Świetna lokalizacja, mimo tego cicho. Pokój czysty ale mały. Dwie osoby w przypadku pokoju nr 3 miałyby ciasno. Malutka łazienka w pokoju. Miła obsługa, mogłam zostawić bagaż na czas nieokreślony po wymeldowaniu. Recepcja otwarta 24/7. Bardzo dobre WiFi.
Cons: Śniadania mogłyby byś bardziej urozmaicone. Trzeba było wybierać między kawą a herbatą. Nie można było dostać dwóch jak to jest w innych Riadach.

The terrace is really nice and nicely decorated. there are no real views just the rooftops of the neighbouring Riads but this is still really authentic. one of the best aspects of my stay. the breakfast is typical with homemade Arabian pies, factory marmalades and honey, freshly squeezed orange juice, nice black coffee, eggs omelette and sliced fruit. Location is great too. Just two minutes from the central square. The personnel is friendly and willing.
Cons: The rooms are small and dark. only one room on each floor has a window that overlooks the street and brings in natural light and fresh air. Our room had a window over the internal yard and this room was in the toilet. We had to leave the door open to air our room but that was not adequate. Mama Riad is a 3 star hotel. The city tourist tax for a 3-star hotel in Marrakech is generally 5 Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) per person, per night. so for 5 nights we had to pay 5x5x2=50. Instead of this, we were asked to pay 250 MAD upon our leave. Also, the hotel does not accept credit card BUT only cash. we were informed on this during our very last day and we had only 150 MAD for the taxi, so we did not pay. I am still waiting for an IBAN number to deposit the remaining sum of money.

Cons: Thin walls, you hear everything from your neighbour. When I came from the airport (in the afternoon), there was nobody behind the desk for quite a long time, so I had to make a phone call. Besides that, everything worked fine.

Il riad è come nelle foto. Noi eravamo nella camera 5 (metto quelle prese da booking) ed in effetti è come mostrato. Forse la prospettiva inganna e sembra tutto più spazioso, ma è tutto come si vede. La camera era pulita e confortevole. Abbiamo sfruttato anche l'aria condizionata per scaldare un po la stanza perche in questi giorni la temperatura scendeva sotto i 10 °C di notte. Colazione sul terrazzo con omelette, pancake, crepes, marmellate, torta, te e spremuta. Direi ottima per noi. Ci hanno accolto con un buon te alla menta e ci hanno subito aiutato organizzando un giro della città con guida di mezza giornata. Ultima cosa, la posizione. Lo abbiamo scelto per la vicinanza alla piazza Jamaa el Fna, anche in questo caso direi promosso.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Riad Mama. En plein coeur de Marrakech, à seulement quelques pas de la place principale, le riad est très propre, bien décoré avec des details berbères, et compte aussi avec une terrasse toujours ouverte d'où on peut admirer les vues, avec la Koutoubia au fond. Le pétit-déjeuner en terrasse est très bon et complet. Mais j'aimerais laisser quelques mots pour Mohammed et Yusu (je ne sais pas écrire son prénom, désolé). Les deux sont de très bonnes personnes, toujours souriants et soucieux de rendre le meilleur service possible. En définitif, je vous recommande vivement le Riad Mama ! Cons: Everything. There were no place to sit on the lower level where we enter. Food on the terrace was a disaster since it was bitterly cold doing the well we visited. They don’t have an alternative arrangement🙁. We had a train to catch at 9 am for which we needed to leave at 8:30AM. Breakfast was late and when we requested the staff man to hurry a bit, he told me that me that “I am not a machine!”. Rooms are tiny . Only one person can move while the other might have to wait. Bathroom: Tiny and a biggest disappointment and a disaster. Water pressure was not there: we had a few drops off hot water. The bathroom vanity did not close hence using the sink carefully without spilling water on the floor was not possible

Si bien es artificial, ya que las habitaciones en un Riad en general no tienen ventanas que den al exterior, y si tienen son muy pequeñas, se logra una sensación de claridad dentro de la pieza Mi habitación estaba cómoda, con el espacio adecuado para dos personas y closet que se ilumina automáticamente cuando abres la puerta El personal muy amable, siempre preocupados por nuestra estancia El desayuno lo sirven en la terraza que tiene linda vista a la ciudad, el que es individual y servido por el personal. Todo lo que sirven lo hacen en el momento. Muy buena ubicación

Ens vàrem allotjar en una habitació triple, el llit de matrimoni era molt confortable, però el llit individual no, es tractava d'un sofà llit que resultava molt incòmode per dormir. No vàrem poder pagar amb targeta de crèdit, caldria informar als clients amb antelació.

We just loved the riad! Its location is great, as it is right next to Jemaa el-Fnaa. Upon arrival, they helped us arrange a transfer. Due to the riad being in the Medina, the transfer had to drop us off a bit further away where the receptionist waited for us, so we could easily find the property. They greeted us with some tea on the rooftop, from where we could see the town in its night glory. The room was spacious enough for the 3 of us, the bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean. They also cleaned our room every day. We experienced the true moroccan hospitality multiple occasions: starting with the hearty breakfast, through the recommendations as well as arranging late a late checkout for us when one of us had stomach issues.
Cons: There wasn’t really anything we disliked about the property. There were just two local aspects we weren’t aware of beforehand: – In most of the town, toilet paper should not be flushed – Traditional houses typically do not have heating The riad handled both of these very well. Our room had an AC unit that provided heating, and the staff collected the bathroom paper waste daily.

The staff was very welcoming, they reiterated that it was meant to feel like our home and it truly did. The rooms were pristine, and the rooftop for breakfast was beautiful. Other riads we have stayed in only provided the traditional breads and jams at breakfast, but here we were also given an egg dish, pancakes, and fresh fruit in addition. The location was optimal as well- right next to the main square but off a smaller alley so it was very quiet at night. Only a 2 minute walk from the meeting spot for most early morning excursions also.

Cons: No creo que sea un RiAD familiar como otros en los que hemos estado, parece más bien un hostal ya que no te recibe ninguna familia. NO HAY SPA como informa la página web y la piscina interior es un pequeño estanque en recepción que no creo que se use. La presión del agua de ducha en la planta segunda es claramente insuficiente. Las habitaciones pequeñas algunas sin ventanas o con muy pequeñas ventanas. El desayuno en la azotea no es agradable en invierno cuando llueva y hace frío. Las habitación muy ruidosa oyéndose continuamente las conversaciones y sonidos de las habitaciones cercanas por lo que tu descanso depende de la educación de los vecinos ( muy escasa en los 4 días que estuvimos). Resumiendo, solo volvería por la ubicación que es fabulosa y si los precios fueran más ajustados a lo que ofrecen ( en enero de 2026 pagamos 175 euros la noche)

The two most fantastic things about this property are the staff and the location. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating. They organised return transfers from the airport, provided us with advice on expected prices of things within the medina, and were generally outstanding. The location is steps from the main square yet managed to remain quiet for sleeping.
Cons: The rooms were quite small (we were in the deluxe), with little space to walk around the bed and a very small bathroom. If we’d paid a lower rate, this may not have been such an issue but we paid a lot for this stay. It was New Year week so I realise prices may be higher. There also isn’t a spacious courtyard to sit in, which we’d expected from a Riad. So we were fairly confined to the small bedrooms when we were in the property. Having gone with children, we returned to our rooms for frequent breaks from the chaotic medina so this feeling of lack of space wasn’t ideal. However, the location is just so convenient.

Un immense merci à Nour, la responsable, pour son accueil chaleureux, à Dounia pour la cuisine délicieuse et le soin apporté aux chambres, et à Ayoub pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Riad familial, récemment rénové, avec une magnifique terrasse sur le toit. On s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi, grâce à un service personnalisé et une ambiance authentique. Je recommande vivement. Cons: the room doors did not close properly and made noises when we were closing them. And the only window was in the bathroom which opens towards the inside of riad. so for the air circulation we had to let the bathroom window open while sleeping.. also there were small blood stains on two bed sheets.

The location was very good, just a short walk to the medina but far enough away that you didn't hear all of the noise. The breakfast was a very nice start to the day, pastries and coffee/tea. The mint tea was delicious, and the view from the rooftop eating area was beautiful. Breakfast was always served with a smile.
Cons: It was a little noisy at night from the alleyway below. Motorbikes and people talking could be heard if you have your bathroom window open.

Todo, es un lugar excepcional, sus empleados son un encanto, conocen varios idiomas lo que hace muy fácil la estancia y la comprensión en general. Son gente hospitalaria y muy simpática con la que da gusto estar. El Riad es moderno y prácticamente nuevo, sin dejar atrás la magia de una estancia árabe tradicional. El desayuno una maravilla, para mi de lo mejor del día. Con respecto a la ubicación también muy cercano a restaurantes excepcionales y a la plaza principal de Marrakech … en general 10/10. Volveré.

Het is een prachtige riad met gezellige kamers en een geweldig dakterras. Van het zwembad(je) hebben wij geen gebruik gemaakt. Het ontbijt was vers en voldoende. Het personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam en stond altijd voor ons klaar. Wij hebben 5 nachten doorgebracht in Riad Mama en het was voortreffelijk!!!

Es un Riad súper cuidado y muy bonito. Las habitaciones están genial, con camas muy cómodas y aire acondicionado. El desayuno bastante bien, y cada día varió un poco. Esta al lado de la plaza, cosa que se agradece. Todo el personal es muy amable, nos sentimos genial. Se nos rompió la ducha y nos la arreglaron :)

The position Is awesome 1 Min walk from cafe de France in the main famous square ,where you have all pick ups, but at the same time it's in a quiet small alley . The staff is so kind and helpful and smiling . The bed super comfortable. The hall is a piece of heaven and quiet . Rooftop terrace for breakfast . Fragrant smell of orange oil everywhere. I stayed here twice and I couldn't recommend it more! Moreover they can organise transfers from and to the airport not to get lost . They can also organise transfers to Fes ,private ones, which is a must see city . You can also ask them for guided tours, and maybe transfers to Rabat ( another must see city) and the desert? Just ask . Thank you guys .

De dag van vertrek moesten we zeer vroeg vertrekken waardoor de uren van ontbijt niet uitkwamen. Hierdoor hadden ze voor ons in de ochtend op het uur dat we vertrokken een ontbijt klaargemaakt dat we konden meenemen. Ideaal dus!

Todo de maravilla desde el principio. Contratamos el servicio de recogida desde el aeropuerto y cuando llegamos cerca del Riad nos vinieron a recoger para no tener que buscarlo. El Riad está situado cerquísima de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna pero hay que aclarar que no es nada ruidoso. El personal del Riad super amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier duda. Said un encanto de chico pero todos muy bien. Las habitaciones y el baño muy completos, limpios y hasta con secador. Tiene una pequeñas piscina que te da la vida cuando llegar acalorado de hacer visitas. Agua fresquita y luego cuenta con una terraza donde sirven el desayuno ( por cierto de 10, excelente) y donde por las noches puedes estar tranquilo tomando algo o simplemente descansando. En definitiva, totalmente recomendable y lo guardo en favoritos para nuestra próxima visita a Marrakech.
Cons: Por poner un pequeñísimo pero diría que el baño es justo. Para una persona perfecto pero si entran dos no.

Le Riad est très bien situé à côté de la place Jeema El Fna, tout en étant dans une ruelle calme. l’accueil du personnel est chaleureux et tout le monde est aux petits soins que ce soit pour des conseils de visite, pour préparer un petit déjeuner à emporter si votre avion décolle tôt le matin ou gérer les transferts de l’aéroport. Se nos retrasó el vuelo y entramos mas tarde de lo debido para el check in y no hubo problema y además, el último día ibamos de excursión al desierto y como nos ibamos antes de la hora del desayuno se molestaron en levantarse y prepararnos todo para llevar y desayunar en el bus. También se ofrecieron a guardarnos las maletas sin coste mientras ibamos al desierto. Muy muy buena opción.

I truly had a wonderful stay at Riad Mama. It was so close to all of the action within the Medina yet very quiet and tranquil on the inside of the Riad. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. They gave us tips and tricks for navigating and negotiating in the nearby souks. The rooftop was nicely decorated and served as a nice hangout spot after a long day of exploring the streets of Marrakesh. I even decided to stay here for one more day and luckily they had a room available. I 100% would stay here again.
Cons: I didn't have any cons but my partner did not find the bed to be that comfortable. They provided us with a mattress pad and he slept like a baby for the remainder of our stay.

Die Lage war super. Das Zimmer war im marrokanischen Stil eingerichtet. Abdel hat uns sehr liebevoll begrüsst und sich für uns Zeit genommen.
Cons: Eigentlich war alles bis zu unserem Abreisemoment super. Klar, im Zimmer herrschte immer ein leichter Käsegeschmack, aber mal davon abgesehen, waren wir rundum zufrieden. Beim Auschecken hat es dann aber dieser junge Mann, der war neu an diesem Morgen, klar übertrieben. Wir mussten total übertriebene Touristenabgaben leisten sowie eine überteuerte Taxifahrt zum Flughafen in Anspruch nehmen. Und klar, habe ich ihn darauf angesprochen, aber was will man denn schlussendlich machen. Schade für das Riad, denn so werden wir beim nächsten Aufenthalt nicht mehr dieses Hotel wählen und halt auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Iako smo prvi put posjetili Marakeš i prvi put koristili takav neobičan tip smještaja, svidjelo nam se gostoprimstvo, uređenost i neobičan slatki doručak. Doručak se služi na krovu objekta i ujutro bude jako mirno i ugodno. Jako nam se svidio stil gradnje u kojem dominira drvo. Lokacija je idealna za bilo kakve aktivnosti, svega nekoliko minuta hoda od glavnog trga a u neposrednoj blizini ima jako puno malih trgovina i restorana.
Cons: Loša zvučna izolacija u sobi, WC je mali i nepraktičan. U objektu ima nekakav bazen ali to je zapravo minijaturno i nalazi se odmah pored stola recepcije, pa nismo uopće koristili. Kanalizacijski sustav je u nekom problemu, u WC stoji obavijest da se toaletni papir ne baca u školjku nego u plastičnu vrećicu, što je nehigijenski i zapravo neprihvatljivo. Soba nema nikakvog prozora, pa stvara osjećaj tjeskobe. Dodatni sadržaji (izleti) su puno skuplji od drugih ponuda i agencija.

La colazione è molto abbondante e varia con differenti tipologie di carboidrati, dal semplice pane locale a fette di torta (ogni giorno differente), marmellate/miele/amlou. La camera era molto spaziosa, pulita, aerata e con possibilità di aria condizionata, il bagno è spazioso! Tutto lo staff è SEMPRE a disposizione! Per me questa struttura è una certezza per visitare Marrakech!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Riad per tre giorni, tutto speciale a partire dalla posizione, a due passi dalla piazza principale e vicino a qualunque attrazione turistica. La struttura compresa la stanza era pulita ed in una piccola via tranquilla facile da raggiungere. La colazione al mattino buonissima ed abbondante, servita al tavolo sul terrazzo che rendeva tutto speciale. Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Abdel che gestisce la struttura che dal primo momento è stato disponibile con noi, illustrandoci come muoverci per la città e rendendosi disponibile in caso di qualsiasi necessità ed anche ad Hassan che è sempre stato disponibile con noi, preparandoci anche la colazione alle 5 del mattino prima di andare in aereoporto per il ritorno. Soggiorno fantastico, sicuramente sceglierò loro quando ritornerò a Marrakesh.

The best thing about this place has to be the staff, so helpful and kind! The riad is very beautiful and in a very central location. Really nice view from the rooftop.

The riad is quite small, and the room is quite small as well. I was very disappointed by the fact that the room doesn't have a glass window but only a wood table to close it: insects, birds and dirt from the road can just fly in (when we enter the room the window was also open). Materass is incredibly hard and not confortable at all. Sound isolation non existent both from the street sounds and from other rooms. Bathroom is very small and shower not working properly (very low pressure and hot water going on/off all the time). The guy that did our check-in seemed professional but we had a not great experience at check-out with another host: I sent him the boarding passes to be printed at 9.30pm and I was assured they have been printed and ready to collect for the next morning. In reality they were not and we had to wait 20 minutes to get those printed in the morning because the guy could not access the hotel email, creating a very unpleasent situation. Very unprofessional. Lucklily we only stayed for a night. Good location though: close to the main square.

We zijn een midweek in Marrakech. Vanaf het vliegveld worden we met de taxi opgehaald en naar het grote plein gebracht. Hier wacht gastheer Abdel ons op en neemt ons mee naar de Riad. Nog geen 5 minuten lopen. Een prachtig gebouw. Ontvangst met thee en wat lekkers. Abdel legt ons het een en ander uit over de stad. Daarna liet hij ons de kamer zien. Mooie en schone kamer. De foto's zijn zoals de kamer is. Het is ontbijt is goed en voldoende. Elke dag verse jus d'orange. Marokkaanse thee of koffie. Verschillende broodjes, pannenkoekjes en andere lekker dingen. Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd door Osama op het dakterras. Het dakterras is na een dagje heerlijk om te vertoeven. Zon en schaduwplekken en een oase van rust. Zowel Abdel als Osama zijn goede gastheren. Ze staan altijd voor je klaar. Riad Mama is zeker een aanrader om te verblijven in Marrakech.

Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon 💰, surtout compte tenu de la situation géographique idéale, à seulement 2 minutes de la place Jemaa el-Fna. Cons: Franchement, il n’y a rien de négatif à signaler. Tout était parfait, de l’accueil au confort en passant par la propreté et la qualité du service. Si nous devions vraiment chercher un petit détail à améliorer, ce serait peut-être le confort des petits matins d'hiver. Nous y sommes allés en mars, et même à Marrakech, les matinées peuvent être un peu fraîches. L’ajout d'un chauffage gaz extérieur sur la terrasse aurait été le bienvenu pour profiter pleinement du petit-déjeuner dans une ambiance chaude agréable. Cela dit, dès que le soleil pointe le bout de son nez, il n'y a plus aucun problème ! ☀️😉

Cons: Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait que ce riad renseigne avoir un parking et en définitive celui-ci est inexistant. Nous avions choisi ce riad pour cela et nous avons été un peu déçu de ne pas pouvoir en bénéficier. Dans un pays où la gastronomie est vraiment partout de grande qualité, nous avons été déçu du petit déjeuner fait de pancakes et de jus d'orange en tétrapack ... J'ai trouvé ce riad bruyant mais je pense que le calme à Marrakech est difficilement accessible.

The room is very small, almost hard to move around, there was no door between the bathroom and the bed, so whatever happens to the bathroom the other hear it at the bed, so no privacy. Great location close to the main plaza situated on a side street (not accessible by car) so it was quiet. Abdel was very friendly and welcoming. He shared advice on where to go and what to see etc. He was friendly and happy to help. Breakfast is served on the terrace with breads, yoghurts and jams alongside tea or coffee and orange juice. Bit chilly in February but nice to be on the terrace.
Cons: Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The shower had poor water pressure. Nice wardrobe space, but no coat hangers. One day we came back late to see our room had not been cleaned, when asked about it the next day we were told that the woman didn’t turn up to work so no one was going to clean etc.

Riad Mama is very welcoming, a charming and quite spot to use as a base to explore the city. It is situated just a few steps from the main plaza but is still quite. The breakfasts on the terrace are phenomenal, and change day by day. Only a bit chilly in February. The staff is also great.

ho soggiornato per una settimana in questo riad con il mio fidanzato. è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa, la struttura è davvero bella e curata in ogni dettaglio. le camere non sono tante, quindi tutto il giorno c’è pace e silenzio. la posizione è perfetta, vicina ad ogni punto di interesse, a ristoranti e negozi. la colazione viene fatta in una terrazza stupenda, è abbondate, buona e varia ogni mattina. il personale era super cordiale, disponibile e sempre presente. in particolare ringraziamo e salutiamo Abdel, che ha risolto ogni nostro problema e ha assecondato ogni richiesta <3.

Cons: Description mensongère Il est écrit Chambre de 24m2 - en réalité elle faisait 14m2. Donc pas confortable pour 2 personnes. C’est un très petit Riad, les espaces sont petits, donc pas très agréable pour se poser quand on est fatigué de sa journée. La réception est toute petite , le toit terrasse est jolie, on vous y sert le petit déjeuner mais il fait froid le matin au mois de février, il faut bien se couvrir. Et surtout aucun échange possible avec l’établissement avant notre arrivée. Je souhaitais notamment vérifier la taille de la chambre j’ai essayé d’appeler et j’ai même envoyé un mail mais aucune réponse.

Cons: La vasca idromassaggio era bellissima da vedere, una delusione che non era funzionante, particolarmente in questa stagione fredda. Sarebbe stato bello che ci ricordassero di dovere pagare una tassa di 20OMAD in contanti al check-out, comunque hanno accettato i nostri euro. En la habitación estaría bien un espejo de cuerpo entero y un armario para poder colgar la ropa (hay baldas en la pared y un perchero de pie, pero es menos cómodo). Para conectar al wifi no vale el QR que está en la habitación hace falta la contraseña y, entonces, la conexión es buena

Ce riad est extrêmement bien situé, a seulement quelques rues de la grande place, il ne faut que quelques secondes pour y accéder. L'accueil du personnel est chaleureux, souriant et bienveillant. Nous avons eu de nombreux conseils sur la ville. Le lieu est très propre, que se soit les chambres, sanitaires ou la terrasse. Le petit déjeuner est bien garni avec confiture, pain, spécialité orientale, thé, café.... Nous avons eu la possibilité de réserver un hammam (l'hôte nous a conduit sur le lieu), de manger un tanjia de bœuf et ses légumes un 12h en terrasse ou de réserver une excursion vers la cascade avec un guide privé. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour inoubliable. Je recommande !

Nice, central location. Despite being in the medina (not reachable by car), it was easy to book excursions with pick-up and drop-off around the corner, on or around Jemaa el Fna. Breakfast was very good and generous, and staff was super friendly and helpful.
Cons: Some heaters on the rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served, would have been nice. We were there in January, when it was only around 8-10 °C in the mornings, so it was a bit too chilly for comfort.

Wir waren schon lange nicht mehr in so einem schönen Hotel. Das ganze Team war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Unter anderem einen extra Geburtstagskuchen mit Namen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Auch die Sauberkeit und die Zimmer waren immer einwandfrei hergerichtet. Dafür lief unsere Heizung wunderbar. Auch die Lage ist wunderbar. Wir können das Riad sehr empfehlen!

Frühstück war ok, nicht so gut wie in anderen Riads/Hotels. Hauptproblem war aber, dass es keinen Frühstücksraum im Inneren gibt - nur draußen auf der ungeschützten Dachterrasse möglich. Bei 6 Grad in der Früh etwas unangenehm. Konnten dann zum Glück nach einem Zimmerwechsel im Zimmer frühstücken.
Cons: Zimmergrößen mit Angaben auf Booking.com stimmen nicht überein. Hatte ein 24m2 Zimmer gebucht. Die gibt es in diesem Riad gar nicht. Das erste Zimmer für die erste Nacht war vielleicht 13 m2? Bekamen dann für die nächsten 2 Nächte nach Nachfragen ein größeres Zimmer, war aber sicher nicht 24 m2.

Riad Mama is just beautiful! Very close to the main square and in a safe neighbourhood. The design is modern mixing with traditional elements. We enjoyed our last night in this confortable space. I would definitively come back!
Cons: We would have liked to be offered the traditional Riad breakfast, but we didn't see any tables for that. It is unusual for a Riad to not offer this service. We also would have liked to make use of the beautiful pool, which was too cold. Hopefully in the future there is a way to heat it so guests can also relax in the pool during the cold months :)

Il giorno dopo poiché partivamo prestissimo per escursione nel deserto, ci ha preparato un cestino con la colazione che era inclusa nella camera. Struttura nuova, pulita , profumatissima. La ubicación es muy buena, el Riad en sí es acogedor, es silencioso a pesar de estar muy próximo a la plaza y los desayunos contundentes y variados, y lo mejor de todo, el servicio. Desde la llegada te hacen sentir como en casa. Nordin desde el primer momento, con la sonrisa que le caracteriza, está dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesites, en nuestro caso fue un anfitrión de 10, muy profesional, nos dio facilidades para disfrutar de la estancia en el Riad, y con sus consejos y planificación hizo que nuestro viaje fuera más especial. Sin duda para recomendar, muchas gracias por todo!

Le Riad est très bien situé au cœur de la vieille ville. La décoration est très jolie et les chambres confortables. Le petit déjeuner servi sur le toit-terrasse est très copieux et varié, il change tous les jours permettant de goûter différentes spécialités. Le personnel est très gentil et a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Plus particulièrement, Nordine et Abdel ont été aux petits soins pour nous et ont toujours été de bons conseils, un grand merci !
Cons: Les seuls points négatifs sont le matelas qui est très dur et la douche qui évacue difficilement l’eau.

In bagno c'era un fortissimo odore di scarico dal lavandino che poi si diffondeva nella camera. il materasso era davvero scomodo (2 materassi uniti e vecchi) i cuscini erano vecchissimi e io avevo anche un cuscino senza federa.

Fuimos con mi madre, impecable, serviciales, nos han servido el desayuno antes de la hora porque teníamos el vuelo. Se preocuparon por recomendarnos lugares para comer, cambiar dinero y visitar. Nos acompañaron hasta los coches que les pedimos para trasladarnos al aeropuerto. Muy atentos, todos. El único tema es que hay un problema de agua en la Medina, pero a ellos les excede.

Todo genial, contratamos transfer para llegar al Riad y Nordine nos vino a buscar, una pena porque no supimos que era él y lo ignoremos. El conductor del transfer nos había dado las señales para llegar porque por la noche no podía acceder a la plaza, nos sentimos muy mal al darnos cuenta que si era el encargado del Riad. Por otro lado, las instalaciones genial, la decoración, la ubicación es excelente, huele perfectamente y lo vamos a echar de menos, son siempre muy amables, no hablaban español pero nos comunicábamos bien. Muchas gracias por esta bienvenida a Marrakech !

Foi super prestável, tivemos problemas com o ponto de recolha para uma tour e prontamente se disponibilizou a ajudar-nos e resolveu o problema. Guardou-nos ainda as malas, já com o check out feito durante os 3 dias que estivemos no deserto. Nada a apontar! O Riad é muito limpo, super bem localizado a 3 min da praça principal e o quarto é limpo e acolhedor. Recomendo muito!

Riad Mama is a lovely place to stay. The location is ideal for exploring the old city and the new. As it is on a side street it's generally quiet during the evening. Breakfast on the terrace was delightful and tasty. Staff were helpful with suggestions for dinners and transportation.

Ottimo riad proprio a due passi dalla piazza Jemaa el-Fna. Facile da raggiungere e fuori dal trambusto della piazza nonostante la vicinanza. Buonissima la colazione servita nella bella terrazza. I due ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura sono veramente molto accoglienti, riescono a metterti perfettamente a tuo agio cercando anche in ogni modo di venire incontro alle varie necessità.

L’emplacement est idéal, le Riad est situé en plein cœur de la Place Jamaa El Fna. Restos, souk, taxis, tout est à disposition. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, bravo et merci ! The Riad was located beautifully, just 5 minutes walking to Jemaa el-Fna but in a quiet street. The staff was amazing, Moneim made sure we were comfortable at all times and was very nice. We were received with mint tea and some pastries. Breakfast was great and had a good variety. The riad itself was perfectly decorated and everything looked like in the pictures.
Cons: Our stay was amazing and we really enjoyed it. One thing that wasn’t much to our liking was how firm the mattresses were and the hot water would last for only a few minutes. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Localização 5 estrelas. A 3 minutos da praça Jemaa al fna. Limpeza 5 estrelas. Tudo super limpo! Colchão e almofadas confortáveis. Cama espaçosa. Quarto espaçoso. O duche era super limpo, com chuveiro com a pressão perfeita. O host era super prestável e simpático. Perfeito.

A simpatia do staff e a localização! Embora de madrugada pareça um pouco assustador caminhar até ao riad, ninguém se mete com ninguém e o povo está sempre disposto a ajudar, aliás às 3 da manhã ainda havia imenso movimento na praça principal o que para nós foi um pouco estranho devido à hora. O staff foi mesmo 5 estrelas, tinhamks o voo de regresso a Lisboa às 3 da manhã e deixaram-nos ficar a descansar nos sofás do loudge mesmo depois de termos feito check out às 14, para além de que guardaram as nossas malas ao longo do dia para que não tivessemos de carregar com elas.
Cons: a pressão da água nos choveiros dificultava bastante os banhos, especialmente para quem tem cabelos compridos para lavar e por vezes o cheiro a canos que vinha dos esgotos era um pouco incomodativo. De resto estava tudo ok tendo em conta que era Marraquexe

L'accueil, le petit déjeuner sur une terrasse surplombant l'océan et offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur la Medina. Riad typique et parfaitement entretenu. Une chambre spacieuse avec beaucoup de cachet. Un emplacement au coeur de la Médina à proximité de la plage.

Prachtige locatie midden in de Medina. Riad is onlangs pas geopend dus alles is nieuw. Lekker ontbijt. Mounaim en zijn collega's hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen. Aanrader!

Relatively new, 5 months old (Sept 2024). Right inside the old town, walking distance to Jemma El-Fna and other tourist attractions. Staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was superb !
Cons: Walls were thin, not sound proof at all as advertised. Shower was abit small and dark. Toilet cannot flush down toilet paper, which was quite inconvenient. Linens quality could be improved.

Riad MAMA está idealmente localizado, a 1 minuto da praça principal. Novo, muito bonito, com decoração magnífica e sempre com um perfume agradável. O Jamal e o Modnaim são muito acolhedores, simpáticos e muito prestáveis. O pequeno almoço era incrível, todas as manhãs tínhamos algo novo para provar. Experiência incrível a repetir!

Cons: The wifi was a bit spotty at times, and cellular data didn’t work a lot of the times. Also my room was quite small and didn’t have windows, so be mindful of that when booking

Il personale , in particolare ha jamal che ci ha seguiti per più giorni, è stato accogliente, disponibile ad ogni richiesta , ci ha organizzato le escursioni i trasferimenti , dato indicazioni utilissime ( sulla sim telefonica , sul cambio della moneta, stampati i biglietti aerei del ritorno ecc) ; la struttura pulita accogliente, camera enorme , la posizione ottima, in centro, si raggiunge a piedi qualsiasi attrazione, la colazione ottima , varia, ogni giorno diversa e abbondantissima , lo consiglio vivamente

The hosts were so helpful and gave great tips on how to navigate the souks and the square. The room was beautiful and very quiet. Breakfast was amazing - so many dishes from eggs to bread to sweet pastries to fruit salad with unlimited coffee. Can not say anything negative

Riad Mama is in a fantastic location, just a 2-minute walk from the main square. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The service was exceptional, and the hosts were always available to assist us. They even exchanged phone numbers with us in case we needed any help during our stay. They helped us organise a private transport from Essaouira to Marrakesh. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh, they can also arrange private driver. Also they could help to arrange tours, including a trip to Aït Benhaddou with an English-speaking private driver. The accommodation was excellent, our room was clean, spacious, and uniquely featured windows overlooking the street outside, a rarity in other riads we've stayed at. We also enjoyed a delightful breakfast on the rooftop, which was included in our stay.
Cons: Although the mattress in the room was a bit firm, which left my back slightly sore, it wasn’t a significant issue and didn’t detract from our overall experience.

Waar moet ik beginnen... Bij onze aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Jamal. Hij heeft ons gedurende de gehele verblijf op onze wenken bediend. Mijn vrouw was verzot op de heerlijke geur die in het hotel aanwezig was. Jamal heeft noch kosten noch moeite bespaard om voor haar de geurolie te bezorgen. Het ontbijt was overheerlijk. De locatie was perfect. Jama3 Fna is letterlijk achter de hoek. De rust die we daar hebben ervaren was onbetaalbaar. Marrakech wordt nu automatisch geassocieerd met Riad Mama! Het moest me overkomen dat ik door een zonnesteek ernstig ziek was geworden tijdens mijn verblijf in Riad Mama. Sadiq de eigenaar (en dokter) heeft alles uit de kast gehaald om ervoor te zorgen dat ik snel terug op de been was. Hiervoor wil ik hem nogmaals 1000x bedanken. Het personeel was super behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We hebben echt de tijd van ons leven gehad. Riad Mama is een echte aanrader! TOP TOP TOP!
