Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’endroit est charmant, très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Amel, la gérante, a été absolument adorable : accueillante, disponible et pleine de bons conseils pour découvrir la ville. Grâce à elle, nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme chez nous. Nous recommandons vivement ce riad et n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors d’un prochain passage à Safi !

Sehr zentral gelegen zum Meer und direkt in der Altstadt. Hinweisschilder führen direkt zum Riad. Weg dorthin ist beleuchtet. Sehr nettes Personal und sauberes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Von der Dachterrasse sieht man aufs Meer.

Un soggiorno molto molto piacevole! Ringraziamo moltissimo la struttura per averci dato la camera BulBul, luminosa al secondo piano. Abbiamo dormito molto bene e la colazione in terrazza è perfetta e abbondante.
Cons: Si sentiva odore di fogna: ci si abitua ma non è piacevole. Comprendiamo che la posizione, nel cuore della medina, non aiuti. Non vuole essere una critica ma una osservazione propositiva.

Le petit déjeuner très copieux tout comme le dîner qui vous sera préparé par une cuisinière exceptionnelle. Toute l'équipe est au top . Un particolare pensiero va ad Hania, la signora che si è occupata di preparare buonissime cene e colazioni… non parla inglese, ma ci si capisce benissimo in modo molto divertente 😂 Vale la pena visitare Safi anche solo per andare a Le Cheval Blanc! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil d'Amel et sa présentation de la ville de Safi et de son patrimoine. Elle est passionnée et passionnante, elle nous a donné l'envie de revenir découvrir les monuments lorsque leur rénovation sera terminée. La décoration est magnifique. Les petits espaces détentes et la terrasse offrant une belle vue sur le port et la Médina. Largement mieux que sur les photos. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable. Copieux et goûteux avec découverte pour nous de la crème de patate douce (bon, doux, on dirait de la crème de marrons). La salle à manger où a lieu le petit-déjeuner et la table dressée sont magnifique. Merci à Hnia pour son aide et sa cuisine délicieuse.
Cons: Chambre aawa : le dysfonctionnement de la climatisation est un gros problème. La chambre était un four, la température affichée sur le thermomètre était 30°C. Amel et Hnia ont tenté de nous aider malgré l'heure tardive, s'agissant d'un problème technique, elles nous ont proposé un ventilateur. Je ne cache pas que la nuit était horrible : bruit du ventilateur et bruit de l'extérieur (nous avons du laisser la fenêtre ouverte). Chambre tibibt : la climatisation a fonctionné correctement mais par moment s'éteignait...

Le Riad est magnifique. C'est un monument à visiter à part entière. Le personnel est adorable et tout était parfait. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel et copieux : les msemens et la confiture de patates douces incroyables. Un grand merci à Hania pour sa gentillesse et son courage. Pour trouver le Riad il suffit de les contacter à l'arrivée et tout est fait pour vous faciliter le parking et le transport des bagages.

Cons: Safi is such an interesting historical place with amazing things to see it's just not always easy to find information beyond the well known parts. Such friendly well informed residents though who helped us navigate the Kasbah and see great views. The cats are so sweet but such a problem (mess and smell) I really hope someone can do a program similar to that in Essaouira!

Es ist ein ganz besonderes Riad. Es ist wunderbar sauber auch nach deutschen Bedürfnissens. Das Personal war sehr lieb und freundlich. Wir haben und wohlgefühlt. das Früstuck war einfach aber ausreichend und frisch und mit Meerbilck auf der dachterasse. Wenn wir wieder in der Stadt sind kommen wir gerne dorthin zurück!

Safi es una ciudad con una pequeña medina. Apenas tiene turismo, al menos en febrero, pero eso no la desdice en nada. Y el Cheval Blanc fue una sorpresa desde la callejuela de acceso a el propio ryad. Muy bonito. Muy bien atendido. Buen desayuno servido en terraza con vistas al puerto y resto de la ciudad.

Le riad est super beau, c'est un riad bâti dans l'année 1715 et il y a plein de details d'origine, le carrelage, les piliers autour de la cour, les plafonds, l'hauteur des chambres et plus. Les chambres sont décorées de façon traditionelle. C'est un peu sombre comme dans tout les riads. J'y étais dans l'hiver. Les couvertures étaient largement suffisantes. Il y a une terrasse sur le toit pour le petit dej. Il y a une vue superbe. Le petit dej avait l'air délicieux. Je ne mange pas trop le petit dej alors je n'ai pas l'expérience directe. La medina à Safi est adorable, elle est authentique. Il n'y a pas de touristes, presque pas, pas de magasins pour les touristes. Les femmes qui gèrent le riad sont très sympas. J'ai eu une très bonne expérience au riad et à Safi.
Cons: C'est un peu dûr à trouver. Il faut aller à pied dans la medina. Mais un garçon m'y a mené avec toute gentillesse. J'ai laissé ma voiture dans un parking surveillé pas très loin pour 20 dirham la nuit.

Parcheggio su strada a 3 minuti dal Riad; c'è sempre una persona locale per il pagamento (che segnerà un vostro pneumatico con un segno bianco...)

Super nettes Personal, beste Lage in der Medina bzw. an der "Hauptpassage" der Souks. Der etwas gewöhnungsbedürftige Zugang durch die überbauten Gassen gehört dazu, und ich bin dort auch nur auf eine sehr freundliche Nachbarschaft gestoßen. Wenn es so etwas noch gibt: ein echter Geheimtipp.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Amal, the manager was really good at helping us decide where to go and how to get there as it was our first time in Morocco. The breakfast was tasty although we would have liked some fresh fruit included. As there is generally no alcohol available, Amal bought in a bottle of wine for us to enjoy on the balcony each evening! Highlight was visiting the pottery and the beautiful ceramics.
Cons: The narrow street leading to the Riad is quite scary for a first timer in Safi. Very dark and not very clean. The beach is much further than stated on the description too - at least a 30 minute walk. If you have any mobility issues, this isn't the place for you. Lots and lots of stairs in the Riad and dark passage ways outside.

Die Lage ist unübertrefflich. Man ist mitten im Geschehen, direkt in der Medina und trotzdem ist es wunderbar ruhig. Das Personal ist absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Dachterrasse und ein schöner Blick auf's Meer. Das Zimmer war klein und fein. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Cons: Wir konnten spontan verlängern, mussten aber für die zweite Nacht ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss wählen. Das war absolut in Ordnung, allerdings war es dort etwas laut - neue Gäste halten sich direkt neben dem Zimmer im Foyer auf. Außerdem war ein leichter Kellergeruch unvermeidbar. Das ist dem Haus natürlich nicht anzulasten. Es ist nun mal so und für eine Nacht war es wirklich in Ordnung. Wir empfehlen also eher die Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken.

Una nota particolare e meritevole; nel bagno erano a disposizine dei flacconi di sapone naturali e profumati. Sehr hübsch und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Roof-Top-Terrasse für’s Frühstück mit Blick auf den Atlantik und über die Dächer der Altstadt.
Cons: Nichts. Vielleicht nur, dass die Unterkunft nicht so einfach zu erreichen ist weil sie in der Altstadt liegt. Man wird aber am Parkplatz mit Gepäck abgeholt und zum Hotel gebracht.

This is a great riad, and possibly the best place to stay in Safi. Ask a local how to find it, initially; they all know the place and it is hard to find if you don't know. It is fairly simple, but comfortable, quiet, clean, traditional and cosy. We were not given the room we booked, and had two singles instead of a double, hence the 4/5 stars, but otherwise we enjoyed a delightful stay here.

Schönes altes und authentisches Riad, das zudem passend und hübsch dekoriert war. Zimmer war geräumig genug und ebenfalls hübsch eingerichtet, teils noch mit richtig alten Fliesen. Frühstück auf dem Dach (geschlossener Raum) war lecker. Ein Paar Treppen höher hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf Hafen und Altstadt. Empfang und Personal waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Cons: Riad war etwas schwer zu finden, da Maps falsche Wege anzeigt. Bis spät in die Nacht nach 3 Uhr lief nahe der Unterkunft recht laute und nervig monotone Livemusik, was die Ruhe doch etwas arg beeinträchtigte. Gut, das Riad kann nichts dafür, sollte aber erwähnt sein.

This place is so closed from enterance old medina. If you drop at CTM BUS terminal T You might tell a taxi driver to take you to sidi budahab rather than riad name. Sidi bu dahab is main symble of old medina. Crews are so nice and kind. Breakfast also abolutely was amazing and rooftop view is the best place.

No había nadie en recepción y tuvimos que estar esperando en el callejón a que llegaran otros huéspedes que nos dejaron entrar y pudimos acabar de esperar dentro. Habían olvidado acabar de limpiar habitación y había cosas de otros clientes en el baño. Por precio no repetiría, probaría otro. Y si reservo una habitación para 2 adultos y un niño no espero una única cama de 130.

Cons: Bez wsparcia lokalnych mieszkańców nie trafisz do tego miejsca. Od samego wejścia w Riad czuć nieprzyjemny zapach wilgoci. To samo w pokojach. Z częścią personelu trudno się porozumieć, w grę wchodzi tylko arabski. Odsza cześć zespołu całkiem inaczej - płynny angielski. Szkoda, że trafiliśmy na nie już przy wymeldowaniu.

Der Check-in war super. Wir sind erst gegen halb 1 nachts angekommen und wurden trotzdem empfangen. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr schön, mit hohen Decken und einer Klimaanlage. Die Dusche war sehr groß, und es hat im ganzen Hotel sehr gut gerochen. Besonders positiv fanden wir die Steckdosen in Bettnähe. Es war trotz der Lage in der Medina sehr ruhig.
Cons: Das Hotel war etwas schwer zu finden in der Medina und es musste vor der Medina geparkt werden, wobei die Parkplätze meist kostenpflichtig sind. Das Bett war etwas weich, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Shampoo, Duschgel und Seife waren in wiederverschließbaren und auffüllbaren Flaschen, die wir nicht verwendet haben. Für das Frühstück, das auf der schönen Dachterrasse serviert wird, hatten wir im Voraus ausgemacht, dass wir ein nicht süßes Frühstück bekommen, aber leider erhielten wir das gleiche Frühstück wie alle anderen Gäste, sodass einiges weggeschmissen werden musste. Es gab leider keinen Tee, obwohl eine Kanne Kaffee und Milch bereits auf dem Tisch bereitstand.

Das Riad liegt versteckt in den Gängen der Medina. Das ist schon ein Abenteuer. Dann öffnete die sympathische und freundliche Managerin das Tor und es zeigte sich ein wunderschöner Anblick. Schön orientalisch mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Unbedingt ein Besuch wert. Frühstück wie üblich in Marokko... Einfach köstlich.

Les dames sont très gentilles! L’endroit est propre et bien situé. Le lit est confortable. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas inclus. Il faut payer un supplément de 50 Mad pour un déjeuner sans fruits, sans yogourt et servi avec un café sans goût. C’est mon bémol pour cet établissement.

Wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr liebevoll gestaltet und dekoriert, sauber, super freundliches und kompetentes Personal, leckeres Frühstück auf der wundervollen Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben sehr spontan gebucht, da wir aus einer anderen Unterkunft geflüchtet sind (Schmutz) und wurden noch zu später Stunde ganz freundlich empfangen und herumgeführt. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, groß, sehr sauber, hatte ein tolles Badezimmer mit schöner Dusche und ein Fenster zum Innenhof/Riad sowie zwei kleine Fenster nach außen, mit Meerblick. Das Riad liegt in einer Seitengasse der trubeligen Altstadt, von hier aus ist alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir durften am Abreisetag auch noch unser Gepäck im Riad lassen und uns nach unserer Sightseeingtour etwas im kühlen Innenhof ausruhen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Cons: Die Matratze war etwas hart, aber das ist eine Frage des persönlichen Geschmacks und hat uns nicht gestört.

Está a la entrada de la medina con lo cual es súper céntrico. En recepción te dan ideas para visitar, te dan un mapa de la zona y hacen recomendaciones geniales. El Riad además es precioso, han cuidado cada detalle y les ha quedado genial.

This is a lovely hotel, the staff are very attentive and helpful. Excellent room and breakfast. Sorry we only stayed 1 night. This riad is in an excellent location and parking is easy and only 2 or 3 minutes from the main road which you can park you car.

Le Cheval Blanc is a beautiful 17th Century riad which was the former home of the town mayor, now beautifully restored into 7 nicely appointed rooms. Much of the original stonework, including central atrium columns and arches around the doors, has been re-exposed. It is run by a dedicated staff. From its roof where one eats one’s delicious breakfast, the Riad has 360 degree views of the surrounding old medina and port of Safi. Safi is an authentic Moroccan town off the tourist trail but of central importance to those interested in Moroccan ceramics. It also has architectural evidence of the 15th century Portuguese occupation. Highly recommended

Awesome little hotel located in one of the side streets of the old Medina of Safi. Good quality of everything, nice beds, clean rooms, lovely décor. We had breakfast on the rooftop - a good one, plus an amazing view across the city centre and over the sea. If you're ever in town - do consider staying here.
Cons: WiFi was functioning well in some areas, but still was quite limited. There was no hairdryer in the room for what I remember.

El trato de la anfitriona fue magnífico y encantadora. Las habitaciones eran grandes y cómodas, además el baño era muy amplio y de fácil acceso. El Riad está muy bien ubicado dentro de la medina de Safí. Un desayuno muy bueno y con unas vistas espectaculares al puerto y a la muralla que rodea al pueblo. Recomendable al 100%

Perfekt placerad riad mitt i händelsernas centrum, fast på en snirklig bakgatan. Du gör klokt i att låta nån lokal tjänstvillig person guida dig för 10 dirham. Riaden är vacker och personalen vänlig och frukosten superb!

Le cadre est super, le Riad est très beau et calme, le personnel prend soin de chaque invité et on y mange très bien ! N’hésitez pas à prendre le dîner la bas, la terrasse rooftop donne sur la mer et la cuisine est très bonne.

Fajny riad w centrum miasta przy głównym placu. Możliwość zaparkowania przy ulicy za opłatą u parkingowego. Przemiła właścicielka obiektu.Bardzo czysty I klimatyczny riad.super śniadania na dachu z widokiem na zatokę .

Il Riad è centralissimo e molto bello. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile e ci ha offerto un thè. La vista dalla terrazza è eccezionale e la posizione è perfetta per raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni della città. Camera e bagno molto puliti.
