Struttura curata ed arredata con buongusto e passione. Design, minimalismo e materiali scelti con attenzione. La proprietà è estremamente disponibile ed organizzata ed ogni cosa ha un sapore speciale, ogni servizio od informazione dimostra attenzione per l'ospite, che si sente davvero in vacanza. Il personale, con una stilosa divisa, sa sempre essere discreto e puntualissimo. Le stanze sono impeccabili, funzionali, con biancheria e prodotti per il bagno di qualità, acqua caldissima e spugne soffici. Consigliatissimi i massaggi, eseguiti con cura in un ambiente dedicato ed accogliente. Il cibo, colazione e cena, accuratamente cucinato in struttura, servito nei tavoli davanti al camino è parte della splendida esperienza che abbiamo fatto.

Idéalement situé proche de la place des Epices,le logement est calme, la literie excellente et très propre et le cadre chic et serein, et il y a un SPA. Le petit déjeuner est copieux ( Merci pour les crêpes à 1000 trous😉) ! Mais surtout, un grand merci a Youssef pour son accueil et ses bonnes adresses, ainsi que les conseils et recommandations de Ismaël, mais aussi leurs sourires et leurs attentions chaleureuses. Ne pas hésiter à suivre leurs recommandations !

Un établissement vraiment incroyable ! Une personne est venue nous chercher directement à l’aéroport et nous a accompagné jusqu’au Numa. Nous avons pu avoir la chambre bien plus tôt que prévu (10h30). Un chambre immense, tres confortable et vraiment calme. Un accueil super chaleureux avec des hôtes toujours aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuné était super aussi. Un vrai plus pour notre court séjour : la localisation du Numa !! Qui est en plein dans le souk et à 5min de la place Jemaa el fna. Franchement si je dois revenir à Marrakech, je reprendrais le Numa sans hésiter

We really enjoyed our stay at Numa. Despite it being cold and rainy outside during our visit, the riad was warm, dry, and inviting. All the rooms are unique, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The water in the showers was hot, and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful when we needed anything. The fresh breakfast every morning was also delicious. The location is a little walk from the main square but the staff met us and assisted us with finding it the first time, and the location is also really quiet at night, which is nice. We would definitely stay here again!
Cons: I can't really think of anything big. One small thing is that when you return to the riad at night the main door may be locked and you have to ring the bell or knock to be let in. Not a big deal, but the doorbell did wake us one night when other guests returned late.

From the moment we arrived, our Host was very welcoming, hospitable and helpful. He even took the time to write all the recommended places to visit and eat and add a very useful app to get around. We were very appreciative of all his help and taking the time to make our stay so great. The evening Host was also very accommodating when we returned from our day. He made sure the fire was lit to warm us and served tea and treats. He also arranged our ride back to the airport and transported our bags. We're so grateful for these wonderful, friendly hosts that made our stay exceptional.

Tout est parfait dans ce havre de calme au cœur de la médina, magnifiquement décoré. Du premier au dernier jour, le personnel est aux petits soins à tout moment de la journée. Les chambres sont agréables et les lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner copieux et un thé vous est servi dès que vous rentrez. Il est possible de réserver pour vous un hammam, une activité, un transport… Nous avons adoré l’expérience de nous faire bichoner !!

La colazione fantastica I 3 ragazzi dello staff, Ismail, Youssef e Oumar eccezionali, incredibilmente disponibili e sempre presenti. Impagabile anche il servizio transfer da aeroporto, dopo il quale lo staff si fa trovare in piazza per prendere le valigie ed accompagnarvi al Riad. Unico anche il servizio di TOK TOK che vengono a prendervi all'ingresso del Riad per portarvi in qualsiasi posto della città, in modo veloce e divertente oltre che a garantire una maggiore sicurezza Fantastico

The riad was 1000/10 as always. Mauro the owner always makes sure we are well looked after. The staff couldn’t have done anymore for us - so helpful and friendly. This was our second time at Numa and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Marrakech. The location is great right next to place des epices. Breakfasts are beautiful each morning. Views from the rooftop are stunning and the riad is stunningly decorated. Would highly recommend!!

The location is great as it’s right in the medina making main attractions 5-15mins away. Wifi worked great. The room was absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures. The owner and staff were phenomenal. They truly made it an exceptional experience. They gave great recommendations and helped with booking. When they realised we liked tea before bed, every time we came in for the night, they would deliver tea to our room. They even helped arrange flowers for a birthday surprise. Airport transfer was easy to book through the Riad and they have bag storage.

We decided to spend the last few days in Morocco treating ourselves, and with Numa we made a perfect choice. As soon as you are welcomed by the polite staff, you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, from the pastel colors of the riad, to the soft music, together with the stunning light and a very good moroccan tea. Finally we found our little oasis after one week family adventure desert tour. This place is really modern and sophistacted, where every little details matters. Our room was very clean and new and the staff was always very kind and helpful with us. The breakfast is excellent. The boss is really cool and warm hearted person. The riad is located in extremly busy area just in the middle of the Medina although you can always find your peace to get back and relax a bit there. The pool and the rooftop are also superb. The best is yet to come when you can play around with their super friendly turtle. :)

Numa definitely exceeded our expectations in every single way. The room was much nicer than the photos. The aesthetic of the entire place were studied in every single details with great taste. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The Riad was very quiet and right around the corner from all the action in the Medina. The personnel went beyond with service and they were all wonderful. The owner Mauro was a dream. It helped us with everything and I mean everything. Our stay thanks to him was stress free and we were able to have great experiences in more than one way. He also explained how to navigate Marrakech meaning the best places and how to bargain. Needless to say we would love to go back. Thank you Mauro!

Despite being in a lively area, the riad itself is tucked away in a quiet corner, offering a retreat from the city’s vibrant atmosphere. The hotel’s design beautifully blends a mix of Italian and Moroccan architecture, which I really enjoyed. Overall, I highly recommend this riad for a memorable and comfortable stay in Marrakech.
Cons: The backstreets of the vibrant souks can get very quiet, especially at night. On my first day, I felt a bit uneasy as it’s an old part of the city with many tourists, but there were no safety issues at all, that I experienced during my visit. By my third day, I felt completely comfortable. Like any tourist area, it’s good to stay aware, but I never witnessed anything concerning. The only minor downside was that the riad’s doorbell could be heard from the rooms, which might disturb light sleepers. Otherwise, my stay was fantastic. Breakfast was delightful, with savory options like eggs, cream cheese, and sweet treats like honey butter with bread, plus mint tea, black tea, coffee, and fresh orange juice—perfect for starting the day with energy before exploring the beautiful city.

We had a very pleasant stay in Numa Marrakech after returning from a couple of cold nights in the desert. The location of the riad, in the heart of the medina but located in one of the quieter pockets, makes it a real oasis from the hustle and bustle outside. The design of the riad makes the whole place feel like a spa, which is exactly what we needed to help us recover and recuperate after our tour. The riad staff looked after us well during our stay, and breakfast was also very good with a nice continental spread. We enjoyed relaxing in the sunbeds on the rooftop, and loved the pet turtles that live in the courtyard!
Cons: We stayed in one of the Junior Suites at Numa Marrakech, and while the room itself was comfortable and spacious, the shower area is situated on a raised level with a staircase all made of smooth tiles. When this staircase gets wet after a shower, it becomes quite slippery and because of this I had an unfortunate accident - slipping and falling down the stairs after the shower, which a few bad bruises and a cut on my foot. (We notified the riad staff who helpfully had a first aid kit to patch me up.) While I avoided any serious injuries, I would kindly suggest the owners to put in safety measures in the shower area - e.g. a handrail for the staircase, or using rougher, more textured tiles that don't get slippery - to avoid future accidents. I believe this could be particularly dangerous for elderly guests or young children.

Beautiful, calm interior design, with many natural elements perfectly incorporated (real authentic plants, turtles roaming freely). It can be seen that a lot of effort by a professional designer has been put into it. Extremely big and comfy bed! AC in the room. Nice and wide shower, very pleasant toilet part. Included toiletries, even make-up remover with cottpon pads. Compared to other riads where we stayed, this one has incredibly big and bright windows for natural sunlight and air influx. Helpful and friendly staff, helped us a lot with recommendations, local tips, and bringing the luggage to the taxi. We liked everything, and wished we stayed longer. It is a calm oasis in the chaotic heart of Medina.
Cons: I would recommend just a bit more attention to the details - the color of the wall at the intercept with the floor mould is not a straight line, and it gives a feeling of things done in a sloppy way. Breakfast could be improved, as it is currently based mainly on carbs. Give us more eggs, ham, cheese, and avocado that is natively grown there, instead of that much of pancakes, bread, and all the sweet stuff (jams, sweet yoghurt). Westerners would appreciate it much more that way!

The property is a peaceful escape in the middle of the bustling Medina. The decor is beautiful minimal and modern with Moroccan accents. On top of the beautifully decorated common areas and rooms the staff is what makes Numa so special. The host is always available for questions and assisted us with scheduling a transfer from the airport. Omar and Yusef were beyond amazing helping us to find things to do in Marrakech, suggestion on where to find items in the souks, and always there for friendly conversation during breakfast. It also helps that after an amazing breakfast at Numa you can stop nearby for a good lunch at Nomad only a short walk away. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with lovely interior design and love for the detail. All members of staff are extraordinary kind, helpful and friendly and made our stay simply amazing. Everything is very personal and we felt wonderfully taken care of by everyone. We loved this pretty oasis is the buzzling old part of the city, one feels like entering a little paradise when walking through the front door. I would have loved to stay longer and will definitely come back.

Friendly Staff, very helpful! Great room size, and a nice shower area, with an extra toilet area. The breakfast was great and served at the table. The pool is a very nice option to cool down, and the overall design of the place is spectacular!! We would come again!
Cons: Just one thing: The beds are very, very hard. Both of us had back pain after 2 nights, and we woke up often because of it during the night.

The shower pressure is amazing which is very rare in Riads in the Medina. The style of the riad is a perfect blend of modern and traditional. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We met the owner on our way out and he was so kind and welcoming. Loved our stay here.
Cons: The riad is in the Medina so roll on luggage might require a porter to help transport.

Cons: Location is a bit challenging like the entire Medina , but Once you got into the property, feels like another world! The staff always willing to help to walk with you or arrange tuktuk providing easier way of move around Medina - that’s was a great Plus!

Lovely, comfy, clean and very stylish. I loved the property. Definitely one of the best stays I ever have. Unlike many other properties this riad is modern and stylish yet with authentic Moroccan touches. Very clean and neat. I loved the location, just steps away from the loud busy Medina shops, yet absolutely quiet and isolated. A huge thank to all staff! They are just amazing and made 90% of my impression about the property. Thank you for the recommendations, attention and help with luggage and transfers. This made our little Moroccan holiday unforgettable.

Mauro has created a beautiful and tranquil oasis of calm in the midst of the lively medina. The design is very aesthetic and soothing, a stripped-back minimalist and tasteful take on the timeless riad. This is such a beautifully designed Riad. The staff is beyond amazing. My flight arrived so late and they were very accommodating and made sure I settled with food / juice. Then next morning I had an early hiking tour and they got up early to make me such amazing breakfast. Definitely will come back and stay again!

We received a Warm welcome. Very nice service. Always on time and with good altitude. And it is really quite and calm staying on this raid. Although it’s load and not that clean in the nearby market, this raid did create a peaceful place to rest. Actually the best place we enjoy in Morocco. Big thanks for the luggage guy and two day manager’ service.

When you book an accommodation in this price range you have certain expectations. Numa exceeds these expectations. The staff is very helpful and always there for you (regardless of the time). The accommodation is top notch. We had a wonderful room and really enjoyed our stay.

The staff and owner Mauro are absolutely brilliant, they will do anything to make your stay memorable and great. I cannot express with words how amazing this place is! An oasis away from the hustle of the medina which is much needed after walking around in the heat after bargaining for buys. The breakfast is fresh and thoughtful to set you up for the day, the coffee is so good and the food is fresh. All the little things are thought about, tasty snacks when you order drinks and service to match. The little gifts when you check in are a nice touch, we’ve stayed here twice now and will be back again. Thanks to the whole team for another amazing stay, keep doing what you do. X

This riad is perfect. It is in an ideal location in the heart of Marrakech. The interior is absolutely stunning. The breakfast was 10/10 everything you could possibly want. Mauro and the staff were so friendly and went over and above to make sure we had the best possible stay in Marrakech. When we return to Marrakech I will definitely be returning here I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

I liked everything! Beautiful design and decoration, very comfortable and quite even though in the middle of the medina. You can stay there and relax and not hear a thing from the chaos outside. The staff is super friendly, and welcoming and they make you feel part of their family. The owner, Mauro is extremely helpful with any tips you may need for Marrakech. I highly recommend this small intimate gem in the middle of the medina.

I spent a long time checking out booking.com and choosing this beautiful Riad. I am glad that I did. Everything was perfection. If I could give more than 10 I would. I was met on arrival by a driver attended by the Riad which made everything super easy. The mint tea and Moroccan treats on arrival were exquisite. Numa is one minute from the central souks but you cannot hear a sound and I felt safe walking in the alleys at night. The design is Moroccan meets Italian which I loved. The tagines for dinner cooked by Ismail were better then any restaurant I went to in Marrakesh. The ways in which Youssef and Ismail helped me as a solo female traveller negotiate the souks and sights were invaluable. Mauro the owner introduced me to Said to make my dream of buying a carpet in Marrakesh and sending it back to Australia come true. It has beaten me home! I just adored my week at Numa. Thank you Mauro, Ismail and Youssef.

Everything was incredible, super stylish riad, Mauro is a fantastic host, really helpful organising our balloon and hammam experiences he leads a great team with Youssef and Ismail who were both so friendly, bubbly and hospitable. Always offering tea, coffee and fruit whenever you entered or were by the pool. Really attentive and proactive to ensure your every need or want was met. Breakfast was generous. Ismail even helped us buy a carpet for a good price! The cleaning staff did a perfect job and we're always on hand - I mean, they even iron the bedsheets to make sure there is not one single crease, true perfection! Mauro was kind enough to upgrade us to the suite as this was our honeymoon - again so kind and thoughtful! Definitely a happy team of staff that really made our marrakesh experience so memorable. Thank you Youssef, Ismail and Mauro!
