Room was fairly basic, but clean. Everything (outlets, fridge, TV etc.) worked. Breakfast was great. Pool and garden very peaceful. One annoyance: hall lights are on a timer that turns off before I could reach my room. Altogether very nice. I’ll likely return the next time I travel to Meknes.

Lovely hotel and excellent service from Staff. We had prebooked family wedding so entire family was accommodated in rooms of choice, very clean comfortable and staff were so helpful. Special thanks to hotel manager Boutaina and her team.

This is possibly the worst place I've stayed in my entire life of having toured 137 countries extensively. This hotel is far, far away from the city, that means not accessible to basic shops for water or even a snack. The road in front becomes completely empty after sunset, and the hotel is surrounded by cultivating fields, not houses. The nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kms away. No restaurants anywhere excepting a McDonalds. This hotel makes a world-record for having the highest numbers of "Unavailable Services' in its list compared to other 4-stars. 1. Single key-entry (your spouse remains awake to open the door whenever you are away from your room) 2. NOT A SINGLE PLUG POINT (Gone back to the donkey-ages). We had to unhook the TV to charge our electronic gadges one at a time. 3. No Tea/coffee in the room. Not a single electric kettle to make a cuppa of you own. Neither you would get one from the restaurant (THEY DON'T HAVE AN ELECTRIC KETTLE IN THE WHOLE HOTEL !!!) 4. Not even a single glass/cup is provided in the room. 5. NO AC. Only the fan mode works. There isn't any cooling. We kept the doors to the balcony open the whole day and night to let the breeze come in. 6. No complimentary water. Buy one at 5 times the market rate when you check-in. 7. Severely over-priced restaurant, You don't have a choice but to eat here as neither taxis are available, nor the drivers understand a word of English. 8. No Hot water in the bathroom. Bad toilettries. and the list goes on and on............. Greatly duped by my travel agent who booked it for me. In fact, the hotel is like a ghost-place in the morning without any tourists. The only tourists that you get to see are the people who comes in the evening (for a night's stay) in group tours, duped by their travel agents, earning a fat commission for this dump. Recommendations ? RUN AWAY.

I visited Meknes and I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Menzeh Dalia with my colleagues. It was a beautiful hotel with a mix of modern and traditional atmosphere. During my stay, I was well taken care of by the wonderful Boutaina. She was very helpful and consistent in taking care of all our needs. I recommend staying here while visiting the lovely city of Meknes.

Very comfortable, modern and clean hotel. I would stay here again with a family. Rooms are large and bathrooms are well-equipped. My only critique is that it is far from most attractions and restaurants in Meknes, however, if you are looking for a place to stay that is not a riad, this is a great option.

Séjour de 3 semaines horribles , pas de climatisation dans les chambres , hôtel en réfection avec les ouvriers à l oeuvre dès 7h30 le matin et en prime pas de piscine non plus. J avais demandé à l hôtel via mail ,le prix pour la pension complète ,le montant que l hôtel m a donné ne correspondait en rien a ce qu on m a demandé sur site .la note a été très salé. En bref ,un séjour que je regrette car pour 3 semaines sur place ,le séjour a été plus que long et le directeur de l établissement n a eu aucun geste pour tout ces désagréments,car bien évidemment ni l hôtel ni le site ne m a prévenu que l établissement était en travaux

Quite luxurious but the airco didn’t work. As it was November, it was no problem, I just opened the door to the balcony, which overlooked a beautiful swimming pool. Sadly no time to use it as we arrived quite late and left early. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was very nice, comfy bed and hot shower with plenty of water. A pity that the dirty shower curtain was very close to the shower head, so it kept sticking to my body. Don’t you just hate that? It’s on the edge of town (no problem for us as we had transport).

Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est a revoir pour un 4*,la température frole les 25°en salle a manger alors que des crudités et du fromage sont servis,les viennoiseries ne sont pas fraiches,les couverts pas très propres et il faut courir pour avoir des serviettes!Nous avions réservé a la base chambre standard,l'état des sanitaires ,de la literie et tapis ainsi que linge de toilette etaient deplorables!!Le personnel etait prévenu que nous serions 1couple ac enfant et on a du demander le lit supplémentaire alors que nous sommes arrivés tard!!!Le personnel de chambre est adorable malgré les conditions de travail et souvent le retard pour avoir du linge de toilette propre!!Helas,beaucoup de points a revoir pour soi-disant un hotel4*!!Photos a suivre..

The property is pretty far from the center of Meknes. It has a nice swimming pool, however, it’s crowded with people who are not staying at the hotel. The room was mediocre, better than some places I have stayed. AC was barely keeping the room cool enough because it was over 100 degrees outside. Looks like an older hotel.

Very old property. While big it is outdated. We change the room 3 times to have either a queen bed or hot water. Ceramic tiles on the floor and no carpets very cold during the fall. Needs major staff training and a good upgrade

I went there mainly because I thought it would be nice to enjoy a quiet time at the pool and the sunshine. I was shocked to see more than 200 people at the pool and almost none of them were guests at the hotel. The hotel allows people from outside the hotel to come in and use the pool for a fee. This meant the pool and the surrounding area were taken by mostly kids 8 to 13 years old. The rooms needs some renovations and were not clean, no drinking water, coffee, tea or any of that in the room... Overall, if you are looking for a place to crash it s ok, if you are looking for a hotel with various amenities and good time, look elsewhere.

hotel dalia locate in an area far away from the center of the city. no resturant or mall around is difcult to find taxi you shoud wait for minmum 30 minutes to call a taxi but is better if you have your own car the receptionist are nutral not wellcoming also not rude , check in was quick but they ask me to pay gov tax for 2 persons although i tell them i am alone the reason wascthe reservaton was for 2 adult. i told them only me will stay and i give them only tax for one person the room size and pool view is the only good big size room. bed is ok safe box from thevold styl bath room need care i wanted to eat but resturant is closed as no bearby resturant i walk 20 minutes to the nearst shoopin center as no taxi around there is good bar with life music start at 2100 it was nice and after 0100 you can continue with life music tell 0200 in the cabret

Ok hotel i udkanten af Meknes. Ligger ikke ret langt fra motorvejsafkørsel, så er ideelt som et stop for en enkelt nat, eller hvis man ikke er til at bo midt i en storby. Hotellet har en dejlig pool, og der var som regel tomme solstole, så man kunne få en plads. Morgenmaden ok - dog ikke meget groft brød, men det er normalt på disse kanter. Værelset havde skøn lille balkon med udsigt over poolen. Og en aircondition der kunne klare at holde værelset afkølet, selv om det var 42 grader udenfor. Ved mit sidste besøg på hotellet var der kun wifi i lobbyen. Denne gang var der også wifi på værelset, hvilket er et klart plus.

We visited in low season so hotel was almost empty. The room and bathroom was very spacious with enormous balcony. Bed was very large and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here next time in Meknes

This Hotel is not for the Business traveller. I had to stay here for 10 days for a show, Room 123 and 124. The WiFi did not work 98% of time and when it did a fax would have been quicker. A complaint to the General Manager will be med with a chuckle and an insistence that everything is fine. If you like flies in your fruit salad and a bird flying over your head while you eat (seriously) then the breakfast room will suit you. Seriously the staff working here are institutionally lazy. When the General Manager is not watching the soccer in the lobby, he goes for a walk around. The staff then wake up for 10 seconds, then he leaves and they go back to sleep. A far nicer hotel would have been the Zaki. I'll know for again.

Hotel is convenient to highway and easy drive to center of city. Rooms are OK, but not fancy. Restaurant offers limited menu with below average food, but is inexpensive. Front desk person was friendly and helpful. WIFI did not work reliably in the rooms.

Staff did not make us feel very welcome. We loved the hotel pool and area around the pool. Bathtub did not have a plug and we asked for one but we did not get one. There was only one glass in the room. Elevator only worked once.

I did reserve 4 rooms for my family, sister, in laws and for my nephew who was getting married that day in Meknes. The rooms were paid for in January including two extra beds in two rooms. Upon arrival, I was informed that the supplements were not paid for and also taxes for all the rooms. It took us about 45 minutes to clarify things. In the morning, breakfast was terrible, bathrooms in the restaurant were stinky and awful. This is a shame for a 4 star hotel and really people should avoid it completely. I won't stay here again for sure and I won't recommend this place to my worse enemy.
