I loved the kitchen staff Especially Yassimi (I hope I got the spelling correct, if not, I'm sorry) The kitchen staff were so nice, jovial, and respectful. Other staff too were nice, the receptionists, cleaners and all of them.

Cons: The food! We practically ate COLD food all through, and thesame food.... Common.... There should be more varieties but same thing... And even the pancakes and all were cold. The building is kinda old, the rug on the second floor needs to be changed and please, brighter lights in the rooms .. we could barely see...

Hôtel idéalement situé dans le quartier Guéliz avec plein de commerces et restaurants, la gare est tout près également. Tout peut se faire à pied. (30 mn de la place) La chambre est correcte avec un lit XXL et mini frigo, salle de bain avec douche correcte également. Le petit déjeuner de prend dans la salle du restaurant et se compose d'un buffet avec viennoiseries ,oeufs, fruits, café, plats salés. Le personnel du restaurant est très sympathique et accueillant.

Cons: Accueil un peu froid à notre arrivée pour la demande des renseignements. (Passeport) Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus varié.

Located in Gueliz and really enjoyed the location, not too far to the center. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance, which made exploring super easy. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel was decent, with a good variety to start the day. The staff were also very nice and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a pleasant experience!

We stayed here 1 night before taking the bus to Agadir. Hotel has great location close to train- and busstation. We could check in 3 hours early which was great. Room was clean, basic but comfortable. There is some noise from the street below but it is not too disturbing. Breakfast was good.

Hotel w centrum dzielnicy Gueliz. Blisko do dworca kolejowego. 5 min od galerii handlowej z carrefourem do 22:00. Szybki check in. Bardzo duży pokój z ogromnym łóżkiem. Bardzo czysto. Śniadanie od 6:30- niezły wybór ale głównie na słodko.

Cons: Niestety dość ciemne pokoje. Przy śniadaniu nie było nikogo z obsługi żeby poprosić np o omlet.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment très gentille et serviable. Le petit déjeuner étais correct et varié. La piscine génial sur le toit c'était trop bien. L'emplacement de l'hôtel parfait pas besoin de voiture vous avez toute à proximité. Le seul bémol c'est le nettoyage des chambres et salles de bain c'était pas nettoyer dommage 😔. Sinon toutes étais impeccable.

Tout était parfait : la taille des chambres, la propreté à l exception de la moquette très tachée devant les chambres) , le petit déjeuner, l accueil, en particulier une réceptionniste présente durant notre séjour qui avait toujours de tres bons conseils.

Cons: La moquette dans le couloir devant les chambres de notre etage était extrêmement tachée, ce qui donne une mauvaise impression, un peu dommage car le reste était très bien. Ça ne me semble pas l un des investissements les plus onereux de shampoigner la moquette ou la changer, Les rues à proximité de l hôtel ne sont pas très propres avec des odeurs désagréables

Cons: a notre arrivée on a eu une chambre qui ne correspondait pas à notre réservation ! nous nous sommes pleins et le directeur nous a dit que c'est normal de mettre des belles photos pour attirer les clients !!! on a demandé à être relogé sans quoi on quitterai l'établissement, on a été relogé dans une chambre conforme à notre réservation...par contre la moquette de la chambre est sale et dans le couloir aussi, le petit déjeuner est limité et peu de choix, le ménage n'était pas fait chaque jour, certains jours nous n'avions ni papier toilette ni serviettes propres et pire encore à 22h la chambre n'avait pas été faite alors que nous sommes parties en excursion à 13h! le personnel est froid et pas aimable à part l'agent de sécurité à l'entrée! il n'y avait pas d'étagère dans le frigo, jamais de sac poubelle dans la salle de bain et la douchette wc fuyait ...et le comble nous avons des cafards dans la chambre ! Hôtel à éviter !

La risposta del giorno dopo è stata elusiva e insoddisfacente e booking non mi ha fatto sapere più niente in merito.Strano perché nel mio soggiorno precedente (4 giorni prima) era andato tutto bene. Confermo della presenza di balordi e giri strani nei pressi dell'albergo la sera. Una notte c'è stata una rissa a colpi di bastone fra due gruppi.

Il personale è sempre stato cortese e disponibile, la pulizia della camera molto buona, la colazione sufficiente e ho apprezzato il parcheggio gratuito custodito h24 a circa 300 metri dall'hotel. Nei dintorni dell'albergo molti ristoranti e altri servizi.

Cons: La doccia aveva problemi di scarico e a niente è riuscito il tentativo di ripararla per cui era sempre allagata. Avevamo chiesto di lasciare in deposito una valigia perchè avremmo fatto una escursione di 3 notti e successivamente saremmo stati loro ospiti per altre 4 notti, dopo una risposta affermativa, pur dicendo che il servizio era a pagamento, la sera prima di partire ci hanno detto che era possibile lasciare il bagaglio solo dalla mattina alla sera mentre, e questo gli va riconosciuto, ci hanno permesso di tenere gratuitamente l'auto nel parcheggio quindi siamo stati costretti a lasciare la valigia in macchina. Comunque non c'è stato nessun problema. La sera nei dintorni stazionano soggetti un po' equivoci per cui è bene prestare attenzione.

Das Personal (Reception, Security, Frühstück) ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Putzpersonal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hat immer einen guten Job gemacht, die Zimmer waren jeweils sehr sauber. Die Betten sind gross und komfortabel. Die Dusche im Badezimmer war sehr gut und hatte einen hohen Wasserdruck.

Cons: Das Frühstück könnte besser sein. Der Kaffee und Tee ist sehr gut, aber die marokkanischen Fladenbrote wirkten nicht frisch. Das Holz auf der Dachterasse beim Pool ist klebrig und rutschig, ohne Sandalen auf dem Holz zu gehen ist daher unmöglich und birgt Rutschgefahr. Das eine Zimmer, welches auf die Strasse gerichtet war, war lärmig aufgrund von Bauarbeiten direkt an der Strasse. Das eine Badezimmer ist etwas klein, es kann sich jeweils nur eine Person im Bad befinden und fertigmachen. Was uns gestört hat sind die Teppichböden im Gang und den Zimmern. The staff were fantastic, very helpful. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice. Rooftop pool was very welcome after a hot day sightseeing. Cons: In a noisy location. Showers did not stay warm and lost heat when running so turned cold. Automatically got placed in the noisiest place in entire hotel nearest to lifts and eating area. Breakfast was extremely bad, food all cold, barely any options and stale food. Make sure you ask for an omlette, it’s the only fresh stuff you can try.

Cons: Room had no kettle or iron or hairdryer. Shower ran cold quickly. Water didn’t drain from shower so drain overflowed quickly. Very noisy location (bring your earplugs to block noise out). Breakfast very poor, only few options to pick and most food cold or stale. Omelette was only decent thing and you have to ask for it (they don’t tell you that you can request it fresh).

We really liked the location of the hotel, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and having a mini fridge was a great bonus. The breakfast was simple, but they made sure they refill everything quickly.

Cons: Even though the bathroom was cleaned properly, the shower had a lot of limescale. Also, the noise from other guests was disturbing. We were woken up at 2 a.m. by loud shouting from a nearby balcony.

L’hôtel est très bien situé proche des commerces et restaurants tout peut se faire à pied selon les personnes , le personnel de la réception de nuit est vraiment génial , très agréable, toujours prêt à vous aider ainsi que l’ensemble du personnel , toujours avec le sourire

Cons: Un peu déçu de la chambre que nous avons occupé lors de notre séjour car ne correspondait pas vraiment au photo , manque un peu de décoration ,meuble un peu abîmé, porte d’entrée qui se verrouille mal, concernant le ménage quotidien elle est vraiment sommaire car certains éléments comme un bouchon de soda et restait au même endroit qu’ont la trouver tout le long de notre séjour ainsi que d’autres choses

Cons: We chose a double bed bedroom on the site but got 3 single beds. There was 1 window in the room, with a 2nd curtain with only wall behind it. Found an earring back on the floor so not sure if it was cleaned properly. Fridge was fine but took overnight to chill drinks.

Cons: L'hôtel a essayé de nous facturer un montant plus élevé que ce que nous avions réservé sur Booking, heureusement que j'ai pu payer en ligne via l'application Booking pour éviter ce désagrément. Également, il a fallu réclamer à plusieurs reprises les lits bébé, et négocier le lit d'appoint pour un enfant de 4 ans, pour lequel le réceptionniste nous annonçait un supplément de prix. Heureusement, nous avons réussi à le convaincre de respecter ce qui avait été réservé.

Well Firstly the staff here are really good. Friendly and helpful From front of desk to Breakfast crew. Initially when we arrived we were given the suite at no extra cost as hotel was fully booked.(Speaks volumes). After a nice night sleep we went down for breakfast. This is excellent for the price range. We were transferred to our new room. Which in my opinion was better than the suite. Nice balcony too. Lovely stay, Air con was excellent and well needed as it was in the 40s for our entire stay. I left my phone in the room when we checked out to go Agadir. I contacted reception and they confirmed they had found my phone and I could pick it up which was a priceless honest thing to do. Phones hold everything these days. So Hotel Almas is a phenomenal hotel in my opinion and would definitely stay here again if ever in Marrakech. A little Gem in the heart of Marrakech. Central to everything.

Cons: 1) La télé est d'une autre génération , chaînes d'informations françaises l'on disponibles. 2) La salle se bain laisse l eau stagner. De l humidité transparaît dans la chambre. J ai demandé et obtenu un Changement de chambre mais cela n'a pas vraiment amélioré la situation. 3) c'est une vraie surprise et une déception de voir que le parking annoncé se situe à 700 mètres de l hôtel et de surcroît non couvert et dans 1 androit poussiéreux.

The great: spacious suite with balcony and no road noise. The good: friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, swimming pool. Fridge! The not so good: only one socket in the bedroom (two in the bathroom). No filtered water facilities-supermarket 10mn away. No ironing boards. The not good at all: avoid tour package to waterfalls. It was massively overpriced and only included transport.

Location is very good and handy. Everything in available nearby, mosque, McDonald’s, money exchange, pharmacy, laundry and local food shops. Room was very clean n comfortable. Housekeeping services were very good i was very happy with them.

Cons: Food there food is not good not even breakfast. Stuff is helpful but they only provide boiled eggs as eggs and mostly they have sweet items. For lunch or all day ment was so disgusting u can have just orange juice. Most salads r not available n chicken sandwich is horrible i could even see that only boil chicken with no seasoning 🤮. Cons: Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile, je le ferais. J’ai réservé 8 nuits dans cet “hôtel” avec mon petit frère, pensant passer un séjour tranquille. Résultat : arnaque dès l’arrivée, comportement agressif du personnel, et tentative d’intimidation en plein lieu public. Une vraie mascarade. À peine arrivée, le réceptionniste me propose un surclassement pour “seulement 7€”. Je trouve ça honnête, j’accepte. Je demande si je peux payer les 7€ par carte, il me répond que oui. Je sors ma carte, et là surprise : il tape 600 dirhams, soit près de 60€. Je lui dis que ce n’est pas ce qu’il m’avait annoncé, et là il ose me dire : “C’est 7€ par jour”. On parle d’un surclassement plus cher que la chambre elle-même. C’est clairement de la malhonnêteté déguisée, une technique de voyou. Mais le pire : ma sœur vient me rejoindre à la piscine (mon petit frère allait partir avec mon beau frère, qui a seulement accompagné ma sœur). Le temps d’une baignade tranquille entre sœurs, les agents de “sécurité” encerclent mon beau-frère le coincent à la sortie et exigent papiers, passeport, comme s’il était un criminel. Ils exigent aussi que moi et ma sœur descendions de la piscine pour justifier notre présence et fournir nos papiers. Mais pour qui vous vous prenez ? Je suis descendue, j’ai mis les points sur les i. La chambre est réservée pour DEUX PERSONNES, je l’ai PAYÉE. Ma sœur a parfaitement le droit d’être avec moi, et il n’y avait PERSONNE d’autre à la piscine. Au lieu de s’excuser, le réceptionniste s’est mis à me hurler dessus, me couper la parole et hausser le ton, sans aucun respect ni éducation. J’ai rarement vu un tel comportement. Je suis Genius 3, j’ai fait énormément de pays, réservé partout dans le monde via Booking. C’est la première fois qu’un hôtel me manque autant de respect et tente ouvertement de m’arnaquer. Ce genre d’établissement fait honte à l’hospitalité marocaine. À fuir absolument’

El cuarto es grande, amplio, al igual que la cama (para dos). Tiene una terraza grande que no aprovechamos porque nuestra estancia era fugaz y además hacia mucho calor.
