Cons: La habitación para el precio que tiene es pésima , la ducha pequeñita , el inodoro uno k k no sea talla 40 apenas entra. Está habitación seguro que arquitecto no la vio nunca la 714 , puede servir para cuarto de planchar , es verdad que el balcón la salva un poco , pero la ducha y el inodoro fatal mal diseñado. No se puede cobrar 400 euros por esta habitación , seguro CR7 no los pagaría .

Cons: We arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM and completed the check-in process for the three rooms we booked. As two of the room was not yet ready, the receptionist stored our luggage and informed us they would be ready by 3:00 PM. When I returned, a different receptionist insisted I wait in line again to collect my keys and luggage, despite explaining that I had already checked in. I then had to wait an additional 25 minutes, which was unnecessary and inconvenient. I found this experience frustrating due to the lack of efficiency and unhelpful attitude. I never had this experience in other hotels I stayed.

Cons: Nos cobraron doble, en efectivo y con tarjeta. Pagamos en efectivo el alojamiento al momento del checkin, y nos pidieron una tarjeta de credito a modo de garantía. No sabemos qué ocurrió pero esa misma noche nos cargaron el monto de la estancia también en la tarjeta, y aun haciendo el reclamo en recepción durante el momento del checkout, jamás nos devolvieron el doble pago. Una real estafa. Una pena porque la ubicación del hotel es buena, pero no se puede confiar en la forma en la que hacen las cosas.

Cons: The room are microscopique, we had booked a superior room and could not really expect to spend 5 days in that room. Very small and windows showing internal courtyard. We requested another room ,same thing. They offered an upgrade to a Premium room, wanted an extra 35 EUROS per night, I negotiated to 25. (Which is more than I would have paid at Booking.com for a premium room) Dispite that here was no drawers or shelf to put our clothes, no much space to hang things either, no table or chair to right, and most of all we had to squeeze to get into the minuscule bathroom! (I took photos which I would glady share) Furthermore there was no lounge where we could stay outside the room, just a very small space arhe cafétéria.

Cons: 1) Nous avons signalé que mon épouse était handicapée or l’accès à la partie nuit de la chambre est vraiment restreint le partenaire doit passer par dessus sa compagne pour sortir du lit 2) le bruit : notre chambre est au 8eme étage au dessus se trouvent le bar et le rooftop et au dessus encore la piscine Nous entendons la musique depuis notre chambre 3 ) j’ai du remonter et resserrer moi meme le syphon du lavabo de la salle de bain car il y avait une fuite tout le linge de toilette situé en dessous du lavabo a été inondé 4) aujourd’hui Vendredi jour de notre départ nous nous présentons comme il est marqué pour les jours de la semaine à 7 h pour prendre notre breakfast hors 15 mn plus tard nous sommes avertis par le personnel que les jours fériés ( marqué holidays ( holidays pour moi veut dire vacances ) sur la carte ) et les week-ends les breakfast sont à 8 h Nous avions un avion à prendre et des impératifs horaires à respecter j’estime que lors du paiement des petits déjeuners lors du Check in il aurait été judicieux de nous avertir J’ai demandé le remboursement des 32€ ( 2x16€ ) cela m’a été refusé ! J’estime avoir été arnaqué par cette façon malhonnête Je maintiens ma demande de remboursement un voucher ne me donnera pas satisfaction n’ayant pas l’occasion de revoyager d’ici plusieurs années

Cons: The "Superior" room was not superior by anyone's standards. I was luckily the only occupant. There was no room to layout a suitcase. It may be a European tradition to completely unpack your suitcases for a three night stay, but most Americans leave their bags packed and only pull out what they will be using as needed. The next issue was for two of the evenings during our stay, the pool area was booked for private events. That is a bad policy for the guests who booked the hotel because of the pool. The bar patio has very limited shaded sitting areas during the hours just before sunset. I had no idea that the tables with comfortable couches and shade must be reserved. I had to sit on a very uncomfortable metal stool in the sun while I was there. And everytime one of these couch areas would open up, there was another party with a reservation to occupy it. There were no preferences given to the hotel guests. I saw many hotel guests being turned away and disappointed. On our last day, the hallway on the 8th floor had a bad sewer like smell. Luckily the rooms did not, but the walk to the room from the lift was very unpleasant. We did notify hotel staff. The staff of the hotel, that I did see, where very nice and friendly, but they we're all young. There didn't seem to be any senior staff members or anyone identfied as being a hotel manager present. Most of your guests are foreign travelers and sometimes it would be nice to talk to someone who understands the American way of lifestyle and can explain the honest expectations of how your hotel facilities are different from what we are used to in the U.S.

The hotel is located on Madrid’s most famous street, Gran Vía. Everything is close to the hotel, so there’s no need to use a taxi to get around. The rooms are very clean and spacious (the room I booked), and the view was nice, overlooking Gran Vía.
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the noise from the police sirens, especially late at night. It was quite disturbing, particularly in winter when the air conditioning doesn’t work, so the noise can be heard very clearly

El hotel me encanta, no es la primera vez que me quedo aquí. Está muy bien ubicado, es limpio y el personal es muy amable. Es algo caro, pero lo vale. Lo único incómodo fue que cerraron la Gran Vía por una manifestación y tuve que caminar con las maletas varias cuadras, aunque eso no fue responsabilidad del hotel.
Cons: Lo único que podría criticar es que llegué antes de la hora del check-in y, como es normal, todavía no podía entrar a la habitación. Tuve que usar el baño del lobby y, para mi sorpresa, estaba sucio.

La localisation sur Gran Via proche de tout
Cons: On nous a attribué une chambre minuscule et mal agencée, donnant sur une cour sombre, sans possibilité d’éclairage supplémentaire. La description sur notre réservation Booking mentionnait pourtant une chambre supérieure d’au moins 18 m². La chambre 626 est clairement bien en dessous de ce qui était annoncé et inconfortable pour 2 personnes y séjournant. Très décevant.

Excellent experience overall. The hotel is modern and ideally located in the heart of Madrid, with the reception conveniently situated on the first floor. The rooftop offers an amazing view of the city, and the room service was outstanding. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and comfortable. I mentioned a couple of very minor issues to customer service, which were promptly addressed with plans for future adjustments. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The location is excellent.
Cons: The housekeeping was not four starts service, , could be improved. They did not mention, during check in, all the available services at the hotel. We endded knowing about the rooftop too late to enjoy the area.

Cons: la atención fue muy regular, la chica de la recepcion muy bien pero hubo una que era la que estaba en la puerta del desayuno que fue desagradable y por ejemplo el dia del desayuno le dijimo si podiamos ir pasando y nos dijo que no que tenia que buscar mesa pero con la misma nos cobra y dice ahora si pueden pasar y la mesa estaba al lado, por lo que podiamos haber pasado y luego haber pagado pero nos trato como si fueramos a irnos sin pagar o algo

It is pricey but you definitly get your value for it! The rooms and beds are very nice. The staff is great and eager to fulfill every wish. The location could not be better. Definitly has everything you could wish for. Sportsbar, Restaurant, Rooftopbar ist spectacular. Very well organised. I will definitly come back.

Cons: Quando o quarto estava fechado e fomos dormir, algo estava com bastante cheiro de cigarro, acredito que fosse o tapete do quarto por ser grosso e tinha uma luz do teto que era bem forte e acendia o quarto todo. Além disso acho que poderiam liberar mais horários de acesso ao rooftop para o hospede, chegamos por volta de 22:30 e fomos direto para o restaurante do hotel jantar pois a cozinha fechava as 23:00. Quando terminamos de jantar fomos subir pro hooftop e estava fechado, so abria no dia seguinte as 13:00hrs, fizemos o checkout antes desse horario então não conhecemos, eu havia reservado esse hotel pela vista do hooftop, então fiquei um tanto decepcionada.

I stayed at Pestana CR7 Gran Vía Madrid in June with my partner and was expecting quality for the price, but the experience was utterly disappointing. My girlfriend's pyjamas were taken by housekeeping and sent to the hotel laundry during our stay without our consent. We discovered this before we left and notified them immediately. They then owned up to having found them, but would only return them if we paid €56 for postage. This is unacceptable! The pyjamas were lost when we were still guests there, just due to their fault. For a so-called 4-star hotel, this level of service is unacceptable. And then, there was vomit on the floor in front of the elevators one evening, and it wasn't cleaned for a very long time. It was impossible to make it to our room without having to step over it. A real nasty experience. Sounds like a 4-star hotel? Not to me! Overall, an expensive hotel that clearly doesn't care about the guests. Poor communication, no accountability, and zero professionalism. We came here for comfort and quality, but it became the most frustrating and worst experience of our entire trip. Do not book this hotel – you pay for luxury but get bad service and no accountability.

Cons: قل عدد المصاعد فقط 2 وهذا مايسبب تاخير في الصعود والنزول + لم يتم تحديث عدد اهداف كرستيانو رونالدو منذ الهدف 900 والان وصل الى 950 هدف + الفندق في قنواته لا ينقل مباريات الاسطوره الاولى في تاريخ كره القدم

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, close to main attractions, shops, and public transport. The room was clean , comfortable and nicely decorated. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, and the staff made me feel very welcome. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
