Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet établissement. Merci pour l'acceuil et le service. Nous avons avant tout apprécié L'accÚs à la digue et la plage, la disponibilité du personnel, la nourriture, et l'ambiance positive qui régnait à l'hotel.
Cons: L'Ă©tablissement se fait vieux et n'est pas toujours bien entretenu (par exemple: la porte du balcon de la chambre 2134 est difficile Ă utiliser, la douche semble se boucher et il y a donc un temps limitĂ© de douche avant que l'eau ne dĂ©borde, les murs sont usĂ©s/tĂąchĂ©s, du vieil Ă©quipement avec des tĂąches de rouille,...) Le service a rĂ©vĂ©lĂ© quelques failles Ă©galement: on nous a servi plusieurs fois des boissons avec des verres sĂąles, le nettoyage de chambre enlĂšve les serviettes de chambre pour les changer mais ne le fait pas immĂ©diatement (on s'est retrouvĂ©s plusieurs fois en manque de serviettes) Ces petits manques faisaient que le prix Ă©tait un peu Ă©levĂ© pour notre sĂ©jour. Tout de mĂȘme merci pour l'acceuil! J'espĂšre que ces points vous seront utiles.

Location was excellent, beach front. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet meals had a good variety of food.
Cons: The hotel in parts needs some work and has been let go. Worryingly the toilet areas are in need of attention, soap not in dispensers and toilets in bad repair, biggest concern are the ones with the main buffet area.

On a aimĂ© beaucoup de choses, le personnel est vraiment top, que ce soit accueil, animation mĂȘme le personnel de mĂ©nage les petites attentions tous les jours sur le lit, fait par notre femme de mĂ©nage Ă©tait trĂšs apprĂ©ciable en ce qui concerne le buffet il y avait des changements au niveau des plats principaux. Une bienveillance rare , politesse et trĂšs respectueux, le sourire et la bonne humeur . Une restauration au top , un petit mot pour le premier sourire du matin c est celui de sadia et son sourire permanent , ses « mesmens »cuits Ă la minute une tuerie , qui nâĂ©conomise pas son temps pour servir les gens rapidement . La trĂšs bonne qualitĂ© des produits , la cuisine typique fine et cuisine europĂ©enne , plusieurs restaurants . Un responsable de restauration Hicham , qui gĂšre la restauration comme un chef d orchestre, pas de fausse note , chacun a sa place , qui gĂšre le moindre problĂšme et surtout a l Ă©coute des clients , lâorganisation suisse avec le sourire marocain ! Bravo au responsable de lâanimation , abdel leader naturel dit bono , hamza la gentillesse incarnĂ©e , saad une pile wonder , au grand chorĂ©graphe ismael mon chouchouâŠâŠ. ,toute l Ă©quipe des animateurs des show mans et girls incroyables. Plus un gentil courrier bienveillant et plein dâattention : une jolie coupe de fruit âŠ. Le comportement inadaptĂ© observĂ© lors de mon sejour par un nouveau animateur khalid . Une erreur de casting , il est arrive ce jour le 31/10 , un gueulard qui manque de finesse, qui se croit Ă la fĂȘte Ă neuneu ou aux bestiaux , qui est irrespectueux . Suite Ă un Ă©change en privĂ©e avec lui , sur sa voix et quâil criaient en permanence. Ses vocifĂ©rations nous indisposaient lors des spectacles . Au lieu de s excuser , il justifie tout Ă une expĂ©rience ds un autre site de vacances . Au bar, il mâa dĂ©nigrĂ© devant mes enfants et publiquement auprĂšs des clients en indiquant mes critiques sur sa voix de gueulard et allait au table se plaindre de mes commentaires , je lui ai demandĂ© de cesser de parler de moi que jâen rĂ©fĂ©rerai Ă la direction, il a continuĂ© de vocifĂ©rer . Les vacanciers sont pas lĂ pour Ă©couter ses problĂšmes et faire sa thĂ©rapie , ils sont lĂ pour oublier les leurs ! Je suis allĂ©e Ă la rĂ©ception, une rĂ©ceptionniste est allĂ©e le voir pour lui demander de cesser ses critiques me concernant. Cons: AmabilitĂ© du personnel de RĂ©ception dĂ©testable. Ne nous ont pas donnĂ© la chambre familiale comme rĂ©servĂ©, mais 2 chambres sĂ©parĂ©es, qui plus est dans 2 couloirs diffĂ©rents. Cons: .Ascenseur restauration en panne et toujours pas réparé au bout de 3 jours malgré nos demandes (fonctionne pour la descente par contre bouton d'appel pour la montée ne fonctionne pas). Pas facile quand on a un handicap. .Equipe d'animation proche du zéro. La plupart des animateurs ne comprennent ni l'anglais, ni le français. .Terrain de pétanque ridicule et pas de niveau.. Pas de cochonnet et des boules rouillées .Zone toboggans mal entretenue. Plate forme départ toboggans trÚs glissante et dangereuse, nombreuses chutes sur surface gluante non traitée. Surveillance pas sérieuse. .Bar : pas de biere pression, des biÚres en bouteilles généralement chaudes. Kir à la grenadine car plus de cassis ! Du whisky et du pastis par contre, mais surdosés et imbuvables, il faut rajouter 3 fois de l'eau pour l'avaler. . Dommage de ne plus avoir de repas servis le midi sur la terrasse de l'écume en bord d'océan avec cette vue exceptionnelle. C'est du gùchis. . Clients avec toute la famille depuis plus de 15 ans on est loin de la qualité FRAM propriétaire à l'origine. .Reste à l'extérieur 7 terrains de tennis à l'abandon que nous ne pouvons plus utiliser et un immense terrain multisports et pétanque. Il suffirait de peu de choses pour les remettre en fonctionnement. Un gardien est présent, qui pourrait assurer l'entretien au moins d'un terrain de pétanque digne de ce nom. .

Good location, just next to the beach. Excellent buffĂ© with lots of Moroccan food. Good value for money (payed âŹ200 per night with half board). Staff was really friendly. Big pool.
Cons: The check-in was slow and the people in the reception seemed a little grumpy. The facilities had some wear and tear and you can tell that it hasn't been renovated for a while. Some of the machines in the gym were broken. Beds were quite hard. Someone should just put up a sign prohibiting puting towels on the sunbeds first thing in the morning blocking them the whole day!

Cons: Lack of staff training at reception and in the restaurant. Apart from wadeeya, he was amazing, and the chefs were so good. Other waiters were ignoring us, not bothered, or we didn't fit their profile, kept us standing and waiting for a table for more than 10 minutes, although there were tables available. Lack of cutlery and glasses. There is no variety of food everyday same thing. Machines sometimes not working. If you come after 8 pm, you get no fruit or desserts . When you arrive, they will charge you extra money, not only the usual city tax, but some random âextra feesâ that were never mentioned on the booking page. When I asked the front desk manager to explain, he kept repeating that it was the hotel companyâs rule and that thereâs nothing he could do. It honestly felt like they just make up charges as they go. The worst part is that they donât seem to care at all about customer satisfaction. The only thing they care about is your money. There are many other great hotels in the area where youâll actually be treated with respect, I recommend you go somewhere else. Avoid this place if you donât want to start your trip with frustration.

Cons: Everything else was a big disappointment. When I arrived, they charged me extra money that was not mentioned on Booking.com â not just the city tax, but other unexplained fees. When I asked the front desk manager, he just said itâs âthe hotel companyâs ruleâ and refused to help. The staff didnât care about guests, only about getting more money out of you. Honestly, there are much better hotels in the city that treat people with respect. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend you avoid this place if you donât want problems during your trip.

Cons: Perfume sprayed throughout the common areas, too much artifical scent. Food and music was all American or European culture. We were hoping for Moroccan food and music in Agadir! The food quality was not good... Very poor quality made for resort style. The phone in one of our rooms did not work. The shower in one room was only half working. The staff also seemed very stressed and unhappy. Beware of the taxis that leave from the hotel as they will overcharge you. Must ask price before you leave.

I enjoyed a delightful short stay after completing a 9 day tour of Morocco. Agadir was my final destination before returning home. Couldnt have wished for a nicer hotel. Great location close to restuarants, amenities and attractions .Excellent for taking long walks. Great all round service. Within the restuarant, Adil was friendly, very attentive and courteous. The reception staff were equally warm and friendly. I was given some useful airport information I overlooked which made the difference in having a seamless departure. Thankyou Dunes D'or. The level of service provided made the stay in Agadir memorable. I will return in the future and recommend you to others.

Nada mĂĄs llegar, ya se notaba el caos: recepciĂłn llena de turistas enfadados y esperando, y el personal âaunque habĂa muchosâ con una actitud frĂa, maleducada y agresiva. El trato al cliente es pĂ©simo, como si te hicieran un favor por darte una habitaciĂłn. Cuando por fin nos dieron la primera habitaciĂłn, resultĂł ser una habitaciĂłn reciĂ©n pintada, con un olor fuerte a pintura y pegamento imposible de soportar. Me mareĂ© solo con entrar unos minutos. PedĂ el cambio y me mandaron a otra habitaciĂłn⊠y ahĂ empezĂł lo peor. La segunda habitaciĂłn estaba sucia, con el suelo lleno de polvo, y al revisar la cama me encontrĂ© con almohadas amarillas, con olor a sudor y hasta con manchas de sangre. Las toallas estaban viejas, rotas y de color gris oscuro de tanto uso. Una autĂ©ntica vergĂŒenza. VolvĂ a recepciĂłn para reclamar y lo Ășnico que hicieron fue cambiar las sĂĄbanas⊠por otras igual de sucias. Me and my grannie have been here every year for the past 4 years and absolutely love it. The hotel is beautiful, right on the beach and they have free surf board and kayak hire as well as a private beach area. The hotel is very accessible and the staff go out of their way to be helpful.

Le personnel est trĂšs sympa, il y a des animations tout les jours Ă la piscine principale ( aquagym, musiques, water-polo, etc), les chambres sont propres, les restaurants de lâhĂŽtel sont trĂšs bon et les restaurants prĂšs de la plage Ă©galement. LâhĂŽtel donne directement sur la plage et il y a plusieurs piscines (une grande avec des animations et une plus petite et plus calme). Mon avis sur lâhĂŽtel reste assez mitigĂ©. Dans lâensemble, lâĂ©tablissement est propre, mĂȘme si lâon peut parfois trouver des gobelets laissĂ©s dans les recoins â souvent Ă cause de touristes peu respectueux des lieux. Les chambres sont faites tous les jours, et en cas de petit problĂšme, celui-ci est rĂ©glĂ© assez rapidement, ce qui est apprĂ©ciable.
Cons: En revanche, un point nous a particuliĂšrement dĂ©rangĂ©s : le fonctionnement du buffet. Nous avions pris la demi-pension (petit dĂ©jeuner et dĂźner). Le choix reste plutĂŽt limitĂ© mais correct. En revanche, lors dâun dĂźner, nous avons commandĂ© un verre de vin, qui nous a Ă©tĂ© servi sans aucune prĂ©cision. Ă la fin du repas, alors que nous quittions la salle, on est venu nous rattraper devant tous les autres vacanciers pour nous dire que ce verre de vin Ă©tait payant. Cela nous a mis trĂšs mal Ă lâaise. Le plus problĂ©matique, câest que personne ne nous avait informĂ©s de ce supplĂ©ment, rien nâĂ©tait indiquĂ© nulle part, et mĂȘme Ă la rĂ©ception, personne nâa su nous donner une rĂ©ponse claire. Location was excellent. Just on the beach. We found the small bar with sun loungers around it. Great place to sit and watch the sunset. Bar man was terrific. Staff were wonderful. Friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons: I was there during summer. The AC is terrible, for both of my rooms. The fridge also very bad. The buffet is okay but for desserts, i think it just sugar in different form, small effort to make it properly. The plate and cups always not enough after certain time of buffer opening times. U already know how many people will eat, and u have been doing this for long time, u should be prepared with all of this basic things. There are 3 restaurant that require booking 1 day before u get to get dinner on the next day. There are not much people eating there, why u make it complicated? And with that rules, if us stay for 3 nights, u can only eat at the restaurant once.

Amina, our cleaner for our room was excellent, she really went above and beyond. We were left with some cookies upon arrival, a big bottle of water everyday and she would create towel art on our bed which was beautiful. She even left a flower on the bed in the art. She was far by a highlight of our trip, additionally, the bar staff were excellent, as was the reception staff and the service was great everywhere.
Cons: The entertainment on our final night, which was a Saturday, was cut short and finished by 10:45, leaving us a bit confused on what to do, and one of the animation team did say there would be music outdoors however that never happened. And a slight confusion led to us being put into the wrong room at first which was significantly less clean than the one we moved to.

Cons: WiFi signal was a disgrace. If the hotel is serious about attracting UK and Irish families this has to be fixed. As Morocco is outside the EU roaming charges for us are huge meaning we rely on WiFi . The poor WiFi in this hotel was a huge issue and meant we were out of contact unless you went to reception. Not an expensive fix but would be a deal breaker if I was ever to return to this hotel

- [ ] Check in: Very easy, smooth check in. We were provided with a leaflet of hotel information related to food/drink/timings etc which was very useful. We were told to attend an activity induction where we offered a range of activities that were a good affordable price. We opted for the quad bike and sandboarding trip, which was 400dh each and this was extremely good value. The trip was about 2hrs and included a long quad ride, sandboarding on the dunes which were amazing to visit, and some Moroccan tea on the beach. This was a holiday highlight. - [ ] Room: Nice spacious room. The housekeepers visited everyday to clean, make the beds, and replace the towels. Mini fridge was provided, it had everything it needed - [ ] Hotel grounds: Nice clean grounds. There were two main pools, one small one which was quiet and chilled, then the larger pool which had music all day and lots of different activities including aqua aerobics, water polo, tug of war, and poolside darts. To get to the beach you just had to walk over the promenade and there are loungers and umbrellas available. There was also free hire for sea equipment e.g surfboard/kayak etc - [ ] Food: The main buffet offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner was very impressive. Lots of variation, the quality of the mains was excellent, and some food was cooked to order e.g fresh fish, kebabs, omelettes, pancakes. We were very impressed overall by the buffet. For all inclusive guests, there was also the opportunity to eat in the fish, Moroccan, and Italian themed restaurants which offered an a la carte menu. We ate in the fish restaurant which we enjoyed. - [ ] Drinks: There were four bars in total offering a range of soft drinks, cocktails and bottled beer. We were always served quickly and there was good a cocktail selection. Wine was also available at the bars and restaurants. - [ ] Staff: Could not fault the staff. Extremely attentive, very friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about their guests.
Cons: - [ ] The drain in our shower was a little smelly when the shower was on but wasnât a major issue - [ ] The poolside bar does not sell alcoholic drinks - [ ] The entertainment in the evening could have been improved, it was good for children but lacked a little for adults - [ ] The buffet dessert options could have been improved, they seemed a little lacking in variation and quality compared to the mains. However this wasnât a big deal, they were still tasty.

This hotel is well maintained thanks to a core of dedicated hard working team. The 3 pools are clean and rooms are lobby area are clean. The let down is with the food, which is very basic for a 4* hotel, food allergy labelling is none existence. You are having to wait for plates that simetimes have cracked edges. Food is only served for a restricted period which is very dissapointing for an all inclusive hotel. Entertainment is available but in-house and poor. Overall, this is a beautifully located accommodation with a great team and a place worth visiting. Overall, very nice hotel with nice staff

I liked the hotelâs location and the beautiful view from the room. The room was comfortable, although the bathroom had an unpleasant smell.
Cons: The restaurant management was disappointing. There were too few staff members compared to the number of guests, which forced us to bring our own cutlery and glasses. This is unacceptable, especially considering the high booking price. It is clearly a management issue.

Hotel was very poorly managed with no one adhering to times, took us 2:30 to do check when arrive at midnight, 1 person on the desk to multiple arrivals. pool closes at different times to suit staff, 6pm , 6:30 or earlier. Gym closed and no one knows where the keys are, food is to be served form 7am till 10am but only have food on the tables after 8am. reception left unattended multiple times, anyone can get in even if is not checked in hotel, anyone can come in, you will not be safe with your family. Is a free for all we had AI and others not even had a wrist band and can get the same as us. If you traveling to Agadir, please don`t go there unless you want to be on unlimited long waiting times and get your family in a unsafe environment.

Cons: Nous avons Ă©tĂ© profondĂ©ment déçus par le traitement reçu dans cet Ă©tablissement. CĂŽtĂ© hygiĂšne, câest alarmant. Les chambres ne sont pas correctement nettoyĂ©es : seuls les lits sont refaits et un petit coup passĂ© sur le lavabo. Le rĂ©fectoire est dans un Ă©tat lamentable : les tables ne sont pas nettoyĂ©es entre les clients, les nappes et sets de table sont sales, et les serveurs rechignent Ă faire leur travail. Ils deviennent dĂ©sagrĂ©ables dĂšs qu'on ose leur faire une remarque. Le buffet est sans saveur, rĂ©pĂ©titif, et visiblement mal conservĂ©. Nous avons tous souffert de troubles digestifs durant la semaine de notre sejour. Il y a clairement un problĂšme dâhygiĂšne au niveau de la restauration. Autre absurditĂ© : lâeau est servie au verre. En pleine canicule, on doit rĂ©clamer chaque verre.tellement plus simple de poser la bouteille sur la table. De plus, il y a clairement une diffĂ©rence de considĂ©ration entre les clients locaux et les Ă©trangers. Un couple de Marocains avec deux jeunes enfants comme nous, a pu rĂ©server une seule chambre avec lit dâappoint, alors quâon nous a imposĂ© deux chambres. Pourquoi une telle injustice ? Ce type de discrimination est inadmissible. lâexpĂ©rience globale reste trĂšs nĂ©gative. Pour le prix payĂ©, ce niveau de service est inacceptable. Nous ne reviendrons pas et ne recommandons absolument pas cet hĂŽtel.

La propretĂ© est correcte sans plus, et les installations sont vieillissantes. Le buffet propose des plats bons mais rĂ©pĂ©titifs, et le prĂ©parateur de thĂ© se montrait constamment dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Cons: First of all got the room at 3.20 after asking many times where actual check in time was 3pm, but they sent me confirmation room will be available from 12 to 1 upon my request. Room was full of ants, had to call the reception for providing water bottles in the room and was disappointing when was told to use bar to get water if urgent and even later they didnât send water to my room where I was staying with my kids. On the departure day they didnât help me with luggage service, I had to take all bags myself from room to the car.

La variĂ©tĂ© des repas proposĂ©s en formule all inclusive nous ont agrĂ©ablement surpris, avec un buffet toujours bien garni et pour tout les goĂ»ts; que ce soit des plats locaux, europĂ©ens, Ă©quilibrĂ© ou bien «fat » il yâavais du choix pour tous. Nous avons Ă©galement beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© la piscine, les animations conviviales et lâambiance dĂ©tendue qui rĂšgne dans lâĂ©tablissement. Sa situation proche de la plage est un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement dâAgadir. Petit plus pour la sĂ©curitĂ© : nous pouvions laisser la poussette dans le couloir ou en bas des escaliers sans quâelle ne bouge, ce qui nous a beaucoup rassurĂ©s. Le personnel et les animateurs Ă©taient toujours attentifs, demandant rĂ©guliĂšrement si tout se passait bien, et prenant le temps de venir jouer et rigoler avec notre enfant
Cons: Ce que nous avons moins apprĂ©ciĂ© concerne le wifi qui est assez instable selon les endroits de lâhĂŽtel (notamment chambre Ă©loignĂ©). Nous avons Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© déçus par le restaurant italien, qui ne nous a pas convaincus ni par la qualitĂ© des plats ni par leur saveur (viande non cuite, pas frais etc). Ce sont de petits dĂ©tails, mais qui, sâils Ă©taient revus, rendraient lâexpĂ©rience encore meilleure.

Die Lage war super, freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Gute Idee mit den Restaurant (Marokkoanisch) war super lecker, fĂŒr mein Geschmack war der Salat zu gross, war bereits satt vom Salat, hatte mĂŒhe dann mit dem Haupgang und Dessert. Privatstrand war sauber und gepflegt!
Cons: Uns hat es etwas gesrört das wir kein Roomservice hatten ĂŒber das Wochenende. Keine frische FrottierwĂ€sche, der Boden war sandig, trotz vor Eintritt ins Zimmer haben wir uns die FĂŒsse immer abgewischt, nach dem Strandbseuch. Doch der sand ist bekanntlicherweise ĂŒberall...Und wir hatten kein WC- Papier (Kleenex gebraucht).

Cons: Unser Zimmer war voller MĂŒcken. Allein im Badezimmer waren es 20 StĂŒck. Uns wurde ein neues Zimmer oder MĂŒckenspray angeboten: Das alternative Zimmer war genauso schlimm. The hotel was nice with welcoming staff, great decor and very open layout. The restaurants were well placed, and the pools were clean and adequately staffed. Food was good, with a broad variety on offer. Fresh donuts were being made in the morning, and there was a good range of salads/cold food available too. The bedrooms (we had a joining family room) were nice, clean and contemporary. Bathrooms were good, water pressure was great and the air conditioning worked fine.
Cons: Nothing major, but if I am to be overly critical then I would say that for an all inclusive there wasn't the same level of food/snacks available throughout the day as other hotels we've been to. Besides the set breakfast, lunch and dinner times, snacks were only available from 1600-1700. The snacks on offer were croissants, crepes and cakes. Ice cream was only available at lunch, and donuts during breakfast. It would have been nice to have the fresh donuts and crepes during the day too, and ice cream in the evening.

Het hotel heeft voor de deur een openbare parkeergelegenheid (gratis). De lobby is prima, vriendelijke en behulpzame 'bellboys', mooi groot zwembad met voldoende ligbedden. De gerenoveerde kamers zijn goed. De ligging direct aan de boulevard met op loopafstand goede restaurants.
Cons: De gebouwen/kamers aan de niet gerenoveerde kant zijn verschrikkelijk slecht, qua onderhoud Ă©n zeer vies. Het gebouw leek een doolhof en in dusdanige staat dat het m.n. in de avond eng was om er te lopen. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid maar zonder enige begeleiding/toezicht waardoor het binnen de kortste keren een smerige boel was. Door een situatie (met ernstige afloop) hebben we aan den lijve ondervonden dat de veiligheid van het hotel niet op orde was; geen werkende telefoons, geen alarmnummers, geen adequaat handelen van de receptie en medisch personeel. De managers heeft aangegeven drukdoende te zijn om de boel op orde te krijgen. Laten we hopen dat dat hem lukt.đ€

Cons: La monotonie de la nourriture (hors petit-déjeuner) a été un point négatif. Mais ce qui m'a le plus surpris, c'est l'absence totale de bouteilles d'eau. On nous demandait d'utiliser des gobelets en plastique pour se servir à une machine, une situation inédite et peu pratique pour un hÎtel. C'était ma deuxiÚme visite concernant cette hÎtel je trouve dommage qu'un si beau hÎtel ne puisse pas améliorer "l'expérience culinaire" surtout que la cuisine marocaine est riche de styles et saveurs.

just want to start off by saying donât waste your time or money on this hotel, iâm giving it a solid 1 out of 5 just for the entertainment team! Me, my mum, dad, brother and his girlfriend booked this hotel for 7 nights and arrived late saturday night on the 31st may 2025. We had booked 2 rooms as it states on the website you can have up to 3 people per room. 1 room was a twin room with garden view and the other was a double room (2 adults + 1 child) with a sea view. Weeks before arriving at the hotel i emailed the hotel and asked to change our room that was for the 3 of us to a family room which is 2 connecting rooms and got a reply a few days later âHello, We have taken good note of your request and we will not hesitate to make the necessary arrangements â On arrival we checked in and got the key cards to our rooms. I then proceeded to asked if one of our rooms had been changed as we had emailed and was told that we can no longer get the change as it would be considered as having 3 rooms altogether as they are 2 rooms connecting plus the room my mum and dad have. We then headed up to the twin room with garden view that my mum and dad was staying in and it was such a modern clean room. After arriving at the double room with sea view i was appalled at the state of it. There was holes in the floor, shower and bathroom stunk of souage, no working aircon and the smallest sofa bed iâve ever seen. Now this bed was for me and iâm 5ft7 and my feet were hanging over the edge, the bed wasnât even made up. No bedsheets or even pillows, there was 2 towels when the room was for 3 people. We all headed back down to reception to complain and was told to sleep in tonight and come back at 1am and we would be given a few different rooms to go and have a look at and make a decision. When asked for bed sheets we got told that someone would be up right away a hour went past and no sight of anyone. I then went back down to reception to ask again and was told they would be up right away.

The location is perfect, the beach is amazing, the animation team makes good activities and songs in the evening. Room service is very good. The room is spacious and you feel comfortable staying in it.
Cons: The breakfast is very poor, I stayed in three different hotels in Morocco and I can tell this is the lowest breakfast quality only the baked bread that is being done on time upon request is perfect. The shower bath screen is too short in comparison to the size of the shower cabin, which impacts that the whole bathroom gets flooded after you take shower, and you would need to put 3 bathroom mats to be able to use the bathroom. The pool sizes is considered small with a ratio to the number of rooms and guests, we were at a time where the hotel is fully booked, so you might not find a place to sit on the pool.

Le personnel était trÚs accueillant, l'hÎtel est propre et le buffet varié. Nous ne regrettons pas notre all inclusive dans cet hÎtel. J'avais vu passer quelques commentaires disant que le buffet n'était pas terrible. Ca n'a pas été notre avis. On a adoré. La situation de l'hÎtel est vraiment top. En face de la plage. Nous avons aussi adorés les toboggans. On s'est éclatés avec notre fils de 8ans. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
Cons: Pour le all inclusive j'ai trouvé que niveau boisson c'était assez limité mais c'est un détail. Nous n'avons pas trop apprécié notre repas dans le restaurant de poisson. Nous avons été trÚs vite expédiés. Le poisson n'était pas terrible.

Cons: The wifi connection in the rooms were absolutely terrible, couldnât connect and watch any movies in the night time or surf the web even, youâd have to be in the public areas such as the lobby, bar and pool area. Everyone wants to be comfortable in a beautiful room or balcony with perfectly working Wi-Fi.

Cons: This was my second time at this hotel but I would not return or recommend to anyone anymore. I booked a suite Seaview. I arrived and they had me in a suite no extra bed with no view. In the morning I received a half fast excuse why I couldn't get my Seaview suite. No compensation offered. They moved me to a family room instead. One of the room bathroom didn't work so my kids used my bathroom. No internet connection in those rooms 4214 and 15. No view... I felt trapped. I spent a miserable week. No variety at the breakfast buffet. Same food for 7 days. Overall it was a disaster.

The spa is amazing, very clean, the hammam was great! Also had a massage after (it was a birthday treat from my family to me). Some of the staff were so lovely, the cleaners, restaurant workers, very helpful reception staff too! Some of the bar staff were also great! Spa ladies were very lovely
Cons: Where to I begin! First of all, upon booking and doing the pre online check in. The question was asked numerous times of âare you staying for a special occasion?â I always selected Birthday as it was for my birthday. They didnât do anything no decor, didnât ask us if we wanted to pay anything to maybe have a small celebration at their hotel, nothing! Baring in mind Iâm not referring to anything for free! We wouldâve been happy to pay. WiFi was poor, couldnât even use it unless in the reception and certain other areas outside of our room. My mum wanted to surprise me with a bottle of champagne for my birthday so she ordered this and had it charged to the room so she could pay for it when we checked out (so she signed the receipt confirming the purchase) but to her surprise after she watched the barman put the champagne into the ice bucket and prepped it, it never arrived to our room! Then when we were checking out at around 7:40/7:50am, the employee at reception was trying to charge us for it! I didnât even know about the champagne until checking out as it never arrived. Well of course now he was trying to get through to his colleagues to ensure we werenât lying and telling the truth about never receiving the champagne. Iâm sorry but weâre on holiday for MY birthday, if we received the champagne we wouldâve paid, just like how we paid for the SPA TREATMENTS. We also paid a deposit for 3 towels, which he was going to try and get the receipt for from the guys by the pool who didnât start work yet đ. So we said weâll deduct the deposit from the spa treatments as itâs a refundable deposit for the towels and we are CHECKING OUT, we had a flight to get on. We had the three towels as proof and the guys by the pool definitely had the receipt because thatâs how we got the towels? Duh! Countless mosquitos in the bedrooms, shower flooded when you used it, not good when you have small children so we had to cover the floors with towels.

The staff were lovely, they could not do enough to help and look after you. Good location and facilities at the hotel. Entertainment was decent enough, everyone had a laugh.
Cons: The food could have got a little boring after a while, it felt like I ate the same thing everyday for 4 days but on the last day there was definitely more choice and it got mixed up a little.

Nice clean big room and bathroom. Easy access to other facilities in the hotel. All staff been working hard to make sure everything was perfect. Entertainment team was Amazing! These people do the most of the job to keep eye on all the guests, taking care of children keeping them occupied. They are on their feet all day till midnight to make sure everyone has fun! And they are doing this excellent!!!

Jâavais rĂ©servĂ© deux chambres communicantes pour ma famille, avec enregistrement effectuĂ© Ă lâavance en ligne, carte dâidentitĂ© Ă lâappui. Pourtant, Ă mon arrivĂ©e, jâai dĂ» patienter plus dâune heure pour obtenir les clĂ©s, sans aucune explication valable. Aucun bagagiste nâĂ©tait disponible, jâai donc dĂ» transporter moi-mĂȘme nos valises, aprĂšs un trajet de plus de 600 km. Ă peine arrivĂ© dans la chambre, nouvelle dĂ©convenue : la chambre des enfants Ă©tait fermĂ©e de lâintĂ©rieur, rendant les deux chambres non communicantes comme initialement prĂ©vu. Jâai dĂ» revenir Ă la rĂ©ception, et ce nâest quâavec lâintervention improvisĂ©e dâune femme de mĂ©nage quâon a rĂ©ussi Ă lâouvrir, le systĂšme dâouverture automatique Ă©tant dĂ©faillant. RĂ©sultat : nous nâavons pu nous installer quâĂ 17h. Le manque de considĂ©ration sâest poursuivi au moment du dĂ©part : alors que jâai dĂ©posĂ© les clĂ©s autour de 15h, le comptable sâest permis de me faire des remarques sĂšches sur lâobligation de quitter la chambre Ă midi « pile », sans mĂȘme un mot de comprĂ©hension ou de courtoisie.
