Bellissimo Riad a pochi minuti dalla piazza principale e dalle vie principali della Medina, ma resta in una viuzza tranquilla e silenziosa. Camere pulite e belle e la struttura è caratteristica. Colazione buona, e staff gentilissimo!

The riyad was even more beautiful than on the pictures, very clean and peaceful. There is a lot of communal space where you can just chill whenever you like, we especially enjoyed the roof. The whole expirience was made even better by kind Ayoub who made sure we were comforrable at all times and adjusted the service to our plans. Wish we could stay there longer.

Cons: Les bruits extérieurs durant la nuit (coqs, chien errants, motos) et tôt le matin à cause du petit déjeuner qui est servi dans l'hotel. Nous avons eu quelques difficultés à dormir durant notre séjour, mais en même temps cela nous a paru normalement pour le type d'hébergement. La connexion internet était instable et par moment nous n'avions aucun réseau dans notre chambre.

The host was really helpful, we had arrived early and were able to store luggage at the reception.The host greeted us with snacks and Moroccan tea. Also since we had to leave super early during checkout , the host provided a mini breakfast at 7 AM even though the usual breakfast time starts at 8:30AM. The rooms were clean throughout and had the necessary amenities, the architecture inside itself is something to admire.The Riad is close to the souks , I'm not sure if there's an alternative route to reach , but we'd to walk through the souk while it was busy.I would suggest taking the route that leads to the Nomad rooftop restaurant and spice market in Marrakesh, that way you'd needn't pass through the souks with all the heavy luggage

Cons: The communication through booking was bad, I had to go through booking customer service to help. My whole purpose with early communication it was because I want to do an early check in and find out how to pay extra for that. But response was very close to our trip and only , per availability. Need to work on answering customers questions.

Struttura bellissima e pulitissima, molto intima. Staff estremamente accogliente e attento alle esigenze. Ci hanno accolti con un tè e con tantissimi consigli per vivere al meglio la nostra esperienza. L’ultimo giorno si sono accertati di farci avere un transfer per l’aeroporto accompagnandoci al punto di partenza personalmente. La struttura é vicinissima ai suk, la zona é molto tranquilla. Consiglio vivamente!

Great silent Riad close to the big Bazar in the old city. Nice terrace for taking photos and relaxing. Nice and friendly staff. Clean and cozy environment with plants and trees inside the riad.
Cons: The only way to the riad is through the market and it is crowded. If you stay longer, you have to walk through crowded places every time you get to the riad and out. Breakfast was poor in protein, it was good, but too much sweets and not enough protein. Still, the last day we had to leave at 7 in the morning and the staff was kind and brought us coffee before we left. Thank you.

Beautiful! Clean and incredibly peaceful which was particularly great after a busy city day in Marrakech. The staff were so responsive and very kind. It was a pleasure to stay here! (Bonus tip - Don’t miss the rooftop, too!)
Cons: Just as a FYI for future travelers - there is no car access so you do have to walk about 10 minutes through the Souk (market). It was overwhelming for us at first as we navigated it with baggage and Google maps, but we got on just fine once we did it the first time. Recommend arriving earlier in the day if possible to avoid the crowds in the Souk.

It is an amazingly welcoming place with beautifully clean rooms that give you a relaxed and calm vibe. They've put love and attention in the doors, walls and even ceilings. Ayoub, thank you a lot for your help in the early morning with our luggage and hassle to get a cab on the first day of Ramadan at the end of the night, we feel gratitude towards all of you!

This was my 1st time in Morocco and in Marrakesh. I booked Riad Tahyra for a special stay. Both my partner and I were amazed by the warm welcome we received. The Riad and our room exceeded our expectations and the stay is easily the best we had in a long while. Ayoub, Hicham and Siham helped us make it a smooth, relaxing and stress-free experience. Loved the decor and interior of the hotel and rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but cute and tasty - it felt like we were at home.
Cons: The hotel was cold, especially at night time. There was a heater in the bedroom but it still wasn't enough and both of us felt cold throughout our stay unfortunately. We did go in January though which is winter season.

Beautiful Riad with nice and accommodating staff. The breakfast is simple but good. The location is also really good - 5 minutes from Jamaa El-Fna. We expected more noise since the riad is located in the Medina but it was quiet which was nice.

Cons: The washroom smelled of really bad sewage and mold, everytime I went in the shower I started puking. It was not tolerable, we couldn’t even shower properly and we paid around 400 something euros for 2 night! It was definitely false advertising! Also the night shift guy treated us like we were in primary school, I didn’t like his attitude. It felt like u were locked in the riad and I was scared to even leave because I didn’t want to discuss it with him. I will say tho the manager in the morning was great!

Beautiful Riad, inside the Medina but a little bit away from the very touristy streets so it was very quiet. Room was well appointed and pretty, very clean. Bed was super comfortable. The courtyard is beautiful. Staff is friendly
Cons: Breakfast is a little limited if you want anything else than bread (pre-toasted cold baguette or cold pancakes or stale cake). Also not very practical to have to ring the bell at the main door every time you want to come in. Finally, it get very cold during winter (visited in January) and the central heating does not seem to be functional so you have to rely on portable heaters and reversible AC.

Beautiful decor with lovely courtyard. On a quiet street just off the market so very easy location if you wish to be central to the square. We were hosted by very helpful staff all of whom were extremely friendly. The breakfast was very good. The riad and rooms were kept extremely clean and the bathroom and room were very pretty and authentic. We thought the hotel was excellent for the price and excellent for those wanting to be off the busy street somewhere a little more quiet.
Cons: Dud to fact rooms were off a central courtyard you can easily hear noise from others but it didn't bother us. There are also very noisy cats outside the riad which can cause noise when crying for food but it only woke us one morning. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

The Riad had the best location within the shops but it was still quiet. The staff were kind and the welcome tea and cookies were lovely. The breakfast every morning was also wonderful and we loved the little salt and pepper shakers.
Cons: Nothing, we just wish we could have had a couple extra days to properly enjoy it. We also never had a chance to eat dinner at the Riad, which we imagine would have been great.

Beautiful Riad, with garden and stunning traditional oasis of peace. So clean (they mop every day), rooms are stunning, location is a half alley away from main souk and place des epices, quiet and yet wonderfully central, the rooftop is great with a beduin tent-style lounge area and sunbeds, the breakfast abundant, the staff friendly. Honestly one of the best riads in Marrakech.

The Riad is beautifully decorated and is a peaceful escape from the souks. The rooms are also decorated beautifully. The staff was friendly and served nice breakfasts. The location was in the heart of the Medina.
Cons: It can be a bit loud sometimes with nearby children playing and the call to prayer. However, during the night it was super quiet. My only other recommendation would be to serve less bread at breakfast and offer different options (like fresh fruit/veggies)

The riad was beautiful! We were greeted by the attentive staff who provided recommendations that made our short time in Marrakech efficient and enjoyable. They were also able to help with airport transportation and assisted in walking our bags from the taxi drop off through the media to the hotel which was incredibly appreciated. The rooms were large, comfortable and beautifully decorated. There was also a large rooftop balcony.

Habib was super kind, friendly and really helpful. I felt like home. The riad is beautiful and the team keep it nice and all clean. The room was very clean with a nice bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. The place is located very central. You have everything there nearby. Very close to the places you would like to visit. I will repeat for sure the next time I visit Marrakech. Thanks for everything.

Cons: Unfortunately breakfast was let down although nice it did not have a selection of fresh fruit or catered for gluten intolerant people. So my wife only had coffee and yogurt which was limited. We didn't get the chance to try the restaurant.

The location is perfect as it's close to the main square yet once inside, it is an oasis of peace and tranquillity. The room and roof terrace were excellent so much so that we felt we were in a movie and would definitely book again. The real jewel in the well-earned crown was the entire team of staff. The riad itself is pretty
Cons: The location is inaccessible by car and the property does not offer a free service to transport the luggage from the entrance to the medina. It is a long walk from the car to the riad and not convenient if you have lots of luggage and shopping bags. The number for the property listed on google does not work. Only the number listed on booking works. The breakfast could be better with more Moroccan breakfast options such a msemen and amlo.

Amazing location, lovely and cute place to stay. Very close to Medina but yet so peaceful when away from it and chilling in the Riad Tahyra. Very attentive and friendly staff.
Cons: The choice of breakfast for us was limited as we dont eat much bread or croissants. We would have liked fragrant fruits and vegetables, omelettes or choices of eggs for brekkie.

The building itself is beautiful, with a lot of lovely details, with a very nice interior garden that is very quiet and peaceful. We were welcomed with a tasty mint tea while waiting for our keys. The location is also perfect. 4 minutes walk from the center square. Definitely an oasis from the bustling medina.

Great location and easy to find. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast is very simple but hits the spot. You are in the heart of the Medina and can walk to everything you need in 10-15 minutes at most.
Cons: I do not have anything bad to say at all about the hotel or staff. The call to prayer is quite loud and can wake you up but you will run into that problem everywhere that you stay in Marrakech.

The riad was very easy to find for us, a lady welcomed us with tea and biscuits and explained everything about the area, places to visit, gave us tips and recommendations on restaurants, very lovely. The riad itself is very beautiful and extremely clean, all the staff is amazing and friendly, we loved the breakfast, they even prepared an early one for us for the times we were going out earlier. Towels were changed every day and the room tidied up while we were gone. The room itself had an AC so it wasn’t cold at night. Cleaning staff as well were amazing. There’s also a little terrace at the top to enjoy. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it to anyone!!

the Staff were really friendly and helpful and even sent a guy with a trolley to meet our taxi and take us to the hotel, which you would never find if you don't buy a sim and have gps first, which we didn't .
Cons: They put us in the room next to the communal eating area and kitchen on the ground floor which meant we didn't sleep at all. the place was really noisy and you get the noise from above on the wooden floors as well as the early morning chit chat from other guests as they dine, and it's almost like they are in bed with you. We cut our trip short and moved to a hotel, the Riad experience wasn't a pleasant one for us.

A lovely stay while in Marrakesh. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Ayoub went over and above to ensure that we arrived easily at the Riad. He also gave us great recommendations on what to do and not to do in the souks. When my friend got sick, he took us to a pharmacy to bell us get medication. When our pickup at the road for our excursion did not show up, he escorted us to the main meeting point himself in the early hours of the morning and followed up to make sure we got to our next destination safely. The staff is warm and friendly, and exhibit a genuine sense of caring for their clients. Would definitely return here to stay.

Cons: Airconditioner made a lot of noise. Pillows were dirty. Shower head position was next to the wall, had to cuddle with the wall to wash my hair. When the first guest wakes up in the Riad, everybody wakes up. You can hear the other guests. Breakfast was not the best, bread really hard and the Moroccan specialties were warmed up in the microwave.

Cons: We had booked and prepaid for a room. We checked in, gave our passports and everything seemed normal, they showed us our room etc. We went for a walk and when we returned at night, the staff told us that they couldn't find our reservation so they got into our room when we were outside, they collected all our stuff without our permission and left them in the riad's living room. (Who does that?) Then they gave our room to some other customers who came later that day. We had already checked in many hours before and we had prepaid for our stay but they still insisted we weren't supposed to be there. We were furious and we asked to speak with someone responsible, then we spoke with a lady on the phone and after a long time and much arguing, they finally found our reservation. So they gave us another room which was much smaller and way worse than the first one. The next day we would check out early in the morning to take a taxi for the train station. They offered to call us a taxi and get us to the meeting point. So when we got there, the person from the riad talked with the driver and told us he had informed him about our destination. So we were very surprised when the taxi got us to the airport instead of the train station. When we arrived the driver told us he wasn't informed and then he went us to the train station (we could have missed our train due to this delay). Also we were told from the riad that they would agree with the driver for 200 dirhams (and they presented it as a better price). But after a few days when we stayed in another riad, the standard price from the same spot was 150 dirhams (also for the airport). Obviously they overcharged us, because why not after all this? Anyway, mistakes can somehow happen with the booking I guess, but still, the way they handled the whole situation showed unprofessionalism and lack of respect.

The place is so beautiful with an amazing rooftop in the middle of the city center (but in a quiet street). Just 1 minute away from the Medina with all the restaurants and shops ! The room was clean and comfortable, nice bathroom too :) Thank you so much to the stuff ! We had a morning flight and they offered us breakfast before breakfast hours (6:30 instead of 9).

We came from the busy city center, but when we entered Riad Tahyra it was so beautiful, quite and peaceful. Also, we got such a warm welcome from the hostess. She really made time for us and told us a lot about Marrakech and gave us good tips for our holiday. The room was nice and clean. The service was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. We really felt at home. Looking back, this was the best Riad we stayed in. Would recommend it to everyone!

The staff was responsive but conisdering they had english speaking guests mostly, the staff doesnot speak english much or properly except for one lady who comes in the day.
Cons: The window latch was broken The safe didnot work the three days we were there and reported it The AC did not work They didnot have english breakfast tea on the second or third day THey didnot entertain request for a fill up of juice on the second and third day for breakfast, so you literally just get what they put in front of you The bathroom was not cleaned on the second and third day properly The location is very seculded and felt unsafe as you can get to the property after walking through a dark place and alleyway for 2-3 minutes

Cons: The last 150 yards are in residential areas. It is very safe and not a negative but something to be aware of. I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing place, the spirit, the decor, the rooms, the cleanliness, the location all outstanding. we were received by Mr. Hicham the manager, a very descent and professional person he sat with us offered moroccan tea and cookies while we check in, he explained a lot about the riad and Marrakech. He also helped us arrange transportation for different places, you can ask him about Mr. Ibrahim a very descent and knowledgeable driver. We were taken good care of by Mr. Ayoub and Mr. Habib who always tried to make us feel home while serving breakfast and never hesitated to provide advise and guidance. Mr. Ayoub even went out of his way multiple times to guide us to pick up points of our excursions We are a family of 5, we would highly recommend this Riyad, and will certainly repeat our visit.

Our stay here was fantastic, thanks to the friendliest people who ran this Riad. They were so kind and helpful. Reception is 24hr and they couldn’t do enough for us. They made us feel at home immediately. The rooms are gorgeous, the detail around the property is stunning. You have access to a wonderful terrace and also a cooler more sheltered courtyard which is beautifully finished. The Riad is very close to the local Souk and the main square, yet it is tucked away so that you are not disturbed by the hustle and bustle when you need a rest! Our room was a fantastic size and extremely clean. Not to mention it was gorgeously and tastefully decorated. The people who work here were amazing. We will definitely be staying again!
