Great property and hotel. Great swimming although it was a bit cold. Friendly staff with lots of amenities. Generally clean but could do with some updating. Comfy bed and great outdoor areas. I really appreciated all the plants in the outdoor areas, as well as how comfortable the place is.

The staff were very accommodating. The receptionists were courteous and friendly. The hotel is close enough to the airport and the centre but in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. I walked to the Carrefour and back, along the tree-lined avenue which is relatively quiet and car-free. The spa and hammam is a definite plus, I did the Toubkal trek after my stay and returned to have my treatment and chill by the poolside before my flight back.

Brand new property. Away from bustle and craziness of the Medina. Only seven minute cab ride to historic sites. Has the feel of a Spanish villa; all rooms arranged around a stunning pool area. A few hiccups with their systems, but all staff friendly and welcoming. Happy to return.

It was nice as a resort property on its own, but not convenient to travel downtown - and also even food options you had to cross a busy intersection to get to them. Staff were nice enough overall. And it was busy hotel. Great pool, and spa services. Breakfast was nice buffet daily. I had an issue with my door, they came and fixed it but didn't necessarily feel like it fully fixed the issue.

Service was friendly throughout. Checking was a challenge. Hotels.com said we could check in at 2 pm. Hotel insisted it was 3 pm, despite the confirmation. But we got to use the pool while we waited. Pool was decent but went into the shadows very quickly given the location. Spa was also okay. Hammam was good. Massage was weak. Room service menu was limited and the food was really really poor. If we didn't have to get the kids to bed, we would have returned the steaks to be remade.

Emailed to inquire about an early check in and did not get a response. Arrived in time to check in and still had to wait 15-20 mins before room was ready. Room was spacious and appreciated a good shower due to thr Morocco heat. However, the air conditioner although on, did not do justice. Was still sweating from the heat. The QR code on the room service menu only took me to the menu page and the phone did not have buttons corresponding to what was room service. Had to go down to order which was fine - staff was friendly and efficient. Food was good, no complaints there. Did not get to try the pool bc it was closed. Overall, not an okay stay - booked mostly for convenience bc it was close to the airport.

We got to the hotel at around 1am, The staff member couldnt find the booking, took around 10 minutes to find it on his system 2nd, i booked this hotel due to getting a free upgrade if rooms were available, exec and family rooms were available but the staff member serving us could not give us an upgrade as he did not know how to and the main staff had gone home for the night 3rd - had 1 bath towel in the bath when room was booked for 2 people

Staff was wonderful but hotel is in the middle of nowhere but with a sketchy all night club in the back parking lot. Dark decor in rooms makes it feel like it may not be clean. Not fresh smelling. It kind of felt like a dark Crown Plaza Hotel in the US. We booked because it was near the airport but we would have been happier staying closer to the Medina.

I booked this hotel the morning after the earthquake thinking that because it is a new building it would be safe to stay there until our flight. We got the taxi there (as our previous riad closed) and could not believe how much damage there was in the reception area alone. I tried to get a refund but to my shock and horror the owner kept the hotel open meaning that it was impossible. Amal, who is their sales executive, said in an email to me that only "small damage" was incurred to the ground floor and that the hotel remained open. It is delusional to tell me that that was small damage. You put all those guests in danger and your staff by keeping the building open. If there was a larger aftershock I do not think your hotel would mostly stay stood. And you want me so stay in a building that was split in two? Please tell me your logic as to how it was safe. If you are putting money before safety you are indeed selfish and should be ashamed of yourself. We lived in an earthquake zone and so we know what we saw was not safe. The receptionist (if you see this I hope you are okay) looked petrified and incredibly stressed not knowing what to do with the guests because the structural integrity of that building was non existent. With the mindset of this owner I do not trust that they will properly fix this building, which is a shame because it looked like it would have been a nice place before the disaster.

Service is very slow the workers work in their own pace. I had no electricity in my room for over a hour, even though they advised me it will take a moment to fix the issue. I had to pay a deposit whilst others did not have to pay a deposit which made no sense. Every-time I paid for drinks and food by the pool they would hound me like a pack of dogs to pay, even if I was in the pool. I don’t think they know what good customer service is but I hope this review educates them and would not advise anyone to come here.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel, all the staffs were friendly and willing to please their customers. Our room was upgraded to the pool view by the manager after we complained about the AC in our room. The restaurant staffs were amazing. Yousef, Hamza, Abdelatif were amazing. The manager is just too good. The dinner meals were special and was something we looked forward to.

I was somewhat hesitant to stay here as it was slightly out of town and they have a few not so great reviews. That said, I could not find one even tiny issue and I have extended my stay. The staff in the hotel are perfect and I don’t use that word a lot. I was given a complimentary room upgrade and very accommodating housekeeping when I wanted a late room tidy. The spa is awesome and very reasonably priced, I had a treatment from Rabiaa. She was truly amazing, very refreshing, very professional. Also I want to mention the receptionists Ismel, ihsane and imane who were perfect. I could not fault them. Staying here is better than staying in the other 5 star hotels I have experienced in this area, I would recommend anyone else to come. The prices are very good, it is only 7 minutes from the main parts of the city (€5 taxi). I will be returning. Awesome trip.

Overall the hotel was great, nice service, nice rooms, nice enough pool although not big enough. Only to have a small issue about a bottled water that we didnt use in the mini fridge but they stated that we did drink it and swapped it with another brand. It is sad that they couldnt understand that the mistake was probable from people before us and that the previous cleaning lady didnt bither to check. All in all, if tou are staying at this hotel, take a picture of the fridge and send it to them right away before your check out just in case :)

I didn’t like the service in the sauna especially the lady who does scraping she didn’t do a good job , I had to asked her many times to scrub many missed parts of my body . The room where I did the scrubbing was flooded with water and also cold , I wouldn’t recommend the sauna in this hotel

We had a decent stay at Kech Boutique Hotel. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, very spacious! The pool is nice and we had a great hammam/spa experience there. The breakfast had a wide variety and exceeded our expectations! Also, room service was great and not extremely overpriced which was pleasantly surprising. Our only issue was getting a room that smelled like cigarette smoke, despite the entire property being smoke free. We were given a new room, but the AC and shower drain didn’t work. We notified reception but it was never fixed during our stay. Since we were only there for 2 nights it wasn’t a huge deal, but I would expect those issues to be resolved at a hotel like this one. Regardless, it was clean and comfortable, close to the airport, and the meals were great!

Hotel is a little bit out of city center. But with just paying 3 or 4 euros, you can arrive Medina or Train Station within 8-10 minutes. Hotel is newly decorated, comfortable beds, very large bed and room. Service quality is high as well. Air conditioning works perfectly. They even insert a key card by themselves, in order to make sure AC is open 7/24. Breakfast is excellent.

The staff are fantastic, breakfast offered is very appealing, and The pool was beautiful. We also really enjoyed the room, would love to see all tubs with drain pieces so we could use as both a shower and a tub and the air conditioning probably needs serviced more regularly in the room. The property was clean with spacious rooms with a fairly big bed however the rooms need to be more brighter as the rooms in the front do not get any sunlight. The room was very dark and cold with all noise from the other room could be heard. The pool area was nice and clean with plenty sunbeds but the pool was extremely cold so could not be used. Breakfast was varied with hot food prepared and fresh.

Lovely hotel. Staff were fabulous especially MoMo, Hicham and Anas - they could not help enough. We unusually selected half board and we had no regrets as the food was excellent. The Hotel is a little way from the city centre and only hotels near by for alternative venues albeit that there was a shopping mall with food outlets and a cinema all within 10 mins walk. Large bedrooms which were cleaned daily. Highly recommended accommodation.

Where do I even start ? The start are welcoming, generous, kind, funny ! The rooms are just perfect, me and my husband went for 7 days and then ended up extending the hotel 3 times which was so worth it. Very clean hotel. Pool clean. Pool side staff and waiters are very very very nice and welcoming! Receptionists extremely helpful. Variety of different foods for breakfast, lovely desserts !! Overall this hotel should be 5 STAR for a small boutique hotel. We really loved our stay and definitely would be coming back again. Not pricey at all and located near 555 club and Sky rooftop restaurant and only 8-10minutes by car to centre Gueliz.

Check in is v slow - forms to fill out etc. Your credit card will be swiped for pre- authorisation of 1500 MAD. Lock valuables in safe and don’t leave anything lying about if you don’t want it stolen! Food is excellent. Pool is like iced water!

This hotel is far away from everything and costs around $10-$15 to get to. The nicest thing about the hotel is the restaurant and pool area. Our room left much to be desired. The floor had divits in it and the bed was very lumpy. We were hoping for something nicer away from the Médina but were disappointed in the room.

Just 2 small bad points. 1)the swimming pool is not heated so water is freezing and we couldnt really get ito as the weather wasnt really got (aprox 25degree) 2) the worst i guess. We stayed here for 3 nights. Throughout the duration we had mediocre service. We tried to call room service several times for water and toilet paper but there was no answer. We spoke to friends who were staying at the hotel also and they experienced the same issue. We also tried to book a massage but the lady could not speak any English so it was really hard to communicate. At one stage we needed water and a few bits and pieces from the supermarket. When asking where it was the staff member pointed to a sign that said we could not bring any food and drink into the hotel. I thought this was a bit ridiculous, considering the food and water sold at the hotel was expensive and average. At the end of our stay we settled the bill for the bar service we used by the pool. Unfortunately there were some issues there as well. This staff member said we still owed money (which we didn't). It ended up being resolved as they were in the wrong. It's not nice leaving a hotel on those terms. Overall the rooms were quite nice and spacious, the pool was good.

This is a nice enough hotel, the pool is really nice and the food is good, however we once had to call reception FOUR times to get toilet paper delivered to our room, we also asked them for a bottle of drinking water but it never came. Then the next night we called room service and reception every number possible to try and get some drinking water and nobody answered! Not really acceptable when you advertise a 24 hour menu. To top it off as we were checking out, they tried to claim we had spent an extra $1000+ dirhams from food and drinks, if you read the reviews other people have said the same so make sure you remember what you have ordered and get copies of receipts so they don't try to rip you off, it left a really sour taste in our mouths and for that reason we would not stay here again

This hotel gave us (a group of 6) the worst trouble ever. They are ALL ABOUT MONEY. The hotel harassed us 4am in the morning both nights and did not allow us to get sleep. My friend visited my room and they came and kicked her out and stated that she could not visit because she was not a resident of the hotel and I could only meet with her in the lobby. They attempted to charge my other friend $50 (500dhs) for a towel. As we were leaving, they blocked my taxi driver's car and stood in front of the door demanding the money. They snatched the key out of my driver's car ignition and threatened him in their language. Please save yourself the time and trouble. Had to change rooms twice due to roaches and lizards. This was my second time in Morocco and this hotel is far out from everything and not worth the hassle. I'd recommend Grand Mogador Menara down the street and in the heart of everything, and it's cheaper. Also, the employees LIVE in the hotel, so they are there all day and are determined to disrupt any enjoyment that you appear to be having. They charge for EVERYTHING. The phones in the room do NOT work and you have to call from the receptionist desk. They say they will not charge for it, but they do! Trust me! And do not use the hotel's taxi service, they overcharge you so that they can give money to the hotel. I called my driver from the hotel and the employees got upset and tried to charge me for the call. I will NEVER return to this hotel, nor recommend it to anyone.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel with good standards for a four star hotel. The pool area was lovely with access directly from the room and it all was very clean. The only down side was the bathroom which wasn't in the greatest condition but still fine. And no kettle... But if you feel you can live without a tea before bed I would strongly recommend this hotel as it is a great value.

Excellent hotel for a short stay, the rooms are very spacious, nice bathroom and beds very comfortbale. The staff are polite and housekeeping is efficient. The hotel is clean throughout and has a nice quiet pool area, nice place to chill. I would recommend eating out the food is a little bit bland. Location far from central Marrakech but taxis are reasonably priced. Overall great hotel and would definitely stay again, very impressed with staff, nothing was too much trouble.

Extremely peaceful setting. Sparking clean. Friendly staff. Excellent atmosphere. 3-4 hour window for breakfast and dinner. Excellent food. Newly built with a lot of areas around still devoid of buildings. Western shopping mall within 10-15m walk. Taxis easily available. Overall very enjoyable experience.

unfortunately the hotel is a little bit noisy because the floor is totally cover with tiles, and the internet connection is poor beside that everything is OK.

Issues needing addressed: * Kech body wash & shower gel products. My son who is just 3 used these products while playing in the bath, within seconds he screamed in pain, once raised from the bath he had burn like markings from his chest to his ankle. Major problem very unhappy Mother, when I raised this matter with reception that night they were ill-equipped to handle the situation having no clue on what to do. Thankfully we had a cream to help sooth my son. The following day when we raised the issue with the manager, he was like the receptionist clueless, claiming how this had never happened before & attempting to absolve themselves from the from issue. We went round in circles with them not taking responsibility that their products damaged my son. Until the threat of not paying the bill was made then there was a ridiculous amount of fawning, offer of spa treatments. When really all we wanted was for them to acknowledge the severity of the situation
