L'accueil a été sympathique mais nous avons très vite été déçus dès l'arrivée dans l'appartement pour les raisons détaillées plus bas

Cons: Un cauchemar 4 étoiles !! Arrivée vers 19h et découverte de l'appartement qui sent très mauvais le désinfectant avec une vue ....sur la route très bruyante alors que nous avions demandé une chambre au calme. A première vue, l'appartement est grand mais de nombreux détails nous interpellent : des moisissures dans la salle de bain, des placards qui ne ferment pas dans la cuisine, pas de lampe de chevet dans les chambres, pas de décoration, des murs sales et très abîmés, très loin d'un standard 4*... Et lorsque nous décidons de nous coucher : des draps sales avec des traces de chaussures dessus ! des draps déchirés et des poils et cheveux dans les lits....au secours !! Comme il y a 2 chambres, nous décidons de dormir dans l'autre chambre et là, le même scénario : des draps très sales, des têtes de lits arrachées. IMPOSSIBLE de se coucher dans de telles conditions ! Nous avisons l'accueil qui nous explique que ce que nous racontons n'est pas vrai !! Je demande une inspection en urgence et il est déjà 23h30. Après visite de la personne de l'accueil, elle prend des photos et reconnaît qu'il y a un problème. Elle nous propose un autre appartement, qui sent encore plus mauvais et dont les draps sont tout aussi sales !! Un comble Il est déjà très tard et nous avons fait beaucoup de route, pas envie de rechercher un autre logement mais nous avons réservé 4 nuits dans ce taudis pour plus de 100€ la nuit !! Je demande alors des draps propres pour refaire les lits et tenter de dormir un peu ! Je vous le donne en mille : les draps "propres" sont plein de taches de chaussures et toujours aussi sales !! Résultat : nous avons dormi habillé et avons quitté le taudis le lendemain matin en demandant un remboursement des 4 nuits.

The cleanliness was impeccable! I loved that you had everything you basically needed in the kitchen. The cleaning staff were amazing, quick and efficient and supplied top ups/ such as fresh towels/toiletries.. The surrounding green plants and trees were beautiful. Pool was clean kids and adults.. you can receive shopping deliveries right to your door. Staff were friendly and polite.

Cons: I know this is really minor but could be important for little fingers - door stoppers might be helpful for the bedrooms because the courant d’air (draft) can be quick strong and powerful which slams the bedroom doors shut. For example if you have the balcony terrace doors open and the kitchen window including the huge beautiful slide bedroom windows - as in any place you’d get a draft that slams - so if you have kids be careful to keep the doors ajar with something. There is no restaurant - no cafe - no snack bar - in the building; you must cross a busy dual carriage to get to the restaurant of another complex which is literally 2 minutes away.

Cons: Aucune propreté (cafard et draps pas lavé dés notre arrivée) , le verrou de notre chambre était défectueux et la seule réponse que nous avons eu de l'hôtel est de laissé notre chambre ouverte car de toute façons il y a des caméras... Sans parler du fait que nous avons attraper sur le fait un membre du personnel maltraiter un CHAT parce qu'il entrait dans le complexe de l'hôtel. Je rajoute qu'ils ont essayé de nous arnaquer à la fin du séjour pour garder la caution menaçant de garder notre passeport (parce que oui vous ne revez pas ils demandent le passeport pour pouvoir faire entrer un visiteur) bref à fuire!!! très mauvaise expérience.

Lo que me gustó el personal de recepción y personal de limpieza muy bueno sobre todo al personal de limpieza atento en todo momento cuando salíamos de la habitación para hacerla y preguntando si necesitaba cualquier cosa. Bien ubicado y limpio

Cons: Lo que menos me gustó fue que, para el precio, hay detalles que se podrían mejorar. Estuvimos una semana y no nos informaron de que había otra piscina; recién la descubrimos de casualidad el quinto día. Tampoco nos explicaron bien el tema de las toallas para la piscina, lo que resultó un poco incómodo. Aun así, en general la estancia fue buena, con algunos pequeños aspectos a mejorar.

Magnifique résidence hôtelière, très bien tenue à l’écart de la ville tout en restant à proximité. La vue est magnifique sur la mer et les jardins intérieurs sont luxuriants. L’équipe sans exception sont aux petits soins. On a passé un très bon séjour à Tanger et nous reviendrons certainement.

Cons: Bien que ça ne soit pas un grand problème, l’établissement ne dispose pas de restaurant. Mais il y’en a un bon juste devant qui fait tous les repas. Sont seul problème est la route nationale traverser qui est dangereuse avec des voitures qui roulent vite. L’idéal serait d’installers un pont pour traverser ou mettre en place un espace de restauration à l’intérieur.

We had a wonderful time at Mnar Castle, everything was up to and superior to my expectations. The apartments were well furnished and clean, the pool fantastic and the staff was so incredibly helpful. Many thanks to Aicha in particular who ensured that our stay was as comfortable as possible and always so quick to respond and help. Mnar Castle also facilitates various activities, such as horse riding, which was very enjoyable in itself.

There was a view of the sea, the restaurant across the street is good, the kitchen was nice, beds were comfortable, and the grown trees on the property were lovely.

Cons: The photos look a lot better than the actual place and location. The pool was cloudy (dirty), the apartment was dated, smelled like mildew, needed new furniture and paint, hand towels were dirty, living room wasn’t comfortable, and the hotel ran out of pool towels. The building is on a busy and loud road that you can’t see in the photos. It was hard to sleep at night with the windows open (road traffic and barking stray dogs), and the air conditioning smelled like mold/mildew. A fair price for this location would be half of what they charge.

Die Appartements liegen in einer privaten Anlage umgeben von wunderschönen Pflanzen und Vögeln. Die Mitarbeiter Waren überaus Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr ruhige Lage abgelegen von der Medina. Sehr schön luftig durch den Wild am nahgelegenem Meer.

الهدوء والموقع بعيد عن الضوضاء والاطلالة على البحر وطاقم الاستقبال قمة في الاخلاق والتعامل الراقي وخاصة الاخت الفاضلة وداد. حصل لي ظرف واضطررت الى المغادرة قبل يوم من انتهاء الاقامة وطلبت الغاء اليوم الاخير وبكل سعة صدر وترحيب تم الغاء الحجز واخذ ارقام البطاقة البنكية وغادرت وبعد بضعة ايام تم ايداع المبلغ بحسابي وكان التواصل مع الاخت وداد التي كانت قمة الذوق والترحيب اشكر كل طاقم العمل بالفندق /الاستقبال/ الادارة /والعمالة.

Cons: We zaten letterlijk opgesloten bomen om ons heen we hadden aan allebij de kanten geen uitzicht. De locatie is ver van alles. Taxis zijn erg duur om je daar op te komen halen. In de buurt is niks te beleven, je moet 30 min rijden naar de boulevard. Kwa prijs verhouding is t ook erg duur zonder ontbijt!

The Mnar Castle complex and apartments are very pretty and stylish. It has a dedicated reception which is easy to communicate with and 24/7 security. The view is lovely to the sea from the main room and double bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped.

Cons: The furniture is a little tired and the wiring around the TV is all hanging loose with a main power socket dangling on the wall. Strangely our bed was not made with a bottom sheet, but with a duvet cover instead and it was not actually long enough for the bed. However we only discovered this around midnight before we went to bed and were not interested in calling for service to change it. Unfortunately the shower also leaks onto the floor, so after showering the floor is very wet and quite slippery.

A l arrivée on est dirigé par le gardien très gentil. Vous avez tout de suite un emplacement pour vous garer devant la réception. Vous entrez dans la réception, tout de suite l odeur du jasmin et le sourire de la sympathique réceptionniste vous accueillent. En plus on a eu le droit à un surclassement gratuit! C est TOP! Apparemment vraiment luxueux pour une fois la verité est a la hauteur de l intitulé! Spacieux, propre, très propre même. Belle cuisine, machine à laver il y a tout, très bien équipé. Beaux jardins: Yukas et caoutchouc géants, cactus et plantes grasses en tout genre et surtout bananiers et une forêt de palmiers magnifiques ! La piscine plus petite qu elle ne laisserait supposer mais en janvier il faisait frais à Tanger! Très belle vue sur la mer. A 40 minutes environ de Tanger Med. Attention vous y prendre bien Ayla avance. Les procédures de contrôles au retour vers l Espagne sont drastiques et longues, procédures qui durent et durent…

Cons: Sa situation géographique ! Elle est parfaite si vous ne voulez RIEN faire… ce qui est dur à faire tant on a pas l habitude. Grosse déception la mer n est pas accessible à pied depuis l hôtel ni dans les environs. La route qui va de Tanger à Mnar puis Tanger Med est une corniche sur des falaises… plage possible seulement si vous êtes motorisés. Possibilité d aller à Tanger par le taxi. 12 euros environ le trajet. Dommage que les marocains ne prennent pas plus soin de leur environnement. Cadre superbe avec vue sur la côte espagnole de l autre côté de la mer mais des détritus partout autour de l hôtel et de manière générale partout au Maroc … quel dommage pour un si magnifique pays! Restaient face de l autre code la route. Resto où vous ne trouverez hélas aucun plats marocains mais pleins d autres choses dont les jus de fruits, gâteaux et Pt dej excellents

The customer service was absolutely outstanding and in my opinion what makes this place great. Had some loud neighbors and upon calling, they immediately gave me a quieter room. The staff is very kind, respectful, pleasant and helpful. The appartement was very spacious and clean.

Cons: Lo unico que le falta es un restaurante propio ya que cerca solo hay un restaurante y no es que sea muy económico. Había muchísimos mosquitos, era imposible sentarse en la terraza del apartamento, y habían muchísimas hormigas en la zona de la piscina, la tumbona se llenaba de ellas.

Proper, ruim en goed uitgerust appartement. Heel comfortabel bed. Vriendelijk personeel. 2 ruime zwembaden met telkens ondiep deel voor kinderen. Kies voor een appartement met zicht op de tuin. Het restaurant aan de overkant is ook heel goed.

Cons: Toch jammer dat er geen restaurant is binnen het complex voor de kleine honger. Voor kleine kinderen zijn er niet veel voorzieningen, een speeltuin of een tuin om te spelen is er niet.

La propreté, les serviettes et les draps changé tout les jours, plus le ménage tout les jours également. Le gardien de parking, il est très gentil, toujours le sourire. Honnêtement nous avons passé un excellent séjour, les appartements sont vraiment très bien, grands, le wifi est de bonne qualité et les jardins bien entretenus, la piscine est grande et propre. Rien à dire sur l'établissement.

Cons: Trop loin des commerces donc prévoir des courses. Le restaurant qui est à proximité trop cher pour ce que c'est. On a dû payer un supplément pour la visite des grands parents alors que le logement déjà payé pouvait les accueillir.

We heard him say some of the most foul curse words in moroccan arabic next to my family towards another other guest ( this happened on Friday at around 1:20pm ). That man should be fired immediately. If it wasn't for the overall amazing experience, i would have rated it a 1/10 just for that.

The best part of the hotel; are the staff. Extremely professional, very friendly, helpful and genuine. The hotel is outside the busy Tanger area but just 10 mins drive to city. The rooms are well equipped, nice pools and clean. The best part is ample parking with 24 hrs security.

Wir waren mit um die 10 Personen in 3 verschiedenen Appartments hier. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben teilweise sehr schöne Terrassen mit Meerblick oder Balkone mit Poolblick. Die Anlage hat 2 Pools (verteilt auf dem Gelände), wobei wir uns immer am großen und schönen "Hauptpool" versammelt haben, der mit dem Meerblick fast ein bisschen wie ein Infinity Pool wirkt. Es war sehr ruhig mit nur wenigen anderen Gästen. Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb von Tanger, aber mit dem Auto ist man in 10-15 Minuten dennoch an den wichtigsten Punkten. Insgesamt hat es allen sehr gut gefallen und wir wären gerne auch noch länger geblieben, wenn wir nicht noch eine Rundreise vor uns gehabt hätten :) Ein besonderes Lob für die Damen an der Rezeption, die äußerst zuvorkommend waren und uns beim Check-In alle Zimmer im Detail gezeigt haben!

Le magnifique cadre, le confort du logement, la très belle terrasse. le nettoyage du logement chaque jour, la propreté de la résidence et de l'extérieur, la grande piscine qui est vraiment bien aménagée . A noter aussi le très bon 'accueil à la réception et la communication facile avec l'établissement avant notre arrivée.

Cons: Dommage qu'il y ait le bruit des voitures lié à la route à proximité et qu'il n'y ait pas un petit bar à la piscine afin de prendre un verre, un thé au bord de l'eau. La possibilité de pouvoir prendre un petit déjeuner au logement serait un plus même si le bar restaurant à 2 minutes à pieds propose un petit déjeuner

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was even better than expected. The location is outside the main part of the city, which makes it a little quieter and also allows easy access to outdoor adventure activity.
