We’ve been here for two days, and unfortunately, the experience has been quite frustrating. During our stay, we were moved to three different rooms. The first room wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests checked out, the second room had a non-working air conditioner, and the third room had no towels (again!). It took 6 hours for the staff to get us towels after we asked. Even in the new room we were shifted to today, there were still no towels. It’s clear that there are some serious management and maintenance issues here. However, I do want to note that the staff members have been incredibly kind and doing their best to make up for the lack of proper service. They’ve been friendly and helpful despite the property's mismanagement, which was the only bright spot in this experience. I really hope the property can address these basic issues, as it has the potential to be a great stay if the fundamentals like cleaning, working amenities, and guest needs were better managed.

Especially if your coming from the USA we have higher standards in the states so its a NO for me in the future. This hotel wouldn't pass inspection to according to US Standards

I had a wonderful stay at the Imperial Hotel. My vacation with Royal Air Maroc was an opportunity to enjoy such a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The room was spacious and well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable—perfect after a long flight from the USA. I also can't forget how delicious and varied the restaurant's buffet was. The hotel's location was an added bonus to an already fantastic stay. It was next to everything we needed. This was my first time visiting Casablanca, and I have already decided that it will be my destination for my next holiday, thanks to the amazing experience at the hotel. I recommend it without hesitation to my friends and to you. Thank you to the staff of the Imperial.

Despite booking a premium room, I found several issues that were not addressed. These included: - No air conditioning in the room - Broken shower - No fridge in the room - Non-functional phone When I complained to the receptionist, I was given the manager's number. Unfortunately, the manager's attitude was unacceptable - rude, unresponsive, and dismissive. They hung up on me multiple times. The only positive aspect was the cleaning staff, who did an excellent job. However, given the numerous issues with the room and management's response, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

The property was being renovated, and there was no mention of the renovation when the booking was made on Expedia. There was no air conditioning and this is summer, when a complaint was make about the air conditioning, a standing fan was offered. The carpet along the hallway was extremely dirty and dusty from the construction. The bathroom was not cleaned and soap scum and mold was all over the shower walls and the floor. I forfeited my hard earned money and left after one night even though I had a two night booking.

The staff are pleasant. The hotel is decent but needs some TLC. Restaurant menu needs to feature some vegan meals on the breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. The swimming pool wasn’t available during my stay due to renovation works on the first floor. However, the hotel does have a pool and a spa, including Hamman. I will definitely visit again.

One word TERRIBLE!! We have cockroaches in our room, air conditioner was not working, broken faucets, web netting in the room, bed sheets dirty, no pillow covers, there’s a table in the room but no chair, asked for a clean bed sheet - the sheet they provided was ripped. Desk Service was awful. When we brought the concerns to their attention, desk attendee said “you should have do your research before booking it”. Simply awful!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING THERE

Very bad experience. When we first entered the room, there was a bad smell until we opened the window. The bathroom door does not have a lock. Furthermore, there is visible moisture on the wall, there were no towels and the toilet was a little loose! bad service. Not recommended at all!!!!!!

Poor in every respect. The room was dirty (especially the bathroom). The swimming pool was inoperative throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was inoperative in all the rooms. It was always going to be repaired "tomorrow". The room key card failed on multiple occasions necessitating constant visits to reception and much waiting for the card to be re-set. There was never an apology. One member of staff was extremely aggressive and rude. Certainly a property to avoid.

There were no indication that we had to pay an extra fee per night that we ended up paying. Towels that were supposed to be in the room came the next night. The room looks bigger in the advertisement than when you enter it. It was dirty as well. There was another attempt at trying to charge another fee but had to be reminded that it was paid the first night. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Pictures of this hotel online completely misrepresent it. It is very run down and not at all a modern western standard hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are huge but sparsely furnished, having stayed in two different rooms the bathroom fittings are often broken, tiles are broken, plaster is peeling. no kettle, cups or glasses (even tooth mug) in the room. In one the safe was broken and the window wouldn't close, in the next the heating and aircon were not connected. There was no running water in one sink. shower fittings were broken. It is also very noisy because the trams run so close, and there are night clubs etc in the area. Breakfast was very poor. I have to say the hotel staff were nice.

I spend over 100 nights a year in hotels worldwide, this is probably the worst I have been to. Forget the 4 stars (maybe 20 years ago). Breakfast is unpresentable, the room absolutely dirty, the reception useless. I payed 3 nights and escaped after 2. I was promised a new room twice. They were renovating the floor (which is not a fault unless you let guests leaving in the rooms and occupy the corridors). look at the pics I took and avoid this hotel. Ah: the gym opens at 10:00 and closes at 6:00. If you are a business traveller, forget about it.

Aucun confort, l’ambiance froide, les murs insalubres, rien ne va dans ce hôtel, quand on a demandé à ce qu’on nous change de chambre il se foutaient de nous, on était obligé de passer les deux jours dans cette chambre horrible. Cet hôtel ne mérite même pas une étoile, c’est une vraie arnaque je vous le déconseille fortement.

Hotel is advertised as 4 stars and on their website it says "luxury hotel". Nothing luxurious about this hotel. Run down, dirty, carpets were stained, our room had no towels and we had to hunt the reception people to get 3 towels for 2 people ( 2 medium, one small) 2 days after check-in. The pillows were small and uncomfortable, not to mention the pillow cases looked dirty. Thanks God we travelled with our own bedding set. The furniture outdated, the door for the bathroom was off track and my husband fixed it and the shelves inside the closet had so much dust on them. The reception people just not cared and seemed annoyed by us or the other guests. None asked if they can help us with the luggages upstairs.I hope management sees this review and maybe takes a quick walk to Radisson hotel 2 minutes down the street to see what means to be in the hospitality business. It's like a difference from sky to earth. From accomodation to cleaness to restaurant /food & service. This hotel will not even qualify for 2 stars per US standards.

I was disappointed with the aspect that the hotis being advertised being 4 stars which i think is not right. The room we had the shower head was broken, the tissue holder broken, cracks in the bathroom and walls, nothing much to do around the area you have to travel out of casablanca to enjoy your time, the spa has a pool but no shower available which is ridiculous. Theres not much to do in the area its best to stay in agadir or marrakech.

They ask you to pay city taxes numerous times on your stay even though it has already been paid on your invoice, staff stole my Dior perfume. Keep all your valuable items with you at all times.

My room was excellent. Big window and comfortable bed. Shower was great. Only issue was outside the hotel. A lot of yelling and fighting going on throughout the night, but not the hotels issue. Everything is very walkable from the hitel. Staff very friendly

The hotel was clean but shame it is dated and does not look the best. The air con and fridge in our room did not work and no remote for the dated tv. The pictures on the website are quite old! Breakfast was ok but I would have rather gone out if I knew what what was on offer before. Basic is an understatement in a horrible settle. Location was fab. Tram stop just around the corner so everywhere easily accessible.

Our experience at Hotel Imperial Casablanca was beyond disappointing. Despite booking and receiving confirmation, upon arrival, we were informed that there were no available rooms. We were left waiting for hours and we’re told it’s not their problem. The inconvenience and mismanagement of reservations were utterly frustrating, making our stay in Casablanca start on a sour note. I would strongly advise against relying on this hotel for any travel plans.

Very central location , only 10 min walj from train station and Medina, 40 min from airport, large rooms, clean new luxury bed linen, argan oik toiletries, hair dryer, good breakfast with omlets, creps, steam vegy, pirrage, croisants, danish pastries , eggs, vefy fresh salads, fruit salads. Lots of hot water, rain shower, bide. Reception staff very helpfull. All stay great. ll return again in Imperial Casablanca hotel.

Breakfast was a nice continental in a conference room, and staff were very helpful. (How they manage to stay gracious with construction going on is incredible!) The main entrance and restaurant are closed off for construction but they do have alternatives set up. The room left alot to be desired. The curtains were torn and needed a chair to keep closed. Towel for the floor was missing and no hot water at all. The street noise was incredible, no insulation in the windows.

It was very bad experience. It was deluxe double room, however it was terrible that when I went to room AC wasn’t working and room temperature was boiling and when I asked the reception desk they said some work going on and couldn’t do anything. If they already had that issue then inform. And I wasn’t do anything bcoz not feeling well and had long journey then I had to open the windows but couldn’t normal till morning and then I just checked out.

Don't believe the reviews that this is a good hotel This place is a total dump. We rented the Imperial Suite for a week, and they tried to give us a room that was about 12x12', the hall was littered with trash, and it was so dark you couldn't see where you were going. The curtains on the windows were shredding, the bedding was disgustingly worn out, and the bathtub was so filthy, it looked like it had never been cleaned. There was one grimy looking towel in the bathroom and a small cake of soap. We could never have stayed in this place. We went back to the front desk and told them we were canceling the reservation. If this was the Imperial Suite, then I'd hate to see what the regular rooms looked like.

The reviews saying this is a good hotel are phoney and the photos are staged. We reserved an imperial suite for 6 days and arrived at 10:30 pm at night. The desk clerk said that our room wasn’t ready and moved us to another room. The hallway was dark with dirt and trash. The room was about 12x12’ and filthy. The bathroom was filthy with a tub that looked like it had never been cleaned. There was 1 dirty towel. We went back to the desk and said we were leaving. The ads were just false advertising. Save your money and stay on elsewhere.

This place was completely unacceptable. The tour company (Intrepid) made the arrangements, which was a horrible mistake. It is located in a horrible part of town. The air conditioning was inadequate, the TV didn’t work, the Wi-Fi was useless. The paint in the halls were peeling. Even the electrical device charging sockets didn’t work. The front desk didn’t speak much English and this was an English tour. I even had to convince them to give me another roll of toilet paper and they would only give one towel per guest. No bath mat or face towel. Get another hotel, even if you have to pay extra for it.

It's near the Tramway and very easy to commute. There are number of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. The hotel also serves a fixed menu buffet dinner. The time are very spacious but the do need renovations.

This hotel has a cool history and the staff is very nice, helpful and welcoming. I loved the photos of early-20th Century Morocco displayed throughout. However, the room was missing a few amenities like a wastebasket or more than one roll of toilet paper (our stay was multiple days). The sheets weren’t changed between days but I guess this is normal (they were clean when we arrived). Things were overall a bit worn down and could use a spruce. Also of note: the restaurant downstairs allows smoking and it drifts up through the hallways so even if you have a non-smoking room you will constantly smell smoke, at least in the hallway.

I have absolutely nothing great to say about this nasty disgusting hotel. Whom ever is the photographer made this place look exceptional. No wash clothes to wash your body. While taking a shower the water is coming out the shower because their is no door to hold the water in and shower head barely worked. While showering the water fills up to your ankles. Walking in the hallways look like a movie scene from Jason vs. Freddy. I wouldn’t let a stray dog stay in this nasty place.

A hotel with rich Art Deco interior decoration. What we didn't expect is the quality of the spa and the Hammam here. The hammam itself was good and the staffs there were incredible. They even have a nice gym room there! The location is good too, 10mins walk from Casa Port CTM station, which is good if you gonna leave from Casablanca to the airport or other cities.

Good location not far from a tram station. Close to restaurants and shops. About one kilometer from the Medina, two and a half kilometers from the Grand Mosque. We had an upgrade to a nice suite. The staff and great and very helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant food is quite good.

Unreceptive night receptionist, many calls went on deaf ears for room being too cold , room can not be locked in from inside , dirty hallway , old stripped wooden floors in and outside rooms, disorganized breakfast area with limited choices, no fruits , dirty location on dirty streets outside full of trash in front of hotel and noisy tram line outside the hotel , had to Move out . Miring receotion lady was courteous.
