The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was so clean and beautiful. We are really grateful for the experience we had here. Sometimes the breakfast options got a bit boring but other than that, it was a beautiful experience.

The room was warm and the air conditioner could not change the temp. I told the front desk who said they would send someone, hours later they had not arrived. Went to desk again, they sent maintenance who said they fixed it, but it did not change. Requested a room change but was told they did not have another room, so I asked for fans. They said they would send them. An hour later they had not so I went to the desk again to wait for electric fans. We stayed at this hotel because it is right across from the train station and we had an early train in the morning. On the plus side, they did pack our included breakfast to take with us. It is a large bust hotel. For the same or less money you can get a smaller Riad with much better customer service.

Fantastic place with free WiFi, lovely staff members and the hotel had everything we needed. Breakfast was included, boarding passes were printed for us to get home (as they need to be a paper copy), staff were always on hand to help with anything necessary. The hotel had food, a gym, a spa, a pool with rooms with air conditioning, a mini fridge, showers and balconies. The rooms were frequently checked and items always changed over. An amazing hotel with a bowling alley next door. Food is fantastic at the hotel and is a great price! Would highly recommend. It’s only a 20 minute drive from the airport.

Location was very good—Marrakech train station was right across the street. Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. They helped get us taxi transportation whenever we needed it. They stored our baggage for one day when we had another overnight excursion before we returned to the hotel for another night’s accommodation. Pool and amenities were lovely. Only negative was that they did not have enough local currency available for currency exchange.

The rooms were efficiently laid out and the service from staff was very good overall. Compared to a hotel we stayed at in Casablanca, the breakfast at the Grand Plaza seemed less varied and far more limited as to food choices. Although the hotel claims to offer currency exchange, they never seemed to have any local currency available. The lobby had lots of comfortable seating and was very tastefully decorated.

Nice property. Service needs a bit of a bump. We stayed two nights, but five nights touring between. The first night was nice, with an upgraded room; but the second night was back to regular with okay room. Overall good, don’t get me wrong, but it’s tough to go back after getting a slight upgrade the first time.

I stayed here with my husband. It is a nice hotel. The staff were friendly enough but we had come from another hotel in Marrakesh and compared to that hotel, the customer service wasn’t as good. We arrived around 4pm I believe and the room wasn’t ready so we had a little wait in the lobby, maybe 15-30mins. I have VIP perks with Expedia but didn’t feel that gave me anything at this hotel (I hadn’t checked if I’d be entitled to anything). The bars in the hotel were nice and the hotel is beside a bowling alley which was fun. Great location. The pool was unfortunately quite dirty in the morning (10/11am) I was expecting someone would have used a net to get out some of the bits (maybe they do this later in the day?) but we tried to ignore that so we could still have a swim. Finally, on our final day we gave our luggage in to be put on in the store room. We arrived back around 3hrs later and the bags were still in the lobby where anyone could have taken them. Seems they were forgotten? Our suite was really nice and the robes were great quality. I doubt we’d stay again but we did have a nice stay in a lovely room.

I stayed at Grand Plaza for 3 days with my 3-year-old and had an excellent experience. The breakfast was delicious, room service was prompt, the spa was relaxing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was top-notch — would definitely stay again!

très bon séjour mention spéciale pour Fayçal très serviable et pro à l'acceuil et départ bagage; au petit-déjeuner à Loibna, Fatim Zohra, kenza etc...très bonnes msmne et oeufs, gentillesse et pro diner au resto parfaitservice impecable et petit soins du cher par contre le booling ne nous a pas du tout plus la nuit après diner

The staff are great BUT I need tbh a 3 star hotel at the most. The corridors really need updating a little depressing. Why is the coffee sachets in room never replenished or infact water, it’s just water!! No u need to pay. Breakfast area, outside they make eggs, mine undercooked so obviously did not even touch. Please upgrade you cutlery, why plastic spoons and why bent cheap folks, really this is not class. Quality of food really needs to be a little bit more thoughtful. Checking check out great. Safe never worked even when I reported, guy never arrived to fix. Room not cleaned daily. Good location. Average

Grand Plaza gave me a lovely big quiet room overlooking the pool with sunny balcony both am. and pm. room 526. Spacious and well appointed with excellent power shower you could sit under. Only niggles were that the pillows were extremely bulky and laundry cost me nearly £40!!

Very nice Gaff, just across the road from the Opera house, Train Station and Bus Station, what’s not to like, if ya good on ya feet The Medina is only 30 minutes walking and you go through some good shopping on Route, and it has a Banging Breakfast, what’s not to like, stayed a few times.

Tolles zentrales Hotel mit erstklassigem Service Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem zentral gelegenen Hotel, das sich direkt in der Nähe der M Avenue befindet. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – alles, was man braucht, ist in der Nähe: Restaurants, Geschäfte, Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Das Hotel selbst ist äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – sie haben meinen Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gemacht und standen immer mit einem Lächeln zur Verfügung.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel… 2 at best. Towels had Opera hotel markings… Grand Plaza bought the opera hotel and did least amount of enhancements. Old rooms, musty corridors, noisy and big lineups for breakfast.

Good location not too far from Medina and within walking distance of all major attractions and malls.Tbe bowling alley in tbe pictures is next to tbe hotel and not part of it.Good clean hotel but monotonous breakfast needs improvement.
