I was looking for a stressfree retreat, and this is exactly what I got. As a lone female, I felt safe at all times and treated with respect. The entire place was beautifully presented, and every single member of staff from management, waiters, housekeeping, and gardeners were just so kind and polite. I had no excursions planned, but when I changed my mind, the hotel arranged this to meet my individual preferences. The transport and guides were equally as wonderful. The location is remote but perfect for having peace and quiet, yet still close enough for a nice drive to the city. Everyone was so kind and considerate and treated me so well. I would definitely return!

This hotel is horrendous it is very deceiving from the photos as it is not what it seems. The hotel is very small and compact and all the food is triple the price. They don't even give you water which is understandable but it costs ÂŁ3 a bottle which is ridiculous. The staff are useless and do not help with anything at all, the room is disgusting and the shower is as like a jail shower. I booked for 4 nights and left on my second night and got another hotel in the city as I couldn't even shower, after numerously complaining about the cleanliness they still did not help. The pools are switched off and they're just full of dead bugs and dirt, no wonder the hotel was empty, it is most definitely not a spa or wellness boutique. They do not even have a lounge area to sit down

Beautiful place, very quiet, away from the crowds and stresses of the souks. Fantastic landscape, wonderful food. We felt really well looked after and very safe. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It is a bit far away for some but we loved the hamman and we had tagine cooking classes.

We were upgraded to a suite which was lovely. Staff all very friendly but the hotel was really let down by the food. Vegetarian options were tasteless and bland⊠when thereâs nothing nearby and our meals were included in our booking it was very disappointing not to look forward to meal times⊠fortunately back in Marrakesh the food was excellent.

NOT a 5* Hotel! 3* at a push. Service painfully slow if they even remember the request or order. No one picks up hotel phone. No 24hour reception for emergencies or assistance. No communication between staff members to know whatâs going on with pricing, rules, requirements, requests, orders etc. Food & Drinks limited for the hotel with no atmosphere in the dining area. No shops, restaurants or pharmacies near the vacancy, ÂŁ70 taxi to any city civilisation. No coffee in the room, staff canât explain the food they have to offer, no alcohol free, no room service unless keep reminding the staff that understand. Spa is expensive for whatâs to offer, spa staff didnât speak English to understand I said I was in pain, too hot, being burnt & felt uncomfortable so ended up with embarrassing injuries for the rest of my holiday, also didnât appreciate being stripped by the staff in front of my mum when explaining I didnât want to be naked, nor have my naked private bits being sat exactly where others (my mums) private bits was sat bare as not sanitary. Trips & excursions through the hotel are overpriced for what theyâre offering, no explanation or description of trips for what you need to take/what to expect. (The desert, food, camel ride/quad bike trip) taxi driver didnât understand English, where we was dropped there wasnât any instructions on what to do or where to go & had to find someone who understand English to try explain, still wasnât explained properly or correctly so had to seek to find taxi back to hotel. (Cheaper, safer feel, good English, better explanations of times & what is included & more accommodating booking through trip advisor for any excursions) Wifi for the hotel is hit & miss & hardly reaches the rooms. Pool is freezing & the atmosphere depends entirely on who else is at the hotel with you. Pool showers broken. Pool bar unstaffed & dirty towels left on the side. Kittens on the property arenât spayed so a kitten that was begging to come into the room for safety went into the next room & gave birth to still born kittens, luckily it was adults that had to experience the mourning kittens cries & dead kittens, would have been extra traumatic for a child to have seen & experience (if you see little Lilliana please give her my love as the hotel can name, feed & water them but not take care of basic serious matters). Only advantage of this hotel is the nature garden to listen to the birds & see wildlife, the gardeners are funny to watch, itâs nice to enjoy the greenery, one nice staff member that tried really hard to help, grateful that they brought food to the room (when/if they remembered but never for the time youâve asked even though they ask you what time you would like it everyday) & the smart tv in the room was best or would have died of boredom in the evenings as thereâs no entertainment of any sort.

We stayed here for two nights from 17th-19th March. We had booked a junior suite which was dark and cold where the door handle was missing. There were no coat hangers in the wardrobe for us to hang our clothes. We then asked to change rooms and were upgraded to a deluxe suite which was much better. However it appeared that the bathroom had recently been replastered and on entering the room smelt of damp plaster. We had half board and the food was very good. The waiting staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful, however there were a couple of staff in reception who were unprofessional and made light of things. There is a Spa but not as we would describe it that offers Hamman. massage and facials. The hotel itself was very quiet and remote a chance to recharge after the hustle & bustle of Marrakech. As we were leaving we were asked by a member of staff if they could share our taxi. We agreed to this and it was agreed that they would share the cost.! BIG mistake this was not honoured as the person got out without paying and when they were reminded they said they had already paid the driver. This was untrue and totally dishonest. Please be aware of this.!!

Donât waste your money if you thought it was spa then your going to be very disappointed First of all they tried to give my friend and I they same room even though 2 separate bookings Was moved to another room which was freezing and dark couldnât open the curtains as it looked straight into the restaurant area where people sat So I did complain I had to wait for 90 minutes for a room Why you ask thatâs because it wasnât even finished and I was told I was upgraded to a suite!!! Bathroom plaster was still drying out Again this room was freezing đ„¶ Air con didnât work 2 portable heaters brought in and thick blankets Now a spa to me is toiletries, robe, slippers đ„ż Nope not a thing No water, tea, coffee either Complained to secret escapes rep who said you had been upgraded and nothing else is available Food at this spa awful Cocktails they only offer 2 thatâs it Had 1 gin and tonic thatâs because they ran out of gin Pool area no towels Spa wasnât a spa So honestly donât book if you have expectations of this being a spa Oh and the safe for your valuables code is 0000 no you canât change it either đł

Very attentive staff. Lovely food, Ideal hotel for resting and relaxing. There is not a great deal to do that is nearby, but should you want to revitalise, itâs ideal. There are extra blankets for the cooler evenings for February March . All the staff were very helpful and polite, with a decent command of English and French .

I recommend Taj Atlas Wellness Hotel to anyone. Best staff, very attentive to our needs. The facilties has lots of different options like pools, spa, attractions in and around the surroundings its a little far out, but if you want to relax and clear your mind this is the place!

This hotel is beautiful! And staff is friendly with amazing hospitality! They make you feel at home and not typically like a guest. The hotel is far out from shops, so you will need to book a drive to go places just bear that in mind. It is also 50-55 minutes drive to the airport, so also bear that in mind. The food is delicious with lots of choices on the menu. The breakfast is nice too

I had the holiday from hell here. All the spa facilities bar one were shut and in the second week the swimming pool was drained. The owner was away on his holiday so all the staff are taking a break. There was no TUI representative on site. The first hotel room I was put in was dreadful and on arrival had no heating no TV stained and dirty bathroom. I was upgraded to a decent room and that was the only consumer improvement. I managed to get. I complained unsuccessfully to TUI for a refund, ok I was initially offered ÂŁ200 which I refused. I subsequently went through the ABTA complaints process and got absolutely nowhere. This is not the family friendly company that purports to be. I will never take another holiday with TUI again after that experience and beware going to any hotel that doesnât have a TUI rep. Apparently this hotel room was booked through a third-party so TUI said we have no power over - was it hotel bookings.com?

Nice hotel, great place but bad staff, waiter comes and the smell of the garden is diluted in his clothes and also even the food is not good, the special thing is the place overlooking the garden, it deserves full in hotels Advice: You should reconsider the workers there. There is one person I saw smiling, Muhammad.

We stayed one night in January. Since it was low-season, we had our room upgraded, so the room was really spacious and nice and clean. Also warm, thanks to air-con heating. The dinner cost 35âŹ, and it was okay but not special. Also the price of drinks was quite high: a bottle of beer was 6⏠etc. The breakfast was very good with a nice moroccan vibe. We booked the hotel, because we wanted to stay outside Marrakech for one night, to see the nightsky. So for us the location was perfect. But there is little to do if you are not into stargazing.

We had a very mixed experience of this hotel. Our original room (107) was not what we had expected (booked via secret escapes), and it was substandard, dirty, loud and had a broken shower. The receptionists (and I think hotel manager) did upgrade us for the next day (fully booked the first night) and our second room was perfect. The spa was closed for maintenance so during an unseasonal storm there was very little to do as we couldnât sit outside. I think we were just very unfortunate with multiple negative experiences. Once the weather improved the area was lovely. Grounds staff cleaned the area thoroughly and ensured it was tidy. Restaurant staff were lovely, the food was great. Drinks were expensive but you expect it in a remote resort. Pool was clean. Pros: staff are great and food is good. Itâs a lovely place to be away from busy marrakech and relax for a few days (weather permitting!) Cons: some rooms are pretty dated and in need of renovation. Facilities are lacking. Repetitive music round the pool, itâs fine if you enjoy maroon 5 and Rihanna. Top tip: if you get a clear sky night go up on the roof terrace for star gazing away from the lights. Would recommend booking a suite. It is far from anywhere so donât expect to be near anything. It is a remote resort. It is not close to marrakech.

My stay here was amazing, i stayed here for peace and quiet and the tranquil surroundings with my pregnant wife. We loved it, especially the hospitality from ali and sabbir. Only thing is i would say food did not have enough variety and could taste a little bit better. But just such an amzing experince at this place and the views are amazing frim the terrace to see the atlas mountains. Thank you very much everyone at taj for our amazing stay.

Front desk guy was excellent and problem solver. Expedia screwed up my reservation and the hotel was fully booked but the receptionist worked out a solution with some other guests. Swimming pool and garden are great. Rest of the hotel and the room were dirty and dated. Linen is worn out and dirty. Bed not comfortable and no hot water. Breakfast was so bad I left it and went out to eat. Never again.
