La qualité des prestations, l'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu, l'emplacement de la piscine en face d'une belle jungle luxuriante apporte un vrai plus surtout sur Patong. Un peu plus loin du plein centre que la majorité des hotels, mais cela vaut le coup, aucun bruit de la ville, remplacé par les cigales et les oiseaux. Au top. Le personnel est très sympa, les patrons également, des services de navette et excursions à tarifs négociés sont proposés.

Hotel położony na wzgórzu, w spokojnej i cichej części Patong. Pokój czyściutki z wygodnym dużym łóżkiem. Widok z balkonu na palmy oraz piękny basen. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek po dziennym plażowaniu oraz wieczornych pobycie w imprezowej części Patong. The hotel was meeting the expectations, however Phuket was too busy for us. So after two days we left the area, but that had nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel was quiet which is remarkable for the area. Some very nice foodstalls close to the hotel. The room was spacious with good comfort.
Cons: well to reach the hotel you had to climb a steep hill, but that was good for the condition :-). But i can imagine that some guests complain about that. The traffic in town is dramatic, so hiring a scooter was for me no option , to keep it safe.

Cons: Habe das Hotel nach kurzer Besichtigung sofort storniert. Durch die dunkle und in die Jahre gekomme Einrichtung vermittelt das Apartment einen ungemütlichen und veralteten Eindruck. Hauptausrichtung des Hotels direkt in den Berg verstärkt den Eindruck. Der von Gästen und dem Eigentümer angepriesene Stadtblick, gibt es ausschließen, in dem zu den Zimmern führenden mit Betongitter gesicherten Gang. Wie es zu den vielen sehr guten Rezessionen für dieses Hotel kommt ist mir ein Rätsel !

La qualité de la chambre, de l'accueil du personnel, ils ont fait leur max pour permettre notre checkin un peu à l'avance. Merci Enfin un hôtel là où on peut se reposer à Phuket. Vous verrez des commentaires qui parlent de la pente avant d'arriver, c'est vraiment rien. Si vous en scoot ça va aller, même un 50cc à 2, en voiture aussi. Si vous êtes à pieds, c'est pas non plus impossible. En tout cas, merci à l'équipe Très bon rapport qualité/prix aussi

The room was big and had kitchen facilities for guests who were staying longer or self catering. The balcony was nice and looked over a stream. It’s in a quiet location away from traffic and the parties
Cons: Nothing wrong with the property but if you’re not a walker then it might be a problem. It’s hard to get a grab in Patong so you do need a scooter or otherwise prepare to walk at least 2k to get into the centre and down a steep hill. We didn’t mind the walk so not complaining.

The property was located on a steep hill but that was ok for us, took approx 5 mins to reach from the main road. The hotel has a nice pool but was only in the sun from 11 - 2 ish. Our room was large and very comfortable, staff were amazing, clean towels, toiletries provided daily. Peaceful location out of the hustle of patong. Hotel has a bar & restaurant, food looked nice but we didn’t eat there.There is a 7/11 5 mins away which was great for us as we had a kitchen in our room with a decent size fridge. At the bottom of the hill on the left is a charming Thai restaurant, lovely staff, great food. We walked to Patong beach 🏖️ from the property, took 30 - 45 mins depending on how long we stopped to speak to locals ! Picked up a juice from a local bar en route to make the walk more refreshing. Overall would definitely stay again! Special thanks to Zaira on reception who was helpful and sorted an early morning taxi for us to the airport. If you carry on up the hill past the hotel there is a little shop about 5 mins walk on the left where you can buy essentials, about 15 mins further up is the elephant sanctuary, and about 15 mins further on the left there is a bar with a viewing point over Patong.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind groß und werden täglich gereinigt. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, man kommt sie vor wie im Dschungel, aber trotzdem sehr nah am Trubel. Wir haben es geliebt mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen und den Geräuschen der Tierwelt zu lauschen. Gerne wieder, danke!

We stayed at Ratana Hill Patong for a week and honestly really liked it. It’s a super cute, cozy hotel next to the jungle, so it feels calm and quiet, but at the same time you’re still very close to Patong. The room was very spacious, a proper bedroom and a separate kitchen area, which was really nice. We also had a cute balcony where we liked to chill. The pool area is great too: calm, cozy, and mostly in the shade during the day, so it’s perfect if you just want to relax. The staff were super nice and friendly, and overall the stay felt very easy and comfortable. Everything is quite close, just keep in mind the hotel is on a big hill. If you’re okay with walking uphill, it’s totally fine. At the bottom there’s a 7-Eleven and a few restaurants and coffee places, so it’s actually very convenient.

It’s quiet compared to most of Patong
Cons: We left after 1 day in to a 8 night stay without our money back. It’s a the top of an extremely steep hill which our taxi driver refused to take us up and we had to drag luggage and our baby in a pram up it, it also made nipping out or walking anywhere very difficult. It’s 30 minutes walk from the beach and there is so much traffic you spend most of your time in taxis if you haven’t rented a moped etc. you can’t adjust the aircon temp, it’s either on or off and unfortunately not cold enough to sleep. You can feel every spring in the mattress which is also rock hard. There is no hot water in a morning and the shower has signs of mould and a faulty shower head. The pool area doesn’t get sun before 10:30 or after 1:30. The cooking facilities are only good for boiling things.

Preis Leistung okay. Es werden gute und recht neue Scooter für einen fairen Preis direkt im Hotel vermietet. Aufgrund der ein wenig abseits gelegen Lage des Hotels auch empfohlen zu mieten. Cons: Hotel manager and most of the staff thoroughly miserable, no smiles no conversation no effort. Guests are problems for them, and they have no interest in you. Shower cubicle has never seen bleach or descaler ever. Interior decor 1990’s Tenerife style. Hotel charges 1000 upon entry for a key deposit! No 24hr staff as advertised! Room, balcony doors are not locked by cleaners and adjacent rooms appear easily accessible by the linked balcony railings. Breakfast was bad. Difficult finding an available parking space for a moped, as the one stupid looking car that is there is taken up by a member of staff. Toilet floor area floods when taking a shower. Room cleaning only happens if you request it in advance before 1pm each day. No comfortable chairs. Plastic deck chairs faded. Garden area built with scaffolding. Other guests stay very short durations.

Highly recommend you book here! The hotel is on a hill, and the views are great. It’s so peaceful because it’s right next to a stream. The pool and pool area is beautiful. The owner, Franck is an amazing host! He was very helpful. Our room was big, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was great. The hotel is not on the Main Street, meaning it’s quiet enough for those who want to relax and need silence, but it’s also very close to shops and restaurants and all the tourist spots. It’s about a 10 minute ride to Bangla Road and Jungceylon Mall.

Wir hatten ein großzügiges Zimmer mit Blick ins Grüne. Es gab einen Tisch und Stühle, so dass wir draussen sitzen konnten und da wir ein Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und diversen Utensilien hatten, konnten wir dort auch frühstücken. Sehr ruhig gelegen, gute Matratze. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Personal war sehr nett und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Diverse Wünsche würden uns sehr gerne erfüllt. (weitere Handtücher, weitere Küchenbestecke, u.a.) Wir haben uns dort auch einen Roller geliehen. (300Baht/Tag). Mit diesem war man schnell in der Stadt (grosser Supermarkt Big C mit allen, was das Herz begehrt, großes Einkaufscenter YoungCeylon), diverse Nightmarkets. Zudem gab es 2 sehr gute Restaurants Muean Fun Restaurant (Straßenrestaurant), Patong Sunset View Restaurant (mit toller Terrasse und Blick von oben auf Patong und das Meer) in der Nähe. Danke an alle für den angenehmen Aufenthalt

Der Chef hat uns persönlich empfangen , und die suite war in grossen und ganzen sehr sauber und ziemlich gross. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt, 3 Tage, hier ziemlich gut. Gab nichts zu meckern. Wenn mal was nicht ok war, wurde es sofort behoben.

Ár-érték arányban egy tökéletes szállás volt, amit esetleg a foglaláskor nem vettem figyelembe, az az volt, hogy hol helyezkedik el. Mi viszonylag sokat mentünk a központba, amihez minden esetben taxit kellett hívni. De helyismeret hiányában ez a mi hibánk volt, nem a szállásadóé. A szoba nagyon szép volt, tiszta, az ágy és a párna nagyon kényelmes volt. Akár mikor kértünk takarítást, azt megkaptuk. A dolgozók nagyon kedvesek voltak, segítőkészek, közvetlenek és viccesek voltak. Kipróbáltuk a szállás konyháját is, nagyon finom padthai-t és levest ettünk a szálláson amit ott, frissen készítettek el. Tágas konyhánk volt, medencére néző szép erkélyünk. Összességében minden szuper volt és szívesen vissza mennék a következő alkalommal.

Cons: החדר בחדר אמבטיה לא נסגרה ולא נפתחה בקלות. זה שאין דלת מקשרת עם חדר הילדים קצת הפריע. לעלות אותו לרדת למרכז של החנויות זו עליה קצת תלולה. והגענו ב1:00 בלילה ידענו שיש ציק אין 24 שעות. אך המלון היה סגור, עמדנו עם שלושה ילדים ברחוב יותר מחצי שעה, אחרי טיסה של 11 שעות . (עוד לא היה לנו סים מקומי לשיחות) אך עוברי אורח ניסו לעזור לנו צלצלו למלון, ולא היה מענה... Mon hôtel préféré à Patong ! J’ai prolongé mon séjour deux fois tellement je m’y sentais bien. L’hôtel est proche de tout, tout en étant situé dans un endroit calme, juste à côté de la forêt, ce qui offre une vue apaisante et donne l’impression d’être un peu à l’écart de la ville. Il faut monter une grande pente pour y accéder, ce qui peut surprendre au début, mais c’est tout à fait faisable à pied ou en scooter. Le personnel est super gentil, à l’écoute et toujours souriant, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. C’est sûr : j’y retournerai lors de mon prochain passage à Patong !

I had a very pleasant stay in Ratana Hill Patong. The hotel is 10-20 mins away on a motorbike from all the happening places in Patong while also being located in a calm and peaceful area. The hotel staff is excellent and friendly. They also prepared delicious Thai food for breakfast and excellent cocktails. The owner Franck is ever so available and helpful and just a fun guy to speak with. My room was well maintained and clean. Overall, excellent stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Phuket.

The owner offered a reimbursement for the whole stay and processed it immediately - that is the only reason I will rate it as 2/10 instead of 1/10.
Cons: We checked in around midnight and immediately after entering our room, we noticed it hadn't been cleaned properly (several hair on the floor, dust, footprints - both shoes and barefoot, toilet was dirty, cockroaches were in the sink and in the bathroom, bedsheets were stained). Additionally, all of the surfaces (shower, sink, etc) were probably never cleaned properly as it can be seen in the attached pictures. We requested the room to be cleaned: first the staff member checked the room and realized it was dirty, but couldn't clean properly until the next day, as it was midnight. A few minutes later we were approached by the owner, who instead tried to convince us that the room was clean - after pointing out to the owner the issues one by one, some were addressed (bed was changed, cockroaches removed) and some were dismissed: we were told that apparently "this is the cleaning standard of Thailand" and that the hotel did not own any vacuum cleaner, "if I gave my staff a vacuum cleaner they wouldn't know how to use it, it's not the way in Thailand". We were also given dish soap to pur in the drains once a day to deter cockroaches to come back. Both the staff and the owner were entering our rooms with bare feet (no socks) and the staff person left visible black footprints even as he was showing us our room, so it shouldn't have come to us as a surprise that the cleaning standards of the facility were low. We were also denied a change of room as the hotel was fully booked for the night. After these surreal conversations, as we had no other choice, we agreed with the owner that we would stay the night and check out the next day, with full reimbursement. We stayed up until 4AM trying to find a replacement (which in Phuket in high season, for 5 nights is extremely difficult) which by pure luck we found.

The hotel is situated in Patong (vibrant area of Phuket) but is tucked away in a quiet location up a mountain. It was a perfect quiet retreat for me but I was also able to get to the centre of Patong within 30 mins for some nightlife. Franck the owner and his staff go above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
Cons: Being a bit further from the centre might not suit everyone but I preferred being in a quieter area.

The deluxe room on level 1 was connected to the pool and it was very pretty, the price was worth it and the service was excellent. The location is on a hill so do not walk here. The toilets were sanitary. The room was big although the beds were harder than normal so suitable for people with back issues.

Quite close to the city but also offers us a land of peace. And right down the hill there's a 7-11 convenient shop. The host Frank is a super nice person, you could borrow motorcycles over there and they offer American French Thai breakfast to the room. Also the room is super clean. The staff all are nice！

Excellent stay at Ratana Hill, beautiful room and very peaceful, we stayed for a week. Pool area wonderful and secluded. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with any requests. Perfect location as right in patong but away from noise of centre. Stayed a week a wish we could have stayed longer.

The facility is on top of a hill so hard to walk up the hill but the staff were always accommodating and ready to give you a lift to the city centre with their own car for only B200.

My experience at Ratana Hill Patong was remarkable. The warm welcome and hospitality of the staff made my stay pleasant. The rooms, spacious and clean, offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect : close to Patong's main attractions, yet far enough to ensure peace and tranquility. The pool is ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast, varied and delicious, as well as the restaurant, offer excellent cuisine. In short, Ratana Hill Patong exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and will return without hesitation on my next trip to Thailand.

Cons: 1.每天都至少要断电5-6次、虽然几分钟后就会来电，但是当你在洗澡洗头时突然断电，在黑暗中摸索洗澡时的体验感还是很让人无语。 2.入住第一天使用漱口杯，刚拿起来辈子就自己碎掉了！！！裂开了，无语住了。杯子自己裂开这到底是什么样的质量？当时想着还好没在漱口时裂开不然还会割伤手或嘴。退房时前台服务员要求我们赔偿200泰铢，这笔钱我赔了、但是等于吃了个哑巴亏，因为不是我个人使用不当造成的杯子破裂。 3.酒店位于山上，如果不租摩托车的话每天都得爬个半山腰才能到酒店、对于老年人或腿脚不便的人来说很不合适。 4.一楼最贵的套房一股霉味，很阴暗潮湿。 5.我从来没有因为断电的事情找过酒店、因为想着都不容易互相理解。没想到自己破裂的杯子还找我要200泰铢，真的是服了

Lets go: 1. everything was very old (shower, seats, bed, window) photos doesnt show current situation of hotel quality. 2. guy at reception was rude and not helpful (for him it is only work, He doesnt interest about your needs. + We made a deal about price for bike, but when We hand overed bike, He changed condition. My advice = close to hotel you can find bike for better price, conditions, without 3.000 BTH for deposit) 3. cleaning servis doesnt work well (one day came, another didnt) and guality was very bad, very low standard of cleaning. 4. We booked one room with two single beds (1st room was double bed, 2nd room wasnt clean, 3rd was OK, but We waited more than 20minutes). 5. hotel is situated close to road and You can hear everything from road (because of windows are very old). 6. water flow in shower was terrible (one day worked and after didnt). You can find better accomodation in Phuket (trust me !!!!!).

Hôtel idéalement situé, en haut de la rue principale avec toutes les commodités menant vers la plage. Les chambres sont extrêmement spacieuses, propres et bien agancées. Un petit paradis au calme, avec la piscine, les palmiers, le restaurant et le personnel au petit soin. Nous y avons prolongé notre sejour et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Cons: Расположение: на горе - пешком это ад даже до 7/11 метров 200. Рядом речка-вонючка с комарами. Вида на Андаманское море, как заявлено, не было - только на речку-вонючку и пальмы на ней. Клининг: Убирались в апартах очень плохо даже если настоятельно попросить поменять постельное белье и полы помыть. Удобства: Плиты нет, хотя брали делюкс с кухней. Могли взять стандарт дешевле с кухней, но с плитой (оказалось, что в стандарте она была). ТВ плохо показывает. Бассейн маленький, на нем постоянно управляющие курят траву. Отдали вещи в химчистку - 200бат за кг?! - цену озвучивают по факту по непонятному расчету. Потеряли любимую джинсовку - единственную теплую вещь. Не нашли, да наверное и не искали.

Es war im großen und ganzen ein sehr toller Aufenthalt im Ratana Hill Resort! Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer die Ruhe mag und die etwas weiteren wege nicht scheut ist hier perfekt aufgehoben.
Cons: Vereinzelt war mal das Wasser weg, und nicht ausreichend warm genug, eher kühl bis lau warm. Wasser lief aber nach kurzer Zeit wieder.

Cons: You need a motorbike to get to the beach, and it is very hilly. If you are good at riding a motorbike, then this won't be a problem. The room was quite clean, it is the bathroom that was not clean. If they only used some detergent to clean the bathroom and some mold, the room would be perfect.

Тихий,семейный отель расположен на холме(уклон значительный при подъёме пешком к отелю),но и хорошая кардиотренировка.Проживали 15 ночей в январе .До моря пешком 2 км,но можно взять в аренду байк в городе или в отеле.Отель имеет большие номера,хорошие кровати,уютный бассейн,свой бар и кафе.Хозяин Ratana постоянно на месте,француз.При обращении ,при любом вопросе всё решается.Например взять в номер дополнительно полотенца,воду,кухонные принадлежности.Отель находится на 4 линии от моря,что радует,так как вся бурная жизнь с сумашедшим движением находится внизу на 1,2 линии.Цены в магазинах,макашницах,кафе,фруктовницах гораздо ниже вокруг отеля, так как находится в стороне от туристического хаоса.Советуем отель для отдыха,проживания,нам понравилось и цена не большая. Интернет отличный .Саша и Наташа.

Расположение вдали от всех шумных мест, на холме, вид с балкона на пальмы и гору в зелени, ручеек, внизу бассейн. В ручейке постоянно то журавли, то утки, класс. В 200 м есть 7-11, для здорового человека никакого труда дойти пешком, набор высоты всего 23 м, ходили каждый день. Номер огромный, а стоит как номера в 2 раза меньше, но расположенные внизу. Если в целом, достоинства компенсируют недостатки.
Cons: Уборка через день, и ее обязательно надо заказывать на ресепшн, если повесить табличку, то не убирают. Были проблемы с водой - довольно долго текла черная или слабый напор, но в итоге они это починили. На кухне микроволновка сломанная, пожаловался, но ее так и не починили. Кухня огромная, но пустая, все необходимое пришлось докупать, и пожалели плиту поставить. Кондиционер работал хорошо, температуру можно было выставить комфортную, но шумноват.

Lovely hotel situated in Patong. 20 min walk to beach which was super easy for us! Steep short hill however manageable if you are mobile enough. The hotel had a nice clean pool and lovely restaurant. The location was quiet (noise wise) but plenty to offer around. 7/11 3 min walk away and restaurants and spas 7 min walk away. The rooms were clean, large and very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. Would love to stay again if in Patong area.

Cons: Die Matratzen waren sehr hart. Da das Hotel ca. 100 m hoch am Berg und direkt an einer Straße liegt, war es dementsprechend laut. Einkaufen gehen war machbar, aber zum Strand war es dann doch zu weit. Wir sind nach vier Nächten in ein anderes Hotel, dort war es deutlich besser (und billiger). Weitere 8 Nächte wollten wir hier keinesfalls bleiben.

Isolated from everything. I booked for three days but had to leave after one night! No refund! There is no food, no drinks, not even coffee or breakfast in the hotel, and you have to take a taxi to the nearest store about 2 km away. It is not possible to walk because of a very steep climb to and from the hotel because it is on the top of a mountain. When I ordered a taxi, the receptionist offered himself in his private car and demanded the full price of a taxi 300 baht. Stay away!

В сравнение с другими подобными предложениями на Патонге этот отель стоил очень недорого. Расположение хорошее при наличии байка, иначе очень крутой подъем в гору. Мы арендовали байк в отеле по рыночной цене. Через три дня нам его отмыли это входит в стоимость. До торговых центров близко. 7/11 и хорошая кофешка близко. Все номера выходят на гору и бассейн, поэтому шум от дороги не сильно слышно. В номере есть кухня с комплектом столовых принадлежностей по числу гостей. Есть моющее средство для посуды.

I ve stayed in 3 hotels in Patong and this one was the best. Quiet street,good wifi, very spacious, nothing to complain.

Отличное место в далёкие от шумных улиц и соседей, находится высоко на горе, забрираться только на байке, пешком устанете) у них как раз есть байки в прокат! В целом если брать на месяц очень выгодно получается, даже в высокий сезон!

Когда выбирал отель смотрел на стоимость проживания , общую площадь номера и чтобы был балкон. Номер площадью 46 м2 с балконом отеля Ratana Hill меня полностью устроил. То, что до пляжа составляла около 26 минут для меня не проблема, я люблю гулять .Поэтому смело забронировал. Читал другие отзывы про подъем к отелю, по факту этот подъем очень крутой, я даже немного офигел когда впервые шел. Конечно это не Ай-Петри на вершину которого поднимался 4 часа. Потом к подъему Ratana Hill привык уже взлетал, чуть ли не бегом. Что еще могу сказать. Очень приветливый хороший персонал, машин мало ездят, относительно тихо.Мощный кондиционер в номере, просторный балкон. Бассейн у отеля большой, можно спокойно поплавать.
Cons: Есть несколько незначительных минусов. Минус это не было цифрового телевиденья, большая часть каналов с рябью. Не хватало на кухни открывашки и чайных ложек. Звукоизоляция не очень.В принципе это все не критично.

J'ai aimé la tranquillité de cet hôtel. Cela est dû au fait que l'hôtel est éloigné du centre de Patong et qu'il y ait un règlement exigeant la tranquillité après 23 h. La chambre était très grande et propre, avec une petite cuisine et un gros frigo.
Cons: Lors de mon enregistrement auprès de Booking.com, j'avais demandé une chambre avec un lit double; ce qui était disponible. Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise de trouver deux lits simples l'un a côté de l'autre avec une literie faite pour chaque lits simples. Le personnel de l'hôtel a mis deux jours avant de faire le changement. Et bien croyez-le ou non, on a conservé les deux lits simples en faisant, cette fois, une literie pour un lit double. Bref, je n'ai jamais eu de vrai matelas pour lit double; toutefois, après le changement de literie, j'étais assuré de ne plus tomber entre les deux matelas simples. Aussi, l'image de la télévision était de très, très mauvaise qualité. Cela n'a jamais été réglé. Enfin, je m'étais mis d'accord de mettre en consigne ma grosse valise, le temps d'un court séjour à Koh Lanta. Le matin même, au moment de mon départ, j'ai apporté ma valise à la réception, tel que prévu. Et bien, croyez-le ou non, il n'y avait personne en poste. Pas un chat! Seule une mention avec deux numéros de téléphone, inscrits sur une feuille de papier, qui nous invitait à communiquer avec eux. Toujours est-il que personne n'a répondu à ces numéros de téléphone, ni à celui inscrit sur la carte de visite de l'hôtel! Bref, un service à la clientèle passablement déficient. Au moment d'écrire ces lignes, je suis toujours inquiet à propos de ma valise que j'ai dû laisser à côté de la réception, sans surveillance!

I really enjoy staying at Ratana Hill. Everything was great. The room was big,clean and the staff was so welcoming and always ready to help. they gave me also beach towels everyday. I am very happy to have choosen Ratana Hill for my staying in Phuket. I would reccommend. Thank you

Lage ist gut.
Cons: Kaltes Wasser in Dusche, dreckige Duschkabine. Dreckige Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Ein Tag war starke Regen und wo wir gekommen bei uns in 2 Zimmer war alles nass, wir haben gerufen das jemand aufräumt aber die haben uns Handtücher gegeben und wir müssten alles selbst wegmachen.. Leider nicht empfehlen dieses Hotel zu nehmen.

Cons: La pulizia troppo scarsa (il primo giorno accidentalmente si è rovesciata della polvere di Caffe sulla scrivania e la settima mattina che abbiamo fatto il check-out la polvere di Caffe era ancora li) praticamente si limitavano a passare lo straccio in terra e cambiarci i teli e asciugamani, il wi-fi che ogni volta che accedevi a internet dovevi inserire sempre username e password una immensa scocciatura, per non armare della bassa potenza del segnale che non riusciva neanche a reggere una videochiamata poiché ogni 4/5 parole si bloccava.

Мы жили в большом номере на 3 этаже с кухней и огромным балконом с видом на джунгли и бассейн. В отеле очень отзывчивый и вежливый персонал!
Cons: Вайфай в номерах не очень хороший, хотя на ресепшн - летает. приходилось пользоваться мобильным интернетом для работы.

The layout and configuration of the property are nice. Its up a hill, slightly away from the business, which I liked. The wifi was decent and they rented scooters at the property which is very convenient.
Cons: My room smelled of mould and it just felt generally neglected. The staff were helpful enough to clean and mask the smell, but it shouldn’t be that way in the first place. Also, the shower ran like warm.

it was very quiet area and peaceful away from bustling Patong area. the rooms are very spacious great that there was a microwave and stove if you wanted to cook things yourself. it’s good value hotel.
Cons: tuktuks to Patong cost about 300 baht each way but if you hire a scooter might be better value. the mattress is too firm.

Отличное место. Большие номера, по факту комната+кухня. Нормальный wi-fi, вид из окна на зелень, балкон достойный. Сам отель не первой свежести, но чисто, тихо, прекрасный персонал. Расположен на окраине патонга, до моря 2,5 км - брали там же байк, доезжали за 5-7 минут. Рядом пара очень хороших кафешек, но нужно спуститься с горки метров 200. По соотношению цена/качество - одно из лучших предложений, если есть транспорт.

Прекрасный отель, все чисто, есть кухня, микроволновка. В отеле есть прачечная. Персонал очень доброжелательный.
Cons: мы были без байка с ребенком, подниматься на холм тяжеловато. Но это не к отелю претензии.)

очень отзывчивый персонал, есть свой прокат байков, общий бассейн чистый.
Cons: отель очень потасканный, все старое, пастельное билье в пятнах с дырками, пототенце тоже старые и в пятнах, в самом номере сырость, запах неприятный как в подвале, темно, некоторые лампочки не горят, пол был грязный, телевизор плохо показывает, ванная вообще ужас с грязными стенами. еще очень плохо, что отель находится на горе, приходится идти пешком по очень крутому подьему, некоторые водители отказываются подниматься, просто не осилит авто.

долго выбирали отель и не зря потратили много времени. претензий нет ни одной, все шикарно. и сам номер, и вид, и уборка, и тишина. рекомендую!
Cons: все супер, нужно учитывать, что отель находится на горе и подниматься тяжеловато (если вы пешком), но если вы на спорте, то это не проблема)

Отличный отель, чистый , свежий. расположение супер , тихо , уютно. (у нас был байк , поэтому без проблем добирались). Номер был с мини кухней , очень удобно. большой просторный номер и балкон . огромная душевая . жили с ребёнком , нам было очень комфортно. вид из окна на пальмы , рядом речка ) рекомендую !

The layout of the room was fine. When I protested about the smell of mould in my apartment they very readily reassigned me to one that did not smell.
Cons: The first room I was given stank of mould. There was an air of neglect about the whole hotel. The outdoor patio and pool area and furniture were heavily stained with mould. The windows and floor areas of the apartment were clean, but the bathroom and balcony had only superficial cleanliness and had areas of mould in both the apartments. The location is OK if you have transport. Otherwise you have to walk more than 100 metres up a very steep ( 1 in 3) hill. Taxi and tuk-tuk drivers collude to charge BTH300 from the centre, although it is only 1.5 miles. They say “ Oh, up the hill”. The reviews on Booking.com are misleading.

As the reviewers have said, clean, great staff, nice pool for a small hotel. Only con is sink in bathroom and sink in kitchen is cold water only. Shower is only hot water. View very pleasant looking out over jungle. Toast offered for breakfast.
