If you want a hotel close to Malpensa T2 then you can't do better than this. Rooms are quiet and practical.
Cons: The general attitude of the hotel staff. Do read the marketing poster at the end of the bar and you will get what I'm talking about. Gen Z garbage concept hotel. Why have this kind of hotel at this location? People are only staying here because they have to and they want basics done well. They don't need some "vibe" to be foisted upon them.

The manager seemed filled with resentment and an overwhelming need to demonstrate authority instead of showing the slightest bit of empathy or professionalism. A great solution when in need of an airport stay. Staff is very friendly and efficient and the hotel clean and comfortable. I've been using it several times already when flying in or out of Malpensa. It is a happy and cheerful place, and offers also a great breakfast.

Location at the airport was right in front of shuttle and car rental return which saved money and was very convenient. The staff was amazingly friendly and kind. No charge for our pet and gave us rooms next to eachother without requesting and free welcome drink tickets upon arrival. They also let us park our car out front while we unloaded and got settled.

Soluzione molto comoda per le partenze mattutine dal terminal 2. Ho parcheggiato la sera precedente al P6 e l autobus mi ha portato a 50 m dall ingresso dell hotel
Cons: Arrivato venerdi 31 luglio alle 22,00 ca. E ho dovuto attendere quasi 30 min per il check in a causa della coda. Siccome erano presenti due operatori, tra l altro molto bravi, deve essere utilizzato un altro sistema in particolare per chi ha gia acquistato e pagato la camera tramite ad esempio booking

Cons: Preferisco specificare in anticipo che la mia recensione รจ semplicemente a scopo informativo per molti ragazzi giovani come me, che pensando di facilitare la permanenza in struttura utilizzano il pagamento in struttura, spiegando i termini presenti su Booking che magari potrebbero essere fraintesi. Purtroppo mi sono ritrovata in una situazione piuttosto spiacevole, soprattutto considerando che siamo due ragazze di 22 anni. Io e la mia amica avevamo prenotato una camera doppia scegliendo lโopzione di pagamento in struttura al momento del check-in. La mattina stessa, perรฒ, mi รจ stata addebitata una somma piuttosto elevata (circa 200 โฌ) come garanzia. Fin qui non ho nulla da contestare: capisco perfettamente che lโhotel voglia tutelarsi da eventuali cancellazioni senza preavviso. Il problema รจ sorto al momento del check-in, quando mi รจ stato chiesto di pagare nuovamente lโintero importo del soggiorno. Di fatto mi sono ritrovata con circa 400 โฌ addebitati per una sola notte, una cifra che ci ha messe in difficoltร . Avevo letto i termini di Booking e sapevo che la somma sarebbe stata โcongelataโ come garanzia, ma non mi aspettavo che mi venisse richiesto un secondo pagamento immediato, con il conseguente blocco temporaneo di entrambe le somme. Quando ho espresso le mie perplessitร in reception, Marco mi ha risposto semplicemente: โNegli hotel di lusso funziona cosรฌโ. Francamente ho trovato questa risposta poco professionale e poco empatica. Inoltre, si tratta di un hotel a 3 stelle, non di una struttura di lusso. Probabilmente cโรจ stata unโincomprensione, ma viaggio spesso, ho visitato diversi Paesi europei e ho utilizzato molte volte lโopzione โpagamento in strutturaโ, soprattutto in cittร come Madrid e Barcellona. Non mi era mai capitato di dover sostenere un doppio addebito e di ritrovarmi con una somma cosรฌ importante bloccata fino al check-out, nonostante fossi giร regolarmente presente nella struttura.

The location was perfect since we had a very early morning departure. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. However - Isabella at the restaurant was EXCEPTIONAL. She was outgoing, engaging, super friendly and funny and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable - we had ordered some food and it arrived less than lukewarm - she immediately remedied this by going in to to kitchen and got it heated. The food was mediocre but the service was absolutely outstanding!
Cons: I checked the drain in the shower and it was disgusting - full of hair :-( It had not been cleaned out in "forever". It would have been nice to have coffee or tea in the room or at least a small bottle of water.

I've always loved the Moxy brand because it brilliantly combines the best of traditional Marriott standards with a fresh, youthful, and smart atmosphere. You still get the excellent management, quality, and reliability Marriott is known for, but with a modern, playful twist. The Moxy Malpensa Airport is my favorite airport hotel. The location is unbeatable: there's a free shuttle from Terminal 1, and Terminal 2 is literally across the street, just a two-minute walk away. It makes even very early or late flights completely stress-free. One of the things I appreciate most is their flexibility. If you don't want to pay for the full breakfast buffet, you can simply buy a yogurt, an apple, a croissant, or a coffee separately. Just ask, and the staff are always happy to help. The team is exceptional. Every employee I've met has been friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to find a solution for any request. They create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home, even during a short airport stay. The rooms are always spotless. Bathroom amenities are consistently replenished, the mattresses are wonderfully comfortable, and the pillows are excellent. The only thing I personally miss is an extra pillowโbut I keep forgetting to ask for one! I will happily stay here again whenever I have a connection through Milan Malpensa. It remains one of my favorite airport hotels.
Cons: My only real downside is the air conditioning. Unfortunately, there is no individual climate control in the rooms because the hotel uses a centralized system. It can be difficult to adjust the temperature to your personal preference, and during my stay the room felt a little too warm And yes, i would prefer to have kettle and small coffee machine in a room

I love the very youthful vibe at Moxy! The decor in the lobby is whimsical and unique. The furniture and comfort of bedding plus toiletries were above standard. Taking into account that this is a brilliantly transformed former classic Marriott property, reinvented as a modern Moxy with a youthful, playful vibe, our stay was simply wonderful Everything was fast, modern, pleasant, and ran smoothly. I will definitely stay here again whenever I have a layover at Milan Malpensa Especially since there is a free shuttle bus between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 every 15โ30 minutes.
Cons: There was no individual air-conditioning control in the room. Unfortunately, the hotel seems to have one central AC system for the whole building, so it was difficult to adjust the temperature in our specific room. It felt a little too warm and stuffy. But i suppose we are too spoiled

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights due to flying home on a different day than we planned. It was located directly across the road from Terminal 2 of the airport and the train station so was a perfect location for catching a plane. The welcome at the hotel was lovely and friendly as was all of the service while we were there and we were given vouchers for welcome drinks which we used for some delicious fruit punch the following day. The hotel was very modern and our room looked as good as new. The common areas had lots of character. We booked a family room as we were travelling as a family of four. It had a double bed and two single beds with a partial wall separating them and a TV in each part. We were on the ground floor and had a wet room. The only downsides of the room were that the bathroom floor was very slippery. There was also no streaming service on the TVs and hardly any channels with shows in the English language. I suppose this is normal, but would have been welcome. We ate breakfast and two evening meals at the hotel. The food was really nice and the services was great. On one of the days we used the train to get to central Milan. There are two routes from the airport station to two different stations within central Milan, which was useful to get to the hotel and to visit Milan. Our room was ยฃ248 per night which we thought was fairly good value for the size and quality of the room and the location, We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend,

Convenient and functional. Very clean. The room and bathroom are small, as can be expected, but they were arranged to be comfortable. The shower was great. Staff was helpful, the breakfast was good and good value. It was somewhat strange that the room only has one chair. I was positively surprised by the restaurant for having very reasonable prices (probably all the dishes were under 13โฌ) and the pizzas were very good (I'd skip the salads though). Note that this is at T2, which is some 10-15 minutes by car from T1 (which has another hotel). There's a free shuttle, so assume ~30 minutes including waiting time. If you're short on time and need T1, perhaps the T1 hotel is a better option.
