Un séjour parfait ! Le riad est sublime, encore plus beau que sur les photos – décor magnifique, ambiance chaleureuse et calme absolu. Les chambres sont très propres, impeccables du début à la fin. Le staff est aux petits soins, toujours disponible, souriant et vraiment sympathique. Et que dire du petit-déjeuner : copieux, varié, délicieux chaque matin ! Cons: We booked a family room for four of us which includes my mother, who has knee problems following knee surgery. This was clearly mentioned both at the time of booking and again on arrival. When we entered the family room, the smell was absolutely unbearable — strong sewage and feces odor. We immediately informed the manager. He moved us upstairs into two separate rooms for two days, which was not by our choice but because the original room was uninhabitable. After two days, he moved us back downstairs into another room, fully aware that my mother cannot climb stairs. Shockingly, this room had the bedroom downstairs and the toilet upstairs, making it extremely difficult and unsafe for her. When we raised this issue, the manager insisted we return to the original family room, saying, “You paid for a family room, so you are occupying two rooms.” This was completely unreasonable, as we never asked for two rooms — we didnt occupy the two separate rooms by choice, but due to their lack of providing us with a better room. We were told the issue would be repaired, but throughout our entire stay, nothing was fixed. Despite repeated complaints, we were made to endure this disgusting smell. To make matters worse, on the last day, I asked the manager to settle the account. He calculated the total and told me the amount, which I paid in full by card. There were no ATMs or currency exchange offices accepting NZ dollars, so we paid what the hotel requested by card. While we were on the way to the airport, the hotel driver received a call from the manager saying he had calculated the bill incorrectly and that we had paid less. We were then made to run around under time pressure to give him additional money — which we did — despite this being entirely his mistake. This experience was stressful, unhygienic, and completely unprofessional. The lack of cleanliness, disregard for a guest with mobility issues, and poor management make this hotel unacceptable.

The Riad Andallaspa is beautiful and very clean. The staff are courteous and caring, nothing was too much trouble. The seating areas are comfortable and sumptuous. Our bedroom had an elegant en suite with shower and a toilet with a Muslim shower/bidet. It had a hairdryer, some toiletries and quality towels. Beds were comfortable with high quality cotton bed linen. There was air conditioning. We were able to leave our cases there on our last day after checking out because we had an evening flight.

Cons: The restaurant is on the roof which meant a bit of exercise up two flights of stairs each day. It was definitely good for me but should be borne in mind for anyone with mobility issues. The roof area is attractive and apart from the dining area also offers a quiet place to sit or sunbathe. The Hammam and massage rooms are also on the roof.

A hidden gem a 9 minute walk from the main square and the mayhem that is Marrakesh. The rooms are quirky, which adds to the appeal. If you want a 5 star hotel with Olympic swimming pool and TV then, this isn't for you. If you are looking for the authentic Marrakesh, then you won't be disappointed. The room we had was literally at the top of the building next to the roof terrace, and it was brilliant. I thought it was going to be noisey, but I couldn't be more wrong. Truly spectacular for our first visit to Marrakech, so pleased we stayed here.

Cons: The early morning call to prayer. Literally the speaker is on the next building, it wakes you up at 5.30 and then around 6.40. Problem is you'll not escape it anywhere, but possibly not as loud everywhere as it was here. That said, it wouldn't stop me staying here.

We stayed at Riad Andallaspa for 3 nights + 1 night and it was the greatest hotel/riad i ever stayed. Their hospitality was great, i loved the room decoration, and the location was fantastic. All the staff were SUPER nice and sweet. They offered advice on where to visit, how to book trains, and they even kept our luggages while we were off to the desert trip and Fes. The Riad is in a great location, only 10/15 minute walk to the main square and most of the other main attractions in the Medina. The staff were also really friendly and always happy to help with any questions or with booking any trips etc. We also booked a couples Hammam and massage and this was a great experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Riad Andalspa in Marrakesh. The hotel was impeccably clean, and my room was spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Upon arrival, they provided a detailed Marrakesh map and explained everything I needed to know, from the best places to exchange money to excellent restaurant recommendations. I also appreciated their attentiveness to small details—when I realized I didn’t have an adapter for my UK charger, they promptly provided one. This level of care truly made a difference in my experience. Overall, I highly recommend Riad Andalspa for anyone visiting Marrakesh. Beautifully well decorated riad tucked in a quiet alley 7 min walk to Jemaa el-Fna square. The interiors are well maintained and the rooms are comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast is served on the rooftop and it's abundant and fresh (a selection of breads, patisseries, crepes, orange juice, coffee, yogurt and fruits). The staff is attentive, kind and very accommodating. Kudos specially to Said (who never sleeps) and Younes Who made our stay even more epic and relaxing by taking the time to explain throughtoutly how to better navigate Marrakech by foot and by taxi

Staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped us to plot out and navigate the many sites. Our bags and parking were taken care of (which can often be challenging in the old cities). The riad is aesthetically beautiful and was a unique experience for us.

The property was very clean, the meal on the rooftop was exceptional and the staff was great. They arranged transport from the airport and as they were down an alley the car could not get to they walked to meet us and lead us to the hotel. We were allowed to relax in the lobby with some mint tea (very good) and then given a full tour of the property while our bags were taken to our room. Located a very close walk to the market, the side streets (alleys) leading to it are full of vendors and shops of all kind. Use caution with the motorcycles cutting through around you.

I have stayed in Marrakesh multiple times at the Radisson, Sofitel and Novotel for Conferences but wanted to take the wife to experience a real Riad. Kristophe (the owner) has created an unbelievable experience with an outstanding staff.

The staff is very considerate and helpful. The room could use a bit better lighting and my wife thought the bed was a bit to firm. We ate supper on the terrace one night and it was very good and very reasonably priced. The included breakfast is superb, actually over the top since no-one could possibly eat everything that is served.

Cons: See above. Plus, although we didn't, some might find the necessary walking a bit concerning. The streets can be quite congested with people, donkey carts and bikes of all sorts (regular bicycles as well as motorized).

The staff was excellent. It's a pity i don't remember everyone's names. Abdullah took care of all our last minute requests and needs during our stay. Whether it was ordering dinner for us online or even getting train tickets from the station (thank you Abduraheem for both!) since there was a glitch with our booking online, we felt completely spoilt. Even our gluten-free request for our meal was upheld for breakfast. I also liked their support services in terms of the quality of guides (Hassan was incredible) and private transfer.

Cons: cant think of anything. We wanted to get the flexibility since we had two senior citizens with us and this riad made sure they made our stay comfortable.

Make sure you book your dinner with them. Cooking class was fun. The massage and hammam experience was great. It's conveniently located close enough to everything and also the parking. Their terrace is great. Breakfast is amazing.

The staff were fantastic and couldn’t have done more to make our stay comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner there twice and the food was first rate, they swapped the menu around for us so that we had different meals each night - it was great. I also had a Hammam spa with them and it was so luxurious and relaxing. If I am lucky enough to come back to Marrakech I will definitely stay at the Riad Andallaspa again.

The staff went above and beyond, getting a variety of gluten free pastries for me for breakfast each day, and sitting down to chat with us and answer all our questions. It was beautiful. The decor was beautiful. many spaces to relax and talk. The bathroom was nice size, and the sleeping area was comfy. The staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so pleasant, accommodating and helpful. The first night we had dinner we were served a traditional Moroccan meal and there was so much food. Riad Andallaspa is in a perfect location to so many of the major sites, Musee De Marrakech, the Square, the Secret Jardin. We walked everywhere and were always greeted with a warm welcome upon our return.

everything. the location was great, walking distance to almost everything in Marrakech. The rooms were clean and comfortable and has everything you need. the place itself is beautiful, lots of areas to chill after a long day. breakfast was goood and portions were huge. their chicken tajine was yummy too. and last but definitely not the least, the staff were all exceptional, friendly and you will feel very well looked after.

Cons: just a very minor issue- the wifi sometimes is slow which I think is the same everywhere in Marrakech so wasn't really a problem for us

Where to start? Everything was fantastic for the price range. The location was perfect for us to explore the souks and experience the Jemaa el-Fnaa square (a 10-minute walk through quaint streets full of life). The family suite we reserved as well appointed, with enough space of us and our 2 teenage girls, and the decor was so nice. As an added bonus, we were pleasantly surprised to have 2 full baths! The staff was so helpful and friendly (above and beyond). I was texting them with questions about food, stuff to buy, etc. when we were out exploring and getting immediate responses. Never experienced this level of attention even with concierges at 5-star+ resorts. The breakfast area (entire top floor) was lovely and the breakfast itself was fresh, hearty, and served with smiles all around. If you need to get around locally, the staff will organize a tok-tok (3-wheeler), as that is much easier to get around the narrow streets than a car. If fit the 4 of us easily and the driver was extremely nice as well. Also, compliments to the owners - you can tell that they are into what they are doing, have a great rapport with the staff, and genuinely care about the guests and staff, all of which is reflected in the quality of the establishment and the level of service. Please note, that this is not a high-end resort that is so homogenized that behind the walls you could be anywhere in the world - this is a vibrant, colorful, well-run, clean, safe, local establishment. Highly recommended.

The staff are top notch- so kind and a great help. I highly recommend this raid based on the staff alone! They went above and beyond, and set up a tv for everyone to watch the World Cup. They also had gluten free options for me at breakfast, which I really appreciated.

Cons: The only small thing is that noise does travel easily between the central “courtyards” in the hotel and the rooms. The walls are thin and you can hear others moving about and in the next room. However most folks staying here are very respectful so it was not an issue during our stay.

One of our best riad experience in Morocco. Central location and walking distance to Jemaa el-Fna. When we first arrived, the hotel staff gave us some good tips about the city Marrakech, which has improved our overall experience in Morocco. Breakfast was excellent and we really like our room (Firdaous) - spacious, cozy and clean. I would definitely recommend Riad Andallaspa if you want to have a memorable holiday in Marrakech.

Helped with stroller when we came and went, and were always available to help. Their airport transfer picked us up and dropped us off in the same street, which can’t be said for other companies.

Cons: We had weak wifi in Jawahra, and the bed was super stiff, but they put a soft topper to make it more comfortable, and it was fine after that! The biggest con is that they completely undersell themselves with their advertising photography <3

We have never experienced such kindness and hospitality in any hotel before. The whole team went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay and feel safe - from walking us from the hotel to our tour meet point, to printing off our boarding passes for us and giving us their whatsapp number in case we needed picking up or anything. They told us to treat the hotel like our home, which made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. We were welcomed with mint tea, moroccan biscuits and a detailed map of where to go and what not to eat! The hotel itself is beautiful - the photos online do not do it justice. The terrace where we ate breakfast and dinner is tranquil and serene, you would never know you were in the heart of Marrakesh. It is a 10 minute walk to the markets, souk and the main square, perfectly located for our stay. They offer brilliant excursions - we went to the Atlas mountains with a private driver who stopped along the way for us to take photos and found us a local tour guide once we got there. If we came back to marrakesh we would not stay anywhere else and we have already recommended it to friends and family. We cannot speak more highly of this hotel.

Riad Andallaspa is a beautiful riad that is relatively close (walking distance) to the main square. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. I'm glad we stayed there.

Cons: My wife and I had a nice junior suite (named Firdaous) on the roof. Our adult son and daughter shared a room with two single beds on the first level (named Farah). Although the Farah room is considered "superior", it was too small for two adults. The room was well-appointed, so it's only the size that was an issue. It was also a bit dark as there were no windows to the outside, only windows to the central courtyard/atrium. That's typical for rooms on lower levels of riads for rooms, so this is not a complaint, just something to be aware of.

i hardly wrote reviews but I had to on this occasion. I chose this particular facility because of all the amazing reviews regarding the staff service and not to mention the beautiful decor of the hotel, and honestly it surpassed my imagination. Every single staff that worked at the hotel were all exceptional. From AbdulRahim, Abdullai,Abdul-Illah, Saheed,Yunus and all of the rest of the workers were so wonderful. They all tended to your needs, provided us great places to visit as first time in Morocco, assisted in going to the shops to help us purchase items that we require. I also need to mention the breakfast which was so beautifully presented and tasted amazing not to talk of how everything is literally natural and healthy. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Definitely stay here! You will not regret it. On our first night, Said welcomed us to the Riad. He said that to think of the Riad as our home. I just thought it was something they said, but truly, you do feel like you are at home. Everyone that works there genuinely enjoys being there and you feel so well taken care of. The breakfast is HUGE and we had to ask them not to bring out some of the items because we couldn't finish all the food. The Riad is very clean and comfortable and close to everything that is happening within the city center. If you want to go to any restaurants or do day trips, the Riad will happily arrange for a driver and/or make a reservation for you. There's also a hammam within the spa tha tmy friend experienced and she said she really enjoyed the privacy and comfort of having a hammam there. It truly is such a great experience staying at the Riad Andalla Spa, don't miss out!

Magnificent breakfasts, powerful A/C, spotlessly clean, plunge pool, kind and attentive staff that made us feel welcome and cared for, our room was quiet and amenities were in great condition, the rooftop area was charming, everything was great. We traveled with a 10-year old child and we felt that the riad was incredibly safe, the neighborhood location was also close enough to walk most places in the medina. We were picked up and returned to the airport through the riad seamlessly. We also enjoyed a feast at the riad on our first night that was a great introduction to Moroccan food. We will be back.
