I stayed here at the end of my trip. I was tired and was having trouble walking due to nerve damage in both legs. Omar, noticed this and retrieved a wheelchair to get me to my room with my luggage. He went out of his way to help me which I appreciated very much. I also liked the proximity to the airport. It was the perfect place to stay.

Spent one night. Checkin was super fast and easy. Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were clean, spacious and nicely decorated. AC worked well room had a electric kettle for coffee so that was nice for the early morning flight. Hotel provides free shuttle to Mohammed V Airport. Takes 5 minutes to get to the airport. I would definitely stay again. Good hotel if your flight arrives late night or departs early morning.

Close to the airport with a free shuttle every half hour. Casa traffic is rough and the airport is far outside the city, so this is a great option for early/late flights. Terrific AC too (which is rare in Morocco).

A decent place for a night or two before or after your flight. We received a lovely welcome from the guest services person, who couldn't seem to do enough for us, including escorting us to the spa and to our room. The hammam package at the spa turned out to be excellent The room was clean and comfortable. A tip: the restaurant in the hotel is quite expensive, but there are a few very good options in the town just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. For example, La Madrina Italian restaurant is excellent.

Let me start by saying I have a current gripe with the hotel about a full or partial refund. (Too far from work and had to change- so not hotels fault) Reception said it shouldn’t be a problem - but apparently it was. I lost 1100€ and the hotel is refusing to answer my emails and phone calls. Having said that: •It’s NOT 5 star. •The TV is about as small as they can get away with. •Towels in the bathroom are about the same size as the TV. •Limited menu •If you want some ice for your room be prepared to wait for it. More what you’d expect at a 3 star hotel to be honest. The hotel is handy if you’re on an early flight or working very locally, but realistically you’ll get a bigger “Bang for the Buck” getting a hotel in town which for the same quality is upto 50€ cheaper and using the local Taxi App, which means you won’t get ripped off. (The centre of town to the airport is 22€) Any shops/restaurants in the area charge a premium, because you have no other option. I’m not condemning the hotel at all. I’m just saying it as I see it. The reception staff were professional and caring. I wonder if the hotel will reply to this?. If they do it’ll be the first time I’ve heard from them!

PROS - Excellent location very near airport - Free shuttle (but they only want to go to Terminal 2, so you have to be strong - Gorgeous hotel and grounds - super friendly staff!!! - nice restaurant - really comfy bed - excellent shower CONS BEWARE —-> this hotel has too many names. Official name should be displayed clearly. - noisy rooms - not super clean - towels are like cardboard - breakfast is WAY too expensive - tv kind of small, but it was fine

We were there 3 nights, stayed in 4th floor junior suite. Really appreciated the comfortable room, very helpful staff, and convenience of access to the airport. One day we took the hotel shuttle to airport, then the train into downtown Casablanca to sight-see - very convenient. Only 2 issues for us: 1. the restaurant could use a better chef. 2. we had a problem in late afternoons, early evening with persistent knocking sound through wall and ceiling. 1st time: called desk and desk clerk says “I can stop that.” And he did. 2nd time: different desk clerk didn’t understand why we had this sound but another desk clerk called down a kitchen worker. It seemed we were hearing kitchen staff cutting veggies or other work, through the wall & ceiling? And they didn’t stop the noise until 7 pm. Very weird, but very irritating, hours of knocking sounds.

If you order food to your room is terrible... it took an hour and a half to get a bowl of pasta Alfredo. The reception counter very slow. The bell boy very good. The shuttle took an hour instead of the 30 minutes offered to pickup at the airports. Good luck.

When I checked in the clerk did not take a copy of my credit card so I was unable to charge drinks or food to the room which would have been a lot easier. They also didn’t have change. I had to come back to the reception three times before they finally had change… While we were two in the room, there was only one towel and little Nescafé

Convenient and modern hotel just 8 mins from the Casblanca airport, if you intend to catch a flight early morning or just need a few hours in between flights. The hotel has all the amenities you can ask for, 24 hr. restaurant, ATM, pool, bar, spa, gift shop and round the clock airport transfers.

The people in reception were kind and friendly. Unfortunately, the room was hot and I couldn’t manage the temperature to make it lower and cooler. Added to that, I was spending the night with my wife and we had only one towel to share and the TV wasn’t working. Moreover, the food and waiters in the restaurant were terrible. Also, for dessert, I ordered a crème brûlée. After they added its price to the receipt, they said that they don’t have it in the kitchen. I asked them politely if they could take it off of the receipt because I didn't like anything else instead of it. They said that they couldn’t do that and there was no manager to talk with and obliged me to get a fruit salad instead, rather than giving me the money back. They ended up giving me a bowl of unpeeled fruits in a paper bag. After paying the check with MAD currency, they gave me back the change half in MAD and half in Euros without even asking me if I needed Euros. Obviously, I have nothing to do with Euros because I live in the USA. They ended up giving me back the change in MAD after 20 minutes of wait. It’s a shame to still have this lack of professionalism and customer service in 2024!

The location of this property is convenient for an early morning flight out of Casablanca. Be sure to go out for the shuttle early as it fills up quickly. The hotel has very basic rooms with decent beds but the bathrooms are old and don’t feel clean. Also, noise can be heard from other floors and the ac does not really work.

I booked this hotel because I had a ten hour layover and it was too much for my two year old. I arrived at the hotel at 7am and let them know that I will be checking out at 2pm because my flight leaves 4pm. They told me to wait until 3pm to check-in. Luckily, when their manager arrived at 9, he let us check in early. So, if you are booking this for a layover, do let them know in advance and get their prior commitment to let you check in early.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Hamza help us out a lot a great deal with our luggage and to get organized. The hotel was very modern and clean. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is magnificent. The staff at the Atlas Sky Casablanca are truly top of the line and they work diligently to make sure that your stay is a superb part of your visit to this beautiful country. When staying in Casablanca I sincerely recommend you stay at this hotel.

When I checked in the staff was very friendly excellent but when I went to my room, it was boiling hot. When I came down to the reception to ask for air conditioner, they said there is no air conditioner is June is cold weather like 20° outside any room like 25° I asked for the manager the manager went home as far as I know managers are far on for night and day when I asked the staff to call him they were saying that they called him and he’s not answering he’s sleeping I was there till 3 o’clock from 1 o’clock in the morning till three in the morning before the maintenance man came very nice young man then he fix the fan on in my room Room was dirty bathroom was not cleaned. I took pictures and they have any desk towels. They were no hand towels or facial cloth. I was very disappointed management should be there for star four-starhotel.

This property was beautiful in reception and the central open courtyard. It took over 30 min to get checked in though. And then my room was not good at all - not at all worth the price it cost. Very very basic , honestly more like a dorm room. Pillows unuseable as just a bunch of firm cotton balls. Door does not lock properly. Service at restaurant good and food good. Doesn’t make up for the very below average room.

Mr. Zouhair was our bellhop and a true professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and a great help in getting us and our luggage from point a - b seamlessly. The room had thin walls and you can hear the upstairs neighbor moving their chair. The bathroom needs to be renovated. Shower showed signs of mold and water stains on the counter and floor. The a.c. worked but the Thermostat was filthy. The main area floor was stained and the walls need new paint and patch work. Breakfast, which is not included was on point and worth the $9 usd. Towels were lacking only 1 in the room even though we reserved the room for 2 people. Make sure you bring water as this hotel does not provide drinking water. Make sure you ask for towels too. This hotel is ok for a 1 night stop prior to a flight. Unless they update their showers, patch up the walls and paint the rooms I may need to look elsewhere for a longer stay.

Reside in Carlsbad California. Flew to Morocco to visit family. I stayed here to avoid having to get up very early for my return flight to U.S. Accustomed to Four Seasons and Waldorf. Didn’t know what to expect for such a low rate. Because it was low, I opted for the nicest suite at $200/night: the entire staff were absolutely wonderful. My room was very clean and the restaurant was great too. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel, especially for airport convenience. They have a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes 24 hours.

The appointments in the lobby were nice, the restaurant (and service) were good, and the pool was great. Not much nearby, but we managed to find a coffee shop, a snack shop, and a small market nearby.

This is an adequate place to stay before a flight . Rooms are ok , service less then expected at an airport hotel . Front desk staff was slow and not very friendly . Some have said Terrible - not that bad but could use some training - took 15-20 minutes to check in . Also no towels in room and quite difficult to get addressed. Restaurant ok

Bad Welcome: I was told: There’s no hot water after I payed for the room. (NOT BEFORE).So no showers for two days. I tried to exchange my dollars into dirhams. But was told: We have no dirhams available. But the stuff working in the restaurant made it happen with their own rates. Also restaurant stuff couldn’t or wouldn’t provide US with any informations about the Menu or the food!!! The Receptionist ( A GIRL IN A DAY SHIFT: WAS VERY RUDE FOR SOME WEIRD REASONS). OVERALL IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

We stayed at this airport hotel at the end of our trip because of its proximity to the airport and it worked well for us. The restaurant served great food and you could even have wine with your meal. The airport shuttle was really handy. If you get there early enough you can enjoy the pool and outdoor patio. Perfect for our last night in Morocco.

This hotel is very close to the airport compared to the city of Casablanca which is far away. It was convenient to catch the free shuttle bus and catch our plane without an early morning wake-up. Check-in went smoothly. The room was comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool area was a comfortable place to relax.

If you want to use the shuttle to get from the airport to the hotel it runs every half hour but you may want to confirm in advance with the hotel as to when it will be a the airport. There is a large black sign for shuttles (Relax and Atlas) where you will pick it up.

We just expected to have a bed to lay our heads on before catching our early-morning flight but this was such a lovely surprise. There was a lovely pool and a restaurant which served a nice choice of food and alcohol. And the staff were ALL so friendly. I mean over-the-top friendly! The only negative was that our air-conditioner broke and was connected to the breaker that controlled our lights. They sent a repairman to fix the problem immediately but then our AC and lights went out at 3:00 am and we had to pack up in the dark! Thank goodness we had light in the bathroom! (Strange electrical wiring!) In hindsight, they probably should have just switched our room when we first noticed the problem.

The hotel is very much like a resort and would be a nice place to unwind before or after your flight out of Casablanca. Check in process was not very smooth with a long wait. Ours was 45 min to an hour. The manager did a great job of trying to make others comfortable while they waited. Expect the problem to be the form each person has to fill out with passport and arrival information. Perhaps that could be done electronically beforehand?

Atlas Sky was a great place to stay for a night before our flight home. The property is close the airport and has a free shuttle every 30 minutes. It is modern with a couple restaurants and a bar, all with outdoor patios. Food was good. Pool and garden area are nice to sit in and you feel like you are in an oasis. Rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds. Staff overall were friendly, however front desk staff efficiency was a bit lacking. We were dropped off by shuttle but it took 30 minutes to get us checked in as we kept getting forgotten and other clients were served. Overall I would recommend the property.

So the hotel lobby is the best feature of the hotel. It was clean and bright. The staff had no name tags, barely looked us in the eye at check in. We booked a room for 3 people and were given choices of a Queen or 2 twins. Ok, no problem, but since I'm booking for 3 people it should be a room that sleeps 3 people. A fold out bed or otherwise. When we checked in, again for 3 people, there was no mention that the room didn't actually hold three people. We had to get a rollaway bed and pay extra for it. That was ridiculous. Then the rollaway bed was broken and my son almost fell through the broken slats. Such a joke. Then the AC was barely functioning. It was adequate enough but it was the lowest setting and definitely not cooling to that temperature. At check out early in the morning for our flight, there was no one at the front desk.
