A Truly Exceptional Riad Experience Our stay at this riad was the highlight of our trip to Morocco. Nestled in the heart of the bustling medina, this is easily the most authentic and welcoming riad we experienced. The Moroccan-style breakfast was exceptional, and we also enjoyed a delicious lunch and countless glasses of Moroccan mint tea by the serene pool. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They went above and beyond, even helping us arrange a more affordable transfer to Tagazhout. A special thanks to Ismail and Sayed, who were fantastic and made our stays before and after our Sahara desert trip feel seamless and comfortable. Our room was spotless, and the riad's location is perfect—just a few minutes' walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa. Loved the orange blossom smell all over the property. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Excellent excellent excellent séjour dans ce riad. Rien à redire. Le riad est très beau, la terrasse est juste exceptionnelle avec ses transats, son coin repas ombragé, sa piscine, sa douche. Il y a une piscine supplémentaire au milieu du riad. Le repas est divin et très très bien cuisiné. On peut même commandé à l'avance et dire l'heure à laquelle on souhaite être servies. Le personnel, il n'y a pas de mot. Nous avons été accueillies comme des reines de notre arrivée à notre départ. Ils prennent tout le temps soin de nous. Ils sont d'une énorme gentillesse. Les chambres sont propres, le ménage et les serviettes fait et changées tous les jours. Vraiment ce fut un séjour exceptionnel. Pour les excursions, demandez à être ramassé au lycée Mohammed 5, c'est à 5mn à pied du riad . Je vous conseille les yeux fermés ce riad . Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en attendant notre départ et continuer de profiter de la terrasse jusqu'à l'arrivée du taxi l'après-midi et des commentaires

This was such a wonderful riad. We stayed here for one night after a three day desert excursion as a stopover before we headed to Taghazout (we had already stayed in Marrakech for a few nights). We were so exhausted after the excursion and were able to fully switch off in Riad Moulaty Lalla Khadija. We relaxed in the pool, had dinner on the terrace, had a spa treatment in the morning - they even gave us a late checkout free of charge as we had booked our spa treatment for after checkout. It was wonderful, so so relaxing! The staff were so lovely and helpful, I would highly recommend. It was such luxury at such an affordable price point.

The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Air-conditioning was good, and the shower was fine. The hammam and massage were very good. It is more expensive than around the square but is a much safer and a reliable standard. The staff tried very hard to please from reception to waiters and cleaners.
Cons: Breakfast of pancakes, cake, and bread with jam was a bee magnet. Friendly birds and bees here. The dinner was not so good, there was very little available, especially if you were a vegetarian. We wished that we hadn't taken the half board option because we had to eat out anyway.

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato in questo magnifico Riad a pochi passi dal centro movimentato di Marrakech. Un ambiente super profumato, pulito ed accogliente che ci accolti con grande calore. Dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti coccolati sotto tutti i punti di vista. Colazione vasta con prodotti tipici e squisiti, possilità di pranzare e cenare sul terrazzo del riad godendo di un confort unico. É stato il nostro rifugio dal caos della città che ci ha lasciato un segno indelebile. Ringraziamo tutti i ragazzi della reception che ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare tutto e alle ragazze che si sono prese grande cura della nostra camera. Dei ragazzi fantastici che ci hanno dedicato molto tempo a spiegarci alcuni aspetti fondamentali della loro cultura. Siamo grati di aver scelto questa struttura e di aver vissuto un’esperienza indimenticabile.

Cons: Extremement déçus de notre séjour au riad !! En plein milieu de la vieille médina - où lorsque l'on fait un pas dehors, on est en permanence sur le qui vive pour ne pas se faire écraser par une mobylette et se faire arnaquer par des voleurs à tous les coins de rue - on pensait que le riad serait une "safe place" où se reposer et être en confiance, mais non, comme dehors, on est pris pour des cons : un transfert vers agafay réservé avec le riad coûte 80€ (proposé à 40€ par pleins d'autres taxis, voire beaucoup moins), et la plus grosse déception, un vol en montgolfière au lever du jour réservé avec eux qui était censé être un moment magique : organisation catastrophique, le temp du ramassage des autres participants à tous les coins de la ville a duré de 4h à 7h du matin, raté pour le lever de soleil ! Et on a eu la bonne surprise de croiser d'autres français qui avaient payé 95€ chacun pour leur vol, quand le riad nous a fait payer 200€ chacun. Quand au retour, nous parlons à Essaid et au responsable que c'est scandaleux de payer le double pour une matinée que nous avons passé majoritairement dans un mini bus pendant 3 heures avant de rater le lever de soleil, le responsable nous baragouine un mensonge (comme quoi les autres français auraient payé moins cher parce que c'était le dernier vol de la matinée après le lever de soleil, ce qui est pas le cas du tout puisqu'ils étaient censé voir le lever du jour tout autant que nous) et nous a promis un remboursement, et évidemment, depuis, ils ne répondent plus. J'ai des contacts à Marrakech et je ne manquerai pas de faire savoir au plus gros nombre votre malhonnêteté.

Pretentious property. Photos look like much more better to what you will find. Very disappointing stay starting with the slow check in where they tried yo sell me any kind of activities, experiences and transfers to the unhelpful check out where I tried to print out the boarding pass (by the way, its not really mandatory to print it out in paper as the airlines will have to print it out anyways at the airport). Unfinished details in the rooms, some paints on the door frames which make me think they rushed to finish the building and to start to have guests. Cheap and tired furnishings, dirt, dusted decoration, not really fresh and good breakfast, not even fresh orange juice. I may say the guy who served the tea and served the breakfast was really kind and assisted me always going to the extra mile. Also the receptionist who attended tried to help, but he was not able to fulfil a promise he made and made me waste some value time he he informed after 3 hours that he could not print out my boarding pass as he previously said he would. Once again, the check-in was ridiculous, unprofessional I would say, bit intimidating. I stayed for 3 nights at Riad Houdou 5 min walking distance which was totally the opposite to this one, could not point anything bad at that property. Pool in the terrance its a tiny dirty pond. Rooftop is decorated with fake plants; so plastic and fake this place. Never again.

La struttura è davvero bella e ben curata. All’interno c’è una piccola piscina fighissima. C’è un profumo che aleggia dappertutto e musica marocchina in sottofondo per tutto il giorno. La colazione marocchina (buona e caratteristica) viene servita in terrazza. Lo staff è eccezionale. Tutti i ragazzi dello staff sono gentilissimi, disponibili e sempre sorridenti. Una menzione speciale per Omar, una ragazzone dolcissimo, simpaticissimo e super disponibile.

They organise trips as well for a reasonable price which I would recommend as well. The food is nothing more than wonderful. I have nothing to complain about. Loved our stay at the Riad. We used it as a base whilst we explored the city and it was brilliant. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was exceptional.

On nous servait le petit dej sur des tables sales de la veille et lorsque nous avions demandé a ce qu'ils nettoient avant de nous servir. Cela ne leur a pas plu. Le dernier jour, nous n'avons même pas eu un café ou thé histoire de ne pas partir le ventre vide a l'aéroport( petit déjeuner payé) pour moi c'est le personnel qui n'est pas qualifié. Les chambres manquent de rangements pour les vêtements. Chambres très humides nous avons du laver tous nos vêtements en rentrant. Coton tiges moisis dans la salle de bain et des bestioles dans le lit. Un prélèvement sur mon compte bancaire à mon arrivée sans explication ni facture. Et depuis , je demande une explication pour ce prélèvement. Plus personne ne répond. Bref je ne reviendrai pas dans ce Riad

The Riad is beautifully presented with a wonderful roof terrace to sit in the sun and have meals (all the food was delicious!) The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, and so well looked after by housekeeping staff. The Riad is a short walk from all the main sights and has 24 hour staff on reception to assist with anything you need. The staff helped us arrange some great trips (Ourika Valley and dinner in the Agafay dessert) which gave us unforgettable memories, their advice and help making plans and bookings was invaluable and made our trip so easy and helped us to explore more of Marrakesh. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we are so thankful to them for a great trip. Thanks to Ismail and Sayed who assisted us throughout our stay and took excellent care of us. We would recommend the Riad to everyone and would love to visit again.

Cons: Das Frühstück war sehr sehr dürftig und erst am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir durch Zufall herausgefunden, dass man nach bestimmten Dingen, wie zum Beispiel ein Rührei, extra fragen muss. Dann bekommt man es auch serviert, aber das geht aus keiner Information für Gäste hervor. Das Personal ist dennoch sehr freundlich. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr klein (einen Koffer kann man dort nicht irgendwo abstellen) und man hat kaum Platz. Auch einen echten Schrank gibt es nicht, sondern nur eine offene Holzkiste mit Metall-Bügeln wie von der Wäscherei. Immerhin gab es dort einen Mini Tresor. Außerdem fand ich für meinen Geschmack das Bett viel zu hart. Aber da hat jeder natürlich seine eigenen Vorlieben. Ich war im März dort und es war nachts noch ziemlich kühl (circa 10 °C). Mit der Klimaanlage im Zimmer konnte man allerdings nicht heizen. Da ich ein kleines Fenster im Zimmer hatte (das haben die meisten), welches allerdings nicht dicht abschließt, gab es die ganze Nacht Zugluft und ich habe mich am letzten Tag heftig erkältet.

Cons: 1. They don’t tell you that they don’t accept dirhams. You can only pay by credit card. Given that you can’t exchange durhams outside of Morocco it would be helpful if they told you in advance. I wanted to use my left over dirhams towards paying my hotel bill. There should be a clear notice in reception. 2. The breakfast is really uninspiring. In a country where you get fresh orange juice everywhere the orange juice was not fresh. The fruit salad was very uninspiring. The same again for the pastries - which is ridiculous given the number of good local pastry shops. They also don’t tell you that you can have fresh eggs for breakfast. The breakfast was very uninspiring. It wouldn’t take much, at marginal cost, to make it a much more pleasant experience. Very Disappointing.

Wij werden zeer goed ontvangen, het is een mooie gezellige riad, dicht bij het centrum. Je kan er s avonds ook eten indien je het wenst. Het heeft een mooi en zonnig dakterras. Wij vroegen 1x om een taxi te regelen voor ons en dit was perfect geregeld op tijd en we werden begeleidt tot aan de taxi!
Cons: De kamer was misschien wat aan de kleine kant, wij reisde met een grote valies en deze was moeilijk om te bergen. Voor de rest was alles tip top in orde!

The property was really clean. Just about 15 minutes from the souks. The staff were really nice, kind and friendly. Especially Essaid who helped us plan our activities and circled fun locations to visit on the map. The rooms were clean every day and the towels were changed every day as well. Stupende le decorazioni e l'arredamento delle camere e del bellissimo terrazzo, con i suoi muri blu, le decorazioni in vimini e persino una piccola piscina, con lettini e tavolini per poter ammirare la vista su Marrakech e i suoi minareti comodamente. La colazione abbondante e buonissima, il personale estremamente gentile e premuroso, pronto a offrirci del buon tè alla menta più volte durante il soggiorno. La struttura migliore in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Marocco!

Séjour exceptionnel dans ce riad. Tout le personnel est parfait, souriant et aux petits soins avec nous. On se sent comme à la maison. Le premier jour on nous a donné pleins de bons conseils qui nous ont permis de passer des super vacances tout en étant en sécurité. La terrasse extérieure est parfaite pour voir le coucher du soleil, avec vue sur la Koutoubia. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon, il change tous les jours. Les plats sont également bien préparés et goûtus. Mention spéciale à Hamza, Badr et Khalid pour leur gentillesse +++ et leur disponibilité. On compte revenir très vite, et on sait que ce sera ici.

El personal sin duda con un 10 nos quedamos cortas. Hubo una equivocación con el GPS al buscar el Riad, y el recepcionista que estaba de turno, Hamza, se desvivió por hacer que llegáramos. En el primer desayuno pedí algo que no tenían, y al día síguente, para nuestra sorpresa, el camarero se ocupó de que nos lo compraran y cocinaran.
Cons: Con lo conocidas en el mundo entero que son las naranjas de la zona... solo tenían zumo de bote. El tamaño del baño también era muy pequeño.

Cons: Disappointed with pool not usable/in maintenance, I was really counting on that. Uncomfortable beds/mattress. Very hard and bumpy, I think it's time to change those, and with the combination of the constant noise of motorbikes outside, we didn't sleep much. There is no storage in the bathroom for toiletries and very minimal in the room, no cupboards, which is really inconvenient because rooms are very small.

Was very cute and clean,however the highlight was the staff. Upon arrival we have Hamza sat us down and offered us tea. He then went through all the dos and don’ts of Marrakech. Then continued to book cabs for us and help us out with whatever we needed to ensure we had a safe and enjoyable time. All staff were very friendly and I would highly recommend staying here.

We hebben een leuke kookles gehad via de Riad. Hamza heeft ons ook meer vertelt over de lokale cultuur. De manager kwam ook regelmatig bij ons checken of alles in orde was. Lieve mensen! The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. They met all our needs, provided excellent recommendations and information for our trip, and ensured we had everything for a comfortable stay. On our first night, despite arriving late, they prepared a delicious dinner for us – the best lamb tagine we had in Marrakesh! The owner of the Riad is very involved, attentive, and always available to assist with anything. The Riad is not a luxury accommodation, so it’s important to set your expectations accordingly, but we wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone seeking an authentic experience. The space is impeccably clean, with towels and linens changed daily. During the winter, it can get a bit chilly, but there is air conditioning in every room to keep you warm. It’s worth noting that the rooms are not soundproof, but this is typical of Riads, which are designed like traditional Moroccan houses. This is part of the charm and character of staying in such a unique place, so it’s important to adjust your expectations accordingly. We also appreciated the airport transfer service, which made our arrival stress-free. From the warm welcome to the exceptional service throughout our stay, everything was flawless.
Cons: Our room was a bit small, but think it was my mistake when making the reservation, I booked a room for one person, instead of a room for two persons. Because there are some more spacious rooms.

Cons: Seulement quelques détails vraiment. Chambre 17 était vraiment très bruyante car très proche de l’accueil et de la porte d’entrée ainsi que collée à la rue dans laquelle il y a énormément de passage. Quelques petits détails pourraient vraiment rendre le séjour encore plus comfortable. Par eg, des crochets pour pendre les serviettes dans la salle de bains et des ceintres autres que les ceintres en métal pour éviter que les vêtements en glissent. Étant donné la longue période de sécheresse les clients devraient être encouragés à utiliser l’eau avec parcimonie. Peut-être aussi penser à un petit déjeuner plus équilibré.

Especally mounaim and seid and Ismael are really friendly and try their Best to fullfill all your wishes. The took care of my luggage during my Trip to the Sahara wich i really apprichiate. there are no hidden extra cost. I would always choose this Riad again.

Le personnel était exceptionnellement gentil et attentionné ! Le chef Padr ou encore Mounaim, Hachem ont été vraiment au top niveau !!! Le contact est facile et ils ont une super énergie !!! Les excursions ainsi que le hammam sont aussi très bien !

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. You can tell they value their guests and aim for an outstanding service. Breakfast was just what we needed, great balance and generous portions. The location is shocking at first, very busy and noisy but it's the standard there. The first riad we stayed at was similar but once inside you forget about it all as it's quieter and peacefully decorated.
Cons: The door wasn't locking properly which was a shame because I couldn't sleep peacefully feeling like someone would come in even though it couldn't be the case as the rooms are in a close area ... I would still rather it as a great experience though

Cons: El desayuno es muy mediocre, bollería y zumo de bote, fue el Riad más caro del viaje y el peor desayuno sin dudarlo. Reservamos el servicio de transfer al aeropuerto durante el check in y a la mañana siguiente a la hora acordada para la recogida nos cobraron el servicio para después decirnos que se retrasaría porque se habian olvidado de nosotras, al final llegó 45 minutos tarde lo que supuso un estrés y la llegada con el tiempo justo al aeropuerto. Entiendo que no fue culpa suya pero su actitud de indiferencia y echándole la culpa al servicio de tranfer fue bastante desagradable.

Cons: Había bastante olor a alcantarilla o tuberías, lo cual resultaba muy desagradable al entrar a tu habitación. Así como que nuestra habitación para 2 personas era bastante pequeña, apenas podíamos caber cómodamente teniendo ambas personas maletas de viaje.

Je recommande vraiment ce Joli riad . Le personnel très gentil et vraiment très serviable, comme toute la population marocaine, merci beaucoup à vous. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et complet sur une jolie terrasse. L'accueil très chaleureux, avec un personnel attentif et dévoué qui sait immédiatement nous mettre à l'aise. La propreté irréprochable Le riad se trouve à 15 minutes à pied de la place mais on ne voit pas le temps passer en passant par les souk.

Interior design and very helpful stuff. Clean room. We asked for an omelette for breakfast and it was made for us! It was nice because we don't want to eat only sweet pastries in the morning. Our room had a small window, we got fresh air 😉
Cons: Bed! The mattress has no mattress topper, the bed is very uncomfortable and hard. Also too narrow and too short. The walls are not soundproof, everything that happens in the lobby/next room is heard. Poor breakfast, orange juice is not freshly squeezed and just regular coffee.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questa bellissima struttura nel cuore di Marrakech. Il Rihad è super pulito, la colazione ottima, viene servita in terrazza e offrono tanti servizi interessanti, noi per esempio abbiamo richiesto la guida della città per 3 ore e l’abbiamo molto apprezzata. Tutto il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile a ogni richiesta, al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti Hamza, con un buon tè marocchino e biscotti, e ci ha spiegato bene la città e come muoverci, dove acquistare articoli di qualità e dove cenare bene. Per sentirvi a casa, consiglio assolutamente Riad Moulaty Lalla Khadija!

Cons: Forte odeur d'humidité constante, on nous a fait comprendre de fermer la porte lorsque nous étions dans la chambre, ce que nous comprenons, donc aération difficile. Bruyant à partir de 6h du matin car plusieurs départs de chambre à côté.

El desayuno mal y la ubicación está cerca de la gran plaza pero hay un pequeño trayecto que está bastante solitario y una noche cuando volvíamos al Riad unos chicos que iban en una moto me dieron un tirón llevándose mi mochila tirándome al suelo aunque no sufri daño alguno, solo la perdida de la mochila , menos mal que no llevaba en ella el pasaporte

Le tajine lmsemn le thé à la menthe enfin tous le personnel était adorable avec nous . Merci à hamza de nous avoir réservé la soirée chez Ali une soirée à jamais gravé .

El riad era espectacular. Desde el momento en el que entramos nos atendieron super bien. Hamza el recepcionista era un amor de chico. Nos cogió y con un mapa nos explicó a cuanto estaban todos los sitios fundamentales, y por que calles nos recomendaba ir. Cada día al vernos, nos preguntaba si necesitabamos algo. Y además nos dio un número movil del riad por si queríamos preguntar los precios de algunos productos (del zoco) para que así no nos timasen. Fueron todos encantadores. Nos limpiaban la habitación una vez al día y nos cambiaban toallas y sábanas. El riad ES PRECIOSO y solo lleva un mes abierto, por lo que está todo como nuevo. Sin duda, vale la pena ir. Está a unos 13 minutos caminando desde la Plaza Jma. El Fna, que es sin duda el corazón de la ciudad y desde donde salían la mayoría de los buses para las excursiones al desierto, al Atlas… Recomiendo coger el taxi con el hotel o booking, ya que sale más barato que desde el aeropuerto donde no puedes regatear. NOS ENCANTÓ EL RIAD. Si volvemos a Marrakech, sin duda volveremos a este riad.

L’emplacement du Riad est idéal pour visiter Marrakech mais aussi pour faire des excursions. Les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner servi tous les matins est très bon et copieux. Nous recommandons ce Riad !

Het was een heel fijn verblijf, personeel was erg vriendelijk en er hing een ontspannen sfeer. Goed verzorgde kamers. Schoon en als je even wou ontsnappen uit de drukte van marrakech kon je heerlijk ontspannen op het dakterras of in een van de zwembaden.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir mussten früh auschecken um den Bus nach Agadir zu erwischen. Uns wurde das Frühstück eingepackt und mit auf den Weg gegeben. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Wenn man zur Tür raus geht, ist man gleich mitten im Gewusel der Altstadt. Sehr beeindruckend.
Cons: Leider hatte es in unserem Zimmer Pilzbefall. Wir mussten alle unsere Kleider und den Rucksack waschen. Meine Partnerin wurde am nächsten Tag krank.

L’emplacement est super, à 10min de la grande place, la chambre est magnifique et très propre, les communs (piscine et terrasse) sont tout aussi parfaits. Le personnel est super sympathique, merci beaucoup à Hamza qui est adorable et prend soin des clients!

La estética, la limpieza y la terraza de arriba es preciosa.
Cons: 1- Las habitaciones que dan a la calle, extremadamente ruidosas. Tuvimos que pedir un cambio. 2- No permiten traer tu propia cerveza, en otro Riad no hubo problema y hasta facilitaron una nevera comunitaria para ello. 3- Los servicios adicionales que te ofrecen son muy caros comparados con los precios que puedes conseguir de manera autónoma. 4- Quisieron cobrarnos otra vez a nuestra salida cuando ya habíamos pagado al llegar, como se hace en todos los hoteles. Ralentizando muchísimo nuestro check out.

Die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt mit sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommendem Personal, dass einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abzulesen vermag. Der Tee und die Süßigkeiten, die zum Empfang serviert wurden, waren lecker und haben uns gefreut. Das Riad ist wunderschön dekoriert, es gibt viel zu sehen. Auf der Dachterrasse wird das Frühstück serviert, von wo man einen tollen Blick über die Stadt hat. Die Lage ist in der Altstadt, von wo der Jamaa el Fna in 15min zu Fuss zu erreichen ist. Man geht nur zur Tür raus und befindet sich mitten im Gewusel.
Cons: Die Lage ist mit dem Taxi schwierig zu erreichen. Wir haben die letzten paar hundert Meter zu Fuss zurückgelegt.

El Riad cumplía con todas nuestras expectativas. Con muy buena ubicación y muy bien decorado. El personal Hamza y Said, Badr the Manayer, Hamza2 y Simo muy atentos y agradables. Nos han facilitado información sobre la ciudad y todas las cuestiones que hemos necesitado, incluso nos imprimieron las tarjetas de embarque y nos guardaron las maletas en recepción después de dejar la habitación. Las habitaciones muy limpias y con todo lo necesario. El desayuno buenísimo, todo casero y preparado en el mismo Riad. La piscina fantástica para refrescarse después de un día por la medina.
Cons: Nos ha gustado todo.
