hôtel.car c'était la première fois qu'on allait en Italie, avec une arrivée à 23h40. Pas besoin de se préoccuper de trouver une navette.La réception était encore ouverte. En sortant de l'aéroport, il suffit de traverser la route et nous sommes à l'hôtel.. Et le lendemain matin, on était sur place pour récupérer notre voiture de location. L’hôtel est très proche de l’aéroport, on est à peu près à 300 m à pied, ce qui enlève le stress de louper son avion par exemple. Les lits sont extrêmement confortable

L’hôtel n’y est pour rien, mais il y a eu des enfants anglais ou américains qui jouent au baby-foot, et qui selon moi on fait trop de bruit en criant en courant dans l’espace de jeux et de repas. Ce qui a agacé, pas mal de personnes.

How Marriott can allow to had a hotel under his name with this kind of attention and service? For start the hotel is in the Termnal 2 important remark if you has a flight in the another terminal But the problem is when you arrive there with your car they will not open the parking because you must made the check in before And there is no place to park. Instead of excuse or apologise they will start to shout. I complained via Ambassador of Marriott, and I’m still waiting the answer from manager Cristina iardino of a very simple 4 questions that I did ————- If your standard is tell the people to remove the car and park in a forbidden place maybe is not a good standard…. (See picture) Moxy will paid the fine ? Why the cars in stop and go are overnight? Why your worker didn’t want to identify herself is this also standard in your hotel ? Why she didn’t provide your mail ? ———— Made a copy past mail for an apologise mail is easy, read and reply properly need more time I still waiting the answer after 2 weeks, If the Operations manager don’t take care of costumers how the employees will do??? I hope that someone of Bethesda takes a look in this property !

Superb hotel with very warm welcome on reception. The location was perfect for a very early morning flight and appreciated the little pack of biscuits to tide us over as too early for breakfast. The welcome mocktail was a nice touch. This hotel is stylish and quirky, and the bed was very comfortable. Good quality shower with included products too.
Cons: Only minor thing would have been additional pillows in the room already, but the reception team were very quick to fetch some additional ones.

Cons: Somewhat disappointing that there was no restaurant; they only served bar food, which was ehhh. Not a great variety. I understand that this is a hotel for short airport-related stays; but the room was SO tiny. There was no iron/ironing board which was surprising, and it was off-putting that there was no phone in the room. ie 'don't bother us'. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a cardboard box. Pretty forgettable hotel.

The Moxy Milan Malpensa is a fantastic airport hotel with everything you need while in transit for your flight or stuck there extra days because of the snow storm in NYC. We’ve stayed at this property a few times now, and every time it’s been incredibly convenient right at one of the terminals, very comfortable and with such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The food at the bar was great and the team including Andrea, Luigi and Marco at the front desk were warm, resourceful and friendly. They made our unexpected extended stay extra special and easy. I am a Marriott devottee but typically do not like the Moxy brand but this hotel really surprised me. It was new, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't excellent but was solid enough for my needs. You can walk to terminal 2 from the hotel and there is a bus across the street that comes every 15 mins that takes you to terminal 1. Given the close proximity to MXP, I was shocked at how quiet this hotel was. A great option if you need to stay near the airport. I'll definitely be back.

最喜歡飯店的位置，飛歐洲有時候抵達時間較晚或者特早航班，飯店走路就可以到二航廈，第一航廈就要搭接駁車或公車。其他飯店接駁的費用也要10-20歐元，所以這飯店這點很棒！Moxy大廳設計非常時尚，用餐休息空間大又舒服，但這裡用餐的費用相對高。
Cons: 飯店房間是沒有minibar的，這對有小孩的家庭其實不太方便，浴室整體也有點小，如果需要幫小小孩洗澡的也會比較辛苦，但如果只住一晚我覺得沒什麼太大的問題！如果是朋友同行或者情侶，我覺得這裡就超棒的，一樓有手足球檯可以玩還有啤酒等飲料！

Cons: Il rapporto qualità prezzo. Siamo partiti presto, prima di andare al terminal abbiamo preso al bar un cappuccino e una MINI brioche a testa per la modica cifra di 8 euro 😳.

It was SO convenient and I was flying out from terminal 1. There is a bus stop across the road so there is no complicated logistics and the metro is across the road. The vibe in the communal space brings an energy to what could be a rather dull airport experience. I felt like it was a really homely space with super friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing. Exceptional.

The room was exactly what you would expect a hotel to be. It was clean and spacious. The staff were amazing. We loved the bar and kitchen available downstairs. The breakfast was great. They even had some take away things you could get for quick meals. We stayed here before our flight home and was conveniently located next to terminal 2 at the Milan airport. They even had a free shuttle bus that took us to terminal 1 for our flight at 4am.
Cons: You could definitely hear planes flying overhead but was expected considering the location.

Right next to Terminal 2, easy to get to with the shuttle (although we had to wait for it for 15 mins). Clean room and friendly staff. Great breakfast with a variety of food options.
Cons: A bit expensive for what you get.

The proximity to the T2 airport, just walking distance.
Cons: The room is too warm and I can’t open the windows as it’s too noisy with the sound of planes taking off. There is no air conditioning in the winter.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was exceptionally convenient being a 5 minute easy walk from the terminal. The available facilitates were good.
Cons: The view out the window was of a goods yard and it was quite noisy - the windows did not quite manage to cut all the sound out (not the hotel's fault).

We stayed overnight at this hotel and had a great experience. Even though our window was facing the airport, it was surprisingly quiet and we slept very well. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room felt cozy and clean. Perfect choice for a short stay or early flight.
